About 2 yrs ago, I purchased a used Mercury Mariner from Malouf Ford. As expected, I invested some money in the car but I still have it and it runs very well. In October I was in the market again because the lease on my 2013 Ford Edge was coming to an end.. I looked around locally in Brooklyn, NY, including other makes, but didn't find the right fit. I then checked Malouf's online inventory and saw a 2016 Edge I liked. I contacted Malouf via email. Salesman Steve Close called me within an hour of my email inquiry. Steve confirmed that the car still was on site and I arranged a test drive, A few days later, Salesman Frank Colonna showed me the car and we test drove it. The 2016 Edge SEL with the Ecoboost engine fit the bill. We negotiated some, coming to lease terms that were acceptable. I also discovered that Ford was offering a no-penalty, early return program for leases with 3 or less months remaining. Since that was my case, we closed the deal.A day or so later, I returned to turn in the 2013 and take the 2016 Edge. However, on the ride home, my wife noticed a small tear in the passenger side of the dashboard. After getting home, I examined it and found it was indeed a small tear/puncture. Let me cut to the chase here - I notified Malouf of the problem and they immediately said they would do what is necessary to correct the problem. A few days later I returned to Malouf and was met by an upholstery mechanic. He initially expressed some concern about making a good repair, but his concerns were unfounded. After about 45 mins work, the problem was satisfactorily resolved.I encountered the following personnel at Malouf: Steve Close, Frank Collona, Dino Jr. and Dino Sr. Gemgnani. Each of these folks were courteous and professional. Let's face it, no one actually enjoys the car buying experience. It's sort of like trekking through the jungle without a machete. But my two experiences at Malouf were fairly pleasant and I won't hesitate to visit them again when the need arises. I gave Malouf a 4 star overall rating because we feel that the damage should have been noticed and repaired before the car was released to us. In this case, initial quality control could have been better.

I recently leased a new truck at Malouf. Chris came highly recommended from a friend and I can only say this...Best Decision Ever. Chris was very easy to work with, answered all my questions with no hard pressure sales game. The entire sales process was straight forward and pleasant. Even when it came time to negotiate a price, it didn't turn into a knock down drag out fight. The attention they pay to their customers extend even after the sales process is complete. The follow up attention from Malouf has been nothing short of considerate. My only regret is that I did not come here sooner.

I had no problems in obtaining a new lease from Malouf. I have been leasing cars through them since D'Amico went out of the business. This is now my 7th lease (6 with Lincoln and 1 Ford) I have not had any problems at all.

I recently bought my first car ever at Malouf Ford in North Brunswick and it was a very positive and relatively painless experience thanks to a couple of people, and Don was definitely one of them. He found me a deal that was too good to be true and thanks to his magic,i drove away in my brand new car in just a short amount of time. I highly recommend this dealership and working with Don for anyone looking for a car!

My experience here was good but very long (about 7 hours). My qualms are not necessarily with the sales representatives (financial or otherwise), but with the Ford Credit Banks. I only came to this dealership because I found the best deal I could for the model of car that I wanted. However, because the bank (Ford Lender), wanted to make more money back on there loan (in case of repossession) to insure themselves, they gave me a fabulous deal to finance a new car but not the car I came to buy. Because the new car is worth more, my payments are now higher, which leads me to believe that I was tricked into spending more money than I wanted to. If the Bank was worried about having to repossess the vehicle because I didn't have a long enough credit history, it seems more logical that they would want their customer to take on less of a loan, not a larger loan. I am very happy with the car, but the way Ford Lender makes its approval decisions is only to benefit itself, leaving very little room to negotiate with the customer. The sales people and finance representatives were very knowledgeable and courteous. Chris Fitzgerald was honest and went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was able to get a vehicle without having to make the long drive back to Malouf in New Brunswick. That man deserves a raise!

5+ stars for Chris.I will start by saying that I am a sales person in new home real estate, and while I love what I do, dealing with sales people because it puts me in "work mode" so buying a car is not my favorite experience. My sales person at Malouf Ford/Lincoln changed that thinking. Chris Fitzgerald was amazing at letting me go through the experience as a buyer without making me feel like I was getting "handled". When I showed up to the lot just to take a look around he greeted me with his name, a friendly smile and a business card and didn't immediately try to get me to come inside and sit down--an excellent approach which made me comfortable going back in a week for more information and a test drive. Unlike the Lexus dealership, which offers a great vehicles as well, but they wanted me to take home an ES350 on my lunch break but didn't do any follow up until I called them for a better price. After walking with me to see a few MKZs in my price range we came across the right one and took it for a test drive. Given my schedule I couldn't devote too much time to the negotiating process and I let Chris know my price & terms which were, in all honesty ridiculous for the car I just test drove. Chris did his job well highlighting the value of the vehicle. I ultimately spent a modest amount more than what I had budgeted for, but I was able to get a car that exceeded my expectations 10x. Chris found me the "diamond amongst gems" and I was able to drive away with a sleek, beautiful, very gently used MKZ.He is a great and trustworthy sales person who worked very hard to make a deal happen and keep both his customers and his dealership happy. Thanks to Chris & Sam for staying afterhours to get the sale and financing taken care of around my schedule. That was the fastest transaction ever! Kudos to Chris and the team at Malouf.

I was a little bit nervous because the stigma exists that they were going to try and beat me up. This is truly a Flagship Dealership. From the time you walk in the door the friendly sales associate and Manger made me feel like I was not just another customer out looking to purchase a car. Certainly not your usual pushy Salesman trying to Sale you something you don't want. This Team spent hours with us getting us in to the right car for my daughter who was unsure of what she wanted. Their patience was way be on recognition. They continually emphasised to her to take all the time she needed to make her decision that their goal was to make this a rewarding experience never once showing any sign of frustration. True professionals in there fields. After the closing of the Sale they spent another hour going over all the Safety features and features of the vehicle. I was truly impressed. And Nicole couldn't have been happier. And when they told her she had free oil changes as long as she owned the car, she was even happier we came to Malouf.. I found the car online and called to ask a few questions about my trade and the new (used) car. Everything was answered in depth. I received a fair and generous offer on my trade and an excellent deal on the car. The deal was expedited in under an hour and we were on our way enjoying our new car. Chris went above and beyond an ordinary salespersons responsibility to make this happen. This certainly will not be the last car I buy from Chris, as a matter of fact it's the third car I bought from him in two years. He makes car buying a positive and enjoyable experience .

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Chris Fitzgerald and I absolutely love my new Fusion Energi. I've always found Chris to be very accommodating and knowledgeable. Also, I was extremely happy to learn that he had taken a position at this dealership. The first car I had bought from him was when he was at Bell Ford, and although I loved working with him, I can honestly say I was less than enamored with the other staff over at Bell... I looked at Explorer at Bell, Fullerton, Liccardi, and Malouf. I was looking for a base model because I am now retired. My only requirement was four wheel drive or AWD and seating for seven. My wife didn't want the colors Black or White. It came down to Bell and Malouf. Bell offered a base model in red, Malouf offered a base model in blue but also a brown Explorer ( demo ) with all the bells and whistles. Which I didn't give a hoot about but my wife did. I liked the fact that I could get the loaded demo for close to the base model. My only problem is that the 2016 Explorer that was supposed to be mine is now my wife's. I have her 2013 Ford Escape.

I went to Loehmann's and had A horrible experience. I immediately went to Malouf Ford and The salesman Chris greeted us at the front door. He gave us the best customer service from the beginning of the process to the end. The Manager Don Brown made sure we got all the best discounts and rebates that was available. I was looking to purchase a Ford Fusion.I went onto Malouf's website and inquired whether the internet price included all the stated rebates, etc.Ms. Jacinda Dos Santos replied, detailing the rebates that were included in the Malouf Pricing of the Fusion.I was then able to calculate additional incentives and rebates that were not included and went to visit Malouf's Ford sales office on Labor Day.Ms.Dos Santos referred me to Mr. Luigi Giacalone.After letting Mr. Giacalone know that I had selected the vehicle that I wanted to purchase from their website and all I needed to do was to get a price that would work, according to the incentives and rebates I had calculated.Mr. Giacalone went and spoke with his manager (who, as it turns out is Mr. Don Brown) and returned letting me know that his offer was better than my number by $50 or $100.Having visited or spoken with approximately six other dealerships, this was the first time that an sales offer was below what I had requested. (The usual case was that dealers were demanding thousands more than I had requested, and their demand was somehow greater than their internet site offer or what was originally stated.)Mr. Don Brown is the manager that I worked with and ultimately he confirmed the sales numbers and finalized all of the financial aspects of this transaction.Let me say, it was pretty.Emanuel A. I went into Malouf ford this past weekend to look around and get a quote on a new car. I was warmly greeted by Don Brown when I Arrived and promptly introduced to Chris Fitzgerald. He was extremely nice, we sat down and discussed my car choices and promptly went outside to choose a car that had what I wanted. Once outside we found a car that matched my wishes and he took me for a test drive. Once it was decided that that was the car I wanted I was quickly given the numbers (price, payment, term, etc.) I did not go into Malouf ford to buy a car, I went to compare prices and models. However after being offered what in my opinion was a fair price for a great car I decided to get the car the same day. I am so happy with my car with the way I was treated by Chris Fitzgerald and Don Brown. I would definitely recommend them and this dealer to others wishing to get a new car.

I have been to other dealerships. This one is different. The service is the best I have seen. The salesperson was so helpful and informed about their cars. I was very impressed. Chris Fitzgerald knew we had to stick to our budget and helped us fine the perfect car. He also spent a lot of time explaining every detail on our new car. Above and beyond the call of duty. We wished to purchase a Ford F-150 truck that would accommodate 2 dog crates in the back seat (floor)when traveling with our mini schnauzer show dogs. I came to Malouf Ford because of their great service I've have for several years now. I came in to get my son a new 2016 fusion, found it in minutes. as usual paperwork and reception of vehicle was easy and prompt. While doing that paperwork I was told by the most friendly salesperson there is {Marlo Hirshon} that Malouf would take care of my current lease so i can lease a new F-150 of my own. Within few short hrs we drove out with two new vehicles. My family and I will always be going to malouf for our vehicles.

I just leased a new 2017 Ford Fusion one week ago. As a 21 year old who doesn't know much about cars and is new to leasing one, received a lot of help and information from Don Brown and Chris Fitzgerald. Don worked with me to find a deal that would allow me to lease the car I wanted and fit my budget. Don was very helpful in explaining how the lease would work and the different options I could have on the lease in a way that I could understand. Don was very professional, helpful and informative during our encounter at Malouf Ford. Now Chris was very understanding in what I wanted in the new car along with the budget I had. He showed me all the cars that had what I wanted in them along with helped me figure out what I really didn't need to fit in my budget range. Chris was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles he showed me and explained the difference between them to me in a way that I would understand for a person that doesn't know much about cars. Chris also went through all the details about leasing a new car and what came along with it. Chris went threw and showed me how to use everything in my new car and was very informative. Chris made sure that understand how to use everything in the new car and answered any questions I had before I drove the car off the lot. Don and Chris were very helpful during my purchase of a new car. They made it a very enjoyable experience for me and I would definitely come here again for my next car. I would recommend all of my friends and family to go to see Don and Chris at Malouf Ford because they were outstanding, cooperative and professional. Exchanged emails with Lisa Cubillas for almost two months which brought me to the dealership. Experienced and honest salesman, Frank Colonna helped me locate the best truck for my needs. Very good sales manager which we came to closing a deal but with a $1600 difference. We were in the same ballpark, so to speak. The general manager stepped in and reviewed everything and offered to split the difference. I agreed and was truely satisfied!!! Buying a car has always been torture. This time it was a pleasure. This dealership gave you the best price they could with the first offer. I didn't have the hassel of the back and forth changing numbers so that you think you are getting a good deal. Some dealerships start with a high price so in the end you feel like they came down to a much better price. Our sales guy listened to what we were looking for and gave us several options. He then let us make the decision without trying to talk us into anything. Great experience. Would definitely go back again.

Chris was easy to deal with and very accommodating. When I took final delivery of my new MKX, Chris got in the car for me and went over ever detail of the controls like it was his own car. I couldn't believe how many details he knew about the vehicle. The financing/warrantee guy was super efficient and had everything ready for me when I got to his office. He gave me a couple extended warrantee options, I made a decision and the paper work was seamless and took only a few minutes to complete. The service center is as good as the front of the house. Easy to deal with, accommodating with a loaner vehicle and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Great dealership, great people and a good, solid company to deal with. They made me feel very comfortable. I would and have recommended them to friends and family.

This is the first dealership I have ever been to that made car buying stress free. The salesman who worked with us, Frank Colonna, was very knowledgeable and listened to what I was lookin for. In no time he had the car I wanted on his IPad and asked which color I wanted to test drive. I loved the car and we agreed on a very fair price without the usual ten trips to the manager.They did not pressure me to take the car the same day, like so many other dealers do. When we went back two days later the car was all ready. Frank sat with us in the car and showed us how everything worked (which no one has ever done for me before). We signed the paperwork and were out the door with our new car in under an hour.I happily recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. Aside from the fact that it took one week to completely repair my Lincoln Town Car the experience was as suspected from a dealer. I found the service department to be well run and professional., in fact I was escorted into the service bay to observe one of the problems, the leaking power steering. The repair required 3 different parts which were not in stock which I found odd but understandable since my car is over 10 years old. Sal Giordano kept me informed on progress and also spent considerable time on the telephone with my warantee company. Overall I would recommend the dealership and service department. They do as well as most other dealerships I have delt with over the years, car dealerships are basically all the same. They sell new and used cars and service them, they have huge overheads and staff plus they must make a profit so they will go only as far as it is financially benefical to their bottom line.

First off, the salesmen are not pushy! That was huge for me and I have walked away from dealerships that used the old "used car dealer" tactics of being pushy.I was looking for particular options on a truck. I probably should've just built the truck; however I was in no rush. The salesmen had patience and worked with me over a period of several weeks to not only find the truck I was looking for, but give me a deal to bring it home. Communication was great over the phone and via email. He walked me through the whole process so there were no surprises. Overall pleasant experience.

I bought a new F-250, 6.7dsl in 2013. I decided to have Malouf do all the scheduled and warranty service. What a mistake! Over the last three years and almost 90,000 miles not one time was the service experience anywhere close to being pleasant. I introduced myself to Sal the truck service writer and Jerry the service manager when I scheduled my first oil change. That was the last time I ever saw them smile. A simple oil change and tire rotation was the last straw! They tried to tell me they rotated the tires even though the brake dust that was on the front rims was still on the front rims! I made an appointment for 8am and wasted 4.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation! I will tell anyone who asks to avoid Malouf!

We met with a young man, Flavio, who was so patient and showed us everything we wanted to see- from different makes and models to how to work each and every button in those new vehicles. We took a test drive in an Explorer and Escape. Loved them both. We ended up leasing a brand new Explorer. There was no uncomfortable haggling over prices. I walked in and pretty much knew exactly what I wanted. I told Bill, and within 10 minutes he had a model that matched exactly what I was asking for right in front for me to try out. He was incredibly knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I was also trading in a car, and I had a target price for that and a target price for the car. It was at this point I spoke with Dino, who at first said he wasn't sure if it could be done but after making a few calls to get the best price for my trade in I was able to get exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. And just as a point of comparison, two other ford dealerships couldn't come close to matching the price. Overall I will definitely be using them again, best car buying experience I've had. I had to pick up the car the next day, which happened to be Bill's day off, and he still came in just to make sure he could walk me through everything one more time. These guys can't be beat.

Went looking for a leftover F150 knowing what I thought the market was and what I should be paying for it. With almost no negotiating we were able to work out a deal in about 20 minutes. Both the salesman and manager were nice and fair to deal with, I never felt like I was pulling teeth or fighting a battle over a couple dollars. To start this I will say that through my work I have access to a lot of vehicle info and a lot of pricing info that many people either dont have available, or dont bother to research. My entire family, and close friends take me with them to buy cars because I walk in knowing to the dollar what the dealer paid for the vehicle, all incentives, holdbacks, and so on. As you all know the typical car buying experience, especially when you know what a fair deal is, is a nightmare of back and forth, salesperson wearing out the rug, no we cant hit that number, blah blah blah game after game. I usually have to get up and walk out angry and wait for a phone call asking to come back in, and so on. This is the second car purchased at Malouf. the first was a few years ago and there was a bit of that, but not too much drama and they got to a fair deal. ****This time around was the absolutely most pain and drama free purchase experience I have ever had in buying or assisting with the purchase of lets say 30+ vehicles over the years. I named my price, told them what I wanted for my trade, showed them the trade, they came in $250 off and I said so, and they matched what I wanted. Done. To get me exactly what we wanted they ordered the car. I didn't have to beg, they didnt talk about fees, etc. it was just 'hey if you can take something off my lot I can do even better for you' followed by 'no, my wife doesnt want to settle at all', followed by placing the order. From start to finish Malouf dealt with me fairly, honsetly, said what they would do and did what they said. The car came in within the window of time given at the start, exactly correctly configured and the finance/final paperwork was pleasantly and professionally gone over. We had been to a local 'high volume' Ford dealer to test drive the vehicle we purchased prior to going to Malouf. They barely knew the product, and it was the usual high pressure sales deal. The experience at Malouf was more like a partnership- them and my wife and I working together pleasantly, calmly, casually on the same team to get us a vehicle we would love at a price that is absolutely fair to both parties. It was our pleasure to deal with them, not sharks in the water and us as the swimmers trying to survive as most dealership experiences are these days. I dont work for Malouf. I have no friends there. I have no affiliation whatsoever, but I am someone who appreciates the experience I just had and that is worth taking some time to write a thorough review.

I was brought in this dealership by a friend who highly reccommended this dealership. I came to table with some difficulties however nothing that bad. I was shown a car, told everything was going to work out and to go home and relax. Come Monday I spent most of my day on email with the sales, and constantly asking to provide document after document only for each time I provided a document I was told "not good enough." Short of me being told that I couldn't get a loan or a car in my name I knew where this was going. At the end of day 2 I was finally told that there was just nothing they could do fo rme but to come back in a few weeks if your circumstances change. That does me nothing when I don't have a car now. The very next day I was introduced to another Ford Dealership and that Sales Manager heard everything I told him, I told him the entire story. In 2 1/2 hrs I was approved, in my name, traded in the car and walked away with a few thousand dollars I was shocked. How could the same car company but different dealerships comes up with totally different answers, totally different exsperiences. I was shocked. I highly reccomend to use Lester Glenn down in Ocean, NJ it is worth the drive, especially when your credit is not "perfect" or don't have a credit score of anything less that 750. You will not be treated fairly and you will be strung along. I don't blame the sales rep who helped I blame the in-exsperienced credit manager and sales manager not standing by there words especially when they were told the story from the beginning.

So in the market for a new pick-up, and purchased my last American truck back in 2000 from Malouf and since Malouf contributes to some of our local organizations in town they were first on my list.During my first visit I test drove a new f150 and explained I was awaiting details to be released on the new Nissan Titan and would be wrapping up my decision in November, I was also very pleased to find Don & Dino and passed on my regards. Ok, now it's November, I stopped in and headed over to see Don & Dino since to my surprise no one ever reached out to me and Don greeted me with a comment like well we thought you were buying a Nissan and I explained its a flop so he looked at my trade and I could see that he was very busy so I suggested he contact me during the week, and went on to inform Don & Dino we have a good friend who is part owner of a Ford dealership in the Harrisburg area and was sharing with them that their allocation with Ford can get them better priority immediately Dino started laughing at me, and Don tells me that if I purchase outside of the State Malouf will not service us. So a few days go buy and no return or follow up call again. I emailed Brain a salesman I meet outside who took another two days to get back and just responded with buy the truck at American Ford or Pa. honestly that was fine, since in the end I ordered the truck locally.Ironically I met friendly sales manager from American Ford flying back on a recent flight and ended up paying more to buy it locally. And in the end, I am disappointed that as a local resident and repeat customer it means nothing to the mgmt team at Malouf.I am sucker, for a handshake cup of coffee.....make me feel like a king and my wallet opens up! Since my experience I've learned of three more local friends including local police officers who have had identical experiences recently at Malouf. I have also learned Ford does offer certain priorities dates to dealers with status priority 10 orders which can be moved to priorty 1 in their order banks especially franchises with trucks held in Dearbon for missing parts reasons, which is currently around 28.000 F150's being held to go back through the assembly line due to missing back ordered parts. Ford also informed me that no dealer can refuse your service due to where you purchased the vehicle. Since American Ford provides loaners we will happily return to them for all our future service needs. As Don mention Malouf customers come first, so clearly I would always be last in for service, if not refused. My review is surely an isloated one, as my previous purchasing experience was positive. Being in sales I know dealing with customers day in and day out is daunting, but following up and going out of your way for local customers is crucial to yours success, unless of course you're fat & happy, and then it's time to give back or pay it toward or move on.

Recently totaled my Jeep after a tire blowout and crashing into a pole. Looked everywhere for a car that was safe, affordable, fun features and good for commuting. There were 2 reasons that we leased the car at Malouf Ford; the second reason was because we loved the product, the first reason was because of Chris Fitzgerald.This is the 3rd car that we either purchased or leased at Malouf Ford. The sales people were always very courteous and professional. This time we dealt with Chris Fitzgerald who was extremely pleasant, very professional and listened to what we were looking for and then presented us with several options. Never once did he try to sell us something that we didn't want. He was patient and I had mentioned that I did not want to haggle about price. I wanted their best price for the lease and I would let them know in 2 days. Chris talked to his manager and 15 minutes later came back with their price. The next night we called Chris and said deal.

I walked in around 3 - not knowing they close at 5PM - I drove out with my new Lincoln -- Brian was awesome / Dino easy to work with - they gave me a very fair price on my trade-in. I test drove the car I was interested in - easy - no pressure - and drove out with my new car. It is difficult to find a automobile dealership that consistently outperforms all of the others, yet Malouf has. Over the years we have purchased vehicles from Malouf Cadillac, Malauf Chevrolet, and most recently from Malouf Ford/Lincoln. While all of our experiences with each dealership Malouf has been exceptional, I cant shower enough praise on Dino Jr., manager, and Bill Forsyth our salesman at the Ford dealership. Each gentleman was extremely professional. They gave extensive information related to my purchase and while I was considering the various vehicle options, they allowed me time to assimilate the information requested and provided. This was definitely not a dealership where they rushed you to a sign on the line experience. So, after walking the lot with Bill Forsyth and thoroughly discussing each vehicle with its options I took a test drive and subsequently purchased a 2016 Ford explorer Sport. The final price was again better than that of other Ford dealerships from which I had obtained quotes. Malouf has always given me the best deal and all without any hint of game playing. Its a great feeling when you can complete a deal and feel satisfied that you as well as the dealer received a fair shake.

Typically when I buy a car, the salesperson will play games and try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need. The same goes for the finance guy who will try to push an extended warranty, tire protection, etc. There was none of that here. Just went in, bought the car, and paid a fair price. Will never go anywhere else to get a Ford!

HiI have dealt with this dealer for years and never felt good about the service or customer service. At this point I will never go back there. I always feel that they are ripping me off and there attitude is abysmal. The service techs can't confirm or verify important issues on visits. I am so disgusted with this place that I am willing to pay more somewhere else rather than go back there.

My husband I leased our Lincoln MKZ through our wonderful Malouf salesman, Don Brown. He treated us as family and did everything in his power to make this a seamless experience. This was first time we ever leased and we had lots of questions.. At this time my brother needed to secure a new lease and was ready to switch from his Volvo. I finally finished my first new car shopping process and I am so glad it worked out the way it did! Frank helped me get the car I wanted in the right color even though it wasn't on the lot yet. They were great to work with, helpful with the trade in, and gave me all the information I needed on what to do in the process and how to work everything inside the car :) A month later and I still hit the windshield wipers the wrong direction every time, but I will get it eventually!

I purchased my fourth Ford vehicle this week and had the pleasure of working with Frank at Malouf. After spending nearly 3 hours at Dana Ford on Staten Island on Sunday, my husband and I left with our 14-month old daughter in tow disappointed, frustrated, and feeling as if our hometown dealer let us down, big time. Did they think we were Sunday shoppers? Perhaps not serious, yet only there for a look? Hard to tell, but their offer on our trade-in was low, and neither one of us felt like our sales consult listened to what we were saying.After doing some online research, I landed at Malouf Tuesday night. Frank was great -- there was no hard sale, and with some negotiating, we got to a point where I was happy. (It also helped they had the exact car I wanted on their lot.)Gone are the days of great deals on vehicles. But not gone are the days where you can work with a veteran sales person who understands that listening is important. It was a great experience and I love my new Explorer.

We met With Henry and Don a few months ago. We were looking to replace our Explorer with an 2015 Explorer. Don explained that we were there too early and to come back in a few months. That was Henry's first day in the dealership.We returned a few months later and Henry was available to work with us. He had gained some knowledge since we had first met and we decided on a new Explorer. Don came in and helped us out with final pricing. When we went to pick up the truck there was an issue. Don was able to correct it and still get the car back to us before our end of lease date.Wonderful gentlemen to work with.

We have used Malouf Ford service several times for our business. Additionally, we have purchased two vehicles there. The experience was pretty good overall until our last issue. We have a 2009 Ford F550 Utility vehicle. This was NOT purchased from Malouf. In the last three years, we have had the fuel tank replaced seven times due to leaking. The last two had been at Malouf. Naturally, when it began leaking again, we returned it to the service department. This time we were told that a representative from Ford would inspect the issue. After a few weeks, we were contacted and advised that they would NOT repair the fuel tank. The Service manager danced around the issue and claimed that the truck is hauling too much weight. This is an F550, there is at a maximum 3500lbs load in the truck. When questioned as to the hauling capacity of an F550 he then said that the Ford representative made the decision and not him. He advised we should "have the frame checked for alignment" by a truck shop and that there was noting they could do. When asked to discuss the vehicle with the "Ford Rep" he stated we cannot and we can call the main toll free number for Ford. When questioned why they repaired this issue so many times in the past and advised it was a design flaw, he said we were misinformed and the F550 has no fuel tank issues. Google that! We agreed to leave the truck until we can find a shop to make a custom fuel tank. This took about two weeks. When we attempted to pick the truck up, we discovered it was buried behind a huge mountain of snow. We attempted to have them free the truck up to no avail, They basically told us when the snow thaws we can access it. The snow finally melted and we went to remove the vehicle for a fabrication shop. Upon arrival, we discovered both sideview mirror assemblies were gone. When we addressed this with the service manager, he basically said "things happen" and brushed it off. Really? It gets better. We had a custom tank installed, during the process, they stated the last time the tank was replaced, not all bolts were replaced and the straps were twisted so that the tank was not 100% secure. Who did the last replacement? Malouf. Bottom line, I will NEVER return. They are no longer a small guy and their arrogance has come shining through.

The best part of it is that I have "FREE" (really free) oil changes for as log as I have the car.

I am totally satisfied with the sales rep Frank Colonna he was very helpful and courteous. I was provided great service. I put a preorder for a F-150 truck platinum 2015 back in December 2014. It was definitely worth the wait. The rep was always on top of it whenever I called about questions or concerns. I really appreciated that I later decided to add some extras on my truck and he was able to make the additions. Overall my husband and I felt appreciated and the main focus of the whole transaction.

I have 2 comments . One of them is for an oil change that my daughter made an appointment for and upon arriving at 7:30 a.m. for the oil change, was told by one of the shop techs that they couldn't do the oil change because there were no mechanics to work on the car. (Don't you think that I should have gotten a call from someone in service before I got there) Granted it was the day they were calling for 7 inches of snow, but it had only started to snow at 6:00 that morning. The roads were not bad at all and even though there were 5 garage or service techs and 2 greeting people who had made it in to work. my daughter was asked if she wanted to make an appointment for the next day, so she did for 7:30 a.m., only for me to take the car there for 7:30 and be told the mechanics don't start till 8:00. Why make an appointment for 7:30 if they don't start working till 8:00. Secondly, my son purchased a used truck a couple of days before that day and while I was getting the oil changed in my daughters car and paying the bill I noticed a flyer that said if you purchase or lease a vehicle you would get a $500.00 amex gift card. When I questioned the sales person that my son used, he told me that he asked his supervisor about it and that his supervisor would not accept the flyer for the discount because it had just come in the day before. I said to the sales rep, isn't it funny that that paper had just come in the day before which was the day it snowed and that the person who I paid for the oil change told me that I should talk to the sales person and that maybe they would give me the credit. Just to say my daughter and son are happy with their cars but not happy about the oil change or the gift card.

I went there just with an intention of checking out the car, which i had looked online with the dealership. The car was available but a a higher rate. The Sales rep Henry Rudnicki, Jr. helped me out with all the features that I required and found me a lower model with similar features but at a lower price. Usually the sales rep tries to squeeze out as much as possible, but it was not the case here. Henry not only helped me out find the right car at the price that I was looking for, but was also a bit laid back and gave me my own space and time in deciding. Unlike other dealers there was no rush or any kind of pressure from the sales rep. this car buying experience was extremely simple ans hassle free. Once again, I would like to give a 5-star to the sales rep Henry Rudnicki, Jr. for the delightful experience.

My daughter was ready to ask some questions about leasing or purchasing a vehicle.Chris Fitzgerald was so helpful when we came in to discuss the different options. I am 25 y/o and needed to get my first car with short notice. Chris at Malouf was fantastic and helped me find a great car (Ford Focus) for a great price. I searched around at other dealers and found they were too pushy and wanted me to sign papers within minutes, so when I met with Chris I was pleasantly surprised at his service. (Note: I am very indecisive with big decisions) Not too pushy, let me have the time I needed to decide and sat with me reviewing all ins and outs of leasing. I loved the Focus and with such great service I knew this was the dealer I would want to lease my car from. I have no doubt that if I encounter any problems over the next few years I will receive nothing but exceptional service.

My fiancee and I were driving to Vermont from Maryland when our car broke down. Fortunately he has family in NJ who have worked with Chris Fitzgerald before. When we arrived at the dealership Chris was helpful in working with the service department to determine what was wrong with our car. It had blown its second transmission in 50,000 miles. Facing this problem we asked Chris to show us some new cars, he seemed genuinely happy for us that we we're able to afford a new car. Thoughout the selection process he was very forthright about the pricing, cost and fees, and options available to us given our financial situation. Although, my fiancee is the type of guy that will spend hours reading Amazon reviews before he buys anything he seemed comfortable and confident working with Chris. In the end we paid less for our car then the Kelly Blue Book value, and added to that our car loan has only a 1.9% interest rate. There were also no unnecessary fees or financing fees tacked on. Throughout the whole Expirence it felt like Chris and the team at Malouf Ford was on our side, working for us, to help us understand the complex maze of financing and pricing presented by Ford Corporate. Although we live in Maryland, after this experience, we will buy from Malouf again.

My daughter and I went to Malouf Ford the day after Christmas to look at the 2015 Mustang for her. We already knew what color and options we wanted. Dino told us he wouldn't even try to get the color from another dealer because it would be impossible. He asked my daughter if she wanted a black one because they had one but otherwise could not help us. He spent a total of 2 minutes with us. I was also interested in looking at Lincoln MKZ. Again, he was not interested in our business. Left there after 3 minutes disgusted with him and the dealership. Nothing like Malouf GMC or Cadillac - Love Dominick at GMC bought 3 vehicles from him. I was shocked on how we were treated - will never go back there. Went to Fullerton, they found the exact car with everything she wanted with no problem from another dealer. She is very happy her new Ruby Red EcoBoost Premium Mustang.

We brought my son's old car in for repairs, and as it happened, it could not be fixed quickly and reliably. He had to go back to school, by car, halfway across the country. Frank Colonna came to our rescue. He is knowledgeable, organized, low key, and very pleasant to deal with. dropped of car night before. they called me about 1pm to tell me the car is almost done but needs other work done, i approved it. i live about 25 miles from the dealer and work about 40 miles from the dealer. i left work at 5pm. they call me at 5:05 to let me know my car is done. i tell him i am on my way and asked what time they close, he says 5:30, i told him i need the car because i am going out of town, he says, i guess we'll see you tomorrow. he was so nasty, i asked if they can leave the paperwork with the car sales department and i would give him a credit card, he says no, he has to fax me a credit card auth form. i told him i would sign it when i get there, i am in my car and on my way. this is the second time with the same service consultant i have had a problem. i go that far because i want to be loyal to them because i bought the car there. i have about 4 dealer where i live that i could have gone to. just very rude and not accommodating. WHEN I MADE IT THERE I FOUND OUT THEY CLOSE AT 6PM, HE MADE ME DRIVE FAST WHEN IT WAS NOT NECESSARY AND RISK GETTING INTO AN ACCIDENT. ****WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE****

When we went to Malouf Ford on a Saturday, we knew that we wanted a good pre-owned Ford Edge to replace our Suburban. Our salesman, Robert Santoro, patiently spent nearly all day letting us inspect & drive the many pre-owned Edges in stock, without any pressure to buy. That included one car that was just traded in, but not cleaned up. Since we hadnt bought a new car in many years, Rob courteously explained all of the new technology available in todays cars. After narrowing our decision to 2 Edges, Rob presented excellent prices on both. We finally decided on a low-mileage, off-lease, certified pre-owned Edge. Overall, Rob made our car-buying experience much more pleasant than we thought it would be.

After 7 years My wife and I returned to Malouf to possibly purchase a new Ford vehicle. I called to set up an appointment and made it immediately without delay. The car we discussed when making the appointment was in front of the show room waiting for us. Frank the salesman was available at the appropriate time. He discussed the features of the 2014 Escape and took us on our test drive. Negotiation was painless. We discussed what we could do and the dealership worked hard to get us there. We left with a new car that night! We returned the next day to sign all papers that were already prepared. The plates were ready the following day. It was a win-win situation for all involved.

The first car I bought from Malouf was over 25 years ago and having just bought another (3rd from their dealerships) last month found them to still be one of the best car buying experiences. Amazingly, some of the same people from 25+ years ago still work there!

I live in East Brunswick NJ, 11 miles from Malouf ford North Brunswick. I took my 04 Navigator to the Malouf Ford service center at US 1, North Brunswick NJ around the 20th of Nov 2013 for Suspension problem, Side mirrors repair & replace back bumper. After almost 2 weeks and several calls to Sal to get repair updates. I called Sal on Dec 04, 2013 and he finally informed me that I could come pick up the car, I paid about $5,500.0 but my car was worse than when I brought it into Malouf. The suspension/shocks were not raising and the car was bouncing as I drove. About 6 miles on Rt 1 the check suspension light came on (first time ever). My wife & I turned round & returned the car back to Malouf. My wife picked the car up on Dec 19th and same thing happened about 4 miles from Malouf on Rt 1 (bouncing & check suspension light came on). My wife returned the car to Sal again and was written up again for same suspension. On Jan 09, 2014 I called and Sal said the car was ready, I drove with my wife from E. Brunswick to Malouf. I test drove within the dealership & the car was same- bouncing. I went back to Sal & requested a mechanic (Ricca Joseph) come take a test drive with me and he confirmed same. Sal called me on Jan 17, 2014 and said the suspension compressor was faulty and that I would be billed about $600 more. I requested that the car be fixed first which Sal agreed to....that Malouf would replace the compressor test same & call me. Today is Jan. 21, 2014 & Sal has not called with any updates whatsoever. I am used to calling to check up on the repairs since Sal does not call, even when he promises to call he fails and does not see a need to apologize either.It is about 63 days now that Malouf Ford Service center has had my '04 Navigator for repairs to no avail. I won't wish this quality of service on anyone.

I was interested in a 2013 Taurus and inquired with 3 different NJ Ford Dealers online about almost identically equipped vehicles. My plan was to sit down with sales and getting a monthly payment on a lease and finance options. Keep in mind same MSRP (within $150.00), same make, same model, same color . . . same down payment . . . and Malouf's best offer was $175.00 per month HIGHER than the other two dealers (who came in at almost exactly the same payment). And the kicker was Malouf wouldn't budge at all . . . they said that was their best offer! I just walked out. And the funny part was the Taurus I was looking at obviously hadn't been looked at in some time, it was covered in pollen and the battery was dead.

I contacted Malouf Ford over the internet to inquire about a truck listed on the Ford website. The truck was not in their inventory so I was connected to Don Fisch for help. Don hunted down the truck and we came to a very good price with no pressure or aggravation at all. Don took the time to go over the many features of my new truck and told me to call in a few days so we could arrange a second lesson to make sure I got the most out of my truck. I should also point out that everyone I encountered at Malouf Ford was very nice and never pressured me at all. This was a great buying experience.

My auto start stopped working and when I called and spoke with Mark, my concern was the length of time I would be without a car and needed to be able to work. Mark came to my house and took my car to the office so I could work from home. He also had my car serviced for an annoying blower issue that I had told him about (that tended to be fine whenever I went in for service). Mark communicated with me on the status of my car and exceeded my expectations in service. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Later that evening, when I found myself stranded due to my anti-theft system locking me out of my vehicle, Mark came to the rescue. I cannot say enough good things about Mark. I had never met Mark prior to this incident. I can say the guys in service are great too but this review if for MARK!!

2 weeks old, brand new Lincoln MKZ - problem with noises and mirror dimmer - brought in to service, kept 2 days - claimed to be fixed - picked up car and immediately all original problems still in car - returned to service - they took the car and parked it outside all day and no one even looked at it - I complained to Service Manager and was told "can't make everyone happy" - they could have cared less!

I Made a 9:30am apointment a week in advance, described that I needed rear trunk shocks for the trunk on the car and a oil change. After driving a half hour to get there I was told that the part that they were told a week ago I needed was not available and needed to be ordered. ( Thats the first thing that upset me. Ok fine I'll wait a few more days. At that time I said go ahead and do the oil change. I was told it would take one and a half hour, so I agreed to wait. after TWO hours of waiting i went in the back only to see that my car has not even beed touched. Nearly three hours later after asking for my car back so I can go back to work is when they finished the oil change. Never In my life has it taken 3 hours for an oil change. I mean whats the sense of making an appointment if its not honored. And in turn I took my car elsewhere for the shocks......Have a Great Day

The service department is great. When they quote you for a price. It stays that price when the final bill is due. When they say it's going to be done by a certain time, it will be done by that time. They were extremely polite and friendly to my parents even though my folks didn't speak much English. They took care of my parent's car and made sure it's in great shape. My parent's beat up '97 Lincoln Town Car drove like new once they were done. Extremely thankful for Scott D and Joe S for going above and beyond in providing care and service. I will definitely put the Malouf Ford Lincoln dealership on the top of my list when shopping for my next car.

I would not recommend Malouf Ford. Both Mingo Qiu and Chris Rost were very unfriendly and Mingo was not respectful to me. I could not understand what Mingo was telling me based on his accent. He pointed a finger in my face saying I was not eligible to test drive, which I was not happy about. Show some respect. Chris Rost did not seem happy during my test drive. Overall, these two people were very unfriendly and therefore I will not be returning to Malouf Ford. The reason I came to Malouf Ford was to test drive an F-150 and the process on test driving a vehicle was too lengthy and unnecessary. I would also like to add that I went to the NY international auto show and wanted to do the "Shift into $50" program. I am interested in the future to buy a Ford F-150 and wanted to see how it would drive. Both my uncle, cousin, and I were extremely disappointed with this experience. Honestly, I think both Chris and Mingo could care less about my experience because I was only there to test drive a vehicle. I have never met such unfriendly people and it's there job to be friendly and reasonable.

He was thorough and informative without ever being pushy. He consistently addressed our questions in a positive and highly informed manner. He made us feel that he was our own personal shopper. I have been buying vehicles at this dealership for the last ten years and have always gotten a good deal whether buying or leasing. Don Brown and his sales team are professional and honest. Frank Colonna, my sales person for the last few years knows the stock and the all of the new electronic gadgets, especially the MY Touch/Sync Systems. There is no hard selling of extras at the closing. Sam Iskander does the closing paperwork pleasantly and efficiently. I have never had a service issue. It is easy to get an appointment and the work is done right the first time at a fair price.

was not having any problems w/ my 6,000 mile Fiesta - just brought in for oil change. I had an appointment but it took almost 2 hours, while I waited. When I drove off onto route 1, a very heavy white smoke poured out the back and the car was choking! I immediately returned to the service center and waited another 1/2 hour while they looked at it. I had to leave so they drove me home and 2 hours later brought my car to me, saying oil spilled into the pcv causing the problem. They had to run it to clear it out. Not a good experience - the mechanic was careless!I hope my car is safe and I don't have future problems from this error. Waste of my time and cost of gas.

After researching on Ford.com i decided to visit the dealership, i was just out of work and it was late, almost closing time, but that did not stop Frank Colonna from getting a battery charger and opening the trunk of a car so i could see it.On my next visit i was put in touch with Steve Close. Steve took the time to review every choice, every option, and pricing. He then introduced me to Jon Dunn and my 1st of several test drives of the car i was interested in. Jon Dunn was patient, informative and respectful of my opinions.On my next visit Steve Close placed me with Izzy Rodriquez and i asked for another test drive. Izzy also was patient and informative about the car, answered all of my questions.I arranged another appointment with Steve close and completed the deal. In 2005 my husband and I purchased a Ford Escape from this Malouf Ford. We had never purchased from them before but they were close to our home and we knew what we wanted. We were very pleased with the service and the efficiency of the dealership and were very happy with our decision. There was no question that when the time came for a new car we would go back to Malouf. Yesterday we went to Malouf and leased a 2013 Ford Escape. The service we received was second to none. Our salesman was very knowledgeable. We had never leased a car before and had many questions and Don Fisch answered all of our questions like we were best friends. He was very friendly, courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a buy or a lease and I would recommend Don Fisch to them as well. I know in 3 years when our lease is up there is no place else that I would look to go to, I will definitely go back to Malouf Ford.

Just picked up a new Lease on a 2013 Ford Escape. This is at least the 5th car we've gotten from Malouf - and more importantly this is the 4th car from Dino Gemgnani Jr! We are now proud owners of an Expedition, Explorer, Focus and now, our first lease, an Escapte! Also took my parents to see Dino Jr and they ended up purchasing a Fusion. Not only do we have Ford Brand loyalty, but can't say enough about the kind of service that Dino Jr provides. Never thought we would meet a salesman that we could trust in consistantly giving us a fair deal - and following through on any questions or concerns we have after taking the car home. I would recommend without any reservations that if you need a new car, go see Dino Gemgnani Jr at Malouf. He will spend the time thoroughly going through what the cars have to offer and if you decide to buy, he will spend as much time as you need explaining the bells and whistles.

I needed an oil change and everytime I come in to Malouf Ford-Lincoln Mercury For service I usually deal with Marie or Joe but this time I delt with Sal..He waited until my car was done to tell me I need a bunch of stuff done to it and didn't even ask if I wanted to have it taken care of or if I wanted to come back later like Marie does...I will from now on deal with Marie or Joe only or Maybe I'll go to Liccardi Ford Lincoln next time And not only that he didn't update my owner rewards account I had to call owner rewards and get them to do it Avoid Sal at all cost

The dealership is very clean they put seat covers over the seat when they get in it. The prices is very high and I had my vehicle serviced there and they never gave me my free oil change that I get with the owner advantage rewards program and I also own a Lincoln MKZ and they did a terrible job washing it when I let them service it.

I have been a Ford and Lincoln owner for over 15 years always satisfied with service and purchases of numerous cars. I prefer to spend a little bit more on my repair or maintenance of my vehicles than to take it local mechanic. I feel that experience with a brand of automobile makes you a better mechanic and this helps resolve issues that may come-up when diagnosing a car. Just recently, I was extremely disappointed with Malouf Ford Lincoln Service Department. That is because I brought in excellent condition 1995 Lincoln Town Car Cartier Series, which just had a Rear Air Suspension issue. I had my local Ford Service Department (All American Ford of Old Bridge) install the aftermarket Air Suspension but they did not have the needed computer software to diagnose the problem. After the install of the new Rear Air Suspension system, I thought I 'd bring it to Malouf Ford Lincoln Service they said that diagnostic fee was $150 and it would be applied to the overall bill of the repair. They called the next day said they put in 3 hours of work into researching the issue but that I needed to invest $300 more in diagnostic fees which now would NOT be applied to the repair of the issue.This is wrong, and I feel this is a bad practice when other dealers charge less and local mechanics offer free diagnostics. I own three Fords, and two Lincolns its Malouf lost. Just to let the readers know I towed my car 47 miles to an affiliate of All American Ford of Old Bridge, All American Ford/Lincoln of Paramus and they diagnosed the issue and applied the diagnostic fee to the repair. All American showed me loyalty by giving me a reduced repair price even though I frequent another dealership. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE and I will always make an effort to recommend and give my business to All American Ford of Old Bridge.

I just bought my second car from Malouf. First one was a used 2001 Ford Escape. I had a great experience buying along with great experience when I needed any service on my vehicle! Any questions I had were answered without a problem and with a smile! Unfortunately 150,000 miles later I needed a new vehicle so I chose to come back to Malouf. I bought a 2012 Ford Escape. All the new technology was a bit intimidating to me but, again, all my questions were answered! I've since brought my new Escape back for an oil change and I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I recommend everyone I know to see these people for anything! Great business!

My 2012 Fusion was filled with diesel at a local Hess station and was towed to Malouf Ford's service department on Monday. Sal, the service manager, walked me through everything the technicians were going to do in order to fix my fuel system and get my vehicle running again. By Thursday I received a call that my vehicle was ready to be picked up as all repairs were made. The service department was excellent and I just can't thank them enough. I highly recommend Malouf should you need to service your vehicle, they do an excellent job!

We went to the dealer and found the car that was advertised for the price that it stated in the advertisement. The salesman, Dino Jr., was quite attentive, helpful and upfront with his discussion about the car. There were no pressure sales tactics used. Nothing was forced on us. In fact, this car purchase was not stressful at all; it was rather pleasant. The financial representative was upfront with all the paperwork and was able to get us a considerably low interest rate. The dealership was clean, well kept and comfortable. Over all, I would definitely go back to Malouf Ford Lincoln for another car purchase; especially since I love Fords!

I went to the dealership with the intention of getting a specific car that same day. I was met in the parking lot by a salesman who was cold and unfriendly. I explained to him what I wanted and my specifications. He stopped me from even looking any further and told me I was not thinking logically. He wouldn't even take time to work with me or run numbers. I was there a total of 5 minutes. I left and an hour later got exactly what I wanted at another dealership. I'm glad that guy didn't get my sale. He shouldn't even be working as a salesman. I wish I still had his card. Malouf is a great dealership. They should hire better people.

This was my first time ever purchasing a car on my own and I was very nervous about the process. Dino Gemgnani Jr was the first guy to come out and attend to my mother and me as we wandered around the lot with no idea really of what to expect or where to start. He was incredibly kind, patient, informative and not in the least bit pushy. I was clear up front about my budget and what my interests were and he worked with me and kept communication timely and thorough so that I was able to get my car within a week of first looking around! I absolutely LOVE my Escape, and I appreciate that the entire lease process was so simple and clear for me as this was my first time getting a car by myself. He worked with me and made sure everything was manageable. All of the staff that I interacted with throughout the process, be it for just attending to us as we waited for Dino, or those who walked me through paperwork, were just as attentive and kind. I was completely comfortable from start to finish and that is definitely something to praise this place for as a single woman coming into what is often considered a man's world. I felt at ease and never looked down upon or as if information was being watered down. It was an absolutely pleasant experience from start to finish. My mother--VERY astute and NOT easily trusting--was completely pleased with the process and even went as far as bringing Dino some of our traditional Jamaican food as a thank you for being so helpful! He was phenomenal and I will without a doubt continue my leasing and ultimately financing processes with him. I give Dino Jr. and the entire Malouf group a huge thumbs up with NO hesitation!

Ok so today is 2/4/2012I went to Malouf in North Brunswick this afternoon because my Ford Escapes lease was up in just a few days. The original sales tried to come off like a nice person but when we explained to him what we were willing to pay and what the other pice comparisons we we quoted (279 a month to be specific) he suddenly changed his whole persona. After about 20 minutes going back and forth between the salesman and the guy behind the desk - i guess he was the sales manager he was trying to come off like we were lieing to him and we made up the price. I can see he was getting annoyed. They were not even willing to work with us. So I told the clown thanks for your time but we will take our business elsewhere. I find this quite amusing because they were acting as if they were doing me a favor. Especially the idiot behind the desk in the front.So we then left and went to All American Ford in Old Bridge NJ. Bigger inventory, Most importantly much more courteous staff and they were willing to work with us.They gave us a pretty fair deal and would definitely recommend them to any one looking for a new vehicle or truck to lease or buy.And to Malouf thanks for shooting yourself in the foot! Thanks for letting people know how not to do business because you make your competitors look that much better than you.

After visiting several auto dealers throughout the New Jersey market the Malouf group of sales associates appeared to have the knowlege and final price I was looking for. Although, I did not intend to purchase a Ford product the overall customer service from Malouf directed me to the final pick of the Ford Escape. Orinally Hyundai was my first choice! Brought my explorer in to be repaired b/c car was not starting. Malouf tells me that I need a new battery, & breaks b/c they crumbled in their hands when the looked at them. 1st off I didn't need a new battery I neede an alternator which if they had run diagnostics they would have seen. 2nd I never asked them to check my breaks, they took it upon themselves to tell my I needed new pads, drums, rotors & parking break (which I never used anyway). So I have to pay over $2,000 dollars to bail my car out from the scammers & as I drive home my car dies because my alternator is still not fixed has caused my car to die. PS-they kept my car for 3 days & made me pay for a rental & not only that a month later the renatl car agancy calls me to tell me there is a $5.00 balance for them picking me up & they said Malouf told them to call me because they weren't taking care of it. What Malouf did tell me when they said they would need my car for 3 days was "come on in & we'll get you a car to use" But that meant you were going to pay for it. They will never get my business again, not even for a wiper blade or ford key chain! Stay away!

They company offers a friendly environment and is eager to stick with you until you have made your final decision. Avoid this company. They are only out for the money. I tried to bring my Ford in for a Warranty repair and they refused to do the service as I didn't buy the car there. The reason I didn't buy the car there was it was a special order Boss and their salesman told me they couldn't get one. Gerry was rude and didn't care about my car with 200 miles that already needed a repair (The stitching on the seats was coming apart already). I also talked to a Sales manager named Joe who also gave me a hard time about not buying the car from them and said they only help their own customers. When I asked if buying a Ford for 40K+ didn't make me a Ford customer he replied I was not their customer. Bad Bad Bad. Shame on them and shame on Ford for allowing this attitude to exist. Ford took my complaint so we will see what happens from it. It was so obviously a company policy I am pretty pissed and will never buy anything from Malouf Ford. I am also embarrased to admit it, but I am beginning to think maybe I would have been better of with a BMW. I can guarantee the seats wouldn't start to fall apart in the first week and the customer service would be better.

Walked around floor, walked around lot and then returned to showroom floor. It was about 2 pm and there were not allot of customers in the area or on the lot. No one greeted us , after we tried to open a trunk on a vehicle that wouldn't open my wife decided to find someone. They reluctantly came to help us at which point they needed to charge the show room vehicle battery to pop the truck. THe sales person was not friendly nor helpful we left soon after he showed us a vehicle that had nothing to do with what we told him we wanted. Cant believe that this is how they expect to sell cars. The dealership that got our business thanks for for your poor service.

I took my Lincoln MKT in for an Idle and surging problem as well as a wind noise. They had the car for 2 days then told me couldn't find a problem. Before I got out of the parking lot the car staled with the same problem I brought it in for. I took video with my phone showing the problem right there in there lot. When I showed the service writer the video he took me to the service manager who told me to take it to the dealer I bought it from. He was very rude as was the service writer. The reason it from a different dealer was they were 200 dollars more per month! This dealer is very poor and I would never do any business with them again. It's fords policy that you can service your at any dealer and they know it.

Malouf advertized that they would pay $1000 more for your trade of a toyota or honda.The salesperson was not even aware of this promotion on their own website. I informed them that another dealer has estimated my trade in as 1200 (KBB value is about 1000 for trade in, 1997 toyota camry LE 4 cyl, 4 door, 163K miles).They assigned a value of 1200 for my trade and when I asked them to add what they have on their website and that it would mean they should give me 2200, they said (after a long wait and their discussions among themselves) that the 1200 they are giving includes the $1000 advertized. We asked whether that means you are assigning a fair value of $200 for my trade in they sidestepped that and asked us whether we would buy such a car with 163K miles on it.The prices they came up with were much higher than their advertized prices on their website.Dont waste your time going to this dealership. There are a lot of other ford dealers who I am sure are more honest and straight forward.-Tapas

I was looking for the best Price with great Customer Service. I called many dealers to get the best price and check inventory online less then helpfull. But one Malouf Ford the sales Manager Asad was great he had answers for all my questions. I spoke to Asad on the internet and on the phone he helped me with the car I wanted. At the price i wanted plus gave me alot for my trade. I had the pice before I walked in the door and it stayed the same after I got there. It took less then 1hr and now I have my new car. My wife and I purchased a new Explorer from this dealership. We added a factory installed alarm, we were told that this alarm would have the same warrantee as our car had. Right from the start it gave us trouble. At each service we were lied to, either the "alarm guy" was coming in that day and did not or it was an easy fix then we had to leave it overnight. They would tell us to pick the car up at 3:00 PM and then when we arrived it was not ready. Recently we noticed that the alarm was beeping three times frequently when parked. We called and were told that this is a simple adjustment that would take 10 minutes, an appointment was made for last Thursday. When my wife arrived she was told that the "alarm guy" was running a few minutes late. She waited checking with them every half hour for 2 1/2 hours each time being told the same lie. Finally she called me and asked if I thought she should leave, I called this Thomas who told me he didn't have to fix the problem at all, I told him that I was going to call the owner Mr Malouf Sr which I did with no response. Thomas walk over to my wife and yelled at her until she cried scoulding her for bringing me into this problem again saying that he would never fix her car again. She called me in tears which angered me which I deflected to the service manager Gerry, he told me that Thomas did not work for him and he would call Dino the sales manager and I would have an answer Friday. Needless to say I never received an answer.Bottom line do you want your wife subjected to this unprofessionalism with so many Ford dealers around-pass this guy by!!!!

I went to purchase a new car with my son. After we agreed on a price. The salesman said there I can will receive a $2000.00 rebate and zero coupon rate for the car loan. I thought was a fair deal. The day we went to pick with the car they said I am not entitle to both. I need to chose between the rebate and zero coupon rate for the car loan. Attempted to lease a Ford Edge,and was given a price plus"drive offs"We told them (honestly) we were going to check out another brand. If theirs was the better deal, we would return. Their deal was better.We returned the following day and discovered they mis-stated the amount of tax. We asked them to give us the revised total.We wanted to pay the 900dollar tax as part of the monthly payment. The revised price exceeded the addittional tax by quite a bit. When we asked for an explanation, we discovered they were attempting to double charge the "drive offs"(bank fee, registration etc.)We asked to speak to Howard,the sales manager who gave us the original price, and were told he was not in. We were also told that Howards boss didn't want to discuss the matter with us. We then tried to point out the double charge to Paul,the salesman. We were,at this point NOT abusive in any way. Paul stood up,told us he didn't want to sell us the car and to get out!! At this point we had words(no profanity)The sales manager then refused to discuss the matter with us ,and in the most profane way told us to leave, We did. The salesman then came outside and cursed us out.We were very disappointed with the over all experienc. They were very mean spirited when we caught their attempt change their price. We did not appreciate being "low balled". We found their prices were not honestly given. We DId purchase a vehicle from another Ford dealer(Oasis Ford ) and a wonderful experience with them.

After my wife and I looked at cars at other dealerships we stopped into Malouf to see what they have. We saw a Loncoln LS that we were very interested in but due to the late hour the dealership was closing. I returned the following morning to see the car more closely. After being informed of the price I went home and did a search on the internet, and discovered that the car was eligible for the certified pre-owned extended warranty of 6yrs./75,000 miles per the dealers web site. Upon returning to the dealership later that day with my wife we entered into negotiation on the car's price as well as on my trade-in. We reached an agreeable figure and signed the sales contract. When contacting my finance company they questioned if the car had the extended warraty and if it was indicated on the contract (which it was not). I returned to the dealership and was told that if I wanted the web site's extended warranty it would cost more for the car since the web site had a different price than the price quoted me at the dealership. The dealership refused to budge and the Customer Committment hotline was of no assistance. I have had previous Lincolns and like the cars but probably will never have any future dealings with Malouf again. I'll get the car services at another Lincoln dealership

Service was toally unacceptable in diagnosing a problem I had with my Lincoln Town car despite the fact that a I was charged with a diagnostic fee of $100. The diagnosis showed that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle despite the fact that it stalled frequently especially while stopped at a traffic light. Engine would surge and then stall unless I kept feeding gas with my foot on the accelerator and the other foot on the brake. It was suggested I needed a tuneup despite the fact I had a tune up 20,000 miles earlier with platinum plugs. I would never do business with this dealership again.
