We needed a car that my wife, who has had two knee replacements, can easily get into and out of. We had seen Kia Souls on the road, and they appeared to have a high enough seat to work for her. We visited Martin Swanty Kia "just to see if it was comfortable for her." We were met by Tony, a salesman who was more than helpful. He answered our questions, and we ended up taking a test drive. Tony NEVER applied any pressure, instead letting the car sell itself. We asked for a price, and were given a very good price with no haggling. We knew not to buy it on the spot, needing some time to discuss the purchase and do some comparison shopping. Tony was fine with that, and encouraged us to come back with any questions, or to purchase the car.I spoke to another dealer, a much more typical, high pressure, lots of haggling, dealer, and was not able to significantly beat MKS's deal, and after the ease of dealing with MKS and Tony, I wouldn't have bought a car from the other dealer in any case. We called Tony and worked out the details over the phone, and picked up the car within two hours of the phone call.

Consumer Reports recommended the 2016 Kia Soul in the price range we could afford. This dealership had the exact vehicle we were looking for. Very professional sales staff.

This dealership is as good as it gets! It is easy to shop at their place, they are nice, helpful and make it all about you and your needs. The finance manager Michael is to the point does not waste your time or pressure you in any way. He is very knowledgeable and really cares about you best interests. Yvonne is fantastic about your customer service needs above and beyond! She always there and happy to help with any question or need! If you want to buy a car this is the Dealership to check out... And one more thing they don't call you endlessly and hound you about buying a car! This was a wonderful car experience and I got exactly what I wanted after they did everything to find me what I wanted! at a price that I thought was fair. If they can make me this happy you can bet you will have a good experience too

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales person, I wasn't pressured to purchase anything extra. I found this sales crew to be very low pressure and enjoyable to deal with. I chose a vehicle, requested that they start the paperwork, and I'd be back later to sign the documents. Total time spent doing the sales agreement was less than an hour! My other experiences with car dealerships was an all day nightmare of another person needing to see you in their office to sell you something more. These guys even provided 2 drivers to follow me 70 miles one way back to my house and delivered my Sorento at 8:00pm that night. Awesome crew to deal with!
