Do not waste your time with these people! They are very rude, their advertising they help with bad or no credit, all a lie. I filled out an application 4 days ago and they never called to follow up. Dnt waste your time. I get better service at the police station with crack in my hands. You will be very disappointed!!!!!

I recently purchased a car at Liberty Motors in Manchester where they have clean and beautiful cars. The salesperson I dealt with posseseses excellent customer service skills. Yes, he gave me lots of time to look and test-out the cars. Thanks, J for picking me up from Htfd. They were knowledgeable and honest about the condition of the car; thank goodness because I know absolutely nothing about cars. I am grateful that they provided me with a Carfax report. Anyway, few days ago at the WH shore, I received a compliment on my car and did not hesitate to tell the young woman about LM. The guys there are great. And so is my car. Cheers!

I spent weeks searching for my next Subaru when I stumbled across a 2005 Subaru with very low miles at Liberty Motors. I made the drive over and I couldn't be happier that I did. The car was as described in the ad, the car came with a Carfax that answered almost all my questions about service and maintenance history, and the car was well above my expectations. All the cars on the lot were in very good to excellent condition. Both Adam and Joe were very professional, courteous, and polite. At no time did I feel pressured to buy anything and they thanked me for visiting their business. I returned the next day and bought the car. I have also shared my experience with family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful buying experience.

Made an appointment and the guy double booked my appointment with his doctors appointment. Trust me, get ready drive up to this dealership and be fully unimpressed. He had to jumpstart two cars in front of me that were supposedly almost new vehicles.....

I bought a 2011 Honda Accord from this dealer and I have been very satisfied with the car so far. There are no hidden details with the car or the transaction what so ever. He was very straight and upfront with the condition of the vehicles and finally i got much more for the money than what i expected initially.

Have had no issues with the purchase or the car so far (touch wood). Overall I am very satisfied and will definitely recommend to at least visit this dealer if you are looking for a used car. Met this dealer while searching various dealers in CT. Good inventory of Honda, Toyota and Nissan. I wanted something different and i told him my preference, and he got it for me within a week, that too with an offer i could never think from other dealers. Very satisfied and will definitely recommend to at least visit this dealer if you are looking for a used car. You will most likely end up buying here.

I spent nearly 2 months looking for a good car when my co-worker referred me to Liberty motors. Don't be fooled by the relatively small size of the showroom - he has plenty of cars to suit all budgets and gets a new inventory every week! I zeroed in on a 2008 Nissan and test drove it - that day I felt some vibration in the tires but everything else in the car was great. I booked it and got the delivery in a week. To fix the issue, the dealer installed new rotors, brakes and even a new set of wheels!!! That saved me atleast 200$ on new tires. After a week or so, I noticed some cosmetic/minor defects and the dealer was gracious enough to take the car in his bodyshop even though few things were probably not under warranty. The dealer came late in the evening especially for me since I drove from Western Mass. Since I got late, the gentleman was kind enough to drive me 20 miles to my friend's place. I checked on other repair costs that I might need after an year and found that his prices were lesser than any dealer in the market. Highly, highly recommended. Thanks Liberty!

What do you look for in a used car? Great condition and low miles, correct? I read about Liberty online and went there to check out the cars. The cars looked really good and prices were below KBB. I had done my due diligence with other dealers so I knew what I wanted and booked a car with him. All hunky dory so far. Then came the nightmare. The car I got had far more dents and scratches on the delivery day than when I had seen it earlier. The interiors were in a bad shape and the AC smell reeked of urine. The dealer had promised buffing, cleaning and full service - all sham. Within a week, I had to take it to an authorized dealer and when the hood was opened, I could see that all fluid tanks were bone dry - apart from the Engine oil which was dark and sedimented. This is when the dealer does not deliver the car "AS IS" but gives a warranty. When contacted for repairs and fixes under the warranty, the guy calls you late in the night, fixes the smallest defect and asks you to come back later. I knew I had to pump in money so now the authorized dealer has fixed the problems but it cost me a good 1100$ above what I paid as buying price. DO NOT buy from this dealer - the prices are lucrative but what comes after is scary. Booooo.

I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealer and they have had great prices and have been able to get the vehicle that I've wanted every time. Their cars sell quick because they price them right versus most of the places you see around. Often times they will be well under KBB price. I highly recommend this dealer

I was really satisfied with this place. I got a very good deal on the car. It was not over rated at all. Service provided by the person on the shop was excellent. He pin points to the right car you have in mid within your budget. Definitely recommended to folks who are looking for a change. I am sure it will be positive experience. I travel 40-50 Miles to go to this shop from my place and still do not have any concerns because you know what you are getting in return. Thorough professionals!! Fabulo!!!

I Recently Bought a Car from This Dealer, I Was Really Amazed with the Price he offered, I can say he is the Cheapest dealer in CT, He Run the carfax in front of me which was clean and One Owner, All Cars are One Owner in his Lot, I am really really satisfied with this dealer. Be careful the Carfax report they shows is edited. In my case i got to spot that when i tried to sell the car. One accident record is removed & the buyer showed me the correct Carfax report.

Excellent cars with Low Miles and Low Price. They have nice people there, they give good service, they show carfax too. They fix the cars as promised and they deliever the car right on time when comitted.
