My experience with Al LUNA was horrible. He had 0 interest in helping me due to my limited options, he handed me keys to search out vehicles by myself and then left to go help another family right in front of me while I still had sets of keys in my hands. I went and approached another salesman at his desk inside, and my experience from that point on was WONDERFUL. JR HENRY is amazing!!! he got the deal done, and made my day wonderful. He can expect my family members to come to him in the near future. I had a wonderful time at the dealership once I was being helped by JR. I never expected anything besides used cars to be my option and I drove off the lot in a brand new 2016 Chevy Sonic with only 7 miles on it, no credit, and very little money down. To say it wasn't one of the happiest days of my life is an understatement

Went into to the dealership just looking because the car I had was in really horrible shape almost ready to die at any moment. Started talking with Prosper and when he went out to look at my car he was determined to get me into a car that night. I have bad credit and had no down payment but Prosper and the loan specialist Theressa worked tirelessly to get me into a used car and keep my payment low. This was my first time getting a car from a regular dealership rather than a buy here pay here dealership. I have previously tried to buy cars from this dealership since 1989 and have always walked away unsatisfied and taken my business elsewhere. I decided to give them one more shot. The salesman I met, named Jim Canfield and I kind of hit it off right away. Long story short, I ended up leasing a new GMC Terrain that is just beautiful. Jim was very helpful, knowledgeable, and with the help of an on-site GM Representative, we worked out a good deal for both parties. I was having problems with red lights coming on when I was on my way to Chicago. I was close to Lou Bachrodt, but it was 6:20 pm. I thought I would take a chance and see if someone could tell me if it was safe to dive my 2014 Impala to Chicago with battery saver light on. Service dept. was closed, but my luck had just started. Fil, who sold me my 2014 Impala last year, was standing outside. Once I shut the car off, it would not start. Fil went inside and got a booster to jump the car. He could tell that it was my battery because of the way it looked. I told him I was on my way to Chicago for my Grandson's 2nd birthday. He said, do not worry I will give you a car to use. Unbelievable!! Fil went the extra mile and saved the birthday party. Thanks again,Fil

LOU BACHRODT is the best car dealership around, and SAM FERRILLE is the BEST salesman!!! As our 2013 Buick Verano was coming off lease, Sam worked with us in planning our actual purchase of the car. We had several discussions over the last few months about this. Sam made the entire process quite pleasurable. Our finance consultant, Ed Sennett, also made that part of the transaction quite pleasant as well, in a very amusing way. We are repeat customers at this dealership, as well as at its alternate previous location on East State Street here in Rockford, IL. All of our buying and repair experiences have been rated A++ and 10 stars. The dealership is clean, the people are friendly, the service is great. What else can we say!?!

The entire facility was WONDERFUL while in the process of leasing/signing the papers and making the deal final. However, I leased the car on Saturday (brand new 2016 Malibu), and it was already in need of repair on Sunday. I took the car in on Monday, and they rushed me into the service station and dumped me off as quickly as possible. They now need to keep my car for the entire week in order to fix it, but not one time from anyone in the establishment did I hear any form of an apology for the negative experience, the inconvenience of missing work, or the fact that the car didn't even last 100 miles before it needed new parts. I understand they don't know if the part is faulty, and that definitely is NOT their fault, but their mean and dismissive attitudes were not appreciated. For an establishment that makes big claims about being family, and wanting you to always feel that they care, I am shocked and disgusted. All I needed was an apology and some understanding, Bachrodt. Don't count on any good reviews from me.

He was not pushy and wanted to please us. It was a pleasure, he has also called us to make sure there we were happy, and any issues. We have took the tahoe in for wax job, but when we picked our car up it was raining, nasty weather. I would like to get free car wash if possible. Knew nothing of leasing,but Kevin Lee (our sales rep) presented the program on a level that was easy to understand. Found just the vehicle that met our needs with Kevin's help. A true gem and how refreshing to see a staff care about how you feel than how much money they make. Visited over ten dealerships on this search, armed with the upmost internet data and Consumer Reports books. Same old same old at all, yet entered Lou B expecting the same of course. Couldn't have been more wrong. Fil, my sale assoc., had everything I learned and studied in his head and then some. Never insulting my intelligence he taught me beyond the auto. Dynamite mannerisms, friendly, and knew his skills to boot. Got the deal of a lifetime, and felt apart of a family. Everyone was so kind and I think they actually love their jobs. George came out to greet me after the true and truly has put that place on the map in my eyes. Brian back in cust. service was superb and has every need under control. I want to personally thank all of them and Fil especially because that's the first time my trust was earned so easily. On another note, the facilities were extremely comfortable top to bottom and heck... after changing my own oil for nearly forty years I think I'm gonna kick back in that lobby, enjoy some coffee and surf on my iPad with little or no chance of having to work on getting that oil outta my sleeve in the wash. Thanks again for an outstanding sale, I couldn't be happier!

From the first time you are greeted at the door to the final time leaving the dealership with the keys of your new vehicle in your hand you will feel like you have your own personal assistant. Brandon Campbell was fantastic in letting me figure out if the car was right for me without pushing or over selling. After taking my time shopping for a car and getting the same old same old, was flabbergasted by a breath of fresh air at this dealership. How fresh to find an amazing asset to the the Lou B team with sales associate Filiberto "Fil" Sotomayor there. Not only does this dude know every bell and whistle on ALL automobiles, but he puts it to you in an understandable way. I came there armed ( as I had in ten other dealerships ), with the typical Internet and consumer reports data. I poured over this stuff for a month to the point I could sell or buy them. Multiple models, and Fil not only sells them... he knows them! It's like he studied them with me, and not only that , he knows so much more and didn't make me feel stupid. I swear I got such a good deal, I kept looking for police in my rear view mirror that we're gonna nail me for stealing. I had no intention on buying when I walked in, but when Jupiter, Mars and Saturn line up you don't let this deal get away. The whole process was PERFECT! Everyone was uptempo and super friendly, from the top ( who personally came out to congratulate and meet me ) to Brian in customer care and service. What a friendly and safe feeling environment it is there. What a gem, so close to home. Experiences like this truly reassure me of the good old days and that people really can care more about residual business rather than the almighty dollar and quite frankly with me, they've earned it and deserve it!

Now that we have found ourselves in a position to make a purchase we decided to come back and see Fil. We waited for over an hour while Fill finished up with another customer because we wanted to be guided by him again. He was very helpful, informative, professional and had a great attitude during our experience. Through the entire process he was fantastic. Christmas Day I opened my car door, from the inside, and the handle came off in my hand!! I went to the Service Dept on Saturday but it was not open. Monday morning I set up an appointment but had to reschedule when I couldn't get out of my garage because of the snow piled up. I was waiting for the plow-guy and when he came I called to set a definite time. I got there and the 'fix' was taken care of. Everyone is always so kind to me whenever I go there.

I just wanted to take a minute to share my truck buying experience at Lou Bachrodt Auto Group. I had been in the market for a brand new 2016 Chevrolet Colorado truck and had been searching around online for weeks when I stumbled upon a red hot Colorado that I loved on Lou Bachrodts website. When I arrived yesterday at Lou Bachrodt prepared to make an offer on this truck I was greeted by salesman, Jim Canfield, who was holding the door open for myself as I approached the front doors. As I walked in Jim introduced himself and asked if he could be of any assistance. After sitting down and talking with Jim about this Colorado truck that I had my eyes on we then went on a test drive to allow myself to get a better feel for it. After the test drive I made an offer and before I knew it I was now the new owner of this red hot 2016 Chevrolet Colorado truck that I had wanted. Jim was a very down to earth and friendly family oriented guy and very knowledgeable when it came to the new Colorado. He made the whole truck buying process very easy and was the complete opposite of a high pressure car salesman that often scare potential car buyers away. After the deal had been done Jim spent additional time with me making sure I was completely comfortable with my new Colorado before I drove away in it. I could really tell that Jim wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with everything because like he said he wants to be able to sell me my next vehicle again in the future. I would highly recommend Lou Bachrodt Auto Group and salesman Jim Canfield to anyone in the market for their next vehicle. Thanks again Jim! I love my new Colorado!

I stopped in to get my flat tire fixed. I was surprised that I had to pay for the flat tire to be fixed because the vehicle is still under warranty. Luckily, I had talked to a woman the night before and she had scheduled me for an appointment because when I first got to the dealership I was told that between 7:30-9:00am was packed with appointments and I would have to come back. But the person helping me looked in the computer and noticed that I had an appointment. The waiting time was minimal and I was only late to work by an hour.

I went into Lou Bachrodt not really knowing exactly what I wanted. My sales rep Jim C was very patient and not at all pushy. I felt like he really just wanted me to love my car. He helped me find and fall in love with my 2015 Chevy Cruze and it is just fantastic! I love the car and we were beyond thrilled with the service we received. Everyone was great about answering all of the ten million questions I had about a diesel car and I am confident that I got exactly what I needed. We will definitely be returning for our next vehicle purchase.

My first visit, I was helped by a guy named JR. He greeted us with a handshake and a smile, he offered us coffee as we walked in the door and told us that this experience would be our best and last. He has lived up to this statement. I was having some problems with a Jeep I had bought from a different dealership and had gone to JR. He assured me there was something he could do to fix my problem and he did. He is the most honest, compassionate, thoughtful, humorous, professional, and all around great guy to work with. When JR says he is going to do something, he follows through. JR contacts me with special offers and has taken the time to get to know us every time we walk into the lot. He has even personalized these offers and vehicles choices to fit my likings. My daughter has boughten a car through JR as well and my second daughter will be doing the same. JR was the first salesman that I met from Lou Bachrodt, he made such a good first impression that he is the only car salesman that I will work with when going to Lou Bachrodt. I would recommend JR to friends, family, and anyone else in search of a new or used car. We've been going to this dealer for the past 5 years and have bought two vehicles from JR. In my opinion, he is simply the best.

The last four or five have been through the same salesperson. Lothan "JR" Henry is the one we always work with. He is outstanding. JR called my wife last Friday and informed her of some great deals they were having. We decided to visit on Monday. JR informed us he had a vehicle in mind for us. After sitting with him for a bit to talk and fill out some paperwork, he brought around a 2015 Chevy Equinox LS. It was just what my wife wanted. Even the color, as it turns out she was wanting a silver one.After doing some paperwork with Finance Manager Frank Sumpter, usually the painful part, but Frank was very easy to talk with and made everything easy, we were on the road in my wifes new Equinox. Quite the upgrade from her 2007 one. I won't even look for vehicles at any other dealer. If I need one, I'm calling JR at Bachrodt. If he doesn't call me first.

Well I stopped by a few weeks earlier looking for a used vehicle for my mother-in-law. At the time they did not have anything in her price range on the lot. However a little over a week Dale called with what he thought was a great vehicle and within her price range. When I brought her back out, the 2002 Ford Explorer was more than we both expected. This vehicle was in close to showroom condition with very low miles. They did run the vin# through the internet and found no major service problems or accidents, she purchased the car that day. I know some dealers only like to work with newer vehicles, but in this case he was all about getting her in a decent used vehicle. Dale was easy to work with and if he says he is going to keep an eye out for you, he will. He is a good family oriented person and really works hard for his customers. Sam was extremely professional and had excellent knowledge on all the GM products we asked about. He also had excellent communication skills, was patient and was not high pressure. What looked to be a typical busy Saturday at a car dealership was just that and my wife and I were "looking" and doing some fact finding for my new truck. Al Luna sat with us, listened to what we were looking for in a truck and literaly ran around bringing a few vehicles over for us to look at and discern on. He did not try to push the most expensive truck even though my wife and I were eyeballing it hard an heavy. Al focused on the features and the price as we did have a monthly payment in mind for budgeting. Al kept us to it and then some. He found the perfect truck with more amenities than I ever could have asked for. By the time that we were signing a purchase agreement we noticed that we were the only customers left and it was the end of the day. We offered to come back but they would have noting of it. Al and Larry stayed with us, worked out a very nice deal on the truck and gave me a very generous trade in value for my old GMC that has over 200,000 miles on it. I could not have asked for nicer people to work with. The staff at Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall would be hard to beat in my opinion and my truck buying experience was very pleasant. I would reccomend anyone in a days drive from Rockford to stop in and visit with Al, you will not be sorry at all.

We just purchased our third car from Bachrodt, our second from Ron freeman. We bought a 2015 Buick Enclave from Ron and we couldn't be happier, Ron is a great guy and a better salesman. He took care of us with professionalism, no pressure and helped us get a great deal. We had to take the car back for some minor pin-striping and, again, Ron was super, he chatted with me while the car was being serviced. I have been having issues with my windshield ever since I bought it. Has like copper color spider cracks in it, have taken it back 4 times, they say they buffed it out. The last time I went the general manager got in the car with me, he seen them sprayed some solution on inside of windshield, most went away but seen a few more, I told him I wanted a new windshield, still under warranty, so they ordered the windshield. The next day I drive my car all day only could see scratches when the sun hit windshield at a certain angle....I Never saw anymore of those scratches!!!! Guess what I called back left a message and said do not order windshield, sorry to be a pain in the butt, I have never seen the scratches on wind shield again and I got a call and said your wind shield is in! They called me I repeated my conversation with them, I was told if I see those scratches give them a call and they will order windshield again. Now how great is that.

The last two times I have come in for oil change and multi point inspection I asked for my tire pressure display to be setup on my dashboard. My dashboard just says Tire Learn after both to times. If this is something I can setup I would like to know but either way my requests have either been forgotten or ignored.

I'm new to the entire process of purchasing a car, but he made me feel comfortable and offered the best advice for my budget and safety. After a brief conversation he recommended that I purchase a slightly used Chevy Cruze. Of course it's a great car, but I had to look around to feel comfortable about my decision. He was patient with me and made sure that I understood the cost and safety differences of all the cars I showed interest in. I did purchase the 2013 Chevy Cruze and I LOVE IT! I have no complaints. He even called me to ensure that I'm happy with the vehicle. JR made sure that my budget was in the forefront of the conversations. He was straightforward and didn't waste my time. Before I left he made sure I understood the car details and specifications. He also ensured that my OnStar and FX Radio were set up before I left. When I left the dealership I had nothing to worry about! I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing your car from JR. P.S. While I was at the dealership there was another family that requested him because they purchased a car from him previously and only wanted to work with him! When I bought vehicle from Lou Bachrodt Larry Hansen in finance, talked to me about the 3 in 1 policy covering damage from road hazards, I bought policy. I hit a hazard in the road, taking a chunk out of my wheel, called policy company, they said no problem, take to dealer to comfirm damage, policy company rejected claim. Came in to talk to Larry, he went way out of his way to resolve problem, thank you Larry. Wheel was $915.00. Always have a good experience with the service department. My issue is with quality of the car. Among the items I wanted checked was the engine running rough on idle. They checked and found no problem codes in the computer, and yet it is very obvious to me still. I'm not impressed with the engine.

Have been happy with the service and staff at the dealership. Dissapointed with the quality of this Tahoe. It is 3 years old with 70K miles. Have had to replace the battery, replace the radio/navigation system, DRL lights, windshield wiper motor. Overall the quality of this tahoe is far below previous tahoes. I trade every 2-3 years and am looking at comparable SUV's in other brands for this trade. Very dissapointing.

I just want to say first off that i just filed bankruptcy just over a year ago. the first time that i approached this dealership they explained to me what i needed to do so i could get a new car. I went back to the dealership about 8 months later and i did exactly what they requested of me. The experiences I've had with warranty service on my Trailblazer have been overall very good. As far as recommending your dealership to a friend, I think it would depend on the price of the vehicle comparable to other dealerships. Service is good but I liked State St. better. Probably because it was a smaller operation and seemed a little smoother. I like the fact that your dealership is involved in community action i.e. blood drives, city market, toy drive at Christmas. These are very commendable activities.

Dale Kluck and JR Henry were absolutley great! We came in later in the evening; both Dale and JR stayed 1-1/2 hours after closing time helping us out during our new vehicle purchase! Bachrodt worked with us during the pruchase, treated us fairly on our high mileage trade-in, gave us a tour of the dealership, so we were famlilar with where we'll need to go for service and parts, and throughly explained the service dept. process. Pat in the finanance office also stayed after closing to help us with the paperwork. We never felt pressured, we were allowed to take an adequate test to make sure this was the vehicle we wanted. The folks in the detail dept. stayed late as well and nicely detailed the car for the delivery and they even filled with gas. Once we were to take final delivery, both Jr and Dale spent an hour and went over every manual, every switch, every feature and function of the entire vehicle, from front to back...all well past closing time!! Most importantly they were always pleasant and professsional, and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. If we can expect and receive this same level of service going forward with our new Chevy, we'll be truely delighted buying our new car from Bachrodt. I thought Nic did a good job for making his second car sale. Still needs to learn the features of the car better. This car had no wifi as he said during the test drive. My fault for not following up. But he listened to my needs. He assured me that the car met those needs. Some of the detailing on the car I needed to redo. There were water marks all over the dash when I got the car into the sunlight the next day. And I had to bring the car back on Monday to have the nitrogen levels properly set. It was after closing on Saturday when we completed the deal. So I understand those things could not be addressed then. These are small things that can be addressed. The follow up has been very good.

Tabetha did a great job securing a car rental for some recall on my car. I was told it could take 4 days but it was done in 2.5 days. It was sort of a pain to keep coming back for the oil consumption test since we don't live in town but understand the process. Everyone was confused with the dye they put in. we were told from one that they would take a deeper look where the problem was. the mechanic said that was for leaking- we told them we had no leakage on the garage floor. so we were confused about that purpose. Again Tabetha stepped in and gave us a coupon toward an oil change since we had to pay for the dye. Appreciated that.

A BMW has been in my dreams for years. Last week returning from a meeting, following a whim I stopped at Lou Bachrodts just for a look. Before I had finished walking around the BMW closest to the showroom door Josh Schneider, the client rep, approaching me said Hello. My experience had begun. Josh is welcoming and casual. As I was soon to learn, he also is well versed not only in BMW data but also in human relations. Sooner than I realized I was engaged in conversation. Although my initial intention was simply looking, Josh was engaging me. Surprising even myself, I discovered I was talking about my BMW! Josh listened carefully attentive. I was even asking questions. Josh responding, gave me the info I needed it was always accurate, sufficient never more than what I needed. After a short while I found myself listening more and more to Josh. Only later do I realize he is leading me to be very well informed in ways that were very helpful but about which I had never even thought. Josh is people savvy! He is very helpful. After some time we agreed that I had made a decision except for one thing the color was not what I wanted. Suddenly he sparked and then said he had my color except the car had not yet been detailed. So Josh created a plan for me go get my car the details are not important for this review. The plan worked flawlessly. Now Im a proud and happy BMW driver.I love looking at my BMW! Summary: Josh is technically knowledgeable about BMWs - he educated me quickly and easily. He understands human interactions and relationships in order to help, not to exploit, the buyer. Reflecting on my experience as a human transaction I feel enriched having met Josh hes a friendly guy and Im glad to know him.in some ways my BMW experience was doubly enriching for me.

I brought the car in because it would not start and I needed an Oil change. Turns out the battery needed replacing and I picked the car up at the end of the day after servicing. While driving home the Low Tire Pressure light came on. I returned the next week and the tires were checked and refilled. However, the Low Tire light was still on and I asked about it. I was told I just needed to drive the car and it would reset. So I left but the light never went off. I returned and this time they told me that the light had to be reset. This was done and although the customer service was prompt and polite, I was not very pleased with all the wasted time and effort. It does not appear that you check the quality of repairs.

My car had stopped moving. After I was able to get it going I drove right to Lou Bachrodt so that I wouldn't have to be towed. No problem. They took me right in, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and replaced them when they came in. They also got me a rental car. No complaints from me. Service was great.

First, I wanted to drop my car off the night before but I wasn't able to make it there by 6pm, I was 5 minutes late. Most businesses would tell you "too bad." Not Bachrodt! They still alowed me to hand my keys to a live person. The next day I got a call on my cell phone around 8am from a number I didn't recognize. I was shocked when I listened to my voice mail and found that it was Ryan from Bachrodt telling me he had found the problem with my door! I called Ryan back. He was friendly and knowledgable (sounds so cliche but it was true). He told me exactly what was wrong, how to fix it, and what it would cost. I agreed to get it done. He called back in a short time and said it was done AND he had done my ignition recall while he was at it. Maybe this is expected. Maybe it's routine for your company but I thought it was extraordinary that Ryan got my repair done, faster than I though AND he did my recall. Oh, and the price was lower than expected. Please give Ryan my heartfelt thanks for a job well done. He turned a pretty bad day into a good one with his excellent customer service. Chris Jacobs

Thursday, January 22nd, I was introduced to Al Luna, a salesman at Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall in Rockford. While my wife and I were considering the possibility of purchasing a new car "sometime", because of the excellent customer care provided by Al and the willingness to create a favorable purchasing environment, we left the dealership that evening with a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox, the vehicle we were most interested in. Al did not apply any undo or uncomfortable pressure during the process. He provided us with good information regarding the vehicle, the purchasing process, the service provided by Bachrodt, and the willingness of the dealership to work with us so we could get the vehicle we liked at a price we could afford. I have purchased several cars over the course of time that we have lived in Rockford but found this experience to be the best overall. It was the first time to purchase from Lou Bachrodt and the first time to work with Al Luna, I would highly recommend both based on my recent purchase.

Both timing and great effort came together with this vehicle. I had just purchased a 2010 Tahoe with low miles and obviously the Toyota dealer did a poor job checking it out because I had nothing but electric problems. When I arrived at Bachrodt's they still had a 2014 Arcadia sitting on the showroom floor. They worked with me to get me to the price point I needed and with my GM rewards points I was able to get out of the used Tahoe without out to much heartache. It was a scary time for us investing so much into this truck. However, you made us feel calm and did not pressure us in any way. After the purchase of our truck you offered to wash it once a week (which we might just let you do) and to us, that was above and beyond. You showed us how everything worked inside the truck and we thought that was pretty special. Not many sales people do that. They would like to get you in, sign paperwork and send you down the road. Everything was great ,except for in the customer waiting area, I purposely picked a chair in the corner of the room away from everyone, so I would no disturb anyone . I was playing a game on my cell phone , looked up and a lady( another customer ) was standing over me, and asked me to put my phone on mute , so I stopped playing, she then sits down for a couple of minutes and leaves, there are no signs stating that u can not play games while u r there , and I was not playing a very loud one. ( pac man.)

I had an appointment. I was taken care of right away. I didn't like I had to pay for my oil change due to I just bought the car and I was told.....once my oil was down to 20%.....it would be free. When I got there.....I was at 17% but 25,000 sum miles. I was told it had to be 24,000 miles. When I bought the care.....it had close to 21,000 miles already and I don't drive far in it so.....there was no need for an oil change at that time. I also didn't like that I had to pay for tire rotation & I brought it in for 2 recalls. I alerted the dealer when I got the car that there was scrubbing in my front breaks. Brought it in and was told nothing was wrong. Than along with the recall.....dealer alerted me there was an alert that my tires or breaks needed to be fixed. I don't believe I should have paid anything at all!

The first salesman that we dealt with didn't seem to know his job, after 2 hours of his disappearing and reappearing we walked out. In stepped Mike Fisher, this man knows his job inside and out. I asked him to write down and send me, via e-mail the breakdown of how the asking price was determined from the MSRP on the truck we were interested in buying. We had that the next day. There were many obstacles we encountered the day we went to pick up the truck, none of which was the dealers fault, but Mike handled it like a pro that he is. All I can say is if not for Mike stepping in we would of purchased else where.

Everything was done well. We did think that 3 hours was a little long for an oil change and tire rotation. Also, the tires are suppose to be at 35 according to the door and we ask them about this, but when we left the pressure was 31 all around. The salesman that helped me buy my car is Sam Ferrille. He took the time to introduce me to the manager & others he works with & also the finance person. He was going to introduce me to the service center people but they had left for the day. Sam helped me get the OnStar set up. & gave me his # & said to call him if I had other questions.I would have called him Fir. but he had the day off so I just drove to the service center when I had a problem with the burning smell on the brake pads. They fixed my car & loaned me one to drive, so everything went smoothly. I was so happy it did because I only had my new car about 2 days! Went in for an oil change on my 6 mo old Verano. The service wrighter said that it would not be free because the milage was only 1800 mi. I was not happy and said, change the oil. When the work was finished I was told that there was no charge. The service writer (Tabatha Lindstrom)did a good job of defusing a potential unhappy customer. She did a good job.

Jennifer & the tire guy(sorry I don't remember his name) made this inconvenient tire experience more tolerable.They took the time to show me the nails in my tire and what was being done to repair it. We also looked at the rest of the tires as a double check for me. I had just been in the week before for air in all 4 tires and was really upset when the tire signal appeared. I've seen many changes with the dealership as Pontiac was fazed out and now as all of the new cars have been moved to the Bachrodt Auto Mall at Cherryvale. I always went to the "Bachrodt on State" for all my purchases and service and was treated wonderful, so when I discovered that I had to take my car to the Auto Mall for service and start over with a new service writer, I was very nervous because Randy Wallace has been taking care of me for years and I got spoiled! We ordered Nancy's loaded Black Sapphire Metallic 2015 BMW X1 xDrive28i from the factory and got my more moderately equipped Mineral White Metallic 2015 BMW X1 xDrive28i from their inventory. Service on our BMWs has been perfect - always done right the first time. We've leased most of our BMWs. Leases allow us to only pay for the time we have the cars and then get a new one in three years. Thank you Richard Dummer for all you have done for us.

I purchased a used Buick Lacrosse from Bachrodt Auto Mall. My sales agent was Ron Freeman. Never had a better experience than working with him. He explained everything so well and was pleasant to deal with. Sad to say that after the deal was completed the sales experience turned into a Bachrodt-orchestrated mess. When I wrote the check for the vehicle I told the financial rep that I did not want the check sent to the bank until I had informed him that a fund transfer had been completed. It took about seven days to have funds transferred from my IRA to my bank check account. On the sixth day following the sale I call the sales rep and informed him that the fund transfer had been held up and would not be completed until the following day (day 7) and not to have the check sent through until I had advised him that the fund transfer was complete. The morning of day 7 one of our friends called us and said that she tried to cash a check we had written to her and was told there were insufficient funds. She had made two attempts at cashing the check, once on day 4 and once on day 6, both uncsuccessfully. I called Bachrodt and was told that they had waited 3 days and then waited 3 more days before submitting the check for payment, despite my asking them to not submit the check until I had told them that the fund transfer had been completed. That was not true since our friend had tried to cash her check on day 4 and could not because the checking account had already been overdrawn. It took about two weeks to get this all straightened out. There were other checks that had failed to clear and it was quite unpleasant to have to go to those friends and explain what had happened.

Ron Freeman was excellent (as usual). Took plenty of time to explain our new car. Was always courteous and listened! Everything great! One comment: can't you get more comfortable seating in the showroom? Those tables and chairs make the showroom experience seem like sitting in a high school cafeteria, no matter how great the people are. Also a public coffee and, at least, water station would be more relaxing than having to wait on someone to go someplace and get you something.

Me and my dad went shopping for cars this past monday. We weren't originally intending to buy a car that day, more just to see what was out there. Our first stop was Lou Bachrodt Automall, and it was our last stop. Our sales rep J.R. My customer service rep that I had was great.When I arrive he was right there to get me in.I think it took alittle longer than it should have for a oil change and tire rotation.I waited a hour and half for my truck to get done and that was with a appointment.over all I would not go anywhere else or buy a truck anywhere else.

I had visited your dealer in the past looking for a used car and just could never find the right one or the right sales person. I thought I would give it a try again a year later. Looking for a good used car I came back in and was greeted by Sam Ferrille. He was very personable and fun to work with and I felt it was all about me and no one else. I have never felt this at ease in a car dealer before, it has always been rushed and under pressure. Bottom line is I did leave with a NEW suv and I wasn't rushed or pressured. Brandon Campbell went beyond just being helpful. He listened my list of wants and my husbands list of needs and got us into every vehicle within our specification. We left and came back a couple times and Brandon was always patient, understanding and willing to work with us. I ended up with a vehicle that I was convinced was not the one for me, I was wrong. This was also the vehicle that Brandon wanted me to look at on the first day and I was not even willing to try. So, when you see me driving around in my beautiful red 2014 GMC Terrain with the moon roof open and my iPod playing awesome 80's music, tell Brandon that he knows what he's doing. I love my Terrain!
