Keith was fantastic to work with in finding our family a van. He was much faster to respond to emails than any other dealership we had dealt with in our van search. and patiently answered all our questions. When we arrived at the dealership there was no pressure to buy the van and he allowed us to take all the time we needed to test drive the van and make our decision. He even helped trade out the car seats and offered to change diapers! I highly recommend both Keith and this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I had the pleasure of working with Keith to find my new family car. Living a hour and a half away, keith not only texted me to answer my hundreds of questions, but was even kind enough to take videos of the cars I was interested in. This dealership has been our source of vehicles in the past. We will always utilize this source of purchases because of the knowledge of the employees both in sales and in other departments.When I ask a question they have product knowledge. They also know why their products are preferable to their competitors. The politeness and concern for me and my wife is wonderful. It's nice to deal with nice salespersons . They take the time to ask what our needs and wants are and then they politely make recommendations. After the sale they take all the necessary time to make sure we know how all the bells and whistles work. Also days after, we are still welcome to return for refresher answers if we forget something. We have recommended friends in the past that have resulted in successful purchases as well.

I live in Salem but drove to Springfield to purchase a Honda from Lithia Toyota. In the last 18 months I have purchased 3 cars from Lithia Motors at three different locations. One from Lithia Toyota/Springfield - 2013 Honda Civic, second from Lithia Volkswagen/Salem - 2013 BMW 128i convertible and third from Lithia Nissan/Eugene - 2015 Nissan Rogue. All three purchases were excellent. On the last purchase from Lithia Toyota we had an great experience dealing with Keith Moreck/Internet Sales Manager, Mark Aggson/Asst. Sales Manager and Eric Edgar/Finance Manger. A great bunch of guys. I was in and out with the car in 1 hour 45 minutes. I was very pleased with my experience at Lithia Toyota. The experence was extremely quick, pain free, and fluid. Keith, Logan, and Jack were all very helpful and had concise, honest answers to any and all of my questions. My only reason for not giving Lithia a 5-star rating was simply due to the fact that the purchased Tacoma was dirty when I left the lot. There was dust, prints, and smudges on the interior of the car. A simple last minute wipe down of the trick could've fixed the issue. Nonetheless, I would still recommend Lithia.

I have not bought from a dealership in over 10 years so I was a little nervous about purchasing a used car. I went to look for a specific car that I had seen on line. But that car was not there anymore so the sales person showed me some other cars in my price range. I feel like she really listed to me when I told her how much I was willing to pay and how much I wanted my payments to be. She really worked hard on getting the car I wanted for the price I wanted and at the payments I needed to have. Overall all the people I dealt with were very professional and friendly. A very positive experience indeed.

Let me start off by saying that I dread buying a car from a dealership. I will dread car buying no more as long as I buy from Keith at Lithia Toyota of Springfield! We researched used RAV4's throughout Oregon and found that Toyota of Springfield gave us the best price, so we made the 2.5 hr drive down. We test drove two different RAV's and couldn't make up our minds. Keith was very informative and actually recommended that we purchase the cheaper one! He was there throughout the process and promised we would be in and out within an hour once we decided to purchase, and he was right! I couldn't believe it! If we are ever in the market for a Toyota again, we will only go to Keith!

I am a horrible judgmental person and even more so when it comes to purchasing cars from dealerships. I've written to corporate offices my displeasure from dealing with their sales reps. Not the case today! Mark your calendars ladies and gentlemen! Because today is the day I walked into a dealership excited but nervous and walked out as pleased and even more excited to drive my new (to me) SUV home. From beginning to end it was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership! Ever... I drove over 3 hours round trip to buy from Lithia Toyota and not one second was wasted (well maybe that part where I was in the slow lane). Keith Moreck was such a pleasure to work with. I appreciate that I have used the word "pleasure" or derivations that word quite a bit but that is because it is the most adequate word to use. Naturally, I'll recommend going to see Keith. He's honest, reliable, attentive and helpful. Not your stereotypical car salesman. I wish there were more like him. But since they aren't - he has a repeat customer, for sure! Although...I'm so happy with my vehicle, it'll be a while before I make another purchase! Thank you Keith!!

When I told a friend of mine I was looking for a new 4Runner, she referred me to Mario at Lithia in Springfield even though I live two hours away. She said he will give you a great deal, he won't jerk you around and you will get amazing customer service. Bottom line... "He will take care of you!" My friend was 110% correct. Mario called me and told me over the phone the price he would give me the car and when he could hand me the keys. He set me up with Keith who made all the arrangements and a few days later he called me to tell me the car was at the dealership and ready for me. When I arrived, Mario and Keith greeted me with a smile handed me the keys and before I knew it, I was driving my car home! The car was perfect and my experience couldn't have been any better! Thank you Mario & Keith!!

I previously had some issues with an older car that was purchased and was in and out of the service department (which were very great to work with). I was frustrated and brought it to the general managers attention and he did everything he could to get me into a reliable car that would last me for years to come. I could really tell that Mario and Keith really had pride in their work and always wanted their customer to leave happy. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend this dealer. Keith was sincerely one of the best and most honest car sales men I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My father has worked in the car industry for 20 years (service writing and managing a service department locally for a dealership with multiple auto makers.) To say the least I have had my own experiences with all different types of sales. Keith not only was informative but understood we needed time to make our decision and time to get things in order. We had a baby just one day before we picked up the car. I also might mention we traveled past 2 other Toyota dealerships to buy this car, specifically another Lithia Toyota dealership just 5 miles from our house. I really appreciated his understanding Nature regarding this life event. It wasn't fake or only in the interest of the sale. He even sent a nice thoughtful card and gift with our new purchase. He was very patient in dealing with my husband and I during this transaction. I was the initial contact and for obvious reasons became unavailable. His ability to be flexible with us and work with the two of us long distance sealed the deal for us. While USAA initially linked us to the dealership, we would be long standing customers because of Keith only. Thank you for the ease of purchase.

I had registered with Costco Auto program and received a quick response from Rodney Kellum. We communicated back and forth and I told him we may be over later. Later that day we drove over from the coast and met Rodney. He was helpful and informative about all of the bells and whistles on the Rav4 we were test driving. He explained the different discount options we had as we had originally chosen the dealership based on the Costco discount program. We asked Rodney how late he would be working as we had to make a quick trip over to Costco, he said he was getting ready to leave but introduced us to Sam if we decided to come back. We made our quick trip and also went and test drove the Honda HRv we were interested in too. After discussing, we decided that the Honda felt a little "cheap" in comparison to the Toyota. So we made our way back to Lithia where Sam helped us and introduced us to Hamad. Hamad was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and he thoroughly went through the basics of the Rav4 and answered our questions before we happily drove off. Harold in the finance dept. was very helpful as well and made the "scary" finance process not so scary. Overall, we would highly recommend this dealership and the people that we mentioned here. My wife and I were looking for a good used car on the net and saw a used Toyota at Lithia. We emailed and set an appointment. When we got there Tim Mahn had the car out and ready for us to drive. We liked it but not what we wanted. Tim took the time to show us other comparable cars but we were just not ready at the time. He was excellent in his knowledge of the Toyota line and we were really comfortable with him. We were in the showroom when my wife spotted a 2016 Spring Green Scion. It was love at first sight. Tim explained all the advantages of buying new and worked with us until we had a deal that was about the same we would have paid for a used car. We had not planned on buying that day and didn't have our checkbook. Tim volunteered to follow us back to Florence to get the check and registration on our trade in to save us a trip back. We feel we made a new friend and thank him for making an often dreaded experience of car buying a very positive experience. We LOVE the Scion, LIthia and Tim and would never go anywhere else or recommend anyone else. Thanks Tim.

I went there to check out a sweet Nissan Altima Coupe but dreaded the stereotypical used car salesperson BS I've always dealt with in the past. Not here though. I was totally comfortable and there was little to no pressure. Everyone was real nice and made sure I was comfortable while waiting for paperwork to get done.The floor room was very clean with lots of great drinks and snacks.Overall I'm happy with the experience as well as the car.

I've dealt with most of the major dealerships in Eugene and Springfield over my past 20 years in the area. It was really refreshing to see a dealership that did the business transaction like a normal business versus the stereotypical car salesman that doesn't take no for an answer. There was no pressure, when I was asked if I wanted something and I said No they accepted that. That is worth something to me. Everything from the sales person Eric all the way down to the service center, It was as if they felt the relationship was more important than the transaction. My businesses feel the same way . It's worth the trip to Springfield to check these guys out. I'm sure the other sales people are good too but you might want to ask for Eric he was exceptional. To be clear I wasn't paid to say any of this nor did I get a better deal because of it, this is my honest opinion and the best car buying experience I have ever had. I plan on doing business with these people as long as they maintain this level of professionalism and building their business on relationships vs chasing the fast dollar. Thank you

I had an excellent experience at this dealership...The sales people were great, the finance manager was great, the service manager was great. This is by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I worked with Steven Presley in Sales for a few weeks before deciding to buy and he was great to work with. The dealership didn't have the color we wanted initially, so Mark Aggson made some calls to try to get us the vehicle we wanted. They were both excellent to deal with and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy with our purchase and that we were able to get the accessories/upgrades to the vehicle we wanted. They arranged for the service folks to install our added accessories and coordinated all of that for us. Ken Anderson in Service was awesome and made sure everything was installed properly and that I was happy with the new accessories. The finance manager even went out of his way to try to save us money which ended up benefiting us greatly. I am so pleased with this dealership that I will definitely buy from them again and will recommend them to my family and friends. They have since followed up multiple times to make sure we continue to be happy with our purchase!!!! I never felt like they were just out to make a sale.

After watching every video on the internet about the new Tacoma we thought maybe it was time to upgrade my truck. During a quick trip to town for supplies for a DIY project at home we decided to drive by our local dealer in Douglas County. I guess DIY clothing is not what to wear when stopping to look at a new truck. When I asked to take one for a test drive it was obvious we were not worthy of a new truck. I was told it didn't have any gas in it. I was reminded several times how expensive these trucks were and the final straw was when they wanted to do a credit check before I could take it for a drive..... At home I did a quick internet check of Oregon and made a call to Keith at Springfield Toyota. He was honest and told us they were basically sold out and we would have to wait. I thought this was so much better than trying to sell us one in a different color or with different options. Keith kept in touch with us the entire time we waited as our new Tacoma was being built sending updates along the way as he got them. When the big day came we could not have been more excited or treated better than we were by Keith and the team at Springfield Toyota. On the window of my new truck was a little sign, 54 days :) That made me very happy because it showed that he knew how long we had waited and how excited we were to get it. After all the paperwork was done I told the story of what had happened at the other dealer and they couldn't believe that in this day and age people still act like that. You can't judge a book by the cover for sure because we were in and out of the dealer with my new truck in under an hour with no surprises and a absolute great interest rate with no cash out of my pocket. I couldn't be happier and I can honestly say we will buy our next car from Keith for sure. From emails to text messages to phone calls he will answer them all and treat you with respect the entire time. Thank you for making car buying a truly stress free experience.

Recently purchased a new Avalon for my wife. Bend Oregon did not have the specific color, so headed to the Springfield dealership. What a wonderful buying experience. We negotiated a price before arriving and the vehicle was sitting there ready to drive off. Eric Wrightington was beyond professional. As a retired senior military officer (Navy SEAL), I do not give out compliments easily. I was so pleased that when my Jeep Grand Cherokee continued to have electical problems (two recalls, towed to dealership three times over past six months), I called Erik and we once again negotiated a deal over the phone and drove to Springfield to pick-up my new 2016 4Runner Trail edition. I made an inquiry on the internet about a trade in and purchase of a 4runner, Keith responded and I let him know I would be in touch. some time had passed and I contacted him again about a vehicle and it was his day off..... and 8:00 pm. he not only answered, but was very pleasant and helpful, he told me he would not be in for 2 days but to contact his partner Rodney, which I did the following day. I told Rodney what I needed for my 2015 jeep trade and they came within 1,000.00 and it worked for me since other Corvallis dealers did not even come close to that, all of this over the phone and the deal was done. I will preface this review by saying that I never post reviews and this is my first. But I really felt that I should post my experience with Lithia of Springfield. My wife and I had been looking for a used diesel truck and found a low mile Dodge at a fair price here. So we showed up at the dealership expecting to "play the game" as I've bought many vehicles over the years and have dealt with car dealerships many times. We were greeted by Eric. We were also very upfront with him from the being as to what we had come to look at. He was very helpful in getting us ready for a test drive and not pushy at all. The drive went well so we started talking about terms. We asked if we could talk privately a couple of time and he was very respectful and we were able to take as much time as we needed without interruption. As we moved forward he brought us the sales numbers and they had discounted the truck another $2000. This discount I did not ask for as I had been looking for sometime and I new the truck was already fairly priced. There was none of this..." well let me talk to my general manager" back and forth game play a half dozen times. It was a very honest and straight forward transaction right from the start. I have dealt with Lithia of Eugene a couple of time and both times I must say i felt like I needed a shower after I left. I thought all Lithia stores probably deal the same way. Boy was I wrong! It was obvious to me that they operated their dealership much differently then the majority. Being in management for a local company myself I'm sure that this is due to the upper management at this particular dealership. Eric Edgar was who I worked with and he was awesome. I also met another sales guy named Sam and he seemed like he would've been cool to work with as well. Eric offered to introduce me to Mario Aguirre the general manager. I'm quite sure that he has a lot to do with how well they deal with their customers. Kudos to Mario and his staff! Thank you for such an awesome car buying experience. Total time at the dealership was about three hours. This in itself is unheard of. I was so impressed and will definitely be back to work with Eric again. Thanks again.

I don't know why I continue to go back there. I never end up buying a car from them and always get a deal from Kiefer or Lithia Dodge. The sales guys over the years Oliver and recently Tim Mahn have been great. Even the guy that stepped up to help out when Tim was assisting another client was awesome. Its the numbers guy, Sales Manager Sam that sucks so back. If they try sticking you with him tell them you would rather someone else help you out. I admit, my situation I presented them was sucky and they got me approved for a truck that I wanted, however the numbers are nuts and they refused to budge even when I came up a lot on my budget. They value my car more on the previous day than the day I came in to make a deal, which pissed me off so much. He comes in and just hands me a paper. Doesn't explain anything and just says, I am surprised you even got approved for this, like it was a take it or leave it offer.I came up on my amount I could pay monthly by a considerable amount and they only came down $15.00. I don't have time to play silly games. They could have told me all this over email instead of saying they have good news and getting me to come down for the crappy offer.Remember the name Sam and avoid him. I am going to Kiefer, you guys should too and talk to Ryan Loveless and Fadi the numbers guy. Outstanding guys over there.TL;DR Sam Sucks... Go elsewhere

I recently used Costco's Auto Program to purchase car. I was given a referral to Keith Moreck, Internet Sales Manager. He quickly prepared the quote and we met for the sale. From the start, Keith provided the best customer service I have ever had in dealing with an auto dealership. He really glowed when a challenge with the another dealership that had agreed to trade our selected Camry and then stated they wouldn't. We just bought a new RAV4. There was a HUGE difference between Lithia Toyota and Kendall Toyota. As soon as we walked in the door Keith was super friendly and helpful. He had already pulled up which cars were available and the different colors and models. Then we went outside to look at the cars and he was very helpful in answering any questions. When we were there it was obvious that the entire staff was really friendly. Everyone was making jokes with each other. I would definitely recommend buying a car here rather than from Kendall Toyota. Not only was the staff really friendly but they gave us a much better deal than what we were offered before. You could tell that they wanted to help make you happy rather than push you to buy something you didn't actually want. It honestly felt like they were there for you.

BEWARE of this dealer.. Bought a brand new Avalon Hybrid that broke down in the first 24 hours after purchase. Looks like they do not perform the pre purchase inspection of their new cars. This is normally done in other Toyota dealerships.I bought an Avalon Hybrid Limited from Lithia Sprigfield this week. Process of buying was good. The general manager seemed like a nice guy and we ended up driving out with a new Avalon Hybrid in less then 3 hours. So why was this such a bad experience?? Well.. we had to drive back home to Portland from the dealership for about 100 miles. The dealer who were in such a hurry to make the deal happen did not even perform a preliminary pre-purchase inspection on the car. Next morning, my wife tries to open the doors next morning and it is not responding. We called AAA to jumped the batteries and took the car to a nearby Toyota service center. After performing an over night charge and full diagnostics, it was found that the battery on the hybrid was dead. The Lithia dealer had seen this problem when we were making the purchase but decided to let us (customers) take the risk by just zapping the batteries so that it leaves their premises and breaks down else where. So Beware of this dealer EVEN if you are buying a new vehicle (my Avalon had driven just 10 miles when I bought it).. I heard that this was a case lot rot. So I will have to now deal with other issues like flattening of tires, rusting of the rotters, etc.. as and when they get uncovered. Peace of mind of buy a new 40000+ $ Toyota is gone and we have to now live with all the issues with this car.

Way overpriced on their used vehicle selection. Tony the used car "manager" likes to add on about $3-4000 over book. Example? They have a 2003 Ford Ranger extended cab, V6, 2 wheel drive 2 door pickup. It has a large dent down the right side of the bed and a lot of deep scratches all over it. The interior had multiple burn marks from the previous owner who smoked and the interior of the arm rest was melted by something that had spilled in there at one time and the passenger side door lock did not work. The rear underside of the truck had been recently spray painted black (probably to hide rust) and they also installed rubber door / fender guards that weren't even straight. I looked on Kelly blue book and edmonds.com and searched for this exact vehicle and found that the same truck in EXCELLENT condition was a max 6995. The fair market price for this area was at $5200. Given all that was wrong with this truck I offered $3995. I think that was fair and MIGHT have even gone up to 4500 if Tony didn't come out and open his mouth. He told me the truck had a retail value of $7000 and my offer was ridiculous. So why then do I ask does the sign on the truck say the retail is $13,000 (yeah I know, joke right?) and because you are shopping at Lithia they will give a $3000 "discount" making it $10,000? He then got really defensive when I asked to see where he was getting his numbers from because they don't match mine. Then he told me to just go elsewhere and made a big show in front of the other customers and employees. Look it up yourself people. Lithia is no one I would consider to buy a used car from (or any car that is). Not with guys like Tony at the helm anyways. Hope this finds its way to the big man's desk.

Buying a used car can be somewhat of a daunting process. Lithia Toyota of Springfield was by far the most friendly and respectful dealership that we visited. As a young college student, and as a woman, I felt that other dealerships took advantage of my inexperience with car dealerships. Eric allowed us to test drive many vehicles without the pressure of making a purchase that day. He was very knowledgeable about all of the different vehicles I was interested in. When he didn't know the answer to a question, he was very willing to look up information and offer more relevant information. Eric remember my name upon each visit and what type of car I was interested in. Lithia Toyota was very flexible on allowing us to test drive the car for longer periods of time, something that we highly valued. When it came time to purchase a vehicle, they were very fair regarding price. I am also a Springfield resident and value keeping business local. This was the first vehicle I had ever purchased from a dealer. As I walk on the lot I expected to be gang rushed by multiple salesmen and pressured into buying a 25,000 dollar car I didn't want. Instead what I experienced was the complete opposite. James walked and talked with me around the lot for a while. We test drove a nice little truck that just wasn't for me, But he never gave up until I was happy. He even drove me across town to another lot and helped me find the perfect truck. We had been looking for an F-J for some time. We really liked the black F-J and had to ask for a sales person. After waiting just a minute we were greeted by a young guy named James. I asked how long he had been at Lithia and he said about a month. We came in on Veterans day for a sale since my husband was a Vet we decided to stop at Lithia in Springfield. He was very personable and honest. We had no trouble with the loan took just a few minutes. We were sent to the finance guy, friendly and quick. It was nice. I live in Medford so travelling 6 hours round trip to buy a car says a lot. This is a sales staff you can trust. I was never pressured to buy anything I did not want to. They were very willing to find a car that met my expectations rather than expecting me to buy what they had in inventory. The staff was courteous and very friendly. They took the extra time to get to know me. They made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the vehicle before letting me drive it off the lot. I would definitely recommend a friend or family member to buy a car from Springfield Toyota. I do not work for or have any family members that work for Lithia!

I found my "dream car" on Auto Trader a 1997 30th Anniversary Z/28 Camaro with 76,100 original miles the only problem was it was 500 miles away at a Lithia dealer in Springfield, OR (I live in the Reno, NV area). Bill Berg took my call on a Friday and took my information and reported to me I could get credit for the car but the rate was going to be 9 to 12% and I would need over a thousand dollars down. I went into scramble mode and my wife and I found away to make it happen, but it would have to wait a week not knowing if the car would still be there... I flew to Eugene the following Friday. Bill picked me up at the airport and I could tell right away he intended to take great care of me. The car looked like it had been in a time capsule... beyond expectations for a sixteen year old car. I bought the car over $2,000 dollars under NADA guidelines, Harold McDonald not only got me financed, but did it for 5.3%!!! For a "used" car! He then proceeded to give me a bumper to bumper warrantee for 60 Days stating he just wanted to make sure I was covered for the trip home. He also was able to work out a lifetime oil changes from Lithia for my car! The service, care and hospitality was incredible and beyond any car purchasing experience I have ever had. I had bought my wife a 2013 Subaru from Lithia in Reno back in May and they handled things the exact same way. Not just professional, but like family... If I decide to buy another car I will most definitely choose Lithia's family of brands even if it means traveling back to Oregon!

Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by a friendly salesperson offering to help me. I was able to tell Keith what it was that I was looking for in my next car purchase. He presented me with different options that he thought would work the best for my situation and the types of features I was looking for in a car. He took me around to look at the available cars and answered all questions I had. He was easy to work with and did not put any pressure on me to make the purchase. Keith Moreck was very easy to work with. He answered our questions and helped usher us through the process. Buying a car can be tough. It's a big investment and any help is much appreciated. In Keith's case he went out of his way to answer our questions and make it easy for us without any of the pressure tactics that can make it so difficult. We had a pretty bad experience with a Eugene Dealership. I really didn't even want to deal with the whole car buying experience again. However, my granddaughter really needed a car. We decided to go to Lithia as I had bought cars there before and had a pretty good experience. LITHIA TOYOTA ROCKS!!!!I Just drove away in my new 2013 Scion TC and love it. After shopping around at that other dealership (starts with a K) I made my way to Springfield Toyota. What a great place to buy a car, not only was my salesman knowledgeable, but they also had a great selection. The whole experience was fun and easy. This is my first new car and definitely not my last from Lithia Toyota. My salesman gave me a tour of parts and service and where I should go to take advantage of my lifetime oil package. (oil changes for life, pretty cool) I got the platinum extended warranty, so for 8 years everything is covered. (nice peace of mind and reasonably priced to boot) Nuff said, time to go and drive my new TC.....see ya at Lithia

Just when I had given up on getting my dream car, Mark called me to inform me that he had found a deal that would meet my criteria and made my dream a reality. I Bought a Used Toyota FJ from Mark and It was one of the smoothest transactions I had ever had at a dealership. I got a very good price on my trade in. There were a few things that needed to be fixed on the FJ and they were very prompt about making sure I was taken care of. I Plan on Buying a Brand New FJ this year and I will be going right back to Mark Aggson.

Down to earth salesman, Don't visit the other dealer selling the same type of cars in the local area before you give Mark and his co-salesmen a try..... Jason (Salesman) was nice , polite but Sam the Closer or Sales Mgr was rude and very nasty...Read the other reviews...I did but went to the Dealership anyway...Don't bother...All the negative reviews are true...I am glad a left and spent my money elsewhere...I emailed the General Mgr (Feldman)but he never replied....His replies on this website are meaningless...If he was concerned he would have replied to me 2 weeks ago when I initially contacted him...Stay away from this store..

Sale staff friendly (of course) on first visit, decent price on the car we wanted. After the purchase we were dead to the sales staff and the service department isn't much better. Yes, we got our free oil change and sevice but the other warranty issues have turned to deaf ears and uncaring attiute. IF I buy Toyota again it WILL NOT be from Lithia. Unless you get a outstnad price on your new car, go somewere else.

I purchased a certified used toyota from Lithia of Springfield. I live 2 1/2 hours away. The following day I was walking around the car and saw that there was a problem with the front bumper alignment that I had missed the day before. (It was a dark rainy day) I took the car to a reputable body shop who found extensive damage from a front end impact. As this car was supposed to have a 160 point inspection I was understandably very upset. I cancelled the payment on the car and called the dealership informed them that I was rejecting the car as not meeting the standards of the certification. Long story short it took over a month to resolve to issue in my favor. During this time not once did the dealership personally communicate with me. There may very well be many good sales people and management at this business, however I sure has heck never met any of them! FFF----

Aaron in the parts department has been my source for Toyota parts for years. He is knows the parts inside out and has also gone out of his way at times and helped with information on Lexus parts. The prices are very competitive and I save at least 20-30% compared to local dealers. Shipping costs are very reasonable and there is no sales tax if you live outside of Oregon.
