I can’t write a review that begins to capture how good our experience was with Lynch. Our Sales person Renée Johnson was fantastic! She was super knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly looking out for our best interests every step of the way. We really appreciated her consultative approach and her willingness to go the extra mile in everything she did. We had the opportunity to be introduced to, interact with, work with and ask questions of several people at both the Chevrolet and Jeep dealerships (including GM Mark Greene) and the customer service was the best I have ever experienced at a dealership hands down. So good that we not only went home with 1 but 2 vehicles. This dealership treats you like family from the moment you walk in the door and after you’ve closed on the purchase(s). Horrible first time experience. I have never been to a chevy dealership where they are so rude. After I left Lynch I called to complain. Waited 4 hours for a call back from their service manager, who was even rude over the phone.

I was not sure what to except, but when my husband and I arrived, our salesman Kevin was great! We didn't have to do anything . The cars I was looking for he had them all ready for me to test drive , and answered all of our questions, we got there in the evening and because of that I wasn't sure if we would have enough time to buy a car ? again Kevin never rush us or tryed to push us out the door but yet stayed with us all the way through the process. He told us with anything we would need after we brought our car we could come in or call and he would make sure whatever we needed it would be taken care of. If you are looking for a car or truck this is the place to go . We will be buying another vehicle from here soon..

From start to finish buying my Grand Cherokee was a wow experience. Jim Fumo and co workers went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I and my husband were treated as million dollar customers. Jim is a no pressure sales person. Jim was knowledge about the Jeep . He wasn't afraid to reach out to a fellow salesperson for an answer that he did not know. It is clearly evident through employee interaction their is mutual repect and commeradoree for each other. I am not hesitant to refer family and friends to a Lynch dealership to experience the same wow experience as we did.

Jim Fumo and the rest of the sales team worked professionally and efficiently to make sure my fiance and I were happy and comfortable with our new purchase, and in a timely manner. First of all, one of the staff members opened and held the door for us when my fiance and I entered the dealership and greeted us. Jim worked with us and was very attentive to our concerns and needs and made sure to get us into our new Silverado at the price point we needed to stay at. I appreciate the fact that nothing was pushed or forced onto us which was my experience at other dealerships in the past. Overall, I had an enjoyable and stress free car buying experience at Lynch Mukwonago and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Incompetent mechanics, evasive/ambiguous service writers and a very arrogant, flippant dealership General Manager. I originally purchased my 13 Silverado from Lynch in Mukwanago, very first new vehicle for me. Two days later I am cleaning the wheels and notice that all the "fake" chrome is pealing on all off them. Gas was $4.50gl at the time and I live 30 miles away. $16 in fuel round trip plus my time so they could confirm the fault and then again to install them. Then I had Jeff one of the incompetent Service Advisers only want to give me 3 wheels after dropping 40g's. A couple of other issues they could not figure out and I lost faith. The other dealerships I took it to were able to figure out the problems that I was told they could not reproduce or that everything works as it should. I have a friend who buys vehicles there every few years and he will not even take his there for warranty or repairs. It is just that he has a long relationship with one of the salesman.Jump ahead to present and the THIRD SET OF WHEELS. I was told I would not get anymore rims. After this set of rims I developed a vibration, at times very aggressive. I took it to Griffin and again Lynch was proven wrong. The vibration was coming from the wheels. This I had previously told Lynch and that it started after this set of wheels were installed. I had them re-balance them and on another visit had them rotate to try and eliminate variables. I travel 30 miles one way for this fun.While the mechanic from Griffin was driving my truck the outer "cap" came off the wheel. It is an aluminum wheel with foam shrunk to it with the fake chrome outer covering somehow attached to that. If I could post a pic on here you would see that these wheels could not possibly ever be balanced with the chunks of missing Styrofoam. There is about 10 pounds of lead on each wheel.Jeff accused the mechanic from the other dealer of prying it of thinking it was a "hub cap". I told him that others were loose, as in not attached completely and that this is a safety issue. Driving this and having this come off other wheels and end up in the head of a motorcyclist or a car is a safety issue and to tow it in and get me 4 more rims. I had enough of dancing with him and he was getting upset because he could not BS me. He is a seasoned prevaricator and equivocator. I took this as it is safe to drive then.The next day I went to visit them again, they are like family to me, and had a talk with the GM and Jeffy. I wish I could play you the tape I recorded. I also taped Jeffy the day before. WATCH FOR A LINK TO YOUTUBE AND FACEBOOK. The GM asked if I was recording this and I said yes and he replied he did not want to be recorded and I asked him if he had a problem telling the truth while being recorded? There is only one reason why somebody has an issue being recorded and that is that they are devious and untrustworthy. The GM threatened me with jail for recording him and I had to inform him this was a "one party" state. I was told that any other wheels will be at my expense. REALLY?? So I asked him that even though it is still under warranty they will not honor that warranty? ESPECIALLY CONCERNING A PUBLIC SAFETY ISSUE. That I have to drive down the road with the truck vibrating constantly ALL I WANT IS TO DRIVE THIS TRUCK WITHOUT ARGUING ABOUT REPLACING WHEELS EVERY 6 MONTHS AND WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY!GOVERNMENT MOTORS knows there are issues with these wheels as there is a back-order on them.Don't bother posting some phony BS reply Lynch. Do you really think people really think you are sincere? Maybe you can give me a Free car-wash like you did to a different customer who posted an unflattering review to appease him. A flippin car wash people, YEA I WILL BE RIGHT THERE! ALL I WANT IS TO END THIS TANGO AND DRIVE VIBRATION FREE WITH NO WORRIES!!PEOPLE THAT HAVE PROBLEMS SPEND SOME TIME EVERYDAY AND CLICK ON THE LYNCH INTERNET ADDS. IT COST THEM ABOUT A $1 EACH CLICK TO GOOGLE. I DO IT EVERYDAY ABOUT 50 TIMES, REALLY!

In looking for a new "used" vehicle, while I wait for a few months for my new "new" vehicle - and after my past vehicle was destroyed in an accident...Lynch was one of many dealerships that I visited. Their staff was very professional and not at all pushy. While they had follow up, it was no aggressive and lies that I heard from a few others. Common used car lies such as "there was someone who wanted to put money down but I told then I had to give you the first chance" (those cars are still listed for sale). Everything about Lynch would make me consider to purchase a new vehicle (or used), if only they had the brands of vehicle I prefer. While I have yet to purchase a new "used" car (suing at fault's insurance for medical bills and my car)...if I can get a settlement on my past car and personal property destroyed...and the car I was looking at is there...no doubt, I know where I will be purchasing my temporary car.

Absolutely amazing experience! It was a completely different car buying experience than I have ever had. The service was beyond five stars as well as the family/team attitude that they have. I walked in unexpectedly a few times and there was always someone there to help me find the right person and car.EVERYONE was friendly and helpful. Now that I've bought a vehicle from them and know just how great of people they are- I won't ever go anywhere else. I am so excited for their new location to open. 2 Cell phone numbers were given to call as we were at the hospital and work....said it would be done by 6:00pm. We heard nothing so went to pick up car at 6:30 pm and were told a message was left at the home phone that it wouldn't be done until 12:00PM the following day. Work done was great......apologized, offered to to give us a car to use, part was under warranty.....just somewhat of an inconvenience.

the only thing I could suggest is a car wash program for cars that have been in the service, something with a dollar amount customer gets a car wash. I know the dealership doesn't have facilities there but maybe a token type thing to take to a car wash. Other than that I like your dealership just fine and the service writer Alaric is very professional also. Keep up the good work guys.

The service rep listened to the problem and noted the Hard to Start problem. They honored the warranty of the starter that was put on just a few months prior and replaced it and recommended a few other repairs but was not pushy. I can do breaks and I let them do the tie rod. Well done.

Service department is a complete joke. Took my car in three times for the same repair and it still isn't repaired properly. The last visit was the last straw. The left my oil cap off causing oil to spray all over the engine compartment. The mechanic's greasy hand prints were all over the exterior and interior of my vehicle. Forced to spend my weekend cleaning the mess they caused. AVOID!!!!!

In the past, I've had some extremely negative experiences with the Horter dealership in both the service and parts areas. I took the car in for warranty engine work (the chrome coating on the pins for the balance chain), and as a result of the excellent customer service I got from that visit a few months ago, I decided to give the dealership another chance. After a bobble in scheduling for this oil change, the service department exceeded my expectations. The vehicle was done exactly per instructions, and more importantly, the service personnel were easy to talk to and pleasant. I'll be back.

Lynchs Horter Chevy went out of their way to find the exact Tahoe I have been looking for. It was 400 miles away but they drove to get it. The sales manager was exceptional and the salesman was new and learning but did a very good job. This is my 5th Tahoe/Suburban and I will buy another if I live long enough to wear this one out. I'm only 75 years old!!

Lynch's Chevrolet worked very hard for me even though my credit was not up to par and worked closely with me to find a vehicle and payment that fit into my budget....extremely thankful and happy with salesman and financial gentleman...I will absolutely go back to them again and again for my further purchases,they made my purchasing a new car at a difficult time much easier....thank you to all!

The people are always very pleasant there. I was a bit disappointed with my recent service though. When my car was finished they let me know. I expected it to be sitting in the work area waiting for me. It was not there. I looked outside and it was also not there. I asked someone where it was and he was also surprised it was not outside the door. He came with me to look around and we finally found it after I hit the unlock button so the lights flashed. It was around the back side the building in the pitch dark backed into a snowbank smooshed between two other cars. In addition it was snowing, and about 2 degrees. You'd think in that weather they would have made it more convenient to find my car. The person who helped me find it thought it was a little odd as well and apologized. Just thought I'd mention it from a customer service standpoint.

Had front wheels looked at for damage from ice and snow. Steering was vibrating at over 50 mph. When the ice and snow melted off, this stopped. They looked for damage but saw none. I then had my tired rotated as they needed it.

I love the service department at Lynch's Horter, but it just so happened there was one minor issue. I presented a $10 off coupon for my service, which I received in a mailing shortly after I purchased the car at Lynch's Horter, which was very recent. But when I paid for the service, they had only taken off $3, mistaking my coupon for another common $3 off coupon. When I called it to the cashier's attention, she tried to ask the guy at the desk in the service department for confirmation but he was on the phone. I couldn't wait at that particular moment and didn't feel like the extra $7 I was spending was worth the trouble. And since the cashier didn't seem to want to take my word for it, I just paid and left. But in hindsight I wish I would have waited to have the service guy bring the coupon to the cashier, because $7 is $7. It was just a careless mistake that the service department made in their haste to process my paperwork. It's not usual for them. I still would highly recommend them. I'm hoping they caught it afterward and will credit me on my next service.

My husband I couldn't be happier with our new car. Peter was very helpful and courteous in making it very easy to purchase our vehicle over the phone. We had already purchased our vehicle (Chevy Spark 2LT - Jalapeno) with our local dealership but since they weren't able to find our car as promised, I searched the internet and found my car at Lynch Horter and Peter was so happy to sell the one that was on your lot. Of course Len Dudas in Wisconsin Rapids wasn't happy, but I didn't want to wait for them to get one from Illinois, I wanted our car now. With Peter, he got all of our information on the phone, I gave a down payment with our credit card and I was notified the next day that everything was approved and we drove the 3 hour ride to the dealership 2 days later to pick up our car. We even got a lower interest as well. I guess it paid for me to do my reseach and find our vehicle on our own instead of waiting for it to be delivered to our town. The only thing I have to worry about now is Len Dudas suing us for their 5% of the price of the car for not going with them as we signed a contract with no down payment. They said they would see us in small claims court. However they didn't have our car and couldn't get one even though I knew that there were 3 in Wisconsin and I could have any one of them. All I can say is that we are happy with our purchase and we are glad that Lynch Horter treated us with respect and Peter couldn't have done a better job. Last summer I had the pleasant experience of purchasing a 2012 Camero from Lynch Horter Chevrolet. From my initial test drive, to my first oil change the salesmanship and service were "Over the Top" I would recommend their location to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new/used vehicle. For that matter, the service is exemplortory, therefore, even if you are not a Chevy fan, I have additionally had other vehicles serviced there regardless of the make and model. Car shopping is never fun. But when I went to Lynch Horter they made it fun. Everyone in that dealership is very friendly and kind. (Yes, I am taking about car salesmen!) I went from driving an old pick up to buying a brand new car. Bill Johns made sure I knew how to work all the new bells and whistles before I left. He set up my Onstar account and made sure I knew how to use it. He showed me how the remote start works, and went over any important things that is needed to be known with having a new car;. Bill also put in extra effort when my car had to go into the shop. He personally came and delivered a car for me to use while he took my car to the shop. Talk about customer service! Would I go back to this dealership when a new car is in order for me. YES YES YES!

I have brought my car in to the now called (Lynch/horter Chevy) more times then I should have for pretty much the same problem. For this problem & had to pay an outrages amount of money & being told that now it this & not that every time, when it is around & in the same place that I was told was fixed not once not twice no three times not only four times but now five times. Because they say it is not the same problem as it was all the other times I am made to pay the tow & service fee to see what the problem is now. The service on getting back to me with a call letting me know what was wrong with my car never happened I had to call them pretty much every time, very slow service. I would not recommend this service shop to even my worst enemy! For anyone going to this shop I wish u luck & hope u have endless amounts of funds in your wallets & or bank accounts.
