I had a very positive experience with Stephanie with my sales lady and Mark their finance manager. I live five hours from Marshall and they graciously delivered the vehicle to me. I did not encounter any negativity with this purchase. We even bonded with the delivery guy who lives in Waskon. I lived in Marshall 40+ years ago and was able to share some memorable experiences in Waskom, Texas. I would recommend these guys to do business with.

So normally I don’t post reviews of anything too much, but after the experience that I’ve had with this dealership there needs to be a light shed on this. I was in the market for a secondhand Ford raptor. I wanted to certain color with certain features in this dealership had it exactly as I was looking. After reaching out to Stephanie we were able to work out a deal for the truck. I live a few hours away and was not able to go physically see the truck, so she sent numerous pictures and videos. After making the deal, they delivered the truck to a meeting point and i drive it back home. Everything was perfect! THEN....i get home and try and open the tailgate, but it was not working. I reached out to Stephanie and she got me set up with their service manager and without hesitation, he said that they will repair it. I brought it to my closest dealership, their Service manager called the service manager of Marshall Ford and got everything taken care of. Marshall Ford did not have to do that at all especially since I declined any warranty after the purchase. It’s things like this that make customers come back to this dealership. Honest and integrity. Thank you Stephanie for all your work and thank you Marshall Ford for helping me with the tailgate broke. Fantastic dealership and amazing customer service.

My buying experience with Marshall Ford was outstanding. My salesman Sam was accommodating and helpful. He answered all my questions and has even been available after the purchase to answer any questions I have had. Around the dealership, I was greeted by the each employee I came in contact with. That kind of hospitality goes a long way!

Outstanding Dealership. Bought a used car from Marshall Ford and they allowed us to view underneath as well as check the engine Diagnostics. I've driven the truck to California, have towed my jetski and quads on different trailers and the Truck ran like a Champ. I would Highly recommend Marshall Ford, Mike and Emily were outstanding in the whole transaction. You don't get this treatment from other dealers. This is the first time I've ever dealt with a very little pressure Auto Purchase. Outstanding transaction in all phases.

Even with an appointment the wait time for an oil change is way too long! No communication as to why. No employee talked to me at all! I had to inquire why my vehicle was sitting in the service area unattended. It was finished and who knows for how long. I will not return to this dealership for service.
