I leased a 2016 Civic from MMG and there was recently a recall related to the electric parking brake. I brought it to MMG and they made the fix in about 45 minutes. They also tested the battery, topped off the fluids, and washed the car. Nice customer lounge and fast service.

Last week I leased my third vehicle from MMG. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Not only do they have dozens of vehicles on their lot to choose from, the sales staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. My salesperson was Mike Carroll and he was willing to negotiate with me to give me an excellent deal. He also was very helpful in showing me the various features on the car and answered all my questions about them. I'm very happy with my new Civic. Once again, I would recommend MMG and Mike Carroll to anyone.

I am a college student attending Ashland University. I needed an old change done, but I live 2.5 hours away. I did not want to drive home for the sole purpose of an oil change and tire rotation, so I asked my regular dealership where I should go. They said to go to Mansfield Motor Group. I called and got an appointment set up right away. Upon arrival they already had looked into all the information regarding my car, took the keys and led me to a waiting room. It was a very efficient and pleasurable experience. Would certainly go through them again.

Well let me start with I asked to see a car. I had to come back the next day cause I showed up late. But they had the car up front for me when I got there the next day. I was very pleased I didn't have to wait. Did the test drive and it ran great. So I told him I wanted it. I was there most of the day. But I didn't care cause I got the car I wanted and asked for. He was very helpful. I like that he was not pushy about what I wanted. He let me talk to my husband about it alone. He asked me if I would like to look at a different one as well to keep my options open and I said no thank u. I would have to say that everyone there was great and very helpful for us. I would go back there for more cars.

Thankfully this 'accident' was my first encounter with a vehicle vs. deer situation. The ease with which everything transpired at MMG was awesome. My vehicle was towed straight to MMG and within a day parts had been ordered and things were moving right along. They finished 3 days earlier than estimated and when it was time to pick up my vehicle, it had been washed and the inside cleaned and swept out. I would not hesitate to have work done there again. Just one of the reasons I keep going back.

I was impressed with the custom service representative I had, especially the first time I went (I went twice). She was very patient and spent a lot of time working with me. She was respectful of my budget and took into account all of my preferences. When I went back the second time, when I bought my car, the dealership was very busy and I ended up splitting my time with another person who was purchasing a car. This was frustrating because I was trying to coordinate getting my new car covered by insurance and I had to search for a person to help me with simple things, such as a fax number. With that being said, they were very apologetic and worked with me well past their closing time. When I arrived home I discovered that one of my keys did not work. They offered to fix it when I came to the area (I live over an hour away) but it worked once I replaced the battery. I was thankful they were willing to fix it, but frustrated that it happened to begin with. They have contacted me since to make sure everything is going great and that goes a long way with me. In regards to the facility, the place was nice but the bathroom has a strong smell of mildew.

We had a very difficult time choosing between your Altima and another brand car at another dealership. Matt Moat was very helpful in every conceivable way. He talked us through the lease and made recommendations. When we still could not make up our mind he called us a couple of times to offer some thoughts and insights. Let me preface this by saying that I rate leasing a car right up there with having a root canalsomething that has to be done, but the journey through the process involves too much high anxiety and sometimes pain.I must say my experience leasing a 2016 Rogue SL (fantastic machine) with Mansfield Motor Group was a very positive and stress-free experience. Early on, I was kind of apprehensive at the idea of changing brands from a Honda to a Nissan. The fact was I was a loyal Honda owner for nearly 13 years, however due to the continued delay of the new 2016-17 CRV model I decided to return back to the Nissan brand. That said, my initial thoughts and/or concerns going into the process was a feeling that the sales people were going to try and sell me a vehicle I didnt really didnt want or could afford. Honestly, that wasnt the case in my dealings with my sales rep. Tracy Elrod. From the get go there was no pressure to come in or those usual phone calls compelling me to make a decision before its too late. Tracy was very low key, professional and really a pleasure to deal with...she actually made me feel like a customer. Overall, my journey through the process was easy and sincere because of sales people like Tracy Elrod

I researched the vehicle online before making the trip in to the dealership. The sales staff took the time to inspect the vehicle I was interested in, and provided me with a complete assessment. And I wasn't disappointed whatsoever when I arrived and personally saw the car. Once I determined this was the vehicle I wanted, the sales experience was seamless and very positive. I live 60 miles from this dealership but will definitely be making the trip back ... for future service on this car...along with future purchases I may need to do in the future. The service manager was professional and friendly. The service was expedient and good. They got my car done and washed it too. No problems. My CR-V was recalled for a software fix. I made the appointment, took the car in the day before, was greeted with very professional personnel. The car was fixed the next morning even before the appointed time. I was notified immediately and picked it up. Once again, I was greeted with smiles and politeness. My car had been washed and cleaned as well as the software fix. I have been dealing at MMG for four years and am well pleased.

This was by far the WORST customer experience I have had in my entire life....not just car buying, I mean in anything. To start, I set up an appointment to look at a specific car. When we got there, they gave us a different agent than specified in the email, ok, no big deal! So we started working with Mac. I requested to see a very specific car that had been on their website for several days, was in our price range and was EXACTLY what we were looking for (just a note, we were looking for an affordable commuter car while we restore my husbands classic truck). I asked multiple times to see this car but was given the excuse that it was being detailed, I even offered to come back the next day b/c I was certain that's what we wanted; if he would have shown us this car and all was ok with it, we would have bought it and been out of his hair in an hour and he could have moved on to other customers with bigger budgets, but no. Instead, he took us from car to car, well over the price range I gave him (sometimes more than double). We should've walked away then but we really just needed a commuter car. Even the sales manager Jason Saxton came out and was trying to push us into upping our budget b/c it would lower our interest rate (and not considerably so), not considering that I knew this would still put our monthly payments well over the range I had given them and for 6 years, not 4 or 5 like we wanted. Again, we should've just left. FINALLY, after a couple of hours they brought up an 07 Ford Fusion; perfect! Way below our price range, desirable monthly payments, and although it did have a rust spot and a dent we could live with it b/c it was what we needed in a car: to get from one place to another with good fuel economy. It was clean on the inside so we took it for a test drive. There was a slight noise coming from the front wheel well but we decided to buy the car with the contract stating they would FIX whatever was causing the noise and Mac said we would get a loaner car in the meantime.Let me just say, the car buying experience was already frustrating but we were willing to persevere. I am only 26 but this is the 3rd car I've bought since I was 20 and have accompanied several others during their car shopping. I know salesmen are there to sell you a car, I know they will say what they have to but I've never experienced it so bluntly. It was obvious that Mac was irritated that we weren't buying a brand new car and it was painfully apparent Jason was pushing for the high price tag and long loan term. But we were persistent and finally got the car we wanted.So we were finally able to make an appointment to fix whatever was making the nosise but were told we couldn't get a loaner car (because according to the service department "that's a lot more work to get set up") and because I made the mistake of saying that if WORST CAME TO WORST my relative could pick me up and drop me off, mind you this is if the fix was a one day thing. So we went back and forth with the service dept. trying to get a loaner car and trying to contact Mac but to no avail b/c he has never (not once) returned a single phone call since we bought the car.So, we finally just say 'whatever' and make the appt. and I arrange to be picked up with hopes that I can get the car on my way home from work. Our appt was at 9:30 am which is when I dropped off the car. Around 12:30 a girl from service called my husband and asked if we were still coming in for our appt (RED FLAG) so my husband informed her the car has been there since 9:30 so she turns around and VOILA the car is right there in the service dept. Next, service proceeds to call my husband several times throughout the day trying to give him an estimate, which he informs them that we don't need to know the estimate b/c we aren't paying for the repair, that it was in our sales contract for them to fix it. As of 6:30 pm nothing has been resolved, so I am able to step away from work and get ahold of the manager i

Needless to say, I raised hell b/c now we don't have a car and I'm stranded at work b/c my husband works in Marion. Manager calls me back at 7:30pm, says they have the contract figured out and that they are in fact supposed to fix the car (like I told them at 9:30 that morning when I dropped it off). For the next 3 days we got excuse after excuse as to why the car would be fixed the next day, each time on the phone with them, they were shorter and ruder. Finally, Thursday at 4 pm, my husband could pick up the car. All just to fix a bearing.Let me clarify: we were perfectly pleasant to deal with in the beginning BUT after being jerked around, ignored phone calls, and complete lack of any kind of proper treatment or priority, my husband and I were no longer pleasant customers. This dealership has zero communication between departments and once they make a sale, you will be ignored. I can't even count how many times we called our salesman Mac and was told he was with a customer and he'd call back in a few minutes, yet not one call has EVER been returned.I've been in customer service for 10 years, never in my life have a witnessed such poor and terrible customer service, total disregard for customer satisfaction and no ownership for mistakes.If I could, I would take this car back in a heartbeat and ride a bicycle to work everyday...few things in life are worth the headache that this car has been.I hope if you made it this far in the review that the retelling of my experience can save you the grief and headache that MMG caused us!

I just stopped at MMG to check out the new Honda Civic Touring on my way to Columbus where we usually buy our Hondas. I was greeted by a very kind and knowledgeable salesman named Garry Byerly. Because of him, I never made it to Columbus and ended up buying a 2016 Honda Touring from MMG. There was so much to learn about my new car and I felt overwhelmed until Garry explained everything to me and showed me how to operate my new Honda. Many thanks to Garry for being such a good teacher!I was very happy with the total buying experience at MMG.

I stopped at MMG to look at the Nissan Pathfinder, was greeted at the door with friendly sales staff. My salesperson was Karen Yingling. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the pathfinders. She spent a great deal of time explaining all of the features. I left a few hours later driving my new vehicle. Was probably one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Mike Carroll was great to work with! When I told Mike what kind of car I was looking for he showed me exactly what kind of car I was looking for. He didn't try to sell me something that I didn't want or sell me something that I didn't need. The experience overall was awesome!! Mike was very easy-going and we joked around a lot and he made me feel right at home. Besides discussing the deal for the car, we also discussed such pressing issues as hand stiched leather steering wheels, the TV show "The Office", and auto racing. We just bought a 2016 Honda Accord from MMG a week ago. Our sales rep Andrew Catron was great!!! He included not just my husband but 2 daughters too. We did not trade a car in this time because my oldest daughter was getting my car so this one that I was buying, would be for my next daughter when she drives;). Andrew was so awesome and not pushy at all. He made was feel right at home. He kept things moving along and even let us take the car for a second drive by ourselves so our other daughter could see it. She was at Summit Therapy for some training. We greatly appreciate all he did for us and even worked some figures for us!! We will definitely tell people the great experience we had here. This was my second Honda and am very impressed with the changes they have made from my first one. Again, thanks so much to Andrew for a great experience and also for including my family. Our girls are 12&16 years old and couldn't believe what we had to go thru in buying a car and having Andrew explaining things was neat for them!!We will definately tell people what a great experience we had at MMG and also tell them about asking for Andrew! We bought a 2014 pilot here. very happy with your sales people, your service department was very helpful in any questions I had. All in that department were very friendly and knew what they were doing. Great service. I was there last Friday to just look at the new body style.........by 8:30 that night, we bought a 2016. Roni was really fun to work with........looking forward to asking her a million questions tomorrow when we pick up the pilot. If this pilot runs like the 2014 pilot and the service stays the same, we will be back in about 3 years to trade again. Since the first pilot we bought......We have told anyone that we knew were looking for a new or used car to stop at MMG before they bought one. Purchasing a vehicle is not on my top 10 things to do. The last time I bought a car was in 2009 and the first dealership I visited ask me if my husband was coming and didn't really want to talk to me so I left and purchased a vehicle at another dealership. roni listened to what my needs were, especially with a older dog who had problems getting in the car. the civic is lower to the ground and it is a four door and he does not have a problem getting in. that was my main concern, since he is 94 pounds and needs a big back seat which this civic has. she worked with the amount of money I had to spend, especially since I paid cash for the civic. it has all the bells and whistles I wanted. roni was very polite, and a great saleswoman. I will recommend her and your company to whom ever I can. I have been getting many complements on the beautiful blue color which caught my attention immediately. everyone I came in contact with at the dealership were very professional. from the employees I saw, they seemed to be happy about working there which makes for a great atmosphere.

I gave MMG top ratings because my experience as a first-time auto leaser was made smoother and easier throughout the process. I was an unusual case because at age 54, I had never had a full driver's license or owned or leased a car when I first began shopping, but Nate got me started looking at options and gave me an overview of them. (He even allowed my friend I was shopping with to test drive a car so I could at least get some feel for it). He understood what I was looking for in a car (mainly reliability and good gas mileage). Nate didn't forget about me, and when I was finally finished with my very busy work year (I have two months off in the summer) and had my license, I returned and, within a matter of hours, was driving home. Nate helped me lease just the kind of car I need, and it's sharp-looking, too! Very positive experience overall.

I went in looking to trade in my 2012 Chevy Malibu. I thought I would only be able to afford a used vehicle (we needed to upsize due to family growth) after finding that the interests rates would be too high on a used vehicle it would actually be more affordable to get into a brand new Honda Odyssey. This makes the 4th Pilot that I have purchased for MMG and will be going back there again when I am reading to trade-in. I have had the best luck the salesman, (Mike Carrol, this is the second that I have gotten from him), and always calls and checks on me from time to time and even called me to wish me a Happy Birthday. Besides, Sales, your Service Dept. is the best. A couple years ago, my husband and I we leaving to go away for a few days and my car starting missing very badly and I called MMG service Dept. while we were on the road they had me to bring it straight in, they repaired it and we were back on the road in less than an hour, believe me, I tell everyone what good service we got. If you knew me better that is I didn't get good service all the way around, I would not go back, there are plenty of dealers elsewhere.

I thought this would be the dealership that I would purchase my vehicle from. I was wrong. After looking online at the vehicles, I found the one I wanted. I live about 1.5 - 2 hours away. I called, they still had the vehicle. They went ahead and ran my credit. They called while I was in the car driving home and said I was approved and asked if I can be there by 12 noon tomorrow. i said yes. I asked if they need money to hold the vehicle. She went to check and said they will hold the car for me till I can get home (I was driving) and I could give them money to hold the vehicle. Once I get home, get on my PC look at the vehicle, I new that was the one I wanted. I called back Penny Hogan (the lady that was assisting me) wasn't there and another individual said that they sold that car. I was so taken back. Not a call to let me know that somebody else was wanting to buy it and say "if you want the car, we can't hold it...if you pull over and give us your card number, we can hold it....somebody is looking at it" NOTHING. Not a call to let me know. When I spoke to Penny Hogan earlier and she said they would hold till I could get home...she said the finance guy was also looking at other banks just to see what other banks they could get. I was fine with the option they had. But they couldn't call me right back and give me the option to pull over to let me know and pay her then. They went ahead and sold it when they had a buyer that was going to travel to purchase the vehicle. I find that the poorest customer service. I would never buy a vehicle from them.

I purchased my first Honda at then called "Whitey's" back in 2001. Between the wife and I we have bought 6 Honda vehicles. "Nate" Cory was the sales representative of the 2016 Honda Civic EX-L that I just purchased on March 26, 2016. Nate was very informative as to the car I was considering buying and explained the features of the car to my satisfaction. We took advantage of an early turn in of our 2014 Nissan Versa Note lease and thought we would get another Versa Note. However, after all was explained, we actually got a better lease of a 2015 NissanSentra. When I arrived, a man-I assume he was a salesperson, held the door open for me, and the experience just got better from there. The salesman I had was personable, knowledgeable and seemed pleased with my purchase, almost as much as I was. He asked about my wants and needs and explained all of the options to me, taking the time to answer all of my questions. When I had decided, he explained all of the features of the car and even tuned the radio to local stations. I was looking for a new Nissan Rogue called dealer they did the rest. My salesman Oscar was awesome very helpful he was not pushy at all waned to be sure i liked the car. I went to look at it on Sat. afternoon and by late afternoon i was driving it home. All the staff was very nice and helpful. Scheduled it for a treatment the following Tue dropped it off Mon eve and a promised a car was there waiting for me to use. When i brought the car home on Saturday close to closing time it was cleaned washed and full of gas. I will more than likely go back when i am ready for another purchase. Larry Snyder, Sales and Leasing Specialist and Service Advisor Jason Resendez jumped through hoops to put us back on the road during our trip from Cleveland to Dayton. The check engine light on our Airstream motor home, built on a MB Sprinter chassis, resulted in the computer putting the engine into the low power mode to safely protect the engine. While on the interstate highway my wife found MMG through an iPhone search. Larry Snyder met us in the parking lot, listened to our situation and walked us to the service area and introduced us the Jason. Despite the lunch hour and a very heavy service schedule Jason had diagnostics performed and had us back on the road within an hour and a half. During this time Larry lent us his car and directed us to a restaurant for lunch where Jason called us to tell us our coach was ready. Our personal thanks to Larry and Jason and the unknown service technician that stepped up to help us get back on the road.

I purchased my 6th Honda, a 2016 Pilot, from Mansfield Motor Group after visiting various dealerships. Tracy Elrod was the best sales person I have ever worked with in all of my vehicle purchases. She was honest and genuine with an appropriate amount of follow up as I was making my decision. Tracy went out of her way to get the exact Pilot I wanted. The dealership was very fair with both the price of the car and my trade-in so I walked away feeling like I got a good deal without the hassle I have experienced at other dealerships over the years. The icing on the cake was when I went in to sign the paperwork. I thought that, with such a great sales experience, surely this was where it would get painful but nope it was a smooth process and the Finance gentleman I met with was extremely nice and efficient! I highly recommend MMG and will return the next time I am in the market for a car as well as will use their service department.

When I voiced concern, they said it was a problem with their new tablets & nothing could be done. When I voiced more concern, the service adviser instructed the mechanic to remove the new air filter & dust filter. He told me that was the only way to lower the price down to their original estimate. I asked to speak to the service manager & was told repeatedly he was too busy to speak to me and no one else was available. The situation was handled very poorly. I have purchased vehicles there for 30 years & was never treated this badly. I do not intend to purchase cars there again.

We leased our 2015 Nissan Rogue select last week and had a great experience at MMG. We began to look around the lot and within minutes were greeted by Karen Yingling who was well dressed, spoken and very helpful and professional. We found out some details about the lease and all of our questions were answered. Karen followed up the next day and asked if we had anymore questions or concerns. The showroom, waiting area and lot were spotless and very aesthetically appealing. We decided that we wanted the car and the rest of the process went smoothly and easily on the day of signing. There were a few minor body repairs needed (driver side mirror and lisence plate bracket) and they repaired them for me at no extra cost. The salesman I talked to was nice courteous n seemed to know what he was talking about although I went to buy a 2001 dodge ram 1500 lone star the bank wouldn't finance it due to high mileage. So Zech took my wife and I out on the lot to look for a vehicle under a certain mileage. We looked at several before deciding on our 2011 dodge journey. We love our new car though it would have been nice to know about the 2013 Chevy Silverado and to have been offered more for my trade in (another dealership offered $1500 mmg offered $700 but the other dealership couldn't finance me due to my credit score) overall it was a pleasant and fun experience

My friend and I went to look at a few vehicles. I have purchased new vehicles form this dealer in the past. Ended up on the worst test drive, salesman barely talking and texting on his phone. My attempt at humor failed; "Hey I'm going to get on it a little bit, you don't mind do you?" Was met with a "We can end the test drive now then" I explained I was just saying I am test driving a Chrysler 300C, I'm not going to gun it just test it out. It was stated drive the legal limit. Which any driver knows you don't go 35 you are going to go 36 or maybe 40, going down grades in the roadway etc. It was reiterated twice more, you must go the legal limit. I don't know if this salesman was having a bad day or just didn't want to sell to me. I was prior to the test drive dead set on purchasing, the vehicle; blank check in pocket. I had to cut the test drive short, I like to buy local, but I will take my business elsewhere.The sales manager, who I purchased my first car from as an adult (George Miller), came out and was his usual self (he's been at this a long time he is a real salesmen folks) I was respectful and shook the salesmans hand and had to ask for a card, thinking maybe he just didn't know how to take me. After thanking George for coming out and speaking with me, my friend and I left. My friend was not so nice on the test drive and asked why I didn't just deal with Mr. Miller, while the salesman was in the back seat texting. I was asking myself the same question. I asked questions I knew the answer to, to try to keep the conversation going because I did want to buy the car. The salesman answered a few questions, then stopped talking and was texting again. Some people have limited interpersonal communication skills, this salesman falls in that category.

The lease on my Honda 2011 was expiring. Our sales consultant, Mike Nash, called us to schedule an appointment to discuss our options. At that time we told him we were interested in leasing a new Honda and gave him what we were interested in. When we arrived for our appointment Mike had a new Honda with everything I had asked for at the front of the showroom ready for us to test drive. Mike met us at the car and explained he was still with a customer who was picking up a vehicle. He was very kind and introduced us to Jessie, who would accompany us on our test drive. Jessie was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car and helped us through the paperwork. Since we had a prior commitment we decided to come back to pick up the new Honda the next day. Jessie and Mike both came over and greeted us when we returned. We went over a few things and then went to meet Brad the finance guy. He was very nice and efficient. After all the paperwork was signed Mike spent approximately one and a half hours showing us how to set up the Bluetooth, XM Radio, seat position, safety options, etc. This was our second time leasing a Honda with Mike Nash at MMG. We would highly recommend MMG to our friends and family. Great job MMG.

There was none of that pushy salesperson stuff that annoys everybody.We told her what we wanted/needed and price range and she got us into a very sweet, well kept, one owner, low mileage 2011 Honda Accord SE. I even wore sweats into the place and they didn't judge me one bit! Haha! Love MMG! They make you feel like family and will not try to sell you something you don't want. I was looking for a newer nicer car for about 4-5 months and no dealership could get me in to a car because I was young and was just starting out. MMG offered me a wonderful luxury car buying experience from the start. We were flying from out of state and decided to purchase the vehicle due to the great condition and the amazing awesome price listed online. Larry, the Mercedes-Benz representative at MMG was courteous, upfront, and always helpful in answering all our questions. The dealership was super clean with great amenities and even the test drive in the car was better and more informative than other test drives I've had before. They are genuine and called the following day of purchase just to make sure we were happy with the car and to see if we had any questions about the vehicle. You can't go wrong with buying a car from MMG!

This will be our third car that we've purchased from MMG. The experience has gotten better over the years and I'm very happy with the car. I originally was looking at a Dodge Avenger, but it was sold. The salesman said I may have a car you might like in the same price range and showed us a 2010 Honda Accord. I've never considered a Honda before and I love the car. It one issue that needed resolved and they gave me another car until mine was fixed, at no cost. I will defiantly be back to purchase our next car for my wife when she is ready. I highly recommend the Mansfield Motor Group to anyone! THANK YOU!

Car would not start and was towed to another garage. Diagnosis of the issue was questionable, so I had it towed again to the dealership service department which has provided excellent service to me and my vehicles over the past 10 years. Review and inspect by MMG revealed the original diagnostics were totally wrong. Car was repaired. Good thing about MMG is that they have a service rep that is dedicated to each type or make of car for which they sell and service. The Honda rep is Chuck.

I saw a used Mercedes 2008 SLK350 for sale at this facility on cars.com. I called from Grove City Ohio to see if the car was still there on a Saturday. They said it was there but was subject to sell and it might not be there when I got there (even though cars.com said it was there for 40 days already). I told them my wife and I were in my car and on my way which is about a 80 mile trip from my house. We were there in less than 2 hours. Waited quite a while, but looked at the car while waiting for the salesman/Manager on of the Mercedes side. We test drove the car and found it to our liking, and sat down to see if we could make an immediate deal. The salesman didn't know the price on the internet, which was about $2,500 less than he was quoting, and wasn't happy when we mentioned it. He didn't have a used car manager onsite that day to appraise my 1999 SLK230, which was in beautiful condition, but we could have done a deal without the trade-in. He guesstimated that it would be $5,000 at the most. There was absolutely no negotiating on the car even though it was going to be an immediate cash deal. He also then told me that he couldn't sell me a car if he wanted to as there was only 1 finance person there that day and was terribly busy and couldn't get us in. He asked as we were leaving for my number just in case he could do something once the used car manager would be available which would be the next week. I don't know why, but I gave it to him anyway, we were pretty upset because they could have told us they couldn't sell us the car before we drove 80 miles to see it. The car was a very nice car, so I decided once more to give it another chance, and called the salesperson back on Tuesday since I didn't hear anything from him. Pretty much the same story, they weren't interested in negotiating a bit, and that he over extended on what probably could be offered on my SLK230 by a decent amount. That pretty much ended the dealings with this bad dealership. The next day I went to Cincinnati and bought a 2007 SLK350 and it's a great car too. I bought it on one stop, and paid cash. I've noticed now, almost 2 months later, The 2008 SLK350 is still at MMG, the price has been dropped another $5000.00. I never expected this kind of treatment from a Mercedes Benz dealership, I bought my used 2007 from a BMW dealership that treated me like an important customer. Mansfield Motor Group treated my wife and myself as if we crawled out of under a rock. I'm in my late 50's and I've bought 30 new cars, and about 12 used ones. I've also worked at a high line car dealership before so I know what people are supposed to be treated like. If Mansfield Motor Group had treated me and my wife right when we were right in front of them, their car would have been sold 2 months ago. I would never recommend this one horse dealership, imagine, a dealership that can't sell a car on an early Saturday afternoon, with me with a title in my glove box, and cash on hand. Unbelievable! I can't believe that MB doesn't revoke their license. Worst car experience in my dealings with any dealer. I only gave them 1 star because I can't give a minus score.

I went to several dealerships looking for a car. I was already pre-approved on the loan at my bank so I was hoping the paperwork part would go smoothly. I was instructed by my bank to just have the dealership fax over the buyers order. Every dealership I went to but MMG insisted they could get me a better interest rate etc. I am still getting letters from other banks!! MMG listened to me and did exactly what the bank wanted. Nat Cory, the salesman that I first met with treated me with respect, was informative and obviously wanted to sell a car, which showed in the pricing, what they all did, Nat, Kevin and Don, to make the deal and make me happy. I was looking for a Pontiac, and would not even look at anything else. I ended up with a 2009 Pontiac G6 GT with a 3 year warranty, and by the way of all the places I went they have the best used car warranty of any I researched. I am very happy and would recommend this dealership and especially my salesman, Nat, to anyone in the market for a good used car. Buying a car is the second biggest purchase we as consumers make in life. Second only to buying a home, it should be easy, fun and stress free. This dealership made sure the experience was all those things! I thank you all very much for all you did and still do!!

Bought a 2013 Honda Civic from MMG. My sales rep. Mike Nash was great. I was a very careful and reluctant buyer. Mike was very patient and informative. I looked at cars for over 3 hours and took 3 out for test drives. Mike was great during the whole process. I have not had to use the service department yet, but MMG's V.I.P. customer program is dedicated to keeping customers happy and bringing them back. Great place to buy a new or used car.

Since I wanted a specific color I had to wait for 3 weeks for my car to come in, but in the meantime they provided me with a loaner car to drive, which was very nice of them to do! I had originally went to Lindsay Honda and found the same car but wanted to buy locally so I could utilize the different things offered when buying a new vehicle. I like that fact that the service staff is friendly and they take the time to explain various topics related to my vehicle. They are also very responsive and efficient with time during my visit. I liked the fact that Andy Cirata, service advisor, went above and beyond on this particular visit. My side mirror was missing a screw which had caused it to become loose and unstable. This was noticed after I checked out. Andy took the extra time to find the right screw and correct the problem for me (no charge). He wasn't obligated to point out the problem or resolve the issue. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience at Mansfield Motor Group. From the time I mentioned that I was interested in trading my vehicle and purchasing something more fuel efficient, Oscar Nichols went to work. He asked me for some general information as to the type of vehicle I was considering and what options I would like. The next week, I called to Oscar to tell him I was ready to move ahead with plans to trade, when he told me that he had a vehicle sitting on the lot he would like me to look at. He was open and up-front about what my trade-in was worth and what they would offer. He showed me the value of the car I was considering and detailed what the final cost would be. We had a deal within minutes! Oscar spent time reviewing all of the features of my new car with me and answered all my questions. A very favorable experience!!

I previosly had a really bad experience when the dealership was still known as Whitey's. So much so, my wife and I went to MMG to test drive the vehicle onlly. If we liked the Pilot, we had plans to purchase the vehicle elsewhere. We were so dissatisfied last time, we actually drove three plus hours to a different dealership. That being said, once we arrived at MMG, it was obvious to both of us that changes had been made. Even thought the Pilot wasn't necessarily our first choice vehicle wise, we were more than happy to give our business to the team at MMG. From start to finish, the experience was more than pleasant. Oscar, Mike, and Tim really went above and beyond our expectations. I have gone from swearing against buying there ever again, to reccomending each of these gentlemen to friends and family. I am looking forward to dealing with them again in the next year or two when my wife's car comes due for upgrade.

I recently purchased a new car from MMG. They did not have the car I wanted on the lot, only due to the fact I wanted a dark colored enterior, so they ordered one from the factory. Knowing I was being inconvenienced by sharing the car I had with my son, who was the new owner of the car, they loaned me a car for a few days until my new car arrived. The salesman, Mike Nash, was very courteous, imformative and pleasant to deal with. There was no high pressure to make a purchase. I would recommend MMG to others.

My husband Ed and I are giving MMG an excellent rating because of the following:1. Tim Hartnett was most welcoming and accommodating when Ed expressed a desire to test drive a 2013 Honda Accord. We are very pleased with the trade-in amount Tim gave us for our 2004 Honda. 2. Mike Nash was so helpful when Ed took his test drive. He answered all questions and pointed out the features.3. I, Pat, came in to see the car we like, and Tim and Mike took care of all questions and features. Mike was so patient and not pushy when it came to whether or not we would purchase the vehicle. Once we decided to purchase, the Accord we wanted in the color we wanted was located very quickly and made ready for us within two days. I need to be shown how to do something about five times before I learn how to do it on my own. Mike was very patient and willing to go over the new features many times. After we decided to make the purchase, he again went over the features. He loaded our cell phones into the Bluetooth function (something new for us). He also made sure that our favorite "set" radio stations were chosen before we left the dealership. He gave us full instructions on the fob which unlocks the vehicle. The car had a full tank of gas, and Mike told us to call him anytime or come in anytime if we have questions or need help with something.4. Brad Ingram, the finance manager, was so gracious and instructive with us about additional options we could purchase for our vehicle. We did choose one, but Brad was very professional and did not push us into anything we did not choose to buy. We really appreciated that because we have dealt with others in the past who were more insistent that we needed everything.All in all this has been a very positive experience, and we will continue to deal with Mansfield Motor Group. We always take our Hondas there for regular service and are treated very well. The service manager, Andy, and the mechanics have good skills--people and car skills. Our cars last us a long time because of the excellent service.Thank you all at MMG!

I had a car for 12 years and it was totaled out due to a scary wreck. It was my only source of transportation for work as a STNA. After going to EVERY SINGLE DEALERSHIP in Richland County, my final option was Mansfield Motor Group. I called ahead and spoke George Miller, who was very courteous and encouraging. The process was smooth and quick as far as the application was concerned. After 2 days of great service, I got the perfect car, with reasonable payments, and perfect customer service. That is what I needed. Especially after feeling discouraged and running out of time to find a car. I couldn't have asked for better service. Mr. Miller was very personable and caring. Can't beat that with a stick. I had to hug the man when I left. That has to tell you something. Highly recommend and I have.

I have purchased a 2005 CRV previously through 'Whitey's', now MMG. After looking around for a work car for my husband, I came back to MMG. Why? Because I thought their 'certified' used cars meant their 'knowledgeable' mechanics took care in upkeep. Heh heh. Good one! We settled on a 2005 Accord for a pretty reasonable price. The salesman we dealt was very down to Earth and nice; George. The car seemed impeccable and well taken care of. After my husband drove the car for FIVE days after purchase, the engine light was on. He took it to Autozone and was presented a printout that stated the O2 sensor was malfunctioning. I immediately called and spoke with a manager of MMG, Kevin, who told me 100's of sensors fail at any time and I should have gotten a warranty. He would do ABSOLUTELY nothing and gave no option for discounted service, even though I had just spent $10,000 in his dealership. I explained I would not use any service there again and he said 'have a nice day' before hanging up on me!!! What nerve! I took the car to my reliable mechanic who told me BOTH O2 sensors were in horrible bad shape and needed replaced. Wow. This was not a sensor malfunction that 'just happened'. It was an issue covered up by MMG for a poor unsuspecting customer to have to deal with after purchase. Of course, on the way home from my mechanic's shop I pop a CD into the CD player. And guess what? It doesn't work!!! 'Mechanical Error' pops up the screen. Oh lord, please tell me this is the end of my MMG headache! If you are dumb enough to buy a car from these shysters, please invest in their $2500 warranty.

I had been searching the internet for a nice used truck for a while and came across 96 Chevy extended cab at MMG. It was going to be a 2 hour drive, one way just to see this truck, so I communicated with one of the used car salesman for approx. 2 weeks prior to making the trip. I was pretty specific with my criteria (4x4, extended cab, under 100k miles, good mechanical shape). When I arrived, I was greeted and led out to the truck. I grabbed the door to check out the inside and the handle nearly came off the door... disappointed right there. 2 weeks to prep and didn't check the handle?the truck had the expected rust for a 1996 GM product, and some noises. Then I check the instrument panel I see a indicator light ON. I asked if we could have it checked and was told that it was on since they got it... for a big dealer such as MMG this was a big disappointment for me, why let a potential customer see a vehicle before checking the source of the indicator light?After our test drive, I checked the tailgate which fell off, and noticed the tow hitch which was rusted solidly in place. They asked if I was going to purchase after the long trip, and I told them I would not purchase for any price. Needless to say I was very disappointed that I wasted my day, gas and time to see this vehicle. I was more upset that I felt mis-led in the condition and to make a long trip like that to find it in that condition was unacceptable for a large dealership.I am glad to say I found a nice truck within 50 miles from another dealership.

I bought from out of state, sight unseen, and was able to discuss and agree on a price almost immediately. The purchase went smoothly with Fed-X's going back and forth and transport arrangements being made. Donnie went out of his way to help with the pick up of the vahicle. Oscar Nichols was outstanding on showing and explaining the features and benefit of leasing a new Honda Civic. He impressed us with features that we moved up from basic to EX model. My wife drives the car on a regular basis and Oscar explained on how to make sure we have the proper miles per year so we would not have a penalty after 3 years when we can turn it in. Oscar also explained how the Honda will retain resale value and will give us a good price if we want to buy it at the end of our lease.I would recommend Oscar to anyone that ask where we bought our car. This has been the second purchase from Whitey's through Oscar.

I found the car I bought on the internet at MMG and called and talked to Larry Snyder who was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Not in the least pushy which one will often find when buying any car. Larry obviuosly knew his product and I was easily convinced to drive to Mansfield to look at the car (Mercedes E320 CDI) The car was exactly as described and I bought it. If I ever need to buy another car and Larry Snyder is still in business I would not hesitate to return.

I was scheduled for service on the day/time of my preference. The work was completed in the time frame promised. I received an update call earlier in the day to go over progress and to review whether I wanted to proceed with certain areas of maintenance needed. The Whitey's personnel are VERY FRIENDLY. I was provided a courtesy shuttle to my home after dropping off my vehicle. Very please with the service and outcome!

We took our Volvo XC90 to be serviced at this dealership in mid-February after seeing an intermittent service light indicating a brake failure. After what seemed to be an excessively long time to diagnose the problem, it was recommended that we replace 2 electronic modules. $2,800 later, the problem still existed. We returned to the service department, and they again took their time diagnosing and communicating with us about it. This time it was a THIRD module that needed replacing, which would cost $1,300. We agreed to have this repair done, and it STILL didn't fix the problem we were experiencing. As you can imagine, we were rather upset at this point. After speaking with the service manager, we were able to get them to provide us with a loaner car (which, I should mention to their credit, was a very nice car) while they did some more diagnosing. You guessed it, they want to replace a FOURTH module at $1,300. Here it is, the end of May, and I still don't have my vehicle fixed. What made this experience even worse is the lack of communication on their part. There were times when we would go 2 weeks or more without hearing a word about their progress. My husband would call and leave messages and wait days before hearing anything from them. They justified all these fixes by saying that our vehicle has high mileage and is old (2003 with 174,000 miles) and is bound to have multiple problems. We took our vehicle to this dealership to have a specific issue fixed, and they failed to fix it. In the end, they have actually told us we should just take it to a different dealership. We will never do business with them again, and we will suggest the same advice to others as they themselves gave us... take it to a different dealership!

Dennis Myrwold and Kannon Grant made buying a 2011 Honda Civic a pleasant and fun experience. Dennis responded to a request for quotation on the internet, was available to take my call Wednesday morning. I visited the dealership that afternoon, and drove my car home that night. He and Kannon took care of all the paperwork and notified me Thursday of the finance rate of 0.9%! Dennis introduced me to the service manager and showed me where I will go for my first oil change. He made the experience fun. He is the only one who responded to my request for an internet quote. His friendly, professional approach is one that others will appreciate as well..give him a call! And I really like my new Honda! I'm looking forward to driving it for many years. PS: bought my first Honda at that dealership in 1987 and have driven Civics ever since.

My name is Cody, I purchased a 2006 Chrysler 300 from MMG. I had very limited time to get a vehicle and was looking for something specific and as a customer my needs were handled very promptly as I was expected them to be. Due to my lack of credit I was almost positive I wasnt going to be approved for a load but Whitey's got me approved which was very nice.The car I bought seems to be a good buy, I did get it for almost $4,000 under KBB, and it was in excellent condition. I recieved good service, everyone did seem friendly, so there were many pros with shopping here but not everyone is perfect so I must mention the cons.I did have a specific car picked out ahead of going to the dealership and already had researched the vehicle and found out alot of what i needed to know but I figured my sales rep would at least go over everything about the car with me, as far as how it runs, condition, miles, ever wrecked, on the title, or any aspect of the car at all but there was never anything really mentioned.I put my car for trade in but was never told how much I was recieving for the vehicle until it was pretty much final and was very unhappy with the ammount.I know I seemed eager to get the vehicle but nothing was really offered to me to make me really want to buy it from them. I did try to get at least a tank of gas with the car but there was no budging, which almost caused me to just leave and go to another dealership.But overall I would suggest thatt MMG is a decent dealership but I would also suggest to shop around a little to try to get a little bang for you buck, because regardless times are tough and when you find the dealership that understands that and is willing to do alot for your buisness then thats where you should get your car!But thank you MMG I do love my car and I appreciate the sale. Hopefully my time on this helps you provide better customer service, I give you a 3.5 out of 5

Bought Jeep Liberty on 7/28/08. Brakes were almost out. They are putting brakes and rotors on free of charge, detailing vehicle again, fixing a "ding" in the paint and adding a car alarm. So far great service. Will post otherwise if I find problems later.

Just after getting back from Iraq I was sold a wreaked vehicle for premium price (Did not know about carfax at the time), dealer failed to notify me the vehicle was in a major wreck prior to purchase.Very unfriendly staff, was told letter reported to BBB sounded very childish by Schluter, and they would only fix or in my term "rebuild the rebuilt weck". "if the car was not salvaged then it must not be a wreck"

Kroger Gift Cert., we forgot to ask for it when we left and now, Mr. Yeager isn't sure when he will receive more to send one to me, this promotion was on 106.1 for the weekend in which the purchase was made. He isn't the most friendliest guy and doesnt seem to care that we could use that cert. for the Holidays, so we will see how quick IF they will get one to me or if I will have to call the BBB and the Kroger store and 106.1 and maybe even Channel 5 to do an investigation on these promised gift cert., we will see as I am not stopping Shame on you

I would recommend working with him. He isn't a salesman that is arrogant or trying too hard. He let us look told us what was available and then worked with us. First time I have ever bought a used car. Although my husband and I love the SUV we only had it a week.
