My sales agent Angelo was absolutely the best! Best in class service! Best in class customer satisfaction! Angelo listened to my needs and wants and showed me all the different options to get exactly what I was looking for. There was never any pressure and he never tried to sway me away from my ultimate goal. He told me the facts and made things abundantly clear so my family and I could make the best decision for us. It is rare to find a sales person like Angelo who will be upfront and honest and stick to what you are wanting. Instead what you typically find are salesman who could care less about what you want and will do everything they can to put you into a vehicle that you can’t afford just to make a bigger commission. With Angelo it was different, it was the right way to do business! I will forever cherish him and will continue to do business with him solely moving forward!

I reached out to the dealer, interested in purchasing a 2016 Nissan GTR they had in inventory. K***n responds to me with a form email, saying essentially I have two choices....he can call me, or I can schedule a test drive. Due to the distance from dealer, dropping in for a test drive was impossible. Therefore, I call him up, again convey my interest, and offer to send pics of the car I would be trading, VIN, etc. K***n tells me he will put the numbers together for me, and reach back out. Most of the day goes by before I decide to reach back out, only to have him respond "I haven't forgotten about you". The majority of the following day goes by, still nothing. Again, I reach back out to K***n. K***n says he's waiting for his sales manager to put the numbers together.......that he's been using this car as his personal demo. The following day, still having heard nothing, I finally sent K****n a message telling him to forget about it. I knew my brief encounter with this employee, was a mere glimpse of things to come. As a result, I've concluded they must sell TONS of Nissan demos in the $80-$85k range, because they had no time for a buyer of said vehicle that was totally interested, qualified, and capable of purchasing. Likely the worst experience I've ever had attempting to purchase a vehicle.

In January of 2016 I started my car search. I went to a different dealership at first and wasn't satisfied with the experience. I ended up going to Lokey Nissan and since the moment I got out the car I was greeted right away. I think I spent about 6 hours at the dealership that day because I was unsure of what car I wanted and I had a million questions. At no point did Miguel seem annoyed or tried to "rush me". He answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me until I was confident in my purchase.

Purchased a Murano that had to be sent from another dealer the following day. 4 days later, no vehicle and I was told that the one I purchased (VIN) was no longer available. A search begins and one was located 200 miles away. I asked to have it shipped via truck and was told I would have to pay extra???? Upon speaking with the Sales Manager, I was told that he was cancelling the deal. This without trying to rectify his mistakes. I asked for a refund of down payment and voided contract upon which I received a picture of my refund but was told "that is all you will get". When I tried to call for explanation, my calls continued to go to voice mail. Wow, really, just stay away!

Even with the many negative reviews, I decided to give this dealership a chance because of their prices [of new cars]. Me and the employee that worked with me, Kevin Bashaw, were down to the final details of the deal and I was ready for paperwork to be submitted to NMAC, but not before I asked him to send me a copy of the invoice that he would send NMAC. A car that was listed on the website at $15,900 ended up OTD at $22,000...what? That is insane. I had a trade that I bought cash so I did not owe anything on my trade. Although they do have a disclosure on their website about pricing ...it obviously says you have to finance with NMAC to get the listed pricing, it also states that all prices are "PLUS taxes, tags, title and registration fees. $797 Dealer Documentation Fee and does NOT include dealer installed options or appearance packages" and that pricing is subject to change, but what it does not say is that this price includes discounts such as "Military, College Grad, One to One rewards, Lease Loyalty, NMAC Lease, rebate" according to Kevin. Apparently all of these discounts added up to over $7000 [...$7000 more than the price listed on the website BEFORE any other fees/taxes/ trade discounts were added] What a scam. Kevin was not upfront about the pricing or discounts when I told him ever so clearly, that I was coming to this dealer strictly because of price. I understand your job is to sell people cars and that a dealership has to make money, but you shouldn't have unethical business practices trying to get over on people. Unless other employees handle things in a more honest manner, the only people that I can imagine that buys cars from this place are those who don't know any better or those who do not question the pricing! I bought my car from another Nissan dealer which DID honor their online pricing ;D Couldn't be happier and I saved myself bout 7 hours of driving...WIN WIN!

These guys will either rip you off or waste a lot of your time. First the advertised prices are just to get lured in. When you get there they will tell you that you don't qualify for the discounts. If they break you in at that point and still convince you to take the car at above market price they will try to sell you packages that are bundled in the financing. If you want to buy a car cash you will have to pay more because they cannot bundle all the crap into the financing where they actually make the most money. You need a lawyer to help you with all that paperwork. A car sold at 25k should never have $550 payment on 60mo at 4% with money down. Dont waste your time, this place is a scam

I bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue, got into the finance table and was sold/misleaded on all the extra packages that would save me money in the long run, dents dings, oil changes, ect. Come to find out from the service department, I have no dent ding coverage, I get free oil changes whether I bought the pachage or not. So in the end I spent $4000 more than I should've. Well that finance guy made his extra money on me. Now that I know I want to cancel all those extra packages that now I have paid a years interest in and get less money back. Not only that I will never buy a Nissan Rogue again, I have had my air not work right, my backup camera not work, my speaker to the Bluetooth went out, my brakes squeak. Need less to say now I hate the car more. So a bit of advice, don't buy the packages the finance team tries to sell and don't buy a Nissan Rogue. Plus that dealership doesn't have very good customer service to want to help!

I reached out to Peter and he made everything right. He set us up with Steve Blank and two days later, they had THE vehicle we wanted with all of the options we wanted. I visited Lokey Nissan for a used Rogue. When I arrived I met a salesman named John Willey whom was extremely helpful in our purchase. He showed us the vehicle I came to see and showed me many features that I didn't even know it had. I had been looking for used Rogues for weeks and glad I found the one I really liked at Lokey Nissan. Brent Tansy the sales manager was by far the final icing on the cake. He was so personal and related to my situation perfectly and he was able to get the payment close to where I wanted to be. I financed my vehicle from Lokey Nissan a year ago, and have absolutely no regrets thus far. The service department (Chuck is the man) absolutely go the extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied with their visit.They even backtracked my Road Hazard Warranty and found a $250 charge that was applied from a Non-Lokey dealership (which was promptly refunded after a few calls were made). During inspection they also pointed out and made sure I authorized any issues/charges, one of which I wouldn't have even noticed, though it was absolutely vital to my car running properly.Otherwise, I have to say Glenn Jones is absolutely one of the best General Managers I've had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with. I can't stress enough how much Lokey Nissan (Lokey in general) has done for myself and my family. I look forward to any and all positive changes for Lokey and their employees in the future- The new building design looks great.Again, I can't stress how amazing this establishment is, and once again, commend Chuck from Service on excellent staff and service, and Glenn Jones (G.M.) for making my Lokey experience(s) incredible!

The customer service is amazing, the salesmen were excellent and accommodating to us with two very young children in tow. FIRST OFF- they advertised my vehicle for 32k online. When you arrive, they tell you it's 39k and only comes down to 32 if you qualify for all of these different "rebates". When purchasing my new vehicle, I was ok with Kevin as the salesman. I had actually read good reviews about him on this site. Once the sales manager, Glenn, stepped in, he pretty much wiped everything I was promised off the board. Partially, this was my fault for getting caught up in the fast talking sales pitch but he's a snake to say the least. He basically told me that I can afford this and stop being cheap. Not to mention the insulting price he originally sent for my trade-in, I thought about drug testing him on site. I had my own pre-approved loan with my credit union, with a very low rate. Kevin told me he would beat that rate because my credit was good. Then he said I had to finance through Nissan to get the rebates. Well, they weren't coming to the numbers I wanted. So, Glenn, the manager came out and began spewing his non-sense. He basically didn't bring the price down on the car one bit, but instead carried out my payments for a longer amount of months and then made it sound like he did me this huge favor. He set me up with THEIR bank (not Nissan) but a completely separate financing option, which was far higher than the rate my own bank gave me. So, basically, the payments I wanted were not met, the rate I was promised was not met either. Like I said, they're snakes but it is partially my fault for not catching all of this in the midst of everything.Mind you, I am having to sign a piece of paper promising that I would pay this payment if Glenn agreed to it. When he came out, he promised me a specific payment, out the door, that I "signed". When we got into the finance office, the payment was 8 dollars more. (doesn't sound like much, right? Times it by 6 years!) Once again, a liar and a snake. I then got a call from Kevin the next day, making sure my car was working ok. I asked him when I could switch to my own bank, that I originally wanted and he said I had to wait 3 payments. Funny, I called their bank and they told me there was no penalty for switching at any time!! LIARS and Snakes, once again.If you shop here, please be on your "A" game.

You have to buy new Altima 2015 ( not 2016) and lease Rogue select ( not Rogue) Sentra or Versa all 2015 , There is nothing on there web side about leasing. Contacted there sales manager and he was rude and said who is that dealer with right mind will give u car for free!His name is Glenn Jones !They just do this kind of advertisements just to get people in and trick them like they getting the best deals.

What started out as a great car buying experience for my mom and I has since turned out to be a disgusting disappointment with Lokey Nissan. They basically tell you what you want to hear and once you are out the door with your NEW car all bets are off! They proceed to treat you like crap trying to make me (the customer) seem wrong if you question them about a service issue upon the purchase of the car, said the car had been serviced and no sticker was ever put on the windshield. When I inquired (after 4 unreturned phone calls ) they said they would have someone come to me and apply the sticker. Hmmm, Never happened! Neither did the oil change! In addition, a few days after driving the car my breaks began to squeeeel very loudly like a pig, but of course they said the breaks are just fine and argued with me about bringing it back in for a "real" servicing. Furthermore, The Sales Manager Peter had the nerve to raise his voice to me on the telephone telling me "Not to talk over him "young lady"! Im old enough to be his darn mother! And How dare he raise his voice to a client who just put money in his pocket! He also took the same tone with my mother a day prior . Customer service must have been voided that day! The salesman Kevin dropped the ball as well and after many attempts of my mother calling him she never got a return call to resolve this issue from him. Now after only a few weeks (and even though I bought the extended service warranty) they are refusing to repair the breaks saying there is nothing wrong with them and they will not repair at their expense. Between Pete (sls mngr), Nicola (paul lokeys asst) and the salesman Kevin and the lack of respect that has been shown to my mother and I, its a shame I chose Lokey Nissan to buy a safe reliable vehicle with peace of mind for my mother. We are disgusted to say the very least! Film at 11:00..... :(

In today's world it's refreshing to buy a car from a reputable dealer. Lokey had the car I wanted at the price I could afford. I was referred to the GM Glenn and he dropped what he was doing to assist me personally. They really make you feel welcome and the lifetime oil changes for life is a awesome perk for buying a car there. Definitely recommend this dealership.

My wife and I had stopped by 2 other Dealerships before visiting Lokey Nissan in Clearwater. Andra was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient as we drove 4 different models. The sales process was easy and we left with a vehicle that night while our car was being detailed the next day. Andra again was great going over the car with my wife the next day and insistent she was satisfied and had no further questions. I have been in the Powersports industry for over 30 years and this was by far and away the easiest transaction I have ever experienced! She loves her new 2015 Altima and the service we received. We had an incredibly great experience during our visit and subsequent purchase of a "nearly-new" Nissan Rogue Select. After we had decided on the purchase of this beautiful 2015 Rogue Select we were directed to meet with the finance person, Neal, who was extremely helpful. picked out a 2015 Altima sticker 0f 32000.00..final paperwork they raised the list price 3000.00. to 35000.00. we had a 2750.00 rebate plus a 5500.00 trade in her balance turned out to be 30000.00 do not trust what you are told read it.. my wife is 74 years old be careful.do not sign anything until you check balance on purchase agreement there are other dealers recommend you go elsewhere please

I had been looking to trade my 2003 Nissan Xterra for several weeks and had visited several dealerships. Few seemed to want to work with me since I am the credit rebuilding mode and have a budget I have to work within. Lokey, and most specifically Steve Farshi were not only able to work with my needs budget wise, but also put me in a very nice 2007 Ford Explorer "Eddie Bauer" Edition. I don't have a warranty but I do have the assurance of a reputable dealer that seems to appreciate the fact that when you are paying over 10K for a vehicle it means something. The folks I met at Lokey were friendly and hospitable. I will use them in the future...

I purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima in 2011. I have had issues with my car doors filling with water. I was told by the service department this is normal on multiple accounts. I purchased this car under warranty and the dealership never resolved this issue, and the service department continues to say this is normal, and has told me to simply drain my doors. I believe this is absolutely ridiculous, as I have had previous cars with no such issue. I don't recommend this dealership to anyone.

I visited this dealer recently for their huge sale event. Never have I been spoken to in such a insulting and demeaning manner, Apparently this is a place where rudeness rules. I have had my car serviced at this dealer since 2004 and had a few bumps in the road but nothing to what I went thru when I decided to buy a new car. These clowns should join a circus not be selling cars. The recommended rating given is exactly correct 0%. I will not set foot on this property again.

Best car buying experience ever and the service department is equally proficient. Got an online quote, but another dealership was closer so I showed them the quote. That was a mistake, barely got out with my sanity. Showed up at Lokey and wow; no nonsense, the deal was the deal and I got a great Sentra. The included oil changes can't be beat and when I had a minor problem the service staff took care of it quickly and correctly. Thanks guys.

I just ordered my fourth Subaru. It is the second that I have purchased from Lokey. I make an hour and a half drive an pass three other Subaru dealerships to get to them because they have treated me with the best customer service. My brand new Outback was hit and needed repairs and they did a fantastic job on that as well. Bottom line, when I want the best service and sales, I go to Lokey Subaru.

This is the greatest dealership that I have EVER dealt with. I have gone to many and purchased a lot of vehicles but the people at Lokey are really special. They do not pressure or hurry you along. Actually, they let you make up your own mind without a hassle and give you privacy in your decision making. I am going to be a life long customer of theirs whether I buy new or used vehicles. The free lifetime oil changes and car washings are a real plus. I go for mine every three months and they treat me like I just purchased a new, very expensive car. The atmosphere is so pleasant and clean and the free coffee is tasty. Lokey Nissan has my vote. Try it and I am sure they will have yours as well. Lori

I had an appointment for an oil change and was told it would take about 45 minutes. I had wanted a car wash but they said it would take another 25 minutes so I passed on that. 45 minutes later I noticed my car had not been moved. I was very upset. I shouldn't have to wait 1 1/2 hours for an oil change, especially when I had an appointment. I had similar situation experience the last time I brought it in for an oil change so it seems the norm.

I cannot say enough GOOD things about Lokey Nissan!, I was upside down in my previous car and had a co-signer on my previous car and really wanted to be on my own loan and Lokey made that happen! the buying process was simple, it really didn't take that long, I test drove a couple of different cars. the financing went thru and best of all, it was thru my credit union so now part of my paycheck goes right in to pay the loan, the process was great! I had my fist service done oh yes did I tell you I get FREE oil changes for LIFE! now that is a deal, when I took my car in the service area was knowledgeable and helpful, I was in and out and got a FREE car wash too! from the sales person to the finance guy, and the service area, this is one helpful dealership. the ONLY place I will ever buy another car is Lokey Nissan, they know the true meaning of customer service, I was treated fairly and with respect. I just purschase a 2015 Altima from Lokey Nissan (my 3rd Altima). This time was the BEST car buying experience I have had yet. I purchased the car from Andra Walls who absolutely fantastic !! He was clear and concise with all of the information I was given about the car. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the care before buying it. It was so refreshing not to feel like I was being pressured during my visit and that I was being followed everywhere i went. So we live there hours away from the dealership, but they had the car we have been looking for (black on black nissan murano SL AWD 2011 27k miles), so when my fiance found it online, he was pumped and worked a deal and settled on some numbers with DREW PLAT. Well drew said it was his day off but that he had called the dealership and the vehicle had been taken off the lot and would be put on holding. Had my fiance send a pic of his DL and had another co worker call to verify that he would be delivering it the next day by 6pm. All the while this is a secret to me. Well later that night after speaking to two salesmen and confirming, my fiance reveals the big surprize to me , that my valentines day present would be coming a few days early and shows me pics of the vehicle. I was absolutely floored, if tears and overwhelmed with joy! Well the next morning (9:15am) i call DREW PLAT to let him know my fiance got the approval from the bank, has the cashiers check in hand for $22,500, and was on his way to open an I surname policy on the vehicle. He says ok, the car's right here, no worries, will contact you shortly about a delivery time, and congrats on the new vehicle! So 4 hours go by, and no word from anyone, so I text DREW PLAT & CHUCK GRANT (he had been the other salesman that called and confirmed the night before as well) "Any updates on the vehicle? We have all the paperwork in hand, wanting to know what time delivery will be?" To which DREW responds about 15 minutes later that he's sorry, but the ball was dropped and VW had sold the vehicle while he was off the day before, along with some other excuses and words mixed in that just sounded like a bunch of bs. How did he say the vehicle was right there that morning, if it had sold the day before when he was not there? And why would VW have sold it? Sounds to me like even though we had their word, another buyer came in and they were able to squeeze more money out of them without the inconvenience of having to deliver, so they just pushed us to the wayside. I'm at a loss for words at how horrible the feeling was, finding out they had done that to me for my valentines day surprise. These guys are absolute greedy, grimy, filthy snakes and I would advise you NOT to even entertain thee thought of doing any sort of "business" with them. Btw, I still have yet to receive a formal phonecall with an apology from anyone from the dealership. The only reason I was even informed that deal had fallen through at all was because I reached out to DREW. And one more thing, we offered 3 times to Put a deposit down on this vehicle to which they would say "ok I'll have someone call you to take that from you," but never did. Looking back now, that should have been a huge red flag!

We walked the Parking lotNo one approached us After we walked in asked for sales guy he didn't seem happy because we are a young couple. Guessing young people can't afford new cars?? After he gave us a monthly payment that was waaay to high for the price of a car. He did not seem interested to help. He went to the manager or whoever deals with pricing and I heard the guy say if they can get better deal else where let them go. So we got up and walked next door to Volkswagen and the sales guy Jose Sanchez was amazing! We bought the 2015 Jetta! Nissan is terrible terrible service will never step foot in there.

Ok. First and foremost, I want to stress at how pleasant the service manager was to me. He was polite, held his temper as I started to lose mine, and offered me a rental while we parsed through this mess. But in the end, his company was deceitful, and did not stand behind their own products and warranties.The mess:We purchased the Nissan versa, and with it a LIFETIME powertrain warranty from Lokey Nissan of Clearwater. Lo and behold, 3 years later, the engine is all messed up due to a bad cylinder. But hey! we have a lifetime warranty!When it was proven that, yes indeed we did have a lifetime warranty, the shell game began! It turns out Lokey did not sell us the warranty, but some third party did. (STRANGE- i don't remember anyone else there at the purchase but Lokey and My wife and I.) We were never told this. Go figure. Lokey sold us on it, but it seemed to slip their mind that we were not getting it from them. Hmmm.So, it seems they had to send the service records to some company, and they rejected the claim.I had to send further records proving all missing service had been completed, and I DID SO 100%!Guess what? Still denied. Want to know why? Do you really want to know why?Because we did not have a signed sheet of paper saying a certified technician ROTATED THE TIRES.Oh, you read that right. It seems if you don't have a signed piece of paper from a technician saying your tires were rotated, it causes your engine to explode.So, The jist of this is LOKEY NISSAN (no one else) gave us a lifetime warranty and LOKEY NISSAN (no one else) is not going to honor it because of a faulty tire rotation form. I understand that LOKEY thinks it is someone elses problem (like mine) but it is their company that promised us, and it is their company that did not honor their word.But they were very polite in telling us to go pound sand.Never again Lokey... Never again!

I went in to buy a Altima, and had a deal in place. I took my wife home because we had been there for 4 hours and she was not feeling well. When I went back to sign paperwork, suddenly the term of the agreement was extended 3 months and the interest rate was higher than they agreed to. They basically lied and expected it to be OK to sign a different deal than what was agreed. Stay away from this dealership at all cost!!!

I feel deceived and fustrada the purchase I made , I thought that buying a large dealer was better and more confident but I was wrong . first visited the store to just look at cars between 6,000 and 7,500 with certain characteristics because it was financed not finding the seller tells me they could finananciar me the competitive interest my bank and then decided to look keep looking until I saw a Yaris toyota 2009 and also a Nissan Versa but the seller insisted that I try the Yaris, return told me if I liked him and wanted to know first digested as I went out to the financing of that truck and nissan , entering his office was concentrated to sell the Yaris and told me I needed to see my credit and I accept . I came looking car almost 2 months and already a little tired and my English is not good and he knew it . first deception me because he told me that the car was worth 13,000 and I are doing a super discount 11,000 and all included I told him that the car did not deserved and just from what I saw the climb I mean the front carriage then the promised replace me a new board where will the changes put dark glasses check my brakes because I hear a noise, supension and then accept actually had not looked at the car in detail that was not my intention at that time to buy the car and as I was tired stun and trust it was a truck dealer and making price had to be in good condition with the market , my great mistake. to look after purchase I realized I had too many scratches all over the car and on the side of large truck bompe the compartment where the console each time you open the interior has rust on the chairs does not have one protective carpet homes , front lights always wet, the tambleros these are stained with white liquid that goes i dont know if they are supposed to detail and washed until now I could not clean it myself. Since the seller had called me to give me appoitment for all that was promised with the car, but I went to exactly one week after bought my car and the seller with your direct manager greeted me and I try to show what bothers me, he was hurry. He told me on Monday that day to bring my car to give everything they had promised me, you don't worry, that will place the panel respuesto of change and all that the seller had promised to see me and iva arrange and also go and see what the bompe as helped me , I take my car from 9am to 6:30 pm which is the time he was ready and the seller told me that at 5pm ready and that I expected at 5:30 pm but when that time has come he was gone and then someone took care of me and told me I had to wait porq still was not ready when I was handed the keys went out to find my car, for my English because clearly did not understand where the car was and when I found it and review and clear and just had oscuresido I realized that I had not replaced anything and nobody was worse than me to look if everything had promised was done, I had to enter and look for someone to answer for I and I met the general manager of sales and look and told me to come in two days he was there and I was gonna fix everything , that day took my car to review and after waiting they said brakes and suspension this normal, headlights so he told me that he had been selling for 8 years experience Toyota and headlights had that problem, but I'm still waiting for an assessment of the same Toyota about this, the so out I went to pick up my car the salesman left me there. the end did not see the other problems I had on the car but were to call me when you get the replace that will mean taking my car the other day, when it is supposed to have been the day to let him so early, the explanation they gave me because they had changed the piece was an incredible clear justification to believe and did not want to look bad but ofcourse I have not believed them all. , manager support this eventhough to contain all that had happened, but he left me there and went to continue their business without giving any importance or comply with what I said I was gonna go happy. I 'm waiting for the review of the toyota and then put my complaint to the BBB . This letter is was hard to wrote so has many misssin words and wrong expresion, but right now i cant do more. if need some clarification i prefer in Spanish.

We bought a new car and were happy with the salesman and overall price we had to pay. We did wait to long to negotiate and to get financing. I tried to do it on-line but they are not efficient. When we bought the new car we did not receive an owner's manual or net for trunk. They order one for us and said it will be in with in a few days. Never received a call, we had to go back in and pick it up. We waited another 20 mins. for owner's manual. Did not receive the net. Salesman said he was "reordering" and would call in 2-3 days. 6 days later no call. Left message for mgt. no return call. Will not recommend to family and friends because of overall service. We have had the car for about 6 weeks and do not look forward to the service we will expect from them.

The service at Lokey is always very good. The Lokey team always treats me like family! This was a warranty repair to fix the ignition because the key would not shut off all the way. After a new ignition key switch it was found after taking the X-terra home that the key still got stuck. I took it back and there was Not an additional deductible for the warranty. This seems like a no-brainer but you all know how many places would still charge an additional deductible. Thank you all very much.

This dealership is shady. They had a great selection, but the manager on duty who said he would go over numbers and call the next day never called, and was drunk and rude on a boat when we contacted him, wasn't even working that day. They gave us a car with recalls that needed to be fixed, and left their anti-theft device on the starter and told us "we just weren't turning they key right." We had another dealer fix the issues.

This dealership stresses the ease and simplicity of its VIP appointment to meeting with one of the sales managers. I set an appointment to see a used vehicle (1129 miles) and showed up promptly at my appointed time. Neither Clayton Mardis or Greig Larson had a clue who I was or why I was there. The internet sales department representative that set up the appointment was getting drunk at Gasparilla and the car I came to see had been sold the morning before. Thanks for calling me to let me know!!! I drove 45 minutes to the dealership only to be met with blank stares and confusion. In order to salvage some of my effort, I had my salesman Job show me a new Nissan Exterra. He new less about the vehicle than I did and had to search the internet to answer my questions. The dealership overpriced the Xterra and underpriced my Nissan Pathfinder trade. Job explained that I was getting "him" in the deal and that was worth the extra money. I explained that unless he was going to come to my house and mow my lawn every week, I didn't want "him" just a fair deal on the car. I left frustrated and bought a Toyota 4 Runner 18 hours later and got $2000 more for my Nissan trade at a Toyota dealership. I was very disappointed with Lokey Nissan.

We arrived at the dealership about 10 minutes before it closed. We had already been at other dealerships looking at SUV's. I was still gathering information and had no intention on buying a car that night. But our sales man Chuck Grant was very patient and took us on a long test drive, answered all our questions, looked up any answers he wasn't sure of. We discussed financing went over some of our requirements and before long we we're striking up a deal. The entire staff was accommadating, patient with us and our needs, even though they had closed 2 1/2 hours earlier. We were very happy with our purchase and would recommend to everyone. Terri Mason

Mr. Randolph was very rude and disrespectful towards me when I was there on Sunday October 28, 2012. I had an agreement with the Internet manager Katharine Stahl and not only he didn't want to honor it, he took it upon his self to insult me and call me names like (tug, thief) and said to me I should get my bandana and come in and rob him. I don't think the Lockey family is aware of this person behavior towards customers and employees at this dealer. He's unprofessional and very dishonest.

I originally went to Lokey to test drive a VW CC and while there I saw the Nissan Maxima and took it for a test drive. I fell in love with the car! The sales associate Joe Victor was the most pleasant person to work with. His knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding. I am a car guy and had researched this vehicle to the 'n'th degree. The fact that Joe was able to point out certain features that I had not even been aware of, was a pleasant surprise....Awesome. After selecting the car, I was ready for the 'locker room', as I like to refer the price negotiating process. Larry Dubose was also very pleasant to work with, and did not make me feel under pressure at any time. We came to an agreement fairly quick, as I do not shop based on monthly payment affordability. I got my Maxima at the right price and right financing and drove out of Lokey Nissan dealership happy and very satisfied.Joe gave me a tour of the awesome service department...again very customer focused.Even though I live a good distance from the dealership, I will always bring it there for service. Good customer service should be rewarded with my loyalty to Lokey Nissan.Again, I had by far, the best car shopping experience ever....and I have bought many cars.Thank you Lokey Nissan

I had the best car buying experience at Lokey ever. Lokey was recommended to me by a finance person at another dealership. I went to Lokey after a really bad experience at another Nissan dealership that same morning. I really did not want to deal with another person that day, but, in the long run was glad I did. I called, knew they had the car on the lot I wanted. When I arrived I looked at the car, told them I did not want to drive the car, talk about the car, nothing. I just wanted the bottom line price and trade in and nothing else. That is exactly what I got, no time wasted. I bought the Altima and left .. it could not have been a better experience... I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know. The tinted my windows as part of the deal, I have free oil changes for life and power train for life, what more could you ask for. Thanks LOKEY!! I will be back!!!

We started by viewing this dealership on line and made contact about an SUV we had seen on thier site , I was contacted by Mr Lopez and made an appoiment to visit the dealership. In the meantime we visited another nissan dealer. I emailed Ty about a pathfinder we had seen at a local dealer he and joel promised they could beat the lakeland dealers price. After many phone calls from Ty in the days leading up to our appointment, we were promised prices and deals , I explained our situation , and what we wanted etc. Ty called again and claimed he could get us at a payment I had mentioned that worked for us, and when could we come in and get it done. I explained we already had an appointment with him. Ty " oh yeah, well come oniin it will take 30 min. " So we went (an hour drive from our house ). we spent three hours at the dealership and Never met TY . Joel was pretty nice though. After being there an hour they came back with a payment a $140.00 MORE than we had been told . and started by low balling our trade . after two hours they increased the value of our trade. But the payments were still over $100 more than we had been told to get us in . SO after they tried to push us into other cars we werent looking at . we walked out ! they called soon after " great news we got a better rate for you" the payments were now just $90 a momnthe more than we had been told . WHAT A JOKE ! they will mislead you and tell you anything to get you in, at any cost to YOU! we lost Four plus hours of our time, and one hundred miles in gas . WE paid to be lied to and misled . AND Lokey Nissan in no way was going to make it right (at least not to a cost to them). I even emailed thier customer service dept. the following monday to give them a chance to reach out and make it right < still to this day They Have Never writen or called me back. They can only call or write when they are trying to get you in and sell you.STAY away from this place dont write them dont answer if they call. ON a side NOTE we bought a car at a local dealer at it was a night and day contrast difference.

There was a tent sale on Missouri ave in Clearwater and they were using Lokey Nissan's name. I am still in question if they were associated with Lokey, but they were offering the Lifetime warranty that Lokey offers. The whole experience was a lesson learner and if Lokey is truly letting other people use their name they should have some regulation over them. The price was never given until the end of the deal and a lot of fancy foot work was done to trick me the buyer into signing the deal. At the end of the agreement before I walked out they tried to stick me with a extended warranty that if I did not purchase it the deal for the truck was no good. Also I was pushed into purchasing GAP coverage which is not a bad thing and was not a deal breaker, but when they told me that it was the extended warranty or nothing I left.

I purchased a car in which I have had an absolute horrible experience an all I simply want is the tag to my car in which is expired as of 8 days ago..It was so convient for my 2k dollar down payment to be so easily accepted, but yet I'm finding myself spending more time on the phone trying to get resolution an I am getting absolutley no where fast ..I have been disrespected by yours sales associate Mr. Romero an needless to say it has only caused me to have issues with my stress an blood pressure this is a last attempt to resolve this issue before contacting my local news station. Can't say I recommend this place to anyone after what I went through trying to obtain my lease a few months back. I find it hard to believe that two "finance managers" could not figure out how a lease works. Be extra careful when going through the finance paperwork to make sure everything as it should be. Shoot, I'll even come along to make sure nobody gets taken for a ride by these guys. This dealership basically tried to pocket about $800 from me and then gave me the run around for days when I called them out on it.The salesman I dealt with was pretty good though, but probably could have listened better when I told him I wanted to discuss price, not what I wanted my payment to be.

They both went out of their way to help me and to make my experience as pleasant as possible. I have always been a Honda girl myself but because of David and Eric I have been turned around to Nissan. Just bought a used Altima there a couple of weeks ago... showed them a comparison price from other dealers, and they came close to matching it, but with a lifetime warranty. Not only that, but the car had a couple of features that made me not "love it", and they put in some extra time and money into the car to get me what I wanted, still in that price range. My salesman was Will, and he was friendly, professional, courteous, and helpful. This was the best, easiest car buying transaction I have ever had. I was in and out in probably about an hour to close the deal. Will put up with many many emails back and forth to discuss my finances, goals, what I was looking for, etc. I will definitely shop there next time around if I want a newer Altima in the future.

I knew I wanted a 2012 Versa SV and my color choice and preferably with the convenience package. I live in Fort Myers and had been dealing with the dealerships in the area for more than a month with no success. Then I thought to go to the AAA site and look into the AAA car buying service. It connected me with numerous dealerships although none were in the immediate Fort Myers area. I then found out that the lifetime powertrain warranty that I heard about in this area is not given as it is in the Fort Myers area... so I was figuring it is a trade-off the better AAA pricing or the lifetime powertrain warranty. Then I was contacted by Lokey Nissan, specifically Eddie Cuevas. Their dealership has the AAA pricing, the lifetime powertain warranty and great people. They even offer 2 years maintenance (but driving to Clearwater from Fort Myers is too far for me for service) .. but for those of you in their area, you get even more for your money. Eddie found the car I wanted, had it transported from Jacksonville and still honored the AAA price (which he did not have to do since the AAA price is for cars on their lot), also they arranged for my financing, they dealership here told me 6.99% was the best I would get, Lokey got me financed at less than half that.Made the drive on Saturday, picked up the Versa. Eddie went over the car with me. Then a young gentleman (sorry I am not 100% certain of his name, Kenny maybe???) from the detail department went over the exterior of the car with me and made sure I was happy with the condition of the car.Also the manager came out to make sure that his staff had all performed up to my expectations... well they performed beyond my expectations!

I like my new Nissan truck very much. No problems with the vehicle and it was exactly what I wanted and the salesman was friendly to my family during purchase. The price was a decent value. There are some very nice people working at this dealership. I had some ongoing issues getting a refund for overpayment to the tag and title dept. It took about 3+ months to get a check issued. The check finally got here soon after I said I would call the BBB if they didn't eventually respond to my calls and emails regarding the check I was owed. The issue is now resolved, the check was finally sent out, and I don't have to contact them anymore. I spent a lot of my personal time trying to get someone to respond to my inquiries. I don't like to write bad reviews, but this was due to only one department, not the dealer as a whole.

Beware of the "$10,000 Price garranty"! I had found a price that was less than Lokeys asking price when Toni M. mentioned their "$10,000 price guarantee". I had been speaking with Dave Lancaster over the phone about the current offer and he assured me Lokey could beat my best offer, even though he could not give me a price over the phone. I very specifically told him that their dealer fees are higher than the other offer, and that they would have to come down to beat that price considering all fees. I live in New Tampa and the dealer is in Clearwater. This is a considerable driving distance to handle something that could very easily be accomplished over the phone.Here is what transpired 2/10/11:I came in to speak with David about the vehicle. I was handed off to a new salesman who had no background on my dealing with David, even though I asked specifically to speak with him. I showed the new salesman, (Quinton?) my best offer from another dealer and told him if he could beat the price I will sign tonight.Over an hour later, he comes back with a price that is $400 HIGHER than my best offer. I was VERY clear on exactly what I wanted price and vehicle wise. How did we reach this number? Quinton Told me I should be happy with this price because it included a limited lifetime warranty on the drive train. After becoming understandably agitated, I again explained what I was there for. He comes back with an offer $100 less than my best offer. Great, let's do the deal!I ask Quinton to show me the OTD price. He comes back with a $799 documentation fee on top of TTT. This fee is separate from their $799 dealer fee. They are now again over their competitors price. After an hour and a half at the dealership, I am frustrated and obviously getting nowhere. At this point, Craig Randolph comes over to the table. I explain my frustration to him. I had been at the dealer for an hour and a half. I was understandably frustrated up to this point. His response was to point to my car and instruct me to leave the building. He informed me I was being adversarial, and he wanted me to leave. I shook his hand and walked out of the door.On top of wasting my time and theirs, I was disrespected with instructions to leave the building. If you couldnt beat the price, why wasnt I told over the phone? I could not have had a more horrible shopping experience than at Lokey Nissan. I now completely understand why car dealers get such a deservedly bad rap. I emailed Toni M. on 2/10/11 with what occurred and I never received a response.To reiterate my point, I am not unhappy that they could not beat my best offer. I am disappointed that I had to go through what transpired at the dealership. The very next day, I purchased an Xterra from a competitor and I am very happy with the vehicle. Nissan builds a great product.

Bought a new rogue we took delivery at 10 p.m sat night.Sunday my wife drives car to work.Took a picture of car to post on facebook time posted 7:50 am they dont know about picture at this time.so sun night I wax vehicle find a dent i call sun day first thing.So my wife takes that night to show Peter looks at it says i can assure you it didnt leave like this so i ask for general manager.He brings me out a guy name larry introduces himself as gm.Later find out he is not gm .so my wife sits home for wed and thurs goes to dealer to pick up peter says paint not right.So 40 min later she gets a loaner says car be ready friday.Well He calls me tonight says paints still not right again.we called matt lokey who sold us car left message (yes owners son still no call back.So all friends say damn new car been in shop more than you drove it.So through the last few days I mention this to as many people as i can and I really wished i would of listened to my wife and bought from ferman like she did her last one.Very Very dissapointed in my experience with lokey .But will never buy another car from them.Lloyd Garcia

Bad start from the beginning! They new what vehicle I was coming in to see. We get out to the vehicle which is parked in the grass under a tree in the far corner of the lot. Great star right?! It gets worse..the battery was dead! We agree on a price after the typical chicken scratch on a piece of paper. I wait around for an hour to see the finance manager. He can't do the deal we had agreed on. The payment went up $100 a month!! Can't get those three hours of my life back!! What a waist!!

These folks went out of their way to help me get into a car. I was completely without a car in my household, which was a major problem. It was difficult to get me financing due to some hardships falling upon my family. They did not give up and gave me honesty and treated me with respect despite this difficulty financing me. I did not feel like a second class citizen. This is important as when I am in better circumstances and am in a position to buy a new car I will remember this treatment and professionalism.The only negative was that the car I had settled on was sold half hour before my appointment. Had I known, I would have done a deposit over the phone. I also had requested a certain amount down, certain price point and very clearly stated a monthly payment amount I did not want to go over. This was dissapointing as the car (which was same model but year older) was more expensive despite being a year older.Eventually we worked this out, but it does create a situation whereby I have to juggle finances more than I wanted to . I was able to cut out some other expenses to accomodate the surprise and do understand that I am lucky to be bought at all. My main complaint is that I should have been notified in advance rather than having the embarrasment in the finance officers office of the surprise. This was most uncomfortable for him and me as well. A simple phone conversation during the day or even when the original car was sold would have been fine. This is 2011 and we all have cell phones. I am a person who is flexible but really do not want to look like a deer caught in headlights in a professional environment.Eventually the guys did make it up to me with their empathy, kindness, and a couple of perks so that my faith was restored. Overall, except for that situation with the lack of notice, I was very well please. They performed a miracle in my book and I will not soon forget it. Thanks guys. Suzan

2007 signed paperwork for a truck that was not in the dealership, get a loaner while my vehicle arrives. 2wks later when it arrives, was not what I had purchased (VIN did not match paperwork). What I had purchased was no longer available, so got stuck with vehicle I didn't really want but needed.2011 receive letters and calls that they wanted to buy my used vehicle due to high demand. I only considered because I would like to have a 4x4. Explain I don't want to waste my time, if they are not willing to be fair on trade and new vehicle. Go there, and after 2+ hrs, they can't get me reasonable price because again what I want is not in stock and I have to pay for shipping. Get called next day, stating that they agree on my terms, to come in and do paperwork. I take time off from work, stop at bank and get loan approved, go to dealer with all paperwork including tittle. Now they said that was misunderstanding and we are back at day before terms. Sales Manager admits fault but that he is unable to close deal. To top it off, they Paul Ramos (Sales Manager) said that at this point they are uncertain if they can get that truck from the other dealer as they have not heard back from them, and he explained that this happens and that worse case scenario, they would just order direct from factory and I would wait 2mo with a loaner in meantime... (Say WHAT!?)I call original Manager/Director Sam Plana whom contacted me first and got me in the dealer in the first place. Explain situation, he apologizes and said will make some phone calls and call me back. 9hrs later has not received a single phone call and my day was such a waste. I understand a business making profit, but these people are beyond making profit. With the amount of profit they want to get, one could buy a good used car and take its chances. Beware, they are crooks who will take advantage and will have no consideration to customers. They sure demonstrated that things don't go well when customers are not well educated about their products and they play extensive numbers games to get people for fools.

I have to say that this was by far the best purchase experience I have ever been a part of. My wife really liked the rogue sl, but there were none on the lot. Ali and his team searched the state and found one in Miami...2 days later, they called and we went down to sign papers. Price was great, but the service is what will keep us coming back for years to come.

My first contact was with Jennifer Clement in response to an internet query through Hartford Car Replacement Program. This alerted 3 dealers and Jennifer called me within minutes of receiving the email. The other 2 dealers took at least a day to follow-up and one just said he would check around. I initially contacted the Lokey dealership about a specific automobile, Nissan 370, that was on their internet site. I was pleased with the prompt response from the inquire and subsequent contact via the internet. Upon visiting the dealership directly I was introduced to George Agostino who help complete the transaction and purchase of the vehicle. George was very friendly and professional during the entire transaction including a follow up call the day after the transaction to be sure that I was completely satisfied with the vehicle. The Customer Sevice I received from ALL employees of Lokey was exceptional. From Isabel over e-mail to the actual gentlemen that prepared my car for delivery (sheldon, sherman?). Ali specifically is truly the best salesman I have ever worked with in all my years of car buying, this includes for myself and others. Ali walked me through the purchase process, finance, introduction to the service department that I will be dealing with (because Lokey provided 2 year maintenance)and scheduled my first oil change. Before leaving the dealership Ali went over my new car with me bumper to bumper to ensure I understood how it worked and how to enjoy all my new features. My husband and I had visited two other Nissan dealerships in Tampa and they cannot compare to Lokey. It is clear that Lokey fosters a positive working enviornment and a family culture and all employees work together to one common goal to provide the best possible customer service. The enviornment at the dealership is pleasantly relaxed. I recommend Lokey for all automotive needs and Ali Ghomshe specifically for purchasing a vehicle.

As far as recommending your dealership ( the jury is still out). My daughter purchase a 2008 Nissan Rogue last Wednesday 2/9/11 for the very 1st time on her own. You can only imagine how excited she was. On 2/14/11 her grandfather took her car to his Mechanic of 30years and was shocked to find Oil all over the car. A milky substance and a very "low batter" that would have failed her within a month or so. No sticker showing when the next service should be. His first reaction is to take this car back.We know that she signed the contract so that was not going to happen. Live and Learn. Very expensive mistake. We did call and bring it back that day to be look at. Of course we where told they "thought' the oil cap must have been loose and that the oil looked fine. They did agree the battery was low so they gave her a new one.Your service department said there was nothing wrong with the car so we can only hope your WORD and HONESTY will be proven to be correct. THe stress your company put me and my daughter in is understated. I would hope your Dealership would not take advantage of a young women starting out in this world with a piece of crap car that she has to make payments on for the next 5 years. I have dealed with many dealerships before and if I purchased a used car they ALWAYS did the oil change and detailed the car before it left the lot and it is very clear this did not happen for Melody. Thank-you for your time.

My family and I drove over an hour to get to this dealership because they had the best prices in the Tampa Bay area. Our experience was worth the drive! We worked with George and he was a pleasure to do business with, very personable. On a side note, we were in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours; the shortest amount of time in my 20+ years of buying new cars. I will definately recommend Lokey to my friends and family. They treat you right!

Todd was the friendliest car salesman I have ever worked with. He actually seemed excited about working with me, even thought I showed up at 7 p.m. on a Saturday night. The process moved smoothly-- there was not too much wait time for things like coming up with a price. When it was time for me to seek financing, Todd spent time talking to us while Romero worked on my monthly payments. When I drove the car home, Todd helped me learn all the features of the car, filled up the gas, and introduced me to the Service Department to set up my first appointment. I was very pleased and am looking forward to coming back have my car serviced. Everyone made the process a LOT easier than I thought it would be. Thanks!!!

It was a pleasure bying a new car from Lokey Nissan. The teat drive was very helpful. The taking posession of the car was wonderfull with all the attention to detail of presenting the car along with going over every detail of how things work. My only sugestion would be to cut the tme down.

Friendly and professional customer service; I look at this car at another dealer but couldn't agree on the price, Lokey Nissan beat the price I had in mind, throw in power train lifetime warranty & 2 yrs free maintenance, plus delivered the car in 24 hrs (full detailed) because they did not had it in stock. I most definitely will recommend Lokey Nissan to all my friends and co-workers.

I brought through USAA buying service. When I sent my car specs in, Mr Plana called within a minute, and said he had the exact car I specified and color. I made an appointment for 2 days later, and when I got there my vehicle was no longer in stock. The process of closing on the car just took too long; especially considering the price was already negotiated. My wife & I were there over 4 hours until delivery of the vehicle. My salesman said it took so long because Florida required lots of paperwork.I did not like the finance rep. He started going through this long list of "extra" cost add-ons, and I told twice I did not want any, and to skip that part. He said he was not allowed to. I like the vehicle I brought, and think the Altima is a good car. It just seems unreasonable that the buying service could have taken so long. If a customer tells the finance rep no, that should suffice!

friendly greeting right from the start. I did not feel like the service was pushy. On the contrary, I felt like it was very personable. They whole process was painless as this was my first new car buying experience. Hell, they even watched my kid for me while I was in finance. I give kudos for anyone who can pull that off. Even the new guy who was being watched was very helpful. The only constructive criticism I can think of is the discounts that were available for meeting certain conditions, IE military, graduate or Nissan to Nissan owners should be handled in a different fashion. The price shown on the internet includes these discounts, but I did not meet any of them, therefore my price went up $1500.00. I would recommend Lokey Nissan to all of my friends or family.

Enjoyed working with the sales group. They went the extra distance to get the sale. I am a bit dissapointed that the car was delivered with a scratch on the front fender after I pointed it out several times. Now I will need to return it for repair. Not very convenient!

My overall experience was great. I was happy i didnt have to spend the entire day there. The employees were very helpful and polite. I price was great for a new 2011, because of the end of the year incentives i was able to afford a new car. I am very happy with my new nissan sentra :)

Other than the amount of time it took to take delivery of the vehicle it was a good experience . Everyone was very friendly and helpful.The life time power train warranty and 2 years of factory maintenance for free were also things that helped with our decision to purchase a vehicle from this dealership .

The entire experience was smooth. Our salesman was very nice and helpful. The managers were helpful. We were given unlimited lifetime power train warranty and two years maintenance which I didn't find anywhere else. I will be doing business with Lokey in the future and will recommend it to friends and family.

Dave Thomas made this deal happen by phone so I didn't have to waste my traveling time. I live about 65+ miles away. The dealership staff was some of the nicest I ever worked with. Believe me in 10 years I have bought a least 25 cars and trucks so I know what I'm talking about. Hector worked hard on the financing and got it done and Sean in service had my truck checked and found the missing key and remote for it somewhere in the salesroom, and in about 15 minutes I was on my way. Great Job!

Tina was a very attentive and knowledgable saleswoman. She was able to answer all of our questions and in my opinion, is an asset to the Nissan company. Our experience with Nissan began when my wife called to find out about the Juke and if there were any available. At that time there were not. The following morning, we received an email from Jim Goins letting us know that 2 vehicles had arrived. We drove to Clearwater from Spring Hill and were greeted at the door by Jim who was in the middle of a sale, Tina was available so she took over. Overall, we are very happy with our experience at Nissan and we love the car.

Originally my Fiancee and I came to Lokey Nissan looking for a New Car and had received the worst experience from Sales Associate Ali. He was extremely pushing in a rude way, not listening to our needs and just wanted a Sale. Ali should NOT be Employeed by this dealership whatsoever. If Lokey holds a good name as everyone says it should, then something should be done about how I felt as a New Customer. My Fiancee really wanted a New Car so I decided to come back ONE more time to see how our Experience would be. As soon as we walked in, we went to the Receptionist and asked for a New Sales Associate (which the Receptionist was very nice and pleasant) and she directed us to an Employee by the name of John Lambrecht. John was extremely understanding, he listened to our needs and most importantly wasn't pushing us out the door like Ali did. I hope that John Lambrecht will be recognized for his 5 Star Customer Service that he did for my Fiancee and I and also I stress again the 5 0's Rating for Sales Associate Ali. I will recommend Lokey Nissan to my Family, Friends, and CoWorkers and have them speak to John Lambrecht directly and NEVER again to speak with Sales Associate Ali.

We thought the transaction was very deceptive & misleading. We received the negotiated quote on the back of a scrap piece of paper written in magic marker (very unprofessional). Sales person was asked on two occasions if this was the final price, not incl tag, tax & title. & he responded in the affirmative. When closing, the last doc reviewed also reflected an $800.00 dealer service fee. As budget was far exceeded, if it had been known that was applicable, we would not have agreed to the deal. Once again, we feel this is a deceptive & planned sales procedure. Due this, we are not sure we would recommend this dealership to friends, as other dealers show this up front & don't try & slide it in on the back side.We planned on only financing 10K & paying cash for the balance, we were not afforded that option, although it was vaguely acknowledge during the financing procedure. It seemed like our wished were placed second.Mike & Val Scribner

Martin was then man. He know everything about the product he was selling. The whole staff was very helpfll. I have purchased a few cars before but this was the best experiance I have had when finding a new car. The Nissan Titan will be in the family for next 10 years I hope. My Husband and I went to lokey nissan to see Martin Koehler to help us see a truck we have view on line. He was very helpful and went out of his way to make it possibe for us to buy our dream truck. 2010 Nissan Titan. We love the truck and was very please with the service we receive and would definately tell our friends about experience there. We would definately be back to see another vechicle in the future for our daughter.

Im not sure that these people really want to sell cars. We originally saw a car for $4,991 on their website, and tried to buy it at the neighboring location (same company) but the salesman wouldnt negotiate there. The price jacked up to $5600 the same day online.A week later, we tried again (same car) with this Clearwater location, and even made an appointment to come see them. Over the phone, we were told we would get the original price we wanted and that is the only reason we took the time to come in, as we felt the negotiations part was done. (On this day, the price was back down to $4,985 on their website). However, when we got there, the people had no record of our appointment, the people we originally negotiated with were conveniently not there and we waited around for 20 minutes for some new guy to help us. This guy had a unfriendly personality and acted like he didn't have any interest in what was going on with us. Once again, Lokey Nissan refused to budge whatsoever on the price. It was a wasted trip. All we were asking was for a couple hundred dollars off the price. And these guys refused to negotiate. Aren't you supposed to negotiate at a used car place?? Coincidentally, when we got home, the price of the car went back up to $5600 on their website. The same day!!The only good thing I can say is that we had decent email customer service from one of their employees who kept apologizing for the lack of service we received. But I think everyone else needs to step up their Customer Service. We eventually and reluctantly went back and bought the car (for the full price) and dealt with a new salesman who was quite nice.

I had developed an interest in Altimas at Ferman Nissan of New Port Richey. After my first visit, I really had confidence in the salesman Sean Ginley at that location. A few days before purchasing, I submitted a request for info online for comparisons. Within five minutes Mike Enix from Lokey called me and gave me tons of info including a price. When I returned to Ferman, which is more convenient to my home, I learned that Sean had resigned and I was subjected to high pressure sales techniques that made me very uncomfortable. So I drove to Lokey and had a much friendlier experience. I left that day with a new Altima.I've been driving a NIssan for just three days, but so far I love it. I would recommend Lokey to anyone.

No run-around, respectful, honest, and BEST PRICE! I wanted a new Versa hatchback with manual transmission, but I got the service of someone buying a GTR. Lokey did not have any manuals, but they worked hard for my business. Mike Enix, my salesman, searched all over Florida and found one, even equipped and with the color I preferred. He had a driver deliver it a long way to Lokey Nissan. The best part, though, is that his out the door price was much better than any other dealership in Florida. Mike was very professional, friendly and efficient in communication. With most dealerships, it was very difficult to get the out-the-door price. With another dealer, I was quoted a good out the door price, put a deposit on the car, and then found out that they were going to add on a $900 destination charge. To their credit, though they refunded my deposit. Lokey, however was always straight with me, and they would get me an answer quickly. The dealer fee was reasonable, and there was no destination fee, or any other random fees. I was only charged a fee for my special case to have it driven from another dealer. They only charged me $200 for this, which was half of what it cost them. The only snag in the buying process is that I left the second key and the owners manual at the dealership, but Mike offered to drop it off at my house on his way home! In every way, he went the extra mile. I also visited Lokey Kia, next door, to test drive a car and also found their salesman to be honest and low pressure. Another great benefit of Lokey is that they will warantee my engine and transmission for as long as I own the car, and the 1st year of maintenance is free. That's a pretty big deal. Many Nissan dealerships will do this, and they can because Nissans tend to run forever if they are properly maintained. At least that's my experience. I have told my 6 year old daughter that in 10 years, she will get to drive it, and thanks to Lokey, I am confident that she will. If you find them as good as I did, tell them John Wood sent you!

The "What We Promised" document Mr. Goins prepared included a lifetime extended coverage. This was "Missed" from the final documents, thus I had to return the next day to see what had happened. They corrected the mistake and re-figured the financing, thus clearing up the confusing. I had asked repeatedly about extended coverage but no information about cost was ever supplied, it was always deferred to the last talk with the finance guy. As a result there is no negotiation that can be done, the extended coverage is a take it or leave it option that you have to make a hurried decision on. In this case it turned what was an outstanding deal into one that was somewhat worst than the competition. Still leaves me a little disappointed, in that I end up paying for 70k extended coverage that covers the power train when the power train is already covered for life. The dealer effectively removed the ability to research extended coverage to see if better options existed that removed the power train, with there attitude that the "finance guy" would cover all that later. I even specifically asked about extended coverage in my Email to Steve prior ever coming in. I repeated my request for extended coverage and finance options when I left Friday, expecting to get the information before making a final decision, but when I returned, the answer was still elusive and left to the pressure filled environment of the "finance guy's" office. This could have all been avoided (except for the missing Lifetime power train part perhaps) if they would have presented the extended coverage information when I asked for it instead of continually pawning it off to the "finance guy".

I was in the market for purchasing a new Nissan Pathfinder. I am in the military, so I searched online for the best possible deal. After coming across a "GREAT" internet price, I contacted Lokey via telephone. I spoke with Larry who was not only rude, but very cocky as a salesman. I was asked if I was a college graduate or had previously owned a Nissan. After explaining to Larry that indeed I am a college student pursuing my Bachelor's degree, only to be told that since I'm not a college graduate or a previously Nissan owner that I did not qualify for the internet special. This was a form of deceptive advertising. Larry has very poor customer service, and a rude demeanor. He promised to have the business manager contact me no later than 9:00 am to dicuss the finance rate that never happened. I did receive a telephone call at 3:30 pm after spending the entire day waiting.I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Larry is by far the WORST saleman, and I wouldn't want him to earn a penny of commision from my hard earned money. Larry needs a refresher course in Customer Service. We purchased a new Pathfinder from Herb Gordon Nissan in Silver Spring, MD who was voted #1 in Customer satisfaction. Lokey should strive for this type recognition in the future, but I don't foresee this happening with an employee like Larry. If you insist on keeping Larry as an employee maybe you should foot the expense and send him to MD (Herb Gordon Nissan) to be trained by the BEST. Kudos to Russell States, Alan Albert, Earl & Justin!!

I gave a "Good" rating to Customer Service & Overall Experience because, I spoke to Sam he advised me that he would not be at the store on Tuesday, but that Larry would take care of me. I called Larry's cell phone on Tuesday (his cell number was given to me by Sam at my request), Larry's mail box was full. I called his cell a little later and he answered. I was calling to tell him I'd be a little late. I also advised him that his cell mail box was full, he said he doesn't know how to empty it, I advised him to call his cell company for help. When I arrived at Lokey, Larry passed me to Mike E. (a very nice and knowledgeable young man). THAT, was NOT the arrangement. I didn't want to have the salesman go to someone else for permission to make the deal (but THAT is EXACTLY what Mike had to do). I was disappointed to be "handed off". Otherwise it was a GOOD experience. Mike made sure that I was as happy as HE could make me. I DID have an attitude when I learned that I was being PASSED to someone else, THAT put a bad taste in my mouth from the START.Frank took me out for a test drive, (I don't know why Mike couldn't go). Frank was very nice. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the gentleman who was the foreman of the department that made sure the car was in tip top shape ascetically. He ALSO did a great job.As far as recommending Lokey again, I WOULD (IF) I was ASSURED that the person who side they would see my recommendation, KEPT THEIR WORD.Thank you Sharon Chapman

After visits with several other dealers recently while looking at available Nissan Cubes (and also at Honda Fits while making a decision) the staff at Lokey Nissan were by far the most pleasant to work with. Everyone we worked with was helpful, friendly, and gave us a great price without a lot of back and forth and high pressure. Overall a great experience and so far I love my car! It was a very busy night when we came to purchase the car last night and everyone was as efficient as they could be to try to get everyone processed as quickly as possible.I also learned that my boss bought her car at your location and also had a positive experience. Her salesperson was also Jim Goins.Thank you for a great car buying experience! I've already recommended Lokey Nissan to other people.

George was very easy to work with. The whole experience was stress free. I'd recommend George and Lokey to anyone looking for a Nissan. Experience was night and day compared to Courtesy in Tampa. I almost wrote Nissan off altogether after going to Courtesy. Glad that you guys are around to keep the Nissan name in a good light. We also use Lokey for my wife's car (another make) and are very pleased with them too.

This was definitely the most honest, helpful, and easy car buying experience I have ever had. Coming from a difficult financial situation, I found all the people I worked with to be compassionate and went out of their way to explain and try to help. I would recommend this dealer, but especially these employees, to anyone.
