I first made the sales manager aware of what I was looking for and was told they were getting a lot of them in. I asked if they would call me when they arrived. That never happened. We have done business with that dealership for 20 years and have never had a problem until this purchase. We were lied to about the value of our trade in and never given a reason why it didn't match the sales person quote. We are disappointed in managements handling of our purchase. Overall, the dealership has slipped in it's service to repeat customers and, we will not look at Marten's for our next purchase. It's a sad omen to see a local business fall to that level.

I bought a new Corvette so needless to say it was not an impulse or quick purchase. It took 17 months from initial deposit to purchase, which appears to be typical for acquiring a new Corvette. Melissa Morales at Martens kept me in the loop during the long wait. The actual purchase transaction was anti-climactic after the anticipation of a 17 month wait. Very straight forward purchase with no surprises. Since my car was accepted by production on 02/17/21 Martens honored the price protection that Chevrolet had promised. The price was MSRP plus fees and taxes. A smooth transaction with no surprises. I was very pleased because there are some real horror stories on the Corvette forums.

Desiree was amazing was able to help us figure out why the quarter panel still made noise and fixed it. We appreciate the excellent service with get at Martens. Worth driving from Clovis to Reedley. Thank you for always taking excellent care of our vehicles.

They have great customer service. I was there UPS Driver for 28 yrs and live in Fresno. Jason and his crew are worth the trip to have that family atmosphere give me the service I need.
