Carlos ortega, service advisor deserves the highest marks because 1 he always remembers my name. 2 he always tracks and follows up on parts orders. 3 he always explains what is needed and how much it costs 4 he is prompt in correcting things that "fall through the cracks".

after a long search on the internet we found the citidal at lithia dodges website in santa fe. chris craven exemplified excellent customer service .he was so good I purchased the citidal sight unseen.he even sent me to your web to look at the Durango and as the story goes my dream was close to becoming a reality. after numerous discussions with our awesome bank of the southwest specifically blanca barrera branch manager with her expertise,patience I finally secured a mortage re-fianc with a new car loan.lithia dodge management,personel should be commended for their willingness to work with us in elephant butte 3 hours away. chris craven was in daily contact with sales management and us .we even requested that if the purchase was approved, would lithia dodge deliver the Durango to our house in elephant butte without hesistation your company agreed .I would like to thank lithia dodge of santa fe ,personel involved and in particular chris craven for going beyond the call of duty .sincerely jerry m kloeppel and michelle m kloeppel

I was just taking my Jeep in for oil and filter stuff, but had a couple of extra things I wanted done (a fuel 'door' added, new wiper blades installed) and I walked out paying for less than I probably would have for just a oil change somewhere else! Well, yes, I did have discount coupon that had been emailed to me, but really, Carlos (they customer service gentleman I always go seek out first) and the crew dow at Lithia are always so pleasant, helpful, customer oriented. Truly the best service all the way around. Wouldn't think now, of going elsewhere!

So we were touring with a2004 Ram diesel with 250,000 miles on it. Coming out of Alamogordo I noticed a "bang" from under the truck when I pulled away from a stop. It sounded like the drive line was coming apart. We limped into Santa Fe and found the KOA and dropped the trailer.We then went into town to find the Dodge dealer and stopped at the first auto dealer we came to. Nissan...the Dodge dealer is cleeeer on the other side of town they said...can you give me their number say'I...so I called and thanks be to God, Dominic picked up!We got to the shop late, on Saturday no less, so he and his shop foreman could have a look and get some parts coming...I think I fell weeping into his arms. We were traumatized but thank ful that we made it to town and didn't drop the drive line in the desert with no cell service.Dominic arranged a rental car for us and the lead mechanic helped us decide on just a U-joint replacement or a new drive line ( which turned out to be a long-lead back-order situation) We had to simply replace a u-joint because we have to stay in town for days waiting on the new drive line.I later learned that that fine young mechanic had lost a family member in a car crash over the week-end....so very,very sorry, he was a wonderful, empathetic young man. Allen at Lithia CJD of Santa Fe, NM was able to give me an earlier appointment on the day of my oil change for my 2015 Grand Cherokee. I arrived 30 minutes early and he was able to take me even at that time. He was courteous, polite and accommodating. He went over the entire invoice and all the check points of service. The price and attention keep me coming to the dealership for my oil changes. There is a large TV and treats in the waiting room. Thank you and see you next time!

This is our third vehicle that we purchased from Lithia (Corey Vollmer). Corey is excellent to work with, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We purchased this via the Internet. When we arrived at Lithia, Corey introduced us to the sales person (Crystal Baca) who was wonderful to work with. Routine oil change through the lifetime oil change program. No problems. Good service as always. I also asked for and received an estimate for 90,000 mile tune up. Seemed high. Did not get work done.

My Sales Rep was Andy Twentyman. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. Over the years I have purchased many many vehicles from numerous dealers. I have yet to have a positive experience until now. Mr. Twentyman was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. At no time did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. I had my two young children with me that day. Mr. Twentyman had to put up with bathroom breaks, lunch breaks and nap time. Mr. Twentyman was very understanding. When I made my desision to buy the vehicle, the monthly payment was exactly where It needed to be. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and I will definetly be back. I have a lifetime oil change contract with Lithia and took my car in for a routine 5K mile oil change and service. I left with a broken oil gasket and more. The rubber sealer ring was put on the wrong thread in the gasket, leading to over-tightening and, ultimately, a cracked gasket that had to be replaced. I discovered this a week later when oil spots started appearing on my driveway. A bolt holding up the oil pan was also sheared off. They also failed to inspect the in-cabin air filter, which was filthy. My experience with their customer service was so bad, I decided to cut my losses and go to an independent repair shop (Toy Auto Man in Santa Fe) to fix what they broke. In short, I went in for routine maintenance and left with a damaged engine. Not recommended unless you want to leave worse off than when you went in.

The Maintenance work performed on my 2013 vehicle was excellent. I was given the opportunity to observe the work and inspect the condition of the fluids and parts that were replaced. I am very confident that my vehicle will perform excellently for another 60,000 miles. It presently has 130,236 miles.

Please take your $ elsewhere, this place is a nightmare and will not resolve ANY issues you have after purchasing your vehicle. I wish I would have read a review like this prior to deciding where to spend my money! I will warn all of my family and friends, but to those I don't know, you are in for a ride with these guys if you purchase a car here. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!

Worst dealership ever. bought used vehicle big mistake drove a mos and trannie went. Had extended warranty. Took 3 mos to get vehicle back. Went 4 oil change stripped bolts. Oil leaking on ground. Went to trade in offered us less than half of what we paid after 5 mos. everything about this place was terrible, service, salesmen(new and used), wait time. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy. I am 60 years and have had dozens of vehicles, this was worst vehicle experience of my life. Stay as far away from this place as possible.

Salesman- misleading on extended warranty. Finance Manager-failed on proper financing of extended warranty-undercoating and sealant. Salesman "promised new car wash" ignored in show room for twenty minutes while waiting for a no show on the wash. Service- wife waited for twenty minutes for shuttle ride in dealership cause shuttle person sick. No undercoating , no sealer. finance "forgot" to add in financing. Frustrating.....
