My family has been going to LOWE for every 10 years; because they are incredible and friendly. They want to help you get a new, used or your own dream car. They are simply the best! Lowe helped my family purchase a used 2015 SS Camaro this Christmas. My family has purchased at least 5 different vehicles to my knowledge besides the Camaro: Great prices eveytime, Excellent services, They ensure all of their vehicle are the best no excuses.One of the vehicles we still own and is still driving is our 2004 Silverado. doesn't want to die off. When shopping around for a new vehicle, not only was the staff polite, they stayed past their hours to ensure I was taken care of. From the general manager, to finance and the sales person. Not only did they match the trade in value of my vehicle with what another dealer was offering, they called me in the next day and said they found a better interest rate for me! I was specific on the type of vehicle and price range and they didn't try to steer me into another direction. This was the friendliest car dealership I have ever been to and everyone was always willing to help!

Even before I ever stepped foot inside the dealership, Darla Potter made my experience comfortable and relaxing. She took the time to go through all the available vehicles and helped to pick the one that was perfect for my budget and lifestyle. Jody in finance is a miracle worker! I came to test drive a new Chevy Colorado last Saturday. I didn't like the color I test drove, so we found one in Rolla. Unfortunately, someone already put an offer in for it. By Monday, Darla had found me the perfect Colorado in KC. She worked the dealer trade Tuesday, and by Wednesday, someone went to KC to pick it up. Today, Thursday, I drove it off the lot a happy guy.

I purchased my car 4 years ago brand new. Kenny Allen was so professional and overly helpful to make sure I was getting what I wanted with all the bells and whistles. My car has always been serviced by LoWes and I would to even think of taking it elsewhere. George Allen used to take care of all the service but when he wasn't in service anymore Chad and Rod went above and beyond to make sure that everything was corrected each time. My vehicle needed service. I can't thank the hem enough for all they have done over the last few years.

I called Lowe Chevrolet because I was in the market for a used GMC Yukon XL. They happened to have one in stock. From the time I called to the time I drove my vehicle home I was treated with respect. They are located 7 hours away but it was well worth the drive. The best part of the entire experience was the fact they were completely honest with me. They told me the tires would need to be replaced soon and that there was a scratch on the back tailgate and they adjusted the price to reflect those things. Kenny never put any pressure to purchase, he just wanted to make sure this was the right vehicle for my family. Thank you for making this a hassle free buying experience.

I went to Lowe to trade in my Jeep Wrangler and Rich worked to find a truck in my price range and with the exact specs I was looking for in a very short time. They gave me a great offer on my trade in. It was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back in the future when it is time to buy a new car. We LOVE buying from Lowe Chevrolet! Since 2008 we have bought 3 Suburbans, 1 Silverado, 1 Malibu, and 1 Mazda 6! Of those vehicles, 1 of them was brand new and two were certified. Our main Salesman has been Kenny Allen. Kenny has always been straight with us! And we have always received the best deals from Lowe Chevrolet. Trust me when I say we kept them honest and put them to the test. They have consistently offered/paid more for the vehicles we were trading vs any other dealership! Usually about 1500/2000 more! It is such a friendly atmosphere inside the dealership. Even the folks in the service department are courteous and friendly. We have a son who will be turning 16 soon and it is safe to say we will go to Lowe's before we hit any other dealership. I really can not say enough good things about Lowe Chevrolet! So I moved to the Waynesville area this past spring. Went to a couple of dealerships near post and it seemed no one wanted to work with me. I ended up buying two vehicles (truck and a car) in one week at the local toyota dealership and was happy to have been able to get financed in two vehicles but my experiences after the sale left me uneasy. Some concerns were fixed once I got the General Manger involved but it should of never have gotten that far. So, now I have been here five months, two car payments later, a total of three payments with my bike I needed to do a reality check on having so many car payments going out as a single person. I first reached out to above mention dealership, giving them another chance but soon realized if I was about to trade in two vehicles, one being my beloved Harley Davidson Street Bob I wanted something different then a similar vehicle to what I had just bought in May. I had and Scion and now was being pushed to buy a SCION FRS. I didn't see much of a difference.I contacted Lowe's and was put in touch with Kenny Allen. He allowed me to explain my current situation and what I was looking to do. Go down from three monthly payments, and three insurance payments down to two. I was willing to trade in my new car and my bike but I didn't want to take a loss on what I owed on the bike, knowing I was going to get hit with the car , it being so new and we all know how they loose value as soon as you drive them off the lot.So when I went there for first visit to take the car, then return with the bike to get trade in offers, there was a gentleman there, who I later came to know as Jody Cromer, the finance manager, who struck up a conversation with me as I waited for Kenny. What I liked from the beginning and often hard for me, because when I want something , I want it now Kenny explained to me it would take a couple days to get a deal because with the trade ins, he wanted it done right. Me being an impatient person I thought that was a hint it wasn't going to happen or if it was I was going to take a huge hit, and rightly so given what I was trying to do.Well two days later, as promised, I was there in Jody's office amazed, given the circumstances the deal I was about to walk out with. It was hard to let go of the bike, no lie, and I didn't get what I thought I would get for a trade in value on the bike but the overall deal I got was amazing. I got a lower interest rate then the Toyota Scion, less monthly payments and believe it or not my insurance dropped going from the Scion to a 2015 Camaro!From beginning to end the teamwork between Kenny and Jody was great. Now , the test for them going forward will they keep me coming back there? Time will tell. I'm thinking my experience at this dealership will be different then previous one so as of right now, I will direct anyone I know to them above all other dealerships here in the area.Lee

My wife and I got stranded in Waynesville because our car broke down. After exhausting all other viable ways to keep on our trip we found our way to Lowe Chevrolet. I had been using this dealership's service department and always received top notch service. So when I decided it was time to begin shopping for a new vehicle it seemed only natural to give their sales department a try! George Allen was my salesman and I highly recommend him. He listened to me learning my likes, dislikes, needs, wants, and budget. Most of all he didn't rush me and didn't let me settle for something he didn't think I would be happy with 6 months down the road just because it was on the lot. He searched and found exactly what I wanted. Even more exciting Lowe Chevrolet gave MORE for my trade in than I expected! Oh and don't be surprised if all the employees you see greet you with a smile and a hi, including the owner! From the moment I walked in I was taken care of with the up most respect and profesionalism. I came in with the coupon that offerd to cut your payment in half or they will make your next payment for you.( if you qualified) which I didnt. We recently purchased a Chevy Equinox from another Chevrolet dealership, but have been having our service done at Lowe Chevrolet. After our "new", "reliable" vehicle quit us a few weeks ago, Lowe Chevrolet assisted us in getting a replacement part. We can't thank Chad Evans and Rod Ray enough for helping us get back on the road. Likewise, the technicians that worked on our vehicle did an outstanding job. Chad heard about our break-down, and called us while we sat on the side of the road and offered his assistance. This is the dealership that in my opinion, will restore a consumers faith in cars salesman and dealer owners. I was not a "prime" borrower but Jody and Rob worked very hard to get me in to the vehicle that I wanted. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get my first choice. However, because of the interactions I had with Jody (before meeting him in person) and the level of respect I was given as a buyer regardless of my situation I decided to continue working with him and shoot for something more economical that I could get in to. I had a choice to buy the same car from a dealer 10 miles away from my house, but the rapport that we had made me want to drive the 100 miles to get there and buy a car from him. I am glad that I did.Jody parked the car I was approved for under a shelter to prevent it from getting hailed on, the night before we drove out there. I was very appreciative of this. My wife and I drove to the dealership the next day and the car was still there. Shortly after test driving I walked inside and the Owner of all people walked up to me and shook my hand to introduce himself. He knew exactly who I was and was fully aware that I was there for a different vehicle but chose to travel and purchase one of their models instead. I cannot tell you how awesome this was for me. I never had an owner take the time to really interact with the customers the way Mr. Lowe did.Jody took his time explaining the features of our new Cruze to us. He made sure we were comfortable in the vehicle and even checked up on us shortly after we arrived home to make sure my wife liked the vehicle.It takes a lot for me to put trust in a car dealership and even more car salesman. I bought an H3 in about 15 minutes. Jody was my sales guy, and what a professional. He was honest, and courteous throughout my entire experience. He made my wife and I feel like we were the most important people on the planet. The financing with Rob was so easy. My first visit was just because I thought I would have my vehicle serviced while I was at work. Everyone was so friendly that I have since changed to this dealership for all of my business even though it means an extra 25 mile drive on my day off. I have an older vehicle and as I suspected it was in need of a lot of work. I had the service department check everything out and give me an estimate. Yes the ending costs about took my breath away. However, I knew I was not ready to purchase a new vehicle. The service advisor, Chad, broke it all down for me, explaining what needed to be fixed right away for my safety, what could wait a bit, and so forth so, making it very affordable and relieving a great deal of stress. I'm happy to say that we finally got the list complete and my vehicle runs like she is brand new now. I have recommended several of my friends to come to Lowes after seeing Rod and Chad treating customer after customer just like they treated me... understanding I need my vehicle fixed, with safety in mind, but making it where I could afford to have it done. Lowe's has a great service team and I'm so happy I discovered them!

Best service department in town. I needed a few tune-ups on my newly bought 2014 Cruze. I set an appoinment with the service manager Rod Ray, the same day I was put in a loaner and my car was done by that evening. As soon as I got there Chad had all my paper work ready and I was in and out within a few mins. Everyone was very polite and professional. Thank you Rod and Chad for your excellent service. I purchased my truck using the GM Military Discount program. I also applied a USAA rebate and a GM credit card rebate to the purchase. Rob Caldwell handled my transaction, much of which was done via phone/email since I was working out of state when I started the process. From the onset of my new car experience, Mrs. Callen & Mr. Shoemaker of Lowe Chevrolet demonstrated the prowess of an experienced Sales Consultant & Manager. Their aptitude for engaging all the necessary frequencies of their customer was paramount. The experience I had that day was phenomenal. I believe I had the best sales representative there. I had Chuck Rogers. This was the first time buying my car and I had no idea what I was doing. We looked at cars in my price range. He was honest about the information on the car and that's hard to come by now a days at car dealerships. Starting in April of this year I was on a quest to find a used Jeep Wrangler of my liking. After viewing the available vehicles in the Chicago market I was unable to find one that met my price, mileage and color constraints. I then reluctantly began looking on Ebay and Autotrader for possible matches outside my zone. Within days I found a match, unfortunately for me it was located in Waynesville, Missouri approximately seven hours from my home.. UGH!!!! I spent a day or so collecting my thoughts; how was I going complete this long distance deal?!?!? We know all too well how the internet is filled with elaborate scams and schemes, I didnt want to be just another statistic. I quickly began to do my homework in order to determine the legitimacy of Lowe Chevrolet and everything seem to checkout just fine. Now it was time to call, Stressful to say the least, I didnt want to be presented with a fast talking, high pressured salesman, I would have ran in a second. Thankfully my call was taken by Don Pitts, Lowes Sales Consultant, he was absolutely perfect. Dons calming personality and structured approach set me at ease immediately. Knowing I was quite a distance away Don took the time to guide me through a detailed tour of the Jeep. Through a series of follow up calls Don maintained his clear, calm and reassuring approach. Second guessing myself every step of the way I located a third party to put hands on the vehicle and gave me their impression of the Jeep. Their answer was exactly like that received by Don, the vehicle was true to Dons description to the end. We were able to close this deal by the end of that week and it was shipped to me within days. I am now a very happy owner of a Jeep Wrangler thanks in large part to Don Pitts spot on customer approach. After having been a prior customer over 10 years ago and having knowledge of how well my family and I were treated, I returned to the Lowe Chevrolet Dealership in Waynesville, MO because I knew I would be taken care of. I was in need of a larger vehicle due to my growing family (yet again) and without having stepped foot into the facility, my husband and I met with Kenny Allen out on the lot, explained our situation and without hesitation, Kenny showed us three different vehicles and recommended others. As he invited us in to his cubicle made sure we were comfortable and started to work his magic on his computer to find us the best vehicle with the best deal to suit our needs and our pockets. After narrowing it down to two types of vehicles, Kenny invited us to come back the next day as he prepared a more detailed list of vehicles to choose what best suited our needs. After returning and being treated, yet again, as if we were the most important people there, we settled on a vehicle. Days later we received a call that the vehicle arrived and was being serviced for delivery to our family. During our wait, Kenny kept in touch with us to ensure all was ok with us and to update us on the status of our vehicle to come. Once it was ready for pick up, Kenny was there and fully knowledgeable about the entire vehicle and answered any questions we had. After driving off the lot feeling absolutely satisfied, I didn't think I would hear from Kenny again. Well, I was wrong. Kenny made contact with us to ensure all was well with both oyr family and the vehicle. I hope the friendship formed between Kenny and our family will never end. Kenny has shown great pride in his job it reflects in his personality as a great person, dealer and friend. I can only hope that I can be there for him one day as he has been there for us. I will also state that a dealership cannot run without having a team, and the team that works together at Lowe were awesome and I thank and applaud them all for all there hard work and dedication to help not only us but others in need. From the moment we drove on the lot to the moment we drove off...every staff member was very friendly and welcoming. We never felt pressured, Don Pitts, Brandon and the young man that detailed our new 2014 Chevy Silverado were all very gracious and patient while we made financial decisions. In Aug. 2013, we traded in 2 of our vehicles for a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic and 2014 Chevrolet Silverado. We were given a fair pay off for our car and good trade for our 2005 Dodge Ram which was paid off. We greatly enjoyed both of these vehicles but unfortunately we had to look at coming in once again to trade these in because we are preparing to head to Germany and can only take one car. We wanted a vehicle that was big enough to transport 4 people, 3 animals as well as our baggage and animal supplies. We had taken a look at the Chevrolet Volt and gave it a test drive which passed with flying colors. We were thinking about this one because we would be able to save so much money on gas by driving on the electric batteries. We found out that we would not be able to charge the vehicle anywhere on the military post and would wind up paying more to charge it than with gas. We found the Chevrolet Equinox and took it for a test drive. Absolutely love it and this will definitely do what we need it to do. Kenny once again went above and beyond to get us a good deal on our new car. From our first trade in, Brandon Shoemaker has dealt with the dealership in Oregon to try and get us our refund back for our cancelled Gap insurance on our car. So far we have not received anything but Brandon and Kenny are still working on it to try and square us away. Every time that we come into the dealership, everybody makes us feel at home. There is always a pleasant environment with everyone that works there and is always fun to go in. Kenny is one of if not the best salesman that I have had the pleasure of working with. Typically salesman are so pushy and don't care about what the customer wants. He ensures that you drive away happy and 100% secure in the decision that you have made. I would recommend this dealership and working with Kenny Allen to anybody looking for a new car, truck, SUV, at times a motorcycle or whatever type of vehicle someone might be looking for.

I had a great experience with buying a truck from them. Kenny didn't pressure me to buy a vehicle and took the time to show me different vehicles that I was interested in before I settled on a new truck. No pressure tactics seems to be his style and he wanted to do what was best for me the customer.I was there 3 days in a row and he didn't even seem annoyed that I was constantly asking questions about pricing, features, or how much my payments were going to be. I would recommend him to anyone buying a new or used vehicle. Also, Brandon was superb has he secured the financing for me. He got me out of my vehicle, which I was upside down on, and got me done with no money down and a low finance rate. He is the go to for finance and makes the job look easy making sure he got me the best deal and not the 1st deal that came along. Overall I highly recommend them two for you car buying and finance needs.

When I began my search for a car on a Saturday, I had stopped at a dealer ship in St. James. The gentle man was very polite, but when it came to discussing the cost of the car; he showed no interest in wanting to wheel and deal. I don't know if it was because I was a woman or not, but it did not take me long to realize that I was not going to be buying a car at Hutchison Ford in St. James, Mo. Prior to my wreck, I owned an Impala. When I came to Rolla, I stopped by Fairgrounds but they did not have much selections on used Impala's. I decided that I would go to Lowe in Waynesville, MO since I was getting frustrated looking for a car and making it my last stop for the day. When I got to Lowe Chevrolet and pulled into there car lot; I no longer felt helpless in finding myself a car. Chuck came out and introduce himself to me and my friend. It did not take long for me to find a good used impala. However, while I was looking at this one Impala; I noticed a couple of things wrong with it. Chuck stepped up and said, "I have another Impala like this, but it is a 2013 with a sunroof." I fell in love with the car when I saw it:) However, while we were testing driving the car; all I could think was this is going to be out of my budget. When it was time, Chuck asked me where I wanted my payment range. I told him I wanted it in the range of $200 with money being put down on the car. Chuck took all my information and turned it over for the gentle man to take control to see what they could do on getting me a car payment in the $200 range. I sat there a while talking with Chuck and as the time went by, I was assuming the worst. In the outcome, I did not have to do any wheeling and dealing with Chuck. Chuck did an outstanding job listening to me and what I wanted. When the gentle came out to me; my payment was in the $200 range. This was the best news to my ears!!!!! Chuck showed me a black Impala with leather heated seats, sunroof, and fully load with less than 22,000 miles and it was a 2013. It felt so good finding an outstanding sales man like, Chuck to help me find an amazing car and get my car payment in a range that I could afforded comfortably. I have decided from this point on, I will no longer try to deal with any Ford dealership if I ever need a car again!!! I will recommened and will return to see Chuck each and everytime. I can not say thank you enough Chuck!!!!!

Chuck Rogers is as friendly as it gets. Never before have I felt comfortable with someone at a dealership. Chuck makes you feel at home right away. I came into the dealership knowing that there was probably zero chance that I would come out with a brand new car. My situation wasn't exactly easy to work with. But with Chuck, I saw him go above and beyond what a you would expect. When I saw the car with the 'sold' sign I never been so happy. Chuck and everyone else at Lowe's Chevrolet are dedicated to the customer. I call my new Malibu my miracle car because when I was starting to lose hope Chuck came through.

Initially me and my wife just came in to get our 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 checked out so that we could get it re-registered. While our truck was in the shop getting checked out, we ran into Kenny Allen and right away he was friendly and courteous with us. He showed us around the lot on his cart and we checked out the different trucks that were on the lot. I was not planning on getting a new truck or anything because ours was already paid off. We test drove the new 2013 and 2014 Chevrolet Silverado's and I tell you, there is no comparison between the two. I fell in love with the 2014 model. After some consideration, and some persuasion by my wife, we agreed upon a price that was too good to pass up. This isn't the end of our experience with Lowe's though. Not only did we trade our Dodge Ram in and walked out with a brand new Chevrolet Silverado, but my wife traded her Hyundai Elantra in and she walked out with a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic. And she is paying less on this car than she was on the Hyundai. Short to say, I am extremely happy with our experience with Lowe's. Both Kenny Allen and Brandon Shoemaker made our time spent at Lowe's happy and very pain-free. It's not often that I come across a dealership where the salesman aren't pushy and overbearing. We will definitely be recommending Lowe's to our friends that are looking for a new vehicle.

I bought my new Aveo from Bruce Parrish and got a great deal. Bruce was super throughout the process and filled the car with gas the day I picked it up. A few months later I hit a deer with my Aveo and did extensive damage to the front drivers side. I took the car to Lowe's body shop for repair. They gave me a loaner car for the entire time my car was in the shop and did a superb job fixing the car as good as new. I have used the shop for maintenance on my Aveo every time I changed my oil and they have also been fantastic. I am well treated when I visit Lowe Chevrolet and it all started with Bruce Parrish and the sales experience.

I shopped on line and found my Chevy Dully I wanted. I was waiting for an insurance settlement and they worked with me to purchase the truck with some money down, till I could finish buying the truck. My sales person Melissa Callen listened to what I needed, wasn't pushy like some dealers and saw to it I got what I needed. Another employee helped me arrange the final paperwork, saw to it the truck had a full tank of gas and that I was satisfied with the truck. They also helped set up my cell phone with the truck and gave me several months of Onstar in case i needed assistance on the road.My overall experience from the get go was Excellent ! I refer my friends to them . I have also kept their Lowe Chevy plate on my back bumper to advertise them to others when I drive my truck. From the moment i stepped foot on the Lowe Chevrolet parking lot I knew it was going to be a good experience. The sales personnel were nice, with each and everyone of them having a smile on their face followed by a friendly hello. I had a the pleasure of working with one salesmen named Rick Dourlain. Rick was not the type of salesperson who would try to make the buyer spend more than he/she wanted. He was not pushy like most salespeople, he focused on what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and went from there. Not only did he make sure everything was okay with my newly purchased vehicle the day I drove it off the lot, but the next day as well he made sure everything was going fine and was making sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for reasonable pricing, great salespeople, and an overall great experience with their car shopping to head in to Lowe's Chevrolet where you will be 100% satisfied. I also recommend asking for Rick Dourlain when making and purchases!

I entered everything Very Bad because after my purchase of my vehicle they did not follow through with the promises they made. They said they would fix minor things here and there and order parts and also detail my vehicle. Well, the detail was "supposed" to be a complete, there was STILL dirt up in the wheel wells and the vacuum job was horrible. Three weeks after my purchase I went back and the parts were not ordered at all, so I myself had to make the orders. Doug Henson was my salesman and he is the guy that made the promises, that he never fell through with. I also wanted Doug's boss to give me a call about the vehicle, it's been over a week now and still no phone call. I've purchased about 5 different vehicles since I've been driving and this was by far the worst experience ever. I'm not saying that to be childish, I'm saying that because I really feel that way and I will never go back for anything.

I used this site to find a salesperson that other people trusted. After looking at the reviews, I decided to visit Lowes Chevy and speak with Chuck Rogers. I am 80 years old and have probably bought 25 cars in my life. To be honest, I've never really had a preference in car brands as long as my research shows that my purchase will help the economy of the USA. Other than that, in my experience, it's really about the person you buy from and whether or not they care more about their commission, the dealership (like impressing the owner), or in rare cases, the customer. Let me just say, it only takes a minute to know that Chuck is a rare man, much more than a salesman. After getting home, I pulled out a file box because talking with him triggered a memory of another salesman I bought a car from a long time ago. Sure enough, I bought an AMC Matador (not a great car) in 1978 from a dealer in Illinois whose last name was Rogers. I know it's a common name, but from what I remember, both he and Chuck Rogers were the only two times I felt like I was important. I didn't buy a car this time because I just couldn't afford what I want yet, but Lord willing, I will buy one from Chuck. I hope you will too.

Chuck was very friendly and knew what we wanted before we asked. The dealership let us take our vehicle home for a few days verses making us wait for an available finance person. They provided refreshments for my kids. There was plenty of waiting area and nice place for kids to watch tv. We had bought another vehicle from a different company a few months prior and did not receive near the service nor attention as we did at Lowe's. they did not pressure us but were thorough and efficient. This dealer made us feel welcome and obviously wanted our business. Many dealers do not give the attention to used sales but Lowes and Chuck treated us well and with respect. We will definitely return when we are ready for another vehicle!

We came to Lowe Chevy to see a car that we had been told was on there lot because we had been told by Dennis hanks Chevrolet in Ozarks that there was not a car like I wanted in 500 miles!!!We went through the car locater and car builder offered through USAA INSURANCE and they gave us a certified dealer and it was Lowe chevrolet.as we talked and explained what we wanted and why we had come there they could hardly believe what we told them.They made sure that we were treated and taken care and litened to what we wanted in in a new Malibu and made sure we were offered the Malibu we wanted and it had the features and options we were looking for at the price we wanted also!!!All the people were friendly and helpful and many of the sales team came by and talked with us and made our stay and wait more enjoyable while the credit was checked and the car was prepped and readied for our purchase and driveaway.

Searched all over this state for the vehicle I really needed and found it at Lowe Chevrolet because they have a large choice of inventory to choose from. Salesman helped us over the phone until we could come for a test drive and the day we drove it, Doug was very accommodating to our needs and Brandon was very nice in helping us with the paperwork. The business was dealing with no phones or computers that day as well as remodeling efforts which made their jobs much more difficult but everyone we saw that day was very friendly and helpful. Nice, courteous staff, painless transaction and quick, didn't have to spend all day there waiting like most other places. Overall experience was a 5 star and I can't wait to purchase from these professionals again. I highly recommend this dealership!!!

We have purchased previously from Lowe's in 2008, and only natural to go back to Lowe's. Thru an online inquiry Josh Root contacted me and answered some questions I had. He was very quick to help and we set up a meeting to look at my options in purchasing a new car. When my husband an I met with Josh he was very attentative and fun to be around. He was actively listening to our needs, concerns and wants. We were able to test drive several cars that we all felt would benefit my family. We decided on the Traverse and Josh worked to get a good trade value and even some extras for me. I never felt that we were bugging him even though we stopped by everyday for about 3 days, he always took the extra time we needed to explain or help with something in my new crossover. Thanks Josh!

Bruce Parrish greeted us when we arrived and without any hesitation asked what we needed. I told Bruce we wanted to look at the new Chevy Cruz. He went and got a few keys for different ones and we looked. Bruce told us all about size and features on each one. We were helped quickly upon arriving to look at vehicles. Matt was knowledgable about all the models we were interested in. When making a decision he was able to offer guidence regarding all the important factors about each car. There was no preassure to choose more expensive options than what we needed. I am military and am not available during the day. Matt was very accomodating, often staying late to discuss vehicles and do paperwork. Even with poor credit I was approved and financed at a competitive rate. We were offered many options for service plans at the time of purchase and geat efforts were made to find one that fit a very specific budget that I had. Overall the experience was good. Low preasure, responsive to my needs and limitations, and all promises were kept. I am always happy to deal with former military employees and companies that employ them. Thank you Lowe Chevy!

We were looking at a truck on the lot when Doug approached us, we asked what he could tell us about the truck and he answered all our questions. He asked if we wanted to take it for a drive. We told him about our trade-in. He gave us an estimate[we would bring it in for them to check over] of what we could expect for a trade-in price. There was no haggling back and forth over prices. We were going to buy a new vehicle and wanted to see how Lowe's would compare with the offer received from another dealer. They were a little higher to begin with but the attention we received from Matt was much friendlier and helpful. We decided that the slight difference in the price was not that important. Originally my husband and I went to Lowe's to just look around seeing as we were interested in a truck at another Chevy dealer, however, we ended up buying a truck and are very happy with our purchase. Chuck was very friendly and willing to work with us about the price of the truck and other concerns we had in relation to our trade-in and the truck. Furthermore, we really appreciate how Chuck wasn't the cliche "car salesman" by being super pushy in the sale, yet was able to maintain professionalism. My husband and I made 3 separate trips out to Lowe Chevrolet. The first time we went, we arrived a little after closing, but even so, Bruce was more than willing to stay longer and help us look around the lot for a vehicle. He was kind and helpful in pointing us to vehicles that were in the price range that we were looking for. By the end of that night, we had narrowed it down to two vehicles that we were interested in. With my husband's work schedule, we knew that we would have to piece meal the process in which to continue our search for the right vehicle.Even though we knew Bruce would not be there the next morning for test driving the vehicles, my husband and I went back in the morning. Matt Ford was more than willing to help us test drive the two vehicles. He was friendly, he went so far as to give my husband the vin number of the vehicle i liked best while my husband was on the phone with the insurance agency to find out how much more we would pay if we purchased that vehicle. After the test drives, Matt told us that he would inform Bruce of the choice we had made between the two. The following day when we went back to finish the deal, Bruce was already busy with another customer, so he asked Matt to continue to work with us instead of having us wait or return another day. Throughout the time working with Matt, Bruce periodically checked in on us to make sure that we were being taken care of properly. Overall, the whole expierence with Lowe Chevrolet was the best i have ever had with a dealership. They really took the time to find out what we were really looking for and not tried to push a sale on us. They wanted to please us, make us happy with the situation. Thank you very much Matt and Bruce. I love my impala!!!!!

This isn't my first time buying a car, however this is probably the best service that I have received. I didn't feel pressured at all, and in fact had a good time with all the sales representatives. However, I am glad that I got to work with Jeremy. From the first contact with Matt our experience was beyond excellent. In every way that we could be helped we were including Matt coming to get my car that we were trading in to get the value for us and leaving a Malibu with us which was the car we were interested in, since my husband is active duty Army he knew that it would be the only way he would be able to have a chance to test drive it himeself,which was so thoughtful. We would recommend Lowe Chevrolet and Matt as well to anyone that we know that is interested in purchasing a new or used car. The entire dealership staff was very friendly and helpful and we are so happy that we made the choice to go through Lowe Chevrolet to purchase our new 2012 Malibu which we are extremely happy with. Thanks again for all of the help Matt and to the rest of the staff we worked with as well.

I was trying to sale my truck online when I received this call from Matt at Lowe Chevy. He told me that he was every interested and would like to make me an offer. I wasn't sure that I would get was I was looking for but Matt was very patient as I was not. I was eager to sale so I drove 45 miles to the dealership unfortunately Matt was off that day. O saw another salesman but they could not offer me was I wanted. I was furious because I had driven out of my way. A few days later Matt called and said that he hear that I came by to sale my truck. I told him how upset I was because I was promised a certain price range by another salesperson that wasn't true. Matt reassured me that he would check into and and fight to help me out. I had only spoken with Matt over the phone about thi deal but he was very consistent at getting me a good offer. Finally he called and told me that we had reach the magic number so he was ready to buy if I was ready to sale. The next day there was a driver at my home to pick up the truck and finish the transaction. Unfortunately it was not Matt but he kept untouched with me all they way through each step. Even after everything was complete he called and has kept in contact with me. I recommend anyone who wants to sale or purchase a vehicle to go see Matt Ford at Lowe Chevy. He took care of me and I'm sure he'll do the same for you.

I just want to thank Melissa Callen for being such a great saleswoman!! She made my experience very comfortable. I never felt overwhelmed or pressured making a purchase with this dealership, like I have in the past with previous dealers I have dealt with. I was very pleased with my experience with LOWES!! We were greeted with very friendly service, as we arrived at Lowe Chevedrolet in St. Roberts. Mr. Ford went above and beyond to help us find a vehicle to fit our needs and wants. He assisted us look at several different vehicles until we found the one that was best for us. The salesmen and staff at Lowe Cheverolet were all very friendly and willing to help. It was a very good expierence and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

There was no high pressure from this young lady to buy. Melissa took her time and explain about the car we were interested in and about the different rebates that we would be eligible for. I was just blown away from the whole experience. I had never felt more relaxed about buying a car than I did this time. Would I recommend this company and her to anyone - absolutely -in a heart beat. I would let them know that they would not be pressured or made to feel like they have wasted anyone's time for shopping around.

My journey started with a 2001 SAAB 95 with over 140k miles, it was a good car but deffinately not the reliable vehicle I should have been driving my 4yr old Son in. I have been using Lowe Chevy for their outstanding service dept for well over 10yrs, just never though about buying a car from them. Well that was until I met Matt Ford!! He started talking to me about my car and asked me what "I" wanted not what was on the "MUST SELL" list. Matt was the most honest and helpful salesmen I have ever worked with <and I have bought ALOT of vehicles> He is an OUTSTANDING addition to the Lowe Chevy sales team!!! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new car or even a used car to call Matt and let him work for you!!! He deffinately changed my mind about buying a car!!!! Anyone who thinks they cant afford a new car PLZ let Matt and the Lowe Chevy team help you into a safe reliable vehicle. One last comment. From start to finish this was the most organized car purchase ever!! From the awesome salesman, to the finance team it is a smooth process that cant be beat.

All of The Sales personel in and around this dealer ip was always nice. Jeremy made the getting a newer car than what we had a easy one. I will recommend this dealership to others. Everyone there was nice, and very helpful from Jeremy to the person that had the contracts for us to sign. As soon as we drove up in the lot someone was making sure the experience was a enjoyable one. Thanks to everyone at Lowe Chevrolet. The Goodin's.

Jeremy was really awesome! My husband and I are first time NEW car buyers. Jeremy made this experience extremely pleasant. He was very open and honest about everything and answered all the questions we had. There were also a few things that we did not know to ask, and he answered those too! If I could I would be getting two cars instead of just one!! We are in awe with the wonderful service!!

This was the GREATEST experience we have ever had with a dealership, but most of all a salesman!!! Jeremy was the most respectful, helpful and knowledgeable salesmen we had ever dealt with! We weren't sure if trading in our vehicle was even possible but they made it VERY possible and a very pleasurable experience. I will be referring everyone I know to Lowe Chevy and to Jeremy!!! We knew what we wanted and he did everything to get us in the greatest vehicle!!! The prices can't be beat!!! Jeremy did not make us feel pressured in any way!!! He has the greatest personality and we enjoyed every minute with him!!!! He made sure we were completely satisfied. Because of his customer service, I will recommend him to anyone I know! The sales staff at Lowe was extremely friendly and very helpful. The sales associate, Chuck, was fantastic to deal with; very up-front, honest and direct. I was given a very fair price right away without having to haggle and I was given a great price on my trade-in. They found the exact truck that I wanted and worked within my limited available time. It was the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had.

I spoke with Matt Ford when he actually came into my place of business to do some banking. I noticed his name tag and he immediately was willing to offer me some help and quality. I was thoroughly impressed especially because this was on Matt's personal time. He guided me through their website and led me to find a few amazing deals. After Matt left I was still a little scepticle because my current car is running just fine. Shockingly he went back to the dealership and drove the Chevrolet Cruze we looked at online down for me to check out. I examined the car and immediately fell in love. I am waiting for my tax return and will immediately go back to Lowe Chevrolet to speak with Matt about the Cruze. If the car is not still there I am sure that Matt's extraordinary knowledge will guide me to the right car. I DEFINITELY recommend Lowe Chevrolet and Matt Ford to anyone even considering purchasing a new vehicle. Thanks again Matt for the outstanding customer service!!

I was out looking for a new(used) car because I was sick of my car. I wasn't out to buy a car that day but decided to go up to Chevy to see if they had any used cobalts. I had Matt take me around the lot with my husband. I choose Matt because I had talked to him when he was at another dealership and he did a fantastic job there but at the time I wasn't ready to buy a new car. So I decided he was the man I wanted to help me find a car. It didn't take long and he had me test driving the 2011 Cruze. I wasn't thrilled about the Cruze at first. I didn't think it was what I wanted. I thought it handled well but I just didn't like the look of it. When we got back to the dealership he showed me one in Black that was a 2012 Cruze. He sold me on it with all the features, gas mileage and accesories that came with it. I loved how much he knew about the car. And the fact he had completely listened to what I said I was looking for and knew that the Cruze had what I wanted! I was a little worried at first when we started the paperwork because of the cost of a brand new car but Matt said not to worry that the finacing guy worked miracles. We got approved for the car and Matt said we should come back tomorrow and it would all be done. The next day my husband and me did look around at another car lot just in case. When we got to the dealership Matt had the car ready to go and paperwork ready. I said I wanted to test drive the car one more time so we went out and did. I loved how he still stayed smiling about it. When we got back and he took us to his cubicle to see the paperwork we were amazed! The finacal guy had worked a miracle! Other places were outrageous with their APR rating but his was amazingly good! We talked over some warranties and signed paperwork in under 20 minutes!!! I would recommend going up to Chevy and speaking with Matt! He is a sweetheart and really listens to what you want! He stayed late for us the first night to make sure we would be good to go the next day. I loved how friendly everyone else was there too! I had an overall great experience there. I've always heard good things about them and found out first hand it was all true!

We were unsure if we wanted to purchase a car, Matt welcomed us as soon as we got there. He was very nice and professional, he did not pressure us in anyway. We left and checked out other dealerships and no one had a deal even close to what Lowe Chevrolet offered. Through the entire process Matt made sure were taken care of. After the purchase was complete Matt has made sure all of our issues have been taken care of. He is one of the most polite salesmen we have bought a vehicle from and we will definitely buy from him and Lowe chevrolet again.

We bought my new (to me) car here and traded in my old car; we got a great deal with no "back-n-forth" nonsense. After purchasing our vehicle from them, I had a few "extras" installed and they were happy to help every step of the way. I have brought my vehicle in for service and some touch up body work; as well as my husband took his FORD there for service, because Sellers Sexton (the ford dealership here) was the WORST service/help we had ever in our lives seen (to say the least). Lowe Chevy gladly helped us, they are honest and hardworking; they aim to please. They went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of! Amazing people and great quality cars with AWESOME service and support; is hard to beat. You don't just get a car, you get a dealership and support team along with it. Just for a little extra info/"cherry on-top"; my husband didn't even purchase his truck from them, it's not a Chevy and they still worked on it. However the very BEST part about was; the problem we thought was major (due to sellers sexton ford) was in fact very simple, so they didn't even charge us for service. I like to believe it's just because we are 100% satisfied, returning customers and they felt that we were done wrong by the other dealership; but it could be just because they are simply great, honest people who care about their customers and community. They show great support for all military troops and others alike. Their prices in both service and sales are hard to beat. Fact/comparison: (Sellers Sexton charges 99$ minimum for just diagnostic plug in; Lowe Chevy charges only 65$, also Sellers Sexton tried to tell us that Lowe's "doesn't work on Diesels" and "they are the only local Diesel Mechanics in town" (that's a lie) because low and behold; Lowe's Chevy works on Diesels and do a great job. Basically sellers sexton ford, tried to lie to us to earn our business and treated us as if we are stupid/ignorant.) Fun fact/food for thought: Chevy produces a diesel, so why wouldn't they have a "diesel mechanic"? LOL, just sayin ; )Obviously theres much more to the story of our ford issue, but the bottom line is this dealership and all service departments are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!

Everything that they said they would do was done, no muss or fuss. Had to work a bit to get the deal I wanted, but the negotiations were fair and above board with no sales games. Finance, Insurance and paperwork was painless and efficient. The car just as advertised.
