Our salesman, Marion Ensz, was fantastic. Did not pressure us, willing to work on price. Didn't have to meet with six other employees at closing to oversell stuff we don't want. Have leased two cars from Marion in last six months.

Scheduled an appointment because my 2016 WRX navigation system stopped working. After an short time, maybe a mile or two, the error message "Autodetecting GPS Receiver..." would pop-up and the system would stop updating current position. The problem first happened the morning of 2/25/16 and continued throughout the weekend (4 days). Monday morning when I went to take the vehicle in, the system starting working again. When I checked in at the service center, the customer service representative, and later the manager, claimed they had never heard of such a problem. I mentioned that several reports of this very problem were posted on the web to which they replied that I should not believe everything on the web. I showed them a photo of the navigation unit displaying the error message but they insisted that not much could be done. They suggested that it may have been a GPS satellite network problem. If you have a flat tire, these guys might be just fine. Any issue that requires some legitimate troubleshooting, go somewhere else.

Our sales person, Justine, was very easy to work with with her calm, easy going method for informing her customers about the cars we were looking at. We really liked her low key approach and really wanted to buy from her as we were looking for our next auto possibilities. She went out of her way to find the "right" color for us and visited another dealer who had the inventory to pick up our car. I would like to buy another car from Bloomington Subaru and Justine sometime.

I had to bring my car into this dealership 3 different times because my battery kept dying after not driving it for a day or two. After the 3rd visit they had still not solved my problem and had actually made it worse by not tightening the clamps on my battery. As for as service goes you will get charged a high price for very low service quality at this location.

I worked with Justine in selecting and purchasing a new Subaru. She was so helpful and easy to speak to, and not once did I feel pressured into anything, which I really appreciated. Justine was also very patient with me, answering every question I had (it was my first NEW car purchase), and going on test drives of both the CrossTrek and Outback. I chose the Outback, and I was so glad that I did. It's a beautiful car, and the warranty/service is excellent. The dealership took care of getting my new plates and they arrived fast. I've shopped for a car at other dealerships but this was the most pleasant and pressure-free experience, so it really helped my car-buying decision.

I bought my new 2016 Forester last week. I test drove and compared the Honda CRV and Toyota RAV4, and the Forester won out on visibility and overall value. I waited for the new 2016 backup camera display and am very pleased. The trade in experience was positive for our Honda CRV and the used car manager was very respectful of the care we had taken with our 11-year old car with only 64,000 miles. Shirl Lee and Bronwyn were our salespeople. There was no hard sell from anyone we encountered. I would have liked a little more time regarding setup of the infotainment display, but everything else was thoroughly reviewed.

I have been going to Luther Bloomington to service my Acura TL for years now. Recently I purchased a used RDX there and the experience was wonderful! Ryuji Beppu was an excellent sales person. He listened to me and only showed me what I was looking for- and didn't try to pressure me into something else. He even walked through websites to compare their prices with other surrounding dealerships. I ended up feeling great about the purchase! Whenever you can walk out of a car dealership with that feeling you know that you can be confident that there was a fair exchange. Also their warranties were thoroughly explained and again there was no pressure to purchase- just enough information so I could make a good decision on what was important to me. Of course- the atmosphere is friendly, accommodating, and high class as always. I highly recommend the Bloomington location for a luxury car purchase. Subaru's and Acura's are sporty, fun, and luxury cars. Also they are very well engineered and reliable. The service, professionalism, and atmosphere of the Bloomington location is second to none.

Last May we started looking for a vehicle. We ended up buying a '15 Forrester that we ordered custom for our needs. Trish Clancy was amazing in everything that we brought up as questions (and we had a lot). She did such a good job as well as the service department after the purchase, and the financial department in all of the paper work for this purchase. Waiting there while the vehicle was serviced was not hard at all. In fact we were so pleased with the service and personnel there when we recently decided to trade in our other vehicles for something late model used we looked on their website for possibilities. We found one and traded the vehicles and and bought our newest purchase there as well for Trish again. Highly recommended dealership and personnel.

Everyone here added value to the customer buying experience. The sales people the financing people, everyone. I was never pressured to purchase anything. If anything, there was almost a Stepford Wives vibe, where people were just a little bit too nice and friendly. I ended up purchasing an Outback Subaru.

The salesperson and trading process made the whole experience worth it. Deciding upon a vehicle and a trade-in value was pleasant, easy, and fun. We got the trade-in value we were looking for and happily agreed to buy the vehicle right away. The actual paperwork process of financing and deciding on the warranty took a little longer than I wanted. The children's facilities are a little sparse but the TV works and there is a magnet game table. And there are free snacks and drinks. So you should still bring your own toys and books for your kids, but their kid area is no worse than what you might find anywhere else. Overall I'm very happy with my experience.

I recently had to buy a used car, and had the pleasure of being helped by Michael Rappaport. Mike was friendly and knew the cars on the lot, being able to explain frankly about each one. He understood the financial conditions and expedient manner I had to find and purchase a car, which made the process that less painful. I was surprised at the price of used cars these days, but Mike sat down, took his time, and we compared prices in the surrounding market. I feel that I got a deal with the purchased car and would recommend Mike and the dealership to others. It should also be added that the support staff that I've had to interact with were across the board professional and equally expedient in their duties.

I contacted the dealer via email to inquire about an Acura MDX. Salesperson replied to say that the vehicle was sold. I asked about a different vehicle since I was looking for a new MDX. I never heard back from the sales person. I went to Buerkle Acura and purchased a new MDX. Bloomington Acura lost out on a sale.

I had never used this dealership before, and I will not again. I brought a car in for an inspection, and Mike in the service department was rude and dismissive, at one point walking away from me when I was right in the middle of a question. His rudeness was so obvious that a female service tech standing next to me looked shocked and immediately apologized for his behavior. Message to the service department: Women hate being treated like second class citizens in car dealerships in America. You should move to Saudi Arabia if that's how you wish to behave.

Amy Anderson was our purchase facilitator at Luther Subaru, and she did a great job! Our lease was up on our 2012 Outback, so we needed a new one. She knew she didn't have to sell us on Subaru, it is our 4th one, so she was just very helpful and let us test drive a couple of models and answered all of our questions. We ended up having to order the model with the features we wanted, so she kept us posted on delivery and made the process very easy. Luther also ended up buying out the lease on our previous vehicle, because the car was actually worth more than the lease payoff, and they wanted it to resell. That helped to lower our lease payments. The rates are great right now, so we are paying considerably less for our 2015 Outback than for our 2012 model, even with the full scheduled maintenance package included. We are looking looking forward to 3 years with our new Outback. We are taking our first road trip to Jackson Hole in a couple of weeks, and run ski races for a living, so we need a reliable vehicle to get us there in any conditions and the Subaru vehicles we have owned have been the perfect answer.

My 19 yr old daughter was buying her first car. We found a 2005 Honda Civic at Bloomington Acura Subaru and worked with salesman Michael Rappaport. My daugher was very comfortable working with his friendly, helpful, no pressure manner. Michael, and the finance department, walked her through each step of the process so she understood everything. She drove away very happy with her purchase and feeling very good about buying it from this dealership. I am glad her first car buying experience was such a good one. :)

Purchased Impreza 2 years back. Received good service from sale rep then. Put some winter tires on and tires pressure light came on. I called service department, talked to a nice lady, asked her is there an instruction on how to reset the TPMS light. She put me on hold so she can talk to a service tech. She came back and told me that it need to be reset via a tool. Asked her how much? She put me on hold again and came back and said it's free because it will only take service a couple minutes to reset and just drive in no appointment needed. Drove to Bloomington site a few days later, pulled the car in and talk the the service tech, both were rude, told me I'm wrong and that I talked to the wrong folk, and that it cost $79 to reset each time I needed it reset. I'm more upset at the rude service than the price. Drove to a local Tire Plus, asked them about the light. They pulled the car in and literally took less than 5 minutes to reset the light as well as make sure the pressure are correct for all tires. and it's FREE. Thinking about it now, $79 for 5 mins of work? What a rip off.

We just purchased a new Forester (our family has owned probably 6 Subarus so far) and our dealings with dealer J.Chad Conti were excellent. We have used another Subaru dealership in the past, but came to Luther for my Forester and this is where we will stay. Chad was so nice, knowledgeable, forthcoming with answers to all our questions, and no-pressure which was so refreshing. We got a nice surprise with a lower-than-expected loan interest. The Luther Bloomington Subaru facility itself surpassed any other we've been to: IMMACULATE, with a large, bright and comfortable waiting area including private desks, TV, free drinks, fresh fruit, and snacks!! Great experience all around.

We spent around two months searching online visiting other dealerships looking for a new Subaru Impreza for our family. I began pricing between between this dealership and St. Cloud's. We worked with Peter Kirby from their online team and he was able to help us get the best pricing we could get, a fair trade in price, and efficient service. During the entire process, any time we had a question (mainly through email) he responded within a day of the initial query. He answered questions above and beyond the car we were specifically shopping for, and if he could not answer a specific question, pointed us in the direction of a resource we could use. Outside of our specific sales person, we had helpful, and encouraging emails from other support staff at Subaru as well. While attentive they were able to keep their interactions helpful rather than pushy. I would greatly recommend working with this dealership!

Came in to buy a new Subaru. Very tight time frame to buy since we were moving and needed the car for the move. We had done our research and knew which Subaru we wanted to buy (Outback) and had contacted the dealer via email. After a few email exchanges we came in. Had to wait for about 10 minutes before someone came over to help (annoying). Ironically, the salesperson who helped us, Amy, was the same person my husband had been talking with via email. We pulled up our information, worked with her on what was available, took a car for a test drive, and negotiated the price. They were very willing to work with us on the price and gave us good prices on our trade in vehicles. We agreed on a price and 2 hours later drove home with a new car. Three days later Amy followed up to check on how we liked the car. Very happy and would highly recommend Luther. We also leased a Scion from another Luther dealer and we liked that they were no nonsense and worked with us on what we wanted to spend and our timeframes for buying a car.

My salesperson, Jeff Koelmel, basically held my hand through this process, which involved purchasing a car ahead of my arrival in Minnesota. He responded to my specific requests and did not push something that I didn't want. I appreciated this greatly. The car was delayed and he helped me to get a loaner, as I was desperate for transportation in my first few days here. He also picked me up to take me to the dealership himself, and spent a long time explaining the Bluetooth functionality and helping me to set it up - same with the Homelink service. Also, their waiting room was so nice that I didn't want to leave! Starbucks coffee, snacks and drinks, newspapers and magazines galore. And last but not least, their transportation specialist Natasha was amazing! When we discovered that my license had expired while I was away, she actually drove me to a renewal location and then picked me up when I was done. I haven't needed any repairs yet, so no opinion on that, but I was highly pleased with the sales process at this dealership.

Lets see - Took them two hours to get to us to begin checking us out with the car purchase (should have walked away then). The inspected used vehicle had to be taken back immediately after purchase for brake work. They balked at paying for it because they couldn't get us an appointment for 18 days (past the 5 day return/repair) but I had it all in writing, so they finally did. Another major part failed within two months and the different repair shop I took it to said the failure would have been clearly viable at the time of sale.

As an older single woman, I always dreaded buying a used car. I always tell them my range and they always bump it up by showing me cars not in my range. I received wonderful customer service from Dana. I knew what I wanted and knew how much I had to spend. I had not looked at others except on line and when others called me back, they did not listen to what my needs were. Their was only one used KIA Soul in their lot. Everything matched my requirements and I got more than I knew that I was getting. Dana ordered me a manual and helped set my unbelievable ability to use my phone without holding it! Wow, my children have this, but I didn't expect that I would get this in an older car. i noticed the car vibrated upon reaching 60 miles per hour. I called and the tires were aligned. Working with Peter Kirby and Kris LaMere was an excellenct customer service experience. They were helpful and knowledgeable and made sure I was informed of my options without being pushy or applying pressure. They were transparent, patient and flexible and ultimately made sure I got what I wanted on terms that worked for me. The only criticism I have would be that compared to other dealerships, the showroom and facilities feel a bit dated and a little tired. Not a issue for me personally, but no WOW factor.

I was in the market for purchasing a new vehicle (particularly Subaru) and was referred to Peter Kirby at Luther Bloomington Acura Subaru via the Costco Program. He was very knowledgeable, easy to work with (not pushy like many other dealerships in the area) and willing to work around my current budget. I would recommend looking into the Costco Program if you are a member and making an appointment with Peter to talk about options and pricing. The finance department was able to match the loan my bank could provide and I was able to drive away with the car I wanted same day. The process was smooth, fun, and very informative. Overall great experience with Luther Bloomington Acura Subaru. They take the gold medal with customer service and best price. I am very happy with my purchase and the experience they provided while attaining a new vehicle. They've earned a customer for life.

Joe helped me with my appointment and he was very professional and understanding. I waited like an hour for getting my car done. BUt later on Joe told me that some part is not available in their store so they have to get it done from another place and I can not get my car today. I felt bad initially but then they said they ll give me a loaner vehicle for free and guess what - was given a Brand New ACURA TL 2014 to drive back! WOW!! ALso joe called me next day and apologised for inconvenience (well i was happy that it happened :) ) On top of it Joe did my oil change for free and also offered me 10% discount on overall amount. Can yo even believe that ??My experience was extremely good and I am very happy that I choose this centre. Joe especially was very helpful and professional. I really appreciate his customer service.

I had a great experience shopping at Bloomington Acura Subaru and working with Dylan Duffy. He made a great effort to vet out what I really wanted, show me some alternatives to what I had in mind, was flexible with pricing where he could be, and above all else was willing to work with me past closing rather than rush through the process. After my initial visit, test drive, and quotes I returned a few days later to finalize a sale on a 2014 Impreza Sport Limited and am thoroughly satisfied. Aside from the salesmanship and the shiny new ride, the finance department was able to setup a loan that matched what my bank was offering which was very competitive. Overall, I would definitely recommend shopping here.

Bought my first ACURA MDX with Tech and Entertainment packages from Dylan Duffy. Sales process itself was fine and checkout was smooth.The bummer was how long it took to get the vehicle! I was not happy to be called saying it was "on the truck" and then to find out it was not going to be there and had to wait another few weeks. The delay was on Acura's manufacturing end which was NOT the dealer's fault. I was told I had a 3 month wait for the vehicle but saw reportedly the exact model/color I wanted online at Buerkle Acura. I did ask if I could get that one as a trade but was not able to do this as it had been sold. The car was worth the wait but surprised such a big dealer like this did not get more of the models that were popular. I did feel the service and facilities at Lexus were a lot better but will wait and see how the service department goes. Glad I got this car though - it is fantastic!

A few years ago I purchased a used Acura MDX with the extended Acura Care Plan from Trish Clancy and I was very happy with her expertise and professionalism. Last month I brought the car in for service and was informed that it needed a new radiator and my care plan had expired which was two years earlier than I thought it should have. Upon reading my contract I noticed that the former employee who wrote it up had typed in the wrong year for the starting date leading me to believe the plan would be two years longer than it actually was. I called Trish Clancy who looked up the original contract, noticed the mistake, and alerted TJ, who I believe is one of the managers. TJ immediately called me and said, "Let's make this right" and mailed out a new care plan, no charge. I am very impressed!

Though I was wistful trading in my 11 yr old Subaru Forester...the time had come. Have made several Subaru purchases over the years for myself and my son -- and have been comfortable each time. What made this experience even better - tops - was that as a middle aged single female I felt trust doing this process on my own this time. Mory Rad is a calm cheerful direct and clear salesperson. I did not feel pressured and the questions answers and confirmation fell into place at a pace that worked for me. My new 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek is fantastic. It is more technologically advanced than I am...but I am learning how this works. Mory even suggested that if the Homelink garage door opener wasn't programmed correctly that he would be glad to come to my home to fix it. I was able to get this to work on my own. I feel 100% confident in my purchase and in the care from my past experiences in both sales and service at Bloomington Subaru and I would highly recommend this dealership and my sales person.

My first experience with Luther Acura was shockingly terrible! I walked in and tried to buy a 2014 acura mdx only to be treated rudely by a salesman I will leave unnamed. He literally told me my wish to have an entertainment package was a bad choice and nobody got that upgrade anymore and I could spend my money better. When they didnt have the model I wanted, he said another dealership had the one I wanted but he wouldn't inquire about it until I thought about and was sure I was serious. After calling him within the same day to say yes this is the car I want and I need to get it in two weeks, he told me he couldn't control the trucks shipping cars. I finally figured out he had an MDX another customer had ordered but didn't want and he was trying to push me into that car. When I said I would have to think about this car since it didnt hve the features I wanted he snapped, well I'm not holding on to this car for you forever. Wow! I never called back, he never called me back, and I went and bought the exact car I wanted from Buerkle Acura the next day. It was so easy and I love my car. I'm not sure why this was so difficult at Luther, you wouldn't think buying a new car from a salesperson would be such a difficult and frustrating experience.

The experience was totally professional. The staff was helpful from the moment we entered the dealership (it demeans a dealership as good as this to call it a "store") and has continued since our purchase. If you want courteous and assistance in the acquisition of a new vehicle, this is the place to go. For example, our salesperson Bronwyn worked as a designer for one of the big three in Detroit after her graduation from one of the nation's leading technical universities. You definitely will not deal with anyone who is a refugee from the nearest sports bar, as so many other sales people elsewhere appear to be!

I bought a brand new TSX. After 2 days of driving it, I heard a rattle, so I brought the car to the dealer to see what was wrong. The sales guy rode with me because the service dept was too busy. He told me it didn't sound like much to worry about and just get it fixed in 3 weeks when my license comes in. The rattle drove me crazy, especially on a new car, so I just so happened to receive an email from the manager of Acura, and he set up a loaner car right away for me to use while my car sat to be serviced. I just picked up my car today, and a new strut needed to be changed which is why the rattle, so it was a bigger deal than I anticipated. But when I drove out of the parking lot with my fixed car, I started looking around at my car and it was absolutely filthy. Service never cleaned my car. So I drove it back and had someone clean it. Got in it again to drive home, and it still wasn't clean. I had scuff marks all over every door and my new floor mats were filthy, so brought it back a second time and had the head of the service dept looking at it as well as the general manager. They did get it cleaned finally and I was able to take home a clean car, but it wasn't easy. When I first brought my new car home, I had mud all over the gas peddles and breaks, so I have had to deal ,with this issue 3 times over the last 2 weeks. The people are very nice and understanding there, but I am not sure who cleans the vehicles??

Purchased new 2013 Outback. Mirror not correct. According to Salesman, he couldn't get it scheduled for replacement until middle of July. He suggested I try for a customer-generated appointment resulting in an appointment for July 11!! Too busy to do it any sooner. I received a call a few days later saying that all paperwork needed to be redone and resigned because the stock number was for the wrong car. I asked if anything else was wrong like price, etc. I was told only the stock number needed to be changed on the forms. I offered to sign new forms on July 11 when I would get my mirror replaced.. That offer resulted in a a request to bring my car in that day. I did and the mirror was installed in 5-10 minutes. Upon looking at the paperwork I found that the VIN numbers were for the wrong car! While mistakes happen, I was not told the truth up front in this matter. Manager said that they are working on a big recall so were very busy - not much was handled well in this matter.

Sales person was always helpful, going out of their way to find the car we wanted even though they did not have it in their inventory. We never felt pressured and were offered a great deal as they were winding down their inventory of 2013 models since the 2014 were starting to arrive. We were impressed enough with the product and sales person that we ended up buying a second car. These are our 3rd and fourth Subaru vehicles; we're "sold" on Subaru, especially for Minnesota winters.

I was looking for a used car on line and saw a Kia Sportage at Bloomington Acura, so I stopped by on Sunday to check it over. I liked it and it was in excellent condition. I emailed the dealer and heard back from Ryuji via email very quickly. He stated the card was still available and I could stop by on Monday evening. When I arrived he was not at his desk but several others looked for him and when we spoke he let me take the car out for the test drive. I was impressed and when I returned we spoke about what the next steps were, he took a look at my car and told me what they would offer on the trade and ran some numbers for me. I like the clear posting of prices on used cars and think they are very fair. I went home to get paperwork and clean out my old car and returned to pick up the Sportage that same night. I did have to wait quite a while, as they were very busy, but overall was very pleased. Only negative is that they promise to give a Carfax report and I did not get it that night, but contacted Ryuji and picked on up the next day. It did not contain anything that would have made a difference in my decision. I will use them for repairs as they have very favorable reviews and customer friendly hours.

I think I have good understanding of how this place operates. I have an 06 RL I bought elsewhere and had Bloomington Acura begin to service at 36kmiles and I now have over 255k miles. I been through many repairs and through countless service appointment over the last 5+ years. They've always been extremely professional and go out of their way to do a great job. I've come to know many of the service representatives over the years and have found them to be universally competent and conscientious. I had a major engine problem that was certainly not their fault. I think they were very fair in working with me for a very expensive repair. I find them to be a bit more expensive but deliver great value- it's worth it to pay few extra bucks in my opinion to be treated well and respected as a customer.

My salesperson Chad Conti earned my respect, appreciation and business during three separate dealer visits. He spent the time to give me detailed information, discuss prices and facilitate multiple test drives. His friendly, no-pressure approach brought me back after experiencing other dealerships and salespeople, and the efforts made by him and his general manager to provide the best price for a vehicle secured the deal. My contact with the finance department personnel for the paperwork and the service department for accessory installation has been pleasant and the dealership has great amenities for sales and service customers. Overall, a recommended place to consider if you're in the market for a new or used car or vehicle service.

So I saw a 2008 SAAB 9-3 TurboX XWD Sport Combi wagon had just been listed but no pictures on Saturday 11/30 and sent and email with my cell phone number and I got a reply by Monday morning and called back to Ryuji Beppo. He sent pictures and I saw a nice Car so I asked him to hold it for me and he did with a $500 refundable deposit on my CC on our second call. He also sent me a CarFax - My wife agreed to let me fly from Chicago to Minneapolis to look at the car which Ryuji indicated would pass with flying colors as it had only 10,600 miles on a 4 year old used car! It was risky but these cars only numbered 100 pieces in the US for 2008 as a special model and they disappear quickly and this one was immaculate with 2 SETS of Rims and Tires! perfect for Chicago winters! We spoke several times that week on the phone and he picked me up 12/8/12 Saturday morning at the Airport and drove me to the dealership where it was ready and waiting - with the extra Rims inside all ready for my drive home. It looked great and basically was ready to go - no hassle paperwork and I was on my way after a short while and I couldn't be happier. He was not just trying to make a deal since I would have been extremely dissappointed after flying all the way there from Chicago. I even told him that I knew he would have several calls after me for the car and if it was not woth my time to just sell to someone else but I'm so happy he convinced me this Car would not dissappoint. Several people from around the country were hoping I would not show up or change my mind and Ryuji made sure that it was held for me on deposit. It was and I GOT MY CAR - its not my Daddy's station! And in all Black with tinted windows - 2 sets of Rims and 280 Turbo HP with XWD it really hauls ass and sticks to the road ! I won't be going back for repairs or car wasings but I could tell they were a class dealership and I should know since I worked in the industry selling Fords for 3 months - Ouch! About the only thing I can say is that I paid their exact internet asking price of $20,888 but then again all the ones I saw that summer were going for $23K and more with double and triple the mileage mine had and no 2 sets of rims which were about $2k I'm guessing! So under $21K was a great deal So they were happy and so was I !!! :-) EXCELLENT DAY AND I HAD A NICE 400 MILE ROAD TRIP BACK HOME TO ENJOY MY NEW RIDE ! ! !

I traded a used vehicle in for a new outback. Peter Kirby was very good to work with he was straight forward with the pricing. I told what I needed for my trade in to make the deal work and he was able to get more than I thought I would get for it. The entire buying process was relaxing and straight forward, a welcome change after my last two nightmares with dealing with finance people trying hard to push extended warranties. There financial department was none pushy and relaxing to work with.

Luther Bloomington Subaru was the only dealer to actually include the Sams Club discount in the purchase. I basically got the run around from everyone else. After I got to the dealership to purchase the car I met with Ford Williams the Luther sales rep. He was on top of his game and was very helpful in the purchase. Charlie Rassouli the General Sales Manager was also involved and I was very impressed with every aspect of the purchase. This is now my go to dealership.

After 3 years of watching a light show on my dashboard, I took advantage of the "Lights Out" special. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with an auto service. I was shuttled to my office and picked up as promised two hours later to find that not only were the lights off, but they had checked my tires, fluids, filter, brakes, battery and washed my car inside and out! The best part - no charge and no pressure to make unnecessary repairs - just a recommendation of what to watch in the future. Made my day!

I guess I'm still a little old school and expect a car dealer to really take care of me. The salesman was nice and friendly, but not very well informed on the vehicle I was interested in. The financing staff was quick and efficient and obtained favorable financing for me. But when I took the vehicle home I realized the back had dog hair that had not been vacuumed out and the glove box was full of junk, napkins, records and other stuff from the prior owner. I also had less than a quarter tank of gas and the coolant was below the minimum line. A little attention to detail would have been nice.

I started the purchase process by requesting online quotes from cars.com and a number of other sites. Of the dealers included in these requests for quote, some did not respond at all, but most responded with numerous phone calls to invite me to come into the dealership. I could have gone into the dealership in the first place and this was not my purpose in asking for an online quote. Luther Bloomington was the only dealer who responded online, asked a couple of relevant questions, and then responded with the quote I had asked for. I worked with Nathan King, who was great to work with and made the process completely hassle free. In the end, I purchased from Luther because of this, and I got a deal I was happy with.

I went to this dealer to check out a Subaru WRX that had caught my eye. I arrive at the dealership and was helped right away so finding the car wasn't too hard. I got into the car began checking for anything that might look out of place or damage since this was a used car. After starting it up we went out for the test drive and came back. After getting back and parking it I asked the salesperson how to turn on the navigation. He tried to turn it on but struggle to do so then he manage to turn it on but he was unable to get it to do anything. We tried putting the CD in, we pushed all the buttons around the screen but it still remained unchanged. At this point he just says to me "I checked it out this morning and it was working just fine there's nothing wrong with it." Of course there was something very wrong with it. Now to the buying process. We discuss about the car and of course I brought up the Navigation issue but as soon as I did the salesperson just kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with it over and over again. I asked why is it so hard for them to just fix it. He did not answer my question instead he asked a question of his own about if I was going to buy the car or not. I said no and got up and left the place. Bottom line is if they are not willing to fix the problems on their cars then its not worth the time to even look at what they're selling.

This was a great dealer to work with on our long-distance purchase. Ryuji contacted me promptly after my cars.com inquiry on a used 2011 Subaru, and we made the deal over the phone a couple of days later. I filled out a loan application online and was approved within 24 hours. A credit card held the car for a week and when I flew in everything was as described. I was in and out from airport to on-the-road home with the car in under 2 hours. Noah had all the paperwork ready to go and everything was a breeze. Outstanding service!

Had a fine experience with the sales person. He was personable and friendly but didn't really seem engaged until he found out it was really the car I wanted. Unfortunately it was the only one in the metro and a really good price, so I decided to buy it there. NEVER AGAIN. Financing gave me the run around, to the point of them putting my husband's name as the main person on the car. Yes, I was listed first on the form I filled out. Yes, my husband only showed up to sign the papers. What, women can't buy cars? This is 2011, get a clue. When I asked them to fix their error, they told me "We can't, you have to call the bank and Acura corporate." Oh, so now I have to fix YOUR mistake? Avoid at all costs.
