Great experience with every single person I met today at the showroom. Brian was knowledgeable, honest, and down to earth. Eric, the finance manager , made that experience quick and pleasant. The sales manager, Nick, is running a top notch operation, and it shows. Im sorry I forgot the lovely ladies name who ordered our mats for us. She was a doll. Really very happy with this purchase experience, our 4th vehicle since 2007. Was interested in downsizing to a single vehicle, with a lease expiring next month, so decided it was time to take a look. Looked online at the inventory and found a few possibilities. Went down on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Rudy who had left us messages about the lease. Arranged to come in on Saturday to have the trade in evaluated, got the paperwork started, came back later that afternoon and drove home in the 2017 Equinox. Couldn't have simpler or easier. Really appreciate Rudy's efforts!

I bought a 2012 Subaru Outback this week and was very impressed with the efficiency and process knowledge of the sales and finance team. Even with the finance manager out of office, they had another office draft all the loan paperwork and deliver it before I got to the dealership to test drive the car. Jason made the process and paperwork very easy and fast while explaining everything quite well and answering several follow up questions I had over the next few days. I own a 07 GMC sierra 2500hd. Had a problem with climate controls. Have taken it to a GMC dealer in Watertown, Ct, wont say the name. They had my truck for two weeks, did not fix it and wanted to charge $575 . Loehmann-Blasius Chevrolet had my truck for thee days, diagnosed and fixed the problem for much less. I recently bought a 2013 Lexus ES300h from Blasius Chevrolet & Cadillac. The dealership had taken the car in on a trade. I live in Western NY, six hours away from the dealership. I agreed to purchase the vehicle over the phone and took a one-way flight out to Connecticut to close the deal and drive the car back home. The sales lady told me numerous times on the phone that the car was put through both their mechanical and doll-up shops and that it was in immaculate condition.Upon arrival, the sales lady did a walk around the car with me. Once again she raved about the pristine condition of the car. I did not notice any major issues with the exterior of the car and the sales lady did not point out any known flaws as well. I went inside and signed the necessary paperwork with the Business Manager, Gary. Gary was both direct and harsh. He rushed me through things. Each time I asked a question, I felt belittled. At one point during our time together, Gary told me that if I had any problems with the car that I would be better served to use the remainder of the manufacturers warranty than to use the dealership to honor their 60 day state mandated warranty. With the paper work completed, I was turned back over to the sales lady and she and I walked back out to the car. The sales lady reached into the car to remove the paper floor mats in the front of the car as a courtesy. When she pulled the drivers side paper floor mat out it became apparent that the custom front drivers side Lexus floor mat was missing from the vehicle. When I asked where it was and what could be done, I was told I could do a search on Ebay. I drove home that evening non-stop to my driveway in Rochester, NY. The next morning I went out to my driveway and noticed that the lower level of the passenger side rear quarter panel had a dig in the body about two inches in length near where the upper and lower panels meet. At the dealership, the car had been parked where there was heavy parking lot traffic. In between the time I signed the purchase documents and the time I went back out to the car, someone or something had passed by the car and left a two inch scape on the rear fender.I notified the dealership that same morning to see what could be done rectify this issue. I sent photos and a summary of the timing of events. After two plus weeks of phone calls, voice mails and messages left with the receptionist, no return calls. Meanwhile, I received no less than four automated emails from various parties from the dealership; including one of the owners, named Fritz, stating that if I was at all dissatisfied with any part of my experience with the dealership to call him personally. Finally, I got a return call from a John Kelly 16 days after the sale. Mr. Kelly told me that they would not do anything for me to correct this issue. When I asked if it would be possible to touch base with their doll up guys to see if the missing floor mat had been misplaced at the shop, he said he would get back to me with an update on both subjects. It has already been several days since my last communication with him and I have not heard back nor do I expect to hear back given the tone John expressed during my discussion with him. I am now faced with a $690.00 for a body repair bill and a $150.00 for the custom floor mats. This is for a car that I paid $23,000.00 for. Other out of state dealers have treated me far better in the past and I would highly recommend shopping around before purchasing a car from Blasius Chevrolet & Cadillac.

The sales lady told me numerous times on the phone that the car was put through both their mechanical and doll-up shops and that it was in immaculate condition.I agreed to pay the dealers price for the vehicle, and they agreed to waive the out of state registration fee setup of $395.00. While the price of the car was competitive, the vehicle lacked a few key features found on most other Lexus ES300h models on the market. With that being said, the purchase price of the vehicle represented fair market value but I would not characterize the offered price as an exceptional deal.Upon arrival, the sales lady did a walk around the car with me. Once again she raved about the pristine condition of the car. I did not notice any major issues with the exterior of the car and the sales lady did not point out any known flaws as well. There was a conscious effort on her part to get me on the road as quickly as possible given the long drive I had ahead of me. I went inside and signed the necessary paperwork with the Business Manager, Gary. Gary was both direct and harsh with his approach to finish the necessary paperwork; making no attempt to smile during the process. I was not comfortable at all with Garys mannerisms and he rushed me through things. Each time I asked a question, I felt belittled and was made to feel stupid for asking the question. At one point during our time together, Gary told me that if I had any problems with the car that I would be better served to use the remainder of the manufacturers warranty than to use the dealership to honor their 60 day state mandated warranty. He went on to state that Connecticuts laws were nothing like the NY State lemon laws and that if I reported any problems they would have to be repetitive or major failures for them to honor the required warranty. With the paper work completed, I was turned back over to the sales lady and she and I walked back out to the car. The sales lady reached into the car to remove the paper floor mats in the front of the car as a courtesy. When she pulled the drivers side paper floor mat out it became apparent that the custom front drivers side Lexus floor mat was missing from the vehicle. When I asked where it was and what could be done, I was told I could do a search on Ebay to look for a deal. At this point, I was lost for words and elected not to argue about it, much to my chagrin. I drove home that evening non-stop to my driveway in Rochester, NY. The next morning I went out to my driveway and noticed that the lower level of the passenger side rear quarter panel had a dig in the body about two inches in length near where the upper and lower panels meet. At the dealership, the car had been parked at the end of a row where there was heavy parking lot traffic. This was most likely a red cart or dolly of some sort based on the nature of the damage. An independent assessment from Spencer Collision in Rochester NY confirmed that the damage was consistent with my prior statement.I notified the dealership that same morning to see what could be done rectify this issue. I sent photos and a summary of the timing of events. After two plus weeks of phone calls, voice mails and messages left with the receptionist I did not receive a return call. Meanwhile, I received no less than four automated emails from various parties from the dealership; including one of the owners, named Fritz, stating that if I was at all dissatisfied with any part of my experience with the dealership to call him personally. I wanted to voice my displeasure with the treatment I had received and with the condition of the vehicle. I called Fritz numerous times to no avail. Finally, I got a return call from a John Kelly 16 days after the sale. He informed me that he was representing Fritz. Mr. Kelly told me that they would not do anything for me to correct this issue and that he thought I had already been informed of the fact. I let him know that I hadnt heard anything from anyone up to that point in time. I was given no explanation, no apology, not even a discussion pertaining to why the dealership refused to assist with the issue. When I asked if it would be possible to touch base with their doll up guys to see if the missing floor mat had been misplaced at the shop, he said he would get back to me with an update on both subjects. It has already been several days since my last communication with him and I have not heard back nor do I expect to hear back given the tone John expressed during my discussion with him.I feel that the dealership, at a minimum, knew that the floor mat was missing and tried to cover it up by using the paper floor mats. The way that the dealership handled the situation was both inappropriate and unprofessional. Now I am faced with a $690.00 for a body shop repair bill and another $150.00 for the custom floor mats since they can only be purchased in sets of four. This is for a car that I paid $23,000.00 for. Other out of state dealers have treated me far better in the past and I would highly recommend shopping around before purchasing a car from Blasius Chevrolet & Cadillac. Based on my assessment of this purchasing experience, the dealer only cares about the sale, especially when you are from out of state. The sales lady did text me back yesterday and told me that management said that I got a good deal on the car and that I should be grateful. When I sent a return text back to get an understanding of when management would be getting back to me, I did not receive a response. The lack of communication with the dealership is the most frustrating part of the whole deal.I leave it up to the reader of this posting to make your own assessment based on the information that I have provided. Be aware of their extra care plan oil change for life and tires for life. Man what a scam artistes, paid like 500 dollars only to find out if I had to replace a tire somewhere else because of an emergency they will not reimburse me because the job was not done on their dealership.Im Already $250.00 out of pocket and with those 500 dollars would it replace all 4 tires already. The worst part is the management team not caring and not even getting back to me about my inquiries.

As the lease on my nissan truck was coming to an end, I began looking for a slightly used truck to buy. I contacted a couple dealers near me and was very surprised and disappointed in their dismissive attitude towards me. I found a truck on Blassius' site and I emailed them. I recieved a response from Lawrence Perry almost immediately. I explained my current vehicle lease and my plans for my new vehicle. He had a very positive approach and attitude. His communication and response to any of my questions was very quick and thorough. I travelled the 55 miles from my house to the dealer and was not disappointed. I was very impressed with their inspection and final delivery of the truck (especially so, since it's not one of their makes).

Mike exceeded my expectations, upon following up on a previous survey. Mike sated that he wold look into this issue and get back to me. With in a vary short time (less than two weeks) I received a phone call stating that my issue would be resolved, the parts were being ordered and to call and make an appointment when the part were in.The original issue was that the cab running lights (a 90 plus dollar item) were not installed when I ordered the vehicle new from the factory. After being told the Issue would be corrected when I picked up the vehicle several, follow up calls and revisits at the dealer ship over several months, even a call to the GM back in July or August. I never received any information on how this issue was going to be corrected. I was even told do to the time frame and the cost of installing the part now it was most likely not going to happen. My main issue was that I did not get what was negotiated for or what I paid for (even though it was only a 90-dollar item)So again I think Mike exceeded my expatiation and would keep me as a customer because of his follow through and doing the right thing to get his issue taken care of.

In mid-October, 2015, my husband and I went to Blasius Chevrolet to see a 2013 Honda Civic with 30,000 miles that was advertised on their site. The salesman, Jack, was a personable, knowledgeable gentleman and a real pleasure to interact with. Jack commented that they have so many cars, they have to use an overflow lot for some of the used cars. After we took a test drive, we sat down at his desk. He presented us with a car fax, only upon our request. In reviewing the car fax, we discovered the car had been a rental vehicle in New Jersey and in one previous accident. Jack proceeded to tally up the figures based on the 3K we were going to put down, and he presented us with the financing sheet. My husband and I then marked the sheet with what we would be willing to pay. We gave the sheet to Jack, who in-turn brought the paper to his manager. After a few minutes, Jack returned with his manager (If memory serves, his name was Steve, but I'm not positive). Steve introduced himself to both my husband and me, sat down, and the next words out of his mouth were: "Let's face it... You're here because we have the best prices around. You looked on the internet, found the car you wanted, and came here because we have the best price." Then he proceeded to go over the financing sheet saying that he would waive the (fictitious) "detailing fee" for $199.99 and take $200 off the purchase price, all the while with an air that he was doing us some kind of favor. My husband and smiled at him, thanked him for his time, and said that we would need to visit other dealerships since this was only the first one we visited. My husband commented on walking out of the dealership that Steve totally blew the deal, and obviously Blasius Chevrolet isn't interested in moving used cars. In doing a further CT internet search that same week, I discovered the EXACT SAME CAR that was never in an accident and was not used as a rental vehicle, for $8 less that had only 18,000 miles! I also viewed the exact same car at another dealership in CT that had only 11,000 miles (again, no accident/not a rental), with a comparable price. Logistically, we decided to visit the used-car dealership (also in Waterbury) with the Civic that had 11,000 miles. We were totally impressed. They couldn't have been more honest and upfront about the fees (and everything!). The salesman actually turned his computer screen around to show us the figures. There was never any sense that these people were trying to hide something from us. So, in the end, we purchased a vehicle that was a little more expensive but had 19,000 fewer miles and in far better condition than the one we were ready to purchase at Blasius. Side note, a woman from the dealership called about a week later to assure we were satisfied with our experience at Blasius. After hearing of our experience and how it was completely to our benefit that her manager didn't accept our offer, she was apologetic and meekly ended our conversation with, "I hope you will consider our dealership if you need another car in the future." Moral of the story: If a salesman tells you how the dealership is family owned and has been known for honestly and customer service throughout the generations, but his manager portrays the exact opposite, who are you going to believe? LET'S FACE IT, BEING ARROGANT DOESN'T SELL CARS. THIS DEALERSHIP IS OBVIOUSLY FOCUSED ON SELLING NEW CARS AND HAS LITTLE REGARD FOR USED-CAR SALES OR THEIR CUSTOMERS. WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER THAT WE DIDN'T BUY OUR VEHICLE FROM BLASIUS CHEVROLET.

The front rubber piece under front bumper came loose. The service department fixed and replaced and when I asked for info to contact the manufacture GM they listened about my thoughts that this was a design flaw and offered to replace it free of charge. Today as of September 1st 2015 i arrvied at 7am to the service department to get my car serviced. I had spoken to David one of the employees about an ongoing noise that has been occurring since ive had the vechial. Which has been 3 weeks. I brought my car in several times in these past couple of weeks for them to try and fix it. Everytime i got it back the noise was worse and my car wasnt driving the same. Anyway i walk into the shop this morning and he sits me down and proceeded to tell me that "I will not tolerate the way you talked to me on the phone at all it was rude and disrespectful". First of all David I think you need to get your customer serviced checked again. I have worked in customer service for years and if a customer is chewing your head off you just need to let them and not talk back to them. I was absolutley 100% offended by this and i will NEVER ever ever return to this dealership for any reason ever again. This service department ruined my first time buying expierence highly disappointed. Hope you all feel good with how you treat your customers!

AMEX has given me another dealership (not Blasius). But the dealership did not honour the price.After that I came to Blasius Chevrolet with the price certificate. The negotiation took about 10 minutes. They gave exact price that was shown on the certificate.I have got everything that I wanted: the price, an exact car, color and options.No any pressure from sales person, Bob Palmer. He was very good person to deal with. Purchased a Buick Regal and Lawrence Perry was such a nice genuine kind of person that my wife & I drove off the lot with the thought in mind that it won't be our first & last car.Six months later we called lawrence and purchased a second vehicle an 2008 Suv Saturn . My Car broke down due to mechanical issues, I brought my car for repairs, they had my car for over 2 months and I recieved it back a week ago and it was said to be fixed & come to find out it really wasn't fixed,it broke down again that same week. Then they claimed the second time around that warranty didn't cover anything, I was told when I financed that I had 2 year warranty....later on I would find out that this warranty wouldnt cover any major repairs. Besides that some individuals were very pleasent and friendly they truly had a passion & heart for their Jobs and their customers, but others were very rude, sad that some people worry more about money than the well being of others. It hasn't even been a whole year yet with the car that I've financed from this dealership & everything you can think of has gone wrong, basically this car is a lemon. I pray that future customers are blessed with a better experience because this was ridiculous, but overall God is still good, have a blessed day and choose your dealerships wisely!

In my search for a new Tahoe, I found Loehmann Blasius Chevrolet through some web searching. After a few responsive and friendly messages with Lawrence Perry, I made a trip into the dealership. From start to finish Lawrence and the support team at Loehmann Blasius Chevrolet were total pros and made me feel like they were truly trying to make the deal a win/win. They acknowledged (not dismissed) the research I had done both on the Tahoe I wanted and the trade I brought. They were reasonable in the prices on both sides of the deal and were very efficient throughout the discussions. From start to finish I was in and out of the dealership within a couple hours--including trading my car, buying a new one, financing and registration. When walking into the dealership I was thinking that this was going to be another painful experience. Dealing with car salesman can be so terrible. Not in this case. I have never experience such a relaxed, easy going experience. I had a Lease that had negative equity and I wanted a new truck. Danielle Gale just didnt say that there was nothing she can do. At first I'm like this is total BS but she did just that. I found a car on Cars Guru and sent in an inquiry. I received a response and made an appointment to see the car. I was told to ask for Mike when I arrived. The car was ready and in the condition that was advertised. We negotiated what I felt was a fair price for the car and a fair trade in value for our car. We were told the car would be ready for us on Monday. The financing that Chris arranged was a better rate than I had with my credit union and we picked the car up on Monday. I traded my 2013 Silverado, an LTZ model with a lot of the extras for 2014 Silverado High Country. I thought the truck I traded was great, until I drove this one, which is why I mentioned the 2013's model.I worked with Danielle Gale whom I have worked with on six other deals and as always Danielle Gale goes above and beyond the call of duty. The purchase ended a couple of hours after closing on a Friday night. I travel 100 miles round trip to work with Danielle Gale and Blasius and I have several large dealers very close by, one is only six miles away. Blasius always builds the lot vehicles the way I want and have never had to order. Blasius has always had many builds to review on all the models of cars and trucks I have purchased. The process never has pressure, it is easy and straight forward.

For some reason, various car dealers will, from time to time, hire a team of "sellers" who tell you they aren't "salesmen", but rather work for a bank with no commission. Balloons are everywhere. Loehmann-Blasius did this just a week ago. They sent me a brochure in the mail telling me if I matched 3 numbers I was "guaranteed" to win at least 2 of the following prizes. I figured that being in the market for a used Corvette I'd give it a shot. I did match 3, but did not win any of those prizes, which were mostly money. When I questioned how this was possible, their manager finally came out and pointed to fine print on the inside, which said "while supplies last", and I asked him if they ran out of money. He laughed. I told him I thought the whole thing was a scam. He said that We aren't doing anything that Walmart and other big companies did. I told him that that didn't make it right, and he replied "Well, this is America." What a horrible thing to say. I later met a young man who was a real Loehmann sales person, and he seemed very nice, not at all pushy or annoying. But why would Loehmann resort to such tactics?

The ABSOLUTE worst dealership I've EVER dealt with in my LIFE. In literally just 3 months of purchasing our car from Blasius there service department forgot to put the oil cap back on my car after a simple oil change which caused several electrical and engine problems 3 DIFFERENT TIMES in ONE MONTH. Then they agreed to trade in our car due to there technicians CARELESS "mistake" and were forcing us to take a car in really BAD shape and with 20K more miles then the car we originally owned!!!! On top of ALL this there guaranteed financier DARRELL NEILANDER threaten to get me arrested for driving a rental back home with my kids and wife that THE DEALERSHIP AGREED to cover until we find a replacement, he threaten to report the rental stolen and TOLD US to walk home in the rain. This forced us to call the police just so we can leave the dealership in one peace without any problems. Then MR DARRELL NEILANDER decided to tell the officer that my wife is NEVER ALLOWED on the property or she will be arrested!!!! This is just BAD SERVICE, we've purchased 2 cars from Blasius and its been NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS from DAY 1. They treated us like PURE ANIMALS and all we wanted was some justice for something they obviously are 150% at fault. DARRELL NEILANDER after all of the threats decided to provoke us to take LEGAL ACTION and claimed that we will NEVER WIN in court not in a "million years". DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM DEALERSHIP OR TRUST THERE SERVICE DPT!!! The end result of all this was Blasius giving us back the car that there technician originally messed up which we are NOT SAFE driving!!! Take my word there hundreds of other dealerships in CT that are 50 times better then Blasius Chevrolet!!!

Loehmann's has a great reputation in the area and has a great selection of vehicles in stock. I was looking for a new Truck and the ratings and rebates on the silverado were very appealing so I went in on a Thursday night to look. Greg Bartley graciously greeted me and began answering my questions. We quickly found a truck that had what I wanted and after a test drive we started doing numbers. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the financials and the incentives and rebates from GM. He was also deeply familiar with models, options, packages and much more, a truly fantastic salesman. Needless to say we struck a deal and I got the truck on the following Saturday. he gave me an in-depth demo of the vehicle features and made me very comfortable with the truck. The whole experience was great, the truck is great and anyone looking for a Chevy, Caddy or used car should go see Greg.

We bought a used Cadillac from Blasius several years ago. When we went to pick up the car at the scheduled time, they had totally forgotten they had agreed to have it ready at the scheduled time. We were supposed to be leaving for vacation and they had not cleaned it up, or completed the necessary repairs. We had to wait several hours while brakes were replaced. ON top of that they never fixed the dents and dings on the body that they had agreed to fix. We did not want to change our vacation plans but they were supposed to fix the problems with the first service call - did not happen. We brought the car in multiple times for overheating. It took 3 or 4 visits before they told us that there was a major engine issue and that it would be covered under warranty. The repairs took several more days than they had estimated. It was covered under warranty which was good but we were without the car for a week or so. Cadillac did cover a rental car for us during this time. The people were nice, but they seemed pretty disorganized and because of this failed to meet their commitments. On the positive side, prices were competitive, service and sales staff very friendly.

I negotiated a price through emails and phone conversations with Jean Henry for the trade in of my car for a new one. I expected to get the run around when I arrived to pick up my new car. Dealership was okay, but staff is rude and insulting. While dealing with a Melody, overheard a sales person named Pauly insulting and egging on a older sales man ( I believe his name was Woody). Pauly was using vulgar an insulting language and threatening this other sales man. Walked out after hearing this, especially the insults about cops of which I am one. Will tell all my co-workers and friends to stay away. I just could not believe the restraint that "Woody" had. I would have probably taken this Pauly outside myself with the insults and threats I heard. STAY AWAY from here.

Fran Woodruff was incredibly attentive and on the ball with my wants/needs for a used car. He did everything possible to make my car buying experience pleasant and exciting for me. He made the paperwork and transferring of documents easy and I was able to drive home in my new (pre-owned) car the same day. He also emailed and called me numerous times in the next few weeks to make sure that I was happy with my car, that I have received documents needed for registration, etc (i live out of state), and to remind me of anything that I needed to do to make my new car purchase complete (insurance cards, NYS inspection). From the minute I walked in the door until the minute I walked out the door and drove away in my new car I felt like I was dealing with a family member because Mr. Woodruff was consistent, thorough, and honestly cared about my happiness and safety in my new vehicle. This is the second time I've purchased from Loehmann Blasius in Waterbury. The first time I found the car I wanted on Bargain News, but this time I sought them out because I had such a good experience the first time. During my first purchase, I was able to come in, test drive the car I was most interested in and then negotiate online and by phone. When I came in to make the purchase, everything was a breeze. I didn't have the same easy time with financing this time around (I'm not really sure why, but it took forever...it might have been because the finance guy didn't seem to do anything ahead of my visit for me so he had to do it all there while I was waiting), but my experience with the sales department was again wonderful and helped me get out of the dealership faster with my car once it was obvious financing had taken so long and I was exhausted. Overall, I would recommend going to this dealership. I feel like I've walked out of there with two great deals on slightly used cars that should last for years.

I was putting off looking for a new car because I didn't want to deal with annoying sales people and was worried I was going to get pressured into a car that I wasn't 100% set on. One Saturday I finally decided to go look at cars and ended up finding one that was perfect for me and by Wednesday I was driving it off the lot. This was my first time buying a car and everyone was very helpful every step of the way from test driving cars to signing paper work even helping me set up my on star the day I came to pick up the car. I didn't feel pressured any step of the way. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. Even after I had my car for a couple weeks I had an issue with my door closing due to the cold weather. I brought my car in and the issue was fixed the next day. I highly recommend Blasius Chevrolet to anyone looking into purchasing a new car.

I am a long time customer of Blasius Chevrolet starting when I was 19 and bought my 2003 Silverado from Chris Minerly. Fast forward several years and a few cars later and I am now only just breaking in my 2014 Cruze which was sold to me by Chriss son Bryan. I was in the market for a fuel efficient car, but wasnt completely sure which model I wanted. Bryan took an entire Saturday afternoon to show me quite a few different options. We went on test drives, ran the numbers and then looked some more. I left that day with 3 solid choices in mind. Monday morning, Chris called me to go over financing options. I decided the 2014 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ was the car for me and drove up after work to pick it up. Whenever I am in the market for a new car, I always start at Blasius. At no time during conversations with Bryan did I ever feel pressured, rushed, or unimportant. He was very attentive, listened and understood. I believe he was able to help get me the best deal possible. Chris explained the financing to me and got me a very low interest rate. My family members are all currently in Blasius vehicles and when they are due for an upgrade, Im sure they wont think twice about making the trip to Waterbury.

I trust Loehmann Blasius Chevrolet Cadillac togive me their best price, and to take care of every detail. I have never been to a dealership this good. This is my fourth car I purchased from them, and I am a customer for life. I call my salesman Juan and he finds the exact car I want, with the options I want. Juan gives me his best price (the first time), and arranges my financing. I don't even have to go to the dealership until I pick up the car and sign the papers. I don't know how they can sell brand new cars so cheap. I have not seen another dealer anywhere near as low as their prices. You will not find a better dealer for honesty, price, and service.

I went to Blasius to explore buying a new Silverado. I dealt with Danielle and my experience with her was fantastic. She was low key and non scripted when talking with me about the vehicles. There was no pressure or gamesmanship on her part and she took all of the time required to help me out. There were great cash back bonuses on the 2013 trucks, and they had the particular model that I was interested in, so it was an easy decision to make my purchase there. The follow up from Danielle and Mr Blasius after my purchase has been nice to see and seems like a practice of the past. It was great doing business where I felt like I was respected.

I brought our Traverse in to have a light replaced. The service agent asked if there was anything else I wanted looked at. I mentioned a noise in the power steering. My experience at Loehmann-Blasius was wonderful! I was given a great deal on a 2013 Cruze after trading in my car! The salesman, Bob Palmer, made sure that I received everything I wanted! Three days later I drove away in my brand new car! Everything was explained to me in a clear and concise way and there was no pressure to add extras! Unfortunately, less than a month later, I was involved in an accident! I was hit by a driver pulling into traffic from a parking lot! I brought my car back to the dealership! It was Saturday afternoon right before closing! My salesman took over. He had the car taken to the body shop and gave me a courtesy car at no charge to me! I was told I could use it until the repairs were complete which has saved me a significant amount of money for a rental car! I would highly recommend this dealership because they care about their customers!!

I saw my vehicle on the internet and contacted Bryan. We had a mixed up on e-mail addresses and he called me to get it straightened out. He then answered all my questions, bargained in good faith and offerred additional services. They even picked my wife and I up at the train station when we came to pick the vehicle up. Salesman didnt return calls or emails. Had to chase him down to get deal done when it should be other way around. Very unprofessional. I was told I was getting top dollar for my trade and they would make only a few thousand on turn around but here it is listed on cars.com for 10 thousand more than what they gave me on trade!?! On top of it all here I am 4 months alter and still have not received a spare key or remote for the new car. No thank you for buying a car here, no email, nada. If I didnt not have a job I would be out in front of this dealership with a sign warning customers not to buy from them. Worst customer service ever! DONT BUY HERE!!

Would like to thank Danielle for her extreme knowledge in helping my wife and I purchase our 2007 Cadillac SRX. I was looking at a Ford Taurus sho and made several inquires. The car was only on the lot for less then a month and the price dropped. I advised dealership (Mike) that I was looking at several cars and waiting for second job to help make car payments. The car sold a few days later and went to Auction in PA and sold to another dealership locally and being sold for more. I feel as though that was messed up and unprofessional. Especially after I told him the second job was being started and waiting for pay stub to prove income before applying for financing. Too bad corporate world once again takes away from us middle class people trying to get what we want and work so hard for in life to achieve.

I purchased my 2005 Chevy Silverado and was totaly pleased until the tranny blew up in December 2011 on my way to take my uncle off life support, from Naugatuck to St. Petersberg, FL, 3 hours from the hospital. Well 1500 dollars and 6 months later and the tranny was acting up again, so I needed another new vehicle. Well who was i supposed to call? My salesman Jaun at Loehmann's of course! After a couple of back and forths on vehicle choice, Jaun had me in my new 2013 Equinox within 2 days, I wanted it on the day i was approved but 4pm was too late! So Saturday I was greeted by the credit dept, 5 mins there, and then Woody got me into my new wheels, went through the vehicle ops, onstar, sirus, and a quick handshake and I was a rolling !Thanks to Every One at Loehmann's My dealership, one I would recommend because what other Chevy dealerships are there?, except Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet, but that's for when I hit the lottery and buy my Corvette there!Thanks Guys!

Entire time at dealership was less than 30 minutes. Have just stated using the dealership for service, but have had 2 visits. Both times were exceptional. Although they are over 30 minutes from home and in the opposite direction from work, I am glad my old dealership (the owner) told me I wasn't welcome at Mario D'addario Cadillac anymore and they would not accept my business due to the owner getting mad I bought 2 previous cars from Blasius. The entire team at Blasius has welcomed my business and goes out of their way to service my needs. Always have had "loaner" car ready for me and have my car ready for pickup when they told me. No better dealership in the CT in Fairfield county/Waterbury area, not even close.

I reviewed this dealership back on 6/30/12. I had nothing but great things to say. Well, I wrote too soon... I just got a bill for an additional $1,100 in the mail from them; two and a half months later! They failed to payoff my previous leasing company within 3 weeks; which created a series of issues. The short story; I ended up being personally reported to the Credit Bureau's for being 30-days late on my lease payments by the leasing company, and since they (Leohmann's) had to pay the leasing company more than than the original payoff amount to get the title to the old car; they now want me to pay them back! I have filed complaints with Chevy, the FTC and others; but the bottom is: don't trust them!

Just a totally awesome dealership. The show a progressive sales approach with pre-sales and even deal negotiation over the phone, internet, and email if you want.Huge inventory with a mixed inventory of models and options. Sales approach is very customer centric and never pushy.This dealership is 30 minutes further than my "local" dealer, but given that they were will to pre-negotiate the deal, I was in and out in a matter of an hour. My local dealer (in shelton) would have just been starting the negotiation in the time it took me to transfer the registration and pay for the new car.If your looking for a new Cadillac or Chevrolet, there is no better sales dealership in the western half of CT.

I made an appointment to see Jack about trading in my Silverado for a Traverse. We discussed what I wanted and I asked Jack to do some research so we would be ahead of the game when I came in. The appointment was for a Saturday morning at 10:30am. The same day that I was having a 4th of July party at home so time was limited. Jack already had a few Traverses chosen for me to look at when I came in. We quickly chose the one I wanted and started the process of having my truck looked at. Jack was sure to explain what was happening each step of the way to ensure I understood where we were with the process.Jack knew where I wanted to be with my payments and did everything possible to get me there with the car I chose. The car needed to be detailed so Jack sent me home so I could prepare for my party and asked that I return at 2:00pm. This was not the first time I dealt with Jack. The last time I purchased a truck from Jack. I came in on a Saturday and decided to purchase the truck on Sunday but the dealer was closed. I left Jack an voice mail and explained that I was leaving very early Monday morning for a business trip to Vegas but wanted to purchase the truck. Jack returned my call leaving me a message letting me know he would hold the truck. We completed all the paperwork over the phone while I was away that week and the truck was ready for me when I arrived home that Friday. Both of my experiences with Jack have been great. He is down to earth, straight forward and not pushy at all. I returned at about 2:20pm and during the financing process Jack made sure I was taken care of. When we decided to put NEW passanger plates on the SUV instead of transfering my Combo plates from the truck we needed a new insurance card. Jack told me not to worry about it and he would call the insurance agency. The agency was closed so Jack called the insurnace company directly. They were not the nicest people to speak with but Jack explained what we needed and had me get on the phone to confirm. They said a card would be faxed within 10 minutes. The card didn't come. We did this 3 more times which took over 1hr but Jack never lost his cool. He just kept calling and insisted that we need the card.The financial papers were completed by 3:30pm (still no insurance card). We used my old card for my paperwork but Jack would need to keep calling the insurance company to get a copy of the card for their records. Jack and I went out to the new SUV and went over all the options and began the On-Star regestration process. Jack asked me to wait while he went back inside to see if the card came yet. Jack came back out just as I completed with On-Star and had a copy of the insurance card in his hand. Jack again when way out of his way to complete this sale. I am very old school and like the feeling of dealing with people I know. I will be calling Jack when I am ready to trade in this one too.Thank you Jack for all your hard work to make my experience a happy one and for getting me home to my party on time.

Sorry to say the truck I was interested had already been sold. The whole sales crew were friendly and helped me find something similar that made me very happy. They were very eager to make sure I was happy. They gave me a very good deal on the price in light of what had transpired. They were friendly sales people stopping by to see me the entire time checking in to make sure all was going well.I waited for the truck to be preped so I could take delivery that very same day. The tech guy was awesome and very professional. He did an outstanding job on the truck.I will be back to this dealership and will be telling anyone who will listen about the overall qualty!!!

After searching the internet, I found a slightly used 2011 Corvette on the Loehmann Blasius Chevrolet Cadillac website. I emailed the dealership since it was 60 miles away. Danielle Gale answered my email and I eventually drove down to see the car in pereson. Danille took me out for a test drive and proved to be very knowledgeable about the car. I had my car appraised and felt their offer was very fare. There was no pressure or tricky sales tactics whatsoever. I was sitting of the fence and they made a few phone calls and managed to get me more money for my trade. It was a Friday and I told them there was no way I was going to make a decision right there, right then They were very happy to hold the car for me while I decided over the weekend. I called Danielle on Monday and picked up the vehicle on Wednesday. I have had no occasion to use the service department so I can't comment on that. After the sale, I have been contacted by both the owner and by Danielle several times. I feel she has bent over backwards several times to make the buying experience a pleasent one. Even during the signing of the paperwork it continued to be a goods experience with no high pressure selling of extended warranties and miracle coatings. I was politely asked if I would like to hear about them, when I said no, we moved right along. Despite them being 60 miles from my home, I would not hesitate to deal with them again.

I actually bought my first Chevy from Blasius so I thought I would go back. What a joke!! I took my daughter there for her to get a car to build credit. They reviewed her income verification said she was ok and she picked out a car. She put a deposit down on it. They then gave her a hard time about her pay check stubs, kept asking for more information. We waited 2 weeks, they kept saying they needed something else. I then received a phone call saying they sold the car she put the deposit on and she needed to pick out another one. I spoke with the financial manager who was rude and no helpful at all. I asked him to send back her deposit and he said he would that day. A week later and she still didnt recieve it. I had to drive there to get it. They didnt even cut the check until that day. They had the nerve to tell me the car she picked out had not sold after all and if she wanted it, it was still available. There were rude and unhelpful. All they were interested in was the sale. There customer service sucked. I will never go back there again!!!

I just purchased a 2009 Subaru Forester from Loehmann Blasius Chevrolet Cadillac. I would have no problem recommending this dealer to someone. I got a great car at a great price. Chris, my sales person, did a very good job. This was my first time purchasing a car, and I was very nervous. Chris showed me several cars, both new and used, to make sure I found what I wanted. A problem came up that I feel the dealer should have fixed beforehand. The car I purchased originally came with two remote clickers, both of which were missing when I got it. The dealer paid for it, but I lost at least an hour of my time at the local Subaru dealership to get just one. That should have been taken care of by the dealer before they sold it. Other than that, I was happy with the experience.

Both my wife and I were already left with a very bad taste in our mouths from a dealer in Norwich CT that called us in and we traveled almost 1 and 1/2 hours to and when we got there tried to sell us something else. The salesperson we dealt with on the phone and internet with actually left and we had to deal with people we never even spoke with prior to meeting. We dealt with Chris Bureau who was 100% honest and upfront from start to finish, the best characteristic of this dealership. We were trying to get into a Chevy Avalanche with a payment no more than 375 monthly, he made it happen as close as possible. The dealership was very very busy, a good sign I might add. We met the finance manager Bob, who was an enormous breath of fresh air and made the sale happen quickly as we had to leave faster than it took to do the sale. Excellent,Danielle had everything ready for me to look at and make an informed decision, I feel that I got a great deal and drove away feeling that I was valued as a customer. Finance was a breeze and painless experience. I had optional accessories installed and was in and out in about an hour and a half. Far less time than if I did the work myself. There was a slight miscommunication, but that was resolved quickly and with an apology.

I would never reccommend this dealer. They are very unprofessional. We were never kept informed. The vehicle we wanted was sold right out from under us after we even offered to put 1500.00 down. We had to walk in there to find out what was going on. We were then told not to worry no deposit was needed the vehicle was ours while we worked out our finances. Well had to call them again only to find out the vehicle was sold right out from under us. So needless to say it was a horrible experience. We went to another Chevy dealer got a vehicle smooth and easy. They were so much more professional! They kept in touch with us! It was a very pleasant experience. I will never step a foot in Loehmann Chevrolet again nor will I reccommend anyone to go there.That was just dispicable. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AFTER BUYING 6 CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE HOW BAD A SERVICE DEPARTMENT CAN BE SO BAD FIRST OF ALL ITS A REVOLVING DOOR AND THERE ARE DIFFRENT ADVISORS EVERYDAY SO YOU NEVER REALLY GET TO KNOW ANYBODY AND THEN YOU HAVE THE SPINLESS SERVICE DIRECTOR WHO FAILS TO RETURN CALLS AFTER HIS DEPARTMENT SCREWS UP EVERY ONE OF MY CARS HAS A STORY AND THERE HASNT BEEN ONE TIME I BOUGHT A CAR IN AND IT WAS FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME OR WHEN YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A LOANER CAR AND THEY HAVE NONE AND THE RESPONSE IS O WELL LAST MONTH I HAD A STEERING RACK PUT IN AFTER 6 VISITS OF TRYING TO FIND THE PROBLEM AND THEY FAILED TO ALIGN THE TRUCK AS A RESUTL MY BRAND NEW TIRES ARE SHOT ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK ONE OF THE BIGGEST HACK SHOPS AROUND I CANT BELIEVE THE ABOVE RATINGS ARE TRUE MUST HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED BY EMPLOYEES OR FRIENDS THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT GETS ITS LEADERSHIP FROM A SERVICE DIRECTOR WHO HIDES BEHIND A WALL IN HIS OFFICE ALL DAY AND DOESNT RETURN CALLS NO LEADERSHIP JUST COLLECTING A PAYCHECK

Went into dearship with poor credit and ennded up with a great deal on a 2007 Dodge RAM 1500. Great truck!!! Bob in financing worked hard to close this deal. Chris in sales was awesome. Highly recommend this dealership and planning on buying my next car with them. AAA++++

Went to this dealership to check out a new Chevy Cruze with my husband. We were immediately greeted upon walking in the door and a sales person was ready for us. Bryan was excellent! He had a Cruze ready and waiting for us to test drive when we got there so we didn't have to wait too long. While on the test drive he explained all the different features and warranties on the car and was able to answer any questions we had. He explained all of our different options in terms of color, model, and price and was able to compare the different models for us to help us find the perfect car. Overall our visit was pleasant and helpful.

Danielle was recommended to my husband & I by our daughter and son-in-law. After having a horrible experience with "another dealership" we went to see her. She was very helpful and informative and while we were with her she treated us as a top priority. We purchased a used car and Danielle was sure to have every detail attended to. Our overall experience was very good and we would highly recommend her to anyone we know who would be shopping for a car.Gary was the one who took care of the financial end of things. He was kind and very professional. He answered any questions we had and was very patient when we arrived to pick up the vehicle and didn't have our old registration. He knew just what to do and we were able to leave in a short amount of time with our vehicle.

If you are in the market for a new Corvette, Loehmann Blasius should be on top of your list. They stock a large number of Corvettes of every model and their price is excellent. They also gave me an OK price for my trade and made the buying experience an extremely enjoyable one. They could invest a few dollars to modernize their dealership but if the choice were a fancier dealership and a higher price as opposed to a more mundane showroom and a great price, I would definitely take the latter. Overall, I recommend them highly.

I highly recommend this dealership. Rich in service is ABSOLUTELY amazing & I cannot explain how much I love this dealership. I love being able to call and explain my vehicles issue and right off the bat he knows the issue and immediately says bring the truck, we'll get you a rental and we've got you covered. Now thats service Ill go out of the way for. Vinny in sales is very friendly, informative and extremely knowledgable. If your looking for new or used, this is definetly where you want to go. Very trusting, fast, friendly and amazing customer service!
