I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. From sales to service, they are above and beyond. Purchase/pickup is smooth and efficient. Elie ensures transaction/delivery is stress free. Kathy, Jacquii and Lindsey have not only made service a breeze but they are professionally proactive. The staff always took time to give me updates on my repairs and my vehicle has never looked better thanks to them! I've never bought from a "premium dealer" before and that hasn't changed after my recent experience with Lincoln of Troy. I submitted some online inquiries on a couple of vehicles, must have received some automated emails inviting me to come see these in-stock vehicles and get my trade appraised - so I did. The vehicle I had driven down to see was apparently in service, and then the other wasn't quite what we were looking for. My sales rep recommended an MKC which also, unfortunately was not anywhere to be seen to view. Sales guy said he'd keep in touch but then I realized he hadn't even given me a business card? And he didn't follow up as he said he would - regardless, the vehicles ended up not getting finished by the end of the week and I was in hopes to buy by end of day Saturday and be done with it. He recommended that I essentially blindly purchase the vehicle and attempted to pressure me into submitting a credit application, and then tried to advise me on how credit works - not a great idea. Why would someone get proof of insurance for a vehicle they haven't even touched or physically seen? Perhaps he was at the root of it, just trying to honor my "by the end of day Saturday" request, but I assured him several times that I was not comfortable purchasing blindly nor doing fruitless credit apps on cars I wasn't going to buy. OH - and they aren't open on Saturdays!? Come on! lol -- Long story short, if this is how your sales process goes for every customer, that's really disappointing. Purchased a wonderful 2014 MKS from another dealer! No hassle, no problem and great deal!

Impossible to get an appointment with the service department. Been trying for weeks. Call, no answer. Message through their website, no response. I actually got a response through their text service but it took them days to text back and they never confirmed an appointment date and time. Tried calling again today. Still no answer.

Not all Lincoln dealerships are created equal. Bought my MKX in Phoenix, (Sanderson Lincoln) and had a 5 star experience. My first black label experience back in Macomb County, MI did not go very well. Wanted my home link set up, was told they had nobody to do it since he was promoted and they were busy. Took my number and said they would call me some time next MONTH. Called Lincoln of Troy and Cathy in the service department tried to help me but the home link on my garage door system really needs two people (a tech and myself) as things have to happen within a 30 second window of time. Within two days Michael a trainer arrived at my home and assisted with my Home Link. Additionally, he stayed and connected my phone and did a training session -- true Black Label service. These two individuals have solidified where my next Lincoln will be leased in less than three years. Elizabeth, the sales manager called me and discussed the dealerships commitment to a Black Label experience. Besides the service my MKX exceeds all expectations - still miss my 1998 air ride, Lincoln Continental.Ron L.

I called last weekend 4/8/16 because my car wouldn't start. It had been acting funny for 2 days and because when I would walk up to my car instead of it unlocking it would just try to lock or unlock constantly, so eventually the battery died. When I called at 4pm on a Friday they made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them. They did not want to bring me a loner car at all. I wasn't sure if jumping the car was going to fix the problem or not. They never asked what was best for me but tried to figure out what was best for the dealership. They huffed about having to stay past 6 if it took their road side longer to get out there than they said it would. Called me at 5:50 pm to make sure I was coming because they didn't want to stay if I wasn't even though I didn't have a choice since I didn't have a car if I didn't. Long story short I brought them my car instead of them coming to me because it was inconvenient for them to do so Friday or Saturday. They did everything in their power to make it as easy on them and never asked me what was best for me. Continuously told me about staffing shortages and why they couldn't do what was best for me. I 100% believe it starts from the top and works its way down and the Sales Manager, Gabe, lied to me, he said "my guy offered you a ride into the dealership." Which was a blatant lie! Apparently I was supposed to have empathy for them instead of them taking care of the car that I pay $480/ month for that has broken twice in the 1 year I have had it. To top all of this off when I get the car back it is doing the same thing it was before the battery died, I called at the beginning of the week and because I travel for work I wasn't able to set anything up. I called again on Friday 4/15/16 and was told I would get a call back within one hour and here it is Monday and I haven't heard.

I just got a Lincoln MKZ from Elie Malouf, Dealer located in Troy. The most pleasant experience. This salesman went above and beyond to get me exactly what I want within my budget. He did not shower me with any garbage like most sales people do. Made sure I got everything I wanted with a smile on his face. I highly recommend dealing with Elie when seeking a Lincoln vehicle. You will not leave unhappy. I really appreciate his patience, positive attitude and customer service. I called him many times with many questions and he was perfectly happy with it. I have had excellent experience in the service department. When looking to trade in my lincoln mks, i received a very poor experience. Spoke to sales rep, who gave me a price. But wanted to offer 9000.00 for my 2011 mks w/50500 miles. Then he decide he would look at blue book value and say we will give you 12500.00. I told him i was offered 14400 at hyundai. He told me i should take it. I said thank you and left. My supervisor came on her lunch previously to buy a mkx an she said it was snowing and noone came out to greet her, but they looked out the window. One pasted her and said hi outside. I am in a customer service industry. I am truly disappoint. Went to Hyundai dealer total different experience. You lose a lincoln customer and a sale

Walked into the dealership, and was welcomed so kindly by everyone. Our salesperson, Elie Malouf was excellent- very kind and we were able to look at the two different models, MkX and MkC. Ended up getting the MkC and making a deal that day. He made the experience wonderful! Will be back to work with him for the next car!Sheila was also wonderful and very kind when we were signing the paperwork. The man who showed us the car was also great. I feel like everyone here is very nice and treats us well.

I bought a Lincoln MKX from Jerry at Lincoln of Troy. I could not have been treated nicer from the nice woman who greets you at the door all the way through the whole buying experience. Jerry was very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I was very familiar with my new car. He was patient and spent the time helping me to understand how everything worked. He followed up with a phone call and even scheduled a second visit in case I had any questions. I would definitely recommend Lincoln of Troy.

I took my MKS in for service and initially received a call that it was the timing chain. I later received a call that since they didn't have proof of all of my oil changes (some of the oil changes provided by lincoln dealerships they didn't have records for) the warranty may be void. They wanted to charge me to drop the engine to see. In talking to several friends and clients, I was advised that I would be at the mercy of the dealership if I proceeded. Several friends use Varsity Lincoln and are very happy, so I took it there. They said it was under warranty, determined it was the timing chain, and fixed it at no cost. I am a single female and many friends wonder if Troy was trying to take advantage of that. It was the service that lead me to choosing the Lincoln MKS over the Ford Taurus SHO. Lincoln of Troy did not provide that service. As a side note, I mentioned to an attorney friend that I didn't want to call around to get all of my receipts of oil changes to prove I had them done. He told me I did not have to prove it. The dealership would have to prove I didn't have oil changes. He mentioned a class action law suit that started in California with another car company. Even so, I will now be keeping receipts in my glove box.

The minute I walked in the door to the minute I drove away in my new MKZ, I felt very special. Eli was informative and took care of me like I was family. I know I got the best deal possible, and he helped me make an informed decision, answered all my questions and guided me through the purchase of my new vehicle. Lincoln of Troy has decided to take me, one of their customers, to small claims court based on a mistake made by their service department when handling recall repairs on my 2013 MKZ.They installed a part on my vehicle without checking warranty coverage (or lack thereof) and are now trying to hold me accountable for a $387.97 bill which Lincoln Motor Company will not reimburse their dealership for. (This is over a cup-holder latch, mind you)They did not call me for authorization to install the part They did not quote me for costAfter repeated requests (as recent as yesterday) for them to provide documentation showing I agreed to the repair, I have yet to receive anythingA mistake has been made by them, whether intentional or not I have yet to determine.I tried everything in my power to work with the dealership by offering the part back, trying to speak with the owner, etc. This all proved to be a waste of time. After waiting two weeks to speak with the owner of Lincoln of Troy and having him promise me a call back he did not follow through. Complete incompetence from the service writer all the way up to the owner and they will be held accountable.As of yesterday I received a letter that I am being sued. I am not intimidated by this at all.I have talked to other Lincoln service managers and all agree this was a mistake made by Lincoln of Troy. I have been a customer of theirs for over a year and a half, servicing my car there on numerous occasions.I will update this review after the court date. I am not happy. I will not sit quietly on this.

My wife and I recently purchased a new MKC from Lincoln of Troy. Overall the experience was easy and seamless. Our sales associate, Elie, was professional and responsive (including on Saturday when he was not in the office). He walked us through all the potential options and then, later, the actual purchase with a calm and professional manor. Vehicle financing, vehicle walk-through, plate-transfer, and vehicle staging/prep were handled well and when promised. My husband and I gave ourselves a week to find a gently used sedan in great condition. On our first day of shopping, we stopped by Lincoln of Troy. A salesperson, Alex Sky, offered us help and then gave us time to shop. We both liked one car in particular and eventually took it for a test drive. Alex offered the right amount of assistance and useful information without adding pressure. We are an older couple and cautious buyers. After giving a refundable deposit and considerable thought, we returned to buy an incredible car in fabulous condition with luxurious features and an outstanding warranty. This is the second Lincoln that I have leased. The car makes driving so much safer. It practically drives itself. The ride is so smooth. The employees at the dealership were awesome. I had been to a number of dealerships looking for a new car. Shopping for a new car for a woman can sometimes be a challenge and not often a pleasant one at that. I went to Lincoln of Troy and immediately felt like part of the family. I was treated very warmly and professionally from the onset and had the best experience obtaining my first lease car. From the moment I walked in the door and was greated to meeting my salesperson Karl Keck who was great, I was impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. I test drove a couple models and then got down to the serious buisiness of leasing where I never felt at a disavantage. The dealership worked to make the deal and stay within my budget. Their attitude, fairness, and desire to make me a customer resulted in me picking up my new MKC the next day. It was an excellent experience and will definately go back again.

Scott Oliviero was my sales associate and did a fantastic job making my out of state purchase easy and pain free. I took an Amtrak train from Albany Ny to Detroit. My train was 3 hours late and Scott was still there to pick me up. Once we arrived to the dealership i was welcomed by the Sales manager and was taken to the showroom floor where my car was waiting for me. The car was detailed beautifully (looked brand new) and drove wonderfully. Everything was exactly as described. The paperwork was quick and easy and i was on the road in no time. I walked into Lincoln of Troy several weeks ago to look at the MKX. I was greeted by a lovely woman at the front desk and she in turn introduced me to Doug. With lots of patience Doug went through all my options to sell my car to the dealership and in turn I decided I wanted to lease. For several days he again went over my options with me and I made the decision to sell my car and lease the MKX. I was given what I felt was a fair price for my car and I am now in love with my beautiful MKX. I dealt with Sheila for all my paperwork and I must say she was a delight to deal with. She's been at her job for a long time and had all the paperwork ready for me when I got there to close. She explained everything to me as she handed papers to me to sign. I then went to Doug and he took time to sit in my car and explain all the equipment that comes with my new car. I highly recommend Lincoln was of Troy and would certainly recommend them to my friends and family!

I had a great experience at Lincoln of Troy. Like many I shopped around on the phone first, and compared different prices and incentives. I was pleasantly surprised when I got hold of Heather at Lincoln of Troy. She understood my concerns and connected me to Eli who assured me that I would get the best car at the best price, and I did! Eli was definitely interested in my best interest, at one point he called me on the day that I was supposed to sign the paperwork and told me to hold off a couple more days since more incentives from the Auto show may get me a even better deal. Unfortunately, there weren't any additional price cuts for me, but I was impressed with the effort!

Awesome and outstanding teamwork! Due to recovering from the recession, I had a challenging credit score. Even with an MBA was hard to secure work for almost 3 years 2008-2011. Now that I am back I have to reestablish my score, I have good income again. Just started work one year ago at Ford and wanted to purchase a Lincoln. I had been approved elsewhere but while performing my research, came across a beautiful MKT at Lincoln of Troy. I viewed the car on a Monday and took delivery that Tuesday. My salesman Ray was upfront and worked with the finance manager to get me the car I wanted. I would recommend the sales and finance team at Lincoln of Troy to anyone.

Steve Dutcher was very helpful plus he asked Kathy Bowe to repair a broken trunk lift on my MKT. Also arranged for a loaner. My husband recently died so this was a brand new experience for me. I needed a dealer who would make car ownership easy and convenient for me. I feel confident that Lincoln of Troy is that dealership. I do know from previous experience that Kathy Bowe is a remarkable service advisor. She is the reason I felt so comfortable going to this dealership in the first place. Steve has been more than great walking me through all this very new steps in car ownership.

After car hunting after hours (I hate feeling like Im being attacked by pushy sales people) for a new used vehicle for my family we found one at the Lincoln of Troy in our price range the model/make that we were looking for. My husband and I had gone back and forth to the dealership a few times debating upon what we wanted to do I had recently been to a local Chevy dealer and was stereotyped as the typical female who doesnt know anything about vehicles talked to and treated like crap the salesman just wanted to get my financial information that was his greatest concern, Very Unhappy!! I decided to go over to Lincoln and see what I could find out when I arrived I walked out to the lot looked at the vehicle again to make sure this was something that would work for us, Alex was walking out to me and the first thing he had to say was "Hi! You want to take it for a test drive?" He didnt care about my finances he didnt care that I was a female. So of course I test drove it was gone for a while (sorry had to have my mechanic check it out) about an hour Alex called me to make sure I was ok and that there wasnt a problem with the vehicle (finally some one who cares about his customers). When I got back I went inside sat down and talked with him for hours more so laughed he got to know what I was looking for and why he wants to ensure his customers are getting the right vehicle for them he spoke with me on a personal level not just a sales pitch, There were a few things we asked to have fixed before agreeing to buy the vehicle Alex took care of every need as though it was for himself. He followed up with us while going through the process to let us know as things were getting done and then took the time to go over all the details when we went to finalize the purchase telling us and showing us all that was done. I would highly recommend if you need a used car to find Alex and request him, he cares about his customers, gets to know their likes, dislikes, and needs, he really gets to know you as a person and not just another sale. **ALEX** best salesman I have ever worked with he doesnt push you or "sell" you on anything he offers and listens to you the buyer. Great guy HUGE asset to the Lincoln of Troy Dealership

We just leased a new 2014 MKZ which is the third MKZ to lease, Our experience to find the right car and complete the lease was great. Doug Stolz found the car with all the options and color we need , the lease process was completed in short time and very smooth. Also turning in the previous MKZ was very easy and did not take much time. It was great experience dealing with the staff at Lincoln of Troy and I strongly recommend them to buy/lease a new car.

I really loved my experience! May i add that I went in just passing by the lot when a couple of cadillacs caught my eye. I decided to pull in and take a look at the vehicles when Alex walked over to me. Honestly I was thinking not another salesman trying to push a car on me again like my previous experience from other dealerships. He was nothing like that to my surprise! He was nice and had me come in to see if I qualified. I just knew that I wasn't going to qualify for anything! (LOL) Needless to say ..... I was completely wrong!!!! I not only was approved for the Vehicle I wanted but he made it happen and took care of me! i got my SRX the next day and I love my caddy!!!!! Hes the best he cared and it was Genuine!!!!!! most of these dealerships you go to have pushy sales people that want to get rid of non selling inventory but he was great! i would recommend him to anyone! I was discharged from bankruptcy Nov 2013 and didn't think I would be able to get anything not even a neon! i loved my first car buying Experience! Everyone there was absolutely pleasant and pulled strings for me!

I'm a business woman and myself work in sales. I went to 2 horrible dealerships before I finally found a salesman who didn't try and pull a fast one with price changes and irresponsibility. I told this salesman exactly what I was interested in payment wise, what car I wanted (with all the specs) the previous experience I had with Southfield and Novi. He answered all of my questions and was upfront throughout the whole deal. Within 48 hours, I drove away in the car I wanted. My salesman was Jerry. He not only treats others with how he'd want to be treated, but he's efficient. Thanks!! :)

I was looking for a MKS, my credit was not the best , but the dealership looked for all ways to get me financed. My sales person was Bill, this guy was the most honest, helpful and caring car sales person I have ever met. He really tried to find me the car I wanted t the price I could afford. He followed up with me and gave me different options. The things he did was not just to get a sale, but to help me find the car I wanted. He was not able to do that, but he did send me to the right place for financing. I purchased a car from another dealership only because they had the car I wanted. But I will always remember Bill and when I buy another car if I know of someone who is he is the guy I will recommend. Thanks for people who really car.

Well, the dust has settled, and the honey moon is over. Yes, I had a good experience buying the vehicle, but the aftermath has been a headache. 3 weeks to the day, I started to receive junk mail about extra coverage on my new purchase. It's been 8 days now, and already 15 offers in the mail have come. I emailed my salesman about it, and got the following response: "Carey, I have had a chance to speak with our General Sales Manager and she tells me that we don't have any information regarding "opting out" of any advertising. She also mentioned that on the back of the purchase order under "additional terms and conditions", line 17 (privacy notice) explains why." You see, I asked my salesman, as well as, the financier if they sell my info, because if they do, I want to opt out now. They both told me no. The financier did tell me that if I did receive any unwanted mail to call Lincoln Financial and they would remove me. Well, I did, and Lincoln Financial told me that nowhere in my contract that they had on file did it say anything about sharing my info, or opting out, and that the Purchase Order they spoke of is not a legal document, but used for in house purposes. So essentially what that means is: Yes, they sold me info, and no they won't give me the option to be removed. I believe this shows a lack of respect for the customer's privacy and it's simply a bad business practice. I will certainly not recommend this dealership if you want any of your personal information to remain personal, or if you would like to be treated like a decent customer AFTER your purchase is final. Two thumbs down with a frown. Whatever happened to customer service?

I took my Navigator in for repair under warranty for a leaking exhaust manifold. While in service, I was notified that the technician while fixing my right hand side exhaust manifold had used the driver side window and heard a "pop" which caused my window to not function anymore. I was informed that it was the motor which had failed and that the cost of the part was $300+ dollars and not covered under warranty. At that time, there was no negotiation that the dealership would cover any repairs since it was a failed motor out of their control. I was informed that the fix will not be covered under warranty and that the cost would be $300+ just for the part. So I had asked to have the technician confirm what failed and tape the window shut so I could drive home with my infant safely. My husband pulled apart the door panel and e discovered that the motor had actually not failed and that it was just a broken cable. His interpretation was that the part looked to be misused, or forced to cause the failure. The window was still working while in my possession before I dropped my vehicle off. Since the window failed while in service, and during the actual use of a technician at Lincoln Brothers I feel that the dealership should take responsibility on the replacement/cost of this part. Unfortunately, they did not feel this way and left me as a very unsatisfied customer. Additionally, I fear having their service department continuing any work on my vehicle and do not have confidence in the technicians they have working for them. The customer service manager avoids my calls and e-mails, and does not follow up with me! Very poor experience and will never purchase from this dealership in the future and strongly discourage friends, family and co-workers to do so as well!!

This dealership wasted my time. They agreed to a price on my trade in and on a new car lease. We had all of the paperwork signed and they took my down payment via credit card. Before handing me the keys, they tried to change the terms of the deal. It was not a matter of a mistake or anything like that. They just tried to change the deal post facto and squeeze and extra few hundred out of me. When you are leasing a $54,000 car, this should not be an issue. I refused to be worked in this manner. The salesman was fine, but the sales manager just hid in his office and would not even come out to discuss his position in person. This is exactly why people hate walking into a car dealership. I would avoid this place like the plague.

This is the email I sent to Randy, the Service Manager and never heard back!!!!Randy-I asked to speak to you today but I was told you are not at North Brothers this afternoon.I wanted to write you so you know about the horrible service I received today with my girlfriends 2009 Lincoln MKS. I brought the car in today on my lunch hour (12:15) and asked for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told the car would be ready in 40 minutes so I ate and came back at 1:15. The car was parked up front. I checked the tires and then went to the Service Desk and explained I was there to pick up the car. I asked to see the paperwork before I paid. I noticed that it said on the paperwork that the tires were rotated. I informed the person at the service desk that I knew they were not rotated because I marked them. I took the cap off of the front right tire and the front left tire has a plug in it from a flat a few months ago. The gentleman at the service desk told Tim Martin the Service Advisor. Tim went and spoke to Eric Super who performed the work. Eric claimed he rotated the tires. Tim then VERY sarcastically said, Sir, do you want me to have him re-rotate them? I said, no, I want you to rotate them like I originally asked for an hour ago. I then explained to Tim that the tires were marked and I was 100% certain the they were not rotated.I told Tim that I felt I should not have to pay for the tire rotation because of my additional 35 minute wait. He asked me why. I explained that North Brothers should have done it the first time, not had me wait an additional 35 minutes and that they should not lie to customers. He said he did not have the authority to waive that fee.I am extremely bothered by this experience and for the first time ever I had to check the dipstick, with a suit and tie on, to be certain that Eric actually performed the oil change. Very bad service!Obviously, we have lost confidence in North Brothers Service Department.

Because Park Lincoln Mercury dealership closed I had to find a new service department. I put this off because In the past I have had some very unpleasant experiences with service departments treating me poorly because I am a woman and don't know automobiles-I am in the medical profession! But what a most pleasant surprise! When I first called and explained my problem-Amy was courteous and offered me an appointment today at 1030 and I told her I had to work at the hospital by 3pm and she offered me an a ppt at 0930. I arrived early and immediately was asked to pull the car in and Amy shied me to the waiting area! I barely had time to spend any time on my iPad when Amy returned and took me out to my car! It was finished-small pin hole was found in rear driver side tire-the Low Tire Pressure warning lite was off and I was on my was! The staff was courteous, efficient and without question I will return! This service department has restored my confidence in this business. Thank you North Brothers in Troy! Your employees were fantastic!
