Chris Shields is the most awesome car salesman ever. He worked very hard to get me the best loan for my new car. He stayed in constant contact with me about the whole process. I never once had to wonder what was going on. He definitely knows how to take care of the customer. I would highly reccomend people to see him to buy their next new or used car. Lifetime Kia made signing the paperwork so easy and the staff there is so friendly. I drove my new car off the lot within 45 minutes. I will be purchasing all my cars from them from now on.

Buying a car is never a fun experience and since the last car I purchased, the paper work has quadrupled. It was as if I was buying a house. Through all this, Chris our sales person was very patient, polite, and was very knowledgeable with the whole process. He was not a hard sale type of person but made us feel comfortable with the purchase of the new car. Chris is not only a salesman for the agency but a personal friend and we were very comfortable in his office and in the dealership itself. Everyone was pleasant and made sure we were comfortable and being helped. My time spent at this KIA Dealership was a better experience than other car buying experiences I have had in the past.

We had an amazing and very easy buying process. Contacted the dealership via Internet and had a deal closed by that evening. Thank you Chris for working on a snow day. You made the 2 hour drive from Knoxville well worth the time.

I found my 2013 Mustang Convertible at Lifetime Kia via Cars.com. From the first email and call, Chris was terrific. He worked with me to make arrangements to hold the car from where I was 400 miles away. After making the purchase arrangements, he spiffed it up and put some gas in it, then sent me a nice close-up picture of it before putting it in the service bay so it would stay out of the weather. If that wasn't enough, when my husband and I went to pick it up on 2/2/13, it snowed after we'd gone about 1/2 way, to the point that I didn't think we were going to even make it! Chris called and texted us all the way in, even when we had to detour when a road was closed. He even thought to make us a hotel reservation in town, as it seemed unlikely we were going to be able to drive home. He was right. Upon arrival at the dealership, everyone made us feel at home, hot coffee, a nice place to sit and relax while it snowed like crazy outside! We completd the paperwork in a jiffy, then everyone went home, the dealership having stayed upon just for us! After a nice restful night, we drove the 400 miles home the next day in the sunshine, in my new mustang! I just can't say enough about Chris and the folks at Lifetime Kia. I will be sure to check with them first for our next vehicle!

I just bought my fourth KIA from Lifetime Kia: two Rondos, a Soul and now a 2014 Sorento. Chris is the best salesman! He went out of his way to see that I got the very best deal, and did tons of explaining about the new feaures of my car. The great buying experience and their very excellent service department are just two of the reasons that I'm a repeat customer. I can't imagine owning another brand.

This dealership is great to work with. We have purchased six cars from Lifetime Kia and have been pleased every time. The Service department is wonderful...they have made some great improvements in both personnel and their facilities. Thank you Bubba, Chris, Dean and Matt

i truly didn't believe there was service this good left in the world. I believe one good deed deserves another, and i hope that by giving a glowing recommendation to Chris, and the good people at Lifetime Kia, i can repay for all the help and assistance they have given me way above that which would normally be expected. my purchase wasn't an easy one as i am in Australia, and have no idea of how the American system works. Chris has gone way out of his way for me to make this a pleasurable experience. He has even got out of bed on cold winter mornings at strange hours to contact me in Australia and keep me informed. i recommend Chris not only for his sales legalities assistance, but for his good nature and trustworthiness and his personal approach to life. When i am in the USA in July 2013, i will be making the trip to Murphy (a fair distance out of my way) Just to shake his hand and say thank you. I consider myself very lucky to have found Lifetime Kia online. I would definitely do business with them again.

I went to Lifetime Kia in Murphy, NC with my grandmother to get her Sedona worked on. She was very satisfied with her service. While waiting we looked around at some cars form me, and we met Bubba. He is super nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He showed us a Soul they had and a couple of hours later I was leaving in my new car. I am totally satisfied with everything and everyone we dealt with while we were there. Keep up the excellent work!!!

I found my car on cars.com! I called the dealership And spoke with Chris! He was a great guy who was very helpful and made the buying experience super easy! I had a few questions about the car and he called me from his cell phone in the car so he could answer all my questions! Once I arrived at the dealership it was an easy and fast transaction! Next time I buy a car I'm gonna call Chris first!

The improvement of this vehicle over the years says a lot for Hyundai who manufactures the KIA. Both companies have come a long way. It is great to buy a vehicle from a schooled salesman but the product is the telling factor. The warranty speaks for itself and if you maintain it per the owners manual, you will see that these days no matter what manufacturer it is there is very little to perform. Warranty work is about the only real way for a dealer to make money and realistically there is very little of that.
