The people who work in the service center at Lithia are great to work with. I had my Chrysler 200 in for an oil change, tire rotation and my check engine light came on so they checked that out and got that repaired also. I was given a ride home and then when it was finished they also came back to my home and picked me up and took me to the dealership so I could get my car. Thank you for your Great Service!!

Josh is usually who I deal with and does an outstanding job of working with our schedule to get our vehicles in for service. He also let's us know what is a priority on the vehicles as far as needing air filters and things of that nature. You guys need a popcorn machine though, it's holding me back from giving you a 5 star rating.

Jessica was very helpful and listened to what both my fiance and I wanted. She was energetic and easy to talk to. Overall pleased with our dealing with her. My concern was not with Jessica but the overall trade in value given to me. I understand that I came into the deal with an upside down loan, but I was clear that I didn't want to go over a payment of $600.00. I had to come back in and renegotiate the price as it was $100.00 over what I initially wanted to pay. So what I would say in the future is that to keep a person that you want to say positive things about, be careful to listen to what they are saying, because if they say that they don't want a payment over a certain number, they are saying that for a reason. I feel better about the deal once we adjusted the payment to something I could afford. Make sense? I got hammered on the last deal I had with you, and lost a lot of money. That is my fault, because I should have backed out of the deal and kept my truck that I had. Just need to be honest.All that has NOTHING to do with Jessica, who got us both into vehicles we love. But I also know that the Chrysler I traded in sold this past weekend and I also know what it was sold for. Have a good day. Robert

I am a fleet manager for a non-profit who manages the fleet card services for a small fleet statewide. Attempting to pay for maintenance with our Wright Express cards has been a nightmare with this dealership. I will inform my all of my drivers and vehicle managers not to use get any maintenance or repairs done at ANY Lithia dealership.It would have been easier to transport this last vehicle down to Bozeman for maintenance. I always get world-class service from Billion.

On vacation, new ( 1081 miles ) Cherokee developed overheating problem and had to be towed of highway - two dealers in Salt Lake could not fix. Towed Cherokee behind my motor home to Helena.Service manager Tim heard my issue. He immediately committed to me I would not leave Lithia Jeep until he and I had confidence the Cherokee would not let me down on our trip to British Columbia.When someone says that to you they are taking accountability for the outcome, a rare thing these days. Tim, George, and Levi were good to their word. We are now in British Columbia.Give Lithia Jeep in Helena serious consideration - the personnel I met were sincere, honest, and met their commitment - that's saying allot today.

I have never had this experience before, getting a oil change and other then the wait that is usual for Lithia oncell I got in my BRAND new vehicle I had to wipe it down because there was dirt all over the steering wheel and the door from the Tech. Once I got home and later I noticed for the very first time I have oil on my garage floor and then noticed that there is oil all over the tire well and as I opened the hood I noticed that the oil area had oil coming out of the spout. I understand pouring the oil is tough but to not even try and clean it up or tell the owner what happened is not right. My 1st thought is there is a issue with ml my brand new Jeep or that the tech forgot to tighten something. I was very disappointed, if I could go somewhere else I would but with a lifetime oil change package I'm stuck. I was very upset that now I have a dirty engine and oil spots on my garage floor. I'm glad at least he tightened everything but spilling the oil when u should have professional tools to make sure u don't do that is pretty questionable.

I wouldn't rate my experience a start 5 but it wasn't a star 1 either. Salesman we dealt with over the phone was wonderful, Casey, but unfortunately he was busy when we arrived so another salesman took his place, Jake. Jake wasn't horrible but he also talked the salesman talk, which could have made me go elsewhere, and didn't try to get to know us as people. Jake also had us sign that he had gone through all the buttons and gadgets the vehicle has but in reality it was Casey that showed us the ins and outs once the sale was complete (Jake was no where to be found). I feel badly that Jake got credit for the sale when it should have been Casey as he did the real work (dealing with me over the phone, running initial numbers, and finishing the sales with helping me understand the buttons and such as well as sincing my phone for me.) I would also hate to hear that my review went against Casey as he didn't do anything worthy of a bad review. Please don't think Jake was horrible, he wasn't, he just talks the usual sales talk and is all about the sale not the person's need, otherwise the typical salesman.

Everything with the sale was excellent. I was a little disappointed that my vehicle was not picked up and detailed and provided a full tank of gas as was promised. Perhaps they have not had the time to contact me. I had not planned to spend so much time at the dealership as I was still looking. I did have a meeting to go to so I left the dealership without having them detail it and fill the tank. I was going to buy another chevy and never made it thanks to your excellent staff. Other that the above item I enjoyed the experience

My experience at Lithia, Helena, Montana was top notch from the begining to the end.. Matt O'Dell, Sales Representative created a very comfortable and trusting environment. Matt was very knowlegable in explaining the policies and going over all the paperwork, terms and conditions as well as the numbers. In addition, he orientated me on my new truck and he was very well versed answering all my questions. Ms. Tammy Heigh did a great job with keeping my interest and her follow through was assertive and professional. Her re-assurance finding what I was looking for and being very responsive to my questions via txt and sending pictures, was the closure. This pre-lude truly made me comitt to an appointment and come to Lithia for the purchase.I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Great service, but web site says that it has express oil change and no appointment needed. I went there and they told me that I do need an appointment and that the web site was wrong. I did get in as they told me that someone had cancelled. The web site needs to be changed as I have to drive a long way into town.

they appear to have their act together as evidenced by good service and efficient systems and relatively personable and friendly staff you can relate to. They have gone the extra step in one case that involved research by the parts dept. And beat web researched prices on accessories and installation. No real complaints so far. some of the best prices in the country on ram trucks if you are patient and persistent. Just take a look around helena mt at the ratio of rams to other trucks on the road with your own eyes (I wish there were dat???) if you want proof compared to other areas.Of the country or even MT.

I was very interested in a Dodge pu they had,used one,they dropped the price from $9500 to $7800,after chatting with salesman ,i got a better deal from Dave Smith Motors,so i told the salesman i wasn't interested in thier trk,he blewup and tryed everything he could to convence me to come to them,he also was knocking me for going out of state to buy and not supporting the locals here to spend my money and support schools and all that BS.I know for sure now not to buy from them at anytime.I'm finding out the dealers here are high on thier cars and most are over priced,this is y i go out of state to buy,i get better deals and better service.I was warned not to deal with this dealership,the one in Missoula treated me better.

This dealership might as well be the basic corner hole in the wall "used car dealer". I had been trying for two weeks to get pictures of a Buick Roadmaster that they had for sale but never posted any photos of.After two weeks I finally called them yesterday. I spoke with Jacob Harris about this. He apologized and told me that he would take pictures and send them right away. They showed up as promised. He then called to see if I was interested. I told him I was and would get back to him on Monday. An hour or so later he called me back to tell me that he had just learned this car was going to be Wholesaled out on Monday and if I was still interested I would need to make a decision by then or sooner. He also informed me that because of this this they had increased the price $600 more for the vehicle. Are you Fking kidding me?For those of you unfamiliar with this here is the basics. A dealer usually will wholesale a car like this because of its age, 21 Y/O, and it is not something that they would normally sell on their lot. So they will either wholesale it out to one of the local small used car dealers or they will send it to the auction.At the auction for this year of a vehicle they can expect to receive in the neighborhood of $300-500. Wholesaling it will bring them not much more but maybe what they gave on trade in. In this case I would guess $1500 at the most.These guys figured they had somebody who was interested and for some reason thought it would be a great idea to increase the price and screw me over. Obviously I told them no thanks.They really screwed up as far as I am concerned. They could have sold the car to me and I would have told people what a great deal I got. Instead they tried to make a few extra bucks off me and now people get to read this. As far as if they wholesale it, well they will make less than what they originally wanted and that used car dealer is not going to tell their customers where the car came from.This is not how you do business when you have the name Lithia in front of your name.I see that they have one review on Yelp giving them Five Stars. If you will notice that person only has one review ever. Take what you want from that.Mind you that in the last ten years we have purchased approximately 15 cars and one 42ft Diesel Pusher Motor Home. I would think this is the type of thing that only happens at those crappy shady used car dealers, I guess I was wrong. One would think we would be the type of people that you would want to sell cars to.

I made a deal during the deal I asked the sale person about the warranty on the vehicle ,I choose to purchase a policy.I also asked about the lifetime oil change .When I asked about the type of oil the salesman stated that they use synthetic oil.I found out later that they use quaker state oil,[that was lie number 1]The salesman also stated that the truck was in the shop and that everything was checked out the oil and filter were changed[lie number 2] When I got the pick up home I discovered that the oil was very dirty as well as being 1 quart low the fluids all needed topped off.When I call the service department I asked what brand of filter they used on these trucks when they changed oil the man told me mopar filters,well the filter on this truck is a wix filter.So when you deal with these people watch them close.

Jake was great in dealing with our ever changing minds. He was very conscious of our price range and made sure we were comfortable before signing, there was no pressure. It was not easy going from a luxury car to an SUV. After driving many, I chose the Jeep Trailhawk. I have to admit that we usually purchase vehicles out of town because the experience locally is tougher than it should be. However, this time I ran across a fantastic sales person who was not only kind but thorough and even has top notch follow up. If it wasn't for him, I probably would have changed dealerships in the two week numbers negotiation, but he kept things positive and showed us he valued the business.

We bought a new truck and had the dealership install a hitch, rhino line the bed and sides and also install a grill guard. The truck was ready for pick up when promised. The work was excellent. We were very happy with the service dept.
