In the last three years, we have either purchased or leased four vehicles from Mankato Motors. Gary Mankowski has been my salesman for each transaction, and he's the best. Very knowledgeable, friendly, doesn't rush you. The whole staff is great. The buying experience is relatively painless, as far as car-buying goes anyway. I will do more business there in the future, you should too.

We drove from Rochester on 6/17/16 to look at a suburban in Mankato. We were ready to buy, but were treated poorly, the salesman made no effort to chat and after we were sitting for over 30 minutes, they offered us a terrible trade offer and made no effort to follow up. It was a terrible experience. We bought a car yesterday in Rochester.

I recently bought a 2004 Chevy Silverado and was very impressed by the sales staff. Cary Rentchler was very helpful in the purchase of my truck. When I found out that my truck didn't have a muffler, Mankato Motors fixed it at no cost to me.The only negative feedback was that my truck had snow tires on it, and I was unaware of it at the time of purchase, The dealer showed no interest in fixing that, but I would still recommend Mankato Motors to anybody!

This was the smoothest leasing experience I have ever had! Joe Bidwell was very professional, straight-forward, and efficient. Since I knew exactly what I wanted, almost everything was figured out over email before I stepped onto the lot. The car was perfect and the numbers "quoted" never changed. Everyone was so nice and really seemed interested in me and what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Mankato Motors and Joe Bidwell.

We had a very positive experience buying our car at Mankato Motors. Richard Garvey was our sales consultant with whom we test drove the vehicle. He was very straightforward and honest with us about what he knew about the vehicle (or didn't know) and the dealership. He answered our questions and was not pushing information that we didn't ask for (I've been on drives with people who feel it their obligation to tell you all that THEY know about a car). I felt like he listened to us and what we were looking for. As a whole, the whole atmosphere from the time that we first met Richard until the time that we walked out after purchasing our care was very relaxed. I think the fact that the salespeople are not competing for commissions keeps thing this way. This was probably the most relaxing car buying experience I've ever had.

I will always do busniess with Travis. He has gone up and beyond what nomaral car dealers go. The first car he found for us was what I wanted, But the car got smashed up with in a year. Travis again went out of his way to find another car for us. All I had to do is tell what kinds of car I was looking for and he came up with 2 different styles and 2 different cars. So I was able to pick out of 4 cars. I loved my first car, but the one I have now is better. Its better on gas and its bigger. Just what I asked for. When I decided to purchase a new vehicle I was a bit overwhelmed. My last new vehicle was purchased in May 2004, and technology has changed so much. With the help of my son who lives out of town, he referred me to Mankato Motors with Ted Evans and sales person Travis Morris. They made me feel very comfortable and were very well informed on the vehicles I was looking at. They spent time answering question I had. Test driving and the paper work went very rapidly. I must add I was given a very fair trade-in on my old vehicle. Both are very customer friendly and professional in their line of work. I am so glad that my choice was Mankato Motors and would highly recommend them.

Being a single mom I was more than a little worried about car shopping alone so I started out by contacting Mankato Motors online on a Saturday. Andrew Mathews sent me an email within minutes of me reaching out to them. He sent me pictures of the vehicles I wanted to see and answered all the questions I had thoughout the entire day. Without even meeting him yet, he made me comfortable enough to want to actually come in and test drive some vehicles. I originally was looking for something used and Andrew spent a big chunk of his day riding along while I test drove multiple cars. He's extremely knowledgable and very easy to talk to but as comfortable as he had made me I still wasn't finding what I was looking for. So I went home and redesigned my game plan and decided I wanted something new. Monday morning I reached out to Andrew again and started the whole process over. He sent me pictures of the vehicles I had asked about and answered all my questions. He was never pushy or made me feel like the questions I was asking were silly even though I knew they probably were! After work I went back to Mankato Motors and I ended up driving home my brand new 2016 Chevy Cruze!!!!! *insert excited emoji here!! Mankato Motors has taken the "traditional" car buying experience and has made it what it should be! Comfortable and enjoyable! I have owned my car for just over a week now and haven't sitopped bragging about the service that I received there. From the amazing offer they gave me on my used car to Andrew having to deal with my silly questions, I am now one of those people who proudly say "you should go see my car guy! My wife and I just purchased a Nissan Altima from Mankato Motors and were very happy with Travis and the rest of the team we dealt with. There were no hassles and Travis was exceptional in his professionalism. He never once pushed a different vehicle on us other than the 2 we were looking at. My car purchase experience seven years ago, from another dealer, was absolutely horrible! My wife and I were tricked, taken advantage of, and promised things that were never delivered upon. The car salesman we worked with and the dealer he worked for only cared about them, making a quick profit, and not gaining customer loyalty. So when I went into Mankato Motors on Monday to buy a car I didnt know what to expect. From the moment I walked into the dealer I knew this experience would be different. I was pleasantly greeted and asked for Travis, who I had been e-mailing about a car I noticed on line and was interested in, A few moments later Travis greeted me. He had the car ready for me to test drive and told me about some key features since I was unfamiliar with Volkswagens. I enjoyed driving the car and was interested in purchasing it if I could get the right trade-in value for my current car. Once again I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get exactly what my current car Blue Booked at. I also went through Mankato Motors for financing which was quick, easy, and painless. As Travis and I were finishing up details on the Volkswagen Ralph the Volkswagen manager introduced himself and told me if I needed anything at any point for the car to contact him directly and he would help me take care of it. It was a nice touch and made me feel appreciated! Throughout the experience I enjoyed the small talk with Travis. At no point was Travis pushy, his only concern was me making the right purchase for me. From start to finish this were a great experience and when my wife is ready for a new car we will be calling Mankato Motors and asking for Travis.

I had been working with Travis for over 6 months watching the Nissan Quest and hoping for a large Factory discount, The Quest had been on the lot so I drove buy almost every day keeping an eye on it, When I was ready fro a test drive I was allowed to have for 4 hours so I could see that it fit in my garage and also so my wife was able to ride in it. Since purchasing my grandchildren have commented that they have more room in my van than they do in their parents, that is the reason I bought the Quest. This is my second Nissan I have purchased from Travis in less than 4 years. and highly recommend him as a salesperson.

Our Experience at Mankato Motors was EXCELLENT!!! Summer of 2015 my husband unfortunately hit a HUGE Raccoon with my 18 year old car with low mileage, I wasn't having to make any payments on, which was nice. I jokingly said to my husband just a week prior to the Raccoon hit , "Hey can you buy me a new car for my 40th Birthday?" I was kidding - Okay Wishfully Thinking - But more kidding cause I knew it would suck having to start making payments on a car after all these years....WELL BE CAREFUL OF WHAT YOU WISH FOR.... I GOT ME A NEW CAR! YAHOO! AND IT FITS MY BUDGET! I contacted Mankato Motors, and Travis Morris a car dealer from there contacted me and I told him what we were looking for, what type of miles, payment plan etc. We went into test out 5 cars one day that I looked at online and he was so kind and professional to have everything lined up that we wanted to look at and test drive. We tried a 6th one and we LOVED IT! We again spoke about how much we could afford monthly, how much up front we could pay and before you know it we were signing papers for our new ride. We were no kidding at the dealership for like 5 hours lol, and Travis offered and brought us something to drink, and even started the cars ahead of time, due to it being winter as we tested one after the other, he was very patient, thorough, quick to respond when contacting him. Buying a used at Mankato Motors was a very positive experience for me. I'm sure selling used cars doesn't hold a lot of profit for them. Even so, Mankato Motors stood behind their word of not leaving me high and dry if there was any problems soon after the purchase. Travis was great to work with, and his manager, Jason, is also very motivated to make the customer happy. I'd be remiss to not mention their service department as well...they worked my car in with short notice, and my repair was done quickly.

We went to Mankato Motors after a family member referred us there after being very dissatisfied with our experience at a different Chevy dealership. We didn't have an appointment on what looked like a very busy Saturday, however we were greeted immediatley and set up with our salesman, Jesse Serverson, within minutes! You can tell that Mankato Motors works hard at keeping their customers happy, especially when we worked with Mike Bidwell. He we so helpful in knowing how to answer all of our (many) questions. We hadn't even thought of purchasing a VW, but after telling Mike what we were looking for, he suggested we tried out the Tiguan, and it was exactly what we had been looking for. Travishing Morris was great . We had emailed each other trying to get the perfect lease payment I could live with . I went in on memorial day and test drove 3 cars . I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I walked in not knowing what I wanted, I met Travis Morris and left still not know ing what I wanted. I believe I visited this store 6 (or more) times, I was never pressured or talked in to something. I visited 8 different dealers in mankato an still came back every time to Travis. Being a mother of 5 money is tight. Travis understood that and showed me vehicles I could afford, never once did I feel like I couldn't get all the features I wanted because he made my vehicle purchase fun. I had the pleasure of working with Travis Morris in buying a new vehicle recently. My car had been smashed up and I needed a replacement vehicle fast. We live in Colorado, but when we saw their listing for a 2014 Volt, we flew to Minnesota to buy it. Local dealers were nowhere near their price. We are very happy with the deal and the car. We live over 300 miles from Mankato. While doing an online search fro vehicles, we found one at Mankato Motors with our exact specifications. From our initial contact with Gary Mankowski, to the time that we drove away in our "new to us vehicle," we have been very happy! When we initially called Mankato Motors to inquire on the vehicle, Gary was very friendly, never pushy. Since we did live so far away, they were willing to hold the vehicle for us and to let us know if someone else was looking at the vehicle. This spoke VOLUMES!! The purchasing process was very smooth, even with a trade in. We were able to do a little over the phone to jumpstart with process, which was also nice. My only one complaint is that we were well on our was out of Mankato and we realized that we only had a 1/4 of a tank of gas in the vehicle. When looking for another vehicle, we will not hesitate to use Mankato Motors again!

My family stopped in to look at the Mankato Motors lot on a spur of the moment decision and ended up seeing a couple of vehicles that might work for us. We were able to sit down and visit with Joe Bidwell right away and get a feel for what each vehicle we liked would offer us. He allowed us to take test rides to see how they might work in our life. We did not want to get into a rush decision and Joe was very good about answering any questions and giving us the space to think that we needed. We ended up coming in 3 different times, communicating by phone numerous times, and looking at 5 different vehicles before settling our minds on one. Joe and his colleagues were able to explain scenarios from leasing and buying used, to buying new to see which we were most comfortable with and would work best in our lives. They were all very helpful, knowledgeable, and best of all very patient to make sure we were making the right investment.

I was looking to trade in my car to get a new pickup. I don't know much about trucks (or cars for that matter), and Joe B. was able to answer all the questions I had for him with a lot of patience (most dealers I've come across aren't as patient if you aren't 100% sure what you are looking for). They were very cooperative in trying to find the payment plan that best fit me. After the purchase was complete, he walked me through everything I needed to know about the truck - instruments, mechanical aspects, etc. With the few other cars I've purchased elsewhere, I was never shown all the workings of the vehicle. I would totally recommend them to anyone I know who was searching for a different vehicle.

I found the vehicle online on a Sunday and emailed them a phone number to call me. On Monday, they emailed me rather than calling, and the message went into my junk mailbox. By the time I found the message it was late afternoon. I called them and decided to go test drive it, and stated I was driving 3 hours one way and needed to know the vehicle would be available when I arrived; I was assured it would be. Five minutes outside of town, after nearly 3 hours of driving, I received a phone call saying a customer had taken it out for a test drive while the salesperson was at dinner and they still had it out. The customer was negotiating when I arrived. I waited, and they finally offered and brought out a similar vehicle for me to consider. The other customers declined to purchase the vehicle, which I then test drove and decided to purchase. The purchase process was quick, but they refused to negotiate on the price. They also refused to even put gas in the tank, which was just above empty -- nothing for my time and the frustration they caused. Driving the vehicle home late at night I noticed the speedometer was erratic and then it quit. Hmmmm. I question what they knew and did not disclose. Found a used vehicle for sale from Mankato Motors listed on Cars.com website. I responded to the link they provided on cars.com. I received an automated response indicating that someone would call me back, which they did. They left me a message one day saying to give them a call back for more information/details. The following day I called back and was told that the vehicle I inquired about was already sold and then asked if there was another vehicle I was interested in. Duh..wow...I was interested in that vehicle posted on both cars.com and on mankato motors own website... then asked if I want another? No thanks...it would probably be gone by the time I drove over there. Vehicles must be flying off the lot at Mankato Motors.... better go get one before there all gone!

New truck purchased 2010. Called GM to double check tow weights ability and found out we paid for a truck without the STANDARD equipment that the Monroney window sticker said we had. Immediately contacted dealership and GM Corp. Told us nothing we could do. Stickers can be wrong. This was the reason we bought it for a Z85 handling and trailering package and it has none of that. No tranny cooler either. Treatment has been horrible by GM Corp and blaming us for the issue. If we cannot shop and buy a vehicle based on the Federal law governing the Monroney window sticker act how do we really know. Polite with them and they told us go buy another truck. We cannot afford too. Buyer beware; GM knows it is wrong and closed our case.

I have always enjoyed this lot because of their vast selection of vehicles and if they don't have the model that you are looking for they will get it for you. I worked with Cary this time and was very pleased. I felt no pressure to buy a more expensive car or even buy quickly. He took the time to make sure I got the perfect car for me. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond the control of the dealer I was unable to purchase a vehicle from them this time around. They will however be my first stop next time I am looking for a car.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Mankato Motors through salesman Jason Steele. I initially purchased a used vehicle three years ago which I have been very happy with. Recently, wanting to upgrade, I contacted Mr. Steele mentioning the fact that I was looking around for a newer vehicle. He went above and beyond finding me the best deal for my budget and even making it possible to purchase my first new vehicle a 2013 Nissan Rogue. We went there originally to look at a 2009 VW Jetta but we walked out with a new 2012 model. Jason Steele, the salesman, was not pushy, answered our questions and addressed our needs. Due to a great finance rate offered by VW, trustworthy finance people and great credit scores, we were able to buy a new one for less money than a used model. We were actually at another MN VW dealership and their finance rate, with the same credit scores was higher. We went back to that MN VW for the 20K service and we were told that new tires were necessary. The dealership only quoted us a price for new tires, didn't offer to assist with warranty questions or anything else. We questioned why at 20K were new tires warranted. Needless to say, I am not going back to that dealership again. I only went there because they are located in the same city as I work. We received one of several follow up emails from our salesman, Jason Steele, congratulating us on the one year anniversary with the Jetta. I wrote back and told him about our tire situation. He set us up with an immediate appointment with their service department. He spoke with the service manager and the dealership owner. They split the cost with us on 4 tires, balance and an alignment. There was no VW warranty but the dealership stepped up and took care so us. Due to Jason's outstanding follow up and the dealership's follow through, we will continue to drive to Mankato for service and will purchase any further VW models from this dealership only. Thank you Mankato Motors! There is a reason you are Minnesota's number one VW dealership.

I dont know why I go back....The service staff never looks over vehicle they just mark almost everything okay. I knew there were bulbs out and a wiper was bad but I never said anything because I wanted to see if they would catch it. They didn't and I actually called out the guy who was going over the report. He had nothing to say about it... typical.... it proved my point they hire anyone...I went to the dealer because I felt like it was best for my vehicle but they don't even pay attention when under the hood. I also don't like how the manager lied to my face and made up his own rules and stipulations to coupons and offers from Nissan specifically for mankato motors..... telling people they have to come back tomorrow because I can't use two coupons for two completely different services is not a good way to keep "valued" customers.....

Starting out we purchased our VW from the dealership and had a good experience. It all started to go down hill as we had our service work done. On the most recent trip to the dealership for our 30K service we dropped the vehicle off as it was suppose to take about 2 hours. Upon picking it up we drove away and went about 15 miles down the road and the break pedal didn't feel right so we returned to the service department. Upon returning to the service department and speaking with a "service advisor" we were told that they DIDN'T actually bleed the brake system and they just emptied out the break reservoir and put new fluid in the reservoir. Now to those of you who don't know; THIS ISN'T A BREAK FLUSH!!!!! We were lied to when we first picked up the vehicle and when returned and found out after pressing the issue that the brake service machine has actually been BROKEN for over 4 MONTHS! Thats right; I said 4 MONTHS! After leaving the vehicle there again for the Service Manager to test drive it, we were told they would do the break job after the machine was fixed. We took the car home and proceeded to not drive it as we didn't feel safe as the breaks still felt weird. It took over 2 weeks for us to get another appointment for the breaks to be fixed and the issue to be rectified. Along with the break issue, we saw on the invoice that the fuel filter wasn't changed. After talking with the Service Manager and bringing in a printout from VW's website stating that it is to be completed at 30K he had to "confirm" with VWUSA as to the discrepancy as to what they had for information and what was on the website. This also took over a week. Proper customer service would have been to do the break job and 30K service correct the first time or to explain they have a broken break machine and can't perform that service and schedule it for when the machine is fixed. The proper thing to do with the fuel filter would have been to honor what we found and do the fuel filter and discuss it with VWUSA after the fact. The Service Department doesn't believe in: customer service, honest repairs or making the customer happy. I DON'T Recommend the Service Department ever. But it's hard when you buy a VW from the ONLY dealership in the Mankato area. There is no where else to have it serviced that falls under the first 3 year 36,000 Mile Carefree Maintenance Program within 60 miles. We recommend that anyone that decides to purchase a Volkswagen to drive elsewhere to purchase and have serviced. Don't RISK going here for SERVICE!

Travis Morris is the man to see. He let me test drive 4 models (and offered even more) and when none were quite right...he asked questions & suggested one I had not thought of. He got one for me to drive and it was perfect. Then went out of his way to find color combo for me. Even offered to deliver it to me - an hour & half away from the dealership. Everyone we encountered were warm and friendly & Travis was very patient with what I wanted needed & fretted about. Did our financing thru Nissan & better rates than our long term bank. Would not hesitate for one moment to purchase there again. But would go looking for Travis, he was not a pushy type salesman at all - seemed more concerned with my wants & needs than I have ever experienced at a dealership - and I have bought new & used cars many times in my years. And I have never felt compelled to write a review until this experience.

Thank you to Travis and Dustin for their great service during my recent car purchase. They made the transaction quick and smooth. They were knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure that the car I purchased matched my requests. I needed windshield washer fluid the other day and I called the service department, instead of just telling me wear to find the fluid basin, they asked me to bring my car in. I drove in the service garage, they popped the hood, filled up the fluid and sent me on my way...no charge...in and out in 5 minutes! Awesome service from the first time I walked in the door! Great experience, will definitely return!

We bought a brand new Nissan versa from them without ever having to set foot in the dealership. We have a toddler so we didn't want to spend the whole day there. We filled out a credit app right on their website, emailed everything they needed and they delivered the car to our front door. Plus there prices beat out all the Nissan dealerships in the Twin Cities area!

We had a fabulous experience! We were looking at cars and Cary Rentschler was very helpful to help us find a car that met all the qualifications I was looking for in a new car. My main goals were price and excellent mpg. I felt no pressure to buy. Every person we met along our journey were very friendly and made us feel like we were top on their list. I forgot our loan officer and trade in evaluators names but they both were equally friendly and helpful. I loved the no pressure and casual feeling. It also made a huge difference to know that the sales associates are not paid on commission. I have and will diffintely continue to refer family and friends to this dealership. Terry has been a long-time friend, and I recently switched jobs where I no longer had a car provided for me, so I was in the auto market for the first time in over a decade. My wife and I stopped in to see Terry, told him what we wanted, within in 5 minutes, he had us looking at Nissan Rogue's, which was exactly what we wanted, went home and slept on it, called Terry the next day to finalize the paperwork, and had our new car the following day after that, 48 hour process, and would have been shorter if not for a schedule conflict on my part. Mike Bidwell provided the best car buying experience we have had in a loooooooong time. We conducted most of the sale online as we live 77 miles away from the dealership. When we got there Mike had the truck ready for the test drive. He didn't "pitch" us on the vehicle, just let us ask questions and answered them. The best part of our experience was the fact that we didn't have to wait for anyone throughout the whole process, they waited for us! Mike helped ONLY US while we were there, not multiple people like every other dealership I've been to in the last 20 years. He also made sure that we didn't have to wait for the loan manager or trade-in appraiser. We spent 2-3 hours buying our used hybrid as compared to an entire day. Thanks Mike!

Think twice before bringing your vehicle here for service. I brought my vehicle in to get the rear brakes fixed. After paying nearly $500 I got the car back. My wife drove it for the next two months and then commented that the brakes were making noise. When I checked out the vehicle I realized that they had not properly lubricated the brakes, they had not bled the brake lines so the pedal could be pushed almost to the floor before engaging, and the calipers were so dirty that the pads were only engaging on a very small spot. The car was downright dangerous to drive. They told me I was lucky they were going to make it right because most places would have charged me. They also told me that I was lucky that I nothing serious happened. No apologies were offered and the manager was demeaning and kept trying to put the blame on me. He said that he stood behind the work of his shop. They put my wife's life in danger because they didn't do a complete job. They told me it was my fault that I didn't get the car in sooner when I noticed a problem. (My wife is car illiterate in the first place and she only drove it about once a week; I didn't know about the problem until 2 months after we got the car back). They were in the wrong for returning my car to me in a dangerous condition. Beyond this, they used crappy after market rotors which don't look anything like the front, are completely rusted and look nothing like the factory versions. When I picked up my car it was sitting unlocked in their lot and had been that way for a few days while I was out of town. I'm very disappointed and recommend seeking help elsewhere.

I had a great experience when purchasing our new car, everything was explained in detail. It took only an hour to talk, do a test drive, get a price for our used vechile and start the paper work on a Thursday that we then finished on a Saturday, we had our grandaughter with and she was accepted and treated like royality while we finished the paper work so we could take possesion of the vechile When Travis was showing my wife all the perks in the car our grandaughter was allow to ask questions also so friendly. We have had our vechile a month and I see Travis once a week for my free car wash so it still looks great. When in the market again will be looking Travis up again.

I started at Schukei Chevrolet/Volkswagen in Mason City, IA because it was close to my home but when I told them exactly what I wanted they insulted me so I walked out and will never return. So, I went looking for a new Volkswagen dealer and since I am originally from the Mankato area I checked out Mankato Motors and found Joe Bidwell. Joe went out of his way to get me the exact vehicle I wanted and I never had to compromise on anything. I am so happy with my 2012 Jetta Sportwagen TDI and each time I drive it I love it even more.

We recently purchased a used Grand Am for our son. Terry Murphy was very helpful with the whole process of picking and purchasing his "first car". The car had been cleaned and was spotless when we picked it up and we are over all totaly pleased with the experience at Mankato Motors and the great job that Terry did for us!

I purchased a 2011 Chevy Colorado in Aug. from the Mankato Motors dealership in Mankato MN. I have looked around at many other dealerships and found that Mankato Motors was by far the best to deal with. They were very helpful in every way possible on their part. The salesman I dealt with was Travis Morris, he was excellant! The one thing I do not like and that is a "pushy" salesman. That Travis was not. I told him what I was looking for in a truck and he worked very hard to find the one I wanted. Travis was so easy to talk with and he knew his job well, he was friendly and alway's had a smile. It was easy to give the rating's I did. I will highly recommend Mankato Motors to anyone and tell them to ask for Travis Morris. I'm sure the other salesmen are great too. I LOVE my Chevy Colorado !

I just picked up a 2012 Avalanche LTZ from Mankato Motors. Travis was our salesman. He was very professional and helpful thoughout the whole transaction. I initially inquired online about the vehicle and he responded quickly with availability. I scheduled a test drive time and the vehicle was ready and the rest was history. While we were waiting for the PS2000 to be filled out the owner came by and thanked us for the business which was a nice touch. I have always done service work with the dealership over the past 20 years and have always been treated very well. They earned my business and I expect I will make another purchase in the future. Thanks again for the hassle free purchase.

After dealing with dealerships that weren't helpful, I contacted Mankato Motor Co. online and had a great response. After test driving the vehicle, Travis was great help in helping us with trade in and purchase. I live 60 miles from Mankato, and will continue to do business with this dealership.

I would definitely recommend the salesman I worked with, Travis. I felt like he was the only salesman I talked to while trying to buy a car that actually cared about the price limit I set. The other salesmen, some at other dealerships, were trying to sell me a vehicle I couldn't afford. Travis seemed to really care that I was happy with the vehicle I drove off the lot also. There were some things wrong with the vehicle I decided to buy and Travis was more than happy to get them fixed before I bought it.

I had been looking around at different dealerships for a Chevy Colorado. Being a female I was not very satisfied with the service that I was receiving at certain dealerships. When I went to Mankato Motors I worked with Travis Morris. He listened to what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable. Needless to say, that is were I bought my truck. We purchased our Nissan Xterra from here. Our sales person was Travis. He is very hard working and a very pleasant person to talk with. We will forever purchase our vehicles from here and have Travis as our sales man again. Everyone that works there are just very nice! It was nice too because they have a nice lounge with free popcorn and pop! and we get free car washes for as long as we own the vehicle! I have already recommended friends and family

Recently I went into Mankato Motors after just purchasing a vehicle from them around 4 months earlier. My position within my place of emp company had changed and thus my needs in a vehicle had changed. Mike Bidwell especially, but the whole team at Mankato Motors were excellent at giving me my options, working out the numbers to make them fit my budget and especially NOT making me feel strong-armed into anything. Again, a big THANK YOU to Mike Bidwell, the Nissan Team and Everyone at Mankato Motors! By the way, I don't know if I will ever drive anything other than the new Maxima. Amazing Car!

I went to Mankato Motors knowing I wanted a quality used car immediately. Mike Bidwell listened to my needs/wants and showed me some great options in my price range. I recently (may) bought a used 2005 Ford Explorer from Mankato Motors. My experience working with them was great! Its actually the second vehicle I purchases through them. Mike Bidwell was very helpful in helping me pick a car and he has worked with us before so it was very helpful having him the to assist me in choosing a reliable vehicle. Bought a used 02 GMC Sierra with 91k. 10 year old truck and still got a very decent rate. Finance was very good. Saleman Joe Bidwell was very easy to deal with. Little low on my trade but the price on my new truck was lower than other dealers with the same or similar stock. Free car washes as long as I own it too.

I can't tell you how awesome our experience with Mike Bidwell has been. He really cares about his customers and gives them all he's got.
