I brought the car in for an interior detailing. It appears the technician didn't read the work order correctly and ended up doing the full, "gold" level interior and exterior detailing. I appreciated the Christmas present from you guys, since I was only going to pay for the service I asked for.The technician did a phenomenal job on the car, too bad he did too much. The interior was covered in dog hair from my 2 german shepherds. When he was done detailing it, the car looked brand new!

I had an oil change and inspection done .The rep met me before I got out of my vehicle (upon arrival) . He asked what was I there for . He processed me into the service department and the job was completed in less than an hour .That is what I call service .

The service was great and they got me in the same day. I don't like the fact that this survey is making me write so many words. This is why people don't like leaving reviews. I still have 3809 characters before I can end this statement before you can take my comment. The service guy that helped me did a great job and the service was done to my standards. What more do you want me to say. I am not in high school writing an essay, although this is how I feel at the moment. I almost want to stop writing this and say forget it, but you people need to know that this is way too much to ask of someone. My time is very important and just the fact that I agreed to make a statement didn't mean that I wanted to write a book.

I brought my 2011 Dodge 1500 into service because it kept stalling out. Service Department made it's recommendations and made the repair. Upon getting the vehicle back the check engine light came back on and without hesitation, the brought it back into service and placed it on the rack. Under more testing, it was determined some major service was needed. They took the time to look further and found all was under warranty. I had my truck back within a few days as promised. I will return back to Lithia Dodge without hesitation. Everyone at that store goes out of their way to help you. Top Notch!

Went in for an oil change and inspection, as well as the purchase of new (studded) tires. My service rep was communicative, and my needs were met for slightly less than the cost estimated. The time commitment was met well. I won't hesitate to go back in the future.

Purchased Lifetime Oil Change from Lithia Chevrolet but they were out of the filter we needed. Since this was also a Lithia dealer, and right down the road, we brought the car here. You had the filter and had us in and out in less than an hour. Only down side was my wife wanted a hot chocolate, like she gets at Chevrolet (she doesn't drink coffee) and you didn't provide any.

I went in for an oil changes and they informed me of a leak that I knew about. I had gotten a quote on this leak and was told 650.00 to fix it. When talking to your guys, they quoted me a price of 215.00. Needless to say I made another appointment for the following Friday. Very friendly and very professional.

I ordered a new 2014 Cherokee Trail Hawk on Dec 12 2013 and took delivery on Mar 10 2014.The reason for ordering/purchasing from Lithia/S Anch was the employees that I worked with.When I left word I was ONLY interested in a Trail Hawk and to call me when you had one for me to check out, I received a call and got an appointment and worked with Matt Ragle.I was originally planning to deal with the "other dealer", but even though I left the same criteria for a visit, I never heard from them.The visit with Matt was a joy that made the 27 mile trip in from Peters Creek a piece of cake. Matt knew the product and we put it through it's paces. A sales rep that knows his vehicle is a real joy. There were some things I knew about the product from time spent on a KL Cherokee board, and a bunch he knew that I didn't. The sale was as good as gold right then and I only wanted to deal with Matt. Got my order worked out and he did your paperwork and the wait began. I got what I wanted, made a good friend, and met a bunch of your nice folks.First service was done last week. Mickey was great. I have never been treated with so much courtesy and respect before. Never got to met the tech that found and fixed (no easy job) the leaks along the oil pan gasket, but he/she/whomever is a keeper too.Your folks are the best thing you have going for you!

I was told that the express oil change would take an hour and a half or an hour forty five. After waiting two hours, I called my wife and had her take me to work, where I received the call five hours after I dropped the car off that it was ready. Shouldn't they underpromise and over deliver instead of tripling the actual wait time.

Had a good friend who worked there before, (Matt). Called him up and asked who should I talk to about a Jeep. Told me to call Robbie. Matt called Robbie for me and gave him a heads up that I was going to call. I did and he met my wife and I at 7 PM. We test drove the Jeep and then too his office. Asked him what the bottom line was, he gave me the offer, told him that was better than I expected but figured it was fair. There was no hassle or anything. My wife even sat through the whole process and said it was very nice and Robbie was very good. Thanks for the awsome experience.

This was an exceptionally painless purchase. Mr. Justin Johnson and Isaiah Miller assisted me during my purchase. Justin showed extremely patience as we tested multiple cars for many hours. He was knowledgeable about his products. His sales style was greatly appreciated during a difficult time for me. Isaiah came in on the end of the transaction and was just as professional. My wife and I have been bringing our Jeep to Lithia for service/repairs since we bought it new from Lithia back in 2003. We have received nothing but the best, both in services and customer satisfaction. While I have dealt with several Service Advisors at Lithia, I always try to be assisted by Mr. Kenny Ellert. He always lays it out on the line as to services/repairs required and/or recommended and time needed to accomplish them. He always promptly informs me if required repairs/services are going to take longer or circumstances changes than what he discussed with me. Excellent employee, glad he is there, don't loose him.....His is a fine dedicated young man which is hard to find these days.

Service is awesome! The tech couldn't recreate the original problem I described when making my service appointment so they sent a tech to ride along so we could explain exactly what I felt when my vehicle was acting up. We went through a series of what ifs and found a conclusion that worked for both parties involved and saved me $100. The courtesy van was quick on the pick and drop off. Our rental car for the day was setup and ready to go once the rental counter opened.

As a newly single mother, I was in the need of a reliable vehicle to replace my 2006 Chevy Cobalt with 165K miles on it. I have two teenage boys and two other Tweens, my car was much too small and starting to nickel and dime me. My credit has taken a dive because of my divorce and I was afraid of finding someone who would take a chance on financing me. I found the Jeep Cherokee at Anchorage Chrysler Dodge and was about to deal with them when I got a call from Lithia would see what they could do for me. I made an appointment and was given Walter Price for my salesman. From the minute I walked in he put me at ease...made me feel like he was on my side. I was able to get a better Cherokee than what Anchorage Chrysler offered...at the price I was looking for. Walter made my experience of buying my first car a breeze!!! I will never use another dealer or salesperson as long as he is around! I love my Jeep and have had a great feeling about the deal I got! Thank you Walter!!!

We would have purchased a vehicle if salesman C had been reasonable on the price of the Dodge Durango and reasonable on the trade-in value, like in using Kelley Blue Book. He was not. If you look up car purchasing and negotiating for what you should NOT let the car salesman do, you would have the exact things that C did to try to sell the car in the form of a checklist. You could check all the items off in the form of a list. Examples: wanted $2k over msrp for vehicle and quoted $10k UNDER Kelley Blue Book and also under half of NADA for trade-in value on our vehicle that was in good to very good condition. Wanted to add $5k in maintenance and car protection extras. Would not negotiate on price of vehicle among other things.

I talked with Joel on the phone about a 2013 Ram 1500 with a lift kit who then put me in touch with one of the Internet Sales Reps Chad Voorhis. Chad and I talked for a little bit I had already told Joel I was going to be flying up from Homer to get the truck and Chad was very helpful in making this happen. Chad asked me what my flight number was and my airline so that he could pick me up at the airport I told him thats not necessary as I was going to take a cab but he insisted on helping me save my money. My friend flew up with me and we dropped him off at Walmart while I did the paperwork. While I was in the finance office with Marcus Reed Chad was nice enough to go and pick him up once he was done shopping so that we can just drive home right away. I would defiantly recommend Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge over any other dealer as we had most of the paperwork done over the phone plus Chad's service is above what I expected.

Another great experience with Lithia! bought our second car from them this week (the anchorage dealership) and did everything over the phone and email. It went really smoothly thanks to the great internet sales rep's they have. I dealt with Chad Voorhis and who knew buying a car over the phone would be that painless (No spending hours in a dealership) just scanned some IDs and gave him all the info he needed and we did all the paperwork over the phone, then he had the paperwork flown up to fairbanks the next day, signed and sent it back and it was all done. they even helped me get the car shipped up to fairbanks for a very low fee, il be picking it up on monday. thanks again!

I purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel pickup from Chad Voorhis. He was knowledgeable, professional and his customer service was exceptional. My brother and I recently purchased a 28 ft RV and we use the truck to pull the RV. We drove the truck back to the dealership, to have running boards installed and we were pulling the RV. Chad helped us unhook the trailer and hook it back up when the running boards were done. I never expected that level of customer service - Chad is a great asset for Lithia.

I purchased a 2013 Dodge Charger RT today. I can truly say that I am absolutely content with my decision. The car is excellent and absolutely fun to drive (I got the Hemi V8). I've owned some muscle cars in my day and this car is definitely in that group of fun driving muscle cars. And it comes with excellent safety ratings and all-wheel drive! Living in Alaska, that matters! I worked with Chad Voorhis. He worked with me for two days--several hours each day. He was extremely patient as I considered my options. Never once did he pressure me. He acted as a PROFESSIONAL sales representative. He was considerate, understanding, patient, and very informative on all aspects of the vehicle and related warranties, etc. Chad and I traded fun stories while we discussed business and he even offered to buy my children some dinner (as they were getting impatient and hungry)! He let the kids climb into the vehicle during the test drive and joked and played with them. He made them feel part of the process. This was my first new car purchase and Chad and Lithia made it very comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend that you begin your vehicle search with Lithia.

From the time my girlfriend and I were here until the time we left we felt welcomed and we felt like we had just ran into a long lost friend who we just met. Chad Voorhis was great with us as we just moved back to Alaska we were searching for a new Jeep Compass in a specific color and specific features. As we were unable to buy since neither of us had a job at the moment we were getting a feel for if the compass will work. Chad was very understanding of our situation and was willing to work with us. Even after we told him we did not have jobs he said thats fine I'll help you gather the information that you need to make a good decision on your next vehicle.
