Not only did we buy one car but 2 vehicles in one month time frame because of our experience. Ricky Crawford is an amazing sales person and human being. He understood our needs and listened to what we wanted and put us in not only one but two perfect vehicles for us. I have shared this with many friends to which at least 4 have come and purchased vehicles from Ricky because he is amazing to deal with. Your store is blessed to have such a dedicated salesman that truly cares about the people he is working with. GREAT JOB keep that man and he could teach your other salesman how important it is to be tuned in to their customers. GREAT job and we will be back - maybe not for a couple of years but we WILL come back. Even both finance guys we worked with were amazing. You truly have a top notch organization at this dealership.

I live 70 miles away but needed to get a more reliable car for my daughter who is at college in Cedar Rapids. Found the car online in McGrath's used car inventory and requested more info at midnight. By early that morning I was contacted by Spencer who set the ball rolling. He understood I had little time to car shop or hang out in a dealership. He helped set up a time for my daughter to test drive the car and provided me an electronic form to request financing. After the test drive and a 10 min phone call with the finance guys and we had a deal worked out. I drove to Cedar Rapids and spent only 30 minutes at the dealership signing some papers and was out the door with a safe and reliable car at a fair price. Joel Havlicek, Spencer Miller and all the associates at McGrath are the best! I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership if you are looking for efficient, friendly and fair auto buying.

Was in a tight situation but needed a car. Blake and Dario were AMAZING. They did everything they could to get me into a car. I would recommend Dario to anybody in the market, he was amazing to work with, he answered every question I had no matter how stupid, he was very patient and kept me up to date on everything going on. AMAZING customer service from him. So far the best customer service I've ever reacieved! It was a great first buying experience!

Yesterday I traded in my old car from high school and bought a 2012 Nissan Altima coupe. I am a 20 year old female and This was my first car buying experience. I had heard some not so good things about McGrath, (pushy, rude etc.) so I had my dad come with me. My sales person was Ray Lopez and the sales manager who helped was Ryan Fall. These two guys changed both my dad & i's perception of McGrath 100%!! They were so nice, so friendly and very helpful. Ray and Ryan truely cared that I got a car I wanted at a number I was comfortable with. Props to Ray and Ryan, I would recommend you guys to ANYONE! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Quite surprised with how pleasant the car buying experience here was compared to other neighboring dealerships. My sales person was Jared Kincheloe and he was awesome at his job: smooth, laid back, and not pushy at all. I was in and out for a period of 4 days testing different cars. Jared and Spencer helped me get a feel for the best car that I would enjoy the most. Once I found the type of car that I liked, they found me an even better one with lower miles, newer year, and at a great deal. I was pre-approved before I went in to the dealership but Spencer was able to get me an even better APR. I am now the owner of a nearly new Ford fusion and I am still confident that I chose the right dealership to purchase a vehicle. If you visit this location, ask for Jared, his customer service skills are impressive and he actually listens to your wants/needs.

Started on a Monday got pre approved. 9Emails and 5 phone calls later finally had deal in place. Then they called back wanted $500 more. Friday e-mailed me to see if I was still interested. Told them yes I came up with $500 more with my trade. 4 Emails &3 phone calls later I'm told we don't want your trade you need at least $3000 down. None of them knew a xxxx thing about car they was selling to begin with. Bunch of sharks in suits playing bait & switch. For $12,000 I'll take my business where it's appreciated. 2 days 9 hours total wasted.

The people at marion used car superstore were amazing. Dario listened to what I needed and wanted in order to find the perfect vehicle for me. They went above and beyond to make sure my new vehicle was perfect for me. I did not feel pressured about anything. Stopped into look at a car. Had a test drive and it was good. I liked the car. I asked about the price. Salesman didn't know he said maybe 26,000 I asked him to go check the price while he did that I checked on my phone verified stock number on the car & it showed 16, 999 on line. Salesman comes back 18,999. I asked him what the deal was? I go back into my phone & the the price has jumped up to 18, 999 on line. After talking a bit they go back to the 16, 999. "Internet deal they didnt know about" they said. Are you not the dealer? Do you not enter the price? No mattet the trust is gone. Would of been the second car I purchased form there in the last year. First car they started 3, 000 over NADA book value. Again an error. I can see one time but two times? I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble, But I know this is not right. Put the PRICE ON YOUR CARS. Problem solved. Off my soap box. Thank You

My salesman and manager helped me get into another vehicle after a lot of work. they both done a good job. a lot of calls and messages to find right one to fit my budget and trading my other car I was upside down in. came away with a nice Ford Escape, less miles. interest rate cut in half from what I had.

Colton has always taken care of my vehicle needs in the best possible way. He is a terrific communicator and never left me wondering about what was in stock. He constantly was updating me on what was new on the lot and tried his best to accommodate what I was looking for. He even went as far as driving over 30 miles to get the vehicle I ended up purchasing to bring it in for me to test drive. Everyone else at this dealership was exceptionally kind as well and I would gladly do business with them again in the future.

I test drove about seven different SUV's. My salesman was very patient and listened to what I wanted. They let me take a vehicle overnight which was a really good thing because I decided after all the hype of it I really didn't like it. They had one that had just come in from trade and put it right into service and detail so I could see it. That was the one I decided on. Coming to an agreement is always a back and forth conversation. It wasn't bad at all. I didn't feel pressured. I got what I wanted and don't feel cheated by the price at all. After purchasing my SUV there were a few things that needed to be fixed. They gave me a loaner while they were working on my vehicle. My salesman kept in contact with me while it was being serviced and let me know the status. From start to finish it was a good experience.

According to my needs,Everett pulled 3 fitting vehicles for me. We ended up settling on a 2011 GMC Acadia. I had originally looked at Mazda stick but had issues so had to find another car & they found this Pontiac G6--which was on recall list but the took care of that & an issue with the brakes; now I have car with low mileage that runs good. I'm a happy customer.

I needed to find a car for my daughter to drive at Iowa State. I saw one I was really interested in on the website, asked for more information, and was called within 10 minutes of my online request. Arrangements were made for a test drive immediately and when I got to the dealership, everyone was so nice! I got the pleasure of working with Everett Brown. He was the best! My 7 yr old son was with me and Everett made him feel just as important as I was. I told him what payments my daughter could afford and he kept crunching numbers to make it work. Tim in the finance dept was also very nice and helpful. I appreciated how I was treated from first phone call to final sale. I can't imagine doing business anywhere else!!

After visiting 2 other McGrath locations I had almost lost hope in finding the right sales person to help me find the perfect car. I was met in the lot at Marion by Rooster and Wingman and we where off to a great start. First and foremost I was listened too! Rooster did an awesome job finding just what I was looking for and assisting me with my very first car purchase. He went above and beyond having to deliver it to a different location due to a paperwork location, sat with me for hours while I waited to finish paperwork, and he even detailed the car himself. Rooster came thru with a repair issue long after I had purchased the car even though he was not obligated to. All in all would and have recommend the Marion Used Car Super Store and Josh Schwind, as it was a excellent car purchase experience. Rooster you rock!

This is the 2nd time, in a row, my wife and I bought our vehicle at Marion Superstore. Needless to say, had we not of had the excellent experience the first time, we wouldn't of bought then, and of course we would not of returned this time. Everett, our salesman went above and beyond to put up with my demands, as we haggled the price and terms of both purchases. The sales manager was at his wits end I'm sure, both times, as he tried to pacify my stubborness. Trust me when I say, it was not a fast negotiations. We went back and forth haggling over ever issue, until my wife and I were 100% completely satisfied. The first vehicle was an awesome 2003 Toyota Highlander Limited AWD. The only mechanical issue I had with it I knew prior to purchase, and in the negotiations, I agreed to replace the rotors myself. They worked fine, but I wanted brand new brakes and rotors due to some wear on the current ones. We drove the vehicle to Texas and back here to Iowa after picking our son up from his A school grad in the USN. Awesome trip made better by all of us taking turns having fun driving. We never had any issues with the vehicle. So naturally when we needed to buy a GMC Yukon Denali AWD, we called Everett first. Just happened that they just received one, hadn't even been to their service dept yet. So we went and although it was not the prefered color, and 2 options were not included that we wanted. The price, condition, mileage and terms convinced us to buy it. I would strongly recommend anyone needing a dependable vehicle at a fair price, ( subject to your own negotiations of course) from truly honest people, to go see Everett and the crew at Marion Superstore in Marion Iowa.

I just purchased a 2010 Chevy Malibu last Friday afternoon. The experience was absolutely wonderful. I was told the night before that I needed to make sure that I brought certain paperwork to verify certain things and when I got to the dealership and met with Devin and Anthony I was told that nothing was needed except my Driver's License and verification of insurance. I did not need references, verification of my pay stubs or my residence. Anthony had everything done when I got there. Devin is an awesome car salesman. He showed me everything that I needed to know about the car, we signed the paperwork very quickly and I was out of there very quickly and on my way to driving my new car. My experience with both of them was awesome and I will recommend anyone that I know to check out Pat McGrath's stores. He has more than just one store and there is alot of selection. Everett was very professional and accommodating while car shopping. I came into the dealership a few months ago, looking to trade a car I was very attached to because I needed a bigger car. After a few months of driving the new car around, I wasn't feeling it. I brought it back to the dealership because it just wasn't working for me. I wasn't in love with the car. Everett did everything he could to get me an even better deal and an amazing car, while making sure my payment stayed comparable. My new car is beautiful, has less miles and feels much better!! I am a return customer to the Marion Used Car Superstore as we purchased a vehicle there two years ago. We had a positive experience at that time and remain very happy with the vehicle. A recent return to the market to replace a different vehicle brought me back to the Marion Superstore. The experience went equally as well. My wife and I were very impressed with the overall positive and friendly attitude at the dealership. I would highly recommend our sales consultant, Tyler Swain. He quickly located a vehicle to my specifications at the Coralville location and brought it up to the Marion store for our convenience. We had bought our truck here a couple years ago and was very pleased with the service and the salesman so we decided to go back to look into getting a jeep.Adam Young was assigned our file since the previous salesman we had was no longer there. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful,he picked up a jeep from another car lot had it ready for us to look at and drive. When we decided it was not the right one for us he found us another in just a few minutes. My wife and I set out to trade in her 2010 Jeep Commander, due to gas mileage. We decided to stop at the Marion Used Car Superstore first, knowing that they had access to all of the Mcgrath line of cars. We were greeted in the parking lot by Everett, and from there our searching began. He started by asking what we were looking for in a vehicle and why we were getting rid of the jeep. After giving him the information and our credit application, he brought back 3 vehicle that fit our description to a T. He didn't tell us what they were he just brought them around to us. Each vehicle we drove, Everett seemed to know all of the "special" features it had. All in all i believe we test drove 4 different SUVs before falling in love with the Ford Edge. Everett and his group of financial associates did an amazing job getting us a payment we could afford, while not keeping us their for several hours. They are very good at what they do and are well knowledged in who and what they can finance. Our experience has changed my wifes perspective on car buying. Michelle Meier was fantastic through the whole experience of the day. She set up the appointment by email and texted me the morning of to make sure I knew how to get there. She also told me about the construction and how to avoid it. She even followed up on Monday to see how I liked the car. It was very cool having a woman as a salesperson. She was perky the minute we met her, and knew every answer we had about the car itself. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful, including Jamie and Tim. As a matter of fact, while Jamie was looking through our credit report, he discovered that our mobile home was almost paid off. We had no idea! So I called our mortgage company today, and he was right, we had it paid off on July 19, 2013. We would of not realized it without his help. He takes care of his customers too!My birthday was the next day, and when the paper work was all signed, Michelle presented me with a goody bag and a balloon to celebrate me buying a car AND my birthday. The moment we walked into the Marion Used Car Superstore, we felt at HOME. Every salesperson made it a point to say "Hi", I felt like a celebrity! I will highly recommend this dealership to friends and family when they go to shop for a car. They made shopping for a car "FUN"!

Unfourtunaly the salesman that helped us get our car was no longer working there, so Devin Wright was our new salesman. Donnie was very helpful and friendly and tried to go out of his way to help us, but the management would not negotiate on the posted price at all so we ended up feeling unsure of purchasing the vehicle. I went into the Used Car Lot not sure of what I wanted but positive I would only buy what I liked and not what they wanted to sell me. The salesman gave me my space and let me tell him what I was trying to find in a car. The salesman (Logan) had patience and let me drive several cars though it was getting late. He did not push for a decision but helped me to sell myself on the vehicle I eventually bought. The General Mgr was very negotionable and fair. He was willing to work with me and made a deal that I thought was fair for both of us. The final step was the Finance manager and I appreciated his demeanor as well. He gave me choices and had patience as I had many questions. He gave me the time I needed to make those decisions. Buying a car can be a very frustrating and anxious time. This was the easiest experience I have ever had in buying a car. I want to thank the whole team at Mcgraths for helping me. I would definetely work with them again.

Wow is all I can begin to say about my overall experience! I heard about Marion Used Car Superstore on the Radio and thought I'd give it a shot since my old car died. Nervous just like anybody else going to a car lot, wondering what kind of sales person I'd run into, lucky for me, Logan found me on the lot, greeted me with a smile and answered all the questions I had about a 2010 Chevy Malibu! No pressure at all! I was shocked! So I took it for a test drive, of coursed loved it. I then went in and talked to Jim, the GM of the store, who was nice and helpful! I got the price and terms I liked and couldn't refuse the deal! I then got into financing with Tim Dea, who was very nice and has a great sense of humor! This was my first-time buying a new-to-me car on my own. I had no idea about the process involved. It was quite the learning experience.As luck would have it, I was blessed to have a great salesperson to help me through it all.Tyler Swain, met me as soon as I got out of my car. His smile made me feel immediately at ease. He, as well as the entire McGrath Team, took great care of me with their patience and understanding of how stressful of a decision it can be to buy a car . . . the right car.Tyler went with me on several different test drives and actually suggested I take one of the cars home for the night. He filled out the necessary paperwork and out the door I went with my next possible car. When I called him the next day, I asked if another car I had noticed on the webpage was still available. He said he'd pull it around so I could check it out when I got there. As promised it was waiting for me to test drive. I'd found the right car . . .Tim Dea, Business Manager, handled the financials and the necessary paperwork. He also was very personable and wanted to make sure that I had everything I needed for my new-to-me car. After some processing and consideration, I needed to make some changes to my options and he was more than willing and able to meet my needs.I got to ring "The Gong" ( a car-buying tradition) and with keys in hand, I drove that last "test-driven" car home and I love it!I hope that I don't have to buy another car for a real long time but if I do, I'll be heading back to Marion Used Car Superstore and Tyler Swain. He's absolutely the best and I have already recommended his professionalism and excellent customer service to others. He is a wonderful asset to the McGrath Team.

I just purchased my 2010 Chevy Malibu thru the Marion Superstore. I am so impressed with the VIP treatment I had in the process. I first worked with Tammy to find the right car for me. I would never have considered a Chevy had she not brought me one to test drive for the day. The first car was not a fit for me as I could not live with the smell of the interior. Tammy went back and searched all the stores again to find the right car for me and SHE DID! The next process was painless also. I decided with all the work she did to find me the car she was also the right person to take care of the financing. It took 2 minutes to give her my info, she called within the hour telling me of the great 2.1 interest rate I was given. After work I met with Michelle at the Marion store, she had everything in order, all I had to do was sign. She is very friendly, helpful and accomodating. I felt confident that the team would take care me. The gift bag was a pleasant, unexpected touch. I drove away a very satisfied customer snacking on my cookies! I absolutely LOVE my new Mercury Mariner. The experience I had at the Marion Used Car Superstore with Michelle Meier was AMAZING! She went above and beyond any expectations that I had with this dealership. The fact that she searched high and low and put all her time and effort into finding me the car that I am in love with means more to me than I could ever explain. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know because the way I was treated was awesome! Even everyone in there was amazing! The reason "Why" I am even taking the time to write this review at all is that Ms. Michele Meier was just totally awesome. You need her in every store. I had written-off McGrath Automotive completely due to my experience at McGrath Chevy Land in October of 2010 due to the extremely poor interaction that I had with the contract reader; at one point I had to ask if he was hard of hearing which he wasn't; he wouldn't let me shut the door since his manager was looking in. And, his manager wouldn't come in so we had this loud verbal exchange . . . unbelievable. Tammy was great but after her it was all down hill from there. I told the salesman at the end that today that you got the sale but you won't get any repeat business from me even though it is not you that I am basing my decision on. He was mediocre, too early in his career to be more polished in talking with people. I'm blue collar these days (drive a truck over-the-road) but its good business to at least talk like you have business experience. I give him credit that he looked the part but that is not nearly as important as the communication. All of that, but Not the case at the Marion Used Car Superstore; Michele has me convinced that I need to come back for more. If only had the place to put all the cars . . . I just completed my purchase a few hours and am still kind of basking in the "new" car glow. I worked with Michelle Meier, as well as a number of others from her Sales Team. They were all a pleasure to be around but Michelle stood out because she was the point person of the whole transaction.MIchelle was personable and enthusiastic from beginning to end. She asked the right questions through the discovery process to determine what it was I was looking for and what my needs were. We scheduled a time to meet and then she went to work compiling a list of vehicles that fit most or all of my criteria. She then contacted me with the list and cofirmed our appointment. When we met for the appointment and after it was determined which vehicle I was most interested in, she was able to provide me with its complete history, the current blue book prices specific to that vehicle and a clear picture of what my financing would look like. The first price to come seemed a little high but with a little pencil sharpening we arrived at a price that seemed fair for everyone.Overall I am very pleased by the purchase and would recommend the dealership and Michelle, as well as the rest of her team, to anyone contemplating a purchase.

I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from these guys! If you are tired of the pushy "hurry up and buy" act like i am you need to see these guys! I had a vehicle that i was satisfied with and was probably about to buy when they stopped me and said we have 2 more like that coming in, just wait until tomorrow and we will have them here for you. They could of sent me out the door satisfied, but took the time to make sure that i found the one i would love. That meant a lot to me. These guys went above and beyond to earn my business and took the time to care about what was truly best for me. Purchased a van from them in February 2012 - with that I have no issues. The quality of the vehicle and the overall purchase experience was great and based on that I would recommend and went to them again to purchase another. This is where my admiration for the Marion Used Car ends. The sales person who started with me had another client come in so I was handed off to a new sales person, whos name escapes me. After he insulted me and I wanted my cars keys back Jim Otley took over the process. My initial response when the vehicle was brought over from the McGraths Dodge dealership was I was not interested as it had bubbling paint on the wheel wells and a dent in the passenger door. I was convinced to give it a try and they would work something. The salesperson I initially started with said what if we can fix all that - so I was interested in doing the dance. Well Jim quickly said it would not be cost effective for them to prep the vehicle but he would get aggressive with the price. They moved $800. With my expectation on my trade was low balled and stating I was using KBB (which the McGrath Dodge site tells you to use so you will know what you can expect) Jim says they dont go by that they use NADA which turns out to be better for me. My problems start with this whole purchase start with the fact I brought into them a clean, single owner, well taken care of care in near excellent condition. Which they sold in less than 5 days and I ended up with a vehicle I despise. Every day since its something new: The rust on the wheel wells and the door cost to fix $4600, the dash cracked (cost to repair unknown), after a week my driveway is spotted as it appears to be leaking fluid from just about everything on the powertrain except the OIL pan ( transmission, rack and pinion from the power steering pump (I know not part of the powertrain), pinion seal on the rear differential), check engine for EVAP system (which I know if I remove the negative cable will cause it to clear but I wonder how quick it will come back?). Apparently they DO NO checks to the vehicles they sell. I will see how great the service is since the powertrain comes with a 2 month 2000 mile warranty. Im sure they will find some way of worming out of fixing the leaks on the powertrain items (something that is FULLY covered from the factory under warranty). Not much I can do about the rust issues - other than warn others if theres rust it will be VERY expensive to resolve walk away. I should say that after 2.5 weeks and waiting on a call to come get the extra keys I stopped into the store to pick the extra keys up. To find out they had not been picked up from the McGrath Dodge dealership. I followed the original salesperson Evertt over and picked them up. I explained my hatered for the truck I bought from them. His only concern was if I had an issue with him.

I desperately needed a new car. My car was on it's last leg. My son, Dylan Dolezal works at the Marion location and recommended that I reach out to Jim. I drove to the dealership last Friday just praying that they would be able to help me find and finance a new car. Jim O introduced me to Michelle and she is AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable about the finance process, was empathetic to my situation, and was very helpful. While I know she is younger, she is very professional, not at all condescending, and her energy kept the car buying experience light and fun. When she did not know the answer to a question, she knew where to go to get the answer in a timely fashion. Both Jamie and Michelle did not sugar coat my challenging financial situation and yet treated me with respect. I appreciated the opportunity to get to know both of them and would recommend Michelle to anyone looking to purchase. Dylan speaks very highly of everyone he works with and it is refreshing as a mother to know that he likes his job and is appreciated at work as well. Thanks again!

I bought a 2007 Mustang GT about a week ago and changed my mind on the vehicle as it wasnt exactly "family friendly" Duh.... Anyways I contacted the dealership and asked if they could help get me into a new vehicle. They promptly set up a time to get together to discuss options and i was given many options of vehicles i could decide from. No pressure to choose a specific vehicle. Ended up getting a 2007 Hummer H3 which so far i am ecstatic with!!Devin Wright was my salesperson and everyone from management to financing were very helpful answering questions i had. They I believe went above and beyond what could be expected.They could have told me "Too Bad" after i drove the Mustang off the lot as some dealerships will but they didnt. They tried to work within my budget and get as close as possible. Brennan went above and beyond as far as I am concerned to find a vehicle that I would be happy with. I had a few requirements that I was looking for and I would not deviate from those requirements such as a certain type of 4-wheel drive, needing a trailer hitch, preferably cloth seats and 3rd row seat for a durango. Even after I turned down the first deal the dealership tried to make because payments were more than what I wanted at the time, Brennan didn't give up and still kept looking for a vehicle that would meet my specifications. He did find and and we were able to make a deal and I am very happy with the vehicle that I purchased from him.

I enjoyed working with Trey very much. He is personable and sincere. His knowledge of all the vehicles I looked at was very thorough. Upon meeting Trey I told him that I would not be buying a car that day and was very adamant about that. He still took a great deal of time with me to help me narrow down my choices, with no pressure at all. A week later when I came in to the dealership again and to buy a vehicle, I sat with Trey and told him what my expectations were and he did his best to meet those expectations. Trey was so great to work with. We had intended on just driving through the lot quick, since we assumed (incorrectly) there would be nothing in our price range. (We were looking for a first car for my stepdaughter.) He came out, and was very helpful. I was nervous when we sat down since we were in a hurry, I didn't want to fill out a bunch of paperwork, etc, I just wanted to see what you had to offer. And he did just that. He was accomodating in having my stepdaughter's mother sign the ppwk and was willing to meet her. I came over from Omaha, and it was definitely worth the trip.My only disappointment was that I think all cars should be handed over with a full tank of gas, and not something to sweeten the deal. I thought that we had discussed and was surprised it was empty when I got it.I will definitely be back to deal with Trey in two years when its time to get my stepson a car.

I came to this dealerships just looking for a couple differnet cars that i had been looking for. I had absolutely no intentions of buying anything or even really looking further once i found out they did not want what i had been looking for. Trey came out and was very friendly and didn't seem to push me anything i did not want to look at, which was a relief for once. I found a jeep that i liked the looks of and he offerred to take me out to drive and and i ended up buying the jeep the next day. There were 2 or 3 managers, that sadly i dont remember their names, but they were great with me too! they gave me very good deals on the price of the car and the warranty and disclosed all of the cars slight flaws. I really appreciated Trey's help as well as the rest of the managers that helped make it a great experience! :)

We are thrilled beyond our expectations with our experience at the Marion Used CAr Superstore. We started looking for a vehicle on Monday, January 23. We found a vehicle at another lot and tried for 4 days to work out financing. We had some unfortunate events occur in our life that were beyond our control. We were desperate to get into a different vehicle. We were just hoping to get into something a bit newer that would last us at least a couple of years until we could get some things settled. We had exhausted all of our resourses and heard no from way too many people. We were about to give up when we received a call from the Marion Used Car Superstore saying that we were preapproved for a loan and to come see what they could do for us. I wasn't sure about it, but we went anyway. I was tired of telling our financial story and being rejected. We were stressed out. When we got there, we asked for Tyler, which was the name we were told to ask for. Tyler was extremely welcoming. Again, we had to describe our situation, but Tyler didn't act judgemental. He was caring and understood that bad things can happen to good people. After about an hour and a half of going through a step by step process, Tyler tolds us the good news. They would be able to find a car for us. While I was thrilled, I was still nervous about what kind of vehicle we would be able to get. When he said they were checking inventory and would see what they could find for us, I was SHOCKED beyond words when he told us what he found, a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan!! I really thought it was a joke at first, but he was serious. We drove over to the lot it was on and I drove it back to their lot. My husband and I both loved it. Tyler stuck with us and knew what our requirements had to be in order to purchase anything, let alone this new of a vehicle. After a total of 3 hours, we drove home in our beautiful, new 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan!! I was nearly in tears after the way we had been treated by different institutions earlier in the week. We felt incredibly blessed! I will tell everyone to go see Tyler. He was amazing!!!! I still can't believe the van is mine when I go out to get in my car. Chad was very professional and helpful. I had a lot of questions and he knew all of my answers! These guys were great and made buying a car fun! I will be back to see them in a few years for sure!!!

The sales rep and manager we dealt with were very friendly. They listened to what we wanted and did their best to get us that, and more. They were not pushy and didn't try to sell us on something we didn't want. They went out of their way to get us the best deal and worked with the bank to finance the van we wanted.

We have bought 3 used vehicles in a year or less. Our granddaughter,husband and myself. The deals have been good,or obviously we would not have been back,All of the staff have been great and Bobbi is wonderful to deal with. Service and questions have been good also. I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with my experience at Marion Used Car Superstore!! Andy was so nice and not pushy at all. I felt like I was dealing people I have known for a long time. Even after I left and had questions they answered them immediately and were will to do whatever it took to make my car buying experience wonderful. We realley like how Joshua handeled himself with us. He didn't pressure us into nothing and didn't act like we couldn't afford something like Billion auto did without even asking me what i did for a living or nothing the guy (DREW) just assumed i didn't have alot of money!! Joshua didn't do that! Was very respectful and kind!! Good job Joshua (pinky) lol!!

Jordan and the sales staff spent a couple hours after closing time finding me the vehicle I wanted, They (meaning Jordan Sullivan, Jim Ottilie Sales Manager, and a couple of others)never acted like they were in a hurry and nothing but friendly, curteous and a little bit humorous. I checked the price against E-Bay sales and it was very comparable but I think they gave more for my trade in than most making it a great deal in my mind. Overall it was a fun experience and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Jeff was very very open friendly and honest. Not like other dealerships I had visited that day. I left those feeling pressured and with a bad taste in my mouth that something was up with the cars they were trying to sell me. Jeff never once pressured me or put me in any situation that made me feel uncomfortable. He and Ashley did everything possible to finance my new/used car at a price that I could afford. Yes it did take a little extra work to get the price to what I wanted but that was not Jeff or Ashley's fault they are just doing what the banks want. I would highly recommend Marion Used cars to anyone.I am totally impressed by my car and above all the excellent customer service shown at the dealership. Jeff made me feel like family and just not like a dealer and dealership just looking to make a sale.

Unfortunately I did not get the car I originally wanted, however, the first car they suggested is the one I ended up buying. I didn't have an urge to look at another vehicle because I absolutely LOVE the car I got. Thank you so much for the suggestion. I have already given out the business cards that were given to me to my friends and family. I highly recommend this dealership. Also, I came in during the Halloween costume day and that was AMAZING! :D-Caryn
