We had an overall great first time experience here! Brian was the first to greet us and was very friendly and helpful with everything! He made sure that all our questions were answered. The sales manager was able to give us a great deal on the car we wanted and made sure that we didn’t leave unsatisfied. They were all patient and welcoming to us, which made the experience even better! Would definitely recommend, 10/10 customer service!

My experience at Long of Chattanooga was phenomenal! This was my first time purchasing a car and James Odom Sr. was amazing. He was patient and attentive. He helped me through every step, I was confident in my decisions and I was back on the road before I knew it. I had no idea what to expect during this process but Mr.Odom made sure that I understood every part of the process and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend anyone searching for a vehicle and great customer service to visit Long of Chattanooga and ask for Mr.James Odom.

Dan and then team are great guys. Wish they were at my home dealership. I may have to drive 5 hours away just to be sure to get this great team & service. Nothing like getting what you pay for and its done right the first time.

We got all the advantages of a small market company (authenticity, friendliness, support) combined with superior knowledge and a high level of professionalism. Jason Williams Andy and Bryce Young found just the right car for us, not easy right now given supply levels, and then gave us a ton of time on delivery to set it up perfectly. Initially worked with Justin, who was very helpful. But finished out the deal with Bryce and Jason. Bryce was patient with all of our questions and we never felt any pressure. And Jason helped us wrap up the deal quickly. We will certainly recommend them. Thanks for a great experience!
