The puddle light on the mirror was out on my 2020 escalade. Service advisors seem lazy and unwilling to help. It was easier for me to buy the bulb and replace myself. Then to try and put the car through the shop. I worked at bmw for years. We would warranty bulbs in the service drive all day. Quick and easy for the customer. Maybe I'm just used to the service at bmw. On a side note the parts lady is amazing.

Everybody was extraordinary kind. Front and center willing to help. None of my questions were left unanswered. And they were answered with honesty and integrity. Bottom line is... I refuse to go anywhere else..PERIOD ..thank you

I bought a 2021 Sierra 2500. The salesman was professional and nice but finance side was not very buyer friendly. He put fees in the contract that, as a result of my own fault, I did not catch! I came from out of state and felt like I was treated as a 1 and done for them.

Excellent delivery. Jim explained everything and made sure I understood all the paperwork. I never owned a truck before, so Sean took the extra time to explain all the new features I have in my new truck!

The customer service guy was preoccupied the whole time he waited on us. We were trying to ask him if he could have the mechanic check and listen for a noise in the exhaust we’ve been hearing . The guy couldn’t sit still and couldn’t give us his full attention and had to answer the phone also. I asked how long the car would take for the oil change and rotation. He said about an hour. Over An hour and 20 minutes later I noticed my car parked against the building with a pick up parked in front of it. So I went inside and asked if my car was ready he said oh yeah it’s all set and then rushes me over to the cashier. Never went over anything that the mechanic did or if he even listened to the exhaust problem. Never called my name to notify me that the car was ready and I never received a text that it was ready. Then I couldn’t move my car because I was blocked in but then someone from inside came out to move it. Honestly customer service was extremely poor & that makes me lose confidence in the whole experience. I expect that kind of lack of concern going to the neighborhood garage but not at a dealership, I expected a more professional customer service rep and a better experience.
