I loved the salesman....she didn't make me crazy and she really helped and made me comfortable. She really listened and was willing to answer any question I asked. She has gone above and beyond to help and answer any and all needs that I had. She even did not push me into another vehicle and let me come to that decision by myself and helped me get what I wanted.

I went for an oil change and rotate tires. I was advised only allowed 2 oil changes with the synthetic oil per year and thatI was not eligible for an oil change unless I wanted to pay for it. The charge would have been 60 for an oil change I thought was free as I was told "free lifetime oil changes" as long as I owned the vehicle. I was never advised during purchase it was only 2 free changes in a rolling calendar year with the synthetic oil (which makes me eligible end of May).Service man was very professional, couteous and nice about it. I just wish I was aware of it.Thank you,

I pulled in with the idea of being tough on my salesman because of previous experiences but I met Brandon farmer an he was so thorough that I trusted his professional opinion an after much deliberation decided that he had earned my business! At the end of the day I was able to leave in a new sonata with lower payments, I didn't wanna let go of my 300 but he made it worth while an overall was the best sales person I have ever met . I will be coming back to see him in the future for more purchases as me made me feel great about the descion !

Professional, friendly and courteous. From the time we drove onto the lot until we drove off in, not one but TWO vehicles, our experience was beyond anything we have ever encounteres. I knew what I was looking for and that is exactly the car I drove off the lot. My husband casually mentioned that he wanted a new truck and had a picture of what he wanted in his pocket. That's how we ended up purchasing two vehicles that day!

Not sure as to how the papers were drawn up. If they are not okay with my lawyer then i will not recommend Hyundai. This is my second Hyundai, tried to buy in the City of Industry only to be turned down and low balled on a Jaguar trade in. Their service in Industry was also terrible, took over a year to a recall repaired.

I bought a truck from this dealer in Feb of 2015 the truck still needed to be cleaned and a new windshield put in it due to being cracked I can over look the small stuff due to them telling me they will clean it and replace the windshield when I come back in a week when they do the inspection for the state .well week later I drop it off over night come back next day nothing was done I was not happy I don't live over there I work 120 miles from there and live 400 miles from there so you can see the head ake about it they said they were sorry and that I needed to come back after telling them I don't live or work close to them they still said you need to come back.After about 2 days go buy I get a call saying I need to pay them 10k for a blown motor in my trade in when it was just fine when we did the trade I told them I don't think so that went on for days it's not like I traded in a junker it's a 2012 f250.when I went back in to get inspection done and the windshield and detailed job there attitude changed and then they said we don't owe you a clean job nor a winshield I also said well you owe me the other key also they continue to say we don't owe you nothing and they did the state inspection and that took 5 min funny how they couldn't do that the first time knowing I have to drive 120 miles to there dealer bad dealer never again now I'm trying to cancel my warranty for 2 weeks now never can talk or get a call back from there person I. Charge of that so my advice is to all of you never go there unless you like getting bs around o ya and the truck I bought was a $55k truck so you would think after a costly but they would take care of you but nope can't explain how many miles and money on fuel I've waisted on dealing with this dealer what a pain and I change out my truck about every or every other year good luck your next buy please do your self a favor and never buy here thanks for reading

The dealership is great. Finance department had us in and out in a hurry. The Genesis is a beautiful work of art. The cons are BlueLink and having to pay for a subscription just to gain remote start.

We were lucky to have the best salesman there, for the most part everyone was very nice and friendly. but our salesman Miguel was very respectful, helpful and concerned about meeting our needs. We shopped at other dealerships and Lithia Hyundai was our last stop when we got there we were concerned about prices because Hyundai is a little bit more expensive, we had bad experiences and disappointing experiences with other salesman in other dealers. So meeting with Miguel and being treated great was what sold us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or buy another vehicle from this dealership if Miguel is still there.He knows what he is selling

Car salesmen don't have the best reputation for honesty and integrity. Their job is to just get the car sold. They don't want the public to know that but we all know there are unscrupulous car salesmen. I've had the displeasure of dealing with a few. That was not the case at Lithia Toyota of Odessa. The salesman did his routine but was polite and friendly. He knew the cars and was able to answer all the questions we had. It's a good dealership and I'll be back when I need a new car.

Buying a new car is a very tedious and long process. The staff was very accommodating. Letting me do what was necessary to insure this was the car I needed for when my child grew bigger. Making sure it was up to my husbands safety standards and doing their best to ensure I got the best and lowest monthly payments possible. Everyone was very nice and helpful with my son crawling around. Ive bought my past two vehicles there and will continue to take care of my cars business at this location.

Great customer service. Np short wait time. Answered all questions. Nice and clean customer waiting area. Not a lot of chaos, like in some places. Coffee was old. Everything else was fine. My only negative, other than the coffee, is I am not getting service reminders any more, for some reason.

Always in and out on oil changes, have never had to wait more that 1hr, 10 minutes, unlike A[[ American Chevrolet where I bought the vehicle. I have waited 2 1/2 to 3 hrs for an oil change.
