I recently purchased a used Chevy Colorado to be used as a company truck from Major Car Inc. I paid full asking price and did not even try to negotiate the price down. What a nightmare it has been. While driving home on the freeway, it overheated, this was day one. I also noticed once I hit freeway speeds of 65 MPH it vibrated very badly. I took it back the next day to see about swapping for another truck but the two they had were in the shop and not ready. I took the truck to get serviced and was told the radiator cap was the problem. I bought a new cap and spent $250 to flush the radiator and service the truck. Drove it to Idaho the next day and it happened again. Took it to a dealership in Pocatello for service and walked out with a repair bill for $1,300. I spoke with a company representative at Major Car Inc. about the issue and also emailed a copy of the repair invoice asking to make things right. That was one week ago and still have heard nothing. I am hoping they will do the right thing and help compensate for the Major headache and additional repair bill but it's been crickets. I've learned my lesson and will never go back.

I am leaving my first "EVER" review, and it is going to be the most positive! We live 600 miles away and asked Angie to test drive the car we picked out and give us her opinion. She was very open and honest with us. We flew our son down to pick up the car and she even picked our son up at the airport. He was then able to test drive the car and confirm what she told us. I can't say enough good about a sales person going out of her way to make a customer happy! In a selfish world finally a silver lining !!!!! Thanks Major Car Inc for the customer service we need to see now days 1(Angie)AAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++

Buyer beware. Website advertises CarFax information will be provided. Lady on the phone says they no longer provide CarFax. I asked if there was any information they can provide on vehicle history and she only responded "no". Pretty sketchy and rude response to give a potential buyer. VIN # is also not provided on website.
