When I picked up my vehicle you could see some wax smears and he took the time and re wiped down my entire truck again. He answered every question and showed me how everything worked in the vehicle. On a Wednesday i called Mangino Chevy and made a appointment for 8am the next morning. When I got there the sales rep Jeff tyrrell was waiting for me. I told him what i was interested in and he asked me to take a test drive and i did. After i got back he greeted me in the parking lot and we went inside to go over some numbers. It was then starting to look like i would not be able to afford the truck that i wanted and i told Jeff that i probably wont buy anything, at that time someone came in to buy a vehicle and wanted Jeff to work with them and he turned them to another sales rep. Jeff then asked me if i wanted to see what he could offer and he said that at least i would know all my options and it was free to look so i agreed. after looking at other trucks on the lot i asked if i could put a bigger down payment down and see what that would do for me and it got close to what i wanted. when all the paperwork was done and it was tome to take the truck home Jeff would not let me leave without going over every feature of the truck. The only thing that i could possibly think to change is they offer some packages for the truck (like an undercoating package that has a long warranty for corrosion) after they run a credit check, i think they should show the offers before the credit check. every thing they do on the computer they showed me and the paperwork seems easier to read compared to any other dealership i have been to.

Dave Groesbeck, the Sales Manager, was a real pleasure to work with and we were very pleased with the whole buying process. Dave went above and beyond by actually getting physically involved in the adjustment of our hitch on a very hot day. Jim Elliott was a great representative of your dealership. I wanted a used truck with specific items, 4wd, long bed, 6cyl in good condition. I live near a Mangino dealership and have purchased there before. This is NOT the fault of the dealer; however, GM's Engineering should have fixed the reason for sensors in front hub assemblies failing as frequently as they do. 3 years and 43,000 miles is unreasonable and expensive! FIX IT!

Work took 3 days. Never offered a loner car. Bill was $2600 which I thought was outrageous. $10 for a spark plug? $81 for a $28 dollar tire monitor, the list goes on. You did fix everything but your prices have me considering an alternative. Just can't afford you. Too bad because I did like your dealership. Have to rethink my next repair.

I have purchased five or six vehicles from Jeff T. (I've lost track) and the reason I come back time and again is his knowledge and expertise. He gets you set up in the correct vehicle that fits your needs and at a good price. My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle to lease, a little bigger and more comfortable than the present one. My wife and I visited Mangino Chevrolet with thoughts of leasing a new Malibu. I have never had to deal with a prblem with a new truck, i told them my complaint and tey test drove my new colorodo to verify. they took my truck in and did a wheel alignment and rotated tires. they asked me to test drive my truck to make sure i was happy GREAT JOB i havn"t been in a chevy in 15 years... While the wait was a bit longer than expected for a regular routine tire rotation/oil change, I know that the work being done is thorough and backed by the dealership. I was a little disappointed no one bother to check the tire pressure on any of the tires, but that was easy enough to remedy on my own.

I was completely satisfied. I went to Mangino's in Amsterdam last Monday morning. I didn't have an appointment and I was willing to leave my car there until someone could look at it. The service people were very understanding. They were able to look at it and I was told what was wrong with it(module). They had to order the part and it would be in on Wednesday. In the meantime they gave me a loaner(greatly appreciated). I told them that I would pick car up on Thursday. They agreed. I have always taken my car to Mangino's . The service is always excellent. My first experience at Mangino's was an excellent one. Tony Isabella was very impressive the first night I met him and he was one of the main reasons for returning to obtain a Chevy vehicle. The next visit was also excellent with Tony, Dan & financial person. They were all knowledgeable, had a non- pressuring approach, but definitely knew about their vehicles and programs. The environment is friendly and welcoming - felt welcomed by everyone encountered. I also believe the service department is as valuable as the sales - one cannot do without the other. I recently had my 2010 Silverado looked at for paint defects and rust. Paint defect on the rear wheel wells was approved and cover by GM warrantee. However surface, and possibly interior rust on inner tailgate were not.It is unfortunate that the vehicles begin to rust before you can even pay them off.

Well I had a bad experience with James Chevrolet in the past and was very causious dealing with another cheverolet dealership. So I called Mangino in Amsterdam NY and they said that they could see me that day. I went down there and was greeted right away. Every few minutes the employees were asking are you being helped or can we help you? In matter of minutes a sales associate, Victor Pagan, was helping me with my car needs and trying to get me the best deal. Everyone was very polite and respectful and I was very impressed. I felt very comfortable and knew they were going to get me the best deal possible. The sales associate, Victor, would go out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and made sure I received the car I wanted. They didn't have the exact car in the lot, but they had a similar car that I wanted and let me test drive it that day. I was very interested, but what really impressed me is how the manager is involved with meeting the customers. The manager shook my hand and said he would help in anyway he could. They kept their word by finding the vechicle i wanted and After it was all said and done, I purchased a 2015 Chevy Equinox 1Lt AWD and was very satisfied. Victor even came in on his only day off to make sure everything went smoothly and i was VERY SATISFIED! I will definitely recommend my friends to purchase a car at Mangino Cheverolet in Amsterdam NY. It's a very friendly place and I'm glad I could share my car buying experience with them.

I purchased tires from you . I was told the price was 158.45 per tire. when I came in to have them mounted on my truck I paid 180.14 per tire. I was not happy. and I want to know why . I also had my truck inspected . also when I purchased the truck they told me the door hinges would need to be replaced. I never heard anything more about them.

As is the normal with this dealer, I was able to get an appointment which fit my needs. I have never waited long for service, this visit was the same. I was in and out within half an hour. They always have plenty of reps to check you in quickly and the service men are always waiting for your car to get there, rather than the customer waiting because they were double booked for time slots. Keep up the excellent work there at Mangino!

all my concerns ( my rear door locks and windows were not working) the boot sleeve on front drivers door had come disconnected.. Both were addressed. I looked online and showed up to your dealership on a Sunday morning, hoping to avoid crowds or being pestered. I found the one I wanted to see and after a couple minutes was approached by Jeff on the sales team. He had a great attitude and spent time to listen to what my wife and I had to say. He got me a brochure so we could see what different trim levels came with what options. Even though what we wanted was not on your lot he was confident he could find it for us. His no pressure and calm composure kept me talking. Up to this point I had already walked off other dealerships just based on the attitude of the sales member that I was dealing with. The summary of the process is, Sunday he found a vehicle, Monday he worked on getting it delivered, Wednesday night I drove home with it. What can I say, it far exceeded my expectations and the whole experience was pleasant. The one hiccup was the vehicle was missing the remote and headsets for the rear DVD entertainment. Within 24 hours he had a set, my wife stopped by he went through the vehicle with her and the system and she left very happy. Overall the job Jeff did was outstanding. Great work on the whole team and we will be coming back for all our services as well as any future vehicle purchases. I am more than satisfied with job that Jeff and the other team members did to deliver our perfect vehicle to us in such a short time frame. Great job.

Your service department was excellent. I am not happy with the GM - as they have not done a recall on the faulty brake line materials. My brake failed and I lost complete braking with a car load of college students - we are lucky no one was injured or killed!!!! I have 3 GM vehicles. I am researching other brands for when it comes time to replace all of them.

We came in looking for a used truck, but left with a new one. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of all the people there, even the custodian (the place gets an A plus for cleanliness). It was a good experience, no high pressure. Experienced, professional people doing a great job.

Talked to at least 12 dealerships for weeks over the phone and in person looking for a truck. Went to Manginos and we were treated very well. Friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. Not pushy. Dan and John talked to us and listened to what we needed in a truck and found us one. This is a very clean establishment run by professionals.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The main reason I return to the dealership for all maintenance on my vehicles is because of the professional treatment I receive from everyone that works there. I purchased a LTZ1 Turbo on July 2nd, and I love it. My salesman was very helpful in helping me to decide just what I wanted and needed. He took the time to go thoroughly over all the features. When I picked up the car everything was in excellent condition and he thoroughly went through every item on the car and explained its use before I drove off. I have used the service area at this garage before and the service was excellent. I plan to continue to use Mangino's service area when needed . I bought a new Malibu LTZ from Tom LaViolette a year and a half ago and since I have sent other friends and family members to Mangino because of the people who work there. I have always been treated exceptionally well by both the sales and service departments and I don't mind making the drive to Amsterdam to get this level of professionalism. I'm bringing my son in this week to purchase a new Cruze because I know he'll have the same treatment I get there. Highly recommend.

Purchased a used 2010 Chevy Work Truck in 2012. They put it up on a lift so I could view the underside. Easy to deal with NO BS when we came to dealing with the price.. I knew what I wanted to pay and they actually came down on the sticker price. Dealership took care of everything and my car was ready to pick up in two days. Very happy with my truck and the experience.

When I bought my 2010 Camaro in May 2009, it was the best car sale experience of all the cars I have purchased over the years, so I decided to go back to Joe K at Manginos. He did a great job right down to the small details. My car was ready and looked great when I picked it up. I will recommend Manginos to my friends and I'm sure I will return when I am ready to trade. Great to have such a fine dealer close to home.

I was looking to purchase a used vehicle for my gilfriend. We stopped in after seeing an ad on the internet. The salesman we dealt with was very nice. They sent us out for a test drive and we liked the car. We didn't think they would meet our terms but they bent over backwards to please us. We left extremely happy. My husband and I have had some extremely unpleasant experiences with car dealerships in recent weeks; however, this was not the case at Mangino Chevrolet! Their sales staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and even though everyone was assisting a customer when I walked in, the general manager (Dan) was more than happy to help me. (Try getting that at other dealerships!) Even though I ultimately decided that I was interested in another vehicle, Dan went out of his way to help me locate the vehicle at another dealership! The BEST experience I've had at a car dealership!
