Scott and the whole staff at Right Way Auto made finding and buying a vehicle an easy and amazing experience. Them helped me find just the right vehicle for me and obtaining financing for it. Scott kept in contact with me through the whole process and did all the work. He talked and walked me through it every step of the way. If you are looking for a vehicle I would highly recommend Right Way Auto.

Hands-down the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. I worked with Uriah Hon and he must be a magician, because everything about this was magical. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else to buy a car from now on.

Our church needed to upgrade our 15 passenger van and I saw one (a rare find) at Right Way Auto and within a couple weeks we bought it. Rusty was great to work with along with Brian and Chadd. Thanks guys!

My purchase process was great but After the purchase and a day short of week gone by from my purchase I get a flat in one of my tires that where installed brand new by the dealership repair shop. I called the dealership to ask about a warranty on the tires because they where installed by their shop and hadn't been on the vehicle for more than two months they informed me that they don't offer a warranty from their dealership shops work and there's no warranty from the tire manufacturers. They said the only option I have is to fix it myself without a warranty or submit a claim to my insurance company. I'm displeased with the after the sale service they showed to a returning customer of the dealership. None of this review reflects anything on my salesman Scott cause he can't help if the dealerships management doesn't allow him to.

This is a nice place, I am the type that does not like pushy salesmen. They are super friendly patient and show honesty right from the beginning. We have always bought our vehicles from Michelle Straub who comes from Lee Credit with many years of experience, she makes it a very pleasant experience. I have purchased two cars from this same dealership. Both times, my experience has been absolutely fantastic. No pressure sales, negotiable prices, Carfax reports there when you want to see them, and the crew is absolutely a joy to work with. I highly recommend this dealership.

These people are extremely friendly and courteous when they are taking your money. Once the purchase is completed, however, god forbid that anything should happen to your car. My purchase died the day after I took it home from the dealership. I immediately called, and was assured that the car would be repaired, and a replacement vehicle would be provided. The tow truck did not arrive for at least six hours, and the replacement vehicle never happened. i was without a car for two days. The dealer thought he was doing me a favor by paying for the repairs. When I asked for some kind of small recompense for the inconvenience, the dealer chose to ignore me. Caveat Emptor. Buyer Beware.
