5 Star Service On January 5, 2021 I gave a friend a ride to Lynnwood Honda to pick up his car from the service department. While I was there I looked at some new cars on the sale’s floor. Kevin Weaver (Product Specialist) greeted me with a warm welcome and asked how could he help. Immediately, I relaxed because he made me feel comfortable. He wasn’t pushy. He gave me time to look around uninterrupted. Yet, he remained nearby just in case I had any questions. I was really impressed with Kevin’s depth of product knowledge. He was able to answer all of my questions about different car models. I thought that Kevin had years of experience. I didn’t know that he was a new hire until he told me. Thanks to Kevin Weaver on January 5th I had the best experience ever buying a car and I’ve been buying cars since 1984! Congrats Kevin, job well done!

Dec 2020 update: we bought the car in March & now have put in over 11K miles on it. We love it so much & Troy (our man who sold us the car) EMAILED ME ON MY BIRTHDAY TO SAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY. NINE MONTHS LATER. If that isn’t customer service, I don’t know what is. Just bought a CR-V off the lot! Troy was an amazing person who could answer every single one of my questions. He was knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and i thoroughly enjoyed browsing for cars and car shopping! We were greeted within the first minute of going in and were given time to look around the lot - without feeling suffocated by someone, as you often feel when you’re trying to buy a car. We definitely recommend this dealer to anyone who is a fan of a quick car buying option!

I had a great experience at Lynnwood Honda. The sales representative, Marcus E., was wonderful. He had an easygoing manner and was not pressuring. He genuinely seemed interested in sharing his knowledge of the cars we looked at and spent considerable time with us making sure all our questions were answered and that we understood different options available to us. Marcus was very friendly and we connected well. We appreciate Marcus and his help so much in making this big purchase, which can be daunting and nerve racking, but he put us at ease. We will definitely be return customers with him and Lynnwood Honda as we know we are in good hands.

Lynnwood Honda is hands down my #1 choice of general maintenance for my 2007 Honda Civic. I've been to several garages in my area, including Klein Honda in Everett, and have been disappointed at every place. At other places, I always feel like they are charging me for things that I don't need, showing me things look bad when they don't, and not telling me critical things or not asking to upgrade me to a more expensive option.Lynnwood Honda is not like this. They always ask when something needs to be done first. They always advise me on critical things. They are professional and very good at what they do. I won't be taking my car anywhere else for maintenance. One thing I really like as well is that they have service professionals whose only job is to stay at their desks and interact with customers and relay information from the shop. That way the mechanics do what they do best - fix cars, the professionals do what they do best - interact with customers, and the whole operation is seamless and results in a good flow of information.If I had to fault Lynnwood Honda for anything, and I'm really trying here, it would be that sometimes they miss telling me about little details. Things like an extra charge for ordering a custom part, or asking me if I want to resurface my brake rotors when they were authorized by me to go and replace the brakes. In general though these things aren't critical, and I genuinely believe they make good decisions for the car to live out as long a life as possible. So I can't say they have made a mistake yet in maintaining my vehicle.I give Lynnwood Honda 5 stars.

My experience at Lynnwood Honda was great! We were walking in the rain and my umbrella broke and Khan came over and saved us from getting soaked. It was my first time purchasing a new car and I didn't know what to expect. Khan went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met. I was shocked (in a good way) at how fast the whole process went. Thank you Khan for all your help and expertise and also thank you Beth for taking the time to explain the varies options we had. Overall I was highly satisfied with my purchase and the friendly service.

Hondas are great and reliable cars, if you want to keep it that way don't have it serviced here. Through my experience I have found their service department to be incompetent, unresponsive, and just plain indifferent. My vehicle sustained irreparable engine damage due to inferior work they had previously done. These guys will avoid at all costs and tell you lies to not have to take responsibility of the faulty work they have done. What's most surprising is owners and management does not seem to care either which explains the lack of customer service culture in this organization. Bottom line, good luck getting anywhere with these guys if you run into any service issues as complaints will fall on deaf ears.

Being retired and away much of the time we didn't need our two cars and frankly they didn't fit our needs anymore. Stopped by Lynnwood Honda for a look at options. (This is the third car from that dealership for us over the years). Mark Baker our go to guy took care of the details in a few hours and we walked away with a CRV that was way more (in terms of technology and features) than we knew were possible. This car is perfect. I came to Lynnwood Honda knowing I wanted a new HR-V, or a new Civic sedan. I needed to compare the two cars and decide. Juan Carlos was extremely helpful, showing me features and explaining and answering every question I had. It'd been 8 years since I bought my last Honda from this dealership; their friendliness and excellent service department keep me coming back! After I decided on the HR-V, I was thrilled to hear they had the model I wanted and in the color I wanted too. The HR-V is a great, sporty, compact SUV that handles like a car; easy to drive and fun to get around in. I love my new car!!Thanks to all the people at Lynnwood Honda, especially Juan Carlos, for making my shopping experience a real pleasure. We came from JBLM in search of a minivan. The one we were looking at online was sold, but I was not disappointed! I came out with a model year newer, same price range, and better model than what I was looking at. Gabe gave me more than I expected on my trade in, and worked the "magic" on the price of the van. I came in with my 7 year old, 16mo. old and I am 33 weeks pregnant. They were fast, and the process was easy. They were patient and considerate of the needs of me and my children. We came into the dealership with a couple of cars in mind. D McDonald greeted us, made us feel comfortable and helped us narrow down what we really wanted. We had bad experiences with sales people both at this dealership and elsewhere, but our experience with D was great. We had a trade in and he worked with us to get what I thought was fair for our trade in. This was the best experience with a car sales person that I have ever had. And the rest of the dealership is amazing as well. We always have had great service from the service department, it was only the sales dept that was lacking. Not anymore! I would highly recommend that you see D McDonald when you go to Lynwood Honda. If you're looking for a great service department, Lynwood Honda has the best service that we've ever had. We have had our car serviced there for over three years. The service department is always on top of things and are honest about any issues that may arise.

"D" McDonald was outstanding in being detailed and thoughtful as our salesperson. He did not push but honestly tried to address all our concerns about what we wanted in a car. He professionally helped with the test drive and demonstrated the safety features of the 2061 Accord that were of the most interest to us. He worked to get the lowest price for us as well. We upgraded from a 2011 to a 2016 just because of the safety features but have found the 2016 drives more solidly and has a road feel that the older car did not have.

From the moment I walked in the door, D and the team at Honda Lynwood set a completely different standard for the term "car salesman". I was looking at the 2016 Honda Accord Sport and the 2016 Civic and D did everything to make sure I was comfortable with the ride of the car and happy with the color. The experience seemed consultative and very genuine. I was very keen on the tires and they recommended that I purchase the locks for them and get them applied.I was very happy with how fast and simple the whole process was. We went in to look at trading in our Honda Pilot for an Odyssey. We had originally bought our Pilot from this same dealership, so we went back again since we had previously had a great experience. With a third kid under 3 years on the way, three carseats were going to be a hassle in the Pilot. Dee was great about listening to our wants, needs, and concerns. He was not pushy AT ALL and worked with us to make sure that we got the deal we wanted, while also helping us keep our two little boys busy. We would recommend working with Dee to anyone!

Wife and I bought our 2016 Pilot from Mark Baker through the Costco auto service. Experience was exceptional, Mark explained the process, accelerated the paperwork, and followed up on all questions. We got the model and color of Pilot we wanted. Mark got the best price and quality for the transport to Anchorage, AK, and personally delivered our car to the port. Pilot arrived in tip top shape. Having left the remains of my 2001 Honda Civic in a Montana ditch, I came back to Seattle & first started looking online for perhaps another make but just went to the nearest Honda dealer--Lynnwood Honda. There I met Marcus Eicher & discussed the pros & cons of the Fit & the Civic. He was very easygoing, pleasant & knowledgeable & suggested I do some test driving, which I did, coming back 3 or 4 times & vacillating between the 2 models. Did I mention he was patient? I eventually settled on the Civic. Throughout all this decision-making, Marcus was relaxed & agreeable & just let me work through it with no pressure whatever. He also did a splendid job of acting go-between the finance person & me in negotiating the price. with which I was extremely happy. Marcus even had my friend's car washed-(my ride to the dealers). -A nice perk. In all I found Marcus to be a very principled & ethical person. So I will start this review by saying I leased an Accord from them approximately 33 months ago and this is a full review until now. The purchase experience was okay, they acted shocked that the car could be sold elsewhere for a price as low as I was asking for. Then I asked for the Costco program price and suddenly all was well and that was the price. So from the beginning of my Lease I said I wanted to lease it with the intent to purchase at the end since I could use it as a Tax write off in the time being. One of my main complaints is that from not too long after I got my lease and they saw it had high miles they keep calling every month or so asking If I could come in and look at options to avoid fees at lease end. Every time I have told them I intend on buying it at the end of the lease and they state they will note that in their records. Well guess what, either they never note it down or they never read their notes, perhaps both. I'm absolutely sick and tired of seeing their phone number show up on my cell phone for the same exact conversation every time like it never happened. I would not recommend leasing a car from here. Another small point of contention was when I had my battery fail about 15 months into my lease. I went into service to see if It would be covered and was told no. I bought a Kirkland signature battery from Costco to replace it because the Costco battery had a MUCH LONGER warranty. That may not be their fault but a little goodwill there would have likely kept me from writing this review. I have bought many new and used Hondas over the years and I can't say I'd be excited to come back here.

I was looking for a Subaru Forester online and found one at the dealership. I called in and talked with the salesman Khan and he said to stop by anytime. When I got there we were shown the car and I tested it out. Khan was very patient with us and I didn't get the feeling of having any pushy sales tactics being used on me. I made a offer for the car below the stated price, no-lowballing, and they came back with a lower price. At a different dealership they wouldn't budge on price whatsoever (same car, 2x the miles, and similar price).... I had a good experience at Honda Lynwood and Khan very helpful. It was my first experience buying a car so I'm happy it went well. I would recommend a friend to the dealership.(copied my review that I left on SureCritic and Google Reviews, so you may see it twice).

Terrific!!! We went to 5 dealerships to decide the make & model we wanted, 2 more once we decided on a Honda CRV. (I have car buying anxieties!) I went in to get my Honda Civic serviced and had a check engine light. Sadly the cost to fix was more than half of the value of the car so I decided maybe it was time for a new car. John was incredibly helpful and as a first time buyer the process was very smooth. He answered all my questions and clarified various things. One thing I didn't do is test drive. I had just looked around the first time and had some questions answered, the second time I was more sure what I wanted to do and I did some research on what I wanted. They had the car I was interested and yeah. Maybe I should have? I don't really know, but I'm loving the car so I guess it doesn't really matter.Would highly recommend this dealership, their service department has great customer service and explained my options if I wanted to fix my car.

What an awesome experience---and this from someone who typically dreads shopping for cars! I have to say, our great experience with Lynnwoood Honda started a year before we actually bought our Odyssey, when we were just researching minivans. We walked onto the lot, were received warmly and quickly by D, who showed us what we wanted to see, but gave us just the low-pressure sales touch we needed at that time. We promised ourselves that we'd return to Lynnwood Honda when we were actually ready to make the leap. Fast forward to this September. We did indeed return to Lynnwood Honda, and were so pleased to find that our previous positive experience was not only not a fluke, but is truly just the way Lynnwood Honda does business! Each staff member who encountered us on this busy Labor Day weekend was SO knowledgeable and helpful. This time, Bobby Labor took us under his wing and we couldn't have been happier to have him as our car-buying guide! Bobby and Gabe worked hard to secure the deal we needed on our new Odyssey---making sure we felt comfortable at every step along the way. My husband and I recently purchased our New Honda Accord at Lynnwood Honda. We were prepared for the same old salesman's pitch and haggling that we were accustomed to since we had not purchased a new vehicle in almost a decade. Needless to say, we were astonished by the quality of service and attention that we received the minute we entered the dealership and met the manager Gabe, who had a big smile plastered on his face the entire day. After a bit of small talk, we told Gabe what we were looking for in a new car. Gabe said he would get one of his sales representatives to assist us. Gabe was gone for a about two minutes before returning with a chipper looking salesman beside him. The salesman introduced himself as Lars. At the end of the day, Lars and Gabe had made a formidable team. They advised us that we could test drive any vehicle we wanted because they were going to be there all day. Lars asked our permission to allow him to, "go totally nerd mode!" With our permission in hand, Lars got giddy and went into great details about the specs and updated features of the Accord we ultimately purchased. It was a pleasure watching someone so passionate about their job share their knowledge through pure enthusiasm for a car. After making a final decision on the car that I wanted to drive for the next ten years, we went back inside to do the paperwork. From my prior experience buying a car, I knew this was the moment when true personalities reveal them selves and the shenanigans begin regarding the actual selling price. I was prepared after doing hours of research online and new what the market price was. Lars left for a few minutes and returned with a can of coke a cola for my husband and bottled water for me. We discussed the numbers briefly advising him about the features we wanted in the car. Lars left for a few minutes to speak with Gabe. During his absence another salesman walked through the dealership giving us butter scotch macadamia cookies that his wife had baked. My husband took one, I politely refused but had half of my husbands cookie. And yes, it was good! The atmosphere in the dealership felt very relaxed with folks discussing family and fantasy football as much as cars. Lars came back with the same ole smile he wore all day and showed us the cost Lynnwood Honda would offer us on our new car. I was Floored with excitement. I literally closed my mouth and smiled warmly inside. No haggling, no pressure to buy an overly expensive car outside our budget, nothing but happy. The sale price was way better than I had expected and I couldn't have been more elated. While we waited for the paperwork to finalize, I looked throughout the dealership and saw how busy it was. Just about every salesperson was busy helping someone out. Although it was noticeably busy, the business didn't feel chaotic and everyone that I saw wore a big smile on their face, but non bigger than mine.

The thought of buying a car from a dealer makes me uncomfortable, I guess I've had too many bad experiences in the past. I came to Lynwood Honda to buy a used car, everyone was friendly and helpful and there was no pressure (except the pressure to find the right car at the right price). My wife and I took our time, test drove many cars, hummed and hawed, and even left the dealership to think about what we wanted to do. We came back three days later and picked up right where we left off. Marcus helped us every step of the way, responded to voicemails, emails and even texts We had most of the details figured out before we came back. In the end, we found the right car that suited our needs at a great price. Keith, the pre-owned sales manager came out and talked with us and gave us the best price in 1 shot, no exhausting back and forth negotiating like other dealerships. We decided to look into the Costco Auto purchase program and Honda Lynnwood came up as a participant. Since we just sold our Honda Ridgeline, we thought why not look at a 4 door Honda. We needed to scale down from a car, a truck and a scooter to a car and a scooter.Di at Lynnwood Honda was very nice to deal with. And with the program from Costco there is no dickering or hard sell from the dealership. This is something both my husband and I hate (and I am the daughter of an office furniture salesman).Our car had everything we were looking for and the dealership even gave us a reasonable trade in price for our BMW Z3 (so sad to have to give it us!).Timing was fast and they had us driving away in a couple of days with the car we wanted, in the color we wanted.Run, don't walk to Lynnwood Honda. And if you are a Costco member, all the better!!!

I visited Lynnwood Honda on 8/6/15 looking for a new car because my 96 Honda prelude was finally starting to nickel and dime me. I was just looking at this point. Dealer Steve Deerhing approached me and spent the whole afternoon with me. We test drove a 2015 CRV nice car but it wasn't going work for me. So we went back on the lot and I found A used 2011 Suburu Outback. We took it for a test drive and went inside to talk. Needless to say I walked away with a new car. It was a very happy experience.

Buying my new CR V yesterday was really a great experience.I had a wonderful sales person who took me on a test drive and introduced the basics of the car.Next he gave me time to consider what color I wanted.Once I decided on the color, everything went smoothly from financing to driving the car off the lot with more practice and guidance from David L. The cream on the experience was working with Joe, David L, A. in finance, and lastly being rescued today after I made a phone call to Lynnwood Honda.I got in the car and could not turn it on and had a panic attack. After calling Lynnwood Honda, they tranferred me to Steve Deehring, who actually came to my house and taught me how to start my car the proper way. This is service. Working with Tom Park was a very comfortable and easy experience. All the details of the transaction were handled over the phone, Tom was very accomodating both on the phone and in person. We rented a car to drive over the weekend we purchased and Tom helped us by picking us up at the rental car return location. In this instance, I am going to make an exception. Mark Baker for Lynnwood Honda is an exceptional person, his knowledge of the Honda product lines is far beyond capable it is more in the realm of unbelievable. There was no question that he could not answer without hesitation when asked. His unique sales style was both reassuring that car salesman arent all vultures and comforting as he made me feel as if my best interest in the vehicle of my choosing was more important than trying to sell me something that was more than I needed. He took the time to understand my requirements and explained the differences in the various options making sure I was both informed of these differences and was truly satisfied with my decisions. Mark's commitment to excellence and quality is an inspiration, his dedication to quality beyond reproach he is truly a throwback to the days when customer satisfaction trumped numbers, quotas and the bottom dollar. If you are in the market for a new vehicle there is no one i would recommend as highly as Mark Baker.

I knew I wanted a Honda Accord after reading various reviews online, and I knew what I wanted to pay. I took a test drive with Joe Burgos. I told him what I wanted in a car. He answered all my questions and didn't push me to buy right then. When I went back to buy the car, I told him what I wanted to pay and he wrote up the deal without trying to get me to pay more or saying "I have to go talk to my manager." I was in and out of the dealership in three hours. Love my new maroon Accord! Especially like the backup camera (I have a number of negative experiences backing up) and the color, which I'll be able to find more easily in a parking lot.

Mark Baker was very easy to work with. He prioritized my needs and helped provide an extremely fair price on a brand new Accord Sport model. I didnt feel any pressure at all consulting with him, and he always made sure to provide clarity on any confusion. He pointed out different options from a finance perspective, and advised on which route I should take given my financial circumstances. He didnt seem like a salesman, he was more like a salesfriend. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Mark if you are in the market for a vehicle. Aside from the customer service experience, the car itself is phenomenal. The quality of my Accord is equivalent to a luxury vehicle. The leather seats feel like they came from the best pigskin raised from the finest farmers. While the vehicle itself already came tinted! Had an excellent experienced at lynnwood Honda after a "pressured" experience elsewhere... The staff was friendly and courteous. We test drove a car, but didn't buy for several weeks. During that interval, we were not hassled by the staff. They let us make a decision in our own time. We also worked with two salespersons, but never noticed any competitive or cutthroat attitudes. The sales staff all seemed to be working on the same team, which is not the norm when it comes to car dealerships. Excellent work. We will definitely be returning when it comes time to purchase again!

This is the second time I've bought a new car from Lynwood Honda. Both times have been a great experience with the best customer service. When I came in this time around, I knew pretty much exactly what car I wanted. I test-drove it right away and we were about to start on the paperwork, when I noticed another car that I hadn't seen before. I asked if I could do a Hybrid instead, Jennifer didn't miss a beat and asked if I wanted to test-drive that one as well. She was very helpful and kind. Not once did I feel I was being pressured into making a decision. Financing was also very helpful and flexible, after working the numbers a few times I was able to drive home with a new 2015 Hybrid Accord, while still paying within the range I wanted. I've done the comparisons, talked to many dealers/salesmen over the years, and no one compares to this place. They are all super friendly and easy to work with but the bottom line is this place always offers me the best price and deals on cars.I've referred other people here and they all agree this place is awesome. Today I had the pleasure of working with Glenn Dubin. I've worked with him before but today was extra special. I had booked my basic service (oil change, tire rotation etc) online for 2 of my 3 Hondas and showed up at the right time...unfortunately I was a week early! I am normally a detail oriented person but I really messed this one up and there was no way I could make the "real" appointment the next week. Glenn took it all in stride and was actually able to squeeze both vehicles in the service schedule today. I cannot thank him enough, especially since he absolutely did not make me feel foolish. I recently shifted to US with two kids and parent. I was looking for minivan and I was almost decided for Honda. Since in US vehicle price varies from dealer to dealer and many other factors. I contacted almost all Honda dealers in Seattle area and finally I met with Tom :). Tom helped me to select right Model and color with optimal set of accessories. Since I was having fair idea of price after discussing with others so I feel I got good deal also. Overall my experience wit Tom and Lynwood Honda was Great!!! The environment was so relaxed and laid back! Each of the staff members were friendly and genuine. No pressure to complete a sale. We had the pleasure of working with Lars Coleman who helped us find a replacement vehicle for my wife's Honda that was totaled in a hit and run accident. While we knew what we were looking for Lars took the time with us to test drive other vehicles that we wanted to compare against the vehicle we wanted. I met with Bob Labor at Lynnwood Honda after going to several other places. I was about to be taken for a ride at Harris Ford and they were advertising a car in the local paper and online for $16,200.00 and I never saw that ad and the three guys I met with at Harris Ford, completely lied to me and told me their best and final offer was $23,500 for a vehicle that had 60k miles and was a Saab SUV. I found out while on my test drive about the ad in the paper and online for the exact car I was driving and I confronted them and they panicked and started acting like they had no idea about that. So it was after this terrible encounter with Harris Ford that I met Bob Labor at Lynnwood Honda. Bob is a very nice man and what you immediately feel from the beginning is a hard working Honda representative who is not high pressure, yet gave me confidence from the beginning that he would do right by me, the customer. In walking around the Lynwood Honda grounds, Bob was educational about the types of vehicles I was looking for and he never made me feel rushed to do something I didn't want to do. He would have test driven 10 different vehicles had I wanted to but I decided to test a Honda CRV and Pilot. Every time we passed another Honda employee, they were all very friendly and you could tell they all respected the man the call Bobby Labor.Once I decided on the CRV, they sales finance guys were not doing a bunch of running back and forth and they were not whispering or giving me any conflicting statements. The buying process was made easy and by the time I actually sat down to sign papers, I wasn't so worried about Bob making a hard earned dollar so there was very little negotiating as they showed me their true invoice pricing and went $600 above that. I hope Bob and his crew make some other money from incentives because whatever Bob received as commission for that, he more than earned and I was a proud new owner of a beautiful 2015 Honda CRV. It didn't stop here however, Bob followed up with me 3-4 times over the next several weeks to make sure we loved our new car. When our license plates came in, I stopped by there after work to pick them up. Bob had a family of 4 at his desk making another sale and as soon as he saw me, he kindly asked his customers to hang tight for a minute and came and shook my hand and said hello. When he found out why I was there, and that I had been waiting for a lot attendant to come over and put on my license plates, he went and grabbed a power drill and in his nice work clothes, went outside in the rain and put on both license plates for me so I didnt have to wait any longer. I could not have been more happy with Bob Labor and would recommend him to anyone going to purchase a car. He is not a young kid, but rather an established salesman with many years under his belt and I will say it again, a good man with pure professionalism and integrity.

Lynnwood Honda and salesperson Mark Baker have finally changed my view of car dealerships and salespeople o a very positive one. Mark had a no-pressure way of allowing me to shop for a car at my own pace, answering all of my many questions with patience. He walked me around the cars to help me inspect them and made sure everything worked. He also got me a great price, KBB value on trade for my old car. Mark is very knowledgeable about all the Honda products and when I finally made my decision, he walked me through setting up all the electronics in my car. I am very picky and Mark made sure I was happy with my purchase. Marks excellent customer service doesnt end after you drive your car away, he contacted me later to make sure everything was ok an to see if I had any questions. As I could see from the large notebook of compliments from other happy customers, Mark is a great salesperson. I am very happy with my entire experience at Lynnwood Honda and will go back again, as well as recommend Mark to my friends and family!

Car buying has never been a pleasant experience for me in the past, and I came into this not wanting to add another monthly payment to roster.....however that being said my experience at lynnwood Honda was nothing but positive. I was super worried about the price and whether the car would work out but D McDonald was so helpful! He was super great at working with me and trying to get me the monthly payment I could afford and when the key was lost he even went out of his way to try and get a spare from the previous owner! All in all I am confident that I can come back whenever I have questions or concerns!

we were promised the car is with no accessories and when we showed up in person at the showroom we were told there are couple of accessories that cannot be taken off. So sorry and blah blah blah. Once we decided on a model we were promptly contacted by Paul Ligman - Lynwood Honda, they were the first dealership to respond. Paul was extremely helpful on the phone, answered our questions and set up an appointment for us to meet, and also contacted us the day before to reassure us everything was set up and he would insure we would get the best deal. I worked with Rick and Bobby, They were both extremely friendly and very helpful. I was able to put down a deposit on a new car that was on its way in. There was not very much pressure to buy, but they were eager to work with us. I'll say though, it was very tough to work a deal there was reportedly very little margin on the car I wanted. In the end though I feel I got a fair price and it was a very easy process with no pressure in the F&I office.

Professional yet personal: I didn't feel like just another number to "D". I am very pleased with the 2006 Civic I bought, and the process was fun, relaxed, yet efficient. I recommend "D" very highly...an excellent person to work with if you don't want the run around or pressure. After my car was totaled I was on the hunt for a replacement in short order. The folks at Lynnwood Honda were great. They were patient with all my questions and my thorough inspection of the used vehicle I was interested in. They made it easy to get an independent inspection and treated me respectfully during a pretty stressful time. The salesperson I worked with was Jordan Barnes and I'd work with him again in a heart beat. There was no pressure and he was flexible about working around my schedule. What I really appreciated was that, when he didn't know an answer, he admitted it and and then followed up with a complete explanation once he had done the research. My August 2014 car buying experience was stellar. The phrase "it was a pleasure doing business" would be an understatement.This is my second Honda purchased from Lynnwood Honda. I also have servicing done here as well.Mark was very pleasant, informative and responsive to questions. He went out of his way to hold the car I was interested in until I could get there in the afternoon. I never felt pressured or put into one of those "what will it take to make you happy" kind of sales traps. Not at all. In the end, the deal was fair. The paperwork and closing was fast and efficient.Love "new used" CR-V. Hope they sell my old one to someone who will love it just as much as I did.Finally, Lynnwood Honda has many repeat customers and referrals. It's easy to see why.

We bought our 2014 Honda Odyssey at Lynnwood Honda with Mark Baker. Mark is very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He worked hard to find an an Odyssey in the exact interior and exterior colors we wanted. He called us every week with an update on the arrival of our new van. I went to Lynwood Honda on a rainy day. No salesmen offered assistance while I walked the lot in the rain. In addition, once inside the building nobody offered to help despite there were only a few customers around. I finally found a salesman to assist who was average. I came back to Lynwood Honda a few months later (this time nice weather) and again no salesperson offered assistance. After asking for assistance the salesman who finally helped appeared incompetent. He explained how he forgot which car he was in the middle of viewing and left the car running with the doors open in the middle of the lot. He also didn't seem sure when asked basic questions about the make and models of the cars.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Mazda CX9 from D at Lynnwood Honda. D and the entire staff were courteous and very helpful. During the walkaround of the vehicle we identified a small dent in the plastic of the front bumper, after pointing it out the dealership committed to fixing it and it was corrected within the hour. I felt very little pressure to "buy" and actually left to test drive another vehicle on the day I purchased the Mazda. Overall I had a great experience and would buy again from Lynnwood Honda.

Last month, I purchased a 2014 Honda CRV at Lynnwood Honda. Tracy was the sales associate who helped me with buying the car. Not only that, she went above and beyond what was asked of her. She even stayed until after closing to make sure I was comfortable with all the features of my new car. She even showed me how to work the new settings of the car including connecting to my smartphone. She was extremely patient with me since I am not technically savy. I didn't feel rushed but was able to take all the time I needed in both buying my new car and handling all the new bells and whistles the car came with considering my last Honda CRV was 16 years old.If people ask for recommendations with servicing my Honda or buying one, I always recommend Lynnwood Honda.

I love driving new cars and Ric Fonceca at Lynnwood Honda makes it so easy I even trade in before my lease is over. I went in for an oil change and left with a brand new 2014 Accord. Rich red color and drives like a dream. I think it's my favorite Honda yet and I've been driving Hondas since 1983 with most of them bought at Lynnwood Honda. Shopping at Lynnwood Honda with Ric to make it so easy makes car shopping an easy and enjoyable experience and that's not a typical description of car shopping! I had called around to several dealers to get the best price on a new Honda Ridgeline; however, many of the dealers tried to add in extra fees or make up reasons why the price was higher than I knew it needed to be. When I spoke with "D" he immediately cut to the chase and gave me the lowest price of all the dealers I had spoken to. He wasn't playing games or using manipulative tactics. He was very friendly, well informed about the different Ridgeline models, very responsive to my requests (he would call or e-mail me back with answers within 10-20 minutes), and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle to meet my needs and in getting me the best deal he could offer. I highly recommend 'D' to anyone who is looking for a positive car-buying experience!

I would like to say this is the 2nd Honda I have gotten from Lynnwood Honda. My first was a 2006 Honda Pilot. I live in Marysville, WA and decided to give the brand new Honda Dealership in Marysville WA the first chance despite negative experiences from my friends. All in all they were right. I was their for over 8 hours and left with no car. They did go over everything about the car including pairing my phone with the car. ( I got the same experience from Toyota). But its very clear they have a long way to go. I will not recommend that dealership to no one including my dog. At Lynnwood Honda had had spoken with "D" weeks before I got the honda accord their. He was very friendly and straight forward. The price of the car was right, just a little bit of negotiation with the trade. Their first offer of 300 was insulting! They would have been better of saying nothing. A wrecking will you give more than that for a running car. Anyhow I was happy with the sales part. Notice their was no part on "D" showing any bit about the inside or special features as Honda of Marysville did so well on. Now I will say this the car was washed and had a full tank. That's my expectation with a new car. The finance part gets more interesting. At the point they were in a hurry. "D" had to leave before 4pm and it was 3:50 pm. I told "D" I would go to the bank to get the deposit and lunch. My brother had accompanied me through this whole experience. "D" said don't worry about it the finance guy is ready for you. I filled out the paper work and my brother and I left the dealership. 12 minutes later the finance gentleman ( i forgot his name) said we need to pay the down payment of 2500 dollars. How do you let someone leave with no down payment? RED FLAG! I gave him the benefit of the doubt. So we came back to the dealership. I explained i don't think my credit/ debit card would work because of the high amount, that's why i wanted to go to the bank, because i wanted to have cash on hand. LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER. He said it should work. Even they lady at the desk said it most likely not to work. LISTEN TO YOUR OWN CO-WORKER AT THE DEALERSHIP! Anyhow he ran my credit card and it didn't work for my debit or credit cards. People have protection on their cards for a reason. My bank has that way to protect me.Because they want my business and they are seeking my best interest. I guess Lynnwood Honda doesn't care about that. Fortunately my brother had his credit cards, and even his didn't work on the first time on a card with no balance.He second card worked. Otherwise i would have to leave and make another trip back to the dealership. This IS SLOPPY BUSINESS! IT'S 2014, LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER. This was a waste of our time. MY TIME IS MONEY, who is going to reimburse me for that! Oh by the way "D" was still their helping another customer. I call it like I see it. Next customer. I normally buy Toyota's because, one man named Hung Pham is the best on the Planet Period! But he changed his career and no longer works for Toyota. He teach this dealership how its done! Because I think no one their has it down. Their is a reason why i bought 2 Toyota cars after the Honda Pilot. He really cared about my experience. He called me days after i bought my Toyota's, and the months and then on my Birthday to ensure my product was working well. Not a text, not an email, but a Human Voice. Please learn from that. That's how you win customers! That's why they come back. I did receive a phone call from some survey team, (Not affiliated with the dealership) I voiced my concerns. I will call the General Manager also to ensure he knows what is going on.

For the features and benefits I decided on the Accord Sport. Partnering with his sales manager I was given a price. I felt the price was fair but I wanted to trade in my vehicle. Talking with the team we agreed on a great trade in value for my vehicle expeditng the process. Doing my homework in advance and as we were making the deal I discovered that Lynnwood Honda's price was the best price in the market.Just as important was working with Rick made me feel valued. We visited Lynnwood Honda on Saturday, May 31, to help a friend buy a new Honda Fit. This was her first new car purchase, and she was understandably nervous about this experience. My husband had called Eric Nelson and explained that our friend is a young woman, college-educated, had done her research and wanted a Honda Fit. She didn't want her to be bullied or pressured. Just bought another car from Lynnwood Honda. This is the fourth we have purchased from this dealership. This car was for our youngest son who now needs a car. We love the Honda product because of its reliability and the long history of good service we have received from Lynnwood Honda.Our most recent purchase was a used car. When I came in to purchase the salesman, Mark Baker, said he wanted to make sure the air conditioning was working perfectly before we drove off with the car. Lynnwood Honda diagnosed the problem, an AC relay switch, and repaired promptly. Josh Makmevik was not the service person assigned to our car but when I called to inform them I was coming in to pick it up, he went out of his way to confirm the car was ready, to let me know where I would find the keys and to tell me where the car was parked. I was impressed with his obvious commitment to fabulous customer service.

We definitely recommend Lynnwood Honda--it is an overwhelming thing to purchase a new/used car but they made it a great experience.

I am new to the Edmonds area and when I needed my 2010 Pilot and 2006 Accord serviced, I naturally went to my local Honda dealer. I have been very pleased with the service. Recently I decided to buy myself a present and a new Accord EX-L was just the gift. It made sense that I give Lynnwood Honda a shot since their service has been outstanding and my experience with them has been pleasant. My sales rep was Lars Coleman. He is young, hungry, and enthusiastic about being a knowledgeable successful car salesman. He was great.....very nice to see a young man enthusiastic about starting a new career. The transaction was easy since I knew an Accord was for me. Gabe Moreno was the manager that blessed the deal and also advised me on the great financing package ( .9% for 60 months). He also gave me a very generous trade in allowance on the 2006 Accord plus a nice discount on MSRP for the 2014 Accord EX-L. When the time comes for me to trade in the 2010 Pilot , I already have my Lynnwood Honda team in place.i am new to the Edmonds area

We quickly agreed to a fair price for a new CRV over the phone, then all the paperwork details were arranged before I arrived at the dealership. I signed documents within 5 minutes of arriving and the deal was completed. I walked onto the dealership and with-in a few minutes of telling Lawernce what we were looking for, he took us to exactly what we were asking for. He didn't try to get us into anything that was less than exactly what we wanted.The car we wanted hadn't even gone through the amazing Honda inspection so Lawrence set us up with an loaner while the car was worked on and detailed. He took extreme care in making sure our used car was in top shape before we drove it off the lot. There was not one moment that I felt we weren't getting the absolute best - top of the line care. It is now three months later and we are still completely happy with the car. I can honestly say I have never had such a good car buying experience! Lawernce keeps it light and genuinely cares about what you are interested in. Warning: you might find yourself wanting to invite him over for dinner by the time you are done :)

My husband and I decided it was time replace our old Acura with a Honda CR-V. Since we hate dickering with car salesmen, we also decided to buy our new vehicle through the Costco Auto Program. Costco referred us to Lynnwood Honda, where we met Mark Baker. Mark listened to our questions and concerns very patiently, before helping us choose exactly the right vehicle. He then showed us the Costco price list. There was no game-playing or pressure to buy expensive add-ons. We were presented with various options, but we were encouraged to make decisions based on our real needs. Mark was friendly and patient, as was the sales manager, Tom Dunning. The whole buying experience was very positive. We came home with a new CR-V EXL......and we have no buyers' remorse!

Tracy Robbins was one of the best sales person I have ever dealt with. I have bought and leased many vehicles in my life and communicated to Tracy upfront that I prefer to do everything via e-mail and/ext and Tracy went out of her way to make sure this happened. This is the first time I have bought a Honda and also the first time I bought a car on the West Coast and the experience was great. I would recommend Tracy to anyone in the market for a vehicle. She went over all the options in the vehicle and even assisted my wife with preprogramming all the setting in the vehicle before we left the dealership. Sure it took longer than I wanted to spend at a dealership on a Saturday, but it was worth it in the end. If the next vehicle I buy (which I am now considering getting rid of my Camry) is a Honda I would go back to Lynnwood Honda and deal directly with Tracy only. Their finance person was great as well. Took roughly 6 minutes to get all paperwork completed, however I did not have a trade in which I am sure would have been more of a hassle and take much longer. Great job Tracy and thank you very much. I would rate Tracy and Lynnwood Honda 5 stars at least on the purchase. We have only had the vehicle for 2 days, so we will see quality as the time passes on. Go there with your husband, especially if you are an asian woman. Otherwise they will smile at you, bring a tool box pretending checking for you, and sell you a wheel unlock without any explanation yah, the only set matches to your wheel has to be custom ordered so the one you just bought wont work. But they want to make money from you since you walk into their door. When you return they will smile at you say oh you have the bolts that included in this set. Yah I still have to break the lock and, what about the wheel unlocks on other 3 wheels on my car? Thats what I encountered today. Yah, they had a nice attitude, brought a box tried every unlock pieces in the toolbox, then just wrote down whatever a part number feels like to be, collecting the money and You Go! It was not until I came back from the tire technician they smiled at me again: you have to special order and it takes two weeks. Why didnt they explain it to me in the first place? They still smile at you Got Ya. What if my car died on the road because of a flat tire? I dont have to say further more.This is not the traditional American customer service attitude. This is un-spoken discrimination to woman and non-Caucasian, a small percentage yet the discrimination is there.

I have bought new cars from Subaru and Acura previously and neither experience even came close to my experience with Joe Burgos at Lynnwood Honda. If everybody was like working with Joe Burgos at Lynnwood Honda, car dealers wouldn't have the reputation they have.

Beth Daniels is an outstanding saleswoman. We purchased a new CRV from her at Lynnwood Honda and the entire process was flawless. Beth is honest, competent, personable and very importantly, she is knowledgable of her inventory and product. She is wonderful to work with. We agreed upon a price on the internet. i am a 65 year old curmudgeon who has bought a car every 5 years for the last 50 years. my experience with Beth Daniels was the only time i have ever dealt with a car salesperson that the experience was pleasant. when i buy a car i research every vehicle i can afford for months before i purchase. i usually know more about the car and the going prices than the salesperson. i walked out of the local ford dealership and was asked by the salesman at wilder honda to deal with someone else after i caught both of them flat out lying to me and called them on it. my experience with beth daniels was totally different. straightforward, honest, no bs. a fair price right off the get-go. no pressure or hype. she contacted me after i inquired about a particular car in their inventory over the internet. she called me and quoted me a price and gave me a valuation of my trade in using my opinion of condition and mileage as a basis of the offer. right away the amounts were acceptable, fair and had a combined difference of over $3000 from what i was quoted as the first offer by two other dealers on the exact same car. i accepted her first offer over the phone and arranged for her to come in on her day off to meet me. i drove literally through the snow, over 100 miles, and had to take a ferry to go to this dealership when the local honda dealer was 10 miles away. i was geared up for a fight because i couldn't believe they were actually selling a car like an adult. i expected last minute nonsense like i have experienced in the past with other dealers. when i got there NOTHING changed. she met me there on her day off with her perfect child and walked me through the process. in and out in about 90 minutes. the deal was as described and was sweetened a little with accessory credits we decided on. there was no quibbling about the condition of my trade in or any other aspect of the price.could i have got a better deal? maybe. you never really know with how cars are sold, but i got a fair deal. could i have got the same from my local dealer? again maybe, after hours of negotiation, arguing, running back and forth to the phantom decision maker, and raising my blood pressure. i'd rather do it this way. i have added beth daniels to my car contacts and will go to her first, if i live long enough to buy another car!

Generally awful service and extremely different experience. Unprofessional staff. Hope that business owners get this information and make some improvements. Below just few facts for your consideration. - No calls back after leaving voice mails - Promised that diagnostic takes 2 and half hours maximum. Actual time was 5+ hours - During check in, service adviser validated some "squeal" sound from engine. A bit late, after diagnostic the same service adviser said: "there is no noise and engine sounds perfect.- Promised to call me if service will be longer then 2.5 hours but I even didn't receive a call back after leaving voice mail - Shuttle was delayed on more than half an hour. It was scheduled and confirmed 3 hours prior. Distance between my location and Honda Lynnwood - just few (2-3) miles.- Free with any services car wash and interior vacuum this time even wasn't proposed - No one accepted their mistake and said "sorry" - When I got my car back there was the same noise as one day ago. I even asked Service Manager to verify it together. Then, he confirmed some "squeal" sound and suggested that it's because of aftermarket serpentine belt. So I didn't receive any diagnostic: checking alignment of serpentine belt and wobbling pulleys, etc., spent a lot of time (4 working days after the first call), $60 and as result got a piece of paper "don't worry - be happy" with the same non diagnosed issues. Thanks for your attention.p.s. after just verification of the problem existence (not diagnostics), got offer to replace a serpentine belt and see - will it be helpful or not.

Mr Baker was the only sales person I worked with until I had to sign the final papers. He understood the kind of car I was looking to buy and spent time with me on 4 occasions until I made up my mind. He did not push me into making a decision but gave me all the information I requested without any hassle. This is my first experience with a dealership, I usually buy from a personal owner. The service was super friendly when I got my remote installed for my Honda Fit so I decided to come back. I knew what I was looking for and found exactly what I wanted on the lot, a used Honda Odyssey. I worked with Mark Baker and he made me feel at ease right away. The test drive was great, he knew where to go in the neighborhood to test out the turns and speeds. When it came to pricing, there was no hem and hawing. Mark brought down the price for me that I felt was very fair. I forgot the other salesman's name, but the man who gets the final say on the price came out to talk with me as well. No one hid behind a door to decide the final numbers, everyone was upfront. I appreciate that feeling of honesty from a dealership. Yes, they have to make a profit, that's how they make a living. However, the sale I got was definitely a steal and the whole experience was comfortable. I never felt like I had to play mind games for the price I got.

From the first moment we were looking at the new HONDA ACCORD COUPE in the lot out came Danny Hook he was super nice had all the info we needed on the car. The test drive was great as well. Then we walk into the showroom floor and Danny showed us a hot HONDA ACCORD 2 door EXL V6NV 2014...it was all tricked out ...air dam, spoilers, and that beautiful color "still night". We knew we were in trouble when we saw it and the next day we drove it and bought it! The Honda is sleek,sexy, and just plain beautiful with everything you can possibly want on it and in it. Danny was a super nice guy it truly was the most pleasant experience we have ever had buying a car. On a sclae of 1-10 Danny was a 12. We also had alot of things in common with Danny our singer and guitar star...ROCK ON DANNY! The staff manager and all other employees were very friendly and nice too. Lynnwood Honda advertised a 2009 certified pre-owned Honda Civic EX for a specific price on their website. When I tried to buy the car for the advertised price, they said that a third party had made a mistake and refused to sell me the car for the sale price. The first time I tried to buy the car, used car manager Keith Hager said they had changed the ad on their website and would not sell it to me because I had not bought it the day before. Yet, when I found the same advertisement live on Edmunds.com, general sales manager Mike Popke still refused to sell me the car for the advertised price. On my first visit, Mr. Hager offered to sell me the car for $1,200 more than the advertised price without the certified pre-owned status. Even after sending multiple emails to Mr. Popke, Lynnwood Honda refused to honor the advertised price. I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Lynnwood Honda and would not recommend them to anyone.

We had gone to 3 dealerships prior to Lynnwood Honda and everyone said they could not work with us given our negative equity and get us at the payment we needed. Lynnwood Honda said they would make it work one way or another. They walked us through many lease options before we switched to new car options. They all took their time and were incredible friendly. We were there very late in the evening and no one rushed us to leave. Bobby Labor, by coincidence had sold us our Acura RDX at another dealership 3 years ago that we were now trying to trade in. It was so refreshing to work with the same person, who is so kind and caring about what we wanted. Our needs mattered, not just how much they could make. This is the best experience I have ever had a dealership and I have bought many cars. I will be a Lynnwood Honda customer forever.

Great experience buying a Civic Si today. Vicky was extremely nice to deal with, competitive on price, and knowledgable. I'm excited to continue my relationship with them in the future. Seriously. They were competitive in matching prices from other dealerships, and were incredibly transparent in the pricing of the car, and gave me a print out of exactly what their margins are and where they're spent. Everyone was accommodating and I was never left waiting or wondering what was going on.I also had the pleasure of speaking with Shain Patrick after the sale was complete. He was incredibly knowledgeable on warranties, financing options, what was best for my personal financial situation, telling me stories about other customers and their experiences. Most importantly, many of the folks I talked with around the dealership were "car people" themselves. As a woman, I have never felt comfortable with the idea of purchasing a car from a dealership. I have always purchased used cars (and whenever possible avoided dealerships or arrived armed with a" negotiator"). Bobbie is a trusted friend of mine and I wanted a new Honda, so I decided to give it a try. I'm not sure I would have felt comfortable working with anyone else, however, as salespeople in the past have been a little too "high-pressure" for me. Buying a new car from Bobbie was a totally different experience. He is very professional--answering questions, providing crucial information to my decision making process and making the paperwork process relatively painless. There was no "game-playing" or hidden agenda. Thank you for that, Bobbie, because I love my little Honda.

After visiting 3 dealers in the greater Seattle region -eastside, we were still debating between 2014 and 2013. All the dealers wanted you to come in and test drive their vehicles. This was fine but by the 3rd dealer we were exhausted of the test drives and the game for the "right" price. Having a well rounded idea of what we wanted, we decided to try negotiating by phone. Some agents did not even want to trouble themselves and insisted that we come in to do the whole 9 yards - Bellevue Honda should really learn to listen to what the customer wants. Lynnwood Honda (LH) was our last stop. My wife did not even want to visit another dealer. I took off extra time during lunch time and went in to see their stock. Unfortunately, Danny, whom I have been corresponding with was off that day. They did not have the Ex-L that we wanted but they did have the color. What surprised me was that unlike the other dealers who did not want to budge from the MSRP of the 2014, LH was willing to, and on the Touring model that they just received - it was not detailed or programmed. After 2 hours, comparing the 2013 versus 2014 Touring and getting a firm but fair price on the 2014, I contacted my wife. She was willing to come in after work to look it over. This was the final stop for her. We both appreciated the lack of "high pressure" sales from LH. The timing was horrible since she had enough time to look over the Odyssey before picking up the family. We had discussed further to return that night around 7pm. I did not get home till 8pm. We were still debating between the 2013 and 2014, so we decided to swing by LH. Just past 8:40pm, we arrived and was helped by Lawrence. On the way over, my wife stated that in NO way would they help us being so close to closing time. Lawrence proved her wrong. He was both attentive and helpful without any pressure. Leaning towards the 2013 because of price and financing, we asked Lawrence for his honest opinion of which would he picked. Keep in mind, we were past closing time at 9pm. Lawrence was kind enough to bring out the detailed 2014 so that my wife can compare the two side by side. What sold my wife to the 2013 was that Tom was willing to meet half way on the additional reduced asking price. By 10pm we finally decided on the 2013. What impressed me the most was pure customer service. Lawrence, Tom, and Shane were willing to stay late to help us with this deal. Heck the cleaning staff left before we did at 11:30pm with our new vehicle. In no way did we feel pressured. In fact, I felt both appreciated and sad that I kept them away from their families. Name a dealer with such an outstanding team who is willing to go out of their way for their customer(s) - that would be LH. I have only met one sales person, who unfortunately no long works at Lexus of Bellevue, with such high caliber service orientation. This was our first purchase through LH and definitely won't be our last!

We arrived at 10:45 am. Mark Baker took time to listen to us and our needs, and he then introduced us to the Pilot 4WD EX-L. During the test drive we knew that this selection was the one to best meet our needs. As we live just a short distance from Lynnwood Honda we wanted to test drive the Pilot to our residence to make sure it would fit in our single car garage. Mark was most accommodating. Mark's thorough knowledge of the Honda Pilot was most impressive and helpful. During our purchase, Mark showed us how to pair our cell phones to the car and how to use the Entertainment System which were features that we were not familiar with. Mark introduced us to the second floor customer service lounge, the service center, and the service manager. A lot of engineering and thought has been done to provide such a nice facility. Mark took the time to make sure that we were happy with our purchase.

I first have to say that purchasing a car is one of the more stressful things we (husband & wife) can do as a couple. Dealing with Joe and Tracy at Lynnwood Honda this was just not the case. We meet Joe first a couple weekends ago and he was professional and friendly and let us take the car out for a drive. We had to leave as we had a previous scheduled appointment. I went back on the following Friday and worked out a prospective deal with Joe (pending my wifes approval), very easy and painless. Now to convince the wife I once again left (without the car) and went home to talk over the car situation. Since we live a fair distance from the dealership it took us a few days to get back in. I found Joe (who was busy with customers) and explained that we wanted to test drive a different model. No problem, go find the one you want to drive, and Ill be out in a few minutes was Joes reply. Joe came out and checked in with us as we walked around, but since he was still busy he introduced us to Tracy. She was very knowledgeable on the models we were looking at and when we found the one we wanted to drive, she quickly retrieved the keys and license plate. Quick test drive and back to the desks to see what kind of a deal we could make. So to make this story a bit longer, we actually walked away with two new cars that night from Lynnwood Honda. Lynnwood Honda was our first stop when shopping for a used car. (I believe) Tracy first assisted us, let us test drive a car, and simply let us walk out of the door without a hassle. We visited another dealership nearby, but as soon as we pulled onto the dealer lot, I told my husband that I wanted to leave. The salesmen were perched outside, waiting to pounce on their next prey. It was the same "high-pressure-make-you-wait-forever-until-you-wear-out-with-frustration" type of approach and I wanted to get out of there, even if the price was good. After stopping at one more dealership, we returned gladly to Lynnwood Honda, where Boyce Goff helped us. Boyce was friendly and genuine. The barginning process (if you could even call it that) was simple, laid-back, forthright, quick and friendly. In no time at all we had agreed upon a price. I sensed no deceptive techniques such as flattery and over-politeness. The whole process could be summed up succinctly in few words: genuinely friendly and no pressure. Lynnwood Honda is the only car dealership that I would consider again. I have never encountered a dealership that conducts business the way they do (and we even purchased a used car!)I would HIGHLY recommend Tracy, Boyce, and Lynnwood Honda to everyone.

My boyfriend and I drove into Lynnwood Honda just to look. We were almost instantly introduced to Martin Samuels and explained that we were just looking since I don't commute and we didn't have a huge budget. There was no pressure at all and he was so very helpful with our questions. We ended up test driving a used Accord and I fell in love with it. I was able to drive it on the freeway, highway and side streets. From there we went inside to talk business. I have never purchased a car before and had no idea that it was such a lengthy process, but Martin made it as painless as could be. Our first visit afforded us only about twenty minutes to look around as we had a commitment elsewhere. Vicky Tessmer kindly introduced us to the Odyssey line answering our questions about leasing in a straightforward and knowledgeable manner. Vicky is an entirely genuine individual who we knew we wanted to have assist us with our purchase. During our second visit, we had time for a test drive with Vicky and were introduced to Sales Manager Robb McCalmon who put together some preliminary, very competitive figures on an Odyssey Touring model. In sharp contrast to other auto industry individuals we've met, Robb didn't insult our intelligence with gratuitous comments or with shady negotiating tactics. There was no effort to strong arm us into a hasty decision. After our second visit there, we decided to see what competitive models were like but our focus shifted back to the Odyssey as the best option in the minivan market in terms of quality and performance. After reading other buyer's great reviews of Lynnwood Honda and based on our experience we knew we would be happy with service and any follow-up concerns we may have after our purchase. As an individual who has leased and purchased more than thirty cars in in his adult life, my experience with the sales culture and general environment at Lynnwood Honda stands out as the most satisfactory so far. I visited Lynnwood Honda with a very strict budget after a total loss accident. I had lost my Honda Civic and the insurance settlement was barely adequate to replace it with an equivalent one. Of the 10 dealerships I visited in the area, including other Honda dealerships, Lynnwood Honda had the best quality, and the most cleanly presented vehicles. When other dealerships did not have the vehicle I was looking for, they tried to convince me that the vehicles they DID have would meet my need. When I met Tracy Robbins, my salesperson at Lynnwood Honda, she carefully listened to my requirements in a vehicle and then showed me only the ones that would meet those criteria. Although many of the vehicles on the lot were extremely nice and well priced, they either did not meet my exact criteria, or they were a little over my budget. Tracy offered to keep in touch as soon as the next day to let me know if there were new vehicles purchased by Lynnwood Honda that I would be interested in.To make a long story short, Tracy found my an extremely nice Honda Civic and right at my price point. I'm happier with my new (used) Civic than I thought I would be, and I have Tracy's hard work and dedication to thank for it.For lack of a better place to mention this: Tracy was in extremely high demand while she was helping me, and even though there were many customers demanding her attention, I felt every minute like I was at the front of her mind. The show room was very clean, and we were greated by every person we saw there. We test drove the 2013 Pilot and immediately knew that was the one we wanted. We worked with John Song, and he was the perfect salesperson for someone who doesn't like BS, or an annoying salesperson trying to make a pressure sale. The Pilot purchase went so smoothly, that we bought a 2013 civic from John just 6 days later! Great experience, and highly recommend!

I was interested in purchasing a used Honda Civic to improve my gas mileage. I commute about 45 miles round trip a day and while I loved my Honda Element the gas mileage was not the best nor the worst. It started with an email to Keith (Hager) about a Civic I saw online and then the next day we exchanged a couple of phone calls. I gave Keith my requirements and never once made me feel pressured even though I knew I was asking for a lot. Keith worked with John to make the deal come together, both were super friendly and timely. I arrived at the dealership and within the hour I was all signed and driving out in my new Civic. Out the door for less than what I owed on the Element, lower monthly payment and better gas mileage ... I would say it was a win!

I had been In Seattle only two days, and needed to buy a car before starting a new job on Monday. I used cars.com to find a used Honda Fit that Lynnwood Honda had listed at a great price. I was in my rental car on the way to the dealership when Mark Baker called me to inform me that the Fit had been sold just the day before. He found another, newer Fit on the lot and offered to sell that car to me at the same price. Unfortunately it turned out that another couple was already negotiating with one of the other dealers on the lot for that car. Mark spoke to the new car manager about the situation and, in the end, I drove away in a brand new Fit at a used car price. He and the rest of the staff at Lynnwood Honda were extremely courteous and helpful throughout the process; Mark even took the time to recommend some great local eateries and attractions.

I purchased a new car in January. A few weeks later I parked on a hill in Seattle and had turned the wheels. When I went back to the car, I couldn't turn the ignition. After years of working with Lynnwood Honda Service Department, we were faced with replacing our older van. We worked with both EJ Scoll and Beth Daniels who helped us evaluate many models and think through our options. Hello,My name is Carly and I wanted to write about my experience working with Lawrence Chamalbide at the Lynnwood Honda dealership yesterday. I used to work solely with Klein Honda until it was time to purchase a new car last week. I went to Klein and the salesman they put me with was extremely unhelpful, had to ask me what my name was and what kind of car I was looking for several times, and even went and took a cigarette break in the middle of trying to sell me a car. I told him several times I was not looking for a brand new 2013 Honda Civic and I specifically told him which car I was interested in. After telling him this upfront, he tried to sell me a 2013 Civic 6 times during the time I was there. Needless to say, I walked out of the dealership and drove home unhappy. I had given up on going into a dealership by myself as I am young, and female. My overall excitement to purchase a car became less and less existent.After a few days, I decided to contact Lynnwood Honda as I saw the absolute perfect car of my dreams on their website. That same day, I was welcomed by Lawrence who had the brightest smile on his face, and looked ready to help me. He let me explain to him exactly what I was looking for and never once tried to steer me away to something else. I was open and honest with him from the beginning and he took notes of everything I was saying. I could tell he truly wanted to help me. He never once offered me a different car than the one I came in for. He was very knowledgeable and informative. Purchasing my car with Larry was easy and comfortable, and he re-explained things to me as many times as I needed to in order to completely understand. Larry spent a lot of time with me and really made me confident that I was making the right choice in purchasing my car with him. He even worked behind the scenes while I left the dealership to run some errands! When I got back to the dealership to sign the paperwork, the car was clean with a full tank of gas. He helped me unload my things from my previous car into the new one, and even unscrewed my license plate frames. He got into my new car with me and showed me all of the neat features and what each button does I wouldn't leave unsure of anything. I really felt valued as a customer and I believe Lawrence C. was a huge contribution to that. As a first time new car buyer, and a woman in my 20s, I began searching wary of dealers that would try to take advantage of me. I researched price and contacted about 10 dealers in the greater Seattle area. I also wanted a car with a manual transmission, which was not available anywhere on the west coast, so alas, the car had to be ordered special. After speaking with several dealers that tried to pressure me into hurrying on a deal, saying they couldn't guarantee what the dealer installed options would be and how much that would increase the price, working with Rick was refreshing. He didn't pressure me to hurry in, he told me they wouldn't install anything I didn't want, and he offered me an incredible price on the color I wanted. I went in, put a deposit on the car, and 3 weeks later went to pick it up, in the condition it was promised. The car is exactly what I wanted, and I got a great deal. I would recommend anyone looking for a new Honda to come to this dealership. The other employees at the dealership that I interacted with were also friendly and non-pressuring.

I was looking for a white Honda Civic EXL and I found out that they only had one left; and because of this, Mark came in to meet with my dad and I on his day off. After continuous days of searching for the vehicle I want and visiting numerous dealerships where I felt like I was not a valued customer for my age. Especially Harris Ford I feel like they hire any clown off the street to sell a car. They thought with just being 21 yrs old that I was just a tire kicker and I was wasting time thinking they could not make a deal with me. It got to a point where I was stressed and didnt really know where to go buy my car because many dealerships had the car I wanted in the price range I want but what they all had in common was they lacked in customer service. I have been in the sales industry for 4 years and the biggest impact you can make on any customer is customer service and treat them with respect. While still searching for a vehicle I stumbled on an Acura TL that Lynnwood Honda had for sale. After contacting a sales representative who in no way was pushy set up a test drive for me. When I came into the dealership I was warmly greeted by Bob Labor. After introducing himself and asking me a few right fitting questions we went out and test drove the vehicle. I loved it. But what I loved even more was the quality service I was provided Bob Labor. After the test drive Bob did inform me that he had to leave because of a personal reason and upon that I was handed off to Kat Byrd. While working with her I felt like she completely ignored the fact that I was young and looking to buy a somewhat expensive car. Working with Kat got to a point where I didnt even think I was at a dealership anymore because we were both sharing stories and having a good time while the desk manager Tom Dunning was working on getting me the best deal possible. About 15 min later Tom came out with great news and a price I loved even more he made sure I completely understood the deal and what hoops he had to jump through to get me financed. Again I went back and talked to Kat for a little while, while Tom worked on getting me financed. When I did get financed I went back and worked with Randy who already had all my paperwork set up and ready to be signed. He was very informative and made sure I understood what I signed before I signed. In finance I also worked with Katie who was also great and again made me feel like a valued customer at Lynnwood Honda. After all paperwork was done and I came out the office I was again warmly greeted by Kat and Tom who walked me out to my new car that was freshly detailed. All in all it was a great car buying experience and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I do plan in the future when I am ready for a new car again to swing by and see what they have before I go anywhere else. Again thanks to the Lynnwood Honda Team you guys did great!

I bought a Honda Fit from Mark Baker three years ago. My situation was difficult because my minivan had caught fire and was a total loss, and I was away from home visiting my daughter's family on Whidbey Island during my son-in-law's military deployment. To say I was stressed would be an understatement. Lots of other dealers gave me high pressure sales tactics and seemed shady, but Mark was very personable, informed, caring, organized and a great overall communicator. One year after I bought the car I was in a situation in which it wouldn't start (battery was run down from children turning on lights) and Mark talked me through jumping the battery, by phone. Three years later, he still remembers my daughter's name! I love, love, love this car, and I hope I don't need to buy a new car for a long time, but if I did I'd be looking up Mark Baker again. The dealership is great too - I was in once for minor service, and they welcomed my large German Shepherd in their carpeted waiting area, and lavished attention on him. Love that!

The purchase of a new Accord was the easiest major expenditure that I have ever made. I have two close neighbors that have purchased 3 Hondas in the last decade from Lynnwood Honda.I dropped by last August to see when the new 2013 models would arrive and met Bob Labor. He took my name and phone number and contacted me when they arrived and I could test drive a unit. I was pleased with the test but wanted to wait until Consumer Reports had rated the new model. I shared with Bob that I might make a purchase before the end of the year if the price was very attractive and CR rating was complete. He followed up before the holidays, we discussed the cost and I decided to wait until the new year in order not to need any finance. Bob again followed up in January and gave me new pricing information.From the information from CR, I think the price was a win-win for both buyer and seller. The paperwork was taken care of with efficiency and no pressure to add accessories to the package. Bob then assisted me (taught me) how to program the various options for audio, lighting, phone, etc. My overall assessment is that this organization is extremely customer centric,i.e., straightforward and focussed on customer satisfaction. I don't hesitate to recommend Bob Labor as a salesperson.

I recently bought a car at Lynnwood Honda. I had had no prior experience with Lynnwood Honda; I was just in the market for a car and happened to drive by. I have never in my life had a more satisfying experience buying a car. The salesperson who assisted me was Kat Byrd. Quite simply, she is by far the best salesperson I have ever encountered in the context of purchasing an automobile--and I'm talking about a span of thirty years. She is knowledgeable, personable, professional, honest, patient, and even funny. She is also intelligent and reasonable. She never engaged in any of the subtle or not-so-subtle pressure tactics we've all come to expect from auto dealerships. For example, she did not try to sell me the car she wanted me to buy; on the contrary, she did her level best to sell me the car I wanted to buy at the price I was willing to pay for it. She patiently listened to what I was interested in, and gave me the benefit of her knowledge, experience, and suggestions, without ever once trying to 'close the deal' in some pre-mature, artificial, or pressurized way. She let me take my time and she let me change my mind. And she has a really impressive depth of technical knowledge about the product she sells (Hondas). To be honest, I stopped into the dealership more or less cynically expecting the usual grim, jaw-clenching, irritating experience of game-playing, pressure tactics, subtle manipulation, and good cop/bad cop routines between the people on the sales floor and the management upstairs. (If you're reading this, you know what I'm talking about.) But I left feeling delighted that I had been treated with complete fairness, candor, honesty, and reasonableness. In a general business culture in which one routinely expects to be manipulated by salespeople, Kat is an amazing breath of fresh air. The next time I need a car, I will go to her first. In fact, I'll go out of my way to shop at whatever dealership she's working at then. And I'll recommend that my friends and relatives do too.

My Sales Person was Kat Byrd: Ill start off with my past experiance with Sales people! I live in bellingham, and like to research cars, as well as test drive a ton of cars before making a decision. this being said Im labeled by Sales people as an Extremely difficult Sale! Being a difficult sale isnt all that bad. I find the worst of worst sales people, they lie, make up stories, and are down right dirty. With the many sales people I have dealt with I have found the Jewel, probably the most honest, hard working, pleasent, and did I mention Honest sales person in Washington State. Kat Byrd is by far the Best Customer Service / Sales Agent that I have ever met. We looked at 4 Honda Pilots, and test Drove 2 of them, one test only lasting 2 min, but I knew that pilot wasnt the one! She was patient, friendly, and if she didnt have the answer she made sure to find an expert to explain. She tolerated my rambunctious 2yr old and my stubborn nature. She assisted us in the transaction and made sure we were happy with our purchase. I reccomend her to anyone looking to buy new or used because you wont find a harder working, honest Sales Agent in this state! We will Deffinitly keep in touch with Kat! On a side note, she handed us two LED Flash lights after our purchase that go on our key chains. she purchased them her self. I have used that darn flash light more then I have ever used any of my other flash lights!

I was looking to buy a certified Honda Odessey and I saw an online advertisement for a nice one on Lynwood Honda's website. Although I live in Renton, I stil drove there to check the mini van. I met Kat there and she helped me with test drive of a similiar one. Next day I went again to look at the actual minivan and I liked it at first look as it was the exact same as Kat described me on the previous day. I really liked the way Kat helped me in getting the deal done. She is very honest, straight forward ( not like some other dealers I have dealt on past who will waste hours of yours). The things she knew she explained well and things she didnt know , she didnt make up any story but looked upon and provided us with the full information. Towards the end of the deal, there was some issue which would have costed me extra bucks. I talked with her and she immmediately clarified it with her finance department and saved me those bucks. Overall I liked the dealership also better than other dealers I have been to in my past.I would strongly recommend Kat and this dealership to all my friends whenever they plan to buy a new/used car.Thanks once again Kat for all your help

My wife was not able to get to the dealership, and this allowed her to experience the car before purchase. The paperwork phase of the process took only about an hour. I came across Lynnwood Honda dealership through Costco Auto Purchasing program. Soon after I got a call to schedule an appointment to discuss how the Costco program works and further information about the vehicle we were looking for. We arrived there two hours early (since my wife had to work later that day) and Mark greeted us by our first names. Mark was very friendly in going over the Costco Auto program (never having been thru the process prior) and show us a breakdown of cost. He showed us the prices of everything and didn't hide anything from us like you would expect many dealership salesmen. My wife and I have been shopping around the area prior to this visit and got many quotes and averages. Lynnwood Honda was a the last stop and if Lynnwood wasn't going to beat the price we would go to the dealership that gave us the lowest quote naturally. We offered our first counter offer and Mark went to talk to the manager while thinking in my mind how much I hate the negotiating process. Expecting to be offered a lower price then the first offer but not the price I wanted, Mark surprised us with the price we wanted. Not only did they beat all the dealerships in the area but also offered it in the price we wanted on our first counter offer!Once we got down to breaking down the process and paperworks, Mark was very professional and courteous to my wife and I and especially to my mom. He made signing the dots and cross the t's very simple and made us feel very comfortable. He made if feel more like a friend than a stereotypical sales person we all know and hate. Next was financial department and Randy was whom we spoke to. He was a great person and was not pushy nor had an aggressive approach at selling add ons. Just like the vehicle, we were able to get the price of the add ons with little effort and negotiating. After Randy, we were back with Mark to help assist us with the features for the Honda CRV. He was thorough in explain without being rushed and informative. In two hours, we were able to get the price WE wanted (not the dealership) without any problems and drive home completely satisfied in our new 2012 Honda CRV.Recognizing the excellent service by Mark, I took it upon myself to ask where can I write a review for him online. Never once did he mention this website or ratings of any kind. Many people are afraid and absolutely hate dealerships and going through the process but were were completely satisfied. I had a great and easy sales buying process and would recommend everyone to Lynnwood Honda.

I have known the owner of this dealership for a number of years and felt quite certain that his honesty and integrity would also be manifested in his dealership. I've dealt with many salespeople and purchased a number of vehicles over the years, and Mark doesn't have that salesman stigma that is so common in the car business, but rather comes across as an honest standup individual from corporate america that happens to be selling cars, and that, in my opinion, he does quite well. My family recently purchased a new Pilot from Lynnwood Honda and the experience was very pleasant. Tyrone Lawrence was our sales representive and provided us with great service throughout the process. First, he let me and my wife take the vehicle out for an unusually long test drive upon my request. We went through some hilly backroads and also let me test out the power on the freeway. We liked the car, but the only problem was we didn't need all the bells and whistles on that car, or any other Pilots they had on inventory. Tyrone was not pushy, but very gracious and understood our needs, and offered to attempt to find a vehicle with the trim level and color we desired. We negotiated a price on the car and the trade and agreed on a price. Tyrone and team worked through their magic and 3 days later informed us they had the car on the way, and we drove the new car home 2 days later.Lynnwood Honda gave us a fair trade-in value for our old car, and also a very competitive price on the new car. The negotiation was quick and painless and Tyrone did a superb job handling the whole process. After delivery he followed up with phone calls and thank you cards for working with him and doing business with Lynnwood Honda.Overall, I highly recommend Lynnwood Honda and Tyrone Lawrence if you are in the market for a Honda.

I contacted Mark Baker over email and went for a test drive. He was knowledgeable about the car and did a good job of convincing us it was the right one for us. When I asked the price, he immediately gave me a number that was exactly what I was hoping for (based on a lot of research on various car buying sites). There were no tricks or particular effort to get a good price. Even better, when I got a price for my trade, the used car manager, Keith, gave me a price that matched what various sites had said the car was worth on trade. Once again there was no hassle or games, just a fair price and the deal was done quickly. The entire sales experience was pleasant and easy. Sure, they tried to upsell the extended warranty and paint protection, but even that was done in a friendly manner without being annoying. I'd absolutely recommend Lynwood Honda to anyone.

Let me just say this was by far the BEST experience I have ever had buying a new car and I would HIGHLY recommend Mike to anyone looking for a new car! This is the 3rd car we bought at Lynnwood Honda. The "new/used" 2009 Accord replaces the 1989 Accord we bought brand-spanking new 23 years ago. Our experience was great--just like it was 23 years ago. We put 251K miles on the first Accord and the folks at Lynnwood Honda provided great service. Mike Greco has helped us with the purchase of two cars (Pilot and Accord). In each experience, we needed something different. He heard our needs, showed us what was available, and did research for us. When we returned, Mike had a list of cars that met our criteria and provided very good information about the car and buying process. Our experience with Lynnwood Honda was about as good as one could ever hope for. Mark was a pleasure to work with. We knew what kind of car we wanted when we walked in, and Mark didn't try to sell us something that we didn't want.The trade-in process was easy. They graciously accepted our less-than-desirable trade-ins for a very reasonable price. Tom worked with us to get the financing *exactly* where we wanted it to be.The process of going through all of the dealer add-ons was exhausting. Even so, Tom was flexible with us to consider these options on our own. This was much appreciated, and was a nice way to conclude our experience.Overall I am very happy with Lynnwood Honda and the gentlemen I was able to work with. I worked out the deal via text, phone and email, and was able to come in and pick up the car in about an hour. I was able to get the national advertised deal, which in the past hasn't been so easy. My husband and I had an amazing experience at Lynnwood Honda. We had been to five other dealerships and this was by far the best experience we had. I felt taken care of and not pressured at all. I did the first portion of my deal over the phone and email which was great as we all know how long it can take at the dealer trying to work out the details of any car purchase. Ric was awesome and did a great job of explaining everything to us with great patience and attention to detail. Once we locked on a vehicle and began the finance process, Tami took over and did an amazing job as well. She was great to work with and provided us with a ton of helpful information without pressuring us while still helping us understand the pros and cons of our decision.Ric and Tami both stayed well after closing to help close our deal and never once made us feel bad or rushed. I had checked the inventory on-line, so I knew the vehicle that I had in mind. We purchased our last car from Lynnwood Honda and I wanted another Honda Accord. He was thorough in his explanations and answered our questions. He didn't rush us through any of the processes. My overall experience with Lynnwood Honda and more importantly the service provided by Mike Grecco has been by far the best experience I have had while shopping for a used car. Going into the dealership I expected to be pressured and had my guard up but upon meeting Mike that sense of uneasiness disappeared. From the very beginning he was very polite and approachable. While showing me the car he made a point to disclose any and all discrepancies of the car (which were very minimal) and provided me with a print out of the car fax for my own records. Furthermore if I had a question which he was unable to answer he promptly obtained an answer from one of his helpful coworkers. Throughout my entire buying experience from test drive to financing he was very laid back and was not pushy in any manner. I felt no pressure whats so ever to buying and he was able to get me the vehicle I was looking for that same day. I would also have to say that the Financing department portrays the same friendly no pressure attitude as well and worked with me to get the perfect financing rate that fit my income. I will most definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends and will continue to bring my business there in the future. Lynnwood Honda gets an overall 5 out of 5 in my book for EXCELLENT service.

Mike was professional, friendly and followed-through when he said he was going to do something. I found him to be easy to talk to and never felt pressured or worse yet, as if I was being manipulated. I can't say the same about other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. I bought my oldest teenage son his first used car and it wasa really nice experience for both of us. Lynnwood Honda has had a great reputation for many years and my own experience is proof of why they do.We finished out our transaction after they had closed for the evening and it was nearly 10:30 pm when we finally finished, but I never felt rushed. In my search for a new Honda Civic I came across Lynnwood Honda's website and discovered the exact model I wanted. I contacted Mark Baker and within hours of submitting my request I had a voicemail waiting with his contact information. We spoke several times on the phone negotiating a price. When I sent in my final offer I was surprised to see that the dealership would accommodate it. Mark called back excited to share the good news and explained that the exact car I was interested in had been delivered fresh off the truck that day. Upon arrival to the dealership I was promptly approached by Mark who introduced me to my soon-to-be new car. His friendliness from beginning to end made the entire experience enjoyable. Once at the dealership I continued to be skeptical of the official price offered to me over the phone and after joking with Mark about it, was shown the paperwork with the exact price discussed. Mark explained everything from start to finish about the car, the dealership, and the process. Being my first time purchasing a car, I was nervous and Mark was able to calm me down while making the time enjoyable.Even after the purchase, Mark followed up with me to verify that I was happy with my purchase and weeks later when my license plates came in, actually placed them on my car for me. No hassle buying, the price was great, they bought my trade-in for the market price without any haggling. It seems that you have to haggle with every dealership to buy a car, but not with Lynnwood Honda. I bought my new car, traded in my old car and signed all the necessary paperwork within a couple of hours. The staff is very professional.Recognition should be given to Mark Baker for his excellent service. We went thru Costco's auto program to get our car from Lynnwood Honda. Mike Grecco was as low key as they come--he offered a fair price on a hard to get vehicle, and we didn't need to haggle or hassle with anything. I wish Honda corporate was more forthcoming with timely status updates for our car, but it got in eventually, and the price quoted at the outset (two months earlier) was honored despite Honda raising the MSRP on the vehicle between the time we put down the deposit and taking delivery. The car was prepared properly, and we were in and out in about 75 minutes. We paid cash, so that streamlined the process somewhat, and there was not any hard sell tactics on any extras. We were offered extras, we declined them, and our decisions were not questioned.

I just wanted to take moment to tell you how grateful I am for the amazing staff you have at Lynnwood Honda. This letter is long overdue. Recently I purchased my (for the moment) dream car, a 2005 Infiniti QX 56 that you had just gotten in as a used car. I quickly found it on auto trader and was at the dealership the next day. Dave "The King" Tarbell was the first smiling face I saw when I walked through the door. He took such amazing care of me even singing me some of his songs and quickly took me in as part of the Lynnwood Honda family. He took me seamlessly through every step of the car buying process and made everything as easy as could be. Because I was trading in my old car, which I didn't drive that day, I needed to come back the next day. My daughters accompanied me the following day and soon Dave had them eating out of the palm of his hand. My daughters were mesmerized by Dave as he entertained them with his songs and stories while we waited. He made them feel at home as well and they still talk about "The King" to this day. When it came time for numbers in came Robb McCalmon. We quickly realized that we had gone to elementary school together and he made it his personal mission to make sure I was taken care of. He made sure that the car was perfect for me including putting on new tires and brakes which I completely didn't even expect. I was floored! The mission of these two was to make sure that my experience with Lynnwood Honda was such that I wouldn't dream of going anyplace else. Mission Accomplished! My entire experience with Lynnwood Honda and your amazing staff has been top notch. So often we only hear when things go bad. Mark also took many pictures of the car for us documenting the process of installing the trailer witring harness (an option) which are very interesting since it involved a great deal of dissasembly and reassembly of body interior trim and has quite a few components. I was in the market for a Honda Pilot or Toyota Highlander. I worked with Mike to look at my options for a Pilot, and then drove to another dealer to look at Highlanders ... where I was basically held hostage while they came up with more and more ways to annoy me by trying to get me to buy a car that night. Joe is the best car salesman I have worked with thus far. I originally bought a car from him at 18 and he got me a fabulous interest rate and deal. Obviously the credit market has changed, so deals are not as great as they were in 2005. But anyway, I am know looking for a new (used) car and am coming back to Lynwood Honda mainly because Joe is so honest and straight-forward about the vehicle selection. I went to Lynnwood Honda because I was on DealerRater writing a bad review about another Honda Dealership in the area and I got to reading the Lynnwood Honda reviews and they were really great for the most part, including the reviews about the Service Department. That was important to me because I wanted to be able to take my car into the Dealership where I purchased it for servicing. Also, while reading the reviews I noticed Mike Grecco had all 5's! I had requested a quote from Lynnwood Honda along with several other Honda Dealerships and Mike was the only one who actually quoted me a price on the specific vehicle I requested. When I went into purchase the vehicle it was extremely smooth. There wasn't a lot of back and forth business. Mike went out of his way to get me the exact car I wanted and didn't try to sell me on a different one just because they had it in stock. I also appreciated that Mike and Gabe?(Sales Manager) showed me the exact pricing on Kelly Blue Book that they were using to base my trade-in on and when I pointed out a discrepancy in what I looked up they were more then willing to offer me a better price. Even after taking delivery of the vehicle Mike has called to see how I am liking my new car and also to follow up to make sure the service department called and made an appointment to install some add-ons. When I come in, he makes sure to greet me and see if I have any questions... which of course I have because the Pilot just has so many fun buttons to play with. Mike has taken the time to explain how to work everything. I would definitely recommend Lynnwood Honda and especially Mike Grecco if you are in the market for a vehicle!!

This is actually our second visit to Lynnwood Honda in a year. Our first experience, when we bought my husband's car, was awesome. We felt like Mike Grecco, the salesman, was very honest and fair. The day after we purchased our 2004 Honda, the battery was dead. Although it was not under a warranty of any kind, they told us to go ahead and bring it back in, and they would look at what was going on with it. It turned out to be a module which they fixed for us, free of charge. When we took it in for service, my husband was totally sold. He loved how he simply took it in for an oil change, and they gave it a car wash. He's in love with Lynnwood Honda.Now...my turn. I need a car. I saw a car at a competitor's dealership (Magic Something, down the street.) The car was severely overpriced, but they were totally convinced that they could sell it for much more than we offered. They gave us a big credit for 2 cars we brought in, but this still did not compensate for the deficit between what they wanted (40% over blue book value) and what we were offering (80% of blue book value PLUS 2 cars that made our offer surpass blue book value.) We choose not to negotiate. We make a fair offer and stand firm. They had our registration for our cars, so although they did not appear to want to even entertain a number in our ballpark, we felt as though we were being held hostage. We asked that they please return our registrations and not waste our time. They insisted they we please wait as they try to see if they could accommodate our offer. It's not hard, either you can, or you can't. In the end, they could not, and kept pressuring us to up our offer. Nope. See you later. They handed us back our registrations. Whoops! We got outside and discovered that one of the registrations did not belong to us. Sort of felt like a breach of someone's privacy! Bad taste. Idea! "Hey, honey, remember that great experience we had at the Honda dealership? How about we go back there and see if they have anything?" My husband LOVED that idea, and we wondered why we hadn't thought of that in the first place! So, today, we went back to the Honda dealership. We saw Mike again. Mike's a great guy. You almost feel like you are buying a car from your Uncle Mike, your mother's much younger brother. He is SO honest. We tell him that we don't want to negotiate. We have an offer. If it's fair, he takes it. No pressure. This is two for two with Mike. I am convinced that we will never buy our cars anywhere else! By the way, you'll never guess who called me while I was standing on the Honda lot, waiting for Mike to come back with keys for our test drive. A sales manager from Magic Something. He now had all kinds of cars and great deals for me. He'll even given me a much more inflated price for my trade-ins. Too late. My husband swears he will never set foot on that lot again. Save yourself some time and grief; just go see Mike Grecco at Lynnwood Honda first. You'll be glad you did, and he will be genuinely delighted to see you.

We did extensive research on line checking Honda specifics / ratings / etc. After gathering online information, we ventured out to dealerships to kick tires and test drive. We have had Accords for many years but were interested in the new CRV. We were greated at Lynnwood by Bob Labor and shared with him our interests and features we wanted. After finding the "right CRV", we talked with both Bob and Gabe. Both were professional, courteous, and NOT PUSHY! Our experience was relaxed and continued when we met with Arion Thompson to finalize the numbers. He was also very knowledgeable and offered, without pressure, suggestions with supporting information. Our entire time spent at Lynnwood Honda was a great experience made possible by the caring and knowledgeable staff ~ we will spread to word to our friends looking for a Honda and will be back for our next one.....

My experience with Beth from Lynnwood Honda was AMAZING. After dealing with 5 other dealers over the phone about purchasing a new Pilot for my wife we decided to by-pass the other dealers and drove over an hour away to purchase the vehicle from Beth. The deal was done over the phone and I was VERY surprised that when we went to signing it was 100% what we agreed on. While we were signing Beth made all of the changes we wanted to the factory settings and even programmed all of our favorite stations!

Once we started working with Mike, things went pretty smooth. Only complaint about Lynnwood Honda and the reason for good rather than great rating was that we had visited the dealership twice, with an interest in a particular vehicle and the first time we were approached by a salesman on the lot who took a call on his cell and said he'd be right back and never came back and the second time on the lot no one approached us as all. If it wasn't for the convenience of location and the fact that I've had my other Honda serviced here for the last couple years, we probably would not have returned but we did and Mike was very easy to work with and the experience was much improved from that point forward.

My daughter was looking to buy her first car and we stopped at Honda because of their excellent reputation for reliability. Shawn was very nice and friendly and showed us 6-7 used cars in her price range. All were in very good shape compared to other cars we've looked at. They were clean, some had new tires, and they were all ready for many more miles. We chose 2 to drive. We didn't feel any pressure to buy. She chose the older, less expensive car. We recently found ourselves in the market for a new Honda. Lynnwood Honda was recommended to us by the Costco auto buying program. A nod from Costco is high praise and we were not disappointed. Mark Baker guided us through the transaction. Initially we wanted a 2012 Honda Fit - Manual Transmission which we think is more fun to drive than AT. Evidently one was not to be found within our time-frame. Mark provided useful information and answered our questions allowing us to make our own informed decision to go with the Sport, 5-speed AT instead of the MT. At no time did we ever feel pressured to compromise on our purchase. In fact after meeting with Mark we left for a few hours to mull our options. It became clear to us that the customer service we'd received earlier that day was worth a return trip to Edmonds. Happily Lynnwood Honda's inventory yielded a new (6 miles on the odo!) Milano Red Sport Fit which we can definitely say is FUN to drive. Many thanks and highest praise to Mark Baker and Lynnwood Honda for a pleasant buying experience!

Mark is a consultative salesman. He sold me on the car bumper to bumper! He sold me on the value and the features. He was not a hard sell guy and spoke truthfully and earned my trust. Me and my wife recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Grekko on purchasing our 2012 Honda crv. Lynnwood Honda was the only dealership offering the Costco program on this vehicle, we live in kent and were a little bummed that the only dealership offering the program on the crv was so far away, but after our experience with Mike, my wife and I will have no problem making the drive out there again for any future vehicles. From the beginning Mike made us feel very comfortable with no rush or pressure of any kind. He was fun,patient and very informative. He was very straight forward with everything. He brought us to his desk after we made our decision on what vehicle we wanted and pulled up on the computer the Costco price that we were very happy with. After Gabe The sales manager looked over our trade he came over and introduced himself told us he would be putting our deal together for us which was a big surprise to me because I had never had a sales manager come and introduce himself unless they thought they weren't gonna get the sale. Gabe had everything put together very quickly and got us our payment we were looking for there was never any desk games or going back and fourth which was great! Vanessa in finance was very friendly and informative as well and she completed the deal just as great as it began! Lynnwood Honda has well surpassed our expectations there customer service is excellent and everyone was very friendly. Our overall experience was great and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I have recently purchased a 2012 Honda CR-V EX-L from Lynnwood Honda. Mark Baker was the dealer and did a remarkable job of serving me with this major purchase. Never did I feel the "high pressure" that is so often a part of buying a new car! Mark listened to what I wanted and made the whole buying experience a pleasant one. Before I drove off the lot, Mark spent an hour with me in the car teaching me how to use the technology that would otherwise have been overwhelming to figure out on my own! Less than a week later he called me to make sure everything was going as I had expected. He also encouraged me in the next few weeks to make an appointment to come in for another hour of instruction and answer any questions that have come up for me. The whole experience was nothing less than delightful and I hope that next time I'm ready to buy another new car that Mark will still be working there! I will absolutely reccomend him to friends and family!

I recently was looking to purchase a used Honda Element. After seeing a particular car on the internet I went in to Honda Lynnwood to take a look at it. The service was generally excellent (including donuts!). The staff were never overly pushy and really left us alone to make our own minds up about the car whilst providing us a comfortable environment in which to do so.I would like to mention the exemplary service that Lawrence Chamalbide gave us. It was obvious very quickly that he was a genuinely nice guy, who didnt once try to rush us. Perhaps the best part was he didnt try to pretend that he knew more than he did, but then went to great lengths to find answers to all our questions. I would highly recommend that you particularly look out for him at the dealership, he's the kind of guy you can imagine having a beer with!Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership and the quality of their cars.

I went in to the Lynwood Honda dealership October 19, 2011, to discuss a warranty issue which involved past service by this Honda dealer and another Honda dealer. The first Honda dealer was Renton Honda with the last date of work on February 18, 2008. I made an appointment with John Royce, Service Manager. Lynwood Honda. The issue I was addressing was brought to my attention by Bret's Independent which performed the 60,000 mile inspection/tun-up for me. At this time Bret's Independent gave me a 2007 Honda service bulletin referencing a problem with my car type's transmission, a 2003 Honda Civic hybrid. Both Renton and Lynwood Honda failed to follow the bulletin or inform me that one had been issued. The issue was a judder like jerking while driving in the middle gears. This could have been fixed under warranty if either of the dealers had done what should have been done. I went to Lynwood Honda October 25, 2011. My complaint is that John Royce was gruff with me when I talked to him about the issue at the first meeting and even more gruff and rude to me at the next meeting when, while making an attempt to mollify me by changing the transmission fluid without charge and then denying his mechanic had actually found the judder. Even that was not supposed to happen. It was supposed to be a check and then talk before we decided what to do. He went ahead with the fluid change without my permission. He had attempted to have the front guys talk to me and deny me any warranty follow-up. I had to insist that he talk to me about the latest development. His statement that he had put his reputation on the line by calling the district Honda representative rings hallow. How is a reputation involved when he is only telling the representative the facts of my case? He was rude to the point of raising his voice as I insisted the years of recorded work indicating a judder were more true than the one time they checked today. He ended the meeting by standing up, glaring down at me with my keys in his extended hand. I even had to go back in and get my paperwork after I realized he hadn't given it to me. The whole time I was made to feel like the car owner who the dealership doesn't want to honor its, Honda's, word. They were the last Honda dealership to not follow the service bulletin, or inform me of its existence so that I could follow-up and have the work done under warranty. I feel that John was only trying to make it so that I could not follow-up and continue my claim for warranty work. I was disrespected, misinformed, rudely treated, and dismissed.

I would like to just comment something about Mark, is that he is a real professional. Normally I do not respond to feedback forums. This man did everything you should expect and more from a salesperson and usually are left lacking with the ususal run of the mill salesmen.He was the only salesperson to give a complete run down of the car exterior/interior the controls uner the hood and showed me the latest designs innovations included in my new Honda Accord.The only sales person to open the trunk and show differences in trunk space betrween models. The only sales person that got down on his knees to point out things that Honda includes in their designs.I feel fortunate to have Mark as my sales person and would recommend him to all my friends for all their new car needs

Not once was a question of ours evaded or passed over. Their product knowedge is complete. I made the tough decision that it was time to sell my 2005 Mini Cooper S and get a compact SUV that would be better suited for my lifestyle as a new grandmother. Although I absolutely loved the Mini, I couldn't fit my granddaughter and her carseat in the back, nor was it functional for driving over the mountain passes in the winter to visit family on a year-round basis.I did my homework and researched all of the compact SUV's on the market, and was convinced that the 2011 Honda CR-V met all my needs. Once that decision was made, my husband and I were recommended Lynnwood Honda where several friends had purchased their vechicles. We were not disappointed.Mike Grecco greeted us as we were looking at a CR-V, asking us all the right questions and assisting us with our final decision as to which model (LX, SE or EX)would best suit us and what options were most needed. He did not pressure us or make us feel inadequate in the process. We came with preapproved financing and needed a set amount for the Mini. Lynnwood Honda's Sales Manager, Gabe (forgive me for not getting his last name!), was able to meet all of our requirements, and within just a few hours we drove off of the lot with our new white 2011 Honda CR-V LX with 4WD. I said a sad good-bye to my Mini Cooper S, but was assured the right owner was just waiting in the wings and would enjoy the fun it gave me for the past several years.I am looking forward to going over to my son's tomorrow afternoon and actually having the privilege of taking my 13-month granddaughter for her first ride in the "Gram-Mobile"! I have previously owned over 40 other cars. Lynnwood is by far the smoothest new-car buying experience I've had. No games, no BS, no wasting time with rediculous stupid tricks....just help getting the right car (I ended up buying a different model than what I first thought I wanted, which ended up being a really good thing - I like the vehicle I got better) and a fair, easy negotiation on price.It's refreshing to be treated respectfully at a car dealership. Also pretty cool when the salesperson actually knows something about the car. Mark was very responsive. I found a car I was interested in at their dealership on-line and inquired. Mark responded immediately and not only provided a thorough description, but answered all of my subsequent inquiries with expediency and thoroughness. On June 4th I made the decision to own my first car (in my own name) and was very apprehensive about the car buying process as well as what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. What I knew I wanted for sure was a reliable, low maintenance vehicle that I could 'drive the wheels off' so to speak. This was my first car purchase that I completed by myself without too much assistance from my husband. I normally shy away from the whole car sales purchase experience because of past experiences but this time I decided to just bite the bullet and do it myself. We contacted Mark the day before his vacation and so when we called back the next day to tell him we wanted to deal with him for my new Element, we had to leave a message. Imagine my surprise when he called me back from Idaho while on his vacation (I'm in Alaska) and we did the entire transaction over the phone. Honda was having a special interest rate that weekend and I was concerned I wouldn't get everything done in time to take advantage of this great opportunity. Mark reassured me that everything would work out and it did. I flew down to pick up my car two weeks later to put it on the ferry to get it to Alaska and Mark spent a couple of hours getting me up to snuff about everything I should know about my car. We had just started looking for a car, trying to decide what make to buy and were only planning on doing test drives. We were comparing Toyota (we currently own a Rav 4), Honda and Subaru and we were using the Costco program. We met Mike on Saturday and told him what we were looking for and that we were just starting our process in making the decision of which car to buy--because our current car was still running well. He was very well informed about the various models we were interested in and very enjoyable to interact with. He encouraged us to take additional test drives, even for longer periods of time while doing errands, to determine which of the two models we had chosen would be best for us. We went back the next day after test driving a Subaru and let him know we were still trying to decide which make would be best for us. Mike never tried to persuade us one way or another and in fact stated that there was no need to make a decision immediately because he wanted to make sure we chose the right car that we would be happy with long term. We went back again Monday (I think we ended up being at the dealership 4 times) to talk with him again. At no time did he make us feel that we were wasting his time or that our indecision was unusual or that we were taking too long in our process.Because of the fact that there was special financing that weekend we did buy the car--our first new car ever--but even had we not purchased the car that weekend we would have gone back to Mike and Lynnwood Honda to make the purchase.We would recommend the dealership and Mike to anyone, and have in fact mentioned the exceptional experience to our friends.

I can't say anything but good things about my experience buying a Honda CR-Z at Lynnwood Honda. Mark Baker, the Sales Manager, took great care of my wife and me. I made an offer by email. They were able to make that offer work perfectly. Mark did a fantastic job of walking us through the sales process. I don't think there is anything he could have done to make it better. I only wish I would have eaten before going in, because he had more to show us but my stomach demanded food.I would highly suggest that if you are in the market for a new or used Honda, that you go in and check out the inventory at Lynnwood Honda. They will take good care of you!

My husband and I had been shopping for a car for me and were pretty set on one at another dealer. On the way home we stopped at Lynnwood Honda. I had purchased cars from them before. We were introduced to Lawrence. He was so friendly and funny. His personality really meshed with ours. We were looking to lease a car and they had a great lease program going. I found a Honda Civic EX I liked except for the color. It was the only one on the lot. Lawrence told us that perhaps they could trade for a color I liked. He would check it out the next day as we were on our way home. Lawrence called me the next day to tell me he was on his way to Tacoma to pick up the Honda in the color I wanted. He would be back in time for us to view the car after work. He called us when he returned with the car. We came in for a test drive and talked about the lease program. Lawrence answered all of our questions and spent plenty of time making sure we felt good with our choice. I really appreciated that Lawrence spent his own time driving to Tacoma to pick up the car I was interested in. We leased our new Honda that day. It was after closing when we went home, so Lawrence told us to come back so he could ensure the car was cleaned inside and out for us. My husband and I really enjoyed working with Lawrence. I loved that we didn't feel any pressure to make a rushed decision or get a car we couldn't afford. Everyone at Lynnwood was so friendly. We were treated very well from our first email inquiry, when my Wife and I entered the showroom floor and when we walked out with new cars. We are confident that this very good service will carry on through the lifetime of the cars. We were not pressured to change the models nor the features of the Hondas we were interested in. They had a good selection in stock to choose our new CRZ and CRV from. We got everything that we wanted from our new cars (good mpg, styling and reliability) and from doing business with this dealership (no pressure, fair pricing, very good employees to work with). Both Lawrence and Arion deserve praise for good work. By the way Mark Baker and Rob his manager, were also helpful. Bottom line: We felt we received good deals!

My sales man helped me out so very much. He stayed within my price range for a used car, and helped me really find a good deal. I had to walk to the dealership because my car had broken down the week prior and when it came time to pick up the car, my sales man picked me up at my house to help me out. He made me laugh, feel comfortable and best of all I didn't feel like a was getting ripped off or taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge about cars. I came to Lynnwood Honda in the first place because a family friend works their and he spoke very highly of the dealership. Inew that the Honda Ridgeline was what I wanted and I really feal like that rig was made just for me. I love it. I gave them a call and got in touch with Internet Manager Micheal Grecco who was very professional on the phone and not to pushy. I went in the next day and they had a Ridgeline that fit my needs perfectly. I guess the Asst.Manager of the place helped out in the deal and the owner even shot out an e-mail saying to take care of me. I ended up trading in two of my family cars and made a sweet deal with no hassle. Micheal Grecco did everything he could to make my family feel welcome during the whole transaction. I would recommend him to all my friends and family in the future.I have a 7 year old son and the other day we were on the way to baseball practice and he yelled out to me that he loves rolling with his dad in the new Ridgeline. My wife and I hate buying new cars, but from the moment we walked onto the Lynnwood Honda lot, something was different. She was looking to trade in her 10 year Subaru Forester for a small sedan with good mileage. We had test driven Subaru Imprezas, the Chevy Cruz, and she had driven a Kia Optima. The last car she was going to look at was a Honda Fix. As soon as we saw it, she realized it was smaller than she wanted. At that point the salesman, Lawrence walked up. He introduced himself and asked if he could help. He was not pushy and he was not obnoxious.He was also very knowledgable about all of the cars. He advised us to look at Civics. We did and test drove one with him. My wife really liked it but was not quite sure (she takes time to make up her mind). He gave us his card and told us to think about it. He would be there the next day. That evening we discussed the cars and she decided she wanted the Civic. The next day, we returned to the lot and Lawrence came out to see us. He remembered our names and asked if we had decided on a car. When we told him we were very interested in the Civic we had driven the day before, he got us the key, told us to take it out again, take our time, and discuss it. He did not go with us. While we were driving it, Kathy decided she wanted a Civic, but with more bells and whistles(leather seats, sunroof, etc), so when we got back to the lot, we asked Lawrence what they had and told him roughly how much we were willing to spend. They had a salesman's demo that was exactly what we wanted and he showed it to us. I am a very hard negotiator and though it took us over one hour to agree on a price, I felt that both parties got a fair deal. In over 30 years of negotiating and buying new cars for myself and friends, I have never had such a pleasant experience. Lawrence and everyone at Lynnwood Honda was enjoyable to work with and I will recommend them to all of our friends

Rick Foncea was our sales rep. From beginning (internet contact) to actual purchase Rick was 100% involved and provided superb customer service . This was hands down one of the BEST experiences I have had in the past 30 years of purchasing vehicles at dealerships. This dealership had so much class I felt like I was purchasing an $80,0000 vehicle. Top notch class act at Lynnwood Honda. FINALLY, a salesman and dealership that "get's it". They understand what the consumer desires and expects. My wife and I didn't have a chance to eat breakfast so we were getting ready to raid the snack machine while Rick was working on our paperwork. Rick immediately stopped what he was doing and brought us a tasty plate lunch of chicken and fries and a drink.My wife an I were totally amazed of Rick Foncea's attention to detail, geniune caring, sincere and professional. (no act or B.S.)HINT.... To make the process even smoother do like we did and go through COSTCO. Lynnwodd Honda works with COSTCO and has a good working relationship with them. Just get an authorization number from COSTCO and be sure to bring your costco card to Rick and he'll take care of the rest.BOTTOM LINE..... My family just recently relocated from Hawaii. I contacted Lynnwood Honda and Mark responded quickly. We painlessly agreed on a model, price, and delivery date. Since we moved before our CRV 4WD arrived, Mark accommodated us 'til it was delivered (major kudos!!). We just bought another car from Lynnwood Honda. We bought both cars from Mike Grecco, the internet sales manager. We bought our 1st used car from him in 5/08, were very happy with our purchase, and wanted to work with him again. He provided all the information we needed before we first visited the dealership to view the car including a video of the car. We came back later and test drove the car with our daughter. The car was very clean even though it was 7 years old - 2004 Toyota Solara. I've also had my 2006 Honda Accord serviced at Lynnwood Honda. We don't mind driving the extra miles to this dealership for service. They do a great job on our vehicle, and their facility, which includes a great waiting lounge, is very accommodating while we wait. My daughter loves her new used car!

How incredible is it when we just go to look at a Honda Insight, and come home in a new one? Here is how this shook out for us: with Honda's buy-down to 0.9% APR, the discount off the price -- which we didn't even ask for! -- and the gasoline savings will have us saving over $100 a month compared to our gasoline only RAV4's payments and gas. Yes, we traded down in size a bit, but that's a good deal for us. I cannot thank Bob Labor enough for inviting us in after a friend suggested we call him. Five Stars!

My experience purchasing a vehicle at Lynnwood Honda was excellent. I found out about the dealership via their website and was impressed with the up-to-date inventory and specials. In addition, their inventory photos are of the actual cars, not just stock photos which was a welcome change from most dealers. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Lawrence Chamalbide who showed me the Civic Si(s) that he had on the lot. Lawrence was low-pressure and let me browse without being hasseled. Whereas most dealers have 1 Si on the lot, Lynnwood had 4-5 to choose from. When I finally decided to purchase the Civic Si Lawrence was extremely helpful and direct. I was able to receive the price I wanted for my trade and the financing deal I wanted. Closing the deal took only a couple of hours and I never once felt like I was being pressured or manipulated. I definitely cannot say the same for other dealerships I have purchased from. I highly recommend Lynnwood Honda for their selection, modern facilities, low-pressure sales staff, and professionalism.

Having done a lot of research I went to Lynnwood Honda based on good reviews and the fact that they had the Honda Fit I was looking for on their lot. I worked with Mike Grecco who was very friendly, and upfront. I didn't feel any pressure or that any of the people I met were trying to play games.After I took my test drive we sat down and discussed price. I'm writing this review just hours after purchasing new 2011 CR-V EX-L. It was the 5th Honda that my family and I have purchased from this dealership. I have always had the great experience at this dealership. However, I just want to mention it, that the process of buying a car this time, did not start out very well. But it ended exceptionally well. I initially made a contact to the dealership to inquiry about the availability of the car I wanted, especially exterior color of it. I have also mentioned that I wanted to make an offer on the car. The first sales agent I have spoken with ( unfortunately I did not get his name) said that he would call me right back within 5 minutes with some information about the car..I have not heard from him for hours. I have made another inquiry few hours later and mentioned this to another sales agent, Shawn who assured that he would call me back shortly. I have also made an offer to him, and asked him to check if that would work out and also told him the colors that I wanted. Shawn also did not return my phone call that day. I have called at the end of the day again, but got a feeling that Shawn was avoiding me. I felt ignored, and was upset with lack of response. As a manager of the retail store, the worst thing that we can do is to ignore our customers. The next day I have spoken with Keith and explained what happened the day before, we had a great conversation, agreed on the price that I was comfortable with and then I received a call from Lawrence Chamalbide. I was at the dealership few hours later and the process of buying this car was flawless and absolutely great! Lawrence is a true professional, my wife and I were relaxed and very comfortable in working with him. He answered all our questions, was courteous, polite and funny. My wife will need a new car later on this year, and I'm positive that I will work with Lawrence again in near future. I want again to thank Keith for actively listening to my concerns and to having Lawrence in assisting with my purchase. I'm glad that my experience ended on the positive note!

My experience with Lynnwood Honda was the best possible. Only had they given me the car for free would it have been better. They were honest from the beginning and I never felt pressured to buy anything. They made me feel comfortable, explained every detail of the car, the process of buying and the charges associated. They were upfront with everything and I feel I got a fair price on both my trade in and for the Certificed Used car I purchased. If you're in the market for a Honda, go to Lynnwood Honda! I went to 5 other dealerships in the region and this was by far the best as far as price, customer service and honesty.

Dealership was professional and courteous. Seemed to understand that we did not want to waste time hearing about all the crap that can come with cars (clear-coat, extended warranty, etc) and instead just let us quickly, easily, and cheaply, buy the car we wanted.Customer service was awesome. It was easy to communicate with sales staff and easy to reach agreements. Our particular salesman, Lawrence, was very personable and friendly - but not in that annoying way. We got an incredible deal, it took all of five minutes to broker. I explained the best deal another dealership had offered me and what it would take to earn my business. Very quickly that was the deal I got (~$1000 under invoice). The overall experience was simply very impressive. I never found myself annoyed, except when having to sign all the paperwork which unavoidably takes about 28 years to get through. I have no real comment on quality of work as they haven't done any for us yet. Hence I rated it N/A. All the other categories earned a '5'.

After a very bad experience with a nearby Honda dealer, I arrived home angry and a bit disillusioned. I logged on to Edmonds.com and sent out several requests for quotes to other Honda dealers. Within 30 minutes Mike called me and without prompting offered a price much better than the price I had offered the aforementioned dealer. I thanked him for the call and quote and promised to evaluate his offer along with other pending quotes. Later that evening I received a quote from a competing dealer that was several hundred dollars lower. The next day I met with Mike and explained that I had a more attractive offer. Without any haggling Mike and his manager matched the offer. Soon after we were putting the finishing touches on the paperwork and driving home in my daughters new car. While price was certainly a major factor in my purchase decision, I was also swayed by the friendliness of Lynnwood Honda's staff (Mike in particular), and strict attention to providing a high-quality customer experience. I'm considering purchasing yet another Honda for myself, and when I do my first call will be to Mike at Lynnwood Honda.

I had been looking for a 2011 Honda Accord coupe for a few weeks, when I stumbled onto Lynnwood Honda web site and saw the Accord coupe in the new inventory list. I emailed Mike and we chatted over Email some,and set up a appointmant for a test drive. I ended up taking a day off from work and went to Lynnwood Honda the next morning, when I arrived the Accord was parked out front all washed up waiting for me. I met with Mike he and I went for a test drive, I was stunned at how nice of a car the 2011 Accord coupe v-6 was, so Mike and I sat down and ran numbers.. lets make a deal it was.. Overall it was a PLEASURE, and Keith who gave me a great deal on my trade was great also. Friendly staff is a must.. and Lynnwood Honda has that and more.

I purchased a used car from Mike Grecco at Lynnwood Honda and the entire transaction from begining to end was a great one. I have had bad experiences at car dealerships in the past so I was a little hard to win over. Mike was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase, it felt more like he wanted to find a car that was the right fit for me. He found me not just a good car, he found me a great car!! I am very happy with my "new for me car"! I did need to contact him about something after purchasing the car and he was every bit as helpful and accomodating after the sale as he was before he sold me the car. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone who is interested in buying a new or used car!

Where do I start? Michael Shiveley is by far the most amazing Sales Consultant Bob and I have EVER had the pleasure of working with. I honestly mean that. We worked with Michael when he was at Honda of Kirkland and purchased a 2009 Fit. When we decided at long last to retire the 1990 CRX, we called Kirkland looking for Mike and much to our dismay, he no longer worked there. What to do? Find him!! The first place Bob called was Lynnwood Honda.(Where he had bought our FIRST CRX in 1989.) He asked for the Sales Mgr and then asked if a Michael Shiveley worked there. We were so happy when we got to talk to Mike! We came in the next day and bought a beautiful black 2011 CRZ EX. Mike makes the new car buying experience fun instead of stressful. Seriously, it was like seeing an old friend. When we left, Bob and I were talking about what a great guy Mike is and Bob said if your mom ever needs something to replace her 18 year old truck, I would be totally comfortable having Mike find something for her. I agreed.I wouldn't trust just anyone with my wonderful feisty 80 year old mother. In fact, I wouldn't trust anyone but Mike. I know he would take great care of her. Just as he's done with us. Bob is out of town so I picked up the new CRZ today. Michael went over everything about the car and service with me. (He showed me the Service Dept too!) He even preset the radio channels for me. He also paired my phone with the blue tooth. I made 3 phone calls on the way home from Lynnwood to Lake Stevens and pretty much thought I was all that. :) The car is wonderful to drive and the people I called said the blue tooth was as clear as they'd ever heard. Having had 2 CRX's, a Del Sol, an S2000, a Fit and now the new CRZ, I guess it would be an understatement to say that we are Honda fans. :) And Michael Shiveley fans! I also should mention that Lynnwood Honda is beautiful and clean and everywhere we went, there was a smiling face. Again, thanks to all and especially to Mike! Sincerely, Robin Lowman & Bob Lindsay

Mar Baker found us the car we wanted at a fair price. All during the car buying experience he was so thorough and caring to us as a customer. We did not feel pushed at all! Prior to turning the car over to us he took the time to very thoroughly explain the functions of the many features of the Honda Pilot so that we were quite comfortable in driving away with a new car. He particularly emphasized the many safety features of the Pilot and how they worked.We were so impressed with our sales experience with Mark Baker that we have recommended him and Lynnwood Honda to our friends, even those looking for a used vehicle.

Mark Baker is very friendly and easy to work with. He answered all my questions and accommodated all requests for options. When I brought my new Element in a few days after the sale to have Lo-jack installed, he sent me home with a hybrid Civic. He is very knowledgeable of all the specs and options of all the Honda models, which is refreshing because I'm a car guy. I want to know about the car, not the sales tactics. Another good reason to use the internet/Costco option - no price haggeling. Mark also has a passion for racing, as I do. Barry

Great experience. I used the Costco car buying service and this takes a lot of the anxiety out of the car buying process. Mark kept me informed on the progress of the Pilot as it was being built. He's very personable and easy to get along with. If I buy another car, I would ask for Mark.

I had been looking for a specific truck configuration for several months when I found Mark Baker at Lynnwood Honda. He had something close on the lot, but still not what I wanted. He agreed to continue looking. Several times over the course of 6 months he contacted me with possibilities, at 6 months he found me "The Truck". At that point he worked closely with me to get the repairs I needed done to it (this was a high-ish mileage used vehicle after all) while still honoring the price we had settled on. I've been very happy with the minor service I've had done since then as well.

I would highly recommend Lynnwood Honda and Mark Baker to anyone I know (and actually I always do)! I have bought two cars from Mark, one new and one used. I sent my mom to buy her car from him as well. He has integrity, is extremely helpful and always has a smile for you. He helps you with what you are asking and doesn't pressure you in any way so that you don't walk away feeling you just walked out with the car you didn't want or could afford. He helped me get exactly what I wanted at the price I needed it to be. I had my two teenagers with me and he engaged them in conversation and included them in the process as well! It was the greatest experience I have ever had buying a car, new or used. Mark is the man!

Just before Thanksgiving bought a new 2010 Honda Civic LX. Since August frequently visited six Honda dealer websites, communicated with them and chose Lynnwood Honda to be the most realistic, affordable and direct with my purchase success. My credit was not tops, but the very day we agreed on a price their finance department found the best buy on partial finance for my purchase. Everything was explained in understandable detail. Am 100% satisfied and happy with this experience.

The dealership went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle,they treated me as a person not just some buyer. I would recommend Lynnwood Honda to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. My purpose for going to Lynnwood Honda the first time was to purchase a dependable used car for my 17 year old son. I had seen a used Honda Civic online, and wanted to go check it out with my son. My salesperson, Mark Baker was friendly and knowledgeable, and we took the car out for a test drive. Mark gave us information on the engine tests performed on the car, and the previous owner and answered all of our questions. I was very confident that I was getting a good car for my son to drive and was very happy with the excellent service that Mr. Baker provided to us. Through the years I have purchased two more used Hondas for my children, and referred several friends who did the same thing. Most recently I referred my parents who purchased a new Honda Pilot from Mark Baker. They are now looking at upgrading their Honda Odyssey to a newer model as well. Everyone I have referred to Lynnwood Honda has had excellent service from Mark, mentioning that they were treated very well and with respect. They also were very impressed with the knowledge base and integrity of the sales team at Lynnwood Honda and Mr. Baker in particular. Most customers appreciate the lack of high pressure sales at Lynnwood Honda, something that I find particularly offensive at other dealerships. I will continue to recommend Lynnwood Honda and salesperson Mark Baker to all my friends, acquaintances and colleagues with total confidence.

For anyone looking for terrific customer service, I recommend the team at Lynnwood Honda. Sales management, the sales team and financing all worked to make this a great buying experience on a 2007 Honda Pilot. I appreciated the lack of a hard sell, and the willingness to work with me on price. Lawrence was thorough in answering all my questions about the vehicle. I did not plan on financing through the dealership, but they were able to get me an even better deal than my credit union. All-in-all a great experience and a great value on the Pilot. I would definitely shop here again.

I went to Lynnwood Honda with my wife and 2 young children (4 and 2) to look at the new 2011 Honda Odyssey. My wife is pregnant (due in Feb) and we also do foster parenting, so a mini van was becoming necessary in our lives. After being wowed by the 2011, we looked at a few used Odyssey's and found a perfect, low milage 2008 certified pre-owed Odyssey in our price rance. Our kids love playing with the auto door and were so exited that is was going to be our new car. Of cource the worse part about bying a car is waiting for the paperwork. But at lynnwood Honda they have a great customer waiting area with kid's toys and games, free coffee, hot chocolate, juice and bottled water. We even bought take out lunch and ate it at the dealership while we waited. Our salesman, Lawrence, hung out with our children and entertained them while my wife and I sign papers. This dealership is truely family friendly. I have been so proud to show off our new car to our friends.

Over the years I have been a very loyal customer of Lynnwood Honda. Mike Greco has sold my practically every one of my Honda automobiles. Being very loyal to outstanding sales people, I would like to personally acknowledge Mr. Greco. It really impresses me when a sales person out-right tells me that they can not sell me something because in the long run it will not fit my needs. I have only had a few sales people in the past who have every done that. It is a unique quality that I immensely admire and respect.It saddens me that I have to leave Edmonds for a job out-of-state. Finding another dedicated sales person and Honda dealership will be quite a challenge. I had the same experience at Lynnwood Honda. It was terrible. The dealer had driven my car for 2000 miles, so I was promised that it would be detailed and cleaned and it did not happen at all. They were horrible to deal with and I would never recommend this dealership to a friend.

My review in a nutshell: Lynnwood Honda is unethical and gives horrendous customer service. Do not give them your business!!!!!I had the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life at Lynnwood Honda. I found the car I wanted and drove it, it had not been detailed and the windshield wipers were bad. I was promised it would be cleaned, detailed and a safety check would be done so I left for three hours and came back to a disgustingly filthy dirty car, both inside and out and when I went to clean it myself I realized the car had no rear brake lights!! Also, the intake was not bolted down, the front license plate was not put on and one of the reverse lights was not plugged in. When I called the next business day the Assistant Service Manager, Pete, offered no apology. A few minutes later the Sales Manager, Keith called and was unbelievably rude to me, admitted the car had not been detailed or a safety check done and told me to bring it in so they could do it (also never said he was sorry).I brought the car in that night and when I attempted to show the sales guy what I wanted fixed he told me that he was going to have me tell the guys in service and then never took me back there or gave me an opportunity to show them the many, many problems with the car. He did give me free sonics tickets for that night which was nice.When I went to pick up the car the next night I immediately noticed hundreds of small cracks in the paint on the hood, which were not there when I bought the car. When I pointed them out to the sales guy he got very defensive and said they were already there. The windshield wiper had also not been fixed and the front plate was nowhere to be found. I left the car there to be finished.That night I called the General Manager, Mike Popkey, and left a voice mail. The next morning I called again and spoke with him. What an awful experience!! After explaining just some of my experience up to that point he yelled at me to listen to him and told me that he didn't even want to help me since I had told him I would never recommend Lynnwood Honda to any one I know. He argued with me about the cracks and did not apologize at all for any of the enormous hassle I had been through. For the manager of a business that is based on customer service he sure treats customers disrespectfully. All in all, this was the worst experience I have ever had buying anything. I feel taken advantage of and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
