I'm on my third Subaru and have experienced great vehicle service through the years at Bloomington Subaru. Yesterday, with no appointment, I was able to get an oil change, tires rotated and a vehicle inspection. AND their new Subaru building is wonderful!. The waiting lounge is full of light with different seating areas along with complimentary beverage and snack options. A very pleasant, short wait!

My wife and I were looking to upgrade from our current Subaru Forester into a new Subaru Ascent as our daughter was just born and we needed the extra space (third row) for us and our two dogs. Chris Tom (our go-to sales consultant) and Brian did a phenomenal job providing us different options and recommendations on the different trims and features of the 2021 Subaru Ascent that would best fit our lifestyle. Even better - they demonstrated true empathy in helping us all while creating a stress free and pressure free environment. Respectful of my time. Made me feel appreciated as their customer. Service exceeded my expectations! Added Subaru #4 to the family today. Interacted with 5 members from Bloomington Subaru - from sales, service, finance and management - and all were amazing to work with. New facilities make the buying and service experience enjoyable too.

Maria Gutierrez was great and I would refer anyone to her. She was honest and straightforward , she ran my credit and I was in range for 0% finance through Subaru. I agreed to her terms. Came the next day to pick up my car and finish the paperwork. The finance guy Nate Black changed everything said I only qualified for 1.9%, not bad but he took advantage of me being a woman of age and by myself. This is the third car I have bought from them and I will never go back.

I was searching for a 2020 Subaru and typed a query into the Subaru site. Robert Cox called right away and answered all of my questions. Each time I had more, I’d reach out to all the people that emailed me, and Robert would answer back right away. He even took the time to call. Everyone at Bloomington Luther Subaru was so helpful and kind. They offered us an amazing price for our car on the first offer. The customer service is the best bar none! Even the manager walked over to introduce himself and thank us for our business and welcomed us to the Luther family. Once we bought our car, Robert sent us videos he had made going over every feature and even reached back out to wish me happy birthday a few days later. Bloomington Subaru will be our dealership from now on! I highly encourage you to call Bloomington Luther Subaru for your next car, and make sure to ask for Robert Cox.
