My wife and I visited several dealerships in Charlotte and by far the dealership with the most Professional and Knowledgeable staff was at Liberty Buick GMC! This dealership is well represented by Rob Mullis, Ben and Greg. They all did a great job! Everyone at the dealership were very courteous. Thank you! We will be going back to Liberty when it is time for a new vehicle for my wife.

I had a good experience overall. My sales agent was Jacob, I couldn't have been more impressed with his approach to finding me the right vehicle. Jacob was a great partner in our new car search. No pressure sales, rather more of a consultant/subject matter expert who followed up promptly on every question or request. Unusual for most sales based transactions, we trusted in what he told us as being accurate, fair and reasonable.

My wife and I just bought a Yukon from Liberty a couple of days ago. I wanted to let everyone know that we had a great experience. I'm typically very hesitant about dealing with car salesmen, but Rob Mullis was fantastic. I talked to many dealerships and Liberty was by far the best to deal with and the place we felt most comfortable. Rob was straight forward and honest and that came through, and he really worked hard for our business. We had a hard time finding exactly what we wanted, but he worked for days trying to secure it. Unfortunately we didn't have luck getting the exact color we wanted, but he really tried. When we came in to sign papers and finalize the deal, everyone was very friendly including Greg Mongelli (the new car manager) and the whole staff. We would not hesitate to come back to Liberty and Rob Mullis in the future. They have something very good going there. Thanks for the great experience!

Ed was my salesperson. Excellent. professional calls were places to me, also on a personal level showing concern over my dog which is in congestive heart failure. He went out of his way from day one, showing me and and every car which, he though I would like. However, I would always return back to the Enclave which is excellent vehicle to me. I just traded a 2008 model Between Ed and Billy Joe, I take my hat off to them having to put up with me for over two weeks, until I made up my mind. Liberty Buick will be referred to anyone I know interested in a Buick. Thank you for the excellent service.

I relayed my basic need to Brad and Nick. They were extremely good to work with. I like many other are extremely pressed for time, and let the guys know that if they could get the right deal done, and get it done with the minimal invasion on my time I would purchase the car. They Delivered. The buying process was smooth, friendly, accurate, and professional. Also, everything was prepared for me once i walked into the dealership. More car dealer could learn from this model. Great Job to the team at liberty. My wife as already mentioned she may want a new SUV next year, and Liberty will be my first stop.

I have bought many vehicles in my life from different dealerships. Some of the experiences were good and some not so much. I must say this was the easiest and most pleasurable experience I've had buying a car. Brad and Antwan were both honest and great to work with. Even Billy in finance was great, he explained extended warranties well and didn't pressure me to purchase. I will recommend them to anyone wanting a GMC or Buick. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

While Antwan was especially kind and wonderful, the rest of the staff were great-- very competent but easygoing, too. I hate shopping for cars, but the entire vibe at Liberty was much calmer than other dealerships I encountered. I love my new car, and the entire experience has renewed my faith in the car dealerships.

I brought my Silverado in yesterday for some 50,000 mile maintenance work. I was greeted by Rob Ortloff, who was not only courteous and professional, but also took the time to open the hood and explain in detail one of the procedures the technician was about to perform on my truck. In addition, he suggested a procedure that is recommended at 50,000 miles that I hadn't considered. The work was done on time, and I received a courtesy call from Rob Ortloff letting me know the truck was ready for pick up. I have been dealing with liberty Buick GMC for a few years now and continue to be extremely satisfied with level of service they provide.

To be honest, my fiance and i were dreading the car buying experience. We both have had terrible times in the past. Nick was great, not pushy, and made us feel comfortable. Its not like me to purchase anything, let alone a car., without visiting other Dealerships to find the best deal., but liberty was the only dealership i went to as a result of Nick. We would buy from him again. And we already have family members going back soon for their car needs.

This was my first time buying a car and I was alone. I moved to the Charlotte area only within the last couple of weeks. The staff was amazing! Very friendly and Extremely patient with me. I felt taken care of and looked after by everyone with being relatively new driver and new to car buying. I appreciated the extra time spent explaining the cars features to me, when I know everyone was ready to close up and get home to dinner on the holiday. Is was also so nice that the staff spoke to my parents on the phone even to put their minds at ease. And I've already been recommending people to Greg, Billy Joe, and Steve Lee! they are the best! My dad is already looking at Buick's for his next car now. I don't have a bad thing to say about the experience.

I called about a car that is advertised on cars.com as well as their website which they informed me that it isn't currently for sale because someone at the dealership has taken a liking to the car and they are driving it around. I've never seen a salesman who wouldn't sell...

As others have stated, these guys are a complete waste of time. Their website and their online listings here both show a number of cars that are NOT for sale. Any price that ends in a 9 is apparently not really offered for sale until they go through their inspection process. The dealer responded below that they remove those listings as quickly as they can, but the Ford Expedition that I tried to look at last week is still listed, still with a 9 in the price, and still not available for sale. What a waste of time. I will never go back here.

We purchased a vehicle this past Sunday, but after my wife drove it on the highway the next day, she noticed 3 separate issues - rattling sunroof, squeaking in the back and the navigation making a noise like it's trying to find a disc. She immediately returned to the dealership and wanted to return the vehicle (within 48 hours of purchase), but they would not even consider doing it. All they could say is that they would make this vehicle right and make sure we are 185% happy (not sure what that number means). She picked up the vehicle again today and once on the highway it immediately made the same squeaking noises. Upon return to the dealership again, one of the service techs also heard the noise. We bought this 4 days ago, but it is still in their shop supposedly being fixed. Also they said the navigation noise was normal for that particular model (are you kidding me?). So we immediately drove another car with the same nav system and guess what, it doesn't make any noises! Needless to say, we are very dissapointed with this dealership's service and feel they should have taken the vehicle back within 48 hours, no questions asked. We could have even looked at a newer model as an option, but they didn't even mention that to my wife.

I applied online first and was called back and set an appointment to come in. I was treated very well and bought a 2011 Chevy Malibu. I was very well taken care of and I recomend Liberty to anyone no matter what situation you are in. Art Versnick took care of us at the door and Ken took care of all the paperwork. I was extremely pleased. It was by far the best car buying exoperince that I have had. Thanks so much!

I found a car advertised by this dealer. So my wife and I visted the dealership to see the car. A sales person met us on the lot while we were looking at what thought might be the car. The car was keyed down the side. We asked him about this vehicle and also told him it was keyed. He chuckled. We told him why we were there and he told us that the vehicle we came to see was sold but if we would be interested in a (new) buick he would be happy to assist us. He was not willing to address any other questions in reference to what we were looking for. I've had better service from walmart.

I walked into Liberty and was treated like one of the family. Steve Lee went the extra mile to help with everything and even went over every button on the Acadia, he even had his technology expert go over the bluetooth on my phone and the pairing process. Great Job best in service and was best in price.

This dealer was the first dealer that I visited because it was closest dealer to my home, that handled the brand I wanted to buy. The first visit they went out of their way to give me a 110% price promise. In other words they told me that I could get the best price that I could from any other dealer and they would beat it by 10%. I questioned the promise at the time, but they said they would stand by that promise. So I waited until last to visit them expecting them to honor their promise. These people even ran TV advertisements saying that they gave a 110% price promise during the time I WAS SHOPPING for a price on my vehicle. They did not honor their promise. They did sell it to me for $10.00 less than the best price I had. Except for the deception ( the lie they told me to get my business) all other things were average. I paid cash and cleared the dealership and have not been back.

Went in to look at a 2009 Escalade. I was definitely interested. I wanted to trade my Cayenne for this larger SUV. First offer they gave me was insulting. Wanted to buy my car for the base price of a much lesser equipped Cayenne. Explained to the dealer the differences in the models. Dealer claimed that they had to call the next day until they could shop out my car. Never called me back and just left me hanging. Wasted 3 hours at that dealership for nothing. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. They are obviously looking for uneducated buyers.
