Jennifer, Caleb, and Joe were all great during the process. Second vehicle we have bought from this dealership and both were exceptional experiences. I would highly recommend going to see Jennifer to buy your next vehicle! Update: this is now the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. This time we dealt with Jennifer again. This was our first encounter with Robert, but He was absolutely awesome. Very knowledgeable about the explorer we were looking I buy. Even brought our purchase to our location! Excellent sales and finance team, out of town by so won’t know about service but I bet they’re bang on too! Smooth easy transaction with a trade, all hashed out over the phone prior to making 2hr drive from Myrtle Beach. Great selection of inventory too, especially in today’s market! Highly recommend and worth the trip!

Everyone was nice and courteous. I’ve been working hard to get my credit score up. The score they pulled for me was somehow much lower. I didn’t get the car I wanted. They did offer me one different car, which was white. Love the car, hate the color. It was my only option. I did get a warranty. The payments are high. I feel that I probably should have gone somewhere else that uses a different scoring system. I do plan to refinance when my score comes up. I have paid my credit accounts down, it just hasn’t shown yet. Everyone was nice and determined to get me in a great car. But, that’s not the car I wanted. I wanted more options.The staff was great!

Thank you very much to Ms. Baker Watts! We went with intentions on looking and not thinking we'd actually drive away with anything new. Originally, 4 months ago we, traded in our F150 Raptor and brought a Chevy home, only to realize what a mistake we made and how much we missed having a FORD truck in the driveway! The staff were all so friendly. It was an easy process. From the internet to the showroom the staff at lugoff ford were wonderful!!! My salesman Regginald was very concerned about my comfort during the process. After being in a car accident that left me with a totaled car, 5 broken ribs, and a broken ankle this was refreshing!! They even followed my husband home with my new car because I had not been cleared to drive yet! Now that's what I call customer service!! Great Job!!!

I went to Lugoff ford to look at the F150s, I live in Columbia so its about a 30 min drive or so. I got there in the afternoon and a New F150 caught my eye so I tried it out, I did decide to buy it so by the time I got done, they were ready to close, I got in and noticed that they did not top off the vehicle, it was so late by then that I didn't care so on my way home the TPS sensor went off, I did pull over on the highway to make sure I didn't have a flat, but they were just low, so I got home and the next day I went back to lugoff to try to rectify the issue they took it into the garage when they got done I had asked which tire was low, but they said they were all low (when I bought the truck supposedly they were filled with nitrogen), well ok so they did give me a full tank of gas and detailed it. later on I opened the tail gate and saw that the left tail light screws were half way undone which was weird, then I had crawled up under the truck and there was a dent in the wheel well ( I guess that's why they put a bed liner in it). This was a brand new truck so I didn't even think to give a thorough inspection, warning to buyers if you plan on purchasing a vehicle from there you might want to really look it over. Its been a while since I bought it but it still really bugs me, just wanted everyone else to know what to expect

Decided to give this dealership a try since I live in Florence and work in Columbia, after my hometown dealer and I could not come to terms on a new truck. The sales consultant that greeted me (Deion) was very friendly and listened to the needs I had in a truck. He had the inventory manager search for the truck with the specific options that I had to have. Two were found, one on the lot and another at a different dealer. The one on the lot was a little higher priced than I was planning on, and even though they did offer a great price, we could not get to the place I needed to be. However, we were able to work out a great deal on the other truck, and they had it for me in a couple of days. All of our negotiation was friendly and professional, and I'm very happy with the truck and the price I ended up with.

I ran across this dealership while surfing the internet for Ford F-150 trucks. While this dealership was a distance from me and there were several in my immediate area, I was tempted to explore its advertisement. Upon arrival I was introduced to Kaci who was nothing but a true professional. For the first time in my life I purchased a vehicle (F150 XLT) within an hour. My entire family fell in love with this truck. This being my first Ford truck I was completely blown away with the ride and service. I came into service department about 3 weeks later for some help in after market accessories. While there I looked around the showroom and immediately fell in love with the Lariat. In less than 30 days I found myself trading my brand new truck for a brand new 2016 Lariat. Most could not understand why I bought two of the same trucks in less than 30 days. I simply said it was the experience! Kaci and Richard were very accommodating and made both of my my transactions almost seamless. I have spent most of my time since this purchase doing two things, 1 telling others about my experience at Lugoff Ford with Kaci and Richard and 2 working almost daily to keep my son and my wife from taking my truck. My grandkids when visiting my home don't wanna ride in anything else except my 2016 Ford F-150 Lariat. Thanks Kaci and Richard

I regularly use Lugoff Ford for my routine service and maintenance and always ask for Ethan Whitehead. He is friendly and knowledgeable, keeps me apprised of progress on my work order, and quickly informs me of any issues that arise. The techs have always done a go one job, even crafting a connector for the rear wiper blade for my Honda van when the in stock Ford blade didn't quite fit. I recommend giving them a call and ask for Ethan Whitehead.

My wife went 7-11 for a scheduled 0800 hr appt. to correct the recalled airbags. By 1030 AM the car had not been called. Other customers had been called ahead of her without explanation. She could not wait longer and left.7-18 she returned for a scheduled 0730 hr appt. This time she was told on arrival that they did not have the parts required. No call from Lugoff to reschedule. Again a 1 hour round trip wasted. This dealership is horrible. Who can take time away from work for 2 appointments without the car being worked on once. Ridiculous. Don't go.

I went to Lugoff Ford with the intention of just looking. I ended up leaving happy. I got the vehicle I wanted along with the payments I wanted as well. We entered an email request online late on a Sumday afternoon and got a phone call by 9:00 AM on Monday morning. The dealer is closed on Sunday and the email was answered the first day. Joe D, our salesperson, was very professional and helpful with all the questions we had about the F150 we bought. Called for a test drive and they got me in there that day. Within a few days they found a car with all the options I wanted and had it transferred. The only thing that caught me off guard was when we sat down and looked at prices one day, and then the day of buying the car my monthly payment went up from adding in the warranty cost which I thought was wrapped into the number they had shown me before.

I found a Jeep Wrangler online for a great price. I called and Troy was the salesman I spoke with. At the time he didn't have the informations and said he would call me right back. He called back within 5 minutes, text me pics, and answered all the questions I had. I told him I would be purchasing the vehicle and I would be driving 11 hrs to get there. Lugoff would be closed on Sunday when I arrived and I ask what arrangements could be made. He told me to call within an hour of my arrival and he would meet me. I called at 5am and we finished the deal and I was back on the road by 7:30am. This is customer Service at its finest. Lugoff is truly blessed to Have Troy on their team. I have no regrets about it! I Purchased my New Ford F-150 from Lugoff Ford and it was time for my Complementary oil change and tire rotation. So I gave Lugoff Ford's service department a call to see if I needed to schedule an appointment to have this done of if I could just walk in. I also stated what I wanted done and asked if it was free or if there would be any associated cost. (Shop fees, 6th quart of oil, waste oil disposal fees ect.) Ethan advised me that the Oil Change/Tire rotation was completely free. and there may be a short wait depending how many cars were ahead of me when I got there. I showed up at 2 PM on 20 May and again spoke to Ethan, at this time he advised me that the oil change was in fact free BUT the tire rotation was $23.00. So I said ok, I drove 30 minutes so turning around would have not been beneficial at this point. I am told the tech is finishing up a car and I was next so I should be done by 3 PM. I knew there could be a wait so I had no issue with this. 3:30 rolls around and I go to inquire if my truck was done. Ethan says they just pulled it out so as soon as I have the paperwork you will be all set. 4:12 rolls around and I finally have my paperwork to pay and leave. I have never waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change in my life so I have this dealership 3 stars because there is nothing speedy about them. Combining both my service and car buying service from this dealership I would rate it 1 out of 5 stars because I love the truck I purchased. I can honestly say I will not be returning to this dealership and would not recommend anybody go to this dealership unless you have time to waste and love to play games.

My wife and I arrived at Lugoff Ford with a specific vehicle in mind that we wanted to test drive. Mr. Telvin English greeted us as we walked up and took us right to the vehicle we wanted to see. The dealership had two different colors in the exact model we were looking for (two other Ford dealers in the Columbia, SC area did not even have the models in stock). He did not try to sell us on other models or push certain "deals" on us. He was very knowledgeable about the product and was very easy going the whole time. The same can be said for the management. They were very easy to work with and absolutely fair in the vehicle trade-in process. Lugoff Ford is by far the most professional Ford dealership within the Columbia, SC area. I visited two other dealers and cannot say the same for them. If you are considering buying a Ford or any vehicle for that matter, it is worth taking a visit to their dealership. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be back for my next car purchase. - Andrew

I am from North Carolina. I was training at Fort Jackson for about a week. I was also in the market for a new truck. I found on online at Lugoff Ford. JC Tate my internet sales consultant called me for to setup an appointment. Because I was in class I could not come in until the Friday on my way back home. I stopped late like 730 on a Friday night. I was not going to buy just really wanted to look at the new F-250. I even had a rental car. Well the team at Lugoff Ford could not have been anymore professional. From JC sales to Richard sales manager to Jason The GSM. I was trading in my current F-150 but it was back a North Carolina. They got my payment on the F-250 where I needed it so I took the great deal. To make it easy JC took my rental car back for me the next day. They even came up and got my trade in from my house. Fast, Friendly and Fair holds true for Donny, Troy, Rich and Heather. Had a great experience with them. The only reason I did not walk out after my encounter with Chris Hardin was the hard work that Donny, Troy, Rich and Heather had put in. I felt like they were truly friendly and fair. I wrote another review just on Chris. Unfortunately I can not recommend this dealership because of the rudeness of Chris Hardin. If it was just the other sales team mentioned I would be glad to recommend them. My first day looking I made it clear I was not purchasing and Troy was very helpful and not pushy he answered my questions and let me look at a couple of different vehicles. Second visit I worked with Donny and he let me test drive a truck and look at an additional one he was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the truck I was looking at. On the third visit Rich let me take the vehicle home over night to fell the ride, let my wife see it, and to fit car seats in it. Once returning the purchase process was as to be expected. I hate that I left the dealership with a bad taste because of one individual. On a high note I did get the vehicle I wanted at what I feel was a fair price. I am disappointed that this will be the last time a purchase a vehicle from a local ford dealership and will have to travel because of one rude employee (a Business Manager really). I do want to say thanks to Donny, Troy, Rich and Heather I am enjoying my new truck.

I saw an F150 on their website priced at 40,713. Talked with Salesperson, through email, and offered an out the door price of 39,500. This was a counter offer after he sent me an email that said "39000+tags, taxes, and fees?" So the next day we drove 40 minutes to the dealership and before we drove the truck I also mentioned the price of 39,500 out the door.... During the test drive salesman said "yes we price our cars/trucks very competitive on the internet to get people to come out to Lugoff". I now see why he said this. We got back to the dealership after the test drive and he comes back with a price of 43,700. We then proceeded to get up and walk out. Was asked from one of the managers why we were walking out. I do not play games... If you quote me a price then hold to what you have said. EVERYONE needs to know how these clowns operate. So, then I drove another 40 minutes back home. Thanks for wasting my time Lugoff Ford.

I am a grad student swimming in student loan debt (but I am currently not paying loan payments). Because of this debt I was unable to get approved for a car loan prior to going to a dealership. I spoke with Glen on the phone about pre-approval due to my loans and small budget, and he told me he understood my concerns and would do his best to get me in a vehicle! He was a really great guy and worked as best with my budget as he could while also giving me the best vehicle he could. While the first car brought out was in my budget, it did not meet my boyfriends expectations as he inspected the vehicle. We were looking for something a little more low maintenance as I will be on my own to take care of the vehicle, and we want to make sure it will last. When they showed us the accord, and we drove it, we were sold as long as the price was right. Brian was patient with us the entire time and kept a smile on his face even though we were being extremely particular on my super tight budget. Then came the number crunching. The price at first was way more than I could afford so Jason did his best to work with me realistically to bring the price down a bit to make my monthly payments more manageable. In the end I walked away with a great car and really good experience thanks to three different team members! Thanks Glen, Brian, and Jason! :)

I called Lugoff Ford and told them what I wanted and they had it waiting for me when I arrived. They knew what I wanted and never even thought to sell me anything more. My husband and I had no intentions of buying a car this weekend. For whatever reason, he came across an ad for Lugoff Ford and was drawn to a particular ad for a 2011 Ford Explorer. It was EXACTLY what we had been looking for! We made the 45 minute drive to Lugoff only to be told "someone else has taken the vehicle home". We were CRUSHED. The salesmen were all equally disappointed and were genuinely apologetic. They said they would keep their fingers crossed the vehicle would return in the morning. IT DID! Richard Andrews contacted us the next morning and invited us down to pick up our new car! My husband and I have worked in several car dealerships and understand the process of buying, selling and servicing vehicles. Aside from an online catalogue that is completely out of date, the moniker 'always fast, always friendly' was a bit of a misnomer; considering my initial visit lasted 6 hours to look at one car, involving multiple prolonged periods of waiting. When I came back to get my car after waiting a week for simple maintenance repairs, the work had not been completed [yet Lugoff Ford intended to release the vehicle to me anyway]. During attempts to contact the dealership I received horrible follow up service, on multiple occasions being told I would be called back only to have to call back myself hours later. After waiting another week to have the work on the car done [again, with no feedback or follow-up from Lugoff Ford that wasn't pried] I arrived to find part of the work still hadn't been completed, because the shop manager 'refused' to do it - despite a written agreement at the point of sale indicating the work would be done. In addition to refusing to perform the service agreed to, the car was damaged in while under the care of Lugoff Ford and they refused to repair the damage due to having spent too much money on the sale of a used car already. How exactly that justification is made is beyond me - when work was agreed upon at the point of sale and damage was caused while under care of the dealership. Additionally, I requested to have my tags transferred when I purchased my vehicle, but Lugoff Ford neglected to remove the plates from my trade-in when sent to auction, which means I have to schedule a visit to the DMV now. The loaner vehicles offered during the time my car was in the shop were nice; but, unfortunately they practice a finders keepers rather than a lost and found policy. I suppose its my fault for possibly leaving items in the vehicle, but I would still expect more from any customer based Service Industry Company. I am incredibly dissatisfied with the service provided, and would strongly recommend interested buyers look elsewhere.

I contacted the dealer via the Internet and their Internet Business Director did a fine job listening to what I wanted and needed, and made the effort to come to the right win-win scenario for me and the dealership. Ryan Ashley did a commendable job showing us a couple of different vehicles over 3 visits. He is extremely polite and very knowledgeable about the various vehicles. We settled on a 2014 Escape and Ryan contacted us with one equipped exactly how we wanted. All in all this part of the purchase phase was pleasurable. From this point on the experience went downhill. There seemed to be confusion organizing the paperwork and getting the final steps in order. We were comfortable that we got a good price on the vehicle. We arrived at the dealer at 3pm and it was nearly 7 pm before we got to see the business manager for the closing. This gentleman was extremely condescending towards us. His attitude seemed to us to be that he knew what was best for us as if we didn't have a clue. We were tired and hungry and even though we told him we had no interest in the service and extended warranty plans he pestered us and insinuated that we were crazy not to take it. It was as if he were in charge of the purchase and not us. I have purchased my 2 previous vehicles through internet sales managers and the entire process took less than an hour in a dealership each time without being berated by a finance guy. This ruined the whole experience and we feel railroaded into stuff we had no intention on getting. The Escape is a great vehicle.

I did not visit this dealer. I indicated an interest in a particular car and was consequently barraged to the point of harassment by emails from this dealership. Apparently they have an outside service that responds to internet inquiries. They even made an appointment with me that I never requested and confirmed it by email. When I complained all I got was "Sorry you feel that way." That is not an apology. Apparently the Manager was so upset at my refusal to visit the facility that he called and offered to drive the car I was interested in to my house...talk about pressure. Needless to say I refused and suggested they review their "standards and practices."

By far the best dealership I have ever been to. I Have bought 3 cars so far. the first two place were nightmares. I'd been shopping for a while before I went onto their website. Since i was purchasing and F-150 and they had the best selection around, it just made sense that I send in an internet lead (of what I was looking for) and see what they could do for me. BAM!! Before I knew it, they had emailed me about my lead, and soon after called to find out what I was trying to accomplish. Just a few quick days later, I was driving off the lot in a new truck. I bought my 2012 f-150 new from Lugoff ford and have had nothing but problems since.It was not disclosed that the truck had 2000 miles on it when I bought it. They informed me that the warranty starts when I purchased the truck. That is only partially true, the mileage still counts against the warranty according to Ford. Lugoff Ford lied to me and said that the mileage would be extended to 38k since I bought the truck had 2000 on it. That is flat out not true.There was a ding in my truck that I did not notice until I got it home. I spoke with Lugoff Ford multiple times about it and yet nothing has been done, nor have they tried to contact me about it. They did call me trying to get me to sell my truck to Lugoff Ford and buy another new one though.I had warranty work done on my truck and made a complaint about the truck jerking when accelerating initially from a stand still. They told me that it was my driving habits causing the adaptive transmission to exhibit this behavior and that I should change my driving habits. Turns out that there is a TSB for this problem that is caused by a lack of lubrication to the driveshaft. Maybe if they cared enough to drive it or investigate at all, the problem would have been fixed easily. After warranty work was accomplished, I heard a dragging noise while driving. It was the piece under the motor that protects components underneath the truck. They did not secure it at all with the zeus fasteners and apparently did not check it. I went in to get the areas that the work was performed inspected as requested by the service manager, however there was not a single service person to be found and they did not answer the dealership wide page.They have managed to get some portion of my truck dirty every time it has had service at Lugoff Ford. Dealerships that I have gone to in the past have sent my vehicles back to me better than I dropped it off. Not Lugoff Ford! Not only will they not accomplish the work properly, but they will make a mess while doing so.They do not accomplish all work according to the TSBs. They failed to reprogram my truck after accomplishing the intercooler TSB.My truck has been in the shop there 3 times for the same problem. Today, I am going elsewhere.

I started my search a little over a year ago through USAA and got in contact with Heather. She contacted me very fast and was prompt with everything. Since then we have purchased three new vehicles from her and Lugoff Ford. A week ago we contacted Heather to work on a deal with a new 2014 Escape from my wife. Heather did everything she could and got us the best deal. When we came in to take delivery of our new Escape Heather introduced us to John. It was once again another fantastic experience . I did not expect the service I revived at Lugoff Ford. It was outstanding. When I first pulled up I was greeted by Ryan in a nice manner. He thanked me for coming to Lugoff Ford. We went inside to see what I was looking for. I told them I wanted a car great on gas for my commute to work. Ryan went to get me a car while the manager Ethan came and spoke with me. After I spoke with Ethan we walked to the car I loved. We went on a test drive and Ryan explained all the options on the vehicle. The negation was great!!! The payment was a little higher then I could afford and that's when I meet the sales manager Allen. He was very polite. He listened to my situation and said he would do the very best he could to help me out. After about 5 minutes he came back with great news. He got me a lower payment than I expected. I couldn't believe it. The paper work was done quick and then I meet the finance guy Billy. He went over some extended service plans that he thought I could use. I choose the one where i don't have to pay for oil changes our tire rotations for five years. If you want to buy a vehicle and get treated like royalty, go to Lugoff Ford. Anyone I talk to will hear about then.

I stopped into Lugoff Ford just to look around at the F-150's they had in stock not expecting to buy. I had shopped other dealers and had just about decided to purchase at on of the other Columbia stores in the area. The Sales person came out to speak with me and it was a totally diferent experience than the other 2 stores I had looked at. About 2 hours later they had me in the F-150 I was hopeing to get. I was in the market for a used CIVIC SI and found it at Lugoff my first visit ended relatively quickly when I found out that my trade was not worth trading. I left the 1st day and got a phone call from Glen a couple of days later giving me an out the door pricing on the vehicle I was looking at. During my 2nd visit I was in and out of the dealership with my honda civic in 44.5 minutes. This is by far the fastest and most pleasant used car buying service I have ever recieved. I lived 45 minutes away from the dearlship. Lugoff ford provided 2 employees to drive my purchase to my house. I highly recommend doing business with lugoff ford. Chris, Glen and Billy were awesome.

After having a terrible experience with my local Ford dealership, I was asked by Ford USA if I would mind making the drive to try Lugoff Ford. I'm very happy that I did. Jamie, who works in service along with the service manager Justin were amazing! In fact, every single person that I came across at Lugoff Ford was really nice and helpful. I was very happy with how clean the dealership was. Even the garage was so neat and tidy. The mechanics from what I saw while checking in my car, seemed to be very respectful of the cars they were working on. When I got my car back, there was not even a finger print left behind from them. I am so happy that I was recommended to lugoff Ford. They fixed the issues with my car perfectly. As long as I live in SC, I will make the 40 min drive to Lugoff Ford. If you are looking to buy, I would go and see them. Not only were the sales people really nice while I was in the waiting room, but they had a really good selection of cars. Thank you Justin & Jamie. I came to Lugoff Ford because my dad had recently purchased a work van from Nik Laney and I knew that I could get the same great customer service as he did. I came in frustrated with another dealership on many different levels and Lugoff Ford has the great atmosphere and had the greatest sales people that I wanted to deal with. I came in wanting to trade my Jeep Commander and in return purchase a Kia Optima that Ihad saw on their website. This was by far the smoothest transaction I have ever completed. When working with Nik, he listened to my every need and concern that I had about purchasing a vehicle and if I asked a question that he wasnt sure about he was sure to find the answer from another employee. Working with Nik and Allen-Michael was one of the best decisions I have made when wanting to purchase my used but "new to me" Kia Optima. I have never been so satisfied with a purchase until I purchased from Lugoff Ford.

Well let me start of by saying that Ethan Whitehead was the best Consultant I have ever had by far. I started buying vehicles 30 years a go and have purchased many cars in my time, but I will say that the New Line Up that Ford has this year (2013) has exceeded my utmost expectations. I started of looking for A truck that would fit all my needs and still be economical price wise and fuel wise. Ethan showed me and demonstrated almost every truck they had on the lot .... ( I am a picky person) and I decided on the Eco boost engine that Ford has now. Who wouldn't want power than a v8 and still get better gas mpg. The dealership left me with a sense of being introduced into a new family, all of the salespeople were helping each other and were genuinely happy the whole time. Not like some dealerships where they are all like robots. I am sort of Credit Challenged so to say, and was amazed that the Finance manager Billy Platt and the GM worked so hard on getting me approved and then were so helpful on the finance options that they could come up with. It was a wonderful car buying experience and it felt like I was at a 5 star resort because of how much they were willing to do for me. My experience consisted of two trips to Lugoff Ford, both were frustrating to say the least. My first trip was to purchase my vehicle. Upon arriving I walked the lot for approximately 10 minutes and was never offered help until finally as I was leaving I was approached by a salesperson, who seemed less than enthusiastic about helping me. I should have left then, however I was quite serious about making a purchase and stuck around for a test drive and found a vehicle I liked. Naturally the back and forth over numbers ensued and quite honestly I should have left again at this point. Not sure why I endured all the waiting around for the 'manager' to come back with all sorts of figures. They begin by showing you some inflated price and interest rate, then run the credit check, then show you what seems to be a better payment, yet with the same price and then back again with a slightly lower price which is only them removing the crazy fees they attach to the sticker. $399 for a 'painted' pinstripe that's actually tape? Come on. How about just showing people the best deal you can give them and let them decide if it's a good deal? Long story still pretty long, I bought the car (which I really like.) However there was more waiting in between for the 'manager' to drive to another dealership to print the paperwork, which also contained a couple of type-o's and was then rather hastily 'gone over' with me. The detail shop was backed up (also could easily overhear the sales staff making derogatory comments about the lack of quality help in the detail dept. that day) so I decided I would bring the car back another day to get a detail done.Upon my return trip about two weeks later, I entered the showroom to find five or six staff members huddled around the front desk. NOT A SINGLE ONE LOOKED AT OR ACKNOWLEDGED ME. I literally had to stand right next to them and do a little throat clear/cough gesture to get what was a less than inviting offer of assistance. The 'manager' was sitting in the middle of the group, but did not even bother to acknowledge the fact that I had just purchased a vehicle from his establishment or that I even existed. I requested my complementary detail and to have the front license plate holder removed. The car was taken back to detail (mediocre detail job at best) and after a while someone returned my keys and said "you're ready to go." I walk to the car, license plate holder still there. I mention this and after a walk to the service dept. to explain that yes I do in fact want that ugly, usesless (in sc) piece of plastic you folks put on the car removed and a short wait, I was finally all done, for good, with Lugoff Ford. Side note: the showroom is pretty plain and dated. As well, customers can clearly see into the surrounding offices, which appear rather cluttered with boxes, etc. The customer Wi-Fi was not functioning on either trip to the dealership.I traveled to Lugoff thinking people were nicer and cars were cheaper in the 'country.'Lesson learned, scam artists and the incompetent are everywhere.Avoid Lugoff Ford.

I am a returning customer for Lugoff-Ford. When I entered the parking lot to look at the nice vehicles, I went with intentions of wanting a vehicle that was roomy for my family, something with all the "bells and whistles", a vehicle I would love, but most importantly a gas SAVER. I spoke with Ryan Ashley and he was probably the best salesman I have ever dealt with! He listened to my every need, want, but he also treated me with the upmost respect. Nik and all the other associates were very friendly when we arrived to the dealership. We told Nik exactly what we wanted and he went right to work on finding us the vehicle we needed to be where we wanted to be. While he was going through inventory Heather came over and introduced herself to us and told us what they were doing and said that if we had any questions to let her know. Well, they did a great job they pulled up a truck and we knew it was for us we did the test drive and bam we started the paperwork and Heather and Nik got us to where we wanted to be payment wise. Then we met Billy who worked with us on information to which he was very informative and got us set up on a good service plan that did not make our payment sky rocket... They kept working even after we left the dealership and really made this a great deal each and everyone of them went above and beyond their duties to make this an amazing experience. We really appreciate all they have done we will most definitely be purchasing our next car from them!!!!

Oh a whim I decided I needed a new car in the color I had originally wanted. I found the exact car I wanted at Lugoff Ford. I used this website to find the salesman with the most positive reviews. In seeing Nick Laney was around the same age I was and with positive buyer reviews, I called the dealership on a Saturday morning inquiring about the car. The sales manager, Alan, answered and let me know the car was still there. I had a few errands to run and called again to make sure everything was still a go. Nick got on the phone and was even nice enough to tell me the best way to get there from Charlotte (1.5 hour drive). I had hoped to get there about 2 but did not get there until almost 5. Nick, Alan, and other employees stayed almost 2 hours past the dealership closing time and I walked out with my brand new Mustang. Nick was personable, kind, and great to work with. Alan and Heather were very generous and worked with me down to a number I felt comfortable with. While "the dealership haggle" can be very annoying and stressful, this was not the case with the staff at Lugoff. We were all honest with each other and worked together to get everyone happy and to make a sale. They were all great people to work with. I typically buy a car every 2 - 3 years and am not afraid to walk out of a dealership for any reason. I've had many experiences with all types of dealers and the staff at Lugoff has left me with a great impression. They were awesome to deal with and to even chat with. Everyone was warm, inviting, and made the 4 hours we spent together fly by. Thanks again guys!

I had been emailing with lenn for several hours during the day and indicated what time I would drive to the dealership to see and drive the vehicle. When we got there, I was met by "mumbles". Could not for the life of me understand anything he said. Then I was told the salesman was with a customer but would I like to see the car, of course. The post vehicles that have not been on the lot for a while to have you inquire. The 2006 Liberty has been "sold" forever and they still have it listed. We communicated all day long with a salesman about a vehicle and told him what time we were coming. Supposedly, the vehicle was sold 30 minutes before we got there. The salesman wouldn't even come out. He was with another customer.

Nik Laney was an awesome and polite salesmen. Nik showed great expertise in every subject i had questions about, he was quick to respond with a correct answer. Nik was also a well rounded people person and easy to hold a conversation with on both Lugoff Ford and other topics. Worked out a deal over email and phone. Drove 4 1/2 hours one way. After waiting an hour, was informed that they made an error on the price they said they would give me for my trade in. Waited around another hour while they tried to work out a deal. Ended up driving back home. 11 hours wasted and all I got was 600 more miles on my car (they did put some gas in my car). Situation was handled very poorly. They left the poor new sales guy to take all the blame. Barely an apology from anyone else. Wish I could hang a "stay away!" banner out front.

I walked into the dealership today to just do some "fact finding". I was recommended to Nik by someone I work with. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the way the whole sales team treated me. Nik got to know me by asking important questions to help assist in choosing the right car for me. Although I did not purchase the intended vehicles, the efforts to accomplish a deal were just short of perfect. The knowledge of the vehicles that I intended on purchasing was everything that I expected it should be and more. Being able to test drive the vehicle overnight was a major tipping point in my decision to overlook my other considerations. (This allowed me to feel more comfortable and not feel rushed to get the drive over with and back to the dealership). The willingness to offer "The Little Things" while going through the buying process, was as an added bonus. I purchased a 2013 Ford F 150 at Lugoff Ford on May 4, 2013. The customer service that I received was exceptional. My sales associate was Nik Laney and he was professional, courteous and very knowledgable. Another thing that impressed me about Nick was his willingness to do the "little things" to assist me. For example, I had numerous items in the console of the vehicle that I traded and while I was with the finance manager Nick put all of those items into a box for me and he also put all of the change that I had accumulated into a cup. He also removed the CD's from the CD Player that I completely forgot that I had loaded into the CD player. In addition, he took my Gamecock License Tag off of my old vehicle and put it on my new vehcile. These are just a few examples of the "special" treatment that I received as a customer at Lugoff Ford. I also had contact with the sales manager and finance manager and they also exhibited the same characteristics and traits as Nick. I told the sales manager the monthly payment that I felt comfortable with and he and the finance manager got together and put together a package with the payment I felt comfortable with. This is the second vehcile that I have purchased from Lugoff Ford and I will continue to do business with them in the future. I would also highly recommen them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I met with Nik Laney several times to discuss the purchase of a new 2012 Ford F-150. Nik was always very courteous and very professional in his approach in attempting to sell me this vehicle. I was admittedly a hard sell because I had a budget and I was not willing to go over that budget number for the vehicle. On Saturday, April 27, 2013 I met with Nik again and discussed trading my existing vehicle on the F-150. Nik was once again very helpful in trying to meet my demands. In addition, he has been very patient with me as, again, I had been in the dealership several times previously to discuss puchasing the truck. During the process Nik brought in Heather Hagin to attempt to close the sale. Heather presented herself in a very polite and professional manner. My husband and I were pre-approved for a new vehicle and a used vehicle. We went to about 4 other dealerships and only one of the others actually tried to make it work even with our negative equity. We finally went to Lugoff Ford and they did everything they could to actually make it work for everyone! We already had our minds made up that we wanted a 2013 Ford Escape and a pickup truck for my husband. Unfortunately they did not have a truck at that time that met my husbands needs. But we did buy the Escape that day. After all the dealerships we went to they were the only ones willing to really work, and do EVERYTHING possible to make the sale. Loved everyone we worked with threw out the buying process. Some of the kindest people ever!

I was an employee of the Dealership when it was Redfearn Ford that had a reputation ingrained in integrity, where the deal was always fair and honest. Lugoff Ford has maintained that reputation while mastering the art of the deal. Initially I requested Richard Leadingham, another Redfearn employee; but, he was tied up with another customer, so Nik Laney stepped in with his no pressure sales approach. Richard joined us when he became available and stayed until Billy Platt, Business Manager, wanted some money; but I promise, the extraction process was painless and with a smile. Ray Bristow, General Manager, took a few minutes to sit down for a while, reminiscent of Townley. Lugoff Ford still has that downhome, hometown way of doing business and the deals are worth the drive. It was like coming home again!

I worked with both Nik and Ethan at different times before, during, and after my purchase. Both of these individuals exhibit outstanding characteristics that other salesmen and managers should aspire to achieve. They have far exceeded my expectations and I recommend them highly. The service department is quick and professional. I have had some warranty issues and thus far all have been fixed to my satisfaction or are being held up by parts delays. I could not give all great ratings only because I had two slight issues. The first is that my truck, although new, had 2k miles on it and I was not aware. If I had known I would not have bought it. The second is that it had a dent in it and so far that has not been taken care of.My overall experience at Lugoff Ford has been quite good. Since I have been with Lugoff Ford for the last six months this is a fairly comprehensive review. They work hard to earn and keep your business. I plan on staying with Lugoff Ford and will recommend them.

Overall our experience was a good one. Once they got us the correct car and we finally got all the paper work signed, it ended well. Now we have an issue with the 2013 Ford Focus that we purchased in December, only having 930 miles on it. Taking it in for service today, so we will see. Jason our saleman did a really good job throughout the sale. I think there needs to be more communication between all parties involved during the sale process. It just seemed like a lot of backtracking took place to make the deal happen and a lot of wasted time. We have done business with this dealership in the past and have always been treated decently, but we will have to see how this issue is handled as to wether or not we return to purchase from them again.

My experience with Luggoff Ford has been very good for me as far as my service needs being met. Me bringing in my F250 for service when need the time I waited in lobby was usally reasonable. Richard gave me a pretty good price for the truck I bought and it has been real good with very little down time which the 36,000 mile or 36 month warranty took care off. Yes I'll be back next time I need a new vehicle and I'll go to Richard Leadingham to purchase it.

Stopped in at Lugoff Ford on a whim while traveling out of state and left with a new F150.....excellent sales team; they go all the way to get you into a vehicle you like.....of concern to us (since numbers can be manipulated to obtain a desired result), was that we were informed of a "glitch" in the paperwork after we had signed off on everything.....the revised documents resulted in figures much more favorable to the dealership, and we were rushed back in to finance to sign them, making us question how good a deal we actually received and whether this was a "mistake" or a "tactic."Otherwise, we were satisfied with our experience.

The only reason that the overall experience was not rated as "great" was something that I realize was not completely their fault. I added a remote start option and none of the mechanics had ever installed one, so it took more time than they had anticipated, however, they were still great and made me as comfortable as possible during my wait. John Hill showed his moral character, so it was no surprise that I found out that he is a Christian. His work ethics were evident by the way he handled business. Thanks John an I would recomend "You" to anyone. The dealer was great, but John was exceptional! Thanks John, Pastor Jay.

Nikolas Laney was an amazing salesman and made my unexpected need to purchase a vehicle a pleasant experience. Nik made the drive out to Lugoff from Columbia well worth it. When Trusty Rusty, my minivan, breathed her last breath I was forced to look for a new car. I had not planned to purchase a car for a few more years so I was not looking forward to the process. The word dread comes to mind. After several bad experiences, I reluctantly went into the dealership. The entire atmosphere was different than all the other places we visited. Nik was a great listener and asked probing questions to make sure he wasn't wasting my time by showing me vehicles that didn't meet my requirements. It was crystal clear he wanted to make sure I found my dream car that would make me happy for years to come. It seemed like a long drive to Lugoff, but it soon became obvious that I made the right choice. The few extra miles were a distant memory as I realized that I was truly receiving top-rate customer service and family-like friendliness. Even the staff members who were not helping me were chatting with my kids and I as I waited for Nik to bring vehicles around to test drive. My wife couldn't take it any more and actually walked out of his office in disgust. On a question about having a loan co-signer his only response was "You don't want to go there." On why his estimate of interest rate was so high, "What did you THINK it was going to be?" He also didn't disclose that he had added an extended warranty for $1700 dollars into the loan amount until we questioned why the monthly payment was going to be so high. Billy made us wait over an hour to remove it from the deal while he chose to help another customer, then unbelievably compared the extended car warranty to medical insurance asking if we would consider going without that. Throughout the process, he mentioned things like "You don't understand how much of a burden this is on me," and "I'm doing you a favor." This treatment turned an OK car-buying experience into a nightmare.

We unexpectedly went in to get a car fixed and quickly realized it was time to trade it in. Nik and team were very patient with us as we looked at several options from leasing a car and a truck to buying a new vehicle. I never felt pressured to purchase one vehicle over another. Lugoff and Jason Jacobs made the new car buying experience more enjoyable than I would have expected. While I had to meet with multiple layers of management to go through the process, each explained choices and options in a professional and understandable manner. Located vehicle via internet. Called and negotiated price. Sales staff was friendly and courteous during my visit. Discovered a couple errors for the advertised options that were not on the vehicle. The only negative I have is the fact that the dealership advertised a possible low 2.99% financing with no mention of an either/or factory rebate. I feel I should have received the lower interest rate.

I went to Lugoff Ford to buy a used car to replace my gas-guzzling truck. As a young professional, this was the first car that I was buying on my own. I didn't really even know what I was looking for, but Jason knew that right questions to ask to narrow my search. I told him that I had a budget of $8,000. He respected that budget and didn't try to talk me into anything more expensive. I got to test drive three cars before deciding on a 2001 Jaguar. Jason explained what each car had to offer and was honest about pointing out any minor flaws so I could factor that into my decision. I also decided to trade in my old vehicle, and I feel like I got a fair price on the trade. I highly recommend Lugoff Ford and to talk to Jason if he's available.

Other ford dealerships quoted cheaper fix price and said LUGOFF should've fixed for half price. Billy platt in finance is a joke! Selling me a new car does not help the current situation billy boy.

My husband and I have bought many cars over the past 5 years. Lugoff Ford as been, by far, the most pleasant experiance we have had thus far. Nick, our salesman, was very down to earth and friendly. When shopping for a car, we look for someone who is going to be honest and not pushy. We already know what we want and how much we want to spend. This experiance was relatively quick and easy. We will be recommending this dealership to our friends and will be coming back for our next purchase!

After 2 other dealership visits and test driving and haggling, we went to Lugoff Ford. Our salesman Nick was about a friendly as you'll find. Not overbearing at all, which we liked. He showed us several cars and we thought we liked a Focus. We test drove it and he ran some numbers for us. It was very much in our price range, but we wanted to think on it. They let us drive the car home for the rest of the weekend. My wife and I are glad we did. Although this car was loaded and drove and handled well, we found that it was just too small for what we wanted as a primary car. When we got back to the dealership we had seen a Ruby Red Taurus that we really liked but didn't think we could afford it. Nick went to work for us and came through with a great deal within our budget. This turned out to be a great experience for us. We really like the Taurus and after 236 miles we are averaging 28.3 mpg. Most of which were highway miles, about 75%. Thanks Nick and all the guys at Lugoff Ford!

I was pleased intially with my purchase and still am. What I am not pleased with is the fact that the used vehicle shown on the website as having a satellite radio. I was told while still at the dealership that I would just need to call SiriusXM to have a subscription on it. I called SiriusXM and was told how to get the ESN number needed to start the service. That did not work. I took the car to a Mazda dealership to locate it. The PulliamWray Mazda Dealership was able to come back and tell me that there was no satellite radio installed. Prior to this discovery and the subsequent fax I sent to Heather on May 7, 2012, I have not received an explanation for why the dealership did not verify if there was actually a satellite installed within the before it was listed as having one. When I pushed the "sat" button and nothing happened, I was advised by Heather I would need to call and start a subscription. Sounded reasonable. Little did I know. The email sent:Good morning Heather. I hope all is well I took the Cx-7 to the Pulliam Wray Mazda dealership for them to get my ESN # so I could start enjoying the satellite radio. The gentleman who checked it out advised me there was not and had not been a satellite radio installed prior to my purchase and the cost would be 658.00 I told him I would check with you all to see if there could possibly be any help in paying for the installation. I am enjoying my new car but had I known that although advertised with one, there was actually no satellite radio, I would have waited. I will fax the estimate over that he gave me it does include the price of the satellite radio kit and labor. Thank you for any assistance

Bought a used sedan with low mileage from them. I thoroughly checked out comparables and the Kelly Blue Book Value. This car was overpriced compared to them. I printed out my findings and brought it with me and was able to get them down 1K. Do your research before going to a dealership especially when buying a used car and check the Carfax records, that's a must. It would be wise to have your own mechanic to check out the car before purchasing a used vehicle as well, it's worth it. The people were friendly to work with and professional but I thought their used cars were overpriced.

After talking on the phone to several dealerships in the Greenville area, I got the "brush off" and was told to "just come on down." Generally speaking, buying a new vehicle is a challenge, and I feel you have to be very prepared before you arrive. Therefore, I went to the internet before going to any dealerships in my area of the state. Fortunately, I went on line and made contact with Billy Platt at Lugoff Ford. In 1992 I had bought a new F-150 from them and was highly satisfied in every way. From the onset of my conversation with Billy, I was very impressed with his patience, courtesy, and advice that I got. Living in Pickens County, I never dreamed that I would be able to actually "close the deal" on a new truck over the phone all the way down in Lugoff, SC. Internet purchase inquiry. 1.The truck was listed at $8500 on the internet. The Buyers Agreement that was presented stated $8750.2.My car was not fairly evaluated for trade. I used the link on your website for the Auto Trader trade-in evaluation. Which I understood your dealership participated in. The Auto Trader evaluated my trade at approximately $1650 to $2400. The Buyers Agreement had my trade at $650. ( I stopped at another two dealers on the way home and had it appraised and got $1100 from one and $1250 from the other. One a Toyota dealer and the other a Ford dealer.)3.Stewart also had a down payment listed on the Buyers Agreement at $650. That was explained as the TT&L fees. I had stated that I would pay the tax, title and tag fees here in NC which wouldnt be paid directly to your dealership being out of state.4.The Buyers Agreement also had an additional No Taxes Paid Fee of $75. What was that?5.Having stopped at the other Ford dealership on the way home, I mentioned to them about the pre-approval at Wells Fargo that you and Stewart got me on your Tacoma. They were able to look it up on their system and found it. But not at the 12% rate that Stewart told me. They found it at 10.5%. Why? How?The Tacoma had few flaws that detracted from value.1.The engine is a salvage yard engine. It was obviously a replacement. Actual engine miles and condition are unknown.2.The rear axle or transmission has a low speed growl noise and vibration as you heard and felt. Needs a technician to diagnose.3.The CarFax is inaccurate because it does not list the damage to the right front that was extensive enough to replace and repaint the fender.4.Either the rear main seal on the engine or the front seal on the transmission is leaking.5.Engine valve covers are leaking.6.The steering alignment was out of specs. Possibly due to an accident. This caused the steering wheel to be off center and to pull to one side while driving and to wear the right front tire excessively and unevenly.7.The right front fender had been replaced and the area surrounding it was repainted.8.The passenger door window would not go up on its own. The window actually fell out of the track when I moved it. I think the window regulator needs to be replaced.9.It was missing the fuse box cover on the dash.10.There were several holes drilled in the dash, upper center, center right side, and right side of the center console.I consider this vehicle on the low side of Fair condition category. A wholesale vehicle at best. Having the engine swapped automatically takes it out of the Excellent condition category ( As it was advertised) and the drivetrain noise automatically takes it out of the Good category.The offer I made was as follows:Tacoma - $7000Trade - $1000Dealership Doc Fees - $250Stewart didnt even consider this. The salesman that you referred me to stated that Stewart was upside down in the Tacoma and handed me the keys to my car. There was no counter offer. No nothing. This surprised me. Its not my fault the dealership is upside down in it. Maybe the person in charge of buying the auction vehicles and evaluating trades needs additional help.If I knew who the Owner/CEO and /or the GM of Lugoff Ford/Toyota was I would forward this message to them. I would love to talk with them.

I rated an "OK" on the price because the finance manager would not budge $.01. I realize that dealerships are pre-printing their bill of sales with a fixed doc fee of $499.00. I feel this fee is extremely high and is just padding to the already stated price. In addition to the doc fee, the dealership is making extra money on the tag fee. My comments in no way reflect the professionalism of our sales person, Richard Leadingham. He did every thing he could but the bottom price came from the finance manager. This padding of the price could turn customers away.

Went looking for a nice used car and was instantly drawn towards the Mustangs! Like any good salesman, Gary was over to talk to my father and I as we stepped out of our car, but was not pushy and gave us our space to check things out. When we were ready to talk, he was right there with the numbers and information we needed. I drove off the lot in my 05 GT that afternoon and can barely stand to let it out of my sight! I was not ready to buy a car, butmy wife passes away Jan. 17th, 2011 of cancer. And the current vehicle ws in her name. I called Wells Fargo car loans to have it changed over to my name. I had 3 choses, pay it off, refinance it or give it back. Then I was told I could make an offer. Thet turned those down. Well I was out lokking on Thursay night and saw a 2006 Ford Freestyle and was it sharp and wasequipped very well and the price was fantastic. My daughter and I went the next day to look at it. We met Heather on the lot and informe us it would be back shorly. Shewas very friendly and offered us something to drink and kept us informed. We test drove it but my daugter insisted I drive other makes etc. I drove a total of 6 cars on monday and 2 tuesday morning and went back Tuesday and bought the Feestyle. You have a jewel of a saleswoman in Heather and the rest of the staff I was introduced to was just as friendly. I asked Heather to stay around because I would definitely buy another car from you. First off after reading the reviews I thought this dealer would be a great one to work with... BOY WAS I WRONG. They had a ford fusion for sale the was jacked up on price beyond belief; however, I really liked the color so I thought I would use some other sale ads as bargining power. I called and spoke with someone by the name Scott I believe who told me that he would knock $55.00 off the car. BIG DEAL THERE !!! anyways I was unable to get the other cars I found due to the deal being so great they sold before I got there, so I decided I would take the trip to Lugoff an hour away from where I live to get the car. The morning of I call Lugoff Ford to make sure the deal was still on and to my surprise not only had they tacked the wopping $55.00 they took off back on they also wanted to tack on a $400.00 docking fee that every other dealership normally waves. After arguing with the sales man some he put me on what he thought was hold, while he preceeded to talk and laugh about me to other employees while I heard the whole thing. Talk about professional!! Needless to say I DID NOT make a trip to lugoff that day but to COLEMAN FORD where I got a car with less miles same color and TONS better deal over a $1,000.00 cheaper. AND GUESS WHAT NO DOCKING FEE !!!! that they told me EVERY DEALER CHARGED. So at the end of the day I guess I can thank Lugoff Ford for leading me to a much better deal had you not been so RUDE I would have never found my car now !! :)

The Sales person Scott was the best I have ever dealt with in 40 years of buying vehicles and owning a wide range. I would not have completed the deal except for the positive approach used by Scott, no badgering. The trade in experience was not good but never has been. Better to deal with getting rid of your trade in on your own. The Finance manager Scott was also friendly, but you must ask for the salesman Scott to have a good car shopping experience. I've been dealing with Richard for over 6 months. He has been very professional and friendly. I feel I received a good deal (Not a great deal) on my purchase. I hope the follow-up service is great. I was not happy with the XZILON sealer that was applied. It appears that some of the product was applied to the chrome and gave it a dull appearance. I tried to wipe it off but it still appears dull. Richard told me to bring the vehicle back and they would take care of it. The problem is getting time to return to the dealership. The finance manager Scott was also very professional and friendly. I did not take the extended warranty. I may purchase the warranty last in the week. Overall, my purchase was fast and easily. I love my new F150.

Gregg is so knowledgeable and attentive to detail that the work is complete from beginning to end; he makes sure that there are discounts available and will think ahead for the next time; then he explains everything in detail as to the condition of the vehicle and what it needs to meet standards; finally, everything is done in a very efficient manner because he communicates well with the crew; consequently, the service on the vehicle is complete in the least amount of time because he is on top of everything!!! Dealership worked very hard to fix all issues. I had problems with new car and they made sure I had a car to drive while the repairs were being made. Also gave me an extended warranty for my troubles. I am very happy with the service I received here.

I always receive exceptional and professional service from Greg (Service Advisor) and Vinny (mechanic), and I am getting to know Chris, who is also very pleasant to deal with. Greg has always been more than friendly, fair, and attentive to me....and I can be difficult!! That, together with the excellent skills and work of Vinny, has made me and my family loyal customers of this dealership. I would drive from the next county to come here for service. Without a doubt, these folks are the only people I truly trust with my vehicles.

Took my Ford F150 in for a wheel alignment and some other work. The service took about as much time as I thought it would and was completed for a reasonable price. Mr. Pendleton (the service representitive) was attentive and generally cared about my service experience. I have not driven the vehicle enough since the work was done to be sure everything is exactly as it should be, but that does not diminish the very positive experience I had with the service department of this dealership today... At this point, I would be happy to work with this dealership again.

I recieved great customer service from Mr. Gregory Pendelton . He thoroghly explained in detail in a way that I could understand what exactly was wrong with my vehile. He was very friendly throughout the entire visit and the prices were not bad at all . I will always use Lugoff Ford from now on . I would highly recommend this company and Mr. Gregory Pendelton .

Problem diagnosed correctly the first time. Other problem found was legitimate. Even though battery was replaced, all settings were retained. Work done promptly. Car returned with no position adjustments needed. Final price was below estimate. Service Advisor picked me up at my house.

I am a relatively new customer to Lugoff Ford, as most of my repairs and maintenance has been performed by private shops. I have always been under the impression that dealerships were much higher priced, but I am convinced now that the quality of service and comparable pricing will bring me back to Lugoff Ford. Titus pointed out that I had 2 tires on my car that were in bad shape, and Greg went out of his way to match those tires exactly with the other two tires that I had recently replaced at a private shop. I was well pleased with the price and convenience since I was preparing to take a long trip. Kudos to the service staff at Lugoff Ford. I will definitely return for future services.

Excellent dealership. Impressed with the knowledge, courtesy, friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Scott Grantham was (and is)a pleasure to do business with. We talked with all of the other Ford dealerships in the area and this was the only one that offered to try and find the vehicle we wanted. They found it and I love it! I look forward to dealing with them for maintenance and service of my new Ford Explorer. I have already recommended them to several friends. If their service shop is as good as their sales staff then I will be extremely pleased.

I have dealt with this dealership twice and will be going back every time I decide to shop for a car, and my husband will, as well. They pulled a major miracle in getting me back into the car I had traded when I regretted doing so. This place is amazing. My salesman was very helpful and very friendly. His manager, David, really seemed like he was really interested in trying to help me. I was in a bad situation with my previous car and they helped smooth it all out. 5 STARS all the way for this dealership. Everyone I came in to contact with was very nice and friendly. The general manager (or at least I think he was) even asked if he could get me something to drink while I was waiting to go sign papers for my car. They are in a small town but really have big hearts when trying to help people. Thanks again guys and I love my new Ford Focus!!!!
