The experience that I had at Lithia Ford was top notch from the salesman who is one of the finest really went the full mile to accommodate me on every level on my purchase. The financial department resourced out the best possible warranty package that fit our needs within our budget and then some. The service department wasted no time on getting my Truck in for a few upgrades that was all as promised done in one day. I would recommend to anyone to check out Lithia first before going anywhere else.

I have been blown away by the Excellent treatment I received at Lithia of Boise. I went in to checkout a new F-150 and found exactly what I wanted on the lot. The trade-in value I received was reasonable and the purchase process was easy. Nick in Sales and Aaron in finance are great to deal with. Lithia of Boise EXCEEDED our previous car buying experiences which we thought impossible!! Well done Lithia you have set the bar high when it comes to how to trear a customer. I been with Lithia Ford since 2001, when I bought My Truck. It's been really good. The service have been great. For the past two years or more I have been helped by Jessica Jaramillo. She has been great in her service, her help and every aspect of the job and goes beyond. That is the best part of the service I have received. And at my age and health she has gone well beyond in her service. Great service! Matt took great care of me both times I had to come in for service on my truck. Parts dept. was also super helpful with questions I had. Lastly body shop hooked me up with a free clip for a fender well that wasn't tight...which was causing some tire rub. I stopped in and they saw the problem and were able to grab me a clip that fixed it on the spot, for free. Great service all around!

The new Focus RS is a limited production car and only a few have been allocated to dealers in Idaho. Like all dealers across the US this car has been selling for $3000 to $6000 above MSRP. My salesmen, Ben Rice, did a great job in working me into a fair trade-in value and getting the additional over sticker hit reduced to a reasonable and comfortable level. I was happy that I could get this special car from a local dealer rather than going out of state. These guys were simply honest and transparent about the deal, which I appreciated.

I knew what type of vehicle but not the extras or color...Ben Rice explained thoroughly all the options and pricing to us and we looked at all colors from one end of the lot to the other. No need to shop other dealerships we have always gotten a fair deal with excellent service at Lithia Ford of Boise so that is where we went when we were finally ready to trade-in and go new. The personal attention to our choices and working with us on what we considered a very fair basis confirmed we had once again made the correct choice of a ford and of the dealership. No need to shop around when all our needs and friendly relations can be had in one place and the shop around time can be spent enjoying our new vehicle.

I really like my 2016 Crew 4x4 XLT 302a, like a lot. Victor F. (Sales Rep) & Ryan C. (Sales Manager) from Lithia Ford in Boise delivered an outstanding experience (including value) while I was acquiring my 2016. This wasn't not my first rodeo, far from it. I was unsuccessful finding what I wanted for a deal in California (I live there). I randomly found them on Autotrader.com when I widened my search. 1. We easily agreed to the price by phone. It was honest and transparent from the get go. 2. Victor sent me pics (CARB sticker, pic of written quote, etc.) 3. He picked my buddy and I up at the Boise airport, had 3 trucks lined up to choose from, and everything was as agreed and like clockwork. Finance with Rod B. was fast and painless. Hope this doesn't sound like a commercial, but this was unusually positive. Even their coffee was good.

Bought a used 2006 explorer that needed more in repairs than it was worth.I trusted Lithia and boy was I wrong.. Jim Stark was very unprofessional, rude and didn't car in the least.If he wasn't making more money off of me everything was a no go. This vehicle should have never left the lot. They said I needed repairs and when I got a second opinion, the repairs were not even needed. This happened to two different vehicles of mine. Please beware and get a second opinion. These were not cheap repairs. I was take advantage of and they don't honor what they sell in my instance.Jim, the GM, made me an offer for 2000.00 for a used transmission and an ABS module (which I didn't need and was quoted 1100.00 to fix). I got a second opinion and the vehicle did not need an ABS module. I called to see what the deal would be without the ABS module and it was still 2000.00.What kind of a deal is that?????What a rip off. Shows their committment to their customers. I also have a 1993 Mustang they told me I needed a 900.00 water pump in and there was nothing wrong with that. I have been driving it for at least 3 years without a new water pump. Customers please beware and get a second opinion. And please have any used cars checked out by someone other than Lithia. Please BEWARE!!!

New to Boise and with a 2009 MKX needing some TLC. First person I met was Lisa and she was a breathe of fresh air. My car was in bad shape but Lisa went through some options and finally we decided on a path of repair. At that point she took over and the first thing she did was find me a courtesy car to use until job was done. That saved me the cost of a rental and she then was able to make some adjustments to the final service bill saving me several hundred dollars. I was in the early stages of looking for a newer vehicle. I found one online that intrigued me so I sent an email. Gary replied quickly and was very helpful. I met him within 24 hours to look at the SUV, there was no pressure, he gave his full attention and answered my questions. I ended up purchasing the vehicle that same night in a relatively short time frame. I was comfortable with process and happy with my purchase. I purchased a pre owned Chevy truck which came with a 60 day 3000 mile warranty. I had some problems with the rear differential bearings, the fuel pump and the air conditioning relay fuse. I shopped at several Ford dealerships over the last several months. At some of them I felt pressured and uncomfortable but not at Lithia. I spoke with Chris N on my first visit to see a used Ford Fusion that I had seen online. He showed me the car and answered all my questions. I declined a test drive. We passed by the new cars and discussed the differences and price differences. After discussing the differences and prices with my husband we went back and test drove a new car. Chris watched for used and new car meeting my criteria and emailed me as they became available.We purchased a new car and are very happy with the whole experience. Working with Chris N was easy and informational. He has continued to answer questions since the purchase and I would definitely recommend Chris N and Lithia for the purchase of a new or used car.

I got into town for work and discovered a hose or line had blown under the hood. My suspicions were brakes or power steering. I called Lithia to see if they could fit me in for repair in a day. I was informed that they were booked out 2 weeks or better but if I could get in today they would at least try to look at the problem. Met Ryan Loveland at service desk this a.m. and had my truck back with all repairs done by close of business. I was pleased to find the truck had been washed and vacuumed, and the engine compartment had been cleaned as well. I have dealt with Ford dealers all over the country, these guys are the BEST!. Kudos to Ryan and the crew at the service department. I will be travelling to Boise to buy my next truck. Sincerely; Gordy Sleep

I would NEVER take my vehicle into anyone else for repairs, EVER! Rhett is a class act. He never lets the ball drop, he Is a doer. He is beyond honest too, so rare these days. When I phoned Lithia Ford for information on new tires they connected me to Lisa at the service desk.I told her my problem regarding my tires and she was helpful and instrumental in the purchase of my new tires. She has a good personality. She told me how long it would take and recommended for me to wait at home with the help of the shuttle. She called me to say that there were a couple of things that should be addressed regarding: the car. I told her to go ahead. I feel very much relieved knowing that my car was in good hands and all is well and I have peace of mind knowing that I don't have to worry. The driver of the shuttle was very nice, to and from, my home. Thank you Lithia Ford.

Don't really have much to say, except the car, which is a 2012 Ford Focus, needed some warranty work done on the dct clutches, it took a while for it to be done, but that was not their fault, the parts were on a national back order, but when they did come in, the service advisor called, set up an appointment and the car has been running great since. I highly recommend this dealer and the service advisor Rhett Shedder was very helpful and patient with me.

I was very satisfied with the customer service, the trade-in value of my Focus, and the help from the service center. After buying a 2013 Taurus, I didn't have enough screws to put on the new license plates. Someone showed me how to install the front plate and gave me the screws without any charge.

The customer service was exceptional. I think it is completely wrong to not be able to schedule an appointment. I need the truck for work and it is the only vehicle I have. For me to go in and spend an hour and half to 2 hours seems not to be customer friendly. I would think after purchasing the lifetime oil change that I could schedule and appointment.

Our salesman was a very nice young man. Even though it was over 100 degrees out, he came out immediately and asked if we needed some help. He stood nearby as we looked around and was ready to answer questions when asked. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to tell us what we needed. He asked what we wanted. When we test drove cars, he somehow found an appropriate location for many different speeds/situations even though it was rush hour traffic.

Here is what happen.We be buying a brand new Toy hauler for our Ford 150. On Friday afternoon we be at the Dealer ship for the Trailer to pick it up. After all was done we want to pull the new Trailer out for its first weekend Camping. And here starts the whole thing.When I want to pull with the Trailer of the Parking lot we realized that the Breaks from the Trailer be locked. So we cannot get away. After a short Testing we find out that something is not right on the Truck and we are having a permanent Break signal going to the Trailer. So we had to leave the Dealer without the new Trailer.Having a 1 year old Truck I try to contact the Ford Dealer in Meridian ID where I got the Truck. No one on the Phone was willing to help me. So we went to Lithia Ford and be asking for Help. After 6pm there was a Lady there who was listening to what happen. After she checked, she informed me that there is no one in the Shop and she has to set me up with an Appointment. I got one for Saturday 8am ( hhmm not normal in my regular world) in the Morning. On Saturday I was there and the Gentleman from the Service Department was taking care about me. He told me that he was already talking (so communication is working perfect) to the Lady from the evening before and that a Mechanic will have a look to see what happen. Around one hour he informed me that the Break Controller is defect and has to be replaced. Also that this is still under warranty and they will take care about this. But there is no Part available in the Moment. The Break Controller is on Backorder and this can take a while to get one. With this Information Lithia Ford Boise start to Step up!!! They got to the Parking lot and find a new Truck with the same Break Control Unit I have. Without hesitating they be taking this one from a brand new Truck out and put it in my Truck to get me on the way. After all was done I just had to Sign out and was on my way to get my Trailer and be on the way in the Weekend.I want to say thank you for going more than one Mile for me, so I still can have my Weekend with a little delay. Thank you to all involved in this for the Communication and the Spare Part from a new Truck. This is not normal and demonstrate to me how the Member of the Lithia Ford Service Tem are committed to serve the Customer in the best way possible, and having this commitment to their Product.I am happy to have Lithia Ford in Boise. Even I was not buying my Truck there I feel that I be a valuable Customer to them. I will be back that is for sure.Thanks again.. Happy Customer Guenther

I bought a Ford Escape three years ago from Lithia and was pleased with the sale process and the car. We also have their lifetime oil change program and are happy with that. They also keep you updated on any other service your vehicle may need according to the service manual and advise you about any other needs your car might require...(no pressure). The service people are friendly and polite which ensures a pleasant experience.

Lithia Ford is amazing! My fiance and I were looking to purchase a used truck, needing a second vehicle. We have bad credit but are in the process of rebuilding it. I was working with multiple dealerships but Lithia Ford was the best at their job. Victor Fenesan was working with us via email, phone calls and texting (to work around my work schedule). In the end, we were approved for a new 2016 Ford F -150 with in my price range and great (very low) interest rate. I would recommend Lithia Ford to everyone in the Treasure Valley and beyond! so happy with our new truck, the service and respect we received. PS...another used car dealership turned us down because my fiance moved to Idaho from California last year. their loss!

I am giving this dealership 5 stars because i have had less than perfect credit for along time. every time i went somewhere to try and get credit they looked at me like i was a no body. after awhile when you keep getting shot down like that you stop really caring about it therefore you just kind of exist or atleast i did. i was just looking and drooling at the new ford f-150's. knowing that's not going to happen i was looking at little suv's and clicked on an interested box...of course i was interested who wouldnt be...loli didnt think anything of it and one day i got a call from a sales associate (Kim Luy) and talked me in to coming and looking at the f-150's (knowing i couldnt but atleast look at them i went). i really needed a pick-up. i got there and greated with a big smile and hand shake. to cut this short Kim Luy went over and above a salespersons job...more like a careing friend and treated me like a human being, managed to put me in a car. it wasnt the f-150 but it got my foot in the door for me to get my credit where it needs to be. when it gets up there im coming after one of those 150's by the way. i cant thank the crew at lithia ford of boise enough for your help....i now have something to look foreward too!!! Lisa was great in working with me and getting my car in ASAP. The only thing I was not super excited about was the fact the Ford would not just replace my entire transmission. I have a friend with the same car and the same problems the mine is having and they have replaced hers twice! I was also told that the grinding and shacking were to be expected. I grew up in a shop watching my grandpa and my dad work on cars and never has shacking or grinding of the transmission been normal. I have never had problems with lithia in the past and after buying 3 cars in 3 years from them I figured that they would be a bit more on top of it. I do have to say that after working with the local Ford dealer for my area that the 2 hour drive is nothing for the service. I do wish that they would have tries to get the entire thing replaced because the shacking will ruin the computers in the car and they are $1800 each and with 12 in there that to much money. Then again after all of this they are still alright to work with after all its not their fault that Ford has made some not so great cars lately.

Professional after sale service and friendly crew are the main reasons why we prefer Lithia Ford to other local dealers. Receptive, interested advisors and great technical personnel render absolutely the best care in Boise, bar none! The only area of regret is that in the Customer lounge there is only one stall available in the Men's restroom. It may seen unimportant to many customers, but when those customers have only one stall available and you have staff workers as well as customers who need to use the facility, discomfort can become desperation at times. Not a laughing matter! That aside, we have never been treated better or received more profession treatment than that which receive at Lithia FordThank you for the opportunity to express my opinion.

My dream from 1975 was to own the 1975 Lincoln Town Car. Only being in high school, I could afford the car payments and gas and insurance, but have nothing left for spending. That dream remained in my mind until recently. I had a double organ transplant of a kidney and a pancreas in 1996, which has kept me alive. Three years ago, I got lymph node cancer from the transplant meds, and now am terminally ill. However, I still wanted to end things by owning a Lincoln for the first, and soon, my last times in my life.My wife finally gave in in December of 2014. I ran down to the Lithia store, picked out a fresh 2015 Lincoln MKZ, was treated with royalty and respect in the transaction. It was a jet black MKZ with dark tinted windows. I named the car Stealthy. I really loved the car. Each time I had to go in for service or repairs, the service advisor, Lisa Crabtree, made sure that all of the service needs I had were met.Other than the 9500 mile oil change, I had some issues with the climate control, and I had navigation added (at my expense). Lisa made sure that everything I requested was taken care of. In their true image of service quality I always received a loaner Lincoln to use while my MKZ was being worked on..On January of 2016 someone turned in front of my car on a highway at 55 mpg. We could not avoid hitting the guy, which totaled the MKZ. The insurance company of the person we hit, who also was cited with three citations. It took a lot of arguing with them to finally come up with a settlement enough for me to get another Lincoln.Lithia Ford did not have any 2015 Lincolns, or any other used Lincolns within my new purchasing range. I found a 2013 Lincoln MKS, still under warranty at another dealer, I changed the warranty to Lithia, though, as I will continue to use them for my service, repairs, and existing and future work.Through the relationships of my story, my health, and the helpfulness of the sales people and service department and Lithia Ford Lincoln Boise.

Clean facility, Appointment process was timely. Dealer corrected engine light issue under warranty and replaced cabin air filter at recommended interval. Two months a battery was also replaced under warranty and the appointment was timely. Dealer also recently performed an oil change while I waited as I drove up to the oil service center without an appointment. Again, timeliness was appreciated. Staff was courteous and welcome to deal with.

We came to the dealership not knowing if we wanted a new car or lightly used one. Our salesman was very polite and knowledgeable. He showed us several models and we test drove two cars. We were not sure what to get so we went home to think about it for a day or two. Our salesman was patient and called us to keep us updated. When we came back a few days later the car we wanted was sold but was informed that new cars (like the one we wanted) were being shipped. Our salesman went inside and came out to let us know that they just off loaded a new car that we wanted and was in the back (not even on the lot yet). When he drove it around front we knew it was the right car and the right price. We bought that car and love it. We will recommend Lithia to our friends who are in the market. They have great prices and the car buying experience was very pleasant.

My husband asked me to just go look at a couple of cars that we were considering to purchase within the next couple of months. I wanted to go to the movies. Anyhow, I went and OMG I had the best time. Ben, our salesperson was most engaging and informative.. He answered all of our questions and never once put any pressure on us to purchase a car while we were there, and yet we knew exactly what we wanted after spending time with him. It was to be my car so I was pretty particular and upon testing out all of the cars and drilling Ben about the differences, he continued to make it easy when we said we had a car we wanted to trade in. I would go back to Lithia again to buy a car because I truly believe they want to make us happy by giving us all of the information we needed and allowing us to make the decision in our own time.

I can not tell you how much we appreciated the fact that both the sales and finance did not push and they listened the first time when something was said. For example I said I did not care what my payment was that I just wanted to know the final amount owed. Not once did the finance person bring up the payment amount until the end which is exactly what I asked for. Both my wife and talked about how much we preferred the experience with Lithia Ford and Randy compared to our last car buying experience. I could write a novel with what the other dealership (Dennis Dillon) did wrong! The biggest is that they just did not listen period. We will return to Lithia ford for our next car! I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that we worked with in Finance.

My service advisor was Lisa, who remained in contact with me every day during my vehicle upgrade. I had the Lincoln Navigation option added, which required a new unit to be installed. The first unit was not working, so they had to re-order a new unit. It was supposed to be overnighted for the next morning delivery, but did not arrive until two days later. Lisa called every day to let me know what was going on. As a Lincoln owner, the service department gives a loaner Lincoln for service work. I received a similar Lincoln MKZ that I have from the service department. Lisa told me to use it as much as I would normally use my own car. When the installation was complete, Lisa called and gave me the good news. She apologized for the late delivery of the new unit (I do not consider this any reflection on the service department; it was the delivery company delivering the part.The unit was correctly installed with no marks anywhere to indicate a new installation. Since I had thoroughly read the owner's manual, I already knew how to work the Navigation (the Navigation in the loaner did not hurt, either).I am completely satisfied with Lithia Ford-Boise in everything they have helped me with, from the initial purchase of the new car to every service need I have had.

Rhett is my dedicated service rep. I call him when our cars need anything - and sometimes I call him with crazy questions like, "where do I go to do a long term car rental"? He always has the answer.During this last visit not only did what I asked him to do (change the tires), he suggested an oil change and inspection. Turns out the car was out of alignment and has a slight oil leak. Doing everything at one time saves me from bringing my car back for a second visit (Lithia location is not convenient for me but the service is worth the drive). We own a Subaru and a Toyota Tundra - both of those service centers are close to the Lithia location. I choose Lithia because of service and I trust them no matter what make or model of vehicle I have.

Every facet of my recent car purchase was painless. Nicholas Gurule made it pleasant and stress free. Although there were vultures circling in the parking lot we had an appointment with Nicholas (he had recently sold my daughter a new Ford Focus) who helped me decide on the perfect car for me. He showed me what I wanted to see, not what he wanted to push. He is very knowledgeable about the different models and the certified used vehicles. When I decided, he quickly and efficiently filled out everything and passed me on to the finance person. I can't remember his name but he was efficient and informative as well. When I traded in my old car, I forgot my garage door opener. I called the next morning and the lady who answered the phone was extremely polite and assured me they would find it and keep for me. I went in later that afternoon with the second key for the old car and the title and there was my opener at the main desk. I had to get a second key for my new-to-me car as it was missing so I was helped in the service department. EVERYONE I have had contact with at Lithia Ford was polite and attentive. I can't say enough nice things.

Recently my wife and I purchased a 2015 GT Performance Package Mustang from Lithia. We have purchased a few vehicles from these guys and all I can say is "TOP NOTCH" customer service and zero problems with negotiations. The gentleman that we have dealt with on several occasions (Alan and Kent) have always been there to take as much time to put us in the vehicle we are interested in. They aren't just there for business, but they are truly a part of our family in so many ways. We have had some financial issues based on medical problems that we've dealt with and Alan and Kent have always been up to bat for us to make it work for our family. Even though dealerships are there to make money, Alan and Kent have a conscience so families or individuals do not put themselves into a financial hardship. Overall I would recommend to deal with Lithia of Boise to purchase the vehicle your looking for and I would tell you to ask for Alan and Kent to fulfill your dreams on your next vehicle. Those two guys are best on what they do and have plenty of knowledge.

I bought a 2011 f150 with low miles in Nov, Trans started to shift from 1st to 2nd and felt like someone just hit me at 75mph. Kevin H. (service writer) got me in and understood the problem. After his trans expert looked it over he called and said it needed to be there awhile. Bad part of this is I was going on a vacation with my family the next day. Allen (sales manager) took care of getting me a rental car and went over and above to take care of this issue. I will buy another truck or car from them.

I purchased this vehicle for my daughter in October of 2014. We live in California, but I was assured from the sales rep that they handle transactions like this all the time. Long story short, after months of trying to get this car registered and the dealer pointing fingers at the CA DMV, a DMV agent took pity on my sobbing wife and helped us get the vehicle registered. I received registration yesterday (3/17/15) only to learn that title is still in the name of Ford Credit. Ford Credit says the dealer never sent them the title and I now have to go back to Lithia Ford. I will NEVER buy a Ford product again.

I was pleased with everything that Christobal did and the help he gave us with this purchase. The only problem we encountered (that Chris had no control over) is, there was only 1 key. Being that it is a keyless entry, we purchased a matching blank, but when we asked Chris if he could help us get it coded to our car, he told us that being that this was a Dodge, we would have to take it to the Dodge dealer. Unfortunately, we are in our 70's and living on social security and we will have difficulty paying for anything to the Dodge dealer.

Rhett in service always takes good care of me. This time it was a coolant leak in my son's ancient Explorer, which his guys tested and which he honestly told me how to care for. The only cure for it would be a new motor, and that's not in the cards for this car. Rhett was great about follow-up and contacting me to let me know what was being done, costs, etc. It's that level of personal customer service that wins and keeps customers. You can bet that next time I need a serious repair or have a potential purchase to be checked out his phone will ring.

This is the 4th vehicle I have now purchased from Lithia Ford of Boise and the second that I have worked with Jay Gentle as my sales consultant. Jay's professionalism and desire to win my business is why I keep coming back. He presents himself well and his knowledge of his vehicles is spot on giving me confidence in him. I feel as if I got the best deal possible and left with a new vehicle and no regrets that I made the wrong choice. Due to me and my wife's work schedules, we did the majority of our "shopping" over the phone and email. This was very convenient for me and my wife and saved us a lot of time prior to narrowing down our selection and actually heading down to the dealership. Jay stayed late on a Friday night to make sure I was taken care of and that I left with a new vehicle. Also, the follow up calls to check and see if I have any questions and if I am happy with my vehicle are refreshing and shows that he cares about his customers.The service dept. is also very courteous and professional. I had little or no wait when dropping my truck off to get the spray-in bed liner installed. I was offered a ride if needed and was given a call letting me know my vehicle was done and ready for pickup without me having to call and check on the status. I was even told to bring it back if I wanted a free car wash since they can't wash it immediately after installing the bed liner.The overall experience was very positive and from the point I walked in the door to the time I left with a new vehicle was less than 1 hour.....you could not ask for more.

I have been waiting for over 30 years to finally get what I think is the best Lincoln built. The lines, tail lights, and roominess, along with the expected luxury ride is built into my 2015 LIncoln MKZ. I am still reading the owner's manual only to find that there is more to my new car than just bells and whistles. I am impressed with the safety features, ease of getting into and out of the car (I have health issues), and all of the other "things" that come with the car that make it worthy of the name "Lincoln".So far, my MPG rating is better than my previous Ford Edge, sitting at a cumulative 20.3 with just in-town driving. I can't wait until I can get it onto the road. And, the gauge showing the current gas mileage is important, as it is helping me to better control the car to the area I would like the mileage to be. The comfort is phenomenal, and at this time of year, the heated seats are well worth the part of the car.The handling is excellent and moves without any effort along the road and around corners. I have it set on Normal, just for those reasons, but will eventually try out the Comfort and Sports modes. The CVT transmission is smooth in the shifting. The only part I did not like was that there is a noticeable shift right at 35 MPH. With most of the speed limits in my area at 35 or greater, I try to keep the speed above the 35 to avoid the shiftings. Otherwise, I am completely happy with what I have purchased.

Service personnel are courteous and professional is all respects. Customer waiting area should be examined since there is only one toilet stall in the men's restroom, which is used by both employees and customers who are having their vehicles serviced. During several visits it was necessary to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a vacancy in order to utilize the men's facility, which for a large volume dealership is more than somewhat lacking. The free coffee and TV are appreciated but something needs to be done to resolve the restroom dilemma. It is more than a laughing matter when a customer has medical issues which need to be addressed in a pleasant manner, rather than a first come first served basis. Unacceptable!

My wife and I went to Lithia Ford in Boise to look at a 2014 Toyota RAV4. When we arrived we were greeted by Victor on the lot. He was very personable and charismatic while not being pushy. Other dealers need to take a lesson from Lithia Ford. Prompt and approachable, when we (my wife and I) drove up, the usual vultures were nowhere to be found. We already had an appointment and it was so low keyed, that it was like being escorted to our dinner table at a resturant. Since we double booked the appt, there was no hassle. After looking at the vehicle that we wanted, the entire process from beginning to end was less than two hours. That includes the test drive and when we took the keys, the suv was washed and had a full tank of gas. That was unexpected, but that is service. Our old suburban was well worn and tired. We took the sub on a 1000 mile trip the first week and not one issue. I hope to do more business with Lithia as they are a dealer you can trust. Many thanks and keep up the excellent service, your customer appreciate it!

Rhett, our service rep at Lithia, took great care of us. Unfortunately, there were some delays in getting the correct parts for the transmission rebuild. However, he stayed in touch with us at every step and let us know what was going on. He also threw in a few little extras to make it worth our while. We decided to get the transmission in our son's ancient Explorer rebuilt by Ford because of the warranty and the fact that he's going to school in Montana, where there aren't a lot of good transmission shops, but where every decent size town has a Ford dealership. We knew it would cost us more than other repair shops, but we knew the work would be done right, with good Ford parts, and it would be backed up with a 3-year warranty. Rhett handled the details and even though the car was in the shop longer than it would have been at other shops, he saw to it that the work got done right and to our satisfaction.

I am so glad I choose Lithia Ford for my vehicles recall notice. While my car was being repaired Ryan called to advise me that my vehicle also had a additional recall. I was not aware of the recall as of yet and he addressed the repair while my vehicle was being serviced for the scheduled recall. I did received the additional recall notice a few days later in the mail. So it saved me from having to schedule additional service appoiontment! I was also advised of the need for an air filter- Thank you for checking my vehicle for the little things I can overlook.

I had my oil changed and tires that I had bought at Lithia rotated. They did this at the usual low price and also gave my car an inspection and let me know of a few things that were due to be attended to. Bought a used truck. It was high miles so I expect maintenance down the road. I did not expect to drive home a vehicle leaking oil though. The morning after I drove it home, I noticed fresh oil spots on my driveway (which had none before). They agreed to look at it and told me that after looking underneath it and thoroughly inspecting it, that it had no leaks. I was thrilled until now, a week later, I've noticed numerous oil spots under and was even able to see fresh oil leaking off the oil pan under the car. Not sure what they did, but it definitely wasn't looked at very thoroughly, if at all. Now I have a leaky car that's 2 weeks old and needs repaired. I've been very, very patient and calm, but they're now treating me like an irate customer and haven't responded in 3 days.

I was 900 miles from home when my truck had a catastrophic transmission failure. My family and I were desperate to get back to our lives in So-Cal and the unknowns and hassles of taking the truck in for repair and traveling back to pick it up were more than I wanted to deal with. I took it down to Lithia Ford/Lincoln and they gave me a very fair price on a trade-in; especially considering the fact that the truck wasn't running. I figured that between the trade value, repair costs, and travel expenses, I netted exactly what I would have got if I sold it in running order to a private party, minus the hassle. As far as dealerships go, Lithia Ford has it all. Inventory: There were 366 F150s on the lot to choose from; Service: I never felt pressured, the sales team seemed genuinely concerned about getting me into the right truck, and they have legitimate product knowledge;Price: Lithia is a volume dealer. Their up-front price was better than what I could have negotiated at any So-Cal dealership (I did the research).I'm loving my new F150 FX4! I'll head back to Idaho for my next Ford.

I have to say that Lithia of Boise did a fantastic job on installing the air bags on my 2014 3/4 ton pick up.I went to les schawb and commercial tire and there prices were to high. the next thing I would like is to install a 40-50 gallon diesel tank. 1650 is a little to high for a tank so I will have to do some research. thank you

Christian my sales person was great. I called on phone to see if you had the Ford Escape I was looking for. Christian said he would check and call me back. He got back to me promptly had everything I wanted.Next was price I would be coming from Pendleton Ore so needed him to talk to the pricing person with my offer before I made the drive. Again he would call me back.With in 10min he called back and I was of to Boise . Drove the car sign the paper work and were out and on our way home in less then 2hrs. On my way out of town on a Friday night I discovered a bolt in my tire. Jeff and company went out of their way to replace my tire so I could get out of town. This was after the competition at Les Schwab ran to their cars to leave as they saw me pulling in at closing time. Boise Lithia has always been very good to work with as long as we have been with them; including Bob Rice Ford days. Workmanship has been excellent and sales staff are always helpful. Prices are a little higher than non franchise shops but you have Ford Quality parts when needed. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Gary since he started working at Lithia.

I thought the service area opened at 8:00 on Saturday according to the website, but apparently the oil change area opened at 7:00. So I didn't make it there as early as I would have, but everything went pretty quick for all the things I had done. My car seemed peppier when I left, but the brakes seemed softer. All the people working there were very polite. I really expected my floor to be vacuumed and the windshield washed after spending over $200.00....and this was the first time that my seat was not in the position that I left it.

Our newly purchased Edge was scheduled for a detail due to there being hard water stains on the paint from the water sprinklers at the dealership. The service personnel were great to work with...it was easy to schedule and drop off. It was ready when they said it would be ready and the detail was beautiful! This morning my son took his Ford Ranger in to have Lithia Ford do the work in the recall notice he received recently. He had made an appointment and they said it wouldn't take long. When he dropped it off at 8:30 AM, they said it would be ready in 2 - 3 hours. At noon they said they needed another hour. at 2:00, they said it was still in the shop. It's 11:30 at night now, and we assume they might get around to finishing the job tomorrow. Either nobody in the shop was trained to do this recall procedure, or they don't do recall work unless there is nothing else in the shop that needs done. I bought a new car 3 weeks ago from a competitor, and I can't imagine them treating a customer this way. Lithia Ford is doing a great job convincing us that we will never go there again for anything, but maybe that's what they were hoping for.

Of course they have already deleted what I wrote in the first place but I will give it another shot. I really hate to say this but what happened to me SEEMED an awful lot like a "bait and switch". In 2000 I plunked down $36,000 cash for a new Eddie Bauer Expedition and I always vowed that if I ever needed another car it would be another Expedition. I am now a widow and trying to find my way again and with the help of the rudest people on the planet at Lithia Ford my juices are overflowing. I will not stop and this is very unlike me but I have had ENOUGH. That huge bald man came out of the office and introduced himself and shook everyone's hand...all but me. He turned his head when he walked by. Can you imagine? I didn't NEED to meet him or shake his hand but it is the principal. He is nothing to me and unfortunately...neither is Lithia anymore.

I had a dead battery at the dealership and they jumped me to get it started. I was then able to go to a battery shop and purchase a battery. They did not complain that I took it somewhere else. They said have a good day. I am retired and try to save where I can. I will always buy a Ford because of this kind of service. I realize they need to make a profit but they are a bit overpriced.

After emailing Lithia about our previous experience,--we had just paid $1,200 in needed repairs, the service manager called and offered to keep the car, no charge for several days to see if they could figure out what was wrong. They kept the car for about 5 days, having several different mechanics drive it and the problem would not duplicate--which was that the engine would just stop while driving stopping the power steering and brakes--scary! The car had done so twice, while driving in the previous 3 weeks. We are picking up the car today without anyone being able to find the problem since the engine diagnostic comes up clean. Thank you Lithia for going above and beyond for your service, even though you were unable to find the problem. So we now have a 1997 Mercury Marquis with relatively low miles all repairs current(including the recent $1,200) with a clean diagnostic record that we are afraid to drive.

The service is fine, but...My altimeter doesn't work above 2700 ft. and I'm told the fix is to remove the function! What? I paid for that function. If second gear goes out, do I remove that function.Also, the driver's seat goes all the way forward upon start up on occasion. They replaced the motor, but it still does it. At least this is just annoying.Bruce

I have been a loyal owner of Ford products for over 35 years but never again. They had my vehicle for 68 days, finally had to put a new engine in and it performs worse now than when it originally failed. The Service Manager has been condescending and rude and my vehicle was returned with a screw missing that holds down my hood, an overfilled oil pan, an underfilled radiator, as well as a/c and performance issues it did not have before.

My daughter was given a 1997 Grand Marque Mercury with 92,000 miles on it. It was a single owner car that had always had service when needed. The day after getting the car, we took it into Lithia for the routine oil change and a visual inspection for safety. They said all was well. She drove it a few days then suddenly, while turning into a parking space, the engine turned off which stopped the power steering and brakes. She almost hit the car next to her. The engine light came on and stayed on. We took it into Lithia where they said the car needed a mass air flow sensor and intake gaskets and spark plugs and wires. The desk person told us what a good car this was so we decided for the repairs. Approximately $1,200 later plus $90 for the diagnostic test, we picked up the car. One day later the engine light came on again. This time it was a fuse in the brake lights that made the engine light come on. Lithia swiftly fixed this. Two days later, while driving, the engine just turned off again. We took it back and the service person wanted another $90 for us to leave the car there so they could drive it around to see if the engine would turn off. The service person said if it was her daughter, she would just tell her to drive it anyway since the engine seems to only turn off while driving at low speeds----REALLY? They said they had no idea what was wrong with the car. This was the desk person, NOT the mechanic. I realize the car is old--but this is ridiculous. If anyone out there can give us help, we would really appreciate it. On the other hand, our Ford Windstar has had excellent service when we take it in for oil changes at Lithia. I fear if and when we need to take that car to the major service side.

After the fiasco of my previous visit, Lithia called to say they had the correct light bulb. They wanted to keep my car all day to ensure that everything was done correctly and would shuttle me to work and back to pick up my car. The service desk was very apologetic and said that there would be no charge; either for parts or labor. I took my car back and they were very friendly, apologetic and professional. I was shuttled to work in time for an early meeting. When I came back (with a ride) to pick up my car there was a small issue in that the battery was dead, but the techs jumped it immediately and they stood by their statement earlier that there would be no charge for the parts or labor of the bulb. All in all a good experience and they said that they felt bad that the previous visit was such a nightmare. They wanted to make it right and earn my business. All in all a good ending to a difficult start. I thought it fair that I do another review. I will go back.

Purchased a Mini in Portland, OR on Saturday. Was told Lithia in Boise would be my dealership since I live here and had purchased the extended warranty. On they way home, the low beam bulb burned out. Called Lithia on Tuesday to make appointment to have the bulb replaced. Was told they had the bulb in stock because many European cars like mine use that bulb and it would be under $30. Was told to come to the Quick Lane and they would swap it out fast. Took my car in Wednesday morning (8:15) and was told they were slammed and it would be an hour to 90 minutes. Figured I was already there so I stayed. After an hour I was told that they did not, in actual fact, have the bulb in stock but it was coming and would be there soon and it was $160. At the two hour mark the bulb was still not there and I had a fit. I needed to get to work and had been told this would be a quick fix! At the two and a half hour mark I was told that the bulb had arrived but the confusion was that it wasn't the low beam that was out, it was the high beam. No, the high beam worked fine. So off they went to talk to the tech. At 11:00 they discovered they had ordered the wrong bulb and would have to order the correct one and I would have to come back. Sorry about the inconvenience but they are going to make it right by giving me a car wash and a wax! I just wasted 3 full hours, have to go back and I get a flippin car wash? How about paying for the bulb and my time! Not impressed at all.

Lithia wasn't the first dealership I visited while looking for a 2014 F150 Eco Boost Pickup. Kim Luy my Salesperson made my shopping experience practically painless. We have purchased two vehicles from Ford lithia Boise with Gary Hoesing facilitating both deals and I tell you it is easy to go back. Gary is honest, forthright and plays no games. He wants you to drive out a happy customer and he has done that for us twice. I usually get my diesel serviced or repaired thru Brad and he has done an outstanding job finding the problem and fixing it at a very affordable price. The service department has done a great job servicing and repairing my wife's Explorer - Rhett is who she usually goes to and he keeps her very well informed and also goes out of his way to do the job right. Besides treating us right the Lithia group is also fun to deal with. I do not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends.

Lithia Ford of Boise gave me a wonderful opportunity to purchase a new 2014 F150. The truck is amazing, and the service, quality and professionalism that they showed throughout the process was great. When we agreed upon the truck, they were very quick to have the paperwork ready to go, and I had a spray in liner added tad they were able to take care of all of it for me. I would recommend Lithia Ford of Boise as a great place to purchase a car.

The other day my wife and I went to Nampa and looked at 2014 F350 Trucks. After spending all day at that dealership we became worn out because the staff kept going back in forth with payment and over all pricing. The next day we called Lithia and we were put in contact with Kim Luy, new car sales.Within 1 hour they gave us the best price which included lifetime oil changes, extended warranty, and additional trade in value. The payments were 250.00 less than the other dealership which did not include the oil changes or extended warranty.Kim went way out of her way to make this purchase the most pleasant one we have ever had. Kim Luy is a credit to what Lithia Ford stands for.

I bought my 2009 ford escape in for a recall and to have the lift gate looked out repaired. I entered into the service center at 7:06 am to deliver my car for the 8 am appointment. When I walked in the door, Ryan and another person where deep in there phones texting, only on person Kevin acknowledged my existence, he then referred me to Ryan, who was annoyed I dare bother him. He had me fill out paper work, telling me to give my email as they were going paperless, I asked if they are going to sell my email address as this is a legitimate questions. He took offense. No ride was offered, glad I made my own arrangements. I was told I would get a call about the lift gate. I called at 11 AM spoke with Ryan again, I asked if the car was ready, and what was going on with it. He said he had to go ask, then he asked if I needed my car. I said No, I just don't like others to have it. (it was a gift from my husband) He said I will terminate the order and you can come get it. I then asked to speak with a Service Manager, once Ted got on the phone he had no idea who I was or why I was calling. He had to put me on hold and to go find out about my car. I get that the recall is a computer thing and it takes hours, but logically wouldn't you do the lift gate first in case you had to order parts. Nothing but attitude from both employees. The lack of customer service makes one question why wouldn't you drive to Meridian or Nampa to another ford, but they are all probably the same. 12:26 PM Spoke with general manager, he explained that I was the one in the wrong, even after explaining that I caught his employees being untruthful. He stated I am the one being rude, and terminated my repair. However, I was told by his employee Ted when I spoke with him about 11 that the car was right in the middle of the recall updating the computer and it couldn't be moved. The general manager said my car wasn't being done at all. SO I am confused as to why I am the one being rude when, can't get a straight answer out of any of them. General Manager stated someone would be dropping my car off in a few minutes its now 1:10 PM and no car. I doubt my review will be posted but I will be taking this up with Ford Corporate.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR/TRUCK TO LITHIA FORD COLLISION REPAIR!!! These guys are not qualified to repair cars or trucks, and will rip you OFF, give you the run around, not follow up on repairs as promise, and upon return tell you it wasn't covered(after promising to fix it), or tell you it was never discussed(even though I had it was in the estimate)! I had my Ford truck taken to Lithia after a roll over in the snow in the first week of February. When I got the truck back in the first week of April, and even though EVERY technician and the Manager Shane had "all driven the truck", they missed a large hole in the transmission, (and the skipping and clunking into reverse), the cracked windshield(which was in the estimate), the LARGE crack in the new front grill, or the rear bumper sensors after replacing the rear bumper among a bundle of other issues. The entire process was toxic. It was like pulling teeth to get them to correctly fix everything on the estimate, and I have now had to take the truck in 4 separate times for "finish work" since getting the truck back in April. I was told by the manager that this was the second largest repair that they had done and that they were not really equipped to do this type of work,(even though they are "collision and repair specialists") After taking the truck back this morning to have the truck aligned for the 3rd time and to have them tighten the Emergency Brake which was in the estimate, I was told first that it was not in the estimate and never discussed, and when given proof that it was, I was told it was not covered, and I would need to open a new insurance claim to have it fixed! My entire insurance pay out to Lithia Ford of Boise is over $18,000 and despite having a "Lifetime warranty" on the work performed, and being paid for the ENTIRE amount, they do not want to finish the work they have begun. I have been lied to by Service Managing Staff, given the Run-Around repeatedly, and have had them lie to me and my insurance company. When called on it, they say they would fix the emergency brake if the insurance company restates that they will cover it(again, even though it is on the work order estimate), but at a later day because they "didn't have time" for it now, and then they "wash their hands of it"!! Worst customer service and interaction ever. Still have things that need to be fixed... I can only imagine what will happen to someone who actually bought a car from these clowns... Next step might be lawsuit...

I am very pleased with the service I got while purchasing my new 2014 ford fiesta. My salesman was Rod Bradley, he was very kind and even personally delivered my car to Twin Falls! I got a killer deal on the vehicle, under msrp and financed through ford 0%! My fiance and I went to look for trucks. We found a GMC Sierra. Sales person was good and was not pressuring us at all. We went in to start the paperwork and see what we could get for trade and if we could get close to the price we wanted to leave out the door. We asked for a few minutes to speak about it as we weren't sure it was a good enough deal as they wouldn't come off there price at all and wanted to give me very little for my trade. After about 30 seconds of discussing the sales manager rudely interrupted us and began with his arrogant attitude. He started by telling me that my car was worth nothing (ford Mustang) and then proceeded to tell my fiance that his 2007 6.0L F350 was a worthless truck and would cause us nothing but problems. I'm thinking to myself WOW this guy is working for Ford and has nothing but terrible things to say about their vehicles. He continued to tell us how he was a Chevy guy and that was the best truck out there. He then asked why we were haggling over $3500 dollars insinuating that we couldn't afford it or something. He was nothing but rude and treated us with very little respect and ruined an almost sure deal for his salesman. This is the second time we have had to deal with arrogant sales managers and we will not return. Dan Weibold/Corwin has treated us with nothing but respect and our money will be better spent there as we have bought a Shelby/F150/2013F350 and a 2007F350 in the last year. Lithia's loss!

My Review Of Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise: My husband and I purchased a new Ford Escape from Lithia last January and while that was a great experience I am writing this review for the level of service we received since our purchase. After driving it for a few months we kept noticing an irritating noise inside the vehicle and could never pin point exactly where it was coming from. We made an appointment with Lithia service department and Rhett happened to be the service manager that was assigned to us. He listened to our complaint and took it for a drive and also heard the noise as well. He and his mechanics went on a quest to try and find the noise. After several attempts and finding little fixes for a day or two it would appear again. It was very frustrating for everyone. What impressed us was his diligence to resolve the problem for us. After they had exhausted what they knew they did not hesitate to call in the big guns. They brought out a Ford Engineer to assist them. Well, he even got frustrated but after two attempts they found the source. Now mind you they had to tear the whole back end out and put it back together. It of course was a silly cable that was not secure that was located in an obscure area in the back. During this whole process Rhett would greet us with a smile and a can do attitude. He never gave up and made us feel very important and that he genuinely cared about us and making it right. I have been in sales and customer service industry for over 39 years so, it is not easy to impress me. To make matters worse my husband is a civil engineer and not easy to please. Rhett followed thru on every one of his time commitments, follow-up and phone calls. He sealed the deal for my husband to consider buying his next vehicle from Lithia. Which found us today at the dealership test driving vehicles. Lithia is lucky to have a great manager and employee like Rhett.

Happen to find a vehicle my wife wanted online, listed a decent price. My wife went in and got the car she wanted... dealership would not budge on price, offered us way low for a trade in. two weeks after the purchase and already not happy with anything regarding the company and employees the service vehicle light came on (engine oil change, airbag failure). After talking to the dealership they would not offer a courtesy vehicle while in the shop, we live in Nampa and that is too far for a shuttle ride and because the vehicle is not a ford they cannot work on it and referred us to another dealership. Vehicle is a 2012 with less than 4k miles on it, dealership included a supposedly 3 month warranty however cannot simply budge to help their customers out. Experience was horrible and will not return.

I had stopped into LITHIA FORD last week to look for a new truck.i had talked with Dave Balbas, very nice guy. I had found one that I liked. I went back yesterday { 8/31/13 } to talk to them again. The salesman that I had talked to before was busy, so I talked with Neris, another nice salesman. He was doing every thing he could to try to earn my business. Then I didn't think that I was getting a fair deal on my trade in. Way to low of a price for a 2007 vehicle with only 68000 miles. So then I'm assuming one of the managers, ( short guy- bald head ) jumps in and tries to get me to agree to a deal. I had also told him that I had other TOYS that I wanted to get rid of so I could just pay cash to complete the deal. I told him what I had to also trade or sell. I told him exactly what they were and the mileage, and what I thought I could sell them for outright for. even showed him pictures. He left for a couple of minutes and returned. Asked me, " If we give you what I wanted for the other vehicles, would we have a deal? This would of totaled $24300.00 for a trade in value plus $12000.00. The truck I wanted was priced at just over $32000.00. And then I told him I was going to drive the new truck out to show my wife so she could she it, he said OK. Before the salesman Neris and I could even got out of the parking spot, he comes out waving his hands. Stops us, and says, nope we couldn't do that deal at the price he committed to. Now it was going to be another $5000.00 on top of what we just agreed upon 5 minutes before. First of all, he flat out and LIED to me on the truck deal. Second, he can't add. 24300.00 plus 12000.00 = 36300.00 not 32000.00 plus that the truck actually cost. He was trying to tell me some other stuff to get me to believe why the truck price had gone up. So for me, being LIED to, Told that we had a deal if I agreed to his deal, we would of had a deal. And then he changes the prices. Is B.S. So thanks Lithia for screwing up my plans on buying a new truck from YOU. What would my LAWYER say? Mike Justice

Buying the vehicle was the same experience as every time before. The secret is to know what EXACTLY you want before you go and do online research to find the best price. If you're not sure you can swept up in new car smells and end up with more payment than you planned. (That's me - over and over again.) The Good: I recognized our salesperson from college so we had a connection and easy ice breaker. I liked that he was informal and friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. The Bad: The truck we wanted to buy was "marked the wrong price" and they wouldn't honor it (of course it was lower). No retailer on this planet could get away with that or even try. But they didn't care about losing the sale over their error and that is a shame - that is their black mark and thing I will remember. They did not care about losing my sale. I love my F150 Ecoboost truck BUT... There are minor manufacturer flaws that the service department was asked to fix and did not. This truck is 30 days old. There is no special treatment for customers, no special attention for new vehicles, you are pretty much nobody to the service department. You'd get better attention at the Walmart Service Center. And that is sad. I just bought a vehicle and the service department aleady has me worried and thinking twice about buying at Lithia. Also, I took my car in for a "new car checkup" and the didn't even wash it - not even a spray down, and they left their finger prints on the windows. What is that? Awful service, long waits. And the used cars on the lot and not as clean and detailed as they should be which again speaks to the service department and lack of attention to the vehicles and the customers. As for used cars, there are few and they are high book price. Much better used cars details everywhere else in the Treasure Valley. AS for me, I've already been to Dan Wiebold to find my next Ford (car). They have GREAT used car deals and great sales staff. The buying process is the traditional run back and forth between the finance manager and you, but other than that I really liked their selection, great prices, and customer service. Lithia really needs to pay attention to their whole operation because service WILL affect sales. I won't buy there again because of the service department.

Happy with our truck we just bought but not happy with they way Lithia conducts business. This is the second vehicle we have bought from them, should have learned our lesson the first time. They pressured us into buying the extended warranty on our vehicle and tricked us into a lower price on our trade-in. The salesman that helped us was soooo confusing and hard to understand. They honestly don't care about the customers. Tom Scott Honda in Nampa was amazing to work with but they just didn't have the vehicle we wanted. Be careful if you go to Lithia, they bully you into buying extended warranties and confuse you. The guy that did our financing wouldn't take no for an answer. " You're really going to buy a TRUCK without an extended warranty" he kept saying. From the second we sat down he said okay so I figured this deal for you and it is only raising you payment this much, extending our loan out further. I told him how much does it add to the loan, Gap insurance 675 and extended warranty 3,000. He just kept pushing it! He finally talked us into getting an extended warranty for 2,000 with a $100 deductible. He just figures if he can keep your payment the same, that is all that matters but it isn't! I read the back and there is 60 days to cancel with no fee, so I will be canceling! Do let them pressure you into something you don't want or maybe just go to another dealership! I would have much rather given my business to Tom Scott Honda!

Complete lack of integrity and responsibility. I obtained 2 independent tire assessments of defective Ford OEM tires with 20,000 miles. Initially the Lithia service person indicated the tires were not covered by a warranty. I produced the "Tire Warranty" book included with the vehicle purchase to further the conversation. Lithia indicated two possible causes. I then took the vehicle and tires to Les Schwab. They did an independent assessment of the possible causes and produced a written conclusion supported by historical tire maintenance records plus an alighnment on said vehicle. Les Schwab concluded that the "general poor wear of the tires can not be explained by any deficiency in the operation of the vehicle."Predictably, Lithia dismissed Les Schwab's analysis and denied any resposibility. This wasn't surprising in that beginning with the initial service appointment, Lithia continually distanced themselves from any accountability.There are other Ford dealer options in the Treasure Valley. I would suggest a NON-Lithia dealer where integrity is a business principa. A dealer who is your advocate with the OEM not an obstacle.

First, let me say this was "almost" a car buying experience, so I can't say I actually bought from this dealer. We did fill out all paperwork and hand over the titles to our 2 trades, that is where the nightmare began. We "bought" our new Explorer on a Thursday with the promise it would be delivered from another dealer on Monday of the following week. Monday came and went, no car and absolutely no communication. When we called the next day we were told the car would be here on Friday. Frustrating, but we decided we would wait the extra few days. Friday came, still no car. Saturday we called and were told the other dealer didn't send the car. After a week and half or waiting, I guess no one at Lithia Ford in Boise thought to actually contact the other dealer to ensure the car was coming. Now if we wanted the same car it would be yet another week or two. Frustrated but still wanting a new car we decided to listen to what they had to offer on the lot. They had a car with a few more options that they said they would give to us for a comparable price, but it would be more money. We said we would sleep on it and let them know. Low and behold when we returned the next day that price had now increased! At that point we had seen enough, asked for the titles to our trades back, and will be buying from another Ford dealer in the area. I would not recommend Lithia Ford in Boise Idaho to anyone. Poor communication, the worst sales tactics I have ever seen, and just completely dishonest. I have purchased approximately 10 brand new cars throughout my life and have never seen anything like this. I guess customer service is a thing of the past, at least at Lithia Ford in Boise, Idaho.

I wanted to buy a New 2012 F150 from Lithia. I was informed by Randy Price a sales managers that I have never worked with in person told me he could not get me approved. Having an understand of how a car loan works I asked him a few questions. When asking him how what the sales price was at he got very upset and said we no longer want to sell you a truck at our store. I was shocked! Because I wanted to have a better understanding as to why we couldn get me financed he wanted me to go to another Ford store to buy my next truck. This manager just told me to spend my money at another dealership! I would like to add that I'm preapproved at ICCU for my loan now. I also contacted Jim the stores GM and he said come on down. We can do it or we can't. He had no empathy! Do your own research and make your own choice ut no way I'm ever going to buy a truck here!

Wife and I purchased a used SUV. Brought in trade on Friday evening and agreed to a deal. During that process we were pressured often to provide a down payment we did not have, even our future tax return refund. After completed, left our trade there and took home our used car. The next day we recieved a cryptic voice mail from Tom the finance manager saying there was a problem even though he assured us the night before there would not be an issue. I attempted for over two hours to contact him by phone with no success. Finally was able to talk to our salesman, Shannon, who then attempted to coerce $1000 extra out of us to complete the deal. When he was told "No" through a series of phone calls he tried to get $500 from us immediately or over the next month. He finally agreed to the deal that we originally had set. We had to return to the dealership to finalize paperwork again. Likely they agreed only because they already had a deal in the works for our trade and no way to return it like i asked them to do if they could not honor their agreement. Unethical dealing at the end of the month. Should have talked to the general manager. Didn't have to make the deal, just better for our family. They treated us inappropriately, like we had no clue.

Having had several awful experiences with car repairs, I didn't know what to do when my check engine light came on. A friend recommended Lithia and told me to ask for Rhett. He was so helpful in walking me through the process. For once I felt completely comfortable with an estimate and they did not go above it!

We recently bought a Ford Edge from Lithia Ford in Boise. This is the first ford we have had in a number of years and i was a little concerned of the quality and performance. So far it has been a great vehicle and we have had great follow up from Lithia and service adviser Rhett Sheeder. Im always a little reluctant to go to dealers as it has been my experrience that they try to sell you everything possible but this has not been the case with Lithia and Rhett. I would recomend this dealership to any of my friends and family and have them ask for Rhett if they were to visit the service department.

I have been a customer of lithia ford since 2005, I purchased a new F150 which I have fallen in love with. Not only was the entire buying experience great but so has my aftercare for the vehicle. I have never had a customer service experience like I have encountered over the past 5 years with any dealership let alone a service rep. Rhett has been incredible from scheduling routine maintenance to diagnosing and helping solve any issue that has come up. He has always gone ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations. My wife who has a land rover who has gone to lyle pearson for all of her service related issues has never experienced what I have. I am actually thrilled to get my oil changed and to stop in and see Rhett. He has made my entire experience with the dealership nothing but positive. It's to bad other places don't see the value in each individual customer as they do at Lithia.

My Husband and I have worked with Rhett for about 4 years now and have never been let down. He has always been very efficient and friendly! He is always great about helping us & taking on issues that need to be dealt with right away, and always has answers to our questions about what has been done or what is needed next; or even what we are looking at in 6 months so we can work it into our budget. My husband deployed to Iraq for a year and Rhett went above and beyond to help with our Cars. Whether is was a problem with one of the vehicles or some extra work that was done on my husbands car as a suprise. Rhett was able to give his input on the suprise for my husband & thanks to his knowledge and familiarity with the way my husband likes his car, everything worked out great! As long as we live in this area we will always bring our business here. This Dealership & Staff are wonderful to work with!

I purchased my vehicle at Lithia of Boise and was very happy with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. That was 4 years ago. The reason I continue to go to Lithia is because of the great service team they have. The service at the Fast Lube is excellent, but the individual care provided by Kevin Hossfeld is truly outstanding. If there is a question, Kevin doesnt refer me somewhere, he takes ownership of the issue and finds the answer. When my daughter called me with an automotive concern, I recommended her to Kevin. I cant think of a greater compliment than that! I strongly recommend this dealership for sales or service.

Rod was great to work with. didn't waste my time. I got a good deal on a 2012 V6 prem Mustang. He even worked with me to surprise the girlfiend. I am goinig to see them again on my next Ford purchase. Very happy with the car. Very happy with the process. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Regarding the price of the vehicle I searched and shopped the entire country and couldn't math the deal right here in town.

Was a good visit. Kevin took me to the shop to discuss with the Tech working on the ancient 1994 Ford Explorer.Parts was going to be $1,500-2,000, they gave me a work quotation if I find the part cheaper and I am coming back with the new part from a closed manufacturer in eBay.

Was going to take my car to the dealership I bought it from for warranty work but they were horrible to work with. And still have factory warranty. We have taken our vehicle into be serviced several times now and every time Rhett has been very professional and helpful. He goes over everything the technicians reported in detail and explains what needs to be done now and what can wait. He always keeps us informed about the wait times and keeps us updated on the progress. Even though we don't own a Ford vehicle we will continue to bring our vehicles to Rhett and Lithia Ford for service. I have had several issues with my 05 F150. With each issue Kevin has communicated well and completely what needs to be done along with options. He has maintained constant communication all through the process, including a time when my truck was at the dealer for over 2 weeks. He has also worked with my extended warranty company to the greatest extent that he could.

My focus left me stranded in Boise on my way home to Phoenix. I didn't know a lot of people but a FB friend recommended Lithia Ford. I was being a big baby and whimpering about not knowing what to do about my car. Rhett assured me it was okay and that he would take care of me. He told me outright how long it was going to take to look at and even after I left to wait somewhere else he kept me updated and never in the dark. I always leave car dealerships feeling like I got taken advantage of because of my lack of car knowledge...but not when I left Rhett. He explains things so well and kindly. I made it home safely and my cars still alive. I will probably never be cruising the Boise streets again...but if I was I would be fixing my crappy car with Rhett. I recommend this place and their wonderful staff member even more so because with out good employees, that care about people and are passionate about their job, it wouldn't be the same place.

I took my car in regarding some issues that it was having. The first person to greet me as I entered the door was Rhett. Right away he started asking questions about my car issues trying to get to the root of the problem. I was very frustrated at this point because i had been to several other dealerships and they had not offered any assistance or had simply been to "busy" to help me. He was very knowledgeable and was able to figure out my car problem. My car was fixed in a matter of days and you now have a new and loyal customer to Lithia Ford.

I will Start off by saying I walk into Litha Ford on some very unfortunate circumstances. My car was not running right and I had no idea on what to do. I was pleasantly greeted by MR. Rhett Sheeder. I had explained to him the issues I was having. He instantly had a couple of suggestions on what it could be. Out of the kindness of his heart he asked for my keys and went out to the 16 degrees weather and looked at the car. After further inspection he advised me that he will need my car a car for most the day. Mr. Sheeder called me within a half hour with a very reasonable estimate. Upon picking up my car Mr. Sheeder and his technicians had my car running as good as the day I bought it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VERY PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT. Pleasant face and Excellent service.

Recently, we visited the dealership in search of a good deal. We wound up buying 2 vehicles, not only was the price right, but the friendliness was excellent. The salesman listened to our needs and directed us to the right vehicle to fulfill those needs. We were very happy with the process and the transaction. We came in looking for a specific car that we had seen on the web site. Cris was the only salesman outside when we pulled in. We told him what we were looking for and he found it right away. Wettest drove and loved the car. Now, we had already been approved by our credit union so we thought it was a done deal. But they offered to try and beat the deal and they did! Logan saved us a whole percent on the rate and we also got the extended warranty and we are just about at the payment we wanted to stay within. Our son had recommended Lithia because he buys his trucks there and he was right. We were treated with respect and we were on and out in just over an hour and a half. We will go back there when we are ready for our next car.

I was interested in particular features and Rod Bradley knew the trucks on the line and was able to direct me to those that had those features. He knows the features and walked me through the sync and navigation systems as well as set up my phone for me.Logan Bird did the financing. He was quick and efficient (I was running short on time and he was very cognizant of that). Over a week after I purchased the vehicle, he contacted me to let me know Ford had another rebate and sent me papers to sign so that I could get the $1,000.

This dealership has sold me two new Fords in the last 18 months. I have been in many times and have had the opportunity to get to know most of the sales advisors by name. I am always greeted by name and treated with respect and kindness. I have not had a bad experience with any of the advisors and have personally dealt with Kevin, Rhett and Lisa. I know from past experience that this dealership values integrity. A couple of months ago a technician made a mistake. The service manager actually called me by phone to tell me that he had made a mistake. What became important to me was the honesty and how it was handled. The mistake meant nothing to me-the honesty meant everything to me. I know that I can go in and place my full trust in Kevin and I know that when it comes to my car and how it performs, he knows what he is talking about. I know that I have a choice when it comes to service on my vehicle and I like the way I am treated by Kevin and the dealership.

I wanted to take a moment to thank one of your service advisors Jack McElravy, for his outstanding devotion to service for the customer.Mr. McElravy took my 2007 Lincoln MKX in for warranty service last week. The warranty work included a seal between the windshield and the dash. To me it appeared to be a complicated task and I expected some resistance from an advisor on alternative treatment for the problem. Mr. McElravy took me completely by surprise.When I explained the problem to Mr. McElravy, he took the time to listen to me then explained the procedure in detail. He recognized the problem and offered a solution I was comfortable with and even offered to detail other items I had not considered. One of those details was replacing the windshield rather than re-using it.I was very impressed with the updates on the progress of my vehicle through Mr. McElravy as well. He kept me informed on the progress of the work and estimated time to completion. As I was leaving the Boise area for several days, Mr. McElravy offered to secure the vehicle until my return.What I was most impressed with about Mr. McElravy was he treated me with dignity and respect for warranty work on my vehicle. I have been to other dealerships before and treated poorly for work not paid by the customer. I was not subjected to pressure to purchase anything in addition to the warranty work as well.My trip to the Lithia Ford Lincoln dealership and meeting your service advisor, Jack McElravy, was a great experience. Keeping such employees should be one of Fords highest priorities. I will continue my relationship with Ford as long as Ford continues to employ personnel with the caliber of Jack McElravy. Nice job, Jack!

Beware of who you are dealing with. Lithia Ford of Boise is in my opinion an incredibly unethical car dealership. Here is my story:I dealt with Randy Price (Sales Manager), Jordan Summers and Gary Hoesing. After going back and forth on negotiations for a few days regarding purchasing a $40K used truck, We came to very detailed and clear agreement over the phone. I was already loan approved by their lender, application signed and credit checked etc, we agreed on the trade in price (they had already inspected it), the loan terms, the new vehicle price and the specific amount of the check I was bringing to the dealership and the amount of time I would need to be there to complete the transaction. I made an appointment with Randy and was called back by Jordan to confirm that appointment. WHILE ON MY WAY to the dealership Randy called to say he had sold the vehicle to someone else who just walked in.I believe that the agreement was so clear and specific that it amounts to a verbal contract. Selling the vehicle while I am driving to pick it up is incredibly dishonest and unethical in my opinion.This was the grand finale to the most incredible experience I have had with a car dealer. They used every trick in the sleazy used car handbook over the last few days. Buyer beware what you are getting into with this crew!
