Andy was Fantastic. Processed my request quickly listed the service needed and gave an instant estimate. Had to have new tires, gave me the best deal and a discount on the 4 wheel alignment. Made sure I had a loaner and kept me informed every step of the maintenance process! Very easy and best service!

I had a great experience at Lexus, I initially went in a few times browsing and looking for a good deal. The third time going in Vidal helped my boy friend and I. He was great, he helped me get the car I wanted with a good deal. He paid attention to all my special requests and made it happen for me, which is very important. Not pushy at all. Very easy going and he had good energy. I guess third time's a charm! I am a happy and satisfied client and I would definitely recommend!!

We wanted a Lexus because they are great cars and when we visited Lexus San Diego they treated us so well. I highly recommend buying your Lexus from them. They exceeded our expectations and they made us feel welcome. I don't think I have ever had a better experience buying a car. I am really impressed with their service!!

Service consultant Ramon was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. This was my first service handled by him. He also assisted me with several settings on my parking assist; he was obviously an expert! I have taken my car into a dealer in the Bay Area, but service was astoundingly disappointing. The service consultant was nice but had no idea how to work with the service department to satisfy the customer- ME! I will bring my car back to Ramon when I am here- even my regular servicing will be scheduled here. Thank you!!!!!!

Had a great experience purchasing my vehicle with this dealership. I was blessed to have worked with Victor Solis as my dealer. He was very patient and I felt that he wanted to get me the right vehicle for my wife and not just make a sale. I would definitely recommend others looking for a Lexus vehicle to find Victor when coming to this dealership. He was very easy to work with and he was very professional. I didn’t feel that he was just trying to make numbers. The finance office was also very good and helped get a better rate than I had with and outside bank. Overall, very please with my experience and I’m very happy with my purchase. I bought a quality vehicle than I know will last over buying from a non-Lexus dealership that showed less appealing vehicles.
