I recently brought my 2008 Saturn Astra to Malouf for routine service. It is not easy to find mechanics who can repair a Saturn and up until now, I have never had any problems.When informed of what would need repair, I agreed to the work that required immediate service. Two days later, the service department called me to say that the car was ready, except the battery would not hold a charge and needed to be replaced. I had just replaced the battery a few weeks earlier by AAA mobile service so it was still under warranty. My husband picked up the car and took it to our local AAA service station. They did several checks of the battery and charging system and found no problems at all. Since the car has been running fine since then, I can only conclude either your equipment is faulty or someone lied to us.

I just got home in my 2015 Chevy Equinox I got from Malouf. This is the 6th car I got from them, and I will never buy or lease anywhere else.They are a dealership you could only dream of. From the minute you walk in, you're treated like the most important person there. There is no high pressure. I go in, pick out the car I want, tell them what I want to pay, and they work it out. I went in today, turned in my lease and got a new Equinox with NO MONEY DOWN, and a lower monthly payment than I had before! On top of that, they give anyone who buys or leases a new car FREE oil changes for as long as you have the car, and FREE tire rotations for 2 years! I can't say enough about Malouf Chevrolet!

The service department staff here is outstanding. Amanda, Chris and Randy in the service office provided some of the best customer service that all dealerships should aspire to. Being a recall issue everything was professional and straight to the point. We made an appointment after having the ordered recall parts arrive at the dealership. This was so we could get everything done in one day rather than multiple days. While the repairs were made I was able to get a ride back home via the dealers shuttle and then was picked up by the dealer after the work was completed. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back for other repairs(or upgrades) in the future. Many thanks again to all the service office staff and techs for taking care of these issues for me in an very easy and timely manner.

Purchasing my new 2014 Cadillac ATS from Malouf was a very wise and excellent choice on my part. The sales personnel were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I did not feel pressured at any point in my visits. As I walked through the car lot looking at various styles, makes and colors, Kevin took his time explaining the features and options for each vehicle I was looking at. I must say, he was quite patient in answering my endless questions and, never a bit pushy in any way. The entire experience was quite a pleasant one. The pricing at Malouf was good and there was room for reasonable negotiation. Even in finalizing the purchase, processing the financials and paperwork was made easy and efficiently expedited by Dino. From one to five stars, I must saying dealing with Malouf was a five star experience for me and I would recommend and encourage anyone thinking of purchasing an automobile to definitely stop by Malouf in North Brunswick.

Bill Selby, the salesman, was GREAT. He took his time with us, told us all about the different Traverses he had to offer and went above and beyond to find the car that best fit what we were looking for. We also got a very good price. When we picked the car up Bill spent a very long time with us explaining all the cars functions and options, and setting up the Onstar. He also made sure everything was working properly and took care of anything that needed to be adjusted before we left the dealership.You could not ask for a better experience from a salesman and dealership.

Great, does not describe the treatment that I receive from Malouf. My lease was up in July, Barry contacted me a couple of month in advance to check on me. After hearing about my situation, I wanted one vehicle, but he asked me to come in early to look at some other vehicles, that may suit me better. Long story-short, Barry suggestions were on the money! Now the second vehicle was a bit more pricy than I wanted, Tony got the price and financing, that made the truck mine. Love these guys. No wonder this is my with eight vehicle from Malouf, These guys don't just care about your money, they care about you. Did your last car dealer care about you? he did if you bought your car from Barry and Tony at Malouf!!

Barry Dworkin was an excellent salesman. He was funny, knowledgeable, and straight forward. Everything he said was accurate and no surprises when I went to pick up my 2012 Chevy Malibu. I went into Malouf already approved for financing and Kevin in the finance dept was able to get me a rate 1.33 percentage points lower than the best rate I could find on my own. Great experience, I highly recommend Malouf Chevy!!

I am leasing a new Malibu from Malouf. This is my first lease and was very nervous. But everyone I mentioned assured me I was doing the right thing. This is the 2nd vehicle I've purchased from Malouf and I will be a life long customer. They treated me like family from day 1. Chris and I go back almost 30 years from when I bought my 1st car from Laffin Chevrolet. I trust him, and only him with all my service needs. Easily the quickest, smoothest and friendliest car dealership experience I've ever had. I came in looking to purchase a 2013 Equinox and had a specific price point I didn't want to go over, Jon and Kevin worked with me to ensure that I would be comfortable making my monthly payment. Jon was wonderful in explaining the ins and outs of the vehicle and Kevin found a way for me to have my car with the extended warranty and still be as close to my desired price as possible. My wife and I went to look at the Chevy Traverse. Jon was great with explaining the benefits of the car as well as how it compared to the competition. Dino was helpful in working out a lease that was affordable for us. Never felt pressured to buy and was treated with respect. Barry Dworkin helped us choose the perfect car for us! We came in as loyal Honda owners, but we wanted to get a bigger car than our CR-V and we wanted to see what else there was out there besides the Pilot. Barry helped us realize the Traverse was the perfect size for us, and it has captain's chairs in the middle row which is great! We don't have to remove the car seats in order to have access to the third row. We weren't going to find that on a Pilot! Barry was very patient and thorough as he was going through the car with us before we decided to lease it. We didn't feel pressured, but we felt he was very knowledgable about the cars we saw and the process of leasing the vehicle. He even found another Traverse that was located somewhere else that was even more perfect for us & it has everything we need for our family. When I came back to pick up the car, Barry took his time with me to go through the car to make sure I knew how to use all the features. I thought this was really nice since there are a lot of buttons & features to learn! Overall, we got the right car for us at the right price and we were very happy with our experience. It was definitely the least stressful car buying experience we've ever had. Thanks Barry for making our car dreams come true!

When we walked into the dealership we were greeted by John at the door with a big smile ready to help us. John took us to Tony, and together, explained to us all of our options to buy or lease a Chevy Cruze. After a brief explanation of the Cruze, John took us for a test drive, selling the car the entire time. All throughout the test drive John explained all of the safety features, gas mileage and even the JD Power ratings that were recently received. It was a no brainer after we got back to the showroom, Tony and John worked effortlessly to get us out on the road in new Chevy Cruze in no time at all. It was an extremely positive car buying experience. We would recommend Malouf, especially Tony and John to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Really love my new Cadillac ATS!I checked everything out online about the new ATS and went to Malouf to see for myself. Ron Miller, sales Rep, was extremely helpful showing my wife and me the car and quickly got me behind the wheel for a test run. Great ride! Got back to the office and was presented with a number of options and offers. There was no pressure and all the details were explained well. Over the past twenty years, my husband and I have always bought and serviced our cars at Malouf Buick GMC and I actually just bought a 2013 Buick Lacrosse there. My husband also needed a new care and he saw an excellent deal at Malouf Chevrolet Cadillac so we bought his car there. The excellent service we received from Sales Representative Kevin Bamrick and GM Joe Nigro was what we have always come to expect from the Malouf Family. We are very satisfied customers. Kevin's service did not end after we purchased the car. He has sent follow-up phone calls and a letter to ensure that everything is to our satisfaction. I was very impressed with Mikes knowledge and friendly service. He helped me get my first car and really went into depth about all the features. This is my second leased vehicle from Malouf (and Barry) and I wouldn't go anywhere else... ever.. From the minute you walk into the showroom until the time you leave, you are treated professionally with courtesy and respect. Barry patiently sat with me, listened to what I was looking for and spent a lot of time explaining my options. We discussed my "wants" and "must haves" and in the end, the best vehicle for me. There was never the hard sell that I've experienced at other dealerships (and walked out of) and within 24 hours I was driving away in my "13 Equinox. Thank you Barry and Tony. I shopped around and the best price for the lease I was looking for was here. No bs of "I have to check with the manager", or "we could offer you...", just the lowest possible price. The closest price to Malouf for the car I was looking for was about $500 more somewhere else. (I had to put about $500 more down at another dealership to keep the monthly payments the same with all the same terms).Prior to purchase, the salesman (Barry) thoroughly explained the various lease options as well as the options and standard features of the car I was looking to lease.After purchase, the salesman was eager and helpful with the walk through of the car and all of its features.When I met with the financial manager to sign the lease paperwork he did not push for me to purchase any of the add ons (such as a tire warranty). I have had hard sells at other dealerships. I did not purchase any add ons. I like to research before I purchase and being offered add ons that need a decision immediately does not work for me. It would have been better to give out brochures for these add ons on the day I left a deposit for the car.

I have been buying my vehicles from Malouf Motors for over 30 years and known Manager Tony Fodor for over 25. He is a true professional and a friend. My recent purchase (ordered) of a 2013 Camaro SS was seamless. With this purchase I met and dealt with Sales Associate Barry Dworkin also. Barry is a true gentleman and knows his business. He was there with the answers to my questions and if he wasn't positive about something he would check to be sure. Both Tony and Barry made this purchase a positive experience. I also had the pleasure of meeting Nick, Chris V. & Chris H. from the Service Department. I was in the market for a new car after having an automobile accident. Malouf Chevrolet-Cadillac offered me the best price in the area (Monmouth and Middlesex County). My sales man Bill and the GM Tony found me the exact car I wanted without pushing me to include more amenities to increase the price (which I encountered at another dealer). Both Bill and Tony made the car buying process easy, comfortable, and were extremely helpful, not to mention very down to earth and friendly. I would recommend Malouf Chevrolet-Cadillac to any one in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle and especially recommend Bill Selby as a sales man. I was completely satisfied with the service and help I received and will definitely be returning for my future car needs!
