I bought my Prius from Magnussen's Toyota Palo Alto 9 yrs ago. Ever since I'm using this dealer for servicing my car and, I would never go anywhere else. Jared Weber is my service advisor. He is very professional, friendly, and helpful. I can trust my car in his hands always. As far I never had any problem with my "beloved" Prius. I love that the dealer provides a friendly waiting room with coffee, TV, etc, until the free shuttle picks up and takes me home. When my car is ready to pick up Jared calls me we coordinate the time when the shuttle can pick me up at home and takes me to the dealer. This is a great courtesy service from the company. Everything is very well organized and professional. I can recommend this dealer with my heart beat.J.S. Mountain View

I bought a 2006 acion tc with them, I was originally helped by dick tran, he was nice and straight forward, no BS. But after agrreing with the price, he then passed me to "Jet", cant really remember his name, then all the sales tactics came out. He tricked us with the interest rate and the the price of the warranty. I bought a tracking device and a warranty for the paint and upholstery, he said that since my car is old, then I could use the warranty if I ever wanna change the seat, the carpet and if there are problems with the paint. He said that the price for both the tracking device and the warranty is around 500 dols. I said okay since 500 divided with 4 years of financing will be like nothing. I found out later that the price of the warranty and the tracking device is alittle more than 2k. That is not even close to the 500 he told me. Then I found out that I cant use the warranty aside from causes due to natural aging of the car, again that is not even close to the coverage of the warranty that he told me. It was my mistake to trust him with his words cause Dick Tran was so nice that I trusted him and I think I kinda trusted Jet too. Well, i paid 2k more than what I should be paying for the car. I CALLED DICK AND HIS MANAGER BUT OF NO LUCK, the service manager said he cant help me since it is a completely different dept. Lesson: stay away from this BUSINESS. i suggest you examine the terms of your warranties bought from them, it might not be too late to do something with it.

I have gone to Magnessens for many years to have cars serviced and for buying anew Toyota when it was time. I always expect and receive excellent service. Last week I had servicing done on two cars. Alex Ramirez handled the work for bot cars. He was excellent at answering my questions, explaining what work need to be done and why he was recommending it. When I left, with the cars servicing complete, I felt confident that that the cars were in good shape and safe to drive.

After years of having our 2006 Toyota Prius serviced at a different dealer, we moved to Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto because it's closer to our home. Daniel checked us in and kept us informed of the status or our car during the day. He let us know of some recommended preventative service that we accepted, and was able to make sure the car was completed when we needed it early in the afternoon. The work was carried out in a timely manner. The service agent, Daniel Boyd, was friendly and efficient. However, I was blindsided by the cost of the service. I had received a coupon in the mail that headlined $260 for a major service (30k, 60k, 90k, ...) However, When I checked in, it turned out that they actually recommend changing the timing belt and flushing the brakes at 90,000 so the cost would be $1150! This was a major bait and switch in my opinion. I guess there was fine print that I did not notice. In any case, Daniel did an excellent job in helping me keep the cost down and still get the work done that was recommended.I will be much more vigilant in the future.

Starting 3 months ago I tried to make a service appointment at Toyota PA and was unable to tell if they did a simple smog check--even though the CA state site says they do. I called to make an appointment for Prius smog check and got 2 calls back with neither caller knowing whether they could schedule this. I then got multiple calls from someplace in the system (not PA) wondering if the dealership had gotten back to me with an answer and they never did. I finally booked my smog check elsewhere as the due date was impending. While the simple oil and safety check was done at this servicing; I would have preferred to get it all done at once. In addition it appears that coupons are ignored unless carried in and no one seems to know about the special coupons that are sent to the customers. I made the appointment because of the April special but this seemed to be ignored. While the specific service representative was fine and did his job, online questions don't work and required 2 trips.I guess I might have gone to another oil and service station and gotten it all done at once.

I followed Kevin Gaddis, Service Mgr. to Magnussens, from Piercey Toyota, (where I had always also received very good service.) and the service has been outstanding, Randall Ricalde was my service agent, and he did an excellent job when I had my car serviced. Then a week later I was involved in a car accident, And I cannot say enough for the support and service I was given. I found after my car was fixed that it needed realignment, and they fitted me in on a friday!! And now my car is running beautifully. I know that I am in the hands of a very honest person, often women get taken for a ride. I do not feel that would ever happen here. And Kevin is there overseeing everything is okay. Cannot say enough for these two people.

My car was waiting for me when I returned to pick it up one hour later although I'd been told it would take about 90 minutes. As usual, everything was handled very efficiently. I just recently moved from Texas to San Francisco and had to do a 45k mile service. Even though coming from another state Amir Shah took very good care of me. After service he clarified with the cashier who said I had to pay but the package I had took care of that just to show he knows his stuff. If I had to work with someone at that facility again it will be Amir Shah and will definitely recommend him for anybody going there.

I brought my Toyota Corolla to this dealership for the 12 month service. Dennis Mcconnell was the service representative. He was very friendly. When I made the appointment, I said that I would drop off the car and I would go to nearby stores. But because that day was raining, I decided to stay and wait, Dennis got the car serviced within 1 hour so I did not have to wait long. Also, the service is free because it is under Toyota Care.

My 99 Toyota 4Runner has been the best car that I have ever owned. Because of its advanced age and milege (>220k), I take it for all routine maintenance and repairs to Magnussen's Toyota. Dennis McConnell normally helps me with my scheduled appointments (he's terrific!), but on this occasion, the car was stalling unexpectedly at intersections so I had to take it in on short notice. Tony Aguirre was terrific in helping to fit me into the maintenance schedule, providing me with timely updates on the repairs and cost estimates, and provided me with a rental car until the repairs were complete. All's well now! I'll buy my next Toyota from Magnussens!

I booked my service appointment on dealership's web site. When I showed up, Marco Rubio, had all the paperwork ready. He promised the car would be ready in 120 minutes, and it was ready in 90 minutes. It saved me the back and forth trio to dealership. Marco Rubio was prompt and courteous.

Daniel Boyd took very good care of me by being very clear about what was needed to be done for my Matrix and in understanding my special need to return home to my husband (who has Parkinson's) as soon as possible. Jared Weber, Magnussen's Service Advisor, managed the Toyota team in addressing the repairs and service issues as follows: Passing the California Smog Inspection. Replaced defective Oxygen Sensor, fuel vapor hoses to canister and clamps, and tested and verified acceptable smog system performance. Routing Maintenance. Performed lube, replaced engine oil and filter, checked fluids, battery, brakes, tires condition and pressure, and reset maintenance light. Safety Service. Replaced cracked front and rear brake hoses and gaskets, and bled air from lines and added fluid. Inspected brake discs, pads and fluid.Mr. Weber did an excellent job of keeping me apprised of the service status, including any issues found, recommended repairs, and estimated cost of repairs. This included his working closely with his service management and parts organizations to ensure that the labor and materials prices were fair and consistent with his estimates. Mr. Weber is very knowledgeable of the technical operation and performance of automobiles including the determination and resolution of problems.

This was the first time I paid significantly less than the original estimate. It was just routine maintenance, but I had recently purchased tires elsewhere. So Amir Shah knocked a few items (like the unnecessary tire rotation) off the bill. It went from over $300 to just under $100. That NEVER happens, at least not to me. Thank you, Amir!

That is the reason for the lower mark on customer service. Once Danny Boyd came out, everything went smoothly. He was apologetic for the delay. I have purchased and serviced two Toyotas from Magnasin's,Palo Alto over 12 years and the service has always been more than satisfactory. However, Dennis was a standout this week! He was readily available to acknowledge and check me in, noticed me searching for my car later and pointed it out, and when service was complete he sought me out to give me the A-OK. *Later, he happened to notice that I was trying to install an item I'd purchased. Rather than call someone else to assist me, he volunteered himself when I lacked the strength to apply necessary pressure to affix the item to my doors. I left feeling valued and in a great mood to face the rest of a stressful day.

Tony Aguirre took care of my car. He let me know that I would need a new set of tires soon, but didn't push me to buy at Toyota. I appreciated that, because less expensive options are open to me. All good except for one little thing. The service summary said that floor mats were checked and are secure, but there is still one fastener missing from the driver's side floor mat. For want of a nail a kingdom was lost. The shuttle driver (Sarah) was super nice and knew the best routes around town. It was cool driving with her.

We recently bought a certified Prius V at this dealership. The buying process itself was smooth and without problems. We brought the car in for service twice already (one time because of some kind of squeaking noise and the second time for a scheduled 45.000 miles service). Both times, Tony Aguirre helped me out. The first time, he could not reproduce the noise but let the mechanics nevertheless check the tires and breakes to make sure everything was alright - that was superb! For the scheduled service, he did not try to sell me unnecessary parts or repairs, it was a quick in and out as promised (as I had a baby with me and was not keen on waiting for hours - after 45 mins, everything was over). Always a pleasure and I already recommended the dealership to a couple of my friends who are looking for cars.

The repair work performed is of a high level quality!! I must say I was shocked to see a charge of $2.37 for window washing fluid!!! I understand this is a company policy. However, I wonder why such a charge is even entered???? Perhaps Magnussen's management should review this policy.

I scheduled an appointment with the local toyota dealership near my home, during the introduction with my service gent, (Octavio Rubio) as he read me the details in regards the service as well as the waiting time. I also asked sever questions unrelated to my schedule service though he was prompt to direct me to the right personnel and he also went out of his way once my vehicle was done. He stayed several minutes after he actually clocked out to explained several of my concerns with my toyota truck... I wasn't aware that he was off the clock until one of his coworkers said as hes was walking by 'you're still here?!) I then realize his time, he should have been driving home, but instead he stayed with me to explain my concern. I work in the education field for Stratford schools and we highly focus in customer service, which is the number one priority. This is a review of Magnussen's SERVICE department. I brought in my Prius for routine service. As usual they were prompt and helpful. They loaned me a bicycle to get back home and picked me and the bike up to pick up the car. They are clearly making an effort to provide high quality customer service in the maintenance department, and they're succeeding. I have not had any significant problems with my Prius, or the several I had previously, all maintained by Magnussen.

I was faced with a potentially difficult situation with my Prius -- I got to work early in the morning and my dashboard was blank and the car wouldn't turn off. I immediately drove to the dealer and was helped by Tony Aguirre. He quickly diagnosed the problem and said it would be covered in full (on an 8 year old car!). They provided a loaner car for free. I made an appointment w/ Said to check out & test drive the used 2008 Toyota XLE I saw on the dealership website. We (I brought my brother & my sister in-law)came. With the checklist on our hands, we inspected the vehicle. All was good. However w/ the dealer asking price, I told Said my offer. He didn't like. So...we went somewhere else for a while...like going to another dealership in Milpitas. The similiar vehicle I saw in Milpitas had way, way more flaws. The vehicle at Magnussen's T of PA looked much better. So...we drove back to Magnussen's of PA & I decided to buy that particular 2008 Sienna XLE. That is, if Said can give me an extra key to the vehicle. And you know what? Not only did Said give me an extra key, he gave me an extra FOB (keyless remote) to the 2008 Toyota Sienna XLE I now happily own. It's been a week since I bought the Sienna. So far...it's been good. Thank you, Said Abbas! You are the coolest dude at Magnussen's Toyota of of Palo Alto.

We wanted to test-drive a Toyota Camry and were searching for the best deals, so we chose to come to Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto. Over the phone, we set up an appointment with Daniel and two hours later we were at the dealership. As soon as we arrived, Daniel took us over to the Camrys and we got in the car and began test-driving it. As we were driving, Daniel politely told us about the car's special features and how it differed from previous years' models. When we were done, we went inside the building. Daniel quickly sat us down and came back two minutes later with the COSTCO special discounted price. He explained the breakdown of the price and we didn't have to wait at all--it was so easy and quick, and it made us feel special. All in all, we had excellent customer service at this dealership. I came in for a routine service and was immediately checked in, checked out and on my way to work on the Shuttle. Jared Weber took note of my concern about an odor in the AC and reported back about that, along with a summary of the service. I requested that my car be serviced as soon as possible, and indeed, it was ready in 1.5 hours. This was the easiest service I've experienced. Jared definitely takes the utmost care with his customers.

This is my secon Camry Hybrid from Magnussen & I have had all my service done there. The team is excellent. In particular, Daniel Boyd has been most helpful in getting a loud noise when I turned corners or went in/out of driveways. It sounded like it was coming from the trunk but turned out to be in the moonroof assembly. He researched technical bulletins to find it was a known problem & had it resolved. He is knowledgable & very courteous with a strong customer focus!

I made an appointment and came early but Jared Weber was right out there with me. He figured out which of the recall info was relevant to my car, and then set me up for the 60K service. He signed me up for a free rental car at no cost, and I was on my way. I had forgotten my coupon, but called him and let him know the info on it. He called at 4.30..car ready to go, $70 deduction for coupon. Note from him today to make sure all was ok...He was so polite and helpful. I have always found the staff at Magnussens wonderful. having the Hertz rentals right there in the dealership was great Simone Underwood was so efficient and helpful. 5 stars + for this visit

my car needed its 90,000 mile service and my experience couldn't have been better. the serviceman amir shah was efficient, figured out how to save me 10%, arranged a shuttle to take me home while waiting and again to bring me back; the extensive checks were done on time, actually two hours earlier than expected; the shuttle drivers were friendly, and so was the lady who took my credit card.

Randall Ricalde was in charge when I brought int in my 2007 Prius for its 65,000 mile checkup. I was glad to get at 10:20 AM appointment so as not to miss an early morning commitment. The car was ready about 1:30; I had two concerns, which Randall made sure were attended to; he even mentioned a similar noise that the AC on his own Prius was making and reassured me it was nothing to worry about. Unlike many dealerships, this one doesn't pressure its customers into making unnecessary repairs.

I just had my car serviced at Magnussen Toyota Palo Alto and it was 5 star. Alex Ramirez is my service advisor. He is courteous, smart, and I trust him to assist me in keeping my car in A1 shape. I had to wait about 10 minutes before someone came to help me this time, but it is very rare that I have to wait even 1 minute. It just happened to be very busy. In additional to offering the shuttle service, this dealership offers bicycle loaners which is a great option.

Dennis is always accommodating and thorough about explaining which repairs need to be done now and which ones that can be postponed. I always have done my service at this shop. We had very good service from Dennis Mcconnell, including showing us how to work the bluetooth connection so we could switch phones when we change drivers, and finishing the service in a very timely manner! I bought my car here a few years ago and have gone to them for service ever since. I had always been told by friends to not have a dealer service your car, but these guys are excellent. From the moment I get there, Tony Aguirre always keeps me up to date with what is going on with my car. I know I can trust what he is telling me. I am in and out in a reasonable amount of time. If it's a day where I am not waiting, they have a great shuttle service that not only takes you where you want to go in the morning after dropping off your car, but also picks you up in the afternoon. No more begging friends or taking cabs to get my car at the end of the day!The only negative I have is that scheduling service through their website sucks! It used to be great also, but some idiot decided to change it and now it is not user friendly. Bring back the old website!

My tire inflation indicator was lighting up periodically so I mentioned this to Octavio when I arrived for my 45K service. He had my tires checked and they were properly inflated. He also let me know that I needed new brake pads which I approved. Now I don't hear the brakes squeak when I stop. So I was very happy with the service that I received.

Octavio Rubio promptly checked in my car as soon as I arrived. I waited until the 50,000 mile service was finished. The waiting area for customers is well situated with available wi-fi, television, reading material, coffee and snacks. I was surprised that the whole process was faster than I'd expected. Octavio notified me as soon as it was done and came to the cashier when I was ready to check out and discussed the results of the service done to my car. Very good experience, as it was the last 2 or 3 times i've had maintenance work done at this dealership.

Recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla. My 1st new car, by the way. I brought my car in for my 3 months service and Daniel Boyd was my service provider. He was very helpful and professional. He asked how i liked my car so far and my car has been great!! Daniel told me it was going to be about an hour and half wait and that i can wait at their customer lounge. (which i chose to wait). The lounge was clean, and they had coffee and cookies. By the way, the French Vanilla was yummy! =) After an hour later, Daniel informed me that my car was all done! Alex Ramirez helped me get my Tundra fully operational again (after a rat infestation!). The cost was reasonable and they honored the 20% discount from their web site, so I was quite pleased. Alex was incredibly responsive, both by phone and email. He even showed me pictures on his iPhone of the damage underneath the intake manifold. My only complaint was that they didn't wash the exterior as some dealerships do after a major service.

Very dishonest management, total lack of integrity. I had a written agreed upon deal; I was then called and told the price would now be higher. Reluctantly I agreed to the new price and offered a credit card to hold the truck until I could come down the next day. They then sold the truck and didn't even tell me. Basically they just used me to raise the price past sticker for another person. Sleezy people, horrible experience. Find an honest dealership.

I Came to this dealer, first met Dich Tran, he said he was busy and introduced me to Diana.Diana is a really nice lady, but very inexperienced and didn't seem to know much about the cars she was selling. After the second time she came back to her manager for asking some questions before my decision to buy a new Camry, The sales manager (Andre Kamali) was yelling at her and me. I was shocked with his behaving very unprofessionally, unrespectful and very rude. I will never go back to this dealer again. Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto / bad services and rude sales manager.Luckily, a week after I bought a new Camry car at Toyota Sunnyvale. Their services over there is fantastic with very nice employees. So if you are considering buying a new Toyota or servicing your Toyota, I would highly recommend Toyota Sunnyvale to everyone.

My husband & I had done our homework and decided that the Prius Plug-In was the best fit for our needs. We had visited other local dealerships before going to Toyota of Palo Alto and meeting Anthony. Had a wonderful experience. I was rear ended by someone without a drivers lic and no insurance. My trunk was ruined...picking up my.kids from school was embarrassing. My little dodge was small and not a very good family car for myself, husband and two children so i made a trade for a 2008 acura mdx and i love it. Anthony made my trade possible and my family more comfortable. I do not regret going to toyota palo alto and tomorrow i am going back to get tree sap removed from.my window and will expereince the rental carppart of this co. I am actually looking forward to it. I will def refer fam and friends and will return in years to come

I recently purchased a Tacoma pickup from Max Baldovinos at Toyota of Palo Alto. He was helpful, straight forward and absolutely no pressure. He took time to make sure I could evaluate a vehicle he did not have in stock. There was never, pressure, let me check with my sales manager baloney. The process was quick and easy, and the price was better than expected (yes, I researched it online before I went in). I don't know how the other sales people are, but I can absolutely recommend Max.

We found this dealer to be extremely friendly, knowlegeable, and helpful in every way. Cherife let us take our time during the two test drives, and was straightforward in setting out the pros and cons -- for us, with our particular needs -- of the Prius and Camry Hybrid. He and Andre worked with us to reach a fair settlement on our trade-in, and Anna was very clear in describing our financial arrangements -- not to mention that she is warm and charming.I said the price was "good" rather than "great" because I don't really know what a "great" price would be. I certainly felt that they did their best to reach a fair price, and after all, these cars are very popular, so they don't need to offer "great" -- i.e. bargain -- prices to attract customers.A good team. I definitely recommend them.

Andrew Lim was an excellent sales manager who went way above and beyond. He picked me up, stayed late because he knew I needed the car the next day, spent time to listen to my needs and questions. He never used pushy sales techniques but rather spoke in plain English.Perhaps most surprising is that he was able to put together better pricing than GM with my employee discount on a comparable Toyota vehicle. He made the whole experience low stress and comfortable.I was so satisfied with Andrew and the whole experience that I offered to take him out to lunch.

I traded in my 2007 Camry Hybrid for the 2012 and am truly impressed with the changes in the car over the past 5 years. Dich Tran helped us with the Prius we bought in 2007 as well as my new Camry. He makes what is normally a stressful event into an enjoyable one. He is honest, not pushy and very concerned with his customers. The finance team were also efficent and easy to work with. Toyota of Palo Alto has done all of our servicing for the past 5+ years and their service department is outstanding. I can't say enough about this dealership :)

I had an extremely positive experience buying a used 2010 Prius at Magnussen's Toyota Dealership. This was my first time buying a car and I am so thankful I had Dich Tran as my sales representative. He is very kind, helpful, genuine, and trustworthy. He was very knowledgeable about all Toyota products and was very good at explaining all of the Prius features to me. He was also very patient when I did not understand something and was able to answer all my questions with ease. I had just moved to the area from Pennsylvania and was looking to buy a car fairly quickly with specific features. Dich catered specifically to my needs and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. He was very respectful of my financial concerns and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto and specifically Dich Tran's customer service far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend going to Dich Tran at Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto if you are looking to buy a new car!

I took my 2012 4-Runner in for the 5,000 mile checkup. I made an appointment for this service two days beforehand. Upon arriving at the service dept., I was made to wait in my car for 15 minutes. I was told that my car would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. I arrived 1 1/2 hours later, only to be told that they hadn't gotten to my car yet. After an additional 1/2 hour of waiting, my car was finally finished. I think that is appaling considering this was my first checkup in my new car. I will never bring my car to this dealership again, the service manager doesn't know if he's coming or going, very unorganized.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr Angel Rincon at Toyota of Palo Alto (Magnussen) and unlike the really hard time I had at many other car dealers I'd visited prior to this one, I did not leave the show room and actually purchased the truck I was looking for. It was the easiest transaction and orking with Angel felt more like a friendly conversation than haggling over the price, which, by the way, was less than what was offered for a used truck with comprable options at other places. Even the finance lady (sorry forgot her name) did not try too hard to push the "paint protection/under coating/scotch guard, etc." junk on me (which are pure bogus money-robbing deals dealer folks try to suck out of some saps.Over all from the time I test drove the FJ Cruiser I was looking for, till the time I signed the papers took me less than an hour. Of course, I had done my homework already.If you contact this dealer, ask for Mr Angel Rincon to be your sales person(and no, I'm not a paid fake customer or his cousin).

Unfortunately this Toyota dealer has a bunch of problems with their sales and service staff. I've been taking my 2005 highlander here for years and we just had a horrible experience. The service staff tried to dupe my wife into unnecessary services like fuel injection cleaning, battery replacement, and brake pad replacements even though I just did a full 19 point inspection at a good mechanic and no such problems flagged. also they promised a 15% discount then reneged when we came to pick our car up. I'd find another qualified mechanic or other dealer with a better service and ethics record.

I purchased a new Toyata Tacoma from Magnussen and the process was as simple as cold be. Jimmy Nguyen was great. He set up two different test drives and we made a deal. The vehicle was not in Magnussen's stock but they went out and got what I wanted. It was a breeze and the price was fair. Couldn't have had a more pleasant buying experience.

I got very good quote of Sienna XLE through internet from Lisa .She gave me a follow up call quickly and ask me what I wanted.She E-mail me several quotes matched to my needs with their availble car in stock.I was able to find the Sienna I needed quickly within that morning.I went to the dealer in the afternoon and test drive the car she quoted me.I decided to upgraded with better package.They had the car I like and we tested drive the car.She gave us good price for that one and let me trade in my old car.The process was very smooth and quick and we walk out with 0% down and 0% interest.This was the best car buying experience for me.I strongly suggest to buy car from Lisa.The finance person was also very good and very helpful.He gave us good insurance package.

We purchased a Toyota Prius V Three from Toyota Palo Alto last week. Not only did they have the best price, they also had the exact color we wanted. We dealt with Lisa, the Internet Sales Director (Toyota direct sales). She is very professional and accommodating. Were so glad she helped us. During my initial online search for our car, we had gotten internet quotes from multiple dealers. I checked almost every (ALL!) car buying website (edmunds, cars.com, carsdirect, truecar, etc) and requested quotes from local dealers through these sites. Within a few hours, I received multiple price quotes but when I contacted them, they did not have the color we wanted. The dealers who quoted me were only within 20 miles of our residence (I guess the car websites picks the closest ones to you). Also their price quotes were not as low as I expected. I knew the price wasnt going to be too low right now since the Prius V is an in demand car but I was determined to get the lowest price or best deal I can. These dealers would constantly email or call me to see when I can come in for a test drive or when I plan to buy. I asked them specifically if they had the color we wanted. They said no but 1 or 2 of them said can get it from another dealer. I know swapping cars with another dealer was a hassle and not the way to go. I wanted a dealer who had the car we wanted in their lots. Other dealers tried to convince us to buy one they had but in a different color. We only wanted the Clear Sky Metallic color and no other ones. I knew these were the dealers that I did NOT want to deal with nor buy from.Frustrated and looking for a better deal, I expanded my search to 30 miles or more (to San Jose) and requested for more quotes. Immediately, I got a great email quote from Lisa at Toyota Palo Alto. Wow! Her quote was over $1,000 less than the lowest quote I received. In fact, it was only a little above the dealers cost (NOT the factory invoice, which is higher and commonly published on the web. Find the dealers cost what the dealers actually paid for the car) that I had previously researched on the internet (cars.com, edmunds, and truecar). So I knew it was a really good deal. But I had to make sure it was not the (lower) Two model but the Three and it was in the color we wanted. Also I verified that no other hidden fees were included in the quote. I emailed Lisa and she responded immediately. She ensured me the price was for the Three model in the color we wanted and the only other fees not included were tax, license, and doc fees. She even took a picture of the exterior and interior and emailed to me to show me the one they had in stock is the color we wanted. I also went to their website to check their inventory to make sure they had it (yes dealers websites lists their current inventory). They were only 1 of 2 dealers in the SF Bay Area (the other was in South San Jose) that carried the Clear Sky Metallic color with dark gray interior (as of that date anyway).Since we knew this is the exact car we wanted, we put a deposit down to hold the car. She emailed me the cars VIN # and specs. Yup thats the car we want. We made an appointment to see Lisa the next day. When we met Lisa, she immediately showed us the car in the lot. It was all detailed, prepped, and with a tank full of gas. We test drove the car and Lisa went over the features and answered all our questions. After that, we went back to her office to finalize everything with the finance department. Raj took care of us from there with the paperwork and other options we can add. He (nor Lisa) did NOT pressure us to get the options. He presented and explained the risks, benefits and costs. Also we did NOT get the revolving door game with let me check with the manager or VP about this and that and they try to pressure you to add this option. Nope none of that! We just dealt with Lisa in sales and Raj in finance. In the end, we were very satisfied with our buying experience and speed of the transaction. We were in and out of the dealer in about 2 hours and that includes the test drive! This was definitely nice car buying experience for us. We highly recommend Toyota Palo Alto and their wonderful staff.

We told him what we wanted for our daughter and our budget and he totally worked with us to get the best deal! He never tried to talk us into anything but explained certain options that we might want to consider and why. If we opted for something we got a fantastic deal! My husband was actually out of town and I did this all on my own which can be pretty scary, Andrew was there coaching me all the way!! The car was a surprise for my daughter, she was away at a school trip when all this took place, Andrew new our whole surprise plan, and he even went to the extent of buying a huge red bow to put on the hood of the car when my daughter saw it for the first time!! I would definatly recommend this dealer to anyone but most important...you have to ask for Andrew Lim!!! He is the Bomb!!! I purchased a 2012 Prius from Angel Rincon and was pleasantly surprised by the low pressure and very reasonable price negotiation. My initial quote was higher than what a friend recently paid for an identical vehicle and Angel was very effective in presenting a new offer that met my target price. Test drive, price negotiation and paper work took about an hour and I picked up the vehicle later the same day. In my case I did not give "Great" rating for dealership Customer Service and Friendliness due to somewhat sedated customer desk/information staff. I'd give "Great" rating to Angel's customer service and friendliness. I highly recommend Angel.

I sent my car to do the 15K service on Thursday. The lady who serviced me called me in the afternoon asking if I am willing to pay more for some filters which are expensive as far as I know. I told her not to do it, since I was told it was farely easy to do it myself. Then Sunday I found that my 1.5 year new prius was leaking oil for the first time. :( It smeared my garage a lot, and keep leaking. I went to their store but found that they were closed sunday, and nobody takes care of anything. I had to come back Monday, and they say they need check it, and I need wait. The waiting time has been more than 10 minutes, I am still waiting, and I see my car is right there, nobody come to try to help yet ....I am disappointed with such service. I think I won't come here again.
