Everyone at Lithia are so helpful, nice and are there to help you to buy what you want not what they want to sell you. When we purchased a new truck in 2014 we were not pressured and shown only vehicles that met our requests. We take both our vehicles to Lithia for oil changes and service.

I have always received outstanding service at Lithia Dodge of Missoula. The service staff makes it easy to schedule a repair, give you an accurate quote of what needs to be fixed, and exactly how much that service session will cost. They are timely on the repair, and do not try to up sell any more then what you really need . Dallas and his staff, are friendly, courteous , and very knowledgeable on diagnosing the problem, then informing you of all the options available. When performing the repair, they are right on time, as promised, and the I have never had the need for any follow up corrections. I have kept most all my service business with Lithia Dodge of Missoula for the past 6 years, and have never had a complaint. On a few occasions, while traveling out of state, I was forced to use another dealer on 3 or 4 occasions for an issue that developed while I was away from home. On 2 of those occasions, I ended up seeing the Missoula service staff for follow up repairs to finish correcting the problem that the other dealers did not fix in the first place. The Missoula staff corrected the whole issue satisfactorily every time. I highly recommend Lithia Dodge of Missoula to everyone I talk to.

My Ram 2500 heavy duty was acting up again and was 40 miles from limp mode due to the EGR system. I arrived around 3:30 at their service desk. A young man named Justin greeted me, and after telling him my situation of being stuck in Missoula overnight with day care issues back home or have it towed back to Great Falls, he made things happen. Even though they were back logged over two weeks, he and a mechanic were able to reset the codes so I could at least make it home to the Lithia in Great Falls to work on. I was really impressed by Justin's concern and help. He is relatively new at that location but has experience from other service centers. You need to give him a raise. If you see this Justin, thank you very much. Blessings

We called with a clicking sound in our heater on our 2009 Dodge Ram Truck. Within a short time the repair dept. called on the phone and set us up to come in with in two days for repair. I came into Lithia knowing I would be major challenge for whoever decided to help me buy a new car, I had even told Jay that I would be a challenge. I wasn't really sure of what I wanted, but I had a car to trade and I had a hard limit as to what I would pay. Jay went to work; it took him the better part of a day and we hadn't found something that would work. I went home thinking I would be looking elsewhere. Jay kept working on it and the following morning he presented me with the perfect vehicle, under my budget needless to say I was impressed and I would gladly send business his way.

I had the cable from the hood latch release handle inside the P/U to the hood latch reconnected on my 2001 Dodge Dakota. Time will tell if it is a permanent repair or a continuing problem.Maintenance coordinators were helpful and courteous. Very satisfied with the service.

Customer rep prompt, was very friendly and very profesional. Finished the job in a timely manner while I waited. I purchased my Jeep unlimited Wrangler there last winter and also the oil changes for life package.The "manufacturer recommended" services added up to alittle over $200. Which I asked them to go ahead and do. I will have check on the price averages for changing these additional fluids, seemed a little high?Still squeaky underneath when I hit a bump in the road. Maybe a spring or something? I asked them to look at this but unless you drive it not noticable, so maybe they forgot.

We had a very wonderful experience with Chase McCubbins at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Missoula. We went in to look at the Chrysler 200S AWD, but were surprised when my husband wasn't able to get into the drivers seat. Chase suggested we look at the Jeep Compass and were surprised at what a great vehicle it was, with more room in the drivers seat than the larger Jeeps. Chase treated us with respect, listened to our needs and referred us to a vehicle that met our needs and was economically priced. He made the entire process comfortable and finished in time for me to get to work on time! A year ago we went to Lithia to look at a new Dodge Avenger. When we decided the deal was not what we wanted, we walked out of the building and heard people calling out to us. It was the salesman and the sales manager, trying to pressure us into a sale. This time, Chase was respectful, pleasant to deal with and made the process very enjoyable.
