Bought a Lexus gs350 two one week ago and had an issue with tire balancing. They were courteous and respectful in keeping their word to look into the issue. Resolved by providing new tires. So far my experience has been excellent. Leonard and Jamie are top sales professionals with integrity. Give them a shot to earn your business!!

Wow what an incredible experience! Bought a 2017 Hyundai Tucson sport not only did I find the best deal at Malones but the staff is amazing! Oscar and Janice are such a pleasure to work with! They both made me feel right at home! They both took the time to break down everything for me and I didn’t feel rushed at all! They made me feel so comfortable and right at home. Malones automotive is absolutely amazing! I went to a dealership nearby and was not pleased. As soon as I walked in Malones I was greeted by the sales and finance manager and the finance manager assured me that I would purchase a vehicle from here. She worked with my husband and I on pricing and made sure we reached our ideal price point. The car was stunning and came with a warranty. It was a clean vehicle, excellent mileage, and kept in amazing shape! The customer service and the entire car buying experience was impeccable! I really enjoy my new Mercedes Benz and will make sure to return here when it is time to purchase my next vehicle!

Visited Malones to purchase a Range Rover. When I first got on the lot, I immediately noticed their inventory of nice clean cars. My salesman was Mr. Brooks. I highly recommend him if you visit. He was friendly and made me and my family feel like we were a part of ours. I traveled from Charlotte, NC to pickup my car and I definitely plan on making the drive back there in the future for another car

Easy and pleasant car buying experience. Leonard helped us out and he was great. Came in without an appointment to see a car they just got in to find it not on the lot. Leonard found it (getting the inspection done in their shop) and went to get it so we could look. Way above and beyond in my book. Ended up buying a couple days later. No pressure buying, but don't expect to haggle. Would use again and am very happy with our Porsche Cayenne.
