Worst car buying experience ever! Bought a truck here and it turned out to be bad! it had a noice in the engine that sounded like rod knock. Mechanic said it was the valves and I should return it ASAP. I took it back to the dealership and they told me they were going to check it and the head mechanic called me telling me they had it on the lift and inspected it and found an issue with the motor and ac compressor. I told called the bank and had them undo the contract. I talked to Cesar the salesman and the manager from there and they said weren’t going to give me back my deposit. Worst thieves and worst dealershit. NEVER GO THERE!!!!

Univision should stop promoting this dealer on their commercials when it’s such a hassle even after you ALREADY have the car! Constantly getting phone calls that the bank needs this they need that to send them this send them that geezus! Where was all of this when we went to sign for it? My mother went to trade in her car and they still haven’t paid that off for her, she is getting calls from that bank stating that she is late on her payment now when she no longer has the car! To top it off she has the new payment that she has to give for the new car! By the looks of it, it looks like they’ll hire anybody. Avoid this place, if you’re able to go anywhere else to buy a car that’s decent/new, do it. This whole fake marketing that their vehicles are cheap, it’s true, but be ready to have a high interest rate to go with it which will make it impossible to pay it off! I understand that many people aren’t able to go anywhere else that will accept them with no license and that’s why these people take advantage of that. The worst!

Don’t bother buying here they will be getting a large lawsuit for selling lemons their vehicles break down within a month or so plus they won’t refund your money

They help me get a car. I appreciate that but the first day my airbag light came on took it up there no help 3 days later my car started making noise I took it back no help

Just read the reviews!!!!! I should have before I went. Basically same situations got only a 3 year old car n immediately had problems, they agreed to look at it (mind you this is during Christmas) could not give me a loaner car or anything. I couldn’t make it to the appointment due to the cars condition and they said I lost my chance. Nothing they can do all cars are as is!! I’m pretty sure all the cars that have problems are “pre-approved”
