Went in today to look at a Jeep renegade. Asked some pretty standard questions such as mileage and what options it had then asked if I could test drive it. I was told I could not test drive it.They wanted to know if I was paying cash or financing it first. What difference does that make? Do you want my business or not? Who would buy a car without a test drive? I had just paid cash for a car there a year ago and felt it was odd back then that the secretary was getting a bit nervous when I tested out another car there. What’s wrong with checking all options at a car sales lot? Honestly, I should thank you. Thank you for saving me from making the mistake of withdrawing $13,000 cash from my bank account to buy a car from you. Your loss will be a better run organizations gain.

Wish I had read the reviews on here before visiting this business.. There are a lot of negative ones and, after what I experienced, each one is more than likely true. Don't waste your time. There are kinder and more helpful options... like Craigslist.

On their web site they say they take trade ins but when I got there before I was even allowed to look at the car they grilled me on how I was going to pay for it. I said cash and a trade in. The owner asked what was the trade in and I told him a 2013 Town and Country. He said it was to new. I said what do you mean to new? He said I would want to much for it. He then asked what I wanted for it. I said $6500. He said too much and that was it. He never looked at my car nor did ask any questions about it. So they don't take trade ins.

Don't bother. They can churn their stories to paint themselves in a better light, but the negative reviews here are very accurate as to the quality of customer service you're likely to receive. This is the shady dealer your parents warn you about. Stay away. And before they twist another story to their "truth", I gave an admittedly EXTREMELY low - ball offer for a vehicle ($4,000 for a $6,900: $7,800 after tax and title). The only two responses I got were "I'm not allowed to tell you what we can drop to" and "that'll never happen, go higher." (yes, I went higher. Same response) and then the same pre-recorded response of "it's super low miles and way below value." So tell me this - if it's such a great deal, why has it been sitting for weeks, almost months at this point? Seriously folks, there are much better dealers to work with. Don't waste your time. Edit: Reply to owner -- Awesome, lets do this. Seeing as you clearly didn't even read the review, I'll give a little more detail to those who are interested in actually reading the whole point. From the moment I walked in, the woman I spoke to (Sandy?) was rude, short, and uninterested in anything other than getting me out of the store. The first thing said to me was an annoyed "What do you need?" (Hint; I'm at a used car dealership. Take a guess.) Secondly (literally the second thing said to me), what was said to me was "Okay? Cash or credit?" which came across like I was supposed to know the question before you even asked. And third, I was told that I can go look because they were all unlocked. I wasn't even invited to SIT DOWN. The first thing you wanted me to do was to walk back out. Do you KNOW that you're trying to make a sale?? I was attacked before I even hit the seat. Full stop. Next, As previously mentioned, I gave an Offensively low number. I have no problem admitting that. But I also gave good, legitimate reasons for that number that went completely ignored. In fact I seem to recall I was even laughed at at one point. So instead of any kind of discussion to the validity of my concerns, I got a repeated statement of "Its a used truck, you take it as is." I may be ignorant on how to compose myself in a dealership, but I know very well how to make a sale, and ignoring the customer isn't it. Finally, as to your very simplistic point of "google and its negative reviews." Yes. Welcome to the new age where the world gets to know how you come across to the majority of people. You didn't get a bad review because you didn't take a stupidly low offer. You got a bad review because you are the most rude person I've ever sat across from. And for everyone else, you can easily void the "google is built to support negative reviews" argument made by the owner by looking at the dealerships literally right next door, and seeing that per capita, this dealership has by far the most negative reviews. Thank you. Final Edit: Post the video, then. Let the public decide. I'll even redact and apologize if I'm found to be in the wrong.
