We had a wonderful experience with Hyundai! Definitely not what we had planned, but after poor experiences at a couple other dealerships it was a wonderful surprise. We found the perfect vehicle for our family with the help of a super friendly staff. We traded in our car and we were able to drive off the same day with our new Palisade. We came into the dealership knowing we wanted an SUV with specific safety and comfort features and our sales guy Shane helped us get the exact vehicle that we envisioned. He didn’t try to sell us on other vehicles that were more readily available, he remained open and honest throughout the whole process, and was communicative as SUVs that met our criteria arrived on the lot. Great experience, seamless process, highly recommend Lithia Hyundai for getting a new (or used) car.

This was my first time buying a car and Edrik at Lithia Hyundai made it super easy and pain free. I walked in knowing what my budget was and he helped me pick out a car and get everything taken care of, including insurance and financing. It was a fabulous experience and I will be recommending them to anyone that is talking about buying a car!

Ask for Nathan, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and he knows his stuff.

I gave 5 stars for a reason. They are Rock Stars! I’m so happy with the entire process of purchasing a car through these guys. The customer service was impeccable. They had a nice selection of inventory. I felt so comfortable the entire time, never pressured. My salesman Eric walked me through everything, he even sat with me in the car to go over all the buttons and their functions. Layne, in the finance department explained everything to me in detail so I understood the paperwork. I have never had that level of customer service with any other vehicle I have purchased. If you are in the market this is the place to go. I will definitely be a repeat customer when that time comes again.
