Marietta Toyota - Advertises they are family owned an operated.My experience would lead me to believe another type of "Family" is running it.I saw an ad for a 2017 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab TRD Off Road with Premium and Technology JBL audio package on their website. VIN 5TFAZ5CN3HX026318 Advertised price $35,014. On 11/18/2016, I called the dealership and spoke to salesman Justin Gispert who advised it was on the lot, I could come by to see it and that he would have it pulled around. When I arrived, he had not pulled it around and so we went out to the lot. We could not find it. He came back and said that the person who takes care of the website made a mistake and put the wrong options on a Tacoma they had on the lot (which didn't have those options). I asked him if they would honor the ad price with the same options listed in it and he said he would check but thought that they would. We went inside and the sales manager (Andrew Austin) was not available so the Finance Manager Pete (Spanks?) came over and looked me right in the eye and said they would absolutely honor the ad price with the more expensive options on the truck. (Would have been $32,514 w/$2500 Costco discount). Mr. Austin called me later that evening and said they would honor the price but would have to arrange to get the truck with those options from another dealer or they would order one for me. He said he would contact me on Monday November 21 to confirm if the truck he found in Florida was still available. He did not call on Monday so I contacted him and he said the Florida dealer would not be in until Tuesday. I spoke with Mr. Austin on Tuesday and he then advised be that he would not honor the agreement we had the previous week but would give me the discount off the higher priced option truck in Florida ($38,774.26). After going back and forth, I finally asked to speak to his manager. He gave me the number for Mr. Jim Greenhaw. I called Mr. Greenhaw and asked him if it was a good time to talk. He asked who I was and I gave him my name. He asked what I wanted and started to tell him what had transpired so far. He cut me off and said in a very rude tone, I know what your story is and I'm not giving you that large of discount on that truck. Then he starts to rant about who gave out his cell number and that he is in the middle of a meeting. He said let me give you my office number at which point I said that is not necessary given his tone with me. He hung up on me mid sentence. I called back to the dealership and asked to speak with BJ Hope, their general manager. The receptionist told me he would be out until that Monday. Mr. Hope never called me back. At no time during any of my conversations did I raise my voice or do anything other than question them on not keeping their word. I started to think about the chain of events and it seemed like they were trying to bait and switch my sale. So I went back on their website and found the exact same ad, VIN number and pricing still up on their website almost a week later. If it was a mistake by their web team then why would they not have pulled the ad so as to avoid having other customers running into the same scenario? I also found the same truck advertised on Edmonds.com. I checked on November 28th and they still had it up with the premium options. On November 29th, the premium options had been removed. (I believe this was due to my complaint to Costco on November 28th, it was their discount I was using on the truck). There were also several comments on review sites that mentioned bait and switch or shady tactics by this dealership. Ironically, another dealership gave me a better deal so it makes you wonder what they are up to. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

I went to trade in my old (2002) car and planning to buy a new one. They send the reply on an email based on my request in True car. if they really dont want do a business for this, they should have replied for that, or after i provided a responded on email, they should have send a reply - saying dont come - They dont even spend 5 min with me, they just slammed on the face, and asked me to go. i was really felt bad to be there. Richard was the best salesperson and made my first time buying car easy!! Richard showed me exactly what I was looking for in a new car and answered any questions I had. I had several questions and he gave me a clear answer and took his time to respond each question. He made sure I did not leave the dealership without any questions and called me the very next day to see how everything was going with the new car and if there were any questions he could answer. We had a terrific experience at Marietta Toyota. Specifically my daughter was transferred to the area from the west coast and needed a car upon arrival. Approximately one week before arrival I worked with Tom Donalson to negotiate for the purchase of a Prius. He was just as professional as he could be, gave us a fair deal, and took the time to be sure that when we left the dealership we had everything we need, along with a very thorough hands-on overview of the car. What was amazing to me is that he left me a message today (4 days after we bought the car) to be sure my daughter has settled in and asked sincerely if she needed anything. Had 2005 Tacoma brakes serviced; Had to return vehicle to 3 separate times due to squealing and popping of brakes when depressed. Each time they gave me a different excuse and tried to sell me another service. I gave up and took vehicle to Cobb County Toyota. The explained the problem and corrected it on one try. Also took my Avalon here, each time they told me I need to do multiple things to maintain vehicle. I took to Cobb County Toyota they explained that my vehicle did not need repairs. I do not trust the incompetence and continued pressure by service technicians.

One of, it not the most, pleasurable buying experiences. I received the TrueCar quote and received a quick email from Anthony Hamilton. Met with Anthony first thing the next morning and while the vehicle wasn't exactly as I had spec'd, the additional options were welcomed and Anthony made a very reasonable deal. I was in a hurry and not only did Anthony make the process quick, the finance representative rushed things through just as quickly and I was out with my new 2016 Tacoma TRD 4x4. Thanks also to Anthony and the Marietta team for following me home with my new car. Great service and experience!!!

This dealership does not honor their own TrueCar certificate. After not honoring the TrueCar pricing, they promised to look for a car for which they could honor the certificate. I got the old bait and switch routine. I was emailed a price for a car - then Ric wasn't available for an appt. The next I heard from him was that the car they had just quoted me a price on had just been sold. Imagine that!Lastly, be prepared for poor customer service - Even though you make an appt. you may wait hours for Ric and Robert to offer a car at an unreasonable price.

If you use TrueCar, be prepared for them to not honor their commitment. TrueCar states that "all dealer fees are disclosed". They slap several hundred dollars of extra fees on top of the one they disclose.The staff is dishonest.Customer service is non-existent. Purchasing a new, $40k car with them will not even get you an email back.

Ric quoted me a great price over the phone for a new '16 4Runner. However it took all day to get back to me. That evening I asked for a couple of photos and the quote in writing via email. Hours went by and they closed. I did not hear back from Ric. Email and called him several times - no response. I was going to drive down there from Nashville. Waited for them to open in the morning and received a call at 9am est from Ric saying that vehicle sold 2 days ago. Wow! Think twice before entrusting them with your big ticket purchase.

We were assured over the phone, by John Madrox, that they had the car and color of vehicle we were looking for. When we arrived from out-of-town, they did not have either and John claimed we had requested a different model (even though we had the papers to prove otherwise)... I had inquired on internet one particular car. The Sales man John called me this morning and said they got it, come and visit us today, I repeated ask him few times to confirm about vehicle and he said yes they have. So i drove almost an hour to see, as soon as i reached there, he said don't have that car so instead of that get another one, what a jerk.... So my advice is never be fool by salesman.

I bought a used corolla for $15,100 the salesman encouraged me to buy it because it cheap and there is no dealer fees "not like a new one , they are charging $2,100 dealers fees" this what he said, so under pressure and trust I bought it, I get another pressure from the financial guy to buy the extant warranty bumper to bumper with there own financial system, the day after I found that the new corolla its for $14,750 without any dealers fees, 02 years maintenance free, 0.00% apr for 36 month, so I lost all the benefit and lost money and I m the second owner, because of the trust, i hope other person take my experience to avoid the same rip off.

I m writting this to explain my experience with this Toyota dealership.Searching on internet for best price on new 2015 Prius I came up on Toyota of Marietta.They really have cheapest price for 2015 prius two.On their website I have found 2015 Prius two for $17,990.First two vehicles on internet list for new vehicles were the price I mentioned above,and next in row were for $3,000 more.Only what was confusing was that the those two vehicles for $17.990 didnt have "lifetime warranty" on top of the picture of vehicles..I decide to contact them to get price .They were fast with response and question when I am available to come and do business with them.After asking if this vehicle has lifetime warranty,I was told " yes all our new toyotas come with lifetime warranty".I also asked for color of vehicle.Again question when can I come .....? I work 14 hours a day and I travel alot with my job,finding free time is hard so I asked since I live in other state and 3 hours away ,I would like to get pictures of vehicle and total price out of door.I also told sales person that I do have financing approved ,but I was told that price $17,990 is only good if I finance thru their dealership ( later they approved me for % 4.9 for 48 months,which is $1,573 more then financing with my credit union ).I got rough price over the phone ,but he never emailed me price...why I dont know ??? I told him that I dont need to test drive it,my sister has 2014 model,I drove it plenty of time and I want to buy because of mpg that this vehicle makes.Vehicle is only for my job.My sisters 2014 model has 180,000 miles and never got any issues so,for me its great quality and reliable vehicle.With my lack of free time,3 hours drive,weekend is my only free time... I wanted if possible numbers on paper so if I come that weekend and if vehicle is still available I would get price honored from my email.That email never came,instead I got courtesy email from sales manager who asked me to contact him,I replied to that email and left two messages early sunday letting him know that I want to talk about getting car today.But I never received phone call ,or email...I was asked to fill up application that was sent to me by sales person in order to get vehicle for internet price,but link wouldnt work.So I beleive on following monday I did it online and got approved.Was informed that sales person wasnt there on sunday and sales manager wasnt there .....again no numbers on email.I called on tuesday and spoke to different sales menager and after introducing myself,I was told that ,he knew about me because he have seen my application.I asked for price,but was told he will email me,and again that never happend.Next day I got break in my schedule and left voice mail to the new car sales manager to call me back I could come that afternoon and purchase vehicle.But again call never came,since then no one ever contacted me back.So all together I spoke with one sales person and two new car sales manager and nothing happend.I didnt want to name the people I talked to because dont want their name on here.I wanted to just put my experience with this Dealership.This may help somebody ..Thank you

After no more than fifteen minutes on the Marietta Toyota lot, I selected and began paper work to complete the purchase of a new vehicle. A big thank you to Anthony Hamilton who is product knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I will definitely recommend this dealership as it had the largest inventory of the dealerships that I visited. Equally as important, I will recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to ask for Mr. Hamilton. While I typically dislike the car buying process because of the haggling game, this was by far a most pleasant experience - no haggle, no frills, no pressure tactics. Just plain old fashioned good service.

I bought my first Toyota at Marietta Toyota in 1997. It was a Corolla and I was diligent about having it serviced on time. I never once had a bad experience with the service department people or anyone else I encountered there. When my Corolla had 123,000 miles on it, I sold it. I then purchased a new Camry there in 2011. It was the same story for this car...a great deal and wonderful service. My husband also purchased his 2007 Sienna here and got an excellent deal with quality service from the service department. We used the services of their body shop one time and it was a pleasant experience. They did an excellent job! Perry Kinney sold us our vehicles and Josh usually was the service person we dealt with when we'd come in for our regular service.

A friend and I visited this dealership on October 2, 2015. Used True Car and since the best price on a 2015 Camry LE was shown on the website at True Car, we chose this dealership. Our salesman was Alan. Alan, he stated to us that all 2015 Camry''s had been sold. We questioned this, but looked at a 2016 Camry LE. Test drove and liked it. However, we noticed a sharp looking black Camry XSE sitting in front of the dealership. We began inquiring about it. We came to find out that it was a 2015 with 4,300 miles on it, a Demo vehicle. We also test drove this vehicle. It did not ride as smooth as the 2016 but the price was good. We went inside to start the deal. I told Alan that I already had my financing with my Credit Union. He stated that his finance manager could get me a better deal, but I declined.. I then asked for the Buyer Order. Alan told us that he would be back. Next thing we know, Finance Manager, Roberto came in trying to get me to finance with the dealership. I declined. At this time he told me if I did not finance with his dealership, he would have to add $1,000 to the price of the vehicle, giving no other option!!! What an insult!!! I knew at this time that this dealership did not want or care to do business with me!!! My fiend and I left feeling insulted and discriminated.against. I will never set foot in this dealership again!!!!!

Went to have my car looked at a few times at the marrietta toyato car shop. Everything was fine until I was being cashed out and the casher Christine was just Horriable she slammed doors and was just so rude in her tone . It seemed like she had a lot going on and brought it to work. I have complained several times to the manger and he just doesn't seem to care or do a thing about it. That place seems to become more and more unprofessional Everytime I go in. I do not recommend going there to anyone at this time.

Rick Knoll, in our opinion, is the best sales asset Marietta Toyota has, bar none. You are lucky to have him. He helped us purchase our new 2015 4Runner and it was a total pleasure working with him. Rick has the unique ability to make one seem like a member of his family. Marietta Toyota likes to be known as The Family Store and Rick makes this happen. He really made us feel as if he was our advocate during the negotiation process. Our daughter will need a new car within the year and we fully intend to bring her to Rick. We called Rick a couple of days after the sale to inquire about a cargo area cover and cargo mat. He ordered them for us and all we had to do was go pick them up when he called to tell us they were in at the Parts Department. I went in to see if this particular dealership had the color I wanted in the Rav4. They too did not have it so due I already went to all the Toyota's in the area I went ahead and purchased the car from this dealership. I had already got a good deal on the same vehicle at a different location and was set to go pick it up the same day if I was unable to locate the color I wanted that was already in stock. They seemed to be nice enough at this dealership and I told them if they matched what the previous dealership was doing then I would purchase it from them since I was already there. I ended up paying a little more for the car here but gained tinted windows and a lifetime powertrain warranty. (I really didn't need or want, but ok) I was told that it was a family owned business that they took pride in and seemed to want to work with you to sell a vehicle. So, because of these 2 reasons I bought the car here, let me remind you again that I received a better deal at a different location as well as I already had my financing (lower rate too) together and just needed to pick out a car. I also decided to let them do my financing since I was there for a while already and my bank was already closed and I wanted to go ahead and complete everything that day. That was probably the worse decision I have made during this whole car buying process. I got the warranties and was told I could cancel them at anytime. 4 days later I called to make an appointment to cancel the Gap insurance but keep the extended warranties and was told I would get a return call but never did. I then spoke to BJ the general manager and was advised it would be taken care and to schedule a time to come in. I have left literally 4 additional messages for both finance managers to call me back so I could come in or have them fax me the documents and have not heard anything back from ANYONE as of yet. I can not afford to come to the dealership and wait for hours (which seems to be the norm here) just to sign some documents when I have a busy work schedule. So I tried to go about it the right way and make an appointment as previously advised and that everything would be ready when I got there. I have been unable to even enjoy my vehicle due to the horrible experience I'm currently having with them and really don't even want it at this point. I just started driving the car after purchasing it 2 weeks ago, so still very low miles on it. I wish I never bought that car from them or financed it with them period. I am going to refinance my loan asap so I can be done with them all together and or trade it in somewhere else and get something different. They also took the "Monroney Sticker" off the car and never gave it to me. When I asked them about it (still being nice about it may I add) all of a sudden it was located after I called a week prior in regards to it but never received a return call from the salesman. Per further research I found out it's against the law for them to remove it and not give it to me as well as confirmed additional information that the punishment is $1000 fine and or 1 year in jail. I have tried to be patient and nice about the situation but it seems as if they do not believe in customer service only taking your money. Once they get your money they no longer care about making sure the customer is happy and taken care of. Everyone was nice and helpful until I wanted to make a modification then all of a sudden no one calls you back. Im now in the process of consulting with someone to see what legal ramifications I now have in addition to them removing sticker. I would not recommend anyone buy a car here unless you want to be just another number & given the run around. Family owned businesses are not what they use to be so don't be fooled by that aspect no matter how much they brag about it. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM OR SEND ANYONE TO THEM AGAIN!! Now I will say this the salesman Aaron Pittman that I had was actually nice and friendly. I have no complaints about him besides it took him a week to call me back after he "located the sticker" after I was assured he would call back the same day. Other than that he was actually nice. They also did a horrible job in cleaning it. There was still grass in the car from im assuming people test driving it, dust on the dashboard as well as scuff marks on the outside of the car that looked like scratches. which one actually was. Save your self the headache and go somewhere else. I paid extra money to them just to be inconvenienced and given the run around.

My brother recently totaled his car and needed to find a new one. He isn't good at car buying so I offered to help him. I sent in for a USAA quote, then when they responded asked about the dealer fees and a quote on what was on the car. The response I got was 'We will not send a detail breakdown quote with you being in Birmingham, AL for you to shop us with your local dealer.' No other questions asked, nothing. First of all, I don't live in Birmingham, AL, and second, we actually need a car and this is for my brother who lives IN ATLANTA. I call in and ask why they won't send a quote and he says simply you have to come in we will not give you any pricing. Why would someone drive across town if you don't tell them anything, just to slap them in the face with a high doc fee possibly or a ton of accessories on the car and corner you at the dealership? Rude and absolutely horrible way of doing business.

I'm a first time car buyer, so I wanted to make sure that I got a good deal and a reliable car! I visited a few Toyota dealerships, but bought with John Maddox at the Marietta location. He had a positive attitude, great sense of humor, and most importantly got the numbers looking like I wanted! The Eco model drives nice. Way better than the regular LE as far as the driving experience and it has an extra 3 MPGs. I'm happy with my purchase!

I contacted Marietta Toyota with a price inquiry through TrueCar.com. I got a few emails and phone calls from Hank Brown, Marietta Toyota sales person, but he just wasted my time and avoid any direct answers about out-the-door price, options installed, taxes, fees etc. He sent me a lot of irrelevant information, but not a price quote. Both Hank Brown and David Swaggerty refused to provide almost any price info. Here is the answer that I got from them: "Due to the competitive nature of our business, it's out policy not to email out out the door pricing." They told me that they would talk about financial details of the transaction only if I come to their dealership. I am sorry, but I don't have time to go to every dealership in 50 mi. radius, just to find out that they are not competitive.Even after I told them that I don't what to deal with them, I still get spam emails from Hank Brown, and there is no way to opt-out of them. This dealership is a nightmare!!!! Stay away from them. On the other hand, my experience with Nalley Toyota Stonecrest was just outstanding. I had never had such awesome experience before. First of all, they were not afraid to email me a written quote and offer their best price on a new 2015 Camry LE out of all 16 Toyota dealers that I contacted with my inquiry. Joel Hamilton, a sales professional of Nalley Toyota Stonecrest, demonstrated outstanding level of courtesy and customer service. It was pure pleasure to communicate with him and negotiate my purchase. He was very prompt in responding to my emails, did not avoid answering my questions or providing me with information in writing, did not wasted any of my time with empty follow-up emails, and, at the end, he stood behind his promises. I bought my new Camry LE from them for less than $20,000 out-the-door and I am very happy!

Dont trust the crooks with a single penny! I dropped of my brand new car for a repair and when I picked it up there was a deep scratch across the hood and all along the rear fender. When I took the car in it was 2 months off the lot. No one even bothered to give me a courtesy call and let me know that the car had been damaged as if I would not notice when I went to pick it up. The team was rude an very unhelpful DO NOT TRUST Christine Rattazzi! I was out of my car for 7 weeks, and went back 2 additional times because the scratches and were not removed from the vehicle. Concated the owner BJ Hope and he hung up the phone on me. SHAME ON YOU!!

Worst experience ever buying a car! .... Drove down from Chattanooga (2 hr.drive) after being assured by salesman Perry Kinney on the phone that he had a Highlander platinum package demo in the showroom "ready to go" that had everything I was looking for in my price range.We arrived at the appointed time of 9:00 a.m. and he is not there. We were told by another salesman that Mr.Kinney was out gassing up the vehicle we were to test drive. After 10-15 mins. Mr.Kinney approaches us and proceeds to tell us the car I came to look at was taken home by the manager and he will not be there until noon.So the red flag goes up in my head and I tell Mr.Kinney I believe he is playing games with us i.e.;the old bait & switch routine. He gets nervous and says hold on let me check on something. As he goes inside we head for our car and he comes rushing back out and says the highlander is now across the street getting detailed if I want he can go get it. REALLY! At this point I feel I cannot trust this man to be honest and forthcoming with me so we left. ...... Moral of the story is Stay away from this dealership!

I quoted a price for 2014 Toyota Corolla LE and Richard confirmed the price $15,300. He also confirmed that there will be doc fee(599) + Tax (6.75%) +Title + Registration and the total will be around 16800. When I landed there and after a test drive, I was ready to finalize the purchase then I was told a price for $18300+.. I did all the ground work before visiting the dealership so that I do not get any surprise and also do not waste mutual time but it was a disappointing visit.

Nogotiations went well and still to this day; when I I have any questions about my new vehicle he's always willing to help. Marietta Toyota made me feel like family and I really appreciate them. Extremely disappointing experience. Took my wife's Scion xA in for a CEL. They quickly "diagnosed" the problem as being a faulty charcoal canister, which ended up costing $540 to replace. Within 48 hours, the CEL light came back on with the same code. We basically paid $540 for them to reset the CEL. I could have done that at home and burned the cash and at least saved the time spent sitting in the waiting room.We brought the car back in today, and despite the fact that we've already paid them $500+ to fix the problem and they've fixed nothing, they're charging us another $150 to replace another part. I assume they want us to keep paying them to unnecessarily replace parts until they get it right. Not exactly what I'm looking for in a professional service shop.If you want to save time and money, I'd take your car to some place that gets it right the first time and will stand behind their work. This is definitely the last time we use them.

We appreciated how they tried to explain to us all the aspects of the deal and make sure there were no misunderstandings. They were very patient and competent. We got a good rate for our loan, considering that we did not have a long credit history. We feel that this dealer is serious and honest.The sale person who served us, Alan Kell, is one of the best we found (and we visited several other dealers before buying from this one). From the moment I walked into Marietta Toyota I knew I was at the right place. I am a first time buyer and went to other dealerships in Cobb county, but at the end of the day I came back to this dealership. Not only did they have the best offer and car options, but the best service. My sales Associate, Richard King, told it to me straight. He did not try to get me to lease a car that was out of my budget like other dealerships and even gave me advice about buying/leasing cars. As it was my first time, I had a lot of questions and the financier, Roberto Manzur, was more than happy to answer every question I threw at him. I walked out of his office knowing exactly what I signed for and feeling assured it was the best deal that they could offer me. Even after I drove away with my new Toyota both Richard and Roberto are always there to help me when I call in. Not only are they family owned, but they really make me feel like family. Great place to get a lease or buy a new car.

Whether the reader of this review chooses to believe me or not, I traveled 620 miles to do business with this dealership. I interviewed over a dozen local dealerships to me and none of them made me feel like a 'valuable' consumer. Jauron, the salesman, was the only person in my 5 state district who was willing to make a deal on a new Toyota to earn my business. He also earned my respect. He went WAY beyond my expectations by shuttling me from the airport, preparing my new vehicle to my expectations before I even arrived, and never said "no" or "we can't do that". I spent three months researching my new car and his knowledge of the features and benefits was impressive even to me. I thought I was taking the car buying experience to another level by searching outside my local area but I believe Marietta Toyota takes the sales process even further. I left this dealership very happy with my new purchase and experience.

Stephen was very knowledgeable and helpful as soon as I arrived. Within minutes I was able to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and was not pressured at all to buy immediately. He understood that I was planning on buying a vehicle elsewhere, and was happy to answer all questions that I had and helped me find the vehicle that suited me best. He knows a lot about many different cars including other brands, and that also helped narrow down the vehicle that was a good fit for me. The vehicle I purchased wasn't on their lot but they got it there within 24 hours with only a few miles on it. I'm I had visited Nalley Toyota in Alpharetta last weekend and had a horrible experience there. I would highly recommend avoiding that dealership and coming to Marietta Toyota if you don't want to be dicked around by salespeople and their management. The salesperson at Nalley was just trying to slam me on a vehicle that was more than what I needed and couldn't even remember my first name after 2 hours of talking to her. Went in on a Sunday, it was so busy. A salesman by the name of Tivory Geddie came over to my husband and I, apologized for how long we waited and proceeded to assist us. We didn't mind since it gave us a chance to look at cars without A sales person hounding us. I found this 2002 Toyota Camry LE which was perfect. Low mileage and everything. Mr. Geddie pulled the Autocheck report for us and everything checked out. 1 owner, low miles, clean ride, and more bells and whistles than i wanted. We told Mr. Geddie that we were not going over a certain $$ amount since we were paying cash for the vehicle and he made it happen!!!! Mr. Geddie was very personable and I would recommend that anyone going to Toyota of Marietta ask for Tivory Geddie. He even thanks us for being so patient and that we were a breath of fresh air. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. It was very easy and painless and haggle free just like they advertised.Thanks for my new ride!!!!

This is an update to the review I wrote earlier today. I received a contact from this dealer's sales mgr. and know now that they DO actually pay their salespersons a salary. I respect that greatly, and appreciate the apology for the miscommunications we received. I know not everyone agrees with me, but I truly believe paying car salespersons a decent salary improves the process for everyone. That is part of what was meant when told they were a family. I don't mind paying a little bit more for a car to sustain the salary for these employees as long as it is a win-win scenario with clear communication. I give them lots of credit for their policy on this matter, and interest in improving the communications with customers in the future.

We reviewed the inventory on the lot, selected a particular vehicle, and negotiated the final price with options and financing. Among the best car buying experiences I've had! Fast,direct and friendly service. I asked to pickup the vehicle the next day. Tom had the car ready and waiting on time. He gave me a complete walkthrough of the features and functions. I just leased my 4th consecutive Camry from Dave Swaggerty, sales manager, Marietta Toyota, on July 29, 2013. Although I had previously leased 5 Toyotas at another dealership, my first lease with Dave was such a fair deal and enjoyable experience, now I don't consider getting an automobile any place else. And my 4th lease with Dave was the best experience yet. After Dave and I agreed on the lease in principle, he turned me over to Tony Tillis, the leasing saleman, who did a fantastic job completing the transaction. I have not purchased an auto at Marietta Toyota, but I would expect the same treatment if I did. When you deal with Dave and Tony, you feel like you are their only customer.Toyota makes excellent, reliable autos. However, once you become a customer of Toyota, they offer fantastic loyalty incentives to keep you as a customer.You can't go wrong with a Toyota and you can't go wrong dealing with Dave Swaggerty and Tony Tillis.Neil S.

I visited Marietta Toyota today (7/28). My sister and I sat down at a table on the right close to the front door and a couple was sitting at a table on the left close to the front door. A salesman walked pass us and stopped where the couple was sitting and asked them if they were being helped. They told him they were waiting for (did not get the name) and that salesman knew they were there. He then walked passed us again and said nothing. I was a bit dumfounded. I then went to the room where he was standing and asked him if he works at Toyota. He said yes. I then asked him why didn't he ask us if we needed help, he said he was already helping someone. I then asked him why did he ask the other couple if they needed assistance and not us. He then said "I got you mam"...Basically he understood where I was coming from... We then left. My niece went back inside and found out his name was Anthony.My sister went to the dealership to purchase a RAV4 TODAY but I guess our money was not green enough or he probably thought we were not credit worthy. We will be heading to another dealership tomorrow.

These people are the best! I've been to other mechanics in the area before Marietta, both dealership and independent, and the are by far the most reliable and honest in their service department. They will let you know the problems the car is having and what could wait to be serviced. You will not go if for an oil change and come out with a massive bill for a dozen other problems. But they will tell you if a problem may be on the horizon. The last time I brought my car in they informed me that the check engine light was indicating that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced, I was given enough time to save up for the part. When I brought the car in for the new converter they informed me that the car may pass emission inspection and completed the test before replacing the part. The car passed inspection, so I could save the money on the converter.I will definitely be bringing my car back to Marietta- especially when I actually need to get the converter replaced.

WOW they made it so easy to work with them. i dealt with Ryan Adams and Mostly Wesley Weekley. I explained I wanted to deal 99% via email due to the fact that my work doesn't provide me the opportunity to be on the phone all day. They asked what I wanted and got exactly what I wanted. They priced it right and made it too easy to not take them up on the offer. I dealt a lot with Wesley Weekley and I can tell you he is a true professional and didnt BS me a million times over. He gave me direct answers and didnt waste my time. When I arrived at the dealership to purchase the car he had me in and out in less than an hour and that included a test drive. If your looking to NOT waste your time call them up and ask for Wesley Weekley. He will take care of you and have you leave with a big smile on your face and not an empty wallet.

I shopped for a new car for more than 7 months when I finally went to Marietta Toyota (trust me, I experienced the best and worst Atlanta has to offer in the car business). I saw an add for a Rav4 lease which was a great price, but I knew it would be a base model. I stopped in to see how much the lease would be for a car with more options such as leather and a sunroof. I like to say that I have "champagne tastes on a PB&J budget," and Marietta Toyota (and Alan Kell) worked wonders to keep the lease within my meager budget. I cannot thank them enough for their friendliness and willingness to help me. I FINALLY ended my car search and felt I got a great deal in the process.Alan Kell was new to the sales floor but he was kind, patient and never pressured me to buy anything. I felt like he genuinely cared about me and my children. He remembered their names right off the bat and always made sure they were comfortable and had everything they needed while we were at the dealership. I've had to call back with questions several times since my purchase and Alan has been incredibly responsive!I highly recommend Marietta Toyota and Alan Kell! You can't go wrong!

Saw a '12 closeout Camry and were told to return to discuss trade in and numbers when dealer was not so close to closing time. We made special trip a few days later with purpose of taking delivery if price was inline with our budget. After around 45 minutes of trade appraisal etc we talked with Ryan of our realistic expectations.Roberto (Finance), Scott (Sales Manager), and Ryan/Brian teamed up to give us a deal we could NOT refuse. We love the Camry SE Limited (Blizzard Pearl) and will certainly return to Marietta Toyota to purchase in the future.The delivery process was quick and we will certainly refer future purchasers to this dealer. Other dealers promised large discounts and no dealer fees but in the end it all 'comes out in the wash'. Thanks!!

My experience with Marietta Toyota service was excellent. The service department was very organized friendly and quick (28 mins total). I bought my Tacoma here and I'm glad to see that the friendly helpful sales attitude extends to the service department. After a bad experience with another toyota dealership's service department up the road, it's important to remember that sales is once and service is continuous when choosing a dealership.

We have bought 3 cars so far (1 Corolla and 2 Rav4s) from Marietta Toyota and have been very pleased with this dealership. Each salesperson (Don, Perry/Bobby are father and son and Andy) has been professional, friendly and have gone above and beyond the normal sales experience to make sure we got the car we wanted at a price we could afford, and Yeviz in the finance department is a genius at finding great rates for us. No other dealer we've ever dealt with has come close to the quality of overall customer service at Marietta Toyota. And with service, I have experience no problems at all; after reading the other reviews, I was puzzled at what others had to say, since we have only had first-rate service on our cars at Marietta Toyota. This is by far the most honest and professional car dealer we've ever used.

We just recently purchased our fifth car (Toyotal Highlander Limited) from Jimmy Wilson and Marietta Toyota. When we moved to Georgia in 2002, we had a great deal of anxiety about dealing with car salespeople as we considered most dishonest and willing to do anything to sell a car based on past experiences. Therefore, we were pleasantly surprised when we met Jimmy in 2003 when we purchased our first car from him. He was honest and extremely helpful. At the time, Jimmy probably thought he was making one car sale but his integrity and excellent customer service left a profound impression. My husband and I said that if we ever buy another car that we would only work with Jimmy Wilson. Well, five cars later, we have held up our end of the deal and Jimmy has never changed in his integrity or customer service in any of our car purchases. It helps that he has sold us 5 quality cars in Toyota but he should absolutely be considered the standard for being an ethical car salesman that focuses on the customers needs. 3 visits for a simple warranty part to be replaced. 4 hours of total wait time, last visit I saw the vehicle ready in lot for 30 minutes before they came to tell me it was ready. They made me wait long on purpose, they do not value customers time or respect them. Overheard office staff talking very loud about risque topics of sexual nature and using profanity. Seems service staff acts like they run the world. Rather than listening to a customer complaints they just tell you what they think you want to hear. I will NEVER bring another vehicle here for service I will drive across town in mid summer heat and traffic and be willing to pay more for decent service.

I would like to say that this was by far the worst experience I ever had, this dealership is unorganized and customer service is horrible.I purchased my Toyota Avalon 5/25/2012, they made a mistake and only gave me temporary tags for 20 days instead of 30 days. When my plates were not ready I called the dealership to find out from the tag personnel Gail that they just sent my information to tag office on the 06/12/2012. I spoke with the service manager and he was rude, told me in so many words we do not care go to tag office and ask for extension. Not a single apology or any consideration when I advised the manager I have to leave my job to handle their mistakes all he said was you are not listening you need to go to tag place like I did not heard that the first time. Not just that I had issues with the tags but the entire sale was handled horribly. I had to go back to the dealer multiple times because they could not get anything right. I just moved to Atlanta GA and the only place I know how to get to without GPS is this dealership. I love Toyota Avalon, I would love to drive this vehicle for the rest of my life but one more experience like this and I am going to Lexus. I was better of going to buy here pay here place, im sure service is better.Best regards,Disappointed customer

Robert explained the features of the Highlander, and the various options...in a totally non-pressure manner. He provided the information we needed but was not aggressive. He found the vehicle I wanted at another dealership in Florida, and then arranged to have it brought back to Atlanta on a flatbed so as not to put 500 miles on my brand new car.

This was my first car buying experience so I was very cautious, as you hear stories about aggressive car sales people. I contacted many dealers online and even used Consumer Report's car buying service. I was well educated in my car research. I dealt with Jimmie, who was one of their internet sales rep. He didn't pester me with calls or emails like the other sales rep. It was simple. He gave me the best deal. But of course when I saw the price, I made sure I was cautious about any catch of loopholes or options they would pressure you to buy. When I arrived at the dealer, he was very courteous. He was very knowledgeable. His entire family drives Toyota's. There was no pressure, he answered all my questions and he was patient. He didn't pressure me to get any options or add ons. I had came in the day after I purchased it to complete some paperwork. He was still courteous. I had some questions outside the scope of the sale, and he is willing to take the time to follow through and answer them. I have nothing bad to say about Jimmie. I had went to two other dealers in person, and spoke to several other internet sales rep. Jimmie is hands down the best. I can see why he's been doing this for 11 years. He gave me the best price & best service. I also dealt with Mark Fuhler, one of their financial managers. I had gotten a loan from a credit union, but he was pretty aggressive at trying to push me to sign a loan with them. He was also a fast talker. Since I'm not very familiar with loans, this made me very cautious. At the end of the day, the deal went through fine, but his demeanor can use some improvement. I would have given all 5's if it wasn't for him.

Perry Kenny and Jim Greenhaw at Marietta Toyota were great when I bought my first Highlander from them 8 years ago and they were fantastic again yesterday. Since my first car I had moved over an hour away and I came back to Marietta Toyota to purchase my new Highlander. The Sales people work together as a team Bill Dietz worked with me to find the exact car that I wanted. He was not available the day I went to pick it up so my old sales person Perry stepped right in and made the entire buying and trade in experience wonderful. Perry even took the time to educate me on all of the features of my car and helped me program my navigation, phone, blue tooth and garage door systems. It made the transition into a new car with a lot of features to set up very easy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

My Mom and I came into Marietta Toyota not expecting to buy a new car. The salesman who greeted us at the door was Jeff Granger. Although we informed Jeff that we were just looking he was very friendly and said that heds be glad to show us anything that we wanted to look at. Jeff took the time to explain all of the features on the new Camry and didn't try to push anything on us. After taking a test drive, Jeff said that he'd personally ensure that we got the best deal possible. The entir buying process was hassle free and that's in large part due to Jeff's professional and caring attitude. This was the most satisfying and least stressful car-buying experience I've ever had. Jeff is a great sales consultant who let the car sell itself. It almost felt like he was there just to help me find the car that had the options I was looking for, and once I'd narrowed the choices down to one particular car, he was very knowledgeable about the particulars. After a month long search, I had finally found the 2012 Camry SE I wanted to purchase. A silver metallic SE, and with Toyota's incentives, at a price that matched the financing that I had already secured. I arrived at the time scheduled with my salesman, only to be left waiting for 30 minutes. I was then presented with a white Camry to test drive and a printout of a car that was "to arrive next week." The problem? The car that I was to purchase had been on the lot! I was informed that my car "had been sold last night". Realizing that the "bait and switch" tactic was being utilized, I left my "local" Toyota dealership and contacted MARIETTA TOYOTA. My salesman, Matt Morgan, was easy going, good humored and offered reassurance that the car I wanted at the price I wanted could be done. I drove my first new car in 10 years home last night-72 hours after being jerked around by the previous dealership that I had been working with for a month. ! Matt and Paul in sales are knowledgeable and passionate about their Toyotas, Sales Managers, Scott and David are no no-nonsense about pricing and Mark in the finance department let me sign my paperwork and be on my way. From our first visit until we decided to buy a new Tacoma and agreed on a price, every encounter at this dealership was a positive experience. The sales person, Alex Cohn, is a real professional. She is courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. This was our first new car purchase in over 10 years. We werent sure whether we would buy a new truck or fix up the 12 year old clunker. Alex guided us through the process from start to delivery and follow-up. We never felt any pressure. Sales manager Scott Swaggerty, was great, as was Jim Greenhaw. The vehicle we wanted was not in stock so Glenn Mollman, the inventory manager, told us of a dealership where we could see a truck with the color combination we thought we wanted. When we finally decided what we wanted Glenn was very efficient in getting our new truck quickly. The finance guy, Mark, explained our options when we finalized the deal. We feel we got a good vehicle at a great price and have no hesitation in recommending Marietta Toyota to our friends and anyone in the market for a new vehicle. During our several visits we encountered numerous sales personnel. Every single one was pleasant and helpful. The telephone receptionist, Judy, also deserves recognition for her helpfulness on every occasion.

This was our first experience in buying a car from Marietta Toyota, and it was one that will encourage us to go there for our next one. Perry Kinney was an excellent salesman. Our purchase was handled completely on the telephone and through email. He returned calls and messages quickly and always with answers to our questions. When we arrived at the dealership to take delivery of our vehicle, the car was ready, and Perry and the business staff had all of the necessary paperwork prepared. Even though this is not our first Prius, there have been many changes, and instructions on the new features were important to us. Again, Perry was prepared and walked us through what we needed. The dealership was very busy, but we never felt rushed. The next day, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Perry to ask about our two hour drive home. We had just begun to program our garage door opener, and he talked us through it over the phone! We are very appreciatve of the professional and personalized experience at Marietta Toyota.

We had an excellent experience with Mr. Glover at Marietta Toyota!!! Mr. Glover was respectful, knowledgeable and courteous... Did I mention Respectful. He listened to our likes and dis-likes and did not try to talk us into more expensive options that we did not want or like. He searched the Southeast inventory and came up with a car that matched our requirments 100%!!! Mr. Glover was everything that people want in a car salesman. If all car salesmen were like Mr. Glover people would love the process of purchasing a new car....The Finance Department was also very easy to deal with and very straight forward... I don't remember the Finance associate's name but he was also very respectful.We have had many experiences at other car dealers where you just did not feel like your opinions and likes were listened to and understood. Most Car dealers seem to just want to get you a car and play games with the price and options. At Marietta Toyota they listened to what we wanted, did not play games with the price and overall provided us with an excellent car buying experience....

I recently purchased a 2008 BMW Z4 from this dealership. I recently took my car to the BMW dealership to have it checked for a noises that were coming out of the turning axles and when the engine was cold. The car had been on a wreck, carfax was clean, autocheck was clean, but this dealer does not check cars before they buy them from other people. They go for a test drive and that's it. If they really looked at the car, it would have been obvious that the car had been on a wreck because of the mechanical functionality of the car. Also, I was told by the Ken (salesman) that I would get a BMW battery installed in the car, I waited in the showroom for 45 min before I could even test drive the car while I waited for them to get the battery from the BMW dealership, since I waited for so long, they placed the old battery for the moment. A couple of days after I get the car, I am told it has an aftermarket battery and that it voided my BMW warranty on certain electronics. I talked to the salesman, and he denied everything, he said they never agreed on a BMW battery, they even told me they called the BMW dealership to see if there was any chance it would affect it, BMW told them it might do something to the car but were not completely certain, and they still put an aftermarket battery on it, knowing that it could affect the car later on. BMW would have replaced the old battery for free, I was better off with the old one. They offered to pay for half of the new BMW battery, I faxed the invoice over a week and a half ago and I am still waiting on the check. Very disappointed. I am never going to buy a car from them again.

We came into lease a Prius and left with that car plus traded in our other vehicle for a Camry. I had purchased a Highlander from Marietta Toyota a few years before and was trading in after deciding to get a new Tacoma. My Salesperson was Alex Cohn, she was very friendly and accommodating during the whole sales process. I have always owned a Toyota vehicle. I am a loyal customer of that brand. However, I WILL NEVER BUY A TOYOTA AGAIN!!!!! EVER!!!! Marietta Toyota on Cobb Parkway is CRAP!!!! The service center is HORRIBLE!!!! Worst attitudes there this morning as if I owe THEM SOMETHING!!! I have a 2008 Avalon that has a headlight out IN LESS THAN 5 YEARS and they will not replace it unless I pay $300!!! Toyota is crooked, and CLEARLY doesn't stand by their work/products... Hyundai has warranties that last up to TEN YEARS and 200K miles and their cars are way cheaper!!! That is a HUGE slap in the face! I was looking to get a Lexus next year but after this experience my next car WILL NOT be a Toyota! Don't be fooled... they are not the company they used to be!!!!!

We were suppose to buy the car for $14,300 out the door, well when I looked at the paper work it was actually 15,500 out the door! The car wouldnt start 20mins out of the lot, and they wont do anything about it because its a used car. The rearview mirror had to be reclamped on, imagine my surprise/embarrasment when I went over a speed bump and it fell right off. They never gave me the codes for the navi, radio, or handsfree link, so I guess I can never unhook my battery. The sales person even told us there was a CD in the glovebox that would teach us how to use the Navi and handsfree link but guess what... NO CD, big surprise there. Lets just say I am a highly unsatified customer! And I'm also a owner of $15,500 piece of junk, which should have been a $14,300 piece of junk!

Rude and unprofessional. The salesman knew very little about the car we wanted. I told him we had a $40k budget and he showed me a $58k Sequoia, which he knew little about also. When we were totally prepared to buy last night and when it came time to negotiate price of the car, the sales manager, Scott Swaggerty, crossed his arms and asked my husband to explain why he thought the dealership should lower the price of their car. He even told us "it is none of your business." I have NEVER been spoken to that way before and we got up and left. Scott rudely said when we don't find anything anywhere else, we know where to find them. My husband proclaimed we will not be giving them our business. There are plenty of dealers who can treat us with respect and deserve our money. They let us walk out when we were ready to buy!

Personnel was rude and inattentive. Literally waited in front lobby for 30 minutes to be attended. Everyone else seemed to be just standing around. People working there joked about the wait time with myself. Once i got to see the car, the finance manager had a bunch of requirements for paperwork. They were substantial amount of proof they required, which is fine. Only problem is that they kept asking one item at a time and i didn't have everything at hand. They never told me exactly what I needed and therefore kept me at the dealership untill past-closing. ALthough once i met their required paperwork, I was the last to be serviced, although people who went ahead of me had arrived later in the day. Moreover, I was accused of being suspicious and/or maybe a cartel member because i had different address. I explained to them the reasons why this was the case. The finance manager and his boss did a horrible job and I will never do business with Toyota after this experience.

Let me start off by saying, Im not one to write online reviews, however, after reading all the reviews and my experience with Perry and Marietta Toyota, I couldnt pass up the opportunity to express my complete satisfaction and pleasure with this purchasing experience. Being that I am darker skinned, have kids, and purchased a van I felt that I owed it to all those that read online reviews to describe my experience. I have dealt with racism all my life and I can assure you that Perry Kinney did not display any racism towards me or my kids. Had he, this dealership would have been the last place I purchased a car from. I have spent hours online researching the EXACT Sienna I wanted to purchase and was finally at the point that it was time to hit the road and head to the dealerships. With my husband out of town and 3 of my kids in tow (5,7&9 year-old), I was dreading the day. The hassle of dealing with a car salesman and the dealership mindset of pressuring you into buying a car was not how I wanted to spend my day. Although I felt very prepared, this was not going to be my idea of a family fun experience. I started off at World Toyota. Where they seemed to fit the exact mold of what I despise, just wanting to make a sale, regardless of my specifications, and move the inventory off their sales lot. I then went on to 2 other dealerships where it seemed to be the same sales mentality. Sienna's were similar to what I wanted but not exactly what I wanted. Losing hope on every finding my Sienna I then went to Marietta Toyota. Upon entering Marietta Toyota I was greeted by Perry. While I was obviously stressed, irritated, and not enjoying the day out car shopping with my 3 little darlings, Perry was nothing but polite, welcoming, and professional. He immediately sat down with me and made notes to exactly what it was I was looking for. With 3 kids in the office, you can imagine how many interruptions we had to our conversation. Perry was nothing but patient and accommodating to my children. He offered them drinks and cracker snacks, then showed the kids the playroom. I instantly fell in love with Marietta Toyotas purchasing experience. Not only was the salesman representing Marietta Toyota knowledgeable, polite, and had a true sense of sincerity but the playroom was a huge stress reliever. Perry immediately went to work to find my Sienna. Not a Sienna like what I wanted, but the Sienna I wanted. He located the vehicle at a dealership in a nearby state. Once we agreed upon a price he arranged for the Sienna to be brought to Marietta Toyota. A few days later I went back to Marietta Toyota with kids in tow to bring home my Sienna. Perry was so thorough in showing me how everything worked. He helped me get everyone situated in the van and immediately showed me how to operate the entertainment system (for my kids enjoyment). Perry had me feeling like I was his only customer. Every question I had was answered, every aspect of the van was explained, and I was ready to drive home. I never felt rushed, pressured, or as if me and my kids were a bother to him. I have recommended him to a number of my friends. My only complaint is that I didnt go to Marietta Toyota first! Latisha

Initially did my research online before going to Marietta Toyota. Other dealerships did not have the exact vehicle that we wanted on their lot, but Marietta Toyota did. Once I called, I was assigned to Eric, and he took care of us through the entire process. I explained to him that we knew the vehicle we wanted and what we wanted to pay. He initially offered us a good & fair price on the vehicle, but me being the harda** that I am, I wanted to see how much they wanted my business and I pressured them to meeting me at my price, & they did. I purposely was a tough customer, & now I am a loyal one. They put up with me, and put my needs and wants first, and I sincerely appreciate that. Won't be in the market for a new vehicle for a while, but will definitely recommend this dealership & Eric to others.

Except assuming that Perry Kinney did most 5-star reviews here by himself, I had extremely hard time to understand how he could get so many compliments. It was absloutely the worst customer service we had ever received from any service firms in our life. Our story was almost exactly the same with a previous lady's review, and by comparing our cases, the following assumptions is made:1. Mr. Kinney possibly doesn't like to sell the minivans. When he receives the inquiries about Sienna, his attitude will change 180 degree. Maybe the profit margin isn't big enough for him to spend his time with us.2. He probably hates children. When he deals with the families with kids, he loses his professional composure. He becomes very rude, impatient, and offensive. He will quickly express that he wants to end this conversation and moves on to the next customer.3. He "might" have problem with someone who has darker skin color. From the beginning of our meeting, his answers were short and basically meaningless, and he contantly showed his poker face with unhappy voice. He even abandoned us for 20 minutes in the middle of our meeting to serve another caucasian female. Hum... I wonder whom manufacture Toyota? Isn't that Japanese? Wow, discriminating his own big boss, genius!**By the way, if you are Costco members like me and you thought that you got a good deal, you will be angry to know that I got a better offer with $2,000 less in another Toyota dealership (hint: World XX in Gwinnett). Since Mr. Kinney pushed us out of the door, we requested a few quotes on www.edmunds.com to see if we could get any positive response. This dealership emailed back within 30 minutes and offered a jaw dropping deal with $2K less. Brand new, same model, same year, same options. Trust me, google "Costco Auto program hoax" and you know what I am talking about! $2K can take your family to a nice vacation, please don't give it up to Marietta Toyota!

I went to Marietta Toyota to check out a very good deal proposal posted on dealer's Web site. Sales exec Jerry Massa got right to the point reviewing facts and figures and illustrating that the deal included routine service of the auto in question, a point not made in the posting. Rarely do you come away with a deal better than advertised! Additionally, Jerry was open, honest, and had ready and good answers to all my questions. We concluded our business quickly. Jerry also showed he was a genuinely nice person who would go way out of his way to help out now during the lease. Interactions with a couple of other dealership employees were most courteous and professional.

This was the best car buying experience I've every had. I was greeted warmly by Mr. Kinney, who remained quite attentive and friendly during the entire visit. There was no feeling of pressure. My questions were answered thoroughly and I was allowed as much time as I needed for driving and examining the vehicle. The overall experience was quite surprising. As has been my experience in the past, I was expecting an aggressive yet uninterested salesman. This was not the case. Mr. Kinney even called 2 days after the sale to see if all was well and to know if I was enjoying the vehicle!The price was quite good. When we finally got out there the whole staff was very nice and cooperative. Perry Kinney is a wonderful person and salesman, very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though we all know buying a vehicle is a long, boring process Perry made it easy and very pleasant. What a great car purchase experience! We found the Prius (now very scarce) we wanted online--and contacted the dealership. Steve Howard responded to us immediately and offered to hold the car for us (no deposit necessary). We then sat down with Perry Kinney to work out the deal. They gave me an excellent trade-in on my older Lexus and offered multiple financing options. Good deal overall! Perry was a real pleasure to deal with! No pressure, very personable and took the time to fully explain and demonstrate ALL the vehicle features. Even plugged his personal cell-phone number into our new car system and made it clear we could call him at any time. This is a professional, customer-oriented organization that I would recommend to any car buyer! Better than any car-purchasing experience we've ever had!

On April 17th, I went to Marietta Toyota for an appt. to purchase a new 2011 Toyota Sienna Minivan. I was sent there through the Costco program.Our assigned sales person, Perry Kinney, was so rude to me, my husband and my five year old son. Every question I asked was given a curt response. He was often disrespectful and condescending. No extra explanations on features or questions on what we were looking for and why. It was clear he didn't care if we bought a car from him. He insulted my trade-in car and when I asked for a copy of the write up he did on the estimate he asked me "Why, you don't need it. Can't you just write the information down?" I even asked if I had done something to offend him and he said no. I said, "well you are being very rude." He didn't say a word. Nothing. Just walked away from me and didn't even say goodbye to us.We left. We drove straight over to World Toyota where not only did we receive the most incredible welcome and customer service, but we bought an even more expensive Minivan than we had planned. Everyone at World Toyota was a pleasure to work with, the environment was happy, friendly and festive.Not only will I never go back to Marietta Toyota, but I will tell everyone I know how incredibly rude their employees are to customers.

I was totally pleased with a very pleasant experience of buying a new car. I am 81 years old and had over 100,000 miles on my 2001 Toyota Camry. I had decided that I should have one more new car before I died and had been looking for some time. Finally, I went to the internet, put in my search on Overstock.com. Phillip Malone contacted me immediately, gave me a price that was much better than anything I had been quoted.Although I live in Middle Tennessee, I planned to be visiting in the Oakwood/Gainesville area so searched that area as well as locally. When I arrived in Georgia and went to Marietta Toyota, they had the care I wanted and everything was just as it was presented to me over the phone. It was a completely painless procedure which I cannot say for other new car purchases that I have made. I had all the information I needed before I ever left home.

I bought a Toyota Highlander last week with Marietta Toyota and had a great experience buying this car. I was very satisfied with the deal and particularly happy with Philip Malone (Sales Person) who took care of the business. Philip Malone is very honest, knowledgeable, treats customers with utmost respect. He was always very patient explaining about the car specifications, not once but three times. About the dealership, they were able to trade in my current car and and completed all the paperwork within few hours and I was able to ride home with my new car. Car buying is not only about getting deals. It is about prompt service, support and honestsales people. I got that with Marietta Toyota and Philip Malone. Trust me, they are really good.

My salesman was Robert Glover. Robert is extremely personable and patient. He is also very knowledgeable about the products. I found him easy to work with during what, for me, is a tense process and not in the least enjoyable.Mr. Higham did the paperwork and I felt it took too long, and that he should have stepped out and told me that it would be awhile, and I could have gone and gotten lunch.I feel that Robert is a wonderful salesperson, and I would do business with the dealership again.

Bought new Tundra through a Costco program. We were unsure if we wanted a Tundra or a Highlander. Perry knew we were cost sensitive and worked with us to find a vehicle we could afford. Perry was not pushy and was very knowledgeable of the vehicles we looked at. Test driving 3 vehicles and all paperwork took only 2 1/2 to 3 hours. What a great experience. I traded a late model, with equity, for a 2011 Camry XLE. Steve Howard had folks lined up, but I never felt like I was pushed. He took the time to move cars around so my wife could see the colors better, searched for optioned cars which were inbound to try to save us some cash, and generally made us feel like we were more important than the other appointments he had. When the deal was cut, he asked if we minded him handing it off to Bill, we said no, and Bill was just as courteous and focused. Their internet pricing can't be beat by anyone, and when the deal was close, he made sure it was a buy decision. You won't go wrong here, and you will feel welcome. Give them a call.

I highly recommend contacting Bill Deitz and Perry Kinney if you are in the market for a new Toyota. I submitted requests via the internet to 10 dealerships in the Atlanta area to quote on a 4 Runner. I purchased my first Toyota from Marietta Toyota in 1992. I have been extremely satisfied with their services....until 2006...when it appeared the salesman (who is no longer there) did not want my business. Last year, as I was waiting to get my oil changed, I ran into Perry Kinney who asked me if I needed help. I told him I was being helped...one thing led to another and I told him about my unpleasant experience with the dealership in 2006. He gave me his card-asked me to contact him when our leases (Joe and I lease 2 cars every 3-4 years) expired as Marietta Toyota did indeed value our patronage. Last week we leased 2 new cars from Perry. He worked tirelessly to ensure that we would get the cars we wanted within our budget as we are retired. He is a true professional....a wealth of knowledge about financing, car taxes, you name it....if he did not know the answer to a question, he knew where to go to find it...I will not hesitate to recommend him and the dealer to friends AND will be returning in 3 years to lease a new Avalon from him.Thank you Perry.

I was finally trading in my 1999 Camry (150,000+ miles) and looking for another Camry to replace it. It was my first visit and purchase to/from Marietta Toyota. From beginning to end my experience at the dealership was an excellent one. The time each gentleman took to make sure my questions were answered and I was purchasing the car I wanted was outstanding. The no pressure sale was a relief. I was asked what I was looking for in a car and then I was shown a variety of choices to test drive. After narrowing down my choice to 2 cars, I was shown how each car option worked on the newer vehicles. I was then brought into financing. At this point, I was shown all the differnt payment/incentive options so that I could get the best car for my money. I was then presented with a coupon book filled with free services & oil changes. My experience was one in which I will be a returning customer and I will encourage my friends and family to do the same.

Why ...? No high pressure sale tactics. Communication was very civil. The salesman listen to our questions, comments, and requests. The salesman was amiable and not outright obnoxious as in some other dealers we have visited in the past. He seemed quite knowledgeable about the vehicle we bought. I have purchased 2 cars from Perry Kinney at Marietta Toyota. The experience I had when I bought my first car from him is what made me know that I would never buy another car from anybody else. I was torn between the Honda Accord and the Toyota Camry. I went to Marietta Toyota first and drove the Camry and asked all the questions I could think of. I then went to the Honda dealership and asked my questions there. When I decided to go back to Toyota to purchase the Camry, Perry was right there ready to find the EXACT one I wanted. A month after I bought it, Perry called me to ensure that I still loved it as much as I did when I drove it off the lot. I have since traded in the Camry and purchased a Highlander!!!!Fantastic car buying experience!!!! No pressure, totally knowledgeable sales man, and a very friendly environment.

I was looking for a specific vehicle Rav4 Sport, in the Metallic Grey color. I had originally contacted Jay Toyota in Columbus, GA to which they told me "there are non of those cars that you are looking for in the Southeast Region." Thanks I said, continued my search and was contacted by Mr. Kent from Marietta Toyota. I told him what I was looking for and that I was a serious buyer. Two days later, he calls me up and "we have found the car you are looking for." Needless to say, I was at the dealership that weekend purchasing my first new car. The Rav4 Sport is an excellent vehicle and I love it. Working with Mr. Kent was easy, and his friendliness is second to none. I tip my hat to him and the dealership for being aggressive in finding my vehicle. I give Marietta Toyota high marks and will recommend them to anyone who is interested in buying a toyota. For what it is worth and to who ever reads this: I give Jay Toyota of Columbus,GA "very bad" marks. Case and point. They told me the vehicle I was looking for could not be found in the Southeast Region. I think it was because the dealership (Jay) has a "lazy/bottom feeder" type attitude towards those that shop there.

Robert Glover provided outstanding customer service. He was extremely helpful when I lost my job and wasn't sure if I can purchase the car. He worked with the dealership upper management staff and they all pull together to support me. When I was able to find a job, they made the purchase process effortless. Robert took the time to explain the features of the car and help ease the concern my mother and brother on purchasing the car. After the purchase, he continue to provide outstanding service by explaining to me the process to get my car tag as well as on how to handle the recall due to a faulty gas pedal. Dealer Doc fees may be a bit higher than other dealers in the state and they can be rather stingy on trade-in values, but the overall prices are very competitive and it was a real pleasure working with Rambo. They are willing to work with you and help you out with any incentives out there. I would recommend to a friend.

I have been dealing with Marietta Toyota for over 6 years now. First in their service department for my other vehicles, then ultimately I bought a new Toyota Avalon. I have had both Ford and Lexus serviced and repairs donte in the body shop. I have also bought parts for both cars from them and had them installed by the service department. The body shop as also done work on all of my cars.

Wanted to purchase a Highlander 2010 and the sales associate said they have one coming in and I can put a deposit if I want the Limited model. I test drove the Sport and liked it's suspension better but I wanted the rear power door which I was told that wasn't available in Sport trim. Also was told that Limited has 19" wheels vs 17" ones in Sport. I gave him the deposit in good faith but when I was browsing Toyota's website I found the power rear door listed as an option in Sport trim and also found that the Sport comes with 19" wheels as well. It got ugly when I asked the sales rep to let me have the option to buy Sport. He started yelling and acting totally unprofessional. The manager was more of the same. I did get the Limited since I had put 1000$ deposit which they used to pressure me.

Very surreal (and somewhat frightening) experience at Marietta Toyota. It's a long story, but it's worth it...I had already negotiated a good deal with another Toyota dealership inside the perimeter, but, because we didn't move fast enough, this car was sold to someone else.So we went to Marietta Toyota because they had about 12 Highlanders, and we figured they'd be in the mood to negotiate. Carlyle, the sales rep, was nice enough. He showed us the car and started the negotiations with us. Of course, this is where the back and forth began. We'd give him a price, Carlyle would run off to the sales manager, then come back with a "counteroffer." It was, however, clear very quickly that we would not come to an agreement - our highest offer (which is more than the price that the other dealership had given us) was about $4,000 LESS than what Marietta Toyota was offering.We were ready to leave, but Carlyle insisted that we talk to his sales manager (he thought seeing this guy face-to-face would help the deal). When this sales manager showed up, it was evident that he was insulted by our offers. He was extremely rude and belligerent from the start.Then the guy got very very ugly. When we got up to leave, and I reached for the piece of paper containing our notes and negotiations, this sales manager jumped up, ripped the paper out of my hands, and told me to get out. He literally followed us to the door to kick us out! Our sales guy had a stunned look on his face (poor guy...I think he really WAS afraid of his sales manager). The only other customers in the place (there was only one other couple) were shocked as well.I'm neither a yeller nor a screamer. I don't go out of my way to insult people, and I generally treat business people as professionals until they prove otherwise. We had not done anything to provoke this kind of reaction. From the sales manager's physical demeanor, I was worried that he may actually physically assault us, so I told my wife to go back too our car immediately.I'm not sure why this guy is a sales manager. Even if our offers were too low for his taste, wouldn't a sales manager at a car dealership be able to deal with offers of all kinds without throwing a temper tantrum? All he had to say was, "No, we can't sell at that price." Perhaps this was a very poor attempt at the "good copy, bad cop" routine that most dealerships make you go through. I wasn't amused.Here are the final numbers - we ended up buying the exact same car from World Toyota for an out-the-door price that was close to $4,000 less than the lowest price Marietta price gave me (and for which they kicked us out). If you're in the market for a Toyota, there's no need to take my word for it. Just visit the two dealerships and compare.

This place is a total ripoff. My my camry was under 6 yr extended warranty and the water pump had an issue, Josh Mimms and others told that toyota covers it and later the service technicians at marietta toyota broke the bolt and made sure the claim got rejected by toyota. Also the staff were very rude. Tom Ravita and Cal Piper though they are in sr management, used foul langage in presence women and 3 year kids. Also, my friends had bad experience with these folks while servicing their toyotas. Please choose some other place.DS

The following events took place in October/November 2001. After replacing the clutch on my wife's RAV4 (which had approximately 60000 miles on the odometer), the service department neglected to re-install the transaxle vacume hoses. This resulted in 2 emissions inspection failures, and $129 for the third emissions inspection (the 2nd inspection is always free if the 1st fails) and "troubleguessing" charges, for which we were NOT reimbursed. Cobb County Toyota quickly diagnosed AND FIXED the problem FOR FREE, afterwhich the car passed the final emissions inspection at Marietta Toyota. On top of all that, they put a nice big DENT in the RHS front fender, and it took 2 weeks of arguing with the dealership manager (Mathiews) before they finally fixed it to our satisfaction. I HAVE NOT BEEN BACK TO MARIETTA TOYOTA SINCE...

I contacted Bill via the internet wanting a [hard to get] Solara SLE Convertible with Nav. He was very customer service oriented and had a partner who took me out on a test drive. Before I went he had emailed me the price, including all fees on a 2004. Better yet, they were charging only MSRP when other dealers I had contacted were $1k to $4k over MSRP. <br><br>He found one that would be in about 3 weeks later that was a 2004 but then told me a 2005 was coming in a couple of days later just like it. He would give me the 2004 price ($200 less). Three days before the car was promised I got a call and picked up the car. It had some kind of white spots on the hood and they told me to come in on Monday and they would take care of it (they had come in on a Sunday just to deliver the car to me). I went in on Monday, he handed me the keys to his demo and told me he'd call me when it was done. Not only did they get the spots off but they waxed the car and test drove it and thought it wiggled a bit so they re-aligned the front. <br><br>I cannot be happier with their service.
