Was looking for a used truck / SUV after a truck we had just bought got totaled. We bought another truck from Sheehee Nissan of Manassass VA and was a complete disaster. We traveled over an hour and a half to look at what was here my wife fell in love with a used Dodge Durango on there lot. After several trips back and forth we got it. Daniel the salesperson was great and very nice and helpful. The finance department was very helpful even though we did not finance it though them . Was a little disappointed at the trade in value of the the truck we bought and traded to them but overall they went the extra mile to help us get it done! Have to say if I have to buy another vehicle I will drive the distance to see them first!

Was ready to buy a vehicle that sold before I could get there. Was advised that they do 24 hour holds on vehicles, if people aren't already coming to see it. I would have liked to have know this before it had already sold. They didn't actively get in contact with me about the vehicle, I had to get in contact with them every time there was a price drop. I don't know if I would purchase from this dealer or not. They seem to want to earn my business more now than when I was interested in one of their vehicles.

Perhaps it's because I'm a woman, but ... I took my car in for inspection last Saturday. I went to Marlow strictly because I wanted it done on a Saturday. I was told I could get "right in" and waited 2-1/2 hours. The car failed inspection, which was not a surprise because I thought I might have a minor issue with squeaky breaks, and thought I might have a problem with the exhaust system. I was told I needed new front breaks, and a new exhaust system, including a "resonator", and given an estimate of $885. I could hardly breathe. I paid my $16 for a rejection sticker and left. Monday morning I took my car to an auto care service and asked them to look at it. The gentleman showed me the underside of my car. He explained that they could EASILY REPAIR the one rusted piece - flange - and that the rest of the system was just fine. No mention of a "resonator". He also said the front brakes were fine and needed pads only. The estimate was $408. I also learned the a resonator is normally installed on high-performance cars. I have a trusty 2002 Rav 4 with over 200,000 miles on it. I don't need a resonator - I have a muffler, thank you very much.I have since heard from a number people who have verified my experience. Everyone I spoke to recommended the autocare service I went to. And everyone I know who has ever dealt with Marlow said they will never, ever go there again. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for trying to rip people off. What a terrible disservice to the residents of Front Royal! I can't believe you're still in business. How sad.A Concerned Citizen

Our three hour drive to Marlow Motors to buy a Jeep was worth the trip. We are Jeep Wrangler owners and decided to purchase our second Jeep. We had been shopping for particular options on a Jeep Sport, had been talking to several dealerships, but found the Jeep that would fit our needs at Marlow. The sales staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. No pushy sales staff here! The dealership really worked to get us a car that would suit our needs and be in a price range we were comfortable with. A GREAT car buying experience! Thank you, Marlow Motors. Would I recommend this dealership to my friends?? Not at all!! DO NOT GO HERE!! So I was online looking for a Jeep and found one at a great price. This is awesome, I thought. So i emailed the dealership to make an appointment to take it for a test drive...was able to make an appointment pretty easily. Great, step one down. So about 30 minutes before my appointment (on my way to the dealership) i received another email telling me that a salesperson would have my Jeep pulled up front ready for me to go. Awesome. Pulled into the lot and guess what...no Jeep. Found a salesperson to get it. They had NO CLUE as to what vehicle i was there for. Took us 10 minutes to locate the vehicle, another 5 minutes to find the key for it and another 10 minutes to locate and pit on the dealers tags on the vehicle. Then two of the salespeople then wanted me to drive it OFF OF THE CURB myself, into semi-heavy traffic because neither one of them could drive clutch. I refused and made them go back in to hunt for the key for the other Jeep parked behind the one I wanted which took another 5 minutes. Time spent so far: 30 minutes and I still hadn't been able to actually drive the thing. Finally located the other key, moved the other Jeep out of the way so I could back the one I wanted out and be on my way... nope. Backed out and happened to look down and saw that it was TOTALLY out of gas. Had to pull up to the service bay and holler (politely of course) at some guy just standing around. Got my original salesperson to get the gas card and hop in with me to go get gas and to be on our test drive. Fairly uneventful test drive. Got back to the dealership to start the process of owning my Jeep (my very first BRAND NEW Jeep). Sat down at the salespersons desk to run some figures and the price that they quoted me appalled me... it was NOWHERE close to the price that I had seen, and was only a few hundred dollars less than MRSP. They told me 5 times that the reason the prices were so different was that the price that I had seen was with EVERY single rebate and incentive taken off. After over an hour of talking (mostly sitting waiting on the salesperson) insisting on the price that I had seen online, talking to two different salespeople and only coming down $1000 more did I get up and walk out of the dealership. Total time spent: over 3 hours. Now, at some point in that hour of talking, I asked one of the salespeople as to why the MRSP and the e-price were so different... they looked right at me and told me that Jeep makes them advertise that way and that if it was up to them it would be different. Sooo, 3+ hours and I drove home in the car that I drove there in. Once getting home, i sent an email to Jeep explaining a little about what happened. About an hour or so as I was sitting in the couch and watching tv that my phone rang. Jeep had actually called me back!! The lady from Jeep told me that they DO NOT make the dealerships advertise any certain way and that it was up to the dealership as to how they advertise vehicles. I was a little bit speechless. **On top of all of this, I dealt with four different salespeople/dealership people, and none of them were very professional, and three of them were quite rude to me a few times in my interactions**This all happened about five days ago, and they have not contacted me in anyway**Needless to say, Marlow will NOT be getting my business for this and probably any future purchases that I may want to make. I am just glad that I did not travel any great distance to go here!! I apologize for the lengthy review, but I certainly hope that everyone has read it and that I can help somebody else from having the experience that I did. Thanks, Concerned, slightly ticked off customer.

In the past I have always dealt with Mr. Maynard Leckie and he has always been quick to help me with my needs and wants to my complete satisfaction. During my must recent purchase, I had the pleasure of dealing with Michael Hachez which helped me with choosing my new Dodge Charger, he was very knowledgeable and was able to all my questions and was a great help, again I dont know where the dealership finds their staff but it seems to me that they have the knack of getting the best personnel in this area. They are great! Shopping for a car at this dealership is always a great experience. Their sales personnel have a can do attitude. They get my vote!!!!

I can't express the no pressure sales and how great it was not to feel pressured. That is what kept me going back, not to mention they always seemed to have the best prices online. I went back to Marlow Motors three times in three weeks. The first time, I test drove a Ram 1500, when I got done, I said "It is the first vehicle I looked at", the salesman said "Ok I understand, thanks for stopping in". I thought hmmm that was different. The second time I test drove a newer more expensive Ram 1500. The salesman asked "you want to take it home today"? I said "no", expecting to have to stay and hear their talk about another vehicle. All he said was "thanks for coming in", and I was on my way home. Wow, I thought, that was pretty cool. The third time, everything clicked... the right price, the right mileage, the right year and the right Ram 1500.

Just before christmas my wife and i decided it was time to replace our 2007 Dodge Nitro. The staff at Marlow were very professional and knowledgable on the vehicles we were looking at. They did not try to pressure us on purhcasing a vehicle either. Over the course of a few days i looked and drove several vehiclss, finally deciding on a model that fit our needs. The prices on all the vehicles were good and they offered a fair value on our trade in. They did negotiate on an already good price which made the deal even better,especially around Christmas! So thank you Neil, for assisting and making the process painless, smooth and quick. A great Chriatmas gift and nice way to end 2015!

We drove 150 miles up from Southern MD. Our salesman Steve was standing at the door waiting for us with the truck when we arrived. Hopped in, took it for a test drive and 20 minutes later we were making the deal. No back and forth haggling. They gave us their rock bottom price (almost $2k below TrueCar) and we were back in financing signing the paperwork. Pete in financing was fantastic. Being active duty military, I wanted to register the truck in my home state of Florida. He did all the research, downloaded all the forms, and had everything ready by the time we made the deal. He laid out all the taxes, fees and tag requirements and assured us it was all accurate. We cut the check and were out of there an hour after we pulled up to the front door. Too easy. Everyone we encountered at Marlow Motors were courteous, accommodating and very professional. Steve and Pete are Navy veterans and speak the military language. It was a real pleasure doing business with them.

Our buying experience was excellent, after a few months there were two recalls and a TSB on our 2015 Jeep Cherokee. Everything was taken care of promptly and without hassle and the staff is super friendly. I have read horror stories from other Jeep owners about their experience with their dealers. I have nothing but good things to say about Marlow Motors in Front Royal, VA. They worked very hard to get into the Truck that I wanted. So far the service team has been great and knowledgeable. I would like to see Marlow Motors update their facility along with a more expansive service bay. Marlow Motors has been servicing two cars of mine for a long time. I wouldn't take them to another place after dealing with the friendly people here and their ability to perform routine service and also more advanced services needed for older cars. They go out of their way to make things comfortable while you are waiting for service--you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in a room with a TV. I have never had any problems with my vehicles after having them serviced here.

I saw a Dodge journey listed on line. It seemed a good price ,so I called before I drove the 2 hours to look at it. The price listed was $10,000.00 different then the actual cost????The sales man said the price listed wasthe cost only if you could qualify for ALL of the rebates?? Here are a few: graduate in 2015,be in the army,be a realtor,usually lease a car, and several more Obviously no one person could qualify for all these things.False Advertising....No thanks I will go with a dealer that can just advertise a honest price.

I drove about 60 miles to Marlow to check out a car I spotted there on the Internet--It's not the newest car and not the most expensive, but the salesman Neal treated me the same as if I were buying a Cadillac. I appreciated the explanations he gave me about the car, and I didn't feel pressured. I think I got a good car at a good price. Sometimes car dealers talk down to women car buyers, but that was not my experience at all at Marlow. I would recommend any woman who's a little nervous about facing the car buying process to pay them a visit--I believe you'll feel as comfortable as I did at Marlow.

I absolutely dread buying a car, but working with Susan was wonderful. She kept in touch with me while I was looking for the perfect car, and kept me updated about what was in stock, and took some time to understand my requirements. My main requirement was a four-wheel drive SUV, and that my dogs can climb in the car and walk on the floor in front of the back seat, and be comfortable in the back seat. She even let me test drive the car with my dogs in the back seat, although she said the detailing people "would kill her"! Well, that wasn't necessary, because I bought the car before the test drive was over with! Susan was great, and my dogs and I have had a wonderful time taking drives and hikes.

I had a wonderful experience with the sales department. The sales people are not overwhelming or too in your face. I didn't feel pressured the minute I walked onto the lot and they took their time to explain everything. They accommodated my special requests and, in my opinion, went the extra mile to make this transaction go as smoothly as possible. The finance director was great in explaining everything and did not try to get me to buy every "extra" feature I know from experience I did not need for a brand new feature. When you walk in you get a sense of "friendliness" and not the cut-throat environment one expects in the car sales industry. However, despite all the wonderful praise for the sales department, unfortunately the same is not true for the service department and I would 100% honestly and sincerely recommend going ANYWHERE else for service if at all possible for services that won't void the warranty if gone elsewhere. The Service staff are friendly and courteous to your face but on two separate occasions they had no idea that I was still in the bay and I overheard them ridiculing me. I should have cared less but considering my customer loyalty and the vast amount of money I had/was giving them, it was unprofessional and hurtful enough that I am taking my own advice and will never bring my vehicle back to this dealer unless it is for a service that would void my warranty in some manner. In fact, I have already found a new place to bring my vehicle for the approximately $5000 in labor costs I am paying for additional work, not to mention this amount would probably be more at the dealership, Marlow Motors, ironically enough. In addition to their lack of professionalism when it comes to how they speak about their customers behind their back, they quality of their work is shoddy, my vehicle is always returned to me dirty inside and outside, and they try and get away with anything to make an extra dollar including not returning original manufacturer items when replacing them for upgrades. My friend, who purchased two vehicles from Marlow Motors actually warned me to be very careful about this issue because it had occurred to her on FIVE separate occasions!! Regardless, I truly didn't think this would happen to ME (perhaps because she is female and being male I thought perhaps they wouldn't attempt to pull that BS) but sure enough, the very first time I brought my vehicle in for a part upgrade, they "forgot" to give me back my stock part which is valued at over $1000! The second time I made a comment and told them I wanted my stock item back and the service person genuinely seemed surprised that I would want back the original parts I had bought and paid for! Why wouldn't I want back these items valued together at close to $2000. I'm not sure if they are strategically selling these items and pocketing the money but considering it happened 5 separate times to my friend and 2 times to me, that would be my best bet.Finally when I called to voice my concerns I was not taken seriously and made to feel like I must have misunderstood and surely this was n honest oversight. Right, a honest oversight that happened seven times to two different completely different people.In summary, MARLOW MOTORS on South Street in Front Royal, VA has a wonderful sales department but a horrible service department that does not perform QC checks and will in essence "steal" from you if they think they can get away with it.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Was looking at a car and kept getting the runaround from Susan. Told me I needed to immediately put down a deposit to hold the vehicle because 2 other people were coming that night to look at it. I said well that is the chance I will have to take. Called me next day and said the other people want it, but out of courtesy they said I had already put down a deposit so if I wanted it, I needed to put down a deposit with my credit card right now. Needless to say I did not. Called me a couple more times to say they did me a favor and I should come talk to them. Talk about a side show.

We contacted Marlow and they said it was a warranty item so take it to any gmc dealership. Unfortunately, it was already over the 36k mark. It took a few more weeks to get it to repair. I understand, we may have dropped the ball on the timing because we are very busy parents. However, when we contacted Marlow about maybe doing something for us, the sales lady tried to tell us that both her and her manager made us aware of the broken headrest upon delivery. Really?! Seriously?! They did no such thing. Hey, I understand that used car people stretch the truth and I understand, but a flat out lie and fabrication is a bit much. Just say sorry it is broken and you missed the deadline. Move on. I would not be happy, but at least not insulted that both my wife and I would not remember something as important as that. Avoid Susan.

I have purchased two Ram Pick-ups here. I returned for my daughter to purchase her first new vehicle. She had done all the research and was set on a 2015 Jeep Patriort. She even had picked one out from their website. We contacted then to set and appointment and when we arrived her car was waiting up front. We then met with Chris Thompson (F&I Mgr) who took great detail in educating my daughter on how to review and read all the documents since she was doing this all on her own. I'm new to this area (Front Royal) so when I had to buy a new vehicle I wasn't sure where to go. I've always hated buying cars because I feel attacked before I even get out of my car. I knew I wanted a Jeep Wrangler so I went online like so many people do nowadays and started my search there. I was extremely ill at the time and unable to take time to go to various dealerships and test drive car after car. Instead, I was VERY specific with exactly what I wanted (color, features, price range and even made it clear a max price that I could NOT exceed after tax, title, tags, destinations charges were all added on to the "GREAT" dealer price).I was hoping that being so specific would narrow down the playing field and not waste anybody's time but it was obvious nobody even read what I was looking for. I said I wanted a soft top....dealers were calling about hard tops. I said I could not exceed 30K.....dealers were calling with vehicles closer to 36K. I said I wanted power features and keyless entry....dealers called me about jeeps that had no power features and still had roll down windows.I spent hour after hour dealing with dealerships as far as 60 miles away when a gentleman, Neal Powell, from Marlow Motors (ironically in my very own zip code called about the exact jeep I wanted). He knew I was very sick and spent time going over everything from the features to the pricing. I told him I definitely wanted the jeep but was bedridden and could he hold onto it for me for a few days, possibly as long as a week. He was sensitive and gracious and said as long as I placed a deposit on the jeep they would hold onto it for me. I even said that I'd like to have as much of the paperwork done and ready for me to just come in and sign when I did make it in and he said they would get as much of it together as they could. When I was finally able to make it in to pick up my Jeep, Neal was out very ill so Susan Scott took over the task of helping me seal the deal. at first I was concerned that Neal wouldn't get the commission since he was out the day I was finally able to come in and pick-up my car but Susan was kind and honest and said that wasn't how they handled things at that dealership and they share everything. Susan was prepared for my arrival; knew I was ill, and had everything ready for me to get me out of there as quickly as possible. She didn't rush me, however, and made sure all my questions were answered, took me out to the Jeep and explained all the features, and made me feel extremely comfortable, like I was hanging out with a friend and not doing a business transaction in a competitive "fake" environment.Chris, the finance manager was fantastic and even though I had started my day just wanting top run in and out, I ended up meeting lots of genuinely kind people and finding myself want to talk to them. Chris loves Mustangs and my partner has a Mustang GT and is a BIG Mustang enthusiast so when I received the announcement for the 6th Annual Muscle Mustang Show in Mohnton, PA this year, I thought of him and passed along the information.Since I've bought my Jeep there less than 2 months ago, I've been back twice to get some additional service done. Both times I went in to find Susan or Neal to say hi and chew their ear off if they weren't too busy. A couple weeks ago my partner wanted a slightly used commuter vehicle for her 120 mile RT commute to work. I immediately said we had to go back to Marlow Motors. I called ahead and spoke to Susan to say we'd be there one of two days. Susan spent the same amount of time showing my friend the different vehicles she may be interested in and even stayed late to close the deal. She ended up buying a wonderful Ford Focus which wasn't what we had gone there to look at but fell in love with it after a test drive with Susan. I even brought my 1 year old Bulldog to keep me company and everybody came by to giver her belly rubs and pets. They even said Skyler, My English Bulldog was welcomed back anytime!Marlow Motors was the most unique experience I have ever had when it came to buying a car. The customer service was a 10 out of 10. Susan told us to take our time, to think it over. We were even given the option to drive it home and see how it drove. We were not pressured to buy it that very day and didn't feel like we were being given a fast one by the financial office. Everybody at Marlow Motors, from the Sales Team to the Finance Team to the Service and Parts down to the Cashier is refreshingly laid back and pleasant to do business with. I can honestly that as long as I live in this area I will not be going to any other dealer for work to be done to my vehicle or to buy another one. I've maintained a friendly open email and phone correspondence with Neal Powell and Susan Scott and just today I sent her a fairly lengthy email. I want to get some upgrades so I emailed her all my questions and just asked her to get back to me at her convenience. We've even invited Susan over for a BBQ in the next month at our house.I'd recommend this dealership to anybody interested in an honest transaction, even if it means driving a little out of one's way. I'm grateful they are just down the street from me but if they were further away I can say with 100% honesty I'd feel the same way and do my best to bring all my future business there.Sincerely,Elyse

I went into Marlow to see if they had a vehicle that I would be interested in. I had reviewed the cars available on the website and had an idea of what I really wanted to see. Steve was very helpful in getting me into a few cars that I wanted to see. He was very friendly and very informative. I did select a vehicle from the lot and Steve was so confident in his ability to make me feel great about my purchase that my fiance also decided to start looking for a new car. My fiance also purchased a brand new vehicle with Steve's help. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Marlow Motors. This was the first time I have bought a car from a dealership and I was rather intimidated going into it. Kerry and Maynard made me feel very relaxed and they weren't pushy. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive options or a different car from what I wanted. I had shopped around at other dealerships and all of them were incredibly pushy and made me quite uncomfortable. They got me a good finance rate and offered me a very fair price on my trade in. Buying my car from Marlow was an excellent experience and I have recommended them to everyone.

I had my sight set on one car that was on their lot. The day I told them I was going to get the loan and bring them the money that evening, they sold the car just hours after me telling them that. What poor customer service. I guess the fact that I told them I was bringing the money that evening wasn't good enough to hold the car for me, especially after I had been looking at it. I would not recommend anyone going to Marlow. Also, I was told they own Tri-State Nissan. So therefore, I would never go to them either!

Marlow Motors does not have any integrity in selling cars. I told them I would buy the car I had been looking at and that I was coming that same evening with a check. However, about 2 hours after I told them I would take the car, another salesperson sold it. Even though they knew I had been looking at it and wanted it. All my sales rep could say is that he tried to tell the other salesperson I was interested in it. Poor customer service. I also found out that they own Tri-State Nissan in Winchester. Marlow Motors and Tri-State Nissan has lost my business.

Don't get the wrong idea it wasn't the Godfather it was a team of experts working with me at Marlow Motors which gave me a fair price for my tread-in and met my expectation of what I felt the car I was buying was worth. Best car buying experience ever!!! I've directly purchased at least 20 different vehicles including 3 brand new vehicles. This experience was by far the best. My wife was actually going to look at another vehicle model, but i knew it would not suite her needs. She went to the dealership initially by herself, was shown the vehicle she intended on buying, but after looking at it with the dealer she realized it did not suite her needs. The dealer directed to toward a vehicle that he thought best suited what options and gas mileage would be best for her. The initial vehicle was a nicely equipped Chrysler 200, after seeing it and judging for herself that it was the right vehicle for her, she called me to go to the dealership. When I arrived, the dealer, Jeff was extremely professional and friendly. After looking at every Chrysler 200 on the lot My wife picked out a very well equipped model that she liked the best. There was absolutely no pushing by the dealer to get us to buy the most expensive model on the lot. The dealer gave us the most rebates possible to lower the total vehicle cost. There was no pushing by the dealer to get us to buy unnecessary costly tie in cost to include maintenance plans or other upgrades for the vehicle. Every part of the experience from choosing the vehicle to signing the final finance papers was down with the most friendly, professional courtesy possible. Every question was answered and the dealers even took care of showing unfamiliar options and even set up three phones into the electronics system options for blue-tooth and music features the car can access through our phones. We plan on recommending this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle, with no doubt that Jeff and his team will give the the same professional and friendly service we received. Our next purchase will most assuredly be going back to Jeff in the future. What a great Dealer and dealership right here in Front Royal Va. Thank you Jeff, and the entire Marlow Motors team, My wife absolutely Loves her new Chrysler 200.

My husband and I purchased a new car from Marlow Motors a couple of years ago. We had a great experience with our sales person (Maynard) but it went downhill from there. I absolutely dread it every time I need to take my car in for service. Now I mostly just take it in for oil changes since we purchased the platinum plan for reduced rates for oil changes. We find the employees of the service department to be very rude and act as though we are an inconvenience to them. Each time my car goes in for an oil change, we bring it home and there are oil leaks on my garage floor. Also, my steering wheel is left greasy. It was just inspected by them yesterday and whoever scraped off the old inspection sticker left the remnants from the sticker on my dash. I would expect more from a 'service' department. It's for this reason that when we went to purchase a new Dodge, I went out of town to another dealership. Which by the way, offers free inspections when you purchase a vehicle from them. This may be a little thing to some people, but every new car I've purchased, the dealership has offered free inspections (Marlow does not). Needless to say, I would not recommend this dealership nor will I purchase a new or used vehicle from them again.

This has been the best truck buying experience I have ever had!I'm in my 40's and have had my share of bad experiences with car dealerships. Josh Lambert and his team (Bill and Andrew, to mention a few) worked relentlessly to get me the best possible deal on an excellent truck. They were very respectful and relentless. Not only did they pay off a current auto loan that I had, but also, got me financed at an incredible rate with no money down and no trade in and got me into a brand new vehicle of my choice! Josh even picked me up from my house in the new truck and I drove it back to the dealership to finalize the deal! The truck was detailed and had a full tank of gas! The dealership was super clean and well run. I could go on and on, bottom line is, this dealership is incredible!

After reading this you might think I either work for Marlow Motors or am a family member. I can assure you I am not. That said I guess I better get down to why I am writing this. I can honestly say my buying experience at Marlow Motors turned out to be wonderful as the sales man Mr. Maynard Leckie was on top of his game. From the first day I visited the showroom to the day I pick up my car Mr Maynard was a "Johnny on the spot" nothing was to small to ask of him as he was quick to respond to all my needs. I too have worked in sales for many years and was consider to be at the top of my field as I always gave my all to customer satisfaction and felt I was the best but now I must admit I have finally met my match and his name is Mr. Maynard Leckie of Marlow Motors. He made me a believer and truly made me feel as if I was being taken care of by a family member... I talked to a few other individuals within the showroom and all were truly professional. I expect the service department will mirror the other departments within Marlow Motors so now I know next time I need a new or used car, I need go no further then to Marlow Motors the family connection!!! I would usually prefer getting a root canal than go through the experience of buying a new car. My husband and I have purchased about 12 cars over the last 20 years and this is the first time ever that I walked out feeling great about the experience. The service was excellent, the staff helpful and friendly and the paperwork process was incredibly quick and efficient. I was extremely happy with the deal I got and their trade in prices were very fair. I purchased additional items for the car in their service department and found the staff in that department very friendly and helpful as well. If this is the standard service that Marlow provides, I expect to become a lifetime customer.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Marlow Motors. Mr. Keys was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I had initally gone a few days before our planned purchase date to check out the Jeep Cherokee. I was welcomed immediately and was given all the information I was looking for that day. When we came back to buy the car was already pulled out and Mr. Keys greeted us again. We felt very comfortable and taken care of at Marlow Motors. My husband later commented that this was one of the best experiences he has had at a dealership. We are delighted with our new car and the services we were provided.

Maynard was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at and was able to help connect me with Ben who tried every option possible to get me the best price on our lease deal. They were both very helpful. I've even received a follow-up call from Maynard and a letter from him making sure everything is in good order. Emily checked in on me while I was working with her staff. The overall process was clean and easy. I never felt pressured to have to walk out of the dealership with a car either.

While on the first long vacation from PA to VA in our new motorhome (Dodge Sprinter chassis), the engine suddenly went into limp mode outside of Berryville, and we were afraid that we would break down completely. We were headed towards the Skyline Drive. Our GPS pointed us to Marlow Motors in Front Royal, VA. CJ spoke to us and took the motorhome into the service area right away. He told us of a park down the street where we could walk our dogs, and told us that we could also take them into the large air conditioned waiting room (two large Golden Retrievers). When he came to see us about an hour later, he said he had bad news. The van needed a part and it had to be ordered, and would not be here until....the next morning at 7AM. We were expecting him to say next week! He directed us to a campground near by, but also offered to let us stay in the lot. We spent the rest of the day exploring Front Royal and had a great stay in the campground. The next morning we returned at 8AM to have the part installed. They also recharged our air conditioner. All of this was covered by our warranty. We were on our way down the Skyline Drive later that morning. We spoke to a number of employees at Marlow's and everyone was so friendly. We were very lucky to break down near this wonderful car dealership! Thanks expecially to CJ for being so helpful and friendly.

I took my Lincoln TownCar in because it was running rough when suddenly the engine light came on. The Dealer scheduled my car the same day. After dropping it off and waiting about 45 min, I was informed that the only problem was a lose sparkplug wire and that I did not need the $200.00 set of new spark plug wires I requested. It's been a long time since I have visited an American Auto dealership that provided this type of service and honesty.
