Waited 6 hours for an oil change. I was told their computer system was having problems and that's why the wait was so long. I figured I would give them a second chance for another oil change 4 months later. I arrived at 7:30 a.m. In a scheduled appointment. I was told "oh your going to wait here for it, it will be a few hours". I would never have a car serviced here or buy from this place. What a joke!! I bought 3 new cars from this place in the past and I was treated well. I don't know what changed in the last year or two but Markley Motors has turned into the worst possible place to buy a car or get it serviced. PLEASE save yourself a headache and time and go anywhere but Markley motors for anything.

My 2008 Accord was rear-ended by two other vehicles. My insurance company totaled my car and gave me 5 days to find a replacement and return the rental car. Markley Motors had the car I wanted. Markley also was able to add the additional features I needed and have the car ready to pick up before the 5 day limit expired. As usual, I appreciate having this dealership in Fort Collins.

Before purchasing my new vehicle from Markley Honda I visited several other local dealerships in the area and found their inventory very limited and their sales people over zealous. This wasn't my first rodeo, I had made several new car purchases in the past,from other local dealerships, but my buying experience from Markley Honda was by far the best ! The staff there was very professional, I never felt pressured to buy additional upgrades or add on products. I believe what helped make this a very positive experience was the fact, I had researched the make, model, color and price-range of the vehicle I wanted. The salesperson worked on the inspection, buying my trade-in vehicle, taking me out on a 20 min test ride and making sure I was completely satisfied during the entire process. My buying experience a Markley Motors was totally positive. Thank You !

I had a nail in my tire, and called seeing if I could bring it in about 4:00 p.m. and they said sure that would be fine. I arrived there about 4:35 and asked if it was too late at that time and was told no it was just fine. Then asked if I could get an oil change as well. Again, that was just fine. I had my civic in for a 180,000 mile service and assumed that it would take a day or two as is per usual with most service facilities plus most places attempt to upsell you on something. Instead it took only about 3 hours and there was no attempt to upsell me on anything. I was suprised and pleased. It may cost a little more, but it is worth it.

Worst Finance experience I have ever dealt with. Now I must confess I am used to a level experience from a Lexus dealer so maybe I am tainted, but you would think the dealer who professes "THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FORT COLLINS" would be at least some what close. Not this place. I was treated awful by the finance director "Athina Schwygert", the older man who also is in finance wasn't much better. They not only outright lie to you by telling you they have better financing than your own, but they tell you that their finance company requires you to include a GAP and extended warranty. (Sold by the same company). Athina has relationships with these companies, which she can't wait to brag to you about, but you don't really realize the magnitude of that relationship until something happens like when you need that GAP contract because you total your car like I did. Not only was she now not available to me to help me secure the documents to close out my contract with my lender, but I found out I never needed these documents to begin with. I never needed the extended warranty she sold me for $2500 dollars. It was part of the same company that had the GAP insurance which I wanted. SO she up sold me which makes me wonder. If you also go to other sites like YELP and others you will find many other bad reviews about this company. In addition, my sales person never even bothered to thank me for my sale after I purchased the car. Even a FORD sales man does that. Whether it be by a card in the mail or just a simple email. But not at MARKLEY!BUYER BEWARE!!!

I purchased a new 2015 Honda CRV in August 2015. I had read a review that stated it was the SUV of the year and some other publications seem to echo good quality... However it turns out there is a known issue with the 2015 version of the CRV that causes the car to vibrate. Its a issue with the new CVT and engine combination they used in the 2015 version of the CRV. I only test drove the car for a short time and did not notice the issue but it turns out that if you have the lights on and the AC on full you will not notice as it forces the car to be in a higher RPM range (all the time). I test drove this in the summer and so the AC was on. The day I went in to sign the final paperwork for the car I asked about the vibration issues as I had read some real reviews from real customers complaining about it and was told its nothing to worry about. Well turns out that when it got colder I started to have more and more of the vibrations. I took the car in multiple times to have them try to fix it. None of the fixes completely resolves the issue it just makes them less noticeable. I even had the newest fix done in December 2015 where they had to replace parts of the car... to try and fix all 3 modes of the issue... Still not fixed this car was too expensive to just deal with. A 30k car should be basically perfect, thats premium car price range.If I had been told the about the issue by the dealer I would not have purchased this car. I would have happily purchased the HRV or maybe even an accord. Now I have lost hours and hours of my life researching this issue and taking it in to get it fixed and its still not. I also asked the dealer if they would trade the CRV and they said they would not since they would then have to deal with it. They also just told me to talk to Honda directly. (I am in contact with Honda directly now we will see where that goes...)So to be fair this is in part Honda's issue but it was also the dealer that did not disclose the information to me. Otherwise the dealer did a decent job... price was average and they were nice enough but that does not matter given my car is not what I expected. I can't stand the vibration personally (some people claim to not notice). I am now going to have to take a loss of thousands of dollars trading it in on something else that does not vibrate. Take a look at what people on crvownersclub com search form for "CRV 2015 vibration" or look edmunds com I am not the only one...

I've been taking my car here since I bought my car (11 years) and they've always taken great care of me and my car. They have plenty of people working the service area so when you walk in there's usually no wait time to get your car checked in. They have a shuttle service if you can't wait at their shop. Their staff is always very attentive and professional.

We have been having our Honda serviced here for 3+ years. Appointments have always been available when it's convenient for us. Our vehicle is always taken on time. The service representatives are always friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Estimated service time is nearly always on the money or faster. At check-out everything that was performed is fully explained. Because this is a Honda Service Center, we feel that our vehicle is being serviced by people who really know a Honda - it's very reassuring. We hope to keep our '07 Pilot for as long as possible, and Markley Honda Service will no doubt help us do just that.

Over a period of a few days I had been looking at Honda vehicles from Denver Northward in just about every dealership and car lot. I had this misconception that Markley Motors would not warrant my time nor efforts. Not that I had heard or read any negative feedback about the dealership or anyone associated with them, maybe I just felt that they were just a small dealership and couldn't offer what the "big boys" could elsewhere. Well, I ended up sitting in front of my computer after my search mission at dealerships and I was at the point of "maxed out car buying overload" and I saw where Markley had an internet sales division and I could ask for a price quote and car availability. I thought "why not, what do I have to loose? I can always delete a return email. " In short time I received a courteous and detailed reply to my request and a simple "what can we do more for you and we will be here should you need any further assistance, I can set up a test drive at you convenience as well". I thought for a moment and made the call, the rest is history. From the moment I entered the Markley Motors dealership, I could sense the integrity of the dealershipthrough the efforts of the sales professionals working there, everyone striving to provide the best auto buying experience in a completely relaxed atmosphere. I believe I was greeted by everyone from every department on my visit and received the best in service anywhere. After speaking with several other dealerships and heard what they had to offer I soon realized during my visit at Markley where all the other dealerships had learned what to offer it's customers to gain their business. Markley Motors is the leader, the" Zen Master " of auto dealerships in offering the complete package in car buying needs. They were the first to offer a free 7 year/100,000 mile limited warranty, how about every 4th oil change is free, free loaner cars and free car washes anytime they are open. Price wise, car selection and availability cannot be matched, I know. My recommendation is to see them first , there is never any pressure on sales , you may even forget you are in a car dealership.

While on vacation our car, Honda Civic Hybrid, had car problems, yes the "brains" of the car quit. While it was unsceduled, Markley Motors was off on they're estimation when it would be done. The first day they were booked with scheduled appointments. While the second day we were "assured" they would get us in first thing. Well, 3;30 pm was when we got in, and we had missed the order send out which meant another day we would be there! We were then "assured" it would be fixed "first thing Thursday morning." So, the car was not done until 3;30 and when it was done there was grease on the seat which is unacceptable!!! Poor workmanship and unsatisfied customer!!!!(The price was reasonable since it was still under warrenty and covered 100%)

The don't make Saturns anymore, but I am keeping my 2005 Vue indefinitely. Recently I came to the Buick/GMC building of Markley Motors for unscheduled service; a strange electrical problem had just cropped up and had to be fixed. My service advisor, Blake, did a great job working with me to get the problem identified so that the mechanic - I believe it was Mick, but I did not meet him - could have an idea of what was wrong as a starting point. After considerable diagnosis, the cause of the problem was identified and fixed and the car is just fine. Thanks guys! Note: I answered "Yelp" to a question below just to check something, but I actually do not use any of the choices. I seldom buy a car; I had my last one for 24 years and have had the Saturn for 8 so far.

It was time for an oil change and I arrived to Honda, I drove into the bay. A representative met me at my car, opened the door for me, inquired what I wanted and directed me to a service professional. I was greeted warmly by a well dressed man that inquired about necessary information. He looked up my car in the system and explained it was time for a tire rotation which would cost an additional $0.80. I consented. He offered to wash the car, which is such a nice thing to do. He asked if I would like to wait or take the complimentary shuttle away, explaining the wait time would be approximately an hour. I prepared to wait and took a seat in a very nice waiting room with a very comfortable couch like seat and watched TV on a large flat screen. I read my book and drank the complimentary coffee and had a fresh baked cookie. After about 30 minutes the service rep approached and informed me of what other maintenance was being recommended by the mechanic...decisions were made about what further to be done. I then waited for another 20 minutes and the service rep approached and said my car was done. He held the door for me, which was kind. I had a dealership coupon to pay for my oil change in full and he did not require the additional 80 cents for the tire rotation. He explained how my tire life was doing, battery life and fluids were topped off. Everything he said, I understood and he didn't use any "mechanic lingo" that was difficult to understand. He treated me as valued and esteemed. He had my car waiting for me and I was able to get in and drive away. It was a very good experience.

Kevin was especially thoughtful and kind to me when I asked about the possibility of mailed discount coupons which I thought I had. He pulled one out of his drawer and that helped reduce the price. He didn't have to do that and that told me he just cared about Markley's customers, including me.

Chris was friendly and professional. I took my 2012 Acadia to Markley for an oil change at 22,600 miles. Chris reviewed the service record and pointed out other items that should be taken care of soon as well as what service is suggested at both the 25,000 mile point and the 45,000 mile point. Based on his recommendation, I opted for tire rotation (after he offered a price quote) as well as another service. My car was ready on time. The customer waiting area is clean and comfortable (thanks for the cold water and the cookies!). Thanks, too, to Chris!

Service tech was polite, knowledgeable, and the dealership service was punctual and on time. Although a bit pricy, the dealership was able to find the problem even without the problem being "coded" during diagnostics.This took some creativity on part of the mechanic, but the problem was found and fixed.

I had excellent service on my 2012 Buick LaCrosse. Chris Wing the Service Consultant, listened well, gave an excellent estimate of the cost of the service and time it would take. The car was done when we got back to Markley and the cost was slightly less than the estimate. The front fender near the passenger door had become misaligned before we took it in and they even corrected that without an extra charge. We were very pleased

Was easily able to make an appt online for next day service that took several hours. They had my appt request up and ready as soon as I arrived and confirmed everything before starting. This event this time was more complete and helpful. Mike was attentive and helpful. In reviewing the recommended service he checked back on previous activities performed and noticed some service recommended that had been done in Dec. of 2013. Much more pleasant experience this time. Noise issue was not found but effort was made. I will drive to Denver Sat. and will listen for any noise problem before I go on an extended vacation next week.

My household has owned Hondas for the last 10 years. We appreciate the quality of automobile, but have experienced issues during our interactions with service centers in the past to the point of hopping from town to town looking for someone who even remotely cares about their clients. Enter Markley Honda, the first service center who takes care of us after a 10 year search. Their service staff is nothing short of exceptional. Their attention to detail is impressive from the point of entry all the way though the comforts provided during the wait to the final checkout. Even when we had a problem with a service (an issue with the parts ordered) the staff went above and beyond by giving us, free of charge, an automobile that would deliver us safely to our home 70 miles away. To put it simply - I was blown away by the gratitude they showed us.Our interactions with all of the staff have been great and in a couple of years when we are looking to get a new car Markley will be on the top of our list of places to shop. In the meantime, they have become our preferred service center and are always worth the trip.

I appreciate GMC for getting on top of the service issue that was the subject of the recall. Although, I didn't have any of the problems associated with the recall, it is a comfort to know the issues were taken care of. Markley Service took the GMC without an appointment and performed the recall without delay. I was in and out in a reasonable time with a clean vehicle. All of the personnel I had contact with were very knowledgeable and friendly.

My engine light went on. I took my car to Markley to have it checked out. I was charged $88 to have it looked at and diagnosed. Markley reported that my crank case sensor was malfunctioning due to a frayed wire. I thought, "great, a frayed wire shouldn't cost much.". Steve Palmer of Markley told me the wire could not be spliced or replaced. He told me the sensor would have to be replaced and the engine significantly taken apart to accomplish this. The cost, in addition to the $88 would be $536.73. I had Steve and a technician show me the problem. Upon seeing the frayed wire, I asked Steve why they could not just splice a new piece of wire in to replace the inch long frayed section. Mr. Palmer told me that it was a 'special' 7.5 ohm wire that could not be spliced. I took the car to FC Muffler and Auto Repair on College Avenue. They spliced in a new section of wire for $60. Be very careful dealing with Marklet Honda Service. Be especially careful dealing with Steve Palmer.

Yesterday's visit was to fix a couple of small things that were missed the last time I was in. That last time was the first and only time I have had anything other than first class service from Markely Motors in the 12 years I've been going there. I let them know that I wasn't completely satisfied and they said they would make it right. And they did. I am very, very impressed. We all make mistakes occasionally. Thomas, our sales consultant made this a very pleasurable experience. We had an appointment to meet and when we arrived all three vehicles that we expressed interest in where sitting there ready for a test drive. I might add that they were all the right colors too. He was very low key, absolutely no pressure. So far so good. Prior to our test drive we also inquired about the next higher trim line for the CR-V. Sure enough when we returned from our test drive there was an EX-L sitting there and once again in my wife's favorite color. We are elderly and its difficult for my wife to walk very far. We never had to walk all over the lot as Thomas had everything right there. Very thoughtful, as well as convenient. New cars have changed so much since our last purchase. Thomas was so kind, understanding, professional, but most of all just patient with us, and all our questions. He took the time to listen to our concerns, and answered everything in a simple manner that we could understand. I wish all the previous car buying experiences we have had in our lifetime would have been this simple and easy. All we can say is thank you Thomas!! You're the best.One thing that we didn't enjoy was the big push to buy an extended warranty from the girl who did the paperwork when we closed. Although she was very nice, and professional too, she made us feel guility for not buying an extended warranty. I mean we bought a Honda not a Dodge or something like that. Anyway, even after saying no we then get the offer to buy it at "her cost." Declining was very difficult for us to do as we didn't want to make anyone feel bad. Now that I reflect on it I shouldn't have to feel guility for saying no to something I don't want.Would I buy from Markley's again? Sure, if I can get the best price and work with Thomas. I might add that I did shop several dealers in Northern Colorado and although they weren't the lowest price initially, they did match the best price quote I had received. So they did make the effort to keep my business local. That was very much appreciated, plus we got to work with the best car salesman anyone could have.By the way we love our new CR-V. Now we just have to learn all these new gizmo's and gadgets. Thomas might be seeing us again with more questions.

I will start off by saying that I was really impressed with the men in the internet sales office, especially John Hoelmann. He was great and had everything ready to show us when we got there. We drove 6 hours to get to Fort Collins to look at the car we wanted, and John made the trip worth our time. The price of the CR-V was great, it was the exact car we wanted, John threw in some extras and some additional money off! Everything seemed to be going smoothly that night as we drove our new CR-V off the lot. That is where the pleasant experience ended with Markley Motors. Three weeks after this, I went to the County Clerks office to get plates for the new car to discover that they had yet to receive the title and lease information from Markley. I called Markley to find out that the person who did our lease screwed up and we needed to sign a new one. I told the lady I talked to that we live 6 hours away and she offered to overnight the paperwork to us. I said that wasnt necessary as we were heading to Denver the next day and we would just stop by to expedite the process. Needless to say I was not pleased by this and I was not happy that I was the one that had to reach out to Markley when they should have called us to say there was a problem. I was equally upset that if Markley did not have the title ready for us to take with us when we came to re-sign everything we would be fined by the State of South Dakota because we did not get the plates on the car within the required amount of time. Since the lease was originally rejected by Honda Financial Services, we also had not received information on how to make our monthly payments. I told the lady this when we were in her office re-signing everything and she asked me to write a check that day to Markley for our payment amount. I did this willingly, wanting to avoid any late payment charges. We left Markley again thinking that everything was all squared away. Monday rolls around and I check our bank account to see if they had cashed the check, they had. We thought we were back on track. About two weeks later we received the information and bill from Honda Financial Services, telling us how to go online and pay and lo and behold we had a late fee and nice note saying we missed our first payment. Imagine my shock when I see that Markley cashed our $250 check but did not send the money to Honda Financial. So because we are responsible adults, we paid our next months bill and the late fee and called Honda Financial Services to let them know what was happening. They were lovely to deal with and waived the late fee and offered to call the dealership if we needed them to. I told them I will try and figure out what is going on first and call them back. We called Markley and spoke to someone in their finance office and the guy said that they will refund us the money we paid them in the first place and overnight the check to us so we can then pay Honda Financial. That was Friday morning, and here we are on Monday afternoon with no check and us getting the run-around from the finance department at Markley. Overall, I am glad we love our CR-V because we will never go back to Markley for anything else. It seems they are having some turnover problems at the dealership and it is effecting their overall customer service. I sure hope to get that refund check quickly or the angry phone calls to Markley will continue.

We brought in the car because it would not start due to weak battery. They ran tests and couldn't find anything wrong with the battery but did reload software. Hopefully, the problem is solved. Well we drove around parking lot looking at what was available and the prices. We then knew that the Accord would not be in our price range. Had heard a lot about the Civics and had decided that would be the one we were interested in. John Paul was just coming across parking lot when we walked up to front door of dealership. He introduced himself and ask how he could help. We told him our story. He was very professional, helpful and polite and put us right at ease at least as much as he could. Rick was also very polite and patient with us in the paperwork process. When all was said and done, John Paul showed us the ropes as far as technical/electrical of how vehicle worked. It all went very well and very smoothly.

Kenny Yates was the best vehicle salesman I have ever dealt with (new or used). He used no pressure in the sale, and in fact allowed us to "buy" the vehicle rather than trying to cram a car down our throats.I am 71 years old and I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years. I became a Honda customer in 2001 (CR-V). We have since have had 2005, 2007, 2011 CR-Vs We purchased the 2011 CR-V from Markley new and traded it in on a 2011 Pilot.We dealt with Kenny on the 2011 Pilot and he is the best sales representative yet.We purchased a Travel Trailer that we could tow, after talking it over with parts we learned that the CR-V would not fit the bill. We met Kenny and talked things over with him and asked what vehicle fit the bill. I was looking for a Pilot, my wife had an open mind and wanted to talk about the Ridgeline and Odyssey mini-van.Kenny discussed the pros and cons of each. Kenny started by showing us the Pilot. My wife was immediately smitten. We closed the deal that same afternoon.Kenny was wonderful.We are giving this rating due the excellent presence and attitude of Mr. Kenny Yates.

Steve Palmer worked with me yesterday eve and this morning to get my car aligned. I stopped by the service dept late yesterday (5:00 pm) and he immediately made sure my vehicle's alignment was tested. When the technician's reported showed my car badly out of alignment, Steve offered to have the technician do it right then, but I had to get home for dinner. I told him would come back first thing this morning; and he said if I could be at the service dept at 7 this morning he would make sure they would get to it immediately this morning. I only had to wait 50 minutes and I was good to go at 8:00 am. He also had them check my fluid levels and had them topped off. Give Steve a 5 out of 5 for giving great service as he always does.

Overall, Markley Motors has proven to be consistent, reliable, and friendly. One problem area that I have found with many dealerships and automotive repair shops is regarding a simple oil change. Several things that Markley does correctly.1. They do not overfill the oil (Markley has always been right on the mark). Others often overfill it and then make me feel like I have done something wrong if I bring it to their attention.2. They do not leave their rags or stain the seats (Markley has always cleaned up after themselves). I cannot even tell they have been there.One additional thing that I appreciate... Markley puts the next oil change at 5000 miles instead of the very typical 3000 miles.Price is the only aspect that I could complain about. Markley's prices are about average to high average.

I had ordered parts to upgrade our 2007 CR-V.The parts came unexpectedly early and It was a little more that two (2) hours till closing time and my service writer (David) was able to get me in to have the parts in stalled (wind visor air scoop and side scoops for the doors, The installation was quite fast and the job was done very well. What can I say...I have never found an unkind word to say about Markley. EVERYONE at Markley is extremely courteous and the service is always splendid. You have a tremendous group at the service writing desk and your service/department is superb. In 2008 we purchased a new Honda truck with 100% satisfaction. It obtained seriously damaged one month later, when an animal ran into the road. Terry Brunk and Markley service worked tirelessly and with full integrity to go above and beyond in getting to the bottom of the damage. It was difficult to diagnose the root of the problem until the engine failed, four years later. They covered every service visit, all repairs, eventually replacing the failed engine AND provided additional warranty on this replacement engine! Now in December of 2013, we need a larger engine for new towing needs. Because of our experience we with Markley, we started there, and because of their excellence in meeting our needs, we had no need to look elsewhere. We puchased a GMC used truck with 100% satisfaction in EVERY way (sales, price, fair trade-in etc.,) In today's market, we consumers do not expect this level of business ethic. We can't recommend Markley enough. Ask for James - he will treat you with the best of sales service!

I brought my car in for an oil change, new clear mask, possible gas leak and to have a scratch buffed out. Check in with Steve was a breeze and it is always wonderful to see him. I have been going to Markley's so long that I know most of the service advisors by name, and they know me, which makes doing business great. Setting the appointment up with Jodi was a snap. I always know when I bring my car in, it will be in good hands. Pickup was fast and easy. I enjoy seeing the guys and have great confidence that my car is being well taken care of.

I had been feeling the transmission shudder between 35 and 42 mph for a few years, usually in colder temps so finally got it in to be looked at. They found there was a software update necessary to give the car more torque.I've had my car in several times this year and wish the updates we be available to the service techs so they can see when a car is due for an update that would ultimately prevent the customer from having to make a special appointment to have it addressed.

Even under those circumstances they not only took care of my oil change, but went above and beyond in helping to figure out how to use my remote starter that I had installed with the purchase of my car. My suggestion would be to improve communication with customers regarding timeline, estimates, and other pertinent information. Body work was excellent - production manager was friendly and helpful when I picked up my car. Brought my Honda CRV in for its periodic check up/oil change. I was able to use a fantastic service discount coupon ("Back 2 School Special") which included alignment check, oil change, battery charge check, tire rotation, car wash etc all for $39.95. Fortunately, that was the sum total of my bill. Amazing! As usual, all the Markley service and support staff were friendly, patient, and helpful: one even changed the (usually unchangeable) TV station in waiting room so we could watch US Open Tennis semi-finals. The makeover of the service area makes waiting for your car a very pleasant experience (free cookies, bottled water, hot beverages, etc). I can't think of enough superlatives to describe the overall Markley experience...

I had a flat tire and Markley's service guys were immediate in their response, and took my car right in. The wait time was reasonable. When I had questions about tires in general, two different service employees answered my questions and even took me over to the parts department to speak to them for me. All in all, the employees were friendly, knowledgeable, concerned, and never ever condescending (I have been treated condescendingly in other auto repair facilities). I heartily recommend Markley's service department.

Great customers service- my car was done in the time frame they gave which is VERY important in my busy life. The only thing that could improve is when you call in.... There is often a busy signal just to get through :/

Kody and I discussed my service needs the night before as I left the car. He fully understood the problems I had with the car. By 7:20 the following morning, technicians had diagnosed all of my problems and Kody called me with an estimate. I approved the work and it was done by the end of the day, as I expected. I could not have asked for better, more courteous or efficient service.

got an oil change. service was great... only thing was when I went to pick up vehicle, the service employee was on his phone texting and didn't notice me standing there. As a boss myself, I wouldn't want my employees distracted from customers with unrelated personal business.

Excellent service on a Honda recall issue! The dealer called me to set up the appointment, completed the repair in record time (an hour earlier than I expected), gave me a comfortable ride home, and were friendly and efficient as they always are at Markley Motors. Great job!

I previously purchased an Allstate Service Contract after purchasing my used Pilot, and they gave me a hard time when Honda recommended the proper service that my Pilot needed. After many heated phone calls with Allstate, we were able to compromise with Allstate to "fix the problem". Markley Motors' associates were wonderful through the entire debacle! I would not recommend Allstate, but would highly recommend Markley Motors :)

Luckily, I ran into Gary Ihle before I entered the Honda office building. He not only listened to what I had to say (which was that I had already done extensive internet research on several car brands/makes/models and that I knew exactly what I wanted), but he was very helpful asking appropriate questions to make sure I was aware of all aspects of the car. We went for a test drive in a Fit. Again, he was low key and let me have my thinking space as I drove. Afterwards, I spent a few days making a final decision and when I contacted Gary for the purchase, he was categorically responsive to my requests and he found a way to make it work for me. When I arrived at the dealership the next day to make the purchase, he was well prepared and ready for me. Ive never experienced such an easy, quick, flowing transaction of this level in my life. Both Gary and the financial staff member were professional, kind, courteous and respectful. Gary made sure I was never kept waiting or alone; as soon as the financial staff member and I completed our business, Gary was right there to lead me into the next step.If there were grades to be given to Gary, he deserves an A+++ on his report card for professionalism, courtesy, respect, and knowledge of his specific responsibilities to me, the purchaser, and knowledge of the vehicle that I bought. His candor was refreshing and unexpected. If I had the funds, I buy another car from him in a heartbeat and donate it to charity.Im very pleased that Gary was my guy during this transaction. Ive already recommended Gary to others and I look forward to a long relationship with Markley Motors because of Gary.

Set up my oil change on line. Love the clean garage to pull into. Quick, solid service. Called later during the day to see if I wanted the alignment- I did. When I picked up the car, I was asked if I had an oil punch card. I did- it wasn't entered in the computer ...so I was grateful to be asked again, instead of charged. Perhaps the only bummer was that the free carwash didn't really get all of the junk off of my car. Otherwise- everything was great.

Mike, the service employee was very friendly and courteous. Wait time was not real long. I was given a good explanation of an issue (marginal wheel alignment) that will need to be addressed in the future but there was no pressure to have it done at this time. Recommendation was to have it taken care of on my next visit). As always I feel I got good value for my money at a trusted service facility.

Brought in my Lucerne for service and ended up driving out with a new Encore. The car sold us and we love it. The people named above were incredible in making that happen. Oh, I forgot to mention that the fellow in the Service Department, Blake Townsend was really good at his job too. Where do you find so many really good employees. They represent Markley Motors well. We had a very positive experience with the dealership and would definitely go back in the future to buy another vehicle. We never felt pressured and the salesman (Derrick) took ample time to take a long test drive and to explain the vehicle and functions. Markley Friends,I set an appointment for my wife's new CR-V for service to check gas mileage and one other issue. I thought it would take 3 hours but I was gone in 1.5 hours.The waiting area is marvelous and the cookies were excellent as was the fresh coffee.Then we were having issues with the Blue Tooth system in the car and I saw Rob. He is one of your best employees and certainly he is our friend. Rob spent well over an hour with me trying to figure out the issue and we both determined that the new Honda system about making a verbal call is more complicated than it needs to be. As a matter of fact our old CR-V (2010) had a far superior system for placing calls. Maybe the Honda engineers tried too hard to improve a system that was already perfect. Although we are still having issues, Rob used his expertise to help and I really appreciated that.We will be back for service when it is needed and hopefully to get another car one day.Thank you.Bill

My needs were met in a timely fashion and at a price that I found reasonable! I did notice that the mood of the financial officer changed when I decided to abstain from an extended warranty. If my Accord does not meet my expectations I will go to another brand of vehicle for my next purchase. There are many choices out there.

This is the second vehicle that we have purchased/leased from Markley Motors, and we have continued to be extremely pleased with the professional and friendly manner in which customers are treated. The vehicles, needless to say, are top-notch, but that can be said for other dealerships as well. Customer service makes Markley Motors stand out from the rest. The same can be said of their service department which we have also used. Our ratings for Markley are 5 straight across the board for a good reason!

We brought our 2012 CR-V in for its 5,000 service. I am very satisfied with yesterday's experience. Wasn't sure if interior vacuuming is part of the car wash or not. That was not done, but I'm fine with that. Thanks again.

Service department takes entirely too long to do an oil change, entirely too expensive for oil change (by about $15.00) plus the inspection they claim to do seems phony. Fluids weren't topped off as stated. Estimate for repairs were outrageous! $ 200.00 cheaper through other repair shop with guarantee.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The process (oil change) seemed to take longer than I was expecting, but I did not make an appointment. The price (even with the $10 off) seems a bit high, but it is fairly normal. $40 (normal price) to change oil and filter never quite makes sense to me, but then I could do it myself if I don't like to pay that amount.

I recently bought a new Accord and decided to have a couple more accessories installed; a rear bumper applique and wheel locks. I like that the service dept. always takes steps to protect the interior of the car, even for oil changes, and that the work is done correctly. Since I come down from Cheyenne and wait, I enjoy the new waiting area. Everyone at Markley's is courteous and do the best for their customers. I keep coming back. By the way, the rear bumper applique looks great; in fact I had to look hard to see it as it's clear. Heaven only knows what it would have looked like if I would have tried to do it myself.

Jody was very helpful when I called to find out what exactly I needed done for a 30,000 mile service and emailed me the quote so I could do further research about one thing I wasn't sure the car needed. When I brought the car in, the staff were friendly and took care of me, made sure I got a rides home and back in the shuttle. When the car was done, the service rep went over all the items, including tire pressure, windshield wipers, battery cold cranking amperage, etc. which I thought was very thorough and helpful. Altogether I was favorably impressed with my first visit to this dealership.

I came in and had an oil change and car wash in a very reasonable amount of time. I spoke with the parts department about some frill that will be nice for remodeling when it comes time for the timing belt replacement. Coffee, cookies, overall great service to my car and a very comfortable place to wait for service to be completed.

Went in looking for a new vehicle. The experience started off decently, even though they were pleasant and allowed us to drive the car we were looking at buying; the experience turned south. They were inflexible on price whatsoever and gave us an insultingly low offer for our trade. We had to wait for at least 30 minutes to get our initial offer. When we were not happy with it, we had to wait another 15 minutes to get another poor offer. We definitely left on bad terms. Additionally, they spoke poorly of another Honda dealership in Colorado. That alone speaks volumes for the type of people working there. From the moment we set foot on the lot, we felt like the place was not welcoming. Don't waste your time here, drive right past them and head to Honda of Greeley. Much friendlier and a much nicer place to spend your $$$.

I was born in Fort Collins 61 years ago and have never been disappointed with the service at Markely Motors. I have memories of my father buying cars and trucks from the Markleys when I was growing up. My parents moved in retirement and when I called him with a car question he would ask if I had called Markley. When we were looking for a car for my step daughter our first stop was at Markely Motors. We worked with Philip T. Altenhofen and as it worked out Markleys was also our last stop in our search. Two oil changes later Emma is till very happy with her Honda Accord and that makes her mother and I happy as well. I would recommend and have recommended Markely Mortors anytime someone is looking for a vehicle or great service. My wife had a CRV we traded in on the Accord and was happy with her service over 12 years with Markelys. Thanks for all the years and we are looking forward to many more.Michael Schaefer

Shopping at Markley Motors started on a bad foot but seemed to get better. However then it got drasticly worse. We had to hunt down a saleman in order to get help in test driving the car we wanted, once we drove it we wanted to talk numbers. We showed them the car we were looking to trade in, gave them all the information they needed. When our sales man Kenny Yates went to look for the guy to talk numbers with he was no where to be found, Kenny came back to us and said he was in a meeting and it would be about 20 minutes. We opted to leave and go to lunch and waited for the call we were promised, that call never came in. We would have bought that car the same day if we could have come to an agreement on numbers but it never made it that far because we were left in the dark and not called back. If it wasnt for this car being a fit I would never shop at Markley again or refer it to a friend. I would definitely use someone other than Kenny Yates.
