I did not buy a ford, but a used Honda. They treated me great. They worked a great deal for me and great finance as well. One week later they even did a minor repair for me at no cost! Mike Cook was my sales associate and Steve Bott the manager. No pressure and super helpful. I would come back again in a heartbeat.

I just traded my 2004 mustang (a car I have shared many great memories) for a leased 2016 ford escape. Main man Kenny did such a great job answering any and all questions and made the overall experience great! Everyone else was so nice and friendly! We even shared some laughs with the finance paperwork guy! They all got the job done quickly and painlessly and turned my fears/uncertainties into excitement....which is how it should be! I love love love this car! Thank you so much for everything! And Kenny you are the man!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Mark Thomas Ford. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. I traveled a long way for my vehicle. My salesman Kenny did a fantastic job of guiding me through the buying process. He seemed sincerely invested in helping me and was expeditious at answering all my questions even when he was off the clock. I would definitely recommend him as a salesman if you are considering Mark Thomas Ford. I also had great interactions with the others salesman on the floor that day too. I would definitely consider purchasing from Mark Thomas Ford again.

My wife & I had been shopping around for a new or late model car and after researching and test driving several SUV's had decided the Dodge Durango was the best suited for our needs. Visited a number of dealers checking out their inventory and their offers, and after checking online for Durangos at nearby dealers, saw Mark Thomas Ford had ONE 2014 used low mileage on the lot. Decided to take a trip to Mark Thomas to check it out (stopped at a couple other dealers on the way there to keep my options open). It was pouring rain when I pulled into their lot, but was greeted immediately outside by their staff, and directed to Jason Banic, who was enthusiastic about the Durango (even though they're a Ford dealer). He got the keys and went out in the pouring rain and pulled it into an indoor bay so I could get a better look at it and show me the features and the condition of the vehicle. I didn't need a test drive since I'd already driven a couple others and pretty much knew what to expect. I had a Ford F-150 to offer as a trade-in, and that's what perked me up when he made a generous offer ($2000.00 above the nearest competitor). Didn't make a decision right then, but was encouraged by the trade-in offer as well as their very competitive asking price. Got home and told my wife and went the next morning and on the way down Jason happened to call and sweeten the deal a little more. They really were willing to work hard to make this sale! After my wife took it for a test drive ,and got a better look at the condition (It was immaculate!),we decided this was the one. Sat down with Jason to work out the best deal and we were very pleased with how willing they were to sweeten the pot. Though we hadn't planned on driving home that day with a new(used) vehicle, that's exactly what happened. Though I usually don't take the time to participate in reviews such a this, the extraordinary efforts of the staff at Mark Thomas are worth my time and effort to enthusiastically recommend them, especially Jason Banic, as a dealer of choice. We'll likely be back when it comes time for our next vehicle.

This is the first car lot where I had no problems. Our salesman was nice and funny he got us a wonderful deal with the Nissan Cube we fell in love with. He put us in our dream car with low payments. Mark Thomas Ford is definitely the place to go when looking for a new car.

I hadn't planned on getting a new vehicle for a couple more yrs but my current vehicle had other ideas! I had been looking online at pricing so I would know what to expect when the time came and kept going back to mark thomas ford. Finding out it was going to cost more than my suv was worth to fix I went for a ride. Jason Banic greated me outside and asked how he could help me. I knew I was looking for a pick up truck and had even driven my 20 yr old f150 there. He asked if I was trading it in and laughed at my "oh h... no response" He took me right to the truck I'd seen online, it was even better in person. He brought everything together to come in under what I said I could afford on a monthly payment. Jason was very personable and knowledgeable. This is my 4th vehicle, second ford, and by far the best experience at a dealership.

Went in to the dealership just to see any deals. Worked with Kenny at Mark Thomas Ford in Courtland and was met with nothing but quality service, was a quick and easy visit and very friendly. I've made lots of purchases from other dealers, but this was one of the best and fastest experience I've had. Kenny was a top notch salesman, I was very impressed with his customer service.

I was looking for a 4x4 to drive to work in Cleveland. I checked out all the dealers inventory on line and kept coming back to the ford escape at mark Thomas. I went to check it out and was greeted by Jason Banic. He listened to e everything I wanted and I drove the escape I saw on line and was pleasantly surprised. I requested information from an email. Tom Jr. got back to me immediately the next day. The whole experience from start to finish was painless, unlike the last 2 dealerships I had dealings with in Cortland. They were also excellent to my 11 year old son, giving him free stuff....They made me not dislike car dealers and Tom Jr. the salesman was concerned about helping me get out of the bad situation I was in. Bought a used car for my son at Mark Thomas Ford a few months ago and was EXTREMELY pleased. So when we decided to start looking for a specific new vehicle, we went back. Told them what we were looking for and within 2 weeks, they found it for us. We changed our minds several times on certain specifications and EVERYONE was wiling to work with us and HELP us. Trade in value on our old car was fair, car prices were fair...everything was great. They really understand the concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's hard to find that anymore. Most places just want the sale. I never felt like that there. They sincerely want you to be happy with your purchase and repeat business. The salesman, Jason Banic did a FANTASTIC job! Even while under construction and the chaos of being with out showroom the mark Thomas ford group was very nice. My salesman jason was great he new a lot about the vehicles new and used. Jason Banic is a great salesman. I must have asked to look at 10 different vehicles and he never got tired of my endless questions. Jason showed me every vehicle I asked about and we walked back and forth on the lot several times. Considering it was 90 degrees and humid, he remained very patient. I can not say enough good things about the owner, Tom Levak, sales associate, Mike Cook and everyone who helped me. They were fair with my trade ins. yes, I traded in two cars . Mike was very knowledgeable about all the cars we looked at and was very patient with me. I have never bought a car where the sales rep didn't try to talk me into a more expensive car but not at Mark Thomas. There truly was no pressure just kindness and consideration. I will return to Mark Thomas for any car I need, any service to my car and I know I will be treated fairly. As the title says: this was a truly OUTSTANDING experience! My family and I have purchased many Ford products over the last 20-plus years for both personal and business use, and from cars to heavy-duty trucks. The GM, Steve Bott has been our go-to throughout this entire time, and there is a reason why we stick with him: He CARES, and most of all he DELIVERS ON HIS PROMISE to be the best and beat the rest! All the representatives at the store were friendly from the first second my wife and I entered the door! We called ahead of time to shop the lot, and asked about the available selection for the car (2014 Focus) that we had researched and that we wanted. We were not disappointed and found the selection great, and the entire process was again one of the best experiences buying a car that weve come to expect with Steve and his Team! And as far as our Dealer Sales and Leasing Representative, Michael Cook-- this guy is phenomenal. This guy has more energy than the Energizer Rabbit!! He was courteous, explained the car inside and out, all the options, helped Sync our phones and you can tell he loves what he does by the energy and genuine love for his job that he shows. The dealership is undergoing renovation so to be fair I rated it 4 out of 5 stars for now only because I was familiar with it before they started. Steve and Mike even showed us the intended plans, and this is going to be one beautiful dealership cosmetically when its finished! Thinking of buying a new car or truck? Make the call, take the drive to Mark Thomas Ford, and ask for Steve, Mike or any of the Team, and tell them Nick told you so!!

My husband and I went here after being treated terrible at Fred Martin. Jason Banic came right out to the used car lot and greeted us. We told him our situation and asked him to run our credit so we would have an idea of what to look at. We went inside for a few minutes and he had us test drive a brand new car. They were able to keep our payments where we wanted and everyone was very friendly and professional. I would and have recommended Mark Thomas Ford to everyone and Jason Banic. My Husband and I looked on cars.com several times for a used car with low mileage and a good price. We kept going back to the Mark Thomas Ford Dealership site over and over. Today we decided to look this dealership over in person. We were amazed at the energy the entire staff had. They wanted to sell cars and they were willing to deal. Mike Cook showed us 6 to 8 cars that had features we wanted and a lot extra. Of course I ate my words,"we are not buying a car today". We now own a ford escape that has twice the features we wanted at the price point and payments we wanted. Go talk to Mike Cook or one of the other sales people. We are glad we did. If youre going to buy a Ford this is the place to go! My family has had a great relationship with Mark Thomas Ford for the past 15yrs. We have bought 2 Ford Fusions, 1 Lincoln LS and 5 Ford Escapes all of which have been great cars. They make buying process so incredibly easy because the sales staff is knowledgeable about the products but never pushy. MTF understands that its a big decision buying a new car; a person needs time to think before committing to such a purchase. The staff at MTF has always been helpful and even caters to my quirk of having to see EVERYTHING before I make such a decision. The service shop is equally impressive and has met all of our service needs over the years. Fortunately the products are amazing, so, the only service we have needed was oil changes and tires. The Levak boys (Tom Sr., Jonny and Tom Jr. )(owners) have become great friends over the years. They have gone far above any other area business owner, even as far as to loan us a last minute parade truck for our high school girls soccer team. We have never had buyers remorse after a purchase or felt cheated. Their higher level of service and family style environment has earned our trust and loyalty and I do recommend them to anyone interested in buying a new or used car.

I had seen the car I had been looking for on the used portion of their lot, and although my daughter and I were both sick with the stomach flu I didn't want to lose out on the car I'd been searching for - I called first to see if they could pre-approve me for financing before I came in and wasted my time. I explained that I liked the car but did not want to spend a great length of time in the dealership bc my daughter is a one year old - and sick (enough said). Tom really worked with me to see what he could do, was very friendly and was able to get me approved and get my car traded in for the amount I was expecting. I came in, test drove it, and got taken care of right away. Since it had just come on to the lot, the check engine light was on (which they had planned on repairing) and it was due for an oil change. They let me take it anyways and then made arrangements for me to come back with it and got me a rental until the repairs were completed. I had been to several lots and dealt with several people before coming here, and I had honestly lost faith in the chance of having a pleasant car-purchasing experience. I was pleasantly surprised that they were kind, did not play games with me or give me the run around, and legitimately just wanted to help me. And on top of everything else the car is beautiful, it is the best package you can get for the car I was looking at, the mileage was low and they were selling it for under kbb suggested retail value. This is my first time financing a car and I am extremely excited and satisfied with the whole experience.

I had seen the car I had been looking for on the used portion of their lot. When we came in he was very friendly, met us outside so we didn't have to walk in and greeted me by name. He had the plates ready and took me for the test drive. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I had already dealt with several other dealerships, who by that point had left me underwhelmed, and some even angry. So it was quite frankly a big surprise to me to be leaving happy and 100% taken care of. The car was fresh onto the lot, so it needed an oil change and the check engine light was on, so they gave me the car and made arrangements with me later to drop it off and they got me a rental until the job was done. I am a very happy customer.

Went to this dealership about a month ago to look at a truck. Bob came out on his golf cart was extremely rude acted like I was bothering him, wasn't helpful was again rude to my wife and myself didn't want to help when I asked questions he spoke down to us like he was better than us. needless to say I will never by a car from this dealership!!! This isn't the first time ive had problems with trying to by a car from the so called mr low payment!!!!!!

I have dealt with this dealer for years, new purchase, service, body shop and have always been pleased with them. The dealership it self isn't pretty but I felt the people made the difference. This all changed on my last experience with them. I have been looking for a used car and finally found one , test drove it late on a Monday and shook the salesman's hand and told him I wanted that car. This was around 8pm and the next late day was Thursday. I told them I would be in after work Thursday to complete the deal. Thursday morning while working I get a call stating the car was sold " sorry " but we have more you could look at. When I tried to complain the spin was put back on me that they couldn't believe I didn't take the car on Monday. The big guy was so sorry and promised to make it up to me, took my phone # and everything. I have since purchased a vehicle at another dealer and I am still waiting for that call from mark Thomas ford. If they had my best interest in mind they would have taken more steps to seal the deal. I trusted them and they say it was my fault the deal went south. REALLY????
