I had a wonderful experience starting with the moment I arrived. Someone came out and greeted me and ask what I was there for. He introduced me to Don over in quick lane. I was there for a 60,000 mile service and Don was able to get the service written promptly. This was my first time at Livermore Ford so a couple of extra questions had to be asked. He told me that my car should take about 2.5 hours and that is exactly what it took. I will return!

We had an amazing experience in buying our new car! "Tee" Talal came HIGHLY recommended from a close friend, and he did not disappoint!!! He was kind, attentive, and REALLY listened to our needs. Just leased a new Ford Bronco Sport from Livermore Ford. My experience with Josue was about as smooth and easy as the sales experience could be. He made me feel at ease and was receptive to reasonable negotiations. I was online shopping for suv that is safe, reliable and low maintenance. Sounded strange, even though meter read 75% oil life. Ends up almost a month later, it needed 3 more quarts of oil! Not leaking, just a non- thorough service on a used non-Ford. Could have gone somewhere else when I saw they were a little pushy the first time I went in person and ran my credit when I said that I would pay cash or take care of it through my bank. My car was totaled and I needed something but really not that desperate and I like that model. I'm happy that my car is still running and I did the research on my next car.

Great service as always! Have been coming to Livermore Ford for all my car purchase and service needs for several years now, and have never been disappointed with the Quick Lane or Service team! All the people are great to work with. Recently I had a battery issue with my car and was stuck at home before an important meeting. I somehow got my car jumpstarted and landed up at the Quick Lane very late in the day.. But Julio Guluarte understood my urgency and quickly took my car in and got my car battery checked and replaced, and in no time I was on my way back! I was once again a happy customer! Keep up the good work - Julio, Darcy and the Quick ane team, the Service team and all the Technicians who work there who know what they are doing. Thank you!

The Service dept. was short-handed the day of my service, and I had to wait well over an hour. However, the Service writer was accommodating and took the initiative to provide me a credit on install labor for the step bars that I was having installed on my Truck. I do love my truck and my overall experience at the Ford Service dept. is very good.

Sales person was most knowledgeable and helpful. Have been negotiating with Buick dealer. We had reached an impasse and seemingly no deal. (they called the next morning and cut their price substantially) Your Lincoln salesperson merely asked what we were looking for - - and then asked if we were ready to buy now. We said yes and within 1/2 hour we were signing papers for our new MKZ. He answered all our questions and laid all our concerns to rest. Mike is a great guy in our book!

We had originally came out to Livermore Ford to look at purchasing a pre-owned Ford Explorer. We had previously came from San Leandro Ford and the car salesmen were leches and not very helpful showing cars by showing us cars that we didn't want to see. Coming to Livermore Ford was refreshing. We came in and Brad came up to us and showed us the car we were looking for. From there, he gave us our options and was completely honest, we didn't feel pushed. It was then we decided it was better for us to look at new cars. We went in and put a sample car together to get an idea of the price and said we would be coming back within a month. Fast forward to a month later, when we came in that Sunday morning, I was slightly disappointed that the car that was said to be there was gone with no notice. The manager, Ryan, jumped in and said he would make it happen and went through the computer to find out what we wanted. He made the numbers work for us and Ford. Through the back and forth, Brad stayed with us which was nice to have someone their with us instead of being left alone and waiting. Even coming down to the working with the lender, he was very helpful. Everyone that we talked and worked with made the whole experience purchasing at car at Ford Livermore amazing. Thank you!

I went to Livermore Ford to search for a new vehicle with my boyfriend completely happy with the car I had. We were sitting there going over numbers and the Ford Edge on the showroom just looked too good not to crawl into and check out. As I sat there, the salesman Mo, was of course happy to show me other models with other options and Sales Manager Ryan was also involved in selling me this beautiful vehicle. They got me out of my old Honda (I've only owned Hondas) and into this awesome SUV. Troy in Finance was also very informative on my options, great experience. So my boyfriend and I ended up driving home two new vehicles!

Took my truck in for a service just before leaving on a 2-week, 2500 mile trip. Service recommended a new battery so had it replaced. The next day I got a brochure from Livermore Ford in the maul for $25 off a new battery. I contacted the service manager upon my return and today they granted me a $25 refund. Everything was great except for a $500 error at financing that increased my lease payment by $18/month. The error was found after the lease agreement was executed. This was irritating to me and although I was under no obligation to agree to the new payment amount, I did ultimately agree to the revision because it was an honest mistake.

I needed to bring my 2013 Ford Escape into the dealer when I was not able to download the latest version of SYNC. Unfortunately, this was the second visit to the dealer to resolve the same issue and I needed to leave the car overnight because of some technical issue with Livermore in downloading the update. Finally, the update was downloaded and i was not charged for this service. Thank you Livermore Ford!

I recently purchased a car at Livermore Ford. The service was great. All the staff was very helpful and very patient. I was there for a while after closing time, but everyone was willing to stay and help me out until I was happy with my payment option. I feel that the Livermore staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and happy with my new car. I have been to other dealerships close to closing time and they seem to disappear and not want to help. If you are looking for a dealership where the staff is more than willing to help with a great attitude, I recommend Livermore Ford.

I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape. The sales people were great to deal with.....helpful, friendly, didn't feel like a lot of pressure. The finance manager on the other hand, was the opposite. I didn't purchase the extended warrenty and he said in his 17 years of his job I'm the only person who didn't purchase it! Hahaha, well I guess I will be a memorable customer then! His statements were rude and unnecessary, he was pushy and I did not appreciate it.

Tee was an excellent salesman. He worked hard for my business. My big complaint is in raising the price for taxes when the salesman and I agreed on a price. As I drive away the truck had an empty tank of gas, shocking, then Tee followed me and paid for gas at a nearby station (after the purchase). So, a good beginning of sales but not a good ending.A suggestion: another sales person showing me the vehicle while I waited for the other buyer to be finished.

I bought a Ford Escape SE recently. I was attracted to your dealership primarily because you happened to have a vehicle with almost all of the features I wanted. Initially, there was a good price offered on your website (relative to other dealerships that showed a discount) and I expected to use this to bargain at other dealerships if necessary. However, when I inquired at several dealerships about the best price available, you lowered it even further whereas many other dealerships were not able to come back with a simple number. This gave me the confidence to make a quick deal. The transaction was simple, with little hassle, and everyone at the dealership was pleasant and helpful.The only negative part of the experience was the sales approach on the extended warranty/maintenance contract. The contract officer wrote a bunch of numbers down on a piece of paper and then said "don't you think it's a good deal, nobody turns this down." If it's really a good deal, then itemize what is being offered, and present it as part of the deal, rather than once signing happens.

Mike Hkyzar was our exceptional dealer. We had previously bought a car from him when he was at the Toyota dealership. He stayed in touch with us for a year to make sure we were happy with it. When he moved over to Lincoln we went to him. Under the horrible circumstances of our having to buy another Navigator because ours had a leaking luggage rack, which caused mold to go all through it, Mike was a pleasure to work with. He maintained a relationship with us for a year and that is why we went straight to him. Even though we were angry about our previous, year old, Lincoln being such a waste for us, we knew Mike would follow through for us and put us in a vehicle he stood behind! He is loyal and honest for the company, but he is also there to serve the customer and form relationships. We are thankful for him. He is going to manage that place someday, we hope!

Four days before our car was ready our services advisor called to give us an update and mentioned our Taurus will be ready in a few days. Our car is a Fusion. The work they did was great. The service adviser was friendly.However; I noticed on the service report that they noted my tires were wearing "not good". My MKZ is only 1 year old. When I asked the service adviser about this, she suggested I get the tires aligned when I get new tires. Why should I wait until my tires wear out prematurely before correcting this problem.I plan to get the wheels aligned very soon to prevent further wear.I think the adviser should be more proactive and suggest this kind of service.

Livermore Ford is the best. They took my 2004 SRX Cadillac in trade even though I owed money on her. Then leased me the most wonderful 2016 Ford Fusion, with electric seats and Heat seats. Those were the only things I asked for in a car. Because I have disabilities in my hands and back, the electric/heat seats mean that I can drive. So, thank you Nick, Michael, Chris, and Troy at Livermore Ford. Oh, yes, and she is the most beautiful red color. I have named her Ruby.

When we decided on the Edge for sure, I contacted the salesman, Tee. and asked for an honest, out the door, price for the model we wanted. I also asked the same question of another local dealer. Tee was honest in his offer and the price we paid was almost exactly what we expected. To be honest everyone not connected with auto sales hates the haggle part.But Tee did an excellent job explaining the detail and not over selling!Have a couple things to be done by service dept. and they still have not contacted us for that work or for any details about when...they can do the work...? I purchased a 2015 F-150 4x4. To be honest, I was extremely nervous about this purchase because this truck is replacing a 1991 F-250 4x4, which has finally 'given up the ghost'. The difference in technology can only be compared to an old black telephone vs. smart-phones/I-phones. It is very overwhelming and the salesman (Ryan) and the finance person (Trevor) did everything in their power to try and ease my stress, including driving the truck to my home to make sure it would fit in my garage. I am still concerned about all the bells and whistles but everyone who helped me said I could call and come back at any time. I am going to take them up on that offer as I work my way through learning about my new vehicle. The assistance I received was stellar! Thank you, Janet Berkey

Excellent staff, professional and friendly. Awesome waiting area with fast Wi-Fi, several large screen TV's and a cool coffee machine.Asked for a full synthetic oil change for my F150, but they did not have the recommended 5-30W full synthetic oil at the dealership, which I thought was odd. 5-30W is a very common weight of oil used nowadays. This is the only place I have taken my F150 to, for service since new. My truck is a 2011 F150 ecoboost. Overall a good experience, but please stock a better variety of full synthetic oils for ecoboost engines in the future!

I needed to replace an old unreliable car that my 20 year old daughter was driving while away at school. I stopped by with only a limited amount of time to see what kind of lease price I could get on a Fiesta. Knowing there might be some 2015 left I assumed I needed to act quick. I told your salesman I had 20 minutes because I was on my way to work. He did just that, he let me look at one and showed me what he had on a computer and then he gave me a price. BAM! and I was out of there. We then communicated by text for the next day and made an appointment. My daughter came home and wanted to look at some other cars too. So I told Ryan I would be an hour late to come by and see and maybe purchase the car. We went to the local Honda dealer and just to get a quote it took them over an hour and made me give up my credit information.(not Ford, my salesman believed me when I told him I had excellent credit) My daughter drove the Honda Fit and liked it but wanted to go to Ford too. I told them their price was high and all he kept saying was we should lease a different model (honda). Well we said we wanted XXX car and all he kept talking about was another car. Anyway we headed back to Ford and Ryan was ready for us. We test drove the Fiesta (Ryan didn't try to sell us a different model) and we agreed on a final number and BAM we were out of there in an hour!!!! Something Honda couldn't even do just for a quote. I LOVE LIVERMORE FORD and Ryan. Thanks for making my car leasing experience amazing. Oh and of course the Fiesta is a way better driving car then a Honda Fit.

I was promptly greeted and the service tech answered all of my questions and got my vehicle serviced in a timely fashion. Why thing I was not happy about is that the rewards on my ford rewards account expired without my knowledge that they were about to expire. In the past I would get a email telling me that they were about to run out. As a result I lost out on about $125.00. I had my vehicle in in the not far past and declined to use the rewards because I was working towards a large purchase in the parts department and wanted to save them up. I wish someone would have told me they were about to expire.

Everyone was so very helpful - from Ryan, my salesperson, to (I think it was Jennifer?) the young lady in the service dept who got me a service tech to check out my tires the day after I bought the car. Chris (general mgr?) came over to personally show me the Costco sales/leasing price sheet and the finance dept person (I don't have his name) was also very quick about the paperwork. I appreciated that he also did not try to upsell me more than what I needed in insurance. Although I did not initially come in for, I did buy a Focus ST and am surprised by how gentle it can drive in normal stop and go everyday traffic. This one is much better quality than my previous 2015 Focus Titanium.

I walked in for a 35,000 mile service call, which I was taken care of fairly quickly. Which was good.The only negative in this visit was that I had received a coupon for a car wash on my next visit, promotion for my birthday.I mentioned that to the service writer and said obviously we are in a water shortage, but could you at least have them clean the windows, mainly the windshield?.and not to worry about the promotional FREE car wash.When I got the car back, windows were not touched and the windshield looked like it was attempted to clean but actually just smeared around the dirt on the window. It was almost worse than when I brought it in.I had to clean it right away, I could barely see thru the streaks. They tell me that they clean the car every service stop , which I have never seen?

This time too, I received spectacular service - clear communication, courteous and professional service, all commitments kept and on time delivery as per promise made. In the past it was Gary K or others. This time, Mike G was great with the initial help to me with info for my Saturday service (when I called on Friday). The Parts department made me a commitment, and kept it 100%! And then Darcy was great as always! Darcy was my service advisor and she has helped me three times now in the last 3-4 service visits. She is an asset to your service/Quick Lane team.

I originally came to the dealership interested in purchasing a Lincoln. I ended up checking out the Ford vehicles and taking 3 cars for a test drive (1 Lincoln, 2 Ford). I was surprised that I liked the Ford Explorer over the Lincoln MKX, and I felt like the car had a lot of benefits and features for a reasonable price point. The salesperson we worked with (Mario) was very helpful. He helped us on two separate visits, spending a total of a few hours with us while we researched the vehicles. Mario was not pushy at all and was happy to provide us with information to aid in our purchasing decision. After we decided to purchase, the Finance department was very fast to process our paperwork and helped us to get the best deal. We were very happy that we came away with a new Ford Explorer and with a monthly payment that was less than we were expecting. Our overall experience was very great!

I went with the lease of a 2015 Ford Edge SLE; the service was awesome, everyone has SUCH a sense of humor there; it was Halloween and the person who assisted me was Captain America (Nick). All the staff at Livermore Ford Lincoln were kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, and I actually enjoyed my car-buying experience for the first time in my (60 years) life! This is where I will go for servicing both my Fords, and I will come back to purchase here again when it is time to do so - and I'm from Nevada!

After I was able to get in touch with Pedram at Livermore Auto Group, my experience changed. Pedram listened to me vent my frustration, agreed to refund my paint protection without hesitation, and arranged for a rent a car while my vehicle was being fixed. While the situation was less than desirable to start off a business relationship, Pedram did what should have been done in the first place. He took care of our situation and made it right. I can only hope that he can clean house, and set the course straight for new customers. But I have to give him credit, he lived up to his word and did everything that he promised.

I bought a 2006 F250 from Livermore Fordon Easter Sunday of 2014. I spent a lot of money on this truck . In the deal I also purchased a bed liner to be installed in the very near future . Not only have I not received a phone call from the dealership but I have called. 6 different times(. 3 msgs. & 3 interactions on the phone ). STILL NO RESPONSE ! Draw your own conclusions if I have been treated fairly. TERRIBLE POST PURCHASE SERVICE !!!!!!!!

The only thing that kept my experience at Livermore ford from being a complete disappointment was Joseph. I found this dealership to be very unprofessional. If it were not for Joseph we would have left this dealership without a sale. I am a small business owner and have built my company on customer service so I understand how important it is! Troy was also good helped me pick a good warranty and understood what we had been through.

My sales person Tim was phenomenal . Though I had a ton of questions he was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He made sure that I got the information I was looking for and I was comfortable with the vehicle I ended up purchasing. My search for a new car took me to quite a few dealerships around the Bay Area and I must say that he was the most trustworthy and diligent sales person I encountered. He turned an experience I was dreading into something exciting and fun. While I was at the dealership I was able to meet a large part of the sales/service team and everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Carlo in finance did a great job as well.

The service team mgr - Mike Gaddini and the fleet mgr - Steve Tehero are two of the best in the industry. As a FORD brand loyal consumer for over 40 years and regular SEMA attendee, I think I speak with some credibility on the topic. I've also purchased four brand new FORDs from these guys. The person that helped me had to go out of town so he referred me to someone else and I only got 1 e-mail from that person and I never heard from him again. Bought a used car from these folks recently. When you go to a dealer and they offer a used car accompanied by statements that they did a thourough check etc, there's a certain amount of trust. Not here. This was a pristine low mile car that came with a healthy price tag for an older car. Turns out the struts on the front hood don't work at all. Turns out the windshield washers don't work either. I can blame myself for not taking it to a mechanic or not doing a more thorough check but then that's why I went to a supposedly reputable dealer. No worries since I'm sure they will take care of this without a seconds hesitation. Nope. Once it leaves the lot I guess they are done and it's yours. No warranties on older cars I understand. Their statements during the sale however do hold an implied warranty to me. Essentially, they lied about doing a once over and thorough check on the car and hid the problems. It comes down to the fact that not one, but several of them outright lied. It's a sad way to do business and it's top down. This car made it's way through the service department, through the sales department and one can only conclude it's endemic and a part of how they do business. Sad. On a side note, one I ignored until now, they try to push a security system on you to protect the car in the event of theft. They said it was already on all of their cars and they couldn't take it off. Just a few hundred bucks extra. This was after we agreed on a deal. They were lying of course and it suddenly disappeared when I was ready to leave. A lie and a sales process that speaks to their sales practices.

At the end of January 2013, my wife and I went to Livermore Ford to look at an 2002 Explorer that was advertised. When we got there, the vehicle was still in the rear of the dealership and filthy dirty beyond all belief both inside and out. It was obviously the truck was not ready to be shown so I'm not sure why it was listed. Anyway we test drove the truck after a very quick wash and immediately noticed some strange sounds and shifting issues. Ben, the salesman with us, heard us and texted another salesman, Shon, who was waiting for us on our return. He swore up and down that there was no transmission problem with the vehicle and that if there was they would not sell it. Although very pleasant, Shon, turned out to be a typical salesman. He promised things that never came to being and changed his story as we negotiated the possible sale of the truck. I really wish I would have walked away, but for some stupid reason I did not and we bought the truck. Also for the first time in my life of buying vehicles, especially used vehicles, we bought a warranty. Good thing we did. One week later, I brought the truck to a different dealer and in 2 hours my newly purchased truck with no transmission problems was diagnosed with a transmission AND rear-end problem. The truck was repaired, but still does not seem right . I called Livermore Ford back and voiced by anger, and frustration with the finance manager, service manager , sales manager , and finally the general manager to let them know what occurred and how we were treated. All was to no avail. It seemed no one could care less and they claimed that the sudden mechanical problems must have occurred after purchase because there were no problems when it left their dealership. It is my own fault and I should have run away from Livermore ford when I had the chance adn not given them our money. DO NOT buy from Livermore Ford. Shon or any other salesman there will say whatever they have to, to sell you a car. I thought they might be different, but they aren't. Read other reviews. We are not the only people to question Livermore Fords integrity.

Saliman Ehsan refused to honor an agreement made before we purchased a car from this dealer, responding to my inquires with offensive comments, followed by completely ignoring me, alleging that the "fix" was very cheap and so that I should take care of it myself. Considering this was agreed before the purchase, I think we all know who's cheap. The worst part is not the costs, but Saliman's rudeness and refusal to follow up with what we agreed.

Terrible service. I tried to look at a car and after i told them i was coming in, they told others who were interested to hurry up and buy the car. They did not notify me that the car was sold until i had already made the 2 hour drive out to their location. This dealership is a joke.

Don't bother with this dealership, they have no concept of customer service. I sent an IM regarding availability of a used vehicle. The sales rep initially responded with "how can I help you", then as soon as I inquired about the used vehicle (a Toyota) I was completely ignored. No response at all.

I had been working with a sales associate for over 2 months regarding purchasing a Raptor. The only stipulation I had, was that I must test drive the vehicle before spending >$50k. While they were waiting to get one into their inventory, I was able to take a test drive by myself at two other dealerships in the area, and was ready to buy. However, I really wanted to keep my spending dollars in my home town, so I waited. Once I was notified that Livermore Auto Group had on in stock, I arranged a time to test drive the vehicle with my entire family (they had not even seen one). Once at the dealership, I was suddenly told that "Ford does not allow test drives of this vehicle." Obviously, this isn't true... I've already taken a couple of test drives. When the Sales Manager came out, he corrected the Sales Associate and said "it's a company policy." Had I known this up front, I would never have wasted my family's time. I don't fault them for whatever policy they want to have. But, to wait until this point is disrespectful. I will buy a Raptor, just not from Livermore Auto Group. I will never buy a vehicle from them. A few years ago, I took my Jeep SRT8 in for an oil change (another purchase I had to make at a different dealership because of their 'test drive policy'). After they had drained the oil from the pan, they realized they did not have the correct oil filter in stock for my vehicle. I'd like to think that before you start maintenance on a vehicle, step 1 is to ensure you have the correct parts. I will never take a vehicle to Livermore Auto Group for service.

I found a used Nissan Rogue and contacted Livermore Auto Group. Very helpful, I dealt with salesman Victor who was very nice and sends cards to check up on how I'm liking the car. Also worked with Troy, their finance guy, who was very helpful with explaining all the paperwork and my questions with the DMV and my external loan bank. I called A LOT as this was my first car purchase, but Troy was always patient and took the time to answer my questions clearly. My experience with Livermore Auto Group was wonderful.

I was trying to buy a used black 2008 Equinox from dealership. I asked them if the vehicle had ever been in an accident and they said no, check the car fax. Upon closer review, the back bumper had been replaced and had a low quality paint job. The back tail lights were also loose. When I pointed this out to them they denied it, so I walked away. To this day, they still have this car listed without pointing out the fact the car has been in an accident to potential buyers. Pretty shady way of doing business.
