I just purchased a new 2022 Corolla and I love it. The whole experience went about as smooth as I could have imagined. The shop I would normally take my car to be inspected was not doing inspections the day I went to get one. I saw that Lia did inspections and no one was waiting in front of the bay, so I figured it wouldn't be too long. More than 1.5 hours later I found out it failed for a license plate light out., fine...it's an easy fix.Ok, so I get it repaired and bring back to Lia and they take another 1.5 hours to just look at the light to check that it works to give me a sticker. Ridiculous. I would not recommend anyone to get an inspection here unless they have time to waste.

My 2005 Tacoma had a steering problem. I knew what the problem was and dropped it off without an appointment. Service Rep. David S. called me a few hours later and confirmed the part needing replacement and walked through the cost with me. Very honest and professional. I've been using Lia since 2005 and always felt treated with respect and never disappointed in their workmanship. Great job Lia!

We went to Lia to buy a used car but liked the 2017 Camry better. Jerzey was the perfect salesman. He was knowledgeable but not pushy. He answered all of our questions and then took us out to the lot. We had told him the model we wanted and found the one we liked best. At no time did he try to hard sell us into buying a pricier model. When we went back for the inspection sticker he came over to see how everything was going. There was some sticker residue on the driver's side mirror. He and 2 other employees went out to see that it had been taken care of.

After being unable to test drive a FR-S in Vermont and not getting any help from the local dealerships finding a car within 200 miles. I went to Cars.com and discovered a car at Lia's Toyota. After sending an email I had two responses from the dealership the very same day! I set up an appointment for the test drive a couple of days later. When I got there four people were more than willing to help me out. Amanda and Tim were very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Including some I didn't know to ask! Great staff and a great experience!!

This RAV 4 is the second car that I have leased from Lia, only this time I was treated with respect and Phil R. made the experience of getting a new car "fun again". It was more about what I wanted as a customer, such as color, and all kinds of small details -- he made sure that I understood everything. This salesman wasn't going to let me go home unhappy. My experience 2 yrs. ago was not nearly as professional and it was all about the money! I feel like leasing this new car was a breeze compared to the first one. And Phil even put up with my dog giving him kisses! A few days later I got a call from Phil asking me if I was happy with my new car? I replied, yes, very much so -- and Sophia (my dog) and I are planning lots of fun trips this summer, in our "New BLUE Ride". Bought a new 2016 Toyota 4 Runner SR5 Premium Pkg from Lia Toyota of Northampton. The dealership was very clean with excellent professional. The Customer Service experience was exceptional. The Sales Consultant Jerzy Bielski did very well in all aspects of his job. He was very thorough and the best I have ever dealt with. I recently had a very good experience purchasing a 2016 Tacoma from Justin Prescott. He was very professional and did not pressure me at anytime. We had a great experience at Lia Toyota of Northamption! Andrew Murray and all of the staff were polite, helpful and responded immediately to our questions and requests. We ended up purchasing a used Toyota that had a heavy smoker previously...not our best idea. The dealership cleaned it, we then cleaned and odorized it and will be having it shampooed and detailed professionally again to remove the smell. That would be my only feedback for improvement - if dealerships could improve upon cleaning the used cars that come in for trade, specifically the headliners inside that carry a ton of odors. Regardless we love the truck and are happy with the service we received. Thank you!

After doing a fair amount of online research and pricing out as many leases as possible online it seemed that a lease for a 2015 RAV4 was a pretty decent deal. With a fair amount of knowledge garnered from online research in regards to how leases work I figured I would price some out. Now I don't have stellar credit and I also have a good amount of negative equity to roll over into a lease, making me not the most prized leasee or a dealers dream. However, I felt like this dealership didn't want to deal with me or be helpful in the least. The salesmen that helped me, I think his name was Justin, was nice enough. But I was quoted with my credit at a lease of $650 a month for 36 months with my equity rolled in. Now this makes absolutely no sense.. that means that take out my likely 3500 of negative rollover that I am paying 20000 for a car that has a 61% residual value.. making my loan amount around 11,000... so If you do the math somehow I am paying 10000 in interest.. thats nearly impossible. After this news I was then informed that even with a cosigner it would only take me down to $600 a month. They then tried to stick me in a used car which I explicitly explained I was not interested in. Needless to say that I left. I've since been to another Toyota dealership where I've been quoted with a lease well under $400 a month with my negative roll over included. I felt like they sized me up as an uneducated female and figured they would try and pull one over on me. I was extremely insulted at how I was treated and would never ever go back or recommend this dealer.

We purchased a Toyota for the second time from Lia Toyota of Northampton. In 2012 we bought a Prius and this newest car is a Corolla. Philip Reilley was the sales representative for this 2015 purchase. He was courteous, informed and helpful. We wanted to compare a Corolla to a Honda Civic. Lia has a Honda dealership across the street. He obtained a Civic for us to drive and went with us to test both cars. We decided on the Toyota and he answered all of our questions. I then contacted two other dealers to make sure the price was fair. There were model differences which he explained well and provided us with choices. Phil was cooperative with our schedule for finishing the purchase and picking up the car. With both purchases, I was uncomfortable with the "closing" when we were presented with service plan options for the first time and had no time to decide. The dealer representative that handles this aspect of purchases was informative and did not make it difficult to say "no." My only suggestion is that customers be presented with the options when leaving a deposit so that there is a little time to consider.

I just went through the process of getting a brand new Toyota Tundra. My sales consultant, Christopher Mattei performed amazingly during the entire process. Chris knew what type of Tundra I wanted and searched over a 300 miles radius to track down the exact Tundra, the exact color and the exact options I wanted. Actually, he exceeded in helping me get the truck I wanted and when I wanted it. During the process, Chris never made me wait, always hustled (and even ran a few times), and demonstrated great patience with me as we went through the process. The day my truck arrived and I went to the dealer to complete the paperwork and everything else I saw my sales consultant Chris actually waiting outside the dealership so he could get me to the truck because he was just as excited (maybe more!) to see my reaction when I saw it for the first time. After the sale he took the time to explain every option of the new Tundra as we sat in the dealership parking lot. He explained every detail, answered every question and provided me the best customer service that I would hope to get. I will definitely purchase another Tundra from this dealership when the time comes again and in the meantime, anyone looking for a great dealership with employees like Chris - will get a great referral from me. Do not buy your next car here! They pull every trick in the book at Lia Toyota. They are the epitome of the worst kind of car sales people. You can save thousands of dollars if you do your research. I looked at a Prius here and put down a deposit, and then I found a younger Prius with half the mileage and $3000 dollars less at Nicky D's! I went back to get my deposit, and they were slimy A$$holes. I felt so gross when I left. Robert Astin was the salesperson, and he was not upfront with me. I became suspicious when he wouldn't share the VIN of a car I was interested in. The managers are total bullies. I repeat, do not buy from Lia Toyota!

As with any big purchase, I was a little nervous and wanted to make sure I was given and understood all of the information regarding purchasing a new vehicle. Instantly, when I entered Toyota, I was greeted by Andrew. He worked so incredibly hard, answering my questions but also, quickly seeking help from his manager when he wasn't certain--this service really illustrated his dedication to making sure I had everything I needed to make the best choice--something I haven't found at other dealerships. I couldn't be more appreciative as Andrew really went out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer. Andrew's manager was also wonderful, taking the time to actually go to the body shop (where my former car was being fixed) and check it out in order to give me the fairest trade. As opposed to Honda, they offered me the best trade for my ford, which was a relief financially. The entire process was seamless, friendly, and I could not be happier with my 2015 Corolla!

When we received a recall notification from Toyota last week, we called the dealership immediately for an appointment, and were given one for a week later: today, July 30. This morning we drove to the dealership in two cars, since the recall was for a defective passenger seat airbag. On arriving, we were told that they had no replacement parts and the repair would have to be rescheduled for some indefinite time in the future. The dealership knew by yesterday afternoon that they had run out of parts, and they could have called us then to tell us we would have to reschedule, and saved us an unnecessary trip. They could even have called us between 8 and 9 AM this morning, before we left for our appointment with them. But they preferred to waste our time -- two people, an hour and a half round trip each, a total of three wasted hours -- instead of picking up the phone.

Having my car serviced at LIA Toyota has always been a good experience. i could not have asked for a better experience last week when my car developed a mysterious - to me - problem with leaking water and a swishing sound. The people at LIA got on it right away, ordered the needed carpeting and pads, spoke with my insurance company AND had it fixed and back on the road. i am especially grateful to Lindsay, the service rep who helped me. She was patient, informative, accommodating and always with a smile. My only regret is that i have no reason, excuse, to see Lindsay again - or at least not until the next check up time. Our passenger-side windshield wiper malfunctioned and became entangled with the driver-side wiper while on the Mass Pike in a torrential rainstorm. With over 100 miles to go to our destination, and the storm traveling with us in the same direction, we were able to safely make it to LiaToyota in Northampton just as the service department was closing at the end of the day. Service advisor Caroline Babinski was very helpful, and she tracked down a technician before he left for the day to make the repair. In a short time we were back on the Mass Pike with fully functioning wipers. Thank you Caroline and service technician for taking care of us at "quitting time". I have already recommended this dealer to my son who recently moved to the area.

Whenever I schedule an appointment for service, I always try to have the appointment so that I can meet with the service advisor Lindsay Firmani Heart. She is outstanding. She has the requisite automotive knowledge and expertise to make sure that a customer is taking proper care of a vehicle so that it will literally "take good care of you". She is patient with her explanations and also in translating any automotive problems and solutions that are discovered and need to be dealt with. Impeccable and stellar service do not do justice in describing how wonderful she is. We just bought another vehicle from Joel Olko at Lia in Northampton. We went back to purchase a Tacoma pick-up after buying a Highlander in December. Joel once again was very helpful, knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. He helped us redefine our purchase options when we arrived not sure which model and package were the best fit for our needs. He went the second mile to make sure we were getting the best buy for our money as well. At every stage of the sale, he communicated promptly when we called and kept us in the loop as they found the specific model and options we wanted. I had to get an oil change, and needed a shuttle to work afterwards. The shuttle driver had just left, so I thought I would have to come back another day for my oil change. However, Lindsey, the person who was working at the service desk, personally left her station and went to ask a mechanic if he could work on my car first. My car was seen immediately; I got to work on time, and it was a very pleasant interaction.

Andrew Murray was my sales person. He greeted me at the door and when I told him the vehicle I was interested in he went right away to get a plate so I could take it for a test drive. He showed me all features of the RAV4 prior to the drive. When we returned from the test drive we discussed my desire to trade in a vehicle as well. I like small shops because I get to know the people who work on my car, something I use every day and want to have last for as long as possible. I needed the dealership for service this time, though, because of some major work--and was I ever surprised by the service! Today, I had a tire that was leaking (keep in mind this was a Saturday, which is a very busy day), and the experience was fantastic! I called to ask if they could see me, and was told yes by Sam. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Lindsay who took care of me immediately. I was treated exceptionally well, my tire was fixed, and I was on my way very shortly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, especially for service. Lindsay is quite possibly the best Service Advisor Toyota has ever had. This is why I have, and will continue to, have Lia Toyota Northampton service my vehicle.

I'm sitting here in Lia Toyota waiting for my 20,000 mile service to be completed. I reported bad reception on my satlite radio and was told toyota does not install quality satilite radios. Needless to say I'm very disappointed that I paid for something I can't use. Take some good advice and don't buy a Toyota without Lia agreeing to buy and install an aftermarket satalite radio at no additional cost to you.

First salesperson I met had no energy or interest in selling me a car. Second sales person was espectful knowledgeable and energetic. Prices were generally better than elsewhere for value. Did feel a bit deceived by the way loan was presented as including a service contract and I ended up purchasing a contract that I didn't want and having to reverse it. Service dept was very friendly and efficient. I don't recommend dealerships to friends.
