For years I held business with another Ford dealership 35 miles closer but was not pleased with their service dept. I then moved my business to Marshall Ford. 2008 f250 diesel. The truck had a small issue but Marshall Ford fixed it before I purchased it. It took a good bit of time to negotiate and do paper work. I do believe things went kind of smooth. I may would buy another vehicle in the future from Marshall Ford.

I purchased a 2013 F150 XLT 4x4 from Marshall Ford. My salesman and the entire staff were very professional. I would have to say that the whole experience had a family feel to it. They let me view their inventory without any pressure to purchase one vehicle over another. After choosing this truck, the closing on all paper work took only 45 min! This is the fastest and most efficient that I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend Marshall Ford.
