I could not get an appointment for an oil change at Turnersville Mazda but Maple Shade had an opening. I also had a recall on the window stripping. I was in and out faster than they had stated and it took no longer than my service at Turnersville. They had free coffee and a wide screen tv to boot.

I purchased our CX5 at Maple Shade Mazda. Paul was our sales agent. He was great. We just took our car in for it's first service. The service department at Maple Shade is also great! They took the car in on time (we had an appointment) and gave the car a thorough check-up. It was quick. We are appreciative of the care and attention received!

For me this location is convenient and very easy to get to. The staff works to communicate well with the customers. I appreciate the option of a loaner if the service time is going to take more time than I expected. The waiting room is clean and friendly with coffee and even snacks. The price is mostly as expected but the work is professional and guaranteed.

My service was just an oil change for my year-old car, so was quickly accomplished. I had set it up by phone with Aida who was as charming in person as she was on the phone. Fortunately, there was only one other person waiting, but I was prepared, with my noise-cancelling headphones, to block out the sounds of people and TV. The lack of a quiet room is the reason for only 4 stars.

I was really impressed with the sales staff when I bought my new MazdaCX5. Now with 2 years of service I am also greatly impressed with this department. A very capable staff of mechanics and every job is done perfectly. Prices are good and everyone is so friendly and always have any information you may need. They go out of their way to accommodate the customer. You probably won't find a better dealership and the best part they are in my town. I only wish I had started to buy Mazda's years ago 409697LK.

I brought my brand new CX-9 in for a recall repair. The car was returned to me the same day after the repair, with their "full circle service" review of the car, no issues with battery, brakes, tires, fluids. And of course, there shouldn't be, it is a year old - the next day the issues started. This caused me to have to return the car for followup to determine why my car was now making squeaking, creaking, clunking, and shuddering noises that it did not previously have. After the service department looked over my car they tried to tell me that now, oh so sorry, we didn't really mean your brakes are ok, we meant to tell you after a second look that you need new rotors and pads on the front. WHAT?!?! This car has 38,000 miles on it, has never had an issue, and now I was being fed a tail of lies about issues with my car. I rescued my car from the dealership and took it to my real mechanic who examined my car to reveal that no, I do not need new brake pads, or rotors, my tires are not unbalanced and worn and no, I do not need a new ball joint. I don't know what kind of scam operation this place is running over there but my warning to unsuspecting customers is - beware, and know your car. Do not let them "recommend" service unless you are sure it is needed. A nearly brand new car should have gone in and come out in the same condition. The worst part is that the guy at the front counter tripped over so many falsehoods about what damage might have happened to my car as a result of something I did, that he could not keep up with them. And in the end, when we called him out on it, his response was - "well I am sorry you feel that way." I bet you are.

I've used Maple Shade Mazda for servicing my 2011 CX-9 for about 3 years (purchased the car in Salisbury, MD). Each time I've taken it in, or scheduled an appointment, I've received great service and attention from the service personnel and dealer representative. I value the reminders sent to me to remind me of the service I've scheduled and follow up through email and texts. The service personnel keep me informed of the progress of service and when my vehicle is ready for pickup (which is usually earlier than originally estimated--great!). I fully intend to keep on using Maple Shade Mazda to service my vehicle for as long as I have it.

I took my Mazda CX-5 in for an oil change and the 15,000 mile service package last week and couldn't be more happy with my experience. I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 PM, but I dropped my car off around 12:00 PM, but the service team was on lunch break. I went around to the sales side and asked if I could leave my keys with them rather than coming back in an hour and they were happy to hold my keys for the service team when they returned. Once they returned I received a phone call and they explained the price of the services to make sure I was okay with it before they began doing work. Once I approved the work my car was done in a little less than 2 hours and I was on my way. Everyone was super friendly and I would definitely recommend this service department to anyone who needs work done on their car!code: 707954LK

I went in just to get some information and to see the inside of a CX-5. Najee was the staff member that greeted us. I told him that I was just currently looking - in case, like other dealers 'I' was just kicking tires and they then decide to not help you. That was NOT the case with him! He took his time with us, answered any questions, explained the dealerships policy for service and warranty and basically had the car sell itself! When I am ready to buy, it's going to be Najee and Maple Shade Mazda..!

The check in procedure is quick and efficient and the waiting room is clean and comfortable. In no time, the oil is changed and the car is inspected by a factory mechanic. Not only is the basic oil change performed, but all of the car's systems are checked and even the wiper fluid is topped off. The service manager reviews the mechanic's findings with you in a no pressure atmosphere detailing the costs, parts, and options of any recommended repairs. I have been using Mazda Maple Shade since I moved to NJ in 2010. Their sales staff were very respectful when I turned in my old MazdaSpeed and purchased my CX 5. Ever since, the lease service staff has been very nice and accommodating. From quick service appointments to updates while I wait. If service is more than an oil change, a rental is provided. Check in and check out at the service desk is very quick and the people are very nice. I will most likely stay with a Mazda vehicle as I trust Mazda of Maple Shade.

This is an hour ride from home and always worth it. This is my second Mazda and it was my good experience with Maple Shade's service department that brought me here to buy the second one. If it's a major service we borrow the loaner and go shopping and to Sealect Seafood for lunch. Work is always done on time, done right the first time and having been in the auto business for 17 years that isn't always the case at other dealers. Price is always what was quoted and the staff always friendly

I had a bad experience here. I stopped in to test drive a new car and the sales guy Najee gave me a litany of the features of the vehicle and then texted throughout the test drive (not one text but many). And he did not ask a single question about what I was looking for. I am a single woman in her 30s who looks younger than she is and I had to wonder- do I just not look important enough to pay attention to??? Maybe he thought I was just here for a joy ride? Regardless it left me with a bad impression. But I loved the car so I went back when I knew he wasn't working and got a new sales guy Paul. Paul himself was great- respectful and knowledgeable and even grabbed a few extra keys so I could test drive a few different models. Since I knew I liked the car from my first test drive I had brought my title with me to my old car because I was ready to buy if the price was right. However his manager would not negotiate. The deal was only $300 off MSRP for a new 2015 Mazda 3 hatchback and a low offer for my trade-in. (my car is only 3 years old in very good condition with average-low miles and no accidents and 25k+ miles of manufacturer warranty on it.). The manager would not negotiate more than $500 dollars total on the net difference. So I left! Two days later I went to Pacifico Mazda and got a deal that was about $1900 better than the very best deal his manager was willing to offer! And then they gave me a $750 rebate!!!I have the car I want, was treated with respect, paid $2600 less, and still got a good APR rate. Literally $2600 less!!! I feel bad for the honest sales guy Paul who lost my business, but I will never bother to come to this dealership again when I am shopping for new cars in the future. I'm only giving this dealership a 2 instead of a 1 because of Paul.

Buying a car is never easy, but the guys at Maple Shade made this transaction smooth.They didn't try to push any extras on me, but they did try to sell their financing.They didn't push too hard, and they almost matched my credit union's rate.I would've used their financing, except I had to leave the dealership to get the down payment anyway, so I just stuck with the credit union loan.They seemed fine with this, and all went smoothly.

Just what I expected from the Maple Shade Mazda sales team. I had always bought American in the past, but the offer Maple Shade Mazda provided was hard to refuse. Najee is very good in sales and provided us a deal no other dealership came close to. The free loaner cars and oil changes for the life of the car was the one factor no other Mazda dealer could offer, so we went with Maple Shade. The buying process was great, the only thing I hated was it taking close to 4 hours to complete. I also had to come back to get one item installed (Remote start), I was told the service department would give me a call. I waited over a week before I gave them a call and the service department set up an appointment for me to drop off the car, I was told it would only take a hour to do the work. When I arrived for the appointment, the service tech. asked for both of my keys, I had only the one. They failed to mention I had to bring in both sets of keys, so the service tech offered me a loner and told me that I could go get the keys while they worked on my car. I drove home and back with the second set of keys only to find they hadn't even started and they were getting ready to close. So I had to drive back the following day to pick up my car.. It took a goal of three trips and one loaner car to get something I thought would only take one hour to do. The sales department is great, but the service department leaves little to be desired. I'll give them one more shot. If they drop the ball again, I'll try their other dealership.

I took a test drive with Marta, while not the warmest person, she did get me in the two cars I wanted to look at in the small amount of time I had. I asked for an aggressive quote on the two cars each at two trim levels.A week goes by... nothing.I get an email from Customer Service Relations Manager Brian Golin asking about my experience on Marta's behalf. Ok maybe Marta had an emergency or left the dealership so Brian is following up, I get that. I ask for my quote a day goes by, I send a request for the quote the next day and still nothing...I already have loan locked down with my credit union at a great finance rate and I am going to buy a car. It just won't be with Maple Shade Mazda.

Stopped in at the end of May for a brochure on the Mazda 6, where I met sales person, Pat Kelly. He gave me the brochure for me to review and invited me back for a test drive. On June 27 my wife and I returned to the dealership for the test drive. The experience went so well that we decided right then and there to see what kind of a deal we could get on a 2015 Mazda 6. The buying process was a pleasure, everyone we encountered was as professional as one could expect. The car itself is as good as all the auto reviews, and I can understand why it has won so many awards. I would surely recommend not only the vehicle, but also the dealership where I purchased it.

My wife and I visited this dealership several months ago to look into buying a CX5 since our RAV4 was coming off its lease in less than a month. We could not have had a sleezier experience and will never come back. When we walked into the showroom, we explained our situation to the salesperson, and he then took us on a test drive. He was friendly and somewhat knowledgeable about the car, although he couldn't answer all of my fairly basic questions. He was a nice guy at this point and having a couple unanswered questions about the nuances of the car was not a huge deal. When we returned to the dealership, we went with the salesman to his desk and the sleeze-fest ensued. I mentioned I had purchased my Protege from them, and he said they offer a loyalty discount, which was great. I joked about how we definitely wouldn't be buying a car in the color of the test vehicle, which was like an ugly neon teal, but that what I really wanted to know was the price and features for the entry and mid-level trim lines of the CX5. The sales guy then goes through his inventory list of what colors are on the lot, with absolutely no mention of trim line, price, etc. I had to redirect him and flat out say look, I was joking about the color, what is important is trim line, features, and cost. He then went on for a good 10 minutes about how fantabulous it is if we buy a car from them, they have a costumer care club, they offer free oil changes for however many years, and oh my gosh, they use synthetic oil, how amazing! He then touted the benefits of synthetic oil vs conventional for another few minutes, and I again had to redirect him that I really really really wanted to talk trim lines and price. He then pulled out the inventory list and again told me what colors he had on the lot. They have red! Silver! Green!! White!!! So, having to redirect this guy yet again to tell him, look, we have 4 weeks left on the lease, perhaps a different color car could be ordered or would arrive on their lot, but I really really honest and truly want to know prices and features of the different trim lines. He then looked at us and said "well any price I give you has to be acted on today, it is the end of our sale," which must have been a secret sale since there was nothing being promoted. He then puts on his best, clearly-annoyed body language and strolls up the stairs to the manager's office. He returns maybe 3-5 minutes later with a printout, and before it is even shown to us his phone rings, he answers it, hangs up, and tells us "that's my manager, he wants me to hurry up," which was even more ironic because the lack of hurry up was due to his inability to listen to and answer my very simple questions. In the 5 seconds between that statement and storming out of the dealership, I was able to look at the printout to see it was simply the sticker price of the top trim line divided into 48 monthly payments. As we got up to say 'see ya later,' the salesperson said "oh no, I didn't mean it that way." Not sure what other way he meant it, but I will never ever in a million years return to this place. I would love to replace my Protege with another Mazda when the time comes, but I will drive an extra hour to purchase from somewhere else. They also own Turnersville Mazda, which would scare me away from that place as well. A sleezy, disgusting, insulting, completely time wasting experience at this place. It gets one star because zero stars was not an option.

Obviously Maple Shade Mazda is under new management, because I was returning after TWO prior brand new purchases for my eldest son for TWO more purchases (at the same time) for my 2 sons. Not only was the financial portion of the transaction wasteful of my time, they were misleading and incorrect in their tactics. I had not only the "Inventory List" in my purse (which they told me was incorrect because the prices were more) but I was also told the "Incentive Programs" that were available to "Returning Mazda customers" and "College Grads, did not apply. Feeling very mis-leaded, we left and went to HAMILTON MAZDA, where the customer service was superb and the finance information both honest and correct. After my one son choose the vehicle he wanted it was ironically at MAPLE SHADE MAZDA. Unfortunately Maple Shade Mazda would NOT allow Hamilton Mazda to trade with them and sell the vehicle to us. We had to have a similar vehicle delivered to us from North Jersey. Thru Hamilton Mazda we MADE the purchases at the publicized internet pricing with ALL of the incentives advertised! The same exact deals that Maple Shade Mazda said could not be done! DO NOT EVER TRUST MAPLE SHADE MAZDA! Now 2 months later, someone from Maple Shade called to say they have programs and wanted us to stop by. I called them back because I felt they should know why we would never return again. While explaining the reasoning why, the gentleman was pleasant, AT FIRST, but when I made mention and asked why they would not trade with Hamilton Mazda because that did not make good business sense to me, the arrogance that we experienced within the financial department was again exposed. He began to raise his voice, and say that they don't have to trade with anyone if they don't want to, etc, etc. When I pointed out to him that the switch in his demeanor was in fact the reasoning why we left, and I now feel compelled to put my experience on the internet. He responded, "So now you are threatening us, your threats mean nothing to us", Reinforcing why we would NEVER return there again. I strongly recommend no one else does either. They may seem pleasant when they are showing you the vehicle and talking you into the sale, but if you are not informed (like I was) you will GET RIPPED OFF!!! If you can't do your homework, go to HAMILTON MAZDA, they are honest and you don't need to.

After buying the used car I was looking for at a price that seemed a little too fixed and suspicious to me, I quickly discovered a problem with the windshield. The shop had swirled the windshield when they had done the final detail. It is very distracting while driving at night with oncoming traffic. We notified the dealer immediately and they asked us to bring it in. They concluded all too quickly that it had to have been due to an ice scraper and was not their problem. Now, when I reported the issue, it had not snowed at all. Even if it had, ice scrapers are plastic so they do not scratch glass, and EVEN IF THEY DID, the swirling indicates a buffing, not consistent with scraping ice.They final straw was today when a manager told my wife "F*atxx YOU" and hung up on her. I am appalled at the level of service and professionalism, and overall decency lacking at this dealership and will never give them business again.

My car was misdiagnosed: On January the second, I went to the Maple Shade Mazda Dealer because I was concerned of my engine and battery lights flashing, and sometimes, the car would not start. I was told by Pat that the battery and the alternator were in perfect shape and only a fuse is needed to be replaced. Therefore, I paid $140.00 for labor and the fuse, and I was told that I would be called when the fuse is received. As I was leaving, I noticed my ABS light was on, I went right back but the door was locked; so I went right across the street at the CVS parking lot and called them; the operator said that It was lunch time, and would have to come back at 1:00 PM. Since I'd spent three hours there that day waiting for my car and I had to come back to dealer for the fuse anyway, I decided to go home. When I came back and mentioned it to Pat, he told me that it did not show on the diagnostic report, and I would have to pay another $ 140.00 to get it fixed. I decided not to go alone with it and just focus on the fuse. The next day, however, the car wouldnt start. When I called and spoke to Pat again, He told me: " There's nothing I can do Ma'am; I think it's 'Mother Nature.' It's too cold; you must change the battery as well." The Mazda battery plus labor would be over $200.00; so I bought a very good battery somewhere else at a lesser price. However, I was still experiencing the same problems with my car. When I took it to a different dealer, I was told that the system failure has to do with the "Belt Tensioner" which will cost me over $ 200.00.After I 'd sent an email to the manager and I didn't hear from him, I called him on the January 29th. He asked me to come back to the place for a thorough check-up. When everything was done Carlo (The service manager) told me that it was the alternator. Eventhough I tried to convince him that the alternator was changed one year ago, and there was no problem with it on his first diagnose, he told: "well it must be defective; that's what happen when you don't buy stuff from us. Anyway, we don't have any parts to keep throwing to your car to make it work." I replied that I didn't come here for a 'hand-out' I just need a fair shot to get my car fixed. He then told me: "well, it will be $ 1118.34 plus tax to get it fixed." Then he said: "I'll take 124.12 off since you had to replace the battery." I feel like it was very unfair, and I didn't make any deal with him. However the car got worse when I got home; I feel that they had something to do with it so that they can make more money from me.This place has put me through a lot, but what hurts me the most is the way they treat their customers: they don't show any concerns; all they see is 'Dollar Signs' using their customers as "cash cows." If I cannot count on my own dealer for help, who can I trust?They should be ashamed of themselves, and if I don't hear from them, I will pursue it.

Love Mazdas, but not this dealership. They hold customers in contempt with their sales games -- how can you not "allow" a copy of your price estimate to leave the shop? ("My manager won't let me give you a copy.") Totally old school way of pressuring you into a sale, then they get nasty when you insist on thinking about it overnight. This is an estimate,by the way, that I had to sit and wait 40 minutes for; it should have taken no more than ten minutes. I left there, vowing never to go back. And I had bought from them before! The experience with other dealers I've visited was like night and day. Felt like I was in the movie "Tin Men."

Very good overall service. Accessibility is an issue do to volume I guess. The consistent up- sell is very annoying. Every single time I get serviced I get called with a $300 recommendation. Not needed every time. My lack of knowledge regarding cars caused me to spend unneeded maintenance cost for a two year old car.

I brought my car in for a noise I heard while driving. The office was able to squeeze me in on a busy Friday to accommodate my schedule. After arriving a very nice service man took me for a ride to be sure he heard the same noise that I heard. He knew from just the sound that my tires were the culprits. After looking at the tires, they found that I also needed brakes and a battery. Maple Shade Mazda's service team was friendly and helpful. I would recommend them.

Everyone here are so polite and totally professional. They always remember my name which is very important. They take time to answer all questions and concerns. Once when I had a random problem. The service department went out of their way to find the problem and correct it.

We were looking for the right car for our 17 year old daughter who just got her drivers license. We wanted a car that would have all the safety features and would protect her in tbe event of a crash. We were back and forth on whether to get her a basic car, or one that had all of the bells and whistles. Charlie and the other people at Maple Shade Mazda were totally fine when we changed our selection 3 times, they were patient, provided several different options, and even stayed late the night we picked up the car. I had read poor reviews of this dealership, but as someone who isn't too hard to please and who finds it pretty easy to get along with people (and since it was the closest dealership to my home), I decided to keep an open mind, and I went anyway. Big mistake. My brother had just graduated from college and gotten a great job and was looking for a specific model, and they happened to have what seemed to be a decent deal on a used car. We were all ready to sign the papers and get going, and that's when things went wrong. For one thing, our salesperson was also helping another customer (which is completely understandable, they're doing business), but it took him ridiculously long to get back to our table. And then came the kicker -- he came back to us apologizing that he was wrong on the sticker price, that it was actually $1000 more than what he had originally told us. This was after he found out we were planning to pay in cash. We were completely displeased, since this is clearly one of the sleaziest tricks in the book, but my brother had his heart set on the car at that point, so we took it. And then he started to notice some issues with the ignition, and he took it back for service within the warranty period. The service department stated they couldn't find any problems with the ignition, so they did nothing. Literally 2 weeks after the warranty period ended, the car would not start. Period. It was towed to the dealership. They said they did find a problem with the ignition this time and it would cost almost $900 to fix it. My brother checked with Mazda headquarters and they stated that if the vehicle was brought in for the same issue before the warranty and it wasn't fixed, that it would still be covered even though he was 2 weeks past the warranty date. The service department's response was that it was not related to the first problem, so he would have to pay. I'm not a car expert, but if the car wasn't starting consistently, and then it wasn't starting at all, then it seems that the problems are related. We couldn't believe it.To make a very long, nightmare-ish story shorter, we ended up trading in the car a few months later for a brand new car, same model. We thought we'd have more luck at the Turnersville branch, but since they're owned by the same people, apparently no such luck (see the review posted in Maple Shade Mazda - Turnersville for details). We drove out to Piazza Mazda in West Chester, and had a fantastic experience there. Do yourself a favor...save yourself the headache and the problems, and take a drive out to Piazza Mazda for a totally friendly, hassle-free experience!

Went last week to trade in my SUV and get into something smaller, cheaper, and better on gas. I have to say that from the second I stepped in there it was a great experience. Ryan was the one who I dealt with and it was a pleasure. He and the entire staff there did a tremendous job of listening to me and getting me into the car that fits my lifestyle and budget. They didn't try to oversell me on anything, and they also went above and beyond to make sure I didn't leave with a car that was just cheap and not reliable. They got me into an 06 Cobalt, which was everything I asked them for in one car. I wanted 4 doors, great gas, and cheaper then my truck and they did all of this for me in less then an hour. It was very cool having my whole checklist completed. The service there was beyond great. I don't think I'll buy a car from another dealership the rest of my life. This place knows that there doing.

I took my car in for warranty work, broken clutch pedal, on 4/13/11, that day I get a call that the cylinders are leaking and that is the reason for the shifting error, not the broken clutch pedal. Every mechanic I have talked to said the pedal was the issue I was describing and that the cylinders probably DID need replacing, but were not an imminent concern. Mazda also told me that the engine won't start possibly due to flooding, which does happen with RX-8s. The following day they said that the pedal and cylinders have been replaced, and that they do need to perform the De-Choke procedure for $212 to get the car started, I asked them at least twice to let my father and I do the procedure when we pick up the car since we know how to do it, and would rather not pay the $212 for a half hour job. Pat Kearney informed me that they needed to do the procedure in order to test drive the car from the clutch work. I told them fine since I have no other choice. I received a call 2 hours later to hear the the De-Choke did not work and they are now telling me I need spark plugs ($288) and a new battery ($179). I declined these services and they tell me that I must pick up the car and tow it away (they conveniently do not need to do the test drive anymore?). I got there that evening and told them I do not want to pay for the De-Choke procedure since the car was working fine Wednesday morning until it stalled from the pedal not being able to disengage the gear, and flooded the engine. They told me I have to pay it since it "was performed." My father and I perform the De-Choke procedure as detailed in Mazda Service Bulletin No. 01-004/05, and within 40 minutes have the car up and running. Let me remind you that NO Spark plugs were replaced. I did have to use a jump in order to keep cranking the engine over the 40 minutes, even a brand new battery can't crank for 40 straight minutes. The following day I called them to ask for a refund since the De-Choke was clearly not performed, otherwise the car would have started for them also, they told me no, I also spoke with Mazda Customer Service and they also refused to do anything about the situation. On an additional note the battery that they said needed to be replaced was tested as part of their normal checks, of brakes, tires and battery, and per the invoice it says "Battery Status Good," just further proof that this dealership will say anything to try and get unnecessary services performed on your car.

I was very nervous about the car buying process. Both of the salespeople who helped me, Dawn & Elliott, went beyond any expectations. Also, I had several discussions with the Manager, Adam. I truly felt like Adam treated me like a family member. He runs his dealership very ethically - you can tell that the staff enjoys working with him & for him. He is almost always on the floor, with the rest of his employees. He offered me suggestions that were not in HIS best interest - even though they were in mine. The process took a long time because of family stuff that was going on with me, and Elliott, Dawn & Adam were SO patient. I can't imagine a car buying expereince being any more positive. I purchased a Mazda CX-9 here on January 29, 2011. This was a great all-around experience, and I'm thrilled with my new car! I was extremely impressed with Ryan Gruber, our rep, who was knowledgable, easy to talk to, and personable. I felt that he really went out of his way to accommodate us. Unlike in other dealerships, we didn't feel pressured at all. There were no sneaky sales tactics (I am familiar with all of them and was looking for them), and I felt that he was being genuinely helpful instead of trying to trying to sell us on unnecessary features (he suggests what he thinks might be helpful, but then DOES take no for an answer, immediately and graciously). Also, I did not feel talked down to here, like I have by other dealers in the past (I was already very knowledgeable about the car, and he sensed that right away, whereas other dealers insist on trying to "educate" you, to THEIR advantage, and wasting your time in the process). In the end, I got a GREAT deal on my car, better than I dreamed was possible. After asking around, everyone agreed that it was a FANTASTIC deal (trust me on this, I did my research on this and I KNOW). Like in all car purchases, there are a million papers to sign, but Ryan did a great job of explaining every document and making it painless and fast. In addition, the car was ready when they said it would be, and it was beautifully detailed and in perfect condition! We are definitely happy customers.

Good experience overall.We purchased a Mazda CX-7 (White colour with Convenience Package) from Dawn Lepek in first week of January 2011 at the dealership and also dealt with Mr. Jabier Perez upon visit to the delarship.Jabier and Dawn are both extremely professional, polite and competitive car sales persons who know the value of time and the preciousness of offering the right deal.On a completely seperate note, Just a word of advice for any potential car buyers going to any dealership looking for any car anywhere in America;Car purchasing is a very laborious and tiresome exercise which must only be undertaken by people who have the patience and the heart to withstand disappointing price figures which can be totally out of one's spending budget. The vehicle MSRPs quoted at any dealership in America are not the final price of any car. A, $22,800 car actually turns out in the long run to be around $26,000 after adding the extra expenses which one never even dreams existed. We have faced that disappointment and have suffered bitterly over it as we have ended up over stretching our budget to the extent where we are no longer happy in purchasing a new car. Once again to re-iterate, i must make it clear that there is no mistake on the part of any dealership in our loss. They did their job perfectly well and did not hide anything from us. Its us who never dreamt that there are so many extra charges associated with any car purchase.Being honest, i truly wish i had not purchased a new car as i feel being tied by the neck in debt over an unnecessary over spend. It is perhaps wiser to purchase a used vehicle.

Overall pleasent purchasing experience. Dealership had the best selection and received cars before others in the area. Their inventory website was current and accurate which let me find hte car I wanted, when I wanted it. After a little negotiation, felt final price (New and Trade) was fair to me and them and well below what Edmunds told me to pay,a nd what I expected to receive for my trade. Free routine maintenance was an added bonus. Ralph was personable, good with my 9-year old during the process, knowledgeable on the car (more so than an other dealer I visited), and seem to be on my side as price was discussed. After buying from 2 Mazda dealers (and talking/visiting a few others) in the Philly area, definately had a better overall experience at Maple Shade.

We really enjoyed working with Dawn, she is a really great woman. There was NO pressure from her and she would just go with the flow. The paperwork was easy, we felt a little pressured by the manager to finance with the dealership, but otherwise no problems. The car was in good condition, our only complaints: the tank was about empty, our key's battery was dead and there were what looked like coffee stains in the car, that were suppose to be cleaned. We would use this dealer again and would work with Dawn again.

I saw a car I was interested in on AutoTrader.com - the car had just been listed - When I called I spoke with Elliott who was very pleasant and helpful. After a brief conversation he took my number and agreed to call me back to see what, if anything, he could find out about the car. Not 5minutes later he called with a detailed list of positive points about it and even dropped the price as further accommodation. Kinda didn't seem real. I had never really experienced this type of dedicated service. Nonetheless, after voicing my concern about buying a used car, Elliott agreed to meet me at my mechanic in philly with the it. My mechanic put it up on a lift and gave it a clean bill of health. That was yesterday, today I'm a proud owner of a Mazda3 - ZOOM ZOOM . . Elliott, Adam, Ryan & Brian all assisted me with the purchase and to tell the truth it still seems unreal. The measure taken to make me happy was paramount and I couldn't be happier. We purchased a new 2011 CX7 from this dealer today and our overall experience was very good. We are returning customers, 2001 Millenia, 1997 Millenia, 2007 MX5, and returned due to the positive experience with Maple Shade Mazda in the past, and the on-going service from their service department. The sales people are friendly, and the financial officer was very helpful in getting us the monthly note that we felt we could afford. Our experience with the service department has always been good and the service of the best quality. I needed to trade-in my truck and buy a car that had gas mileage that was more manageable for long commutes to work and home. I had three different used cars in mind, each from a different manufacturer and dealer. I went to Maple Shade Mazda because the gap between my trade-in and the Mazda 3, that I wanted to purchase, was enough to most likely put it out of my price range. The Mazda was my first choice because of my past experiences with my Mazda 323, that I ran for 13 years and 265,000 miles before I sold it, so I figured I might as well give Maple Shade my terms and let them send me on my way to the more price appropriate car. To my surprise, with the "Pre-Owned Certified" warranty (I had intended on purchasing an extended warranty), the car was right in my price range. Now... when I say surprised I mean "Really" surprised! I've been buying and selling, new and used vehicles for more than 30 years and this was without a doubt the easiest and least stressful or pressured purchase I've ever made. I knew what the numbers should have been, going in to the dealership and I was sure that it was unlikely we were going to make a deal but Ryan Gruber and Alan Dimmerman were friendly, open and professional in their negotiations. I saw the Mazda I purchased on line and I decided to go into the dealership to test drive. When I walked on the lot I saw the Tribute I had seen on the website and looked in the vehicle. Within a minute of walking on the lot and locating the car Ryan came outside to assist me. He grabbed the keys and we went for a test drive. I liked the way the car rode and decided to buy. We returned to the showroom where Ryan got the paperwork started and I am the proud owner of my second Mazda purchased from Maple Shade Mazda. Everyone was friendly and courteous and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking to purchase a new or certified used car.

******BUYER BEWARE OF THIS CAR DEALER*****I had two payments left on my previous Subaru contract, so, I leased a new car from Maple Shade Mazda in Maple Shade, NJ and was told my previous car lease would be paid off as part of the sales negotiation. Well, it wasnt and now I have two separate car payments this month. I called Maple Shade Mazda to find out what happened and I was told, (in not to nice of a tone) that I agreed to one payment only, not paying off the other car as I was told by the salesman and the general manager. This response came from the sales manager, Brian Golin. The general manager, Adam Dimmerman will not return any of my phone calls, which leads me to believe this is a sales tactic. (I have purchased/leased several cars in the past and I can attest that the GM will always call you back once you are a customer of that dealership). As a consumer purchasing a product in good faith and expecting that in return, I feel I was lied to and cheated in order to make the sale, then ignored. Mazda USA Corporation, seems to apparently condone this practice, because after listening to my complaint, they were not willing to offer me any assistance. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company, but I do not feel this way now. I really expected them to help me make this right. I get straightforward, up-front pricing right away, and when I go there to take delivery, the car and the paperwork are ready when I arrive, and everything is done professionally and friendly. I would have to say going to Maple Shade Mazda has been a great experience for me. This is my second time going to them, and I must say I recommend that everyone should at least check out Maple Shade Mazda. I promise you, you will not run into shady car salesman, what you will run into is honest salesman and finance department that is willing to work with you and help you out. I was one of the fortunate ones, I was being helped and guided in the right direction from salesman Ryan Gruber, I am a soon to be father, that had a lovely Mazda RX8 but needed a family oriented vehicle, and Ryan was willing to go above and beyond, his duties to help me out, financially. And was able to get me in the vehicle that I needed. There should be more salesman like Ryan, it would make purchasing a vehicle easy and relaxing enviroment. You don't find to many humble salesman like Ryan and I want to say thank you Ryan, for being a one of kind salesman.

Mazada Maple Shade made me feel really comfortable through out the entire process. The sales man did not in any way force me to buy the CX-9. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle itself. I do believe that the dealership did its best to give me the best deal possible. As a result, I got a great deal on the vehicle and was very satisfied with the entitre process. I have purchased 7 New Mazdas from this dealer since 1989. They are a great dealership with courteous employees who provide a pleasant buying experience with competitive pricing. The experience of several negative reviewers has not been my experience. The dealership has a greeter and the salespeople I have dealt with over the years have all been knowledgeable, low-key and helpful without any pressure to buy a car or any unwanted extras. They provide free oil changes and loaner cars and have great service.I would recommend this dealer without reservation

My wife took her Mazda to Maple Shade Mazda for service. She explained to the employee, Bill, that her vehicle was recently repaired at an outside garage. This garage replaced her power steering pump. Her vehicle was now making a noise when she turned. She was unsure if it was the same problem and explained to Bill that if it was, than she would take it back to the garage that did the orignal work. Bill failed to tell my wife that they charged a $124.00 to diagnos the problem. It was determined to be the same problem and I went to pick up the vehicle. I questioned the invoice which said, "Test driven". There was also a miscellanous charge of $10.00 for supplies. Bill explained to me that this charge was for paper and printing cartridges. I asked Bill why he didn't advise my wife of the fees knowing that she would take it back to the other gagage if it was the same problem and he responded that its posted. I found this to be an unethical business practice.I requested to speak to the service manager, Carlo Giannotti. However, was told that he was with a customer. I left several messages for him and he has failed to return my calls. I proceeded to call the service director, Peter Janis, and left a message for him. Janis has also refused to return my call. I may be a little naive in reference to the charge for diagnostics. However, the vehicle was "test driven". It was not hooked up to any type of computers. Furthermore, my primary complaint is their poor customer service. I have left several messages without any type of return call. I suspect that this is how they treat any customer with any kind of compaint. They ignore you and hope that you go away. Due to their extremely poor customer service I would strongly recommend that if you are in the market for a Mazda to shop elsewhere.

They are the most unethical dealer you will ever deal with. First, they tried to trick us into paying an extra $500 dollars on our downpayment by hiding some numbers in the projection. After we worked through that, we signed a sales agreement and put down a $500 dollar deposit and awaited their call to pick up the car. The same day we were scheduled to pick it up, they called and said they had sold it to someone else!!! They could offer no reason why I had not been contacted before that happened. But they said they work work out another deal to make amends. Then they tried to sell me another car for $30 more a month and said that was the best they could do. Sales Manager Adam Dimmerman and the owner treated me like I was unreasonable for being upset and tried repeatedly to make it my fault this had happened. Then they refused to give me back my deposit until I gave the the sales agreement! The agreement they did not honor! Rest assured I made copies of everything before returning. It even appears they are posting 5 star reviews of themselves on Edmunds (not bright enough to change their user names). They are complete scumbags! RUN DON'T WALK to any dealer other than Maple Shade/Turnersville Mazda, you can't do worse.

I had my car damaged while parked at a parking garage. The garage said they would pay for the damages. This mazda dealership took full advantage charging way more than necessary. However that is not my complaint, as I had nothing to pay. That just shows how dishonest they are. My complaint is that they damaged the rear bumper and would not take responsibility for it! They denied they did it, when I know for a fact the rear bumper was 100% undamaged when I dropped the car off. I have warned the garage insurance company to stay clear from them from now on. I am also urging all those reading this review to beware as well. There are plenty of other, honest mazda dealerships out there.

BADLY TREATED at MAPLE SHADE MAZDA (NJ)On January 19 2009 we (husband, wife and two little children of 3.5 years old and 17 months) started at 10 am to visit car dealers. We were interested in a Mazda CX-7 (we had checked the online Kelly Blue Book before starting out). We arrived at Maple Shade Mazda latish in the afternoon. We were interested in a particular used Mazda CX-7 we had seen on their online listing in Kelly Blue Book, but we were told it was not available. Instead, we were shown, and test drove, a 2007 Mazda 5 which had about 18,500 miles on it. We were told it was available for $15,950. We liked the car but not its color. Initially we were told it was the only one available. So we asked if another one (perhaps from a different year) might become available in the next week or so with a different color. We were then told that a black used 2008 Mazda 5 with 18,500 miles was available after all (although it seemed odd that it appeared to have been overlooked initially, after 7 hours of looking for a car with two little kids we didn't ask why - in hindsight, we should have asked). We were told the price for this car was $16,890. We ended up paying $16,090 for it, after trading in our old car ($400 credit) and rejecting what they called the `certification' (another $400). The following day we checked the Maple Shade Mazda online listing in the Kelly Blue Book and found THE SAME CAR WE HAD ORIGINALLY TAKEN FOR A TEST DRIVE. It WAS LISTED BY THEM for $14,650 INSTEAD of the $15,950 THEY QUOTED TO US when we were in their shop/showroom. The listing included two other 2008 Mazda 5s (which they did not mention to us when we were there) which had only 12,000 miles, but were listed at the same price they quoted us for car which had 18,500 miles. The DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE PRICES ONLINE AND THOSE QUOTED IN THE STORE left us feeling that they had been less than straightforward with us - that THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A TIRED FAMILY WITH TWO LITTLE KIDS.The following day we went back to the store/showroom to complain. We eventually met with the manager (a 5 minutes conversation) who said that "we should have done our homework first, before purchasing" (which to us meant "you should not have trusted us"). He also asked us "if we had been under the influence of alcohol when we purchased the car."So we are writing to express our dissatisfaction with the way we were treated by Maple Shade Mazda -- and by the manager in particular. HOW MANY e.g., ELDERLY PEOPLE who do NOT HAVE EASY ACCESS TO THE INTERNET have similarly been QUOTED PRICES in the MAPLE SHADE MAZDA STORE/SHOWROOM which areSUBSTANTIALLY HIGHER than what is QUOTED ONLINE? We do not think this is a particularly ethical way to do business, and we hope our experience will convince people, especially people with no internet access, to BUY THEIR CARS SOMEWHERE ELSE, somewhere where the sales people and management WORK WITH rather than against the customer. Needless to say, our experience has soured our feelings for Mazda North America sufficiently for us to take the time to write this letter and to share our story as widely as possible.
