We had an amazing experience at Lynch. Our truck (10yr old Chevy) decided to start having engine issues so we agreed, the day my hubby wanted to leave for hunting, to purchase a new truck. Despite the lack of inventory right now, they had 3 solid options in our price range. We decided on one (after driving all 3) got financing really fast and were on our way with our new truck. They gave us a very reasonable price for our trade in too. We've been to 2 other local dealers in the past and Lynch BY FAR was the easiest/fastest experience. Chad - our sales man was kind and very helpful. We never felt pushed out uncomfortable. Charles the finance manager explained all options (no pressure again) and Taylor the GM popped in to help us set some things up and was super helpful. We HIGHLY recommend Lynch and will most certainly be back!

We were looking for a Buick Encore And were greeted by Eric who was very friendly. We explained what model we were looking for and he immediately took us outside and there it was! We sat down and made the purchase. Everything went very smoothly. We then talked to Charlie the finance manager and had a great time talking to him! They took it back into the garage to prep it which only took about 45 min. and we brought it home. We were very impressed at the ease of the sale and were never were made to feel uncomfortable. We are very happy with the vehicle and would most likely be back. Very satisfied!

I bought a truck from them and three weeks later it's leaking oil. I only have 75 miles on the truck since it isn't my daily driver. Now they sold me a warranty and I figured they would take care of it since I just got it. Nope neither thing happened. They said my truck isn't leaking it's called seepage. Seepage is not a leak so they won't cover it and warranty won't either. So I asked why wasn't this on the safety report and they said It wasn because it's not a safety issue. I am attaching pictures you tell me if you think this a leak or seepage. BTW I took it to my mechanic and said it's a leak. Also the picture I am attaching is literally over night how much oil leaked out oh sorry seepage

I just wanted to take the time to thank the Lynch West Bend team for being awesome!!! They are ALL truly amazing individuals with such unique personalities and great work ethic. Also a huge shoutout to Alex for helping me with my beautiful Buick Encore!! I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy or lease and he made the process so smooth and helped with any questions I had. He is extremely knowledgeable in this industry and I know whenever I come back that I will be able to come in with a smile and leave with an even bigger one on my face! Thanks again so much Alex and the amazing Lynch team!!! :)

Waited 3 hours before I asked what was happening and they still could not fix it. They then told me they would order a part and let me know tomorrow. well, no call of course. I called them the following day and they said the part just came in. they said they fixed it but broke something in the process, had to order another part and would call me. Well, my first problem was fixed for all of 2 hours. it is not working yet. Still waiting on a phone call on the part they broke. What a joke.
