I contacted the dealership to get a quote on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Creed responded to me very quickly and maintained contact throughout. He made this process very simple and I definitely feel like I walked away with the best deal possible. The only offputting thing about my experience was a little bit of a wait (4 hours total in the dealership-not sooo bad) but also all the additional "travelling sales people". It made the dealership very crowded. Great experience and I woudl recommend my friends if they are looking for a new vehicle. Thanks, Creed!

My husband and I with our 4 small children went into this dealership because we received a sales promotional flyer in the mail so we thought we would go check out the inventory and see if we won a big cash prize. Upon getting to the dealership we were greeted and offered help and if we were interested in a vehicle. I told the man I was wanting to look at a Durango with 3rd row seating he said they had one and took us to a sales man that he said would help us. When we were introduced the sales man I think his name was mike and told him that we were really just window shopping and he proceeded to ask about income when we told him that my husband was currently in between jobs by only a week he wanted to know how much cash we were looking at. I again told him we were wanting to look around to see our options before we were ready to buy because I wasn't sure if I really just wanted the Durango or just upgrade to a full size truck. He never offered to let us look around all he said was ok well lets see if you won money and took the flyer to another man and walked away. All of that and we never even got to look at the Durango with 3rd row or anything and all we walked away with was $1.00. My husband and I both got the impression because we were currently unemployed and low income that we were not worth the time of day to. Even if I had $20,000 in cash I would not go to this dealership. I have never felt so disrespected before. This is the second time I have tried to look at vehicles at this dealership and will never go back.

As long as you plan on it taking twice as long as they state, then you're fine. Even when you ask at the front desk just before they take your vehicle back to service, the 35 minutes is over an hour. Since 2006 they've always done a good job servicing our vehicles. It's also a good idea to remind them to reset any digital automated service reminders (if you have them in your auto) & recheck that it's actually been reset as you leave. Otherwise you have to come back later to do so. That is, if you consider this part of what you're paying for, as they do state it's included in the service.

Jorden was my sales associate. Very knowledgeable, sharp, and friendly. Ive purchased several vehicles in my life and often heard the use of technical terminology when sales folks tried to explain a particular feature on the vehicle. Jorden, on the other hand, used every day words in his descriptions. A big plus in his sales pitch. His customer service skills are second to none. He was awesome to work with. I didn't get the truck I thought I wanted, got a better one, thanks to Jorden. This was the 2nd truck purchased from this dealership in the past five years and they've been great experience.

This was our 3rd car purchase here and they just keep getting easier. Jorge is great, low pressure and reasonable. He found us the truck we were looking for and at the price we could afford. There was no long back and forth about the price. There were no games or pressure techniques. Jorge is straightforward and doesn't waste your time. Seriously it took a few texts and five minutes at the dealership and it was done. Then he delivered the truck to Hailey for us. Jorge really goes the extra mile.

Can't say enough about this dealer! My buying experience was the best I've ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. We negotiated a price via phone and email. The price was very good --and I say this based on talking to other dealerships. The salesman was Jorden. I flew into the Boise airport and he picked me up (240 miles round trip for him!). Very nice guy and very knowledgeable. When we arrived at the dealership, the price was to the penny the same as we discussed in the emails.Truck was all prepped and ready to go with a full tank of diesel. We did a test drive and I looked over the truck; everything was perfectGreat service and absolutely no BS in the process. For example, once I finished with Jorden and the truck inspection I was turned over to the dreaded "finance manager". From past buying experiences this is where the BS begins ....but not this time. The finance guy's name was Brady. Nice, very competent and we just cranked through the paperwork, I took my time to read each doc. When I had a question, Brady had an answer. Very efficient process. None of the usual big pressure to buy a bunch of add ons. Consequently, this is where I will go when I want to buy add-ons. They either "read" what kind of buyer I was or dealerships are realizing that most respond very negatively to pressure.

This was the first time that I've purchased a car from a dealership and I was extremely nervous. I've heard all kinds of horror stories about women being taken advantage of because they might not know quite as much about cars as men do. I never felt that way once. Griffin had sold my son his first car a few months before and I was impressed with the way he walked him through the entire process and made sure that he didn't get in over his head. When I was ready to buy, I was happy to look him up and have him be my sales person also. It was a pleasant experience and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm ready to buy another vehicle.

This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and I don't think it could have been any better. Jorge sat down with me and asked a couple general questions about what I was looking for. Five minutes later he showed me exactly what I was looking for. Then he let me borrow the jeep fit the day so that I could see if it was what I needed (unsupervised). All in all it was great.

This was the newest vehicle I have ever purchased, and I was very nervous and excited at the same time. Nervous to spend that much $$, but excited to own such a beautiful truck. I took my vehicle for an oil change and an alignment, they were very helpful and explained that it would take around an hour and a half or so, I was suppose to get a phone call when they were done but they never called back, so I show up around two and a half hours later. They explained that it was test driven and everything checked okay. I start driving home and noticed my car alignment was even worse than when I took it in, I drove right back and explained to the sales person that the car wasn't driving straight, and I also noticed 3 of my rims were scratched as if they got dropped or bumped, they had no damage since I took it to the car wash before taking it in and I just had cleaned the rims myself and saw no damage. I was pretty upset but the sales person explained that they would fix the rims and redo my alignment if I brought it in on the next Monday since it was Friday and they were closing. I had someone else take it in on that Monday, they talked to the same sales person but they were told that they weren't responsible for the rims since they didn't damaged them and they had to actually drive my car since they explained that the car was aligned but they had to agree after the drive that it wasn't. They refused to take responsibility for the rims and when we asked for our money back since the job they were asked to do wasn't done, they refused and explained I could only get in-store credit.Horrible service, never taking it in there again, I pretty much payed for a service that wasn't done right and on top of that I got my rims damaged.

We had done a fair bit of pre shopping on line but found a model we had not anticipated. Our salesman Creed Wright had us test drive it, then spent several days looking for one with exactly the package we wanted. The sale was quick and painless from that point on, and the vehicle carries us forth in safety and pure comfort! Quieter than my previous Cadillac SRX!

Jorge was great. He showed us a few trucks on Saturday. Then I called him on Monday to discuss things. He put together the whole deal with a few texts and phone calls. After the deal was agreed upon, Jorge drove all the way to Hailey to deliver the truck that night! He really went above and beyond our expectations. We have never bought a car with so little hassle. The best way to explain is to compare. I took a vehicle to Middlekoff and for an oil change. Service was slow and the employees seemed to be annoyed I was interrupting their quiet day. Environment was dirty and unkept. Lithia the staff is friendly, made me feel at home. Promt to help. Truck was done in a faster time than was expected. The environment was clean and comfortable.... LOVE MY NEW JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE!! What a wonderful time I had both of my visits! My sales man Jeff Geyer went out of his way at both points of sales and then after too. What more could you ask for? I actually bought a Cherokee and LOVED her, but was still wanting the extra BANG of a Grand Cherokee. You want what you want and Jeff made the second trade in on a new for new so inviting I would not resist. Will I be back? Oh yes and in fact my first jeep was purchased from the Lithia dealership in Medford, Oregon! I had had my older jeep serviced here in Lithia Twin Falls 4 or 5 times with perfect 5 star service. I knew exactly what I wanted. I called the dealership and spoke with Creed Wright, the fleet manager. He came to my office, we sat down, it took about 10 min to build my order. He got the price back to me the next day. I agreed and he ordered it. My truck arrived in 55 days as ordered. Creed filled it with fuel and DEF, gave me a quick orientation to all the controls and features and down the road I went.

We were driving from Oregon through Twin Falls with our 5th wheel on our way to New Mexico during early summer when the AC stopped working in our truck. Bad when in a few hours we would be driving in 90+ temps. We stopped at Lithia, fully expecting to not only have our trip delayed, but get our usual bad experience as with our own local Dodge dealership service department. They had us drop our trailer and bring it in right away for diagnostics...at about 1:30. We were blown away when, a couple hours later, they called us (we waited in our trailer across the street) and said it was fixed and ready to go. They explained why it was not the costly evaporator or clutch, which is what we anticipated. Instead...it was a refrigerant recharge to the tune of just over $100. Not only were these folks courteous and honest, they got us fixed and in our way in time to make our next campsite reservations in Moab. We are so impressed that when it comes time for a new truck, we would consider working with them...even though we live in the Portland area. That kind of good service isn't forgotten. Kudos, service department folks!

I recently went in to look at a new or used Dodge Dart. One of the sales assosiates, Griffin Heath greeted me almost imidietly. I hadnt even walked through the front doors. He was very charming and had a great possotive attitude. It was very appearent that he is passionate about his job and truely took an interest in me and my needs/ wants in a vehicle. Purchased A pickup from them in july of 2014. Pickup was an auction item that they would not let me test drive due to it not having insurance which I could understand. From start to finish the sales experience was disgusting. The dealership promised me the truck mechanically ran "safe" and mechanically sound. I can no even begin to explain the problems it has had I driven it for 5 minutes. the sales manager I believe his name was Todd promised me the mechanics all drive the trucks around the block to make sure they run. The transmission was toast the day I purchased this truck, the back injectors are leaking terribly, the torque converter is toast, the AC has a compression problem that causes a really loud squeal when ever I need AC. The list goes on can not believe this place is still in business.

How many Dealerships do you know that will take the time to work with people out of state. Well Sales Representative Sarah Ortega with Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram went out of her way helping us search for the PERFECT vehicle. She went out of her way to ensure all necessary financing and paperwork was taken care of. What happened next was a WONDERFUL Surprise. Sarah brought the vehicle from Idaho to Minnesota and delivered the vehicle in PERSON!!!!! The vehicle was delivered within 24 hours. As soon as I turned onto the lot I was greeted politely not aggressively. Within minutes they had the options I had described sitting in front of me. The salesman was overly honest about the correct information that was given. I would say they went above and beyond any dealership I have ever used, I will be going back for the next truck(s) I buy!!! Thanks Joey for helping transition all of our hitches, racks and accessories into the new truck.

I called several dealerships looking for A Jeep Grand Cherokee with my list of selected options. Some dealer websites were difficult to determine if a given vehicle had the options that I wanted. When I called Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Twin Falls, I talked with Gregory Malberg who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. After multiple phone calls we arrived at a price and then set up a plan to purchase the vehicle which was about 1000 miles away and out of our home state Of AZ. We purchased airline tickets from Tucson, AZ to Twin Falls, ID about 2 weeks in advance because of the high cost. Mr. Malberge was of great help with locating a hotel room near the Dealership for the night of our arrival at 900 PM Twin Falls time. Mr. Malberg went out of his way to pick us up at he airport late at night and drive us to the hotel and get us settled for the evening. On Saturday morning We took a speedy delivery of our new Jeep as MR. Malberg had all the paperwork prepared in advance. It was a great pleasure to deal with Gregory Malberg and Lithia Chrysler Jeep. If I know of anybody wanting to purchase a Chrysler Product, with great personal service I would certainly recommend Gregory Malberg.

We came in on monday to look at vehicles. We found a used ford f-150 that we really like. The salesman we encountered was friendly but unable to get us into the vehicle under the terms that we wanted. We knew that it was unlikely that he would be able to through no fault of his own. We were not really expecting to buy a vehicle that day. The following day I recieved a call from Sarah. She wanted to get us into that vehicle and worked really hard to do so. She suggested a few ideas and we went back and forth on the phone. By Wednesday, she had gotten us the payments we wanted and we had the vehicle we wanted. She was so friendly and willing to work with us. She listened to what we wanted and her attitude was contagious. I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. She is new but she is very driven to help the customer walk away satisfied. The next time I decide to buy a vehicle, I will definitely go back to Sarah. She was awesome!!!

I have bought 7 vehicles from Lithia Dodge in Twin Falls, Idaho. My main salesman that has taken care of me is Greg Malberg. I can not say enough good about Greg. He answered each question that I had with knowledge and helpfulness. Greg was not pushy in each vehicle that I had purchased. He went out of his way to make sure that I had received the best deal possible. Greg also knows what I expect from a vehicle and he made sure that I received it. I have recommended to serveral people to see Greg when purchasing a vehicle whether used or new. His vast knowledge of what he is selling gives comfort to the buyer. I will buy another vehicle from Lithia Dodge, and will definitely use Greg Malberg to assist me in the purchase. Thanks Greg.

Felt comfortable as soon as we started talking to our saleswoman. She made it easy to look through as many vehicles as we possibly could and she never once rushed us or pushed us into buying a particular truck. A+++++

this dealer was great, i had been looking for a new vehicle for a while and when i found the jeep there i took a drive all the way to twin just to get it. Danielle greeted me on the lot and was so nice and friendly. they made the entire process super easy for me and i couldn't be happier with my jeep.

Sarah Ortega did an excellent job of showing me two ram vehicles that I was interested in. She knew all the features of the pickups and was able to explain the workings of the new technology to a novice. She is friendly and efficient. I recommend her to others.

We appreciated the friendliness of the staff and their ability to meet our terms in price and accessories. They installed running boards in a timely manner while we waited. Their incentives brought the price to a point we could afford. They filled our new truck with gas since we came in with a full tank on our trade-in vehicle. Both Greg and Brady, the financial manager, were knowledgeable and helpful. Overall we had a great experience.

I had only received one key with my car, After writing the review John came and got my car and had an extra key made for me. I had to purchase a new battery for my vehicle 45 days after purchasing the car but Lithia did reimbursed me for the expense. My trade in wasn't paid off in a timely manner so I incurred late fees on the loan I had on my trade in. I had to call the dealership several times to ask when they were going to send the payment. I was told I would be reimbursed for those but did not see anything for that. The vehicle also needed an oil change along with brakes and rotors after I bought it.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership in the past 2 years.....2 New dodge Ram pickups and 2 used vehicles for my children. This is the best place in Twin to get new or used vehicle. Greg is an honest man who found me the best deal(s). Todd went to great lengths to make sure I got the best possible lender with great rates and the service department people went out of their way to help me as usual. (Thanks Scott and Brady). I wouldn't shop anywhere else in Twin Falls for a vehicle, parts, service and accessories! I have recommended Greg to several people and they've all like him!!! This is my 8th vehicle purchase and 3rd in Idaho. I am very pleased with my experience. There was no hassle or impatience by our sales representative. He was very courteous and is very knowledgable in the vehicles on his lot. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about buying a new or used vehicle to come by Lithia and speak to Andy.
