About a year ago (2015), I blew out both driver side tires when backing up too fast and missing a curve.I was sure I had done some horrific damage to the undercarriage/suspension.I had my 2007 525xi towed to the MAG dealer in Dublin for repair.They told me that there was no damage to the car other than the need to replace the tires.This would have been a perfect opportunity for a dealer to rip a customer off. If they had said the suspension was damaged how would I know any different?MAG is a good dealership and I will buy my next new BMW from them without hesitation.

I really appreciate the attention to customer service. The salesperson calls after the sale. They encourage you to come back to the store to ask questions and learn all the car can do. The purchase process was so easy. It feels like the beginning of the relationship not the end.

Upon being introduced to Mark from a referral, I was sure I had found the right dealer. Mark is an excellent salesperson, with an extensive knowledge on all car models at MAG. He is not a pushy dealer, which was ultimately the deciding factor in purchasing as I hate when dealers call you multiple times per week to "check up". I would highly recommend the MAG dealership and dealer Mark Cochran to any prospective buyers. The dealership is clean, inviting, and fun. I will be back for my next car. Thank you again Mark!

Everyone knows that BMW is the Ultimate Driving Machine and the people at MAG BMW were the Ultimate to work with as well. Frank and Ryan were a joy to work with and helped me find my new vehicle. I recently leased a 528iX and had a superb experience working with Scott Snow. The experience was so good, I returned a week later with my wife and she leased an almost identical car. The team at MAG, including Chad, the genius, is committed to providing personalized service and creative pricing. They stand by their word, attend to the details, and are great with follow-up. So, if a BMW is on your wish list, stop at MAG and ask for Scott.

Hayden provides great service and is so responsive. I bought a BMW 535 recently and Hayden was by far the most knowledgeable and friendly salesperson I have ever had when buying a car. Service advisors need to learn the meaning of customer service. Service advisors are rude and gruff with little to no people skills. Further, the price per hour (for labor) was always high and recently has become ridiculous at $125/hr.

We all have a choice to buy from anyone. If you're looking only for price, MAG might be 'a' stop you make. If you're looking for customer service excellence from sales, to sales MGR to marketing to service..there cannot be another place to go.World class organization! Professional, extremely helpful in working to get customers in a car that works for them!The biggest compliment a dealership could have would be 'would I buy from them again?'...resoundlngly - YES!!!Great job! Great Team!

I had an issue under an extended warranty that I took in to get fixed on my Mini Cooper. I had diagnostics done on it from three different places and all said it was a PRE catalytic part but when I took it to get it fixed, don't you know it all if a sudden became a post catalytic part, they would have to drop the sub frame and it would cost nearly 500 dollars to replace a warranty part??? I couldn't afford it, so I was charged 165 dollars for them to look at it and try to screw me. Never again will I go there. Beware!

I have plenty of experience with MAG dealerships, I've purchased a Mercedes and a Range Rover, both of those experiences were smooth and professional. This time I decided on a BMW, it is amazing that a dealership under the same umbrella could be so unprofessional. I found the car that I wanted on a Weds, and was scheduled to return on Saturday at 11 AM to sign the paperwork and take delivery. Well, 2.5 hours after arrival I FINALLY got to meet with the finance person whose only offering was that "we should have managed your expectations better on the time it would take." What? My Salesperson told me when the car/paperwork would be ready, and when to be there, clearly it wasn't ready and rather than apologize it was my unrealistic expectation that this process would be the same as at other MAG dealerships (show up, sign papers, get keys, explain features, drive home). BTW there were no financing issues, his excuse was it took that long to look at my trade-in, a two year old Range Rover with full service records and 28K miles - I don't know what they were looking for that took 2+ hours. So that being said I also received NO explanation of features or offer to do so (to be fair, they did sync my phone, but that was it). At that point they knew I was PO'd so I think they just wanted me out the door. And to add insult to injury I had to leave a refundable $500 credit card deposit on my initial visit to hold the car until delivery, which over a month later has still not been refunded - called today "it was missed, but we did write it down." Overall, a crappy experience in comparison with the other dealerships there. Going to Kelly from now on, recommend you do the same!

In one word, crooks. They charged me nearly $400 and did not repair my car. They then were unable to rescheduled me in a reasonable time frame. Finally the second time they fixed the problem but found a totally new issue that run over $1000 plus a myriad of other things. This is to take care of an emission based light for a BMW that has 45k!!!!!!! So I paid them $2500 in total for my yearly service not including brakes and oil change.They need to be reported.

This was my first time getting service at MAG bmw. Went there for brake pads change and asked for wheel alignment. There was a deal on the website for $203 but that did mot include the rotors. Clever! The total was $530.i will never believe the coupons on MAG site. Here is the worst part. The technician said the left upper control arm bolt was broken during wheel alignment and Made me pay another $ 500. I still doubt what happened. They calmly add unwanted services, if you are not charges careful enough to go over every item in bill. My car was returned late. They gave a loaner but i paid almost $550 for unwanted repairs.

Very poor. Will never return. was under the impression work was done under warranty...$466 later I was wrong. Not quite bait and witch, but close... My last time at MAG for sure.

If the vehicle is under factory warranty you will have no problems with this dealership. Once the warranty expires they will fix broken AND unbroken parts and charge you a fortune.

I have never had a experience with a MAG dealership that went well.This last time (June 26th ) they made me an appointment at 8:30 to bring my car in.I was there on time. the 1st thing that really irritated me was they insisted on taking off the license plate brackets from another dealer. How arrogant is that!! They must be afraid on competition. The service dept called me at about 1 or 2 pm to tell me what needed to be done. I gave the go ahead and they said it was a 8 hour job. I had to call the next day at 5 PM only to find out the car would not be ready until the 28th at about noon. The parts were in stock, just no work ever got started until late on the the 27th. My plan to take a trip to the lake in my convertible had to be scratched. The service writer I had was great! Not his fault and he was apologetic. Nice guy.

I have had my car serviced at MAG since moving to Ohio approximately two years ago. They have always done a very good job servicing my car, however I did not feel the service professional and I had a common understanding of the estimate cost of the repair or if the service was covered under the waranty. In all fairness though, my BMW dealership in Pennsyvania, Otto's BMW Exton, was outstanding so they had a tough act to follow. I would rate service department as very good. My overall "great" rating is more based on the exceptional service I received from Richard Norman, in sales. Every time I brought my car in for service, I found him to be very customer focused,and informative about the new BMWs. I knew at some point I wanted a new car, but was not sure which model, and in fact not sure it would be another BMW. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and my options. It was not my intent to trade my care in the day I picked it up for repair, however based on previous interaction with Richard, I trusted his advice and made the decision to trade in my car and purchase a new one. I believe that he had my best interest in mind from selection to financing. For me it really is about the relationship with the dealership. I purchased from MAG because, Richard took the time during my service visits to build the relationship. I look forward to building a relationship with MAG that when asked, " Give an example of a customer service experience that knocked your socks off, I am able to respond, without hesitation MAG BMW.
